  17. 1:21understanding the primacy that God places on family. During Charathon, this is one

  27. 2:30an outcome.
  28. 2:31And as you do so, I want to remind you to make that transition with intentionality.
  29. 2:36Because when it really comes down to brass taxes, you boil everything down to the lowest
  30. 2:40common denominator, the truth is only what we do for eternity will remain.
  31. 2:45That is the honest to goodness truth.
  32. 2:48Only what we do for eternity will remain.
  33. 2:51So why not?
  34. 2:53Why we have the opportunity to use everything at our disposal, including the resources that
  35. 2:57God entrusts to our care, to use them to glorify the King, and to expand his kingdom.
  36. 3:04God's kingdom is established in the hearts and minds of people, and we can use our resources
  37. 3:11to contribute to that eternal construction.
  38. 3:14877-616-239-6 is the number to call.
  39. 3:21877-616-239-6 is the number to call.
  40. 3:26Or we can give, you can give,
  41. 3:28securely online by going to AFR.net.
  42. 3:32That is AFR.net.
  43. 3:35To begin the program today, I wanna start in,
  44. 3:37Jeremiah chapter 17.
  45. 3:40Jeremiah chapter 17 verse 5 is where we're going to begin and we're going to conclude at verse 8 and this
  46. 3:48is something I pray will be an encouragement to you as you're making your transition to your full-time
  47. 3:53job and this is what God's word says. Thus says the Lord. Jeremiah chapter 17 verse 5. Thus says the
  48. 3:59Lord, cursed is the man who trusts in man and makes flesh his
  49. 4:06strength, whose heart turns away from the Lord. He is like a
  50. 4:12shrub in the desert and shall not see any good come. He shall dwell
  51. 4:17in the parched places of the wilderness in an uninhabited salt
  52. 4:23land. Blessed is the man who trusts, sorry, blessed is the man
  53. 4:29who trusts in the Lord, whose trust is the Lord.
  54. 4:35He is like a tree planted by water
  55. 4:39that sends out its roots by the stream
  56. 4:42and does not fear when heat comes
  57. 4:46for its leaves remain green
  58. 4:50and is not anxious in the year of drought
  59. 4:54for it does not cease to bear fruit."
  60. 4:59Oh man, what a powerful, powerful verse,
  61. 5:03verses of scripture with the Lord,
  62. 5:06divinely inspires the proper Jeremiah to convey,
  63. 5:09and it's the absolute truth.
  64. 5:11Curse is a man whose trust is man, who trusts in man.
  65. 5:18The person who makes flesh his strength.
  66. 5:21Then the Lord offers that contrast.
  67. 5:23The blessed is the man who trusts in the Lord and whose trust is the Lord.
  68. 5:27Think about in our time, oftentimes people, especially when you have significant financial
  69. 5:32means, you'll create trusts and family trusts.
  70. 5:35And the Lord is saying that the blessing is when we regard him as our trust.
  71. 5:42And one thing I want to point out, which I find to be particularly noteworthy in the
  72. 5:47time that we're in now, where you have the ascension of Islam in America.
  73. 5:53We talked yesterday about the Islamic, expressed objective of making America an Islamic state
  74. 5:59by 2050.
  75. 6:00You know, you have the ascension of Marxism in America.
  76. 6:04Right now the Democratic Socialists of America is the largest Marxist organization in American
  77. 6:09history, right?
  78. 6:11There's a proliferation of biblical illiteracy in our country.
  79. 6:15There's a proliferation of constitutional illiteracy, but we do not have to be afraid of the environment.
  80. 6:22God has ordained us for this moment.
  81. 6:24In this description, particularly points out
  82. 6:26that the man who trusts in the Lord,
  83. 6:28who trusts is the Lord,
  84. 6:30he is like a tree planted by water
  85. 6:33that sends out its roots by the stream
  86. 6:35and looking at this part.
  87. 6:36And who does not fear when heat comes.
  88. 6:40Hear the Lord through the Prophet Jeremiah
  89. 6:42is using a word picture of a tree planted by a stream,
  90. 6:47but a tree that is firmly planted,
  91. 6:49that is abiding in its life source,
  92. 6:51is not afraid when there's an external environmental condition that becomes hostile to its existence.
  93. 6:57That tree is not afraid.
  94. 6:58You know why?
  95. 7:00Because its leaves remain green.
  96. 7:02How can a tree's leaves remain green in the midst of a heated environment?
  97. 7:09Because it's planted.
  98. 7:11It's planted by the streams of water.
  99. 7:14This type of tree is not anxious in the year of drought.
  100. 7:17Because even in the year of drought, this tree continues to bear fruit, brothers and sisters.
  101. 7:21I believe this is a depiction of how God would have us view his remnant in our land.
  102. 7:27This is a picture how God would have us view his positioning of us in our land.
  103. 7:33Though we may be surrounded, I was talking in the last hour about Elisha when the the
  104. 7:37Aromean king, the Syrian king was seeking to make war on Israel.
  105. 7:42Right?
  106. 7:43And but but because there's a prophet in Israel, God will reveal to Elisha what the battle
  107. 7:48plans would be for the enemy, the hostile adversary.
  108. 7:52And so Elisha would advise the king of Israel.
  109. 7:55So listen, don't go that way because there's a booby trap.
  110. 7:57There's an ambush over there.
  111. 7:59And it happened so repetitively that the king of Syria
  112. 8:03started to distrust his own cabinet,
  113. 8:06distrust his own advisors.
  114. 8:08And we're gonna say, which of you is a spy
  115. 8:12for the nation of Israel?
  116. 8:13And then one of his advisors kind of sheepishly
  117. 8:15raised his hand and says, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa,
  118. 8:18whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa,
  119. 8:19whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa,
  120. 8:20whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa,
  121. 8:21You know, nobody is a spy playing a double age of an Israel.
  122. 8:24See what happened was there's a prophet, there's a prophet of God in Israel.
  123. 8:30See, see, there's a prophet of God in Israel isn't it amazing, even in an
  124. 8:34environment where hostility is abound that even the wicked enemy can recognize,
  125. 8:38well, wait a minute, there's a prophet of God in Israel.
  126. 8:42And he says the prophet of God is the one informing the king of Israel,
  127. 8:46what your strategies are.
  128. 8:48So because sin makes you stupid, the king of Syria, even though he can't even
  129. 8:53execute his battle plans well comes up with the ridiculous solution well let's go and arrest
  130. 8:58the elitist we can kill him and so they they they do their their espionage they find out
  131. 9:04elitist hometown which was in dothan and then they send their military boots and and all of the
  132. 9:10marching marches all the way down to dothan and they surround the city and elitist young servant
  133. 9:15without and about and he sees the the horde of the Syrian army and he's afraid he runs to find Elisha
  134. 9:25and he cries out oh my lord Elisha what are we going to do and Elisha very calmly yet directly says
  135. 9:32Lord open this young man's eyes open his eyes that he might see that there are more with us
  136. 9:40than are with them brothers and sisters what I am telling you is that the occasion that we
  137. 9:44find ourselves in is not a coincidental, a coincidental occurrence.
  138. 9:49God has ordained you and I for this moment.
  139. 9:52God has planted us for this moment.
  140. 9:54There's not one of us who said, you know what?
  141. 9:55I want to make sure I'm alive in the 21st century where you have a city Supreme Court justice
  142. 9:59who doesn't know what a woman is.
  143. 10:01I want to, I want to be alive when you have like a WNBA that what, what's the W stand
  144. 10:05for, Bob?
  145. 10:06You want to tell them what's the W stand for?
  146. 10:07But they won't say that you cannot have testosterone dominant DNA in the play in the
  147. 10:15basketball league.
  148. 10:16They won't say that.
  149. 10:18But God is a Daniel and I for this moment, not for us to cower, for us to recognize there
  150. 10:22are more with us than with them, that are more for us than for them.
  151. 10:28They can claim to have the armies, they can claim to have all of this cultural influence,
  152. 10:32they can claim to have all of this potency, but before a high and holy God, there are
  153. 10:36paltry resistance. And God can do whatever he wills, however he wills, but he's
  154. 10:42desauvantly decided that he wants to use his people as his hands and feet. And
  155. 10:47that's why I am not hesitant to invite you to call 877-616-2396
  156. 10:54because one of the things you'll find, one of the things you'll find is that,
  157. 10:58you know what? You're not crazy. That God has a remnant all over this country who
  158. 11:05who stands on his word, who stands for the truth, and who stands with you as you do the
  159. 11:12same. Here's an example. Pampa, Texas. A supporter giving to a Cherathon in Pampa, Texas. Youngsville,
  160. 11:21Louisiana, Midwest City, Oklahoma, West Monroe, Louisiana, Tyler, Texas, Cypress, Texas, Little
  161. 11:27Rock, Arkansas, Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Wichita, Kansas, Sandstone, Virginia, Montgomery, Texas,
  162. 11:33Corpus Christi, Texas, Kokomo, Indiana, Lafayette, Louisiana,
  163. 11:37Henry, Gover, Virginia, Rogers, Arkansas,
  164. 11:40Lake, Arthur, Louisiana, Florence, Alabama, guys,
  165. 11:43there are more with us than are with them.
  166. 11:48And if we would be willing to set our feet
  167. 11:52and say, come with me, Lord, you ordained us for this moment
  168. 11:55that we will have the opportunity to behold
  169. 11:58the will of God brought to bear on our environment.
  170. 12:03Cursed is the man who trusts is in man
  171. 12:07in the natural, in the flesh.
  172. 12:09Yeah, man, look, oh, look, woo, woo, woo, woo,
  173. 12:12look what's going on around us.
  174. 12:14But man is not our trust.
  175. 12:16We don't rely upon natural, wherewithal, natural resources.
  176. 12:19Our trust is the Lord.
  177. 12:22We trust in the Lord and our trust is the Lord.
  178. 12:26And the Lord literally explains in his word
  179. 12:28that when he is our trust, we become the blessed man
  180. 12:32of Jeremiah 17.
  181. 12:34And that blessed man is planted like a tree
  182. 12:37by the water who sends out its roots by the stream.
  183. 12:42And that tree, the blessed man,
  184. 12:44does not fear when the heat comes.
  185. 12:47The blessed man is not anxious in the year of drought.
  186. 12:52Not anxious in the year of drought
  187. 12:53because the blessed man's leaves remain green.
  188. 12:58The blessed man ceases not to produce fruit.
  189. 13:02Guys, this is our heritage in the Lord.
  190. 13:07This is what is available to us.
  191. 13:09So when you call 87616-239-6, and make your gift 877-616-2396,
  192. 13:22you are making an investment in the eternal kingdom of God.
  193. 13:27Yes, but more specifically in planting the flag
  194. 13:31for Christ-laden witness in our nation.
  195. 13:36That is what you're contributing to.
  196. 13:39This is one of the few places where you can get biblical commentary on the issues of the
  197. 13:44day.
  198. 13:45This is one of the few places where we will not flinch, we will not hesitate to speak the
  199. 13:49truth of God's word.
  200. 13:50One of the few places where we'll say it doesn't matter how many surges you have, how many drugs
  201. 13:55you ingest, how many chemicals you consume that never can a man ever become a woman.
  202. 14:00It cannot happen.
  203. 14:02We do not say that to be mean or to be hateful or to be any kind of phobic.
  204. 14:07We say it with us humility and with a grace and with all of the love of Christ because
  205. 14:14it is true.
  206. 14:15It is cruel to deceive a person who is struggling in confusion and to say, you know what?
  207. 14:21Yes, your confusion is correct.
  208. 14:22No, that's not loving.
  209. 14:24And when you apply the same reality that people try to put to those who struggle with
  210. 14:30body dysmorphia and apply to things like anorexia nervosa and bulimia nervosa, you would
  211. 14:36never tell a person that's five, five, 90 pounds.
  212. 14:40And when they look in the mirror,
  213. 14:41if they look overweight, you would never say,
  214. 14:42yes, you are overweight, because that would be cruel.
  215. 14:45It's similarly cruel to affirm a lie
  216. 14:49when everything about them screams out
  217. 14:51being an image bear of God at the cellular level.
  218. 14:59Hello, I'm Abraham Hamilton III.

  233. 15:54Not yet.
  234. 15:55Welcome back to the Hamilton Corner's
  235. 15:57Shareathon edition of the program.
  236. 15:59We're here on day two.
  237. 16:01The number to call to make your gift is 877-616-2396.
  238. 16:08That number again is 877-616-2396.
  239. 16:12Let me say thank you so much for tuning in
  240. 16:14to the program today.
  241. 16:15And for those of you who have been listening for a while,
  242. 16:18thank you for doing that.
  243. 16:19For those of you maybe new to the program, welcome.
  244. 16:21We are so glad that you are here,
  245. 16:23no matter how you're listening,
  246. 16:24wherever you're listening,
  247. 16:25no matter where you're watching,
  248. 16:27or how you're watching, thank you for doing that.
  249. 16:30We are in the Shareathon, as I mentioned,
  250. 16:33one of the two times per year, six days in total,
  251. 16:36annually three in the spring three in the fall
  252. 16:39where we communicate to you directly
  253. 16:41and express our need for you to support
  254. 16:43the work that we're doing here financially.
  255. 16:45The number to call to make your gift is 877.
  256. 16:48616-239-6 or you can go online and give securely there by going to AFR.net. That is for American
  257. 16:59Family Radio, AFR.net where you can make your gift there for a one-time gift of $150 or more.
  258. 17:07Just as an expression of our gratitude, you'll receive the It's My Turn Vol. 2 book from Brother
  259. 17:14Don Wildman who is the founder of American Family Association and American Family Radio.
  260. 17:20You heard a little bit during the break of Brother Don.
  261. 17:24His visions began with his desire to just simply on an evening watch a television show
  262. 17:30with his family and he could not find anything that would not assault his family's biblical
  263. 17:36worldview.
  264. 17:37So it began with the turn your TVs off week and his fight started there.
  265. 17:44He began to realize, wait a minute, the reason why the programs all have this evil substance
  266. 17:50is because there are worldview considerations.
  267. 17:53Where have you considered racism?
  268. 17:54I remember reading how one of the newsletters Brother Don sent out copies of excerpts of the
  269. 18:01Communist Manifesto to let people read for themselves what were in them, which explained
  270. 18:06why he was doing what he was doing. And that entire investment led to the fact after he made
  271. 18:14his stand and continuing with the big networks, he got tired of being misquoted to where, can you
  272. 18:20believe this? You do an interview with the New York Slimes and they actually nipped and took your
  273. 18:25comments to make it seem like you said something you did not say. And he said, no, no, no, it's God's
  274. 18:31will for his people to own the microphones and that led to the establishment of the American
  275. 18:37Family Radio Network.
  276. 18:38AFA began in 1977, the American Family Radio Network began in 1991 and it is because of the
  277. 18:44support of listeners just like you that God has kept us on the radio all these years.
  278. 18:50And so we are here today inviting you to continue that ministerial endeavor to continue this launch
  279. 18:57base for truth into our culture by calling 877-616-2396.
  280. 19:06That number again is 877-616-2396 or you can make your gift securely online by going to
  281. 19:14aFR.net that is aFR.net.
  282. 19:19Now I want to take a few moments now because I get to hear these just like you.
  283. 19:22I haven't heard any of these in advance.
  284. 19:25But to hear testimonies of listeners who are maybe just as you are in your car or wherever
  285. 19:30you might be listening, they had the exact same experience yet they've called in to explain
  286. 19:36how AFR has impacted them.
  287. 19:38Let's take a moment and listen together to this listener testimony.
  288. 19:42Hi, this is Mona from the Key Kentucky and I just wanted to say I originally found American
  289. 19:49Family Radio by hearing American Family News on a different Christian radio station here
  290. 19:57in Kentucky and I had to check it out because I couldn't believe I was hearing accurate
  291. 20:04Christian news.
  292. 20:05So I found American Family Radio on the internet and I downloaded the app and I've been listening
  293. 20:11ever since and that's about six years ago.
  294. 20:15I will say that American Family Radio, an American Family Network has really just impacted
  295. 20:23me in becoming an engaged, voting Christian and paying attention to the political system
  296. 20:30and really searching out the scriptures to see my responsibility to be an engaged citizen,
  297. 20:36to stand against the gates of hell and to be fully engaged and adopt more of a biblical
  298. 20:45world view. So thank you because I listened all day, every day, while I'm working or working
  299. 20:51in the garden or working in my house or just working. So thank you so much for being existing
  300. 20:58as long as you have. You've made a tremendous impact in my life and I share about your radio
  301. 21:04station and app to everyone I encounter. Have a blessed day.
  302. 21:09Wow, what a powerful testimony. You know that's phenomenal. American Family News is
  303. 21:15is one of the ministry offerings we have here
  304. 21:17under the Umbrella of American Family Association.
  305. 21:19And the caller was actually absolutely right.
  306. 21:22There are several other networks
  307. 21:23outside of the AFR network who have come to pick up
  308. 21:26the AFN Newscast that you hear
  309. 21:29at the top of the hour of various times.
  310. 21:31And so that was a vehicle through which she came
  311. 21:33to learn about American Family Radio.
  312. 21:35And then she downloaded the app,
  313. 21:37which has been a great addition to the offerings here
  314. 21:40because we have 180 some odds
  315. 21:42to rest real stations around the country,
  316. 21:44but through the wonder of technology,
  317. 21:46we're able to get far beyond that.
  318. 21:48I'll never forget when I got a note
  319. 21:51from a sister in China.
  320. 21:54Yes, she was working and listening
  321. 21:56to American Family Radio in China,
  322. 22:00albeit covertly through the wonders of digital technology.
  323. 22:04And she asked how did you break through that?
  324. 22:06It was because she was related to a foreign ambassador,
  325. 22:12such one of those types,
  326. 22:13they were able to get around China's firewall around the internet and there you were in the
  327. 22:18belly of the beast in red China.
  328. 22:21American family radio was being heard there.
  329. 22:24So it's amazing what's available and when you support the work that we're doing here,
  330. 22:28you help us develop that type of innovation.
  331. 22:31When you make your gift by calling 877-616-2396, that is 877-616-2396, you contribute to
  332. 22:42the creation of that kind of technology i can tell you guys a little inside
  333. 22:46information
  334. 22:47uh... that our own i t department created our app right here in house we did not
  335. 22:51outsource to anybody
  336. 22:53we did not use the algorithmic
  337. 22:56uh... artificial intelligence bases
  338. 22:58uh... members of our own team who share our world view
  339. 23:02are the ones who created our app and it enables us to go all around the world
  340. 23:06carrying the good news of christ in the communication
  341. 23:09of a biblical worldview, how do you apply the scripture to these particular issues, that
  342. 23:15is what you support when you give and the number to call.
  343. 23:19If you're listening now, you say, man, I want to make my gift.
  344. 23:20You can do so by calling 877-616-2396.
  345. 23:26That number again is 877-616-2396, or you can give securely online by going to AFR.net.
  346. 23:36That is AFR.net.
  347. 23:39Now I want to take a few moments now because some of you might have seen this.
  348. 23:44And right now France is on fire.
  349. 23:48They're having, they're what's been described as protest to where a quarter million people
  350. 23:53have hit the streets and it's, they're saying it started in schools where you have school
  351. 23:58children attacking and assaulting teachers to think to that nature.
  352. 24:02But President Trump weighed into the frame.
  353. 24:05He says, no, no, no, no, no.
  354. 24:06This is not the product of mere protest.
  355. 24:09This is something else.
  356. 24:11And Jeff, I don't know if you have that screenshot to show, yeah, if you would throw that up on
  357. 24:14the screen so that people can read along with me as we share that.
  358. 24:21But President Trump explained that, no, no, no, no, this is not just about what you might
  359. 24:27think is just about school children and protest.
  360. 24:32This is the product of something else, something far different than what President Trump shared,
  361. 24:37and he posted this first on Truth Social.
  362. 24:40He said, quote, what's happening in France is nothing less than out of control mass migration.
  363. 24:49This isn't about schools.
  364. 24:51This is about Islam wanting to take over a once great country in, quote, and I want to
  365. 25:00say. In addition to that, make no mistake about it. There are people in our country who would
  366. 25:06like to see what's happening in France be repeated right here. There are some who want
  367. 25:11to see the same thing happen right here. Take a few moments and watch this clip and listen
  368. 25:18to it that gives you an idea of what's happening in France. It is clip number one, clip one.
  369. 25:23Go.
  370. 25:25They came out by the tens of thousands. Students, joined by teachers and parents, blockading
  371. 25:31the entrances to their school.
  372. 25:34They have schools that fall into pieces and the government don't care a thing about them.
  373. 25:41More than 250,000 took part across the country.
  374. 25:45Shattering nearly 2,000 schools, the largest protest in nearly three weeks.
  375. 25:50Why did you decide to protest today?
  376. 25:52Because I think it's important to show that we disagree with the government.
  377. 26:00The demonstrations began on September 17th,
  378. 26:02over overcrowded classrooms and dilapidated buildings.
  379. 26:08Some have turned violent, leading to more than 6,500 arrests
  380. 26:12of mostly teenagers.
  381. 26:14Angry at France's government, long burdened
  382. 26:17by high debt and political gridlock.
  383. 26:19At first, today's protests were mostly peaceful,
  384. 26:22but the march was met by a heavy police presence
  385. 26:24in Nation Square, as protesters lit dumpsters on fire
  386. 26:29and threw rocks.
  387. 26:32There you go.
  388. 26:36Guys, it's literally on fire.
  389. 26:38Now, if you believe that this is just some organic movement,
  390. 26:41listen, I got some property in the Arctic to sell you.
  391. 26:47Guys, just as we face in our own country,
  392. 26:49there are people that are fomenting organized chaos.
  393. 26:55They're seeking to use a chaotic environment
  394. 26:59as a vehicle to make inroads,
  395. 27:01To stop me if you heard this before,
  396. 27:03fundamentally transform France.
  397. 27:08And it's funny, my wife and I,
  398. 27:11we have friends who live in Canada,
  399. 27:12and they say Canada is widely regarded as the salad bowl.
  400. 27:16Not a melting pot, because in Canada for years,
  401. 27:19you've had massive amounts of migration into Canada,
  402. 27:24but there is no effort to assimilate into Canada.
  403. 27:27The effort is simply to carve out your own,
  404. 27:32ethnic corner of Canada and make it a lot like the nation you came from. And they've succumbed to
  405. 27:39that in the entire reality. And this is, you know, people get upset at this formulation, but this is
  406. 27:44the foundational truth. Immigration without assimilation, guys, is an invasion. That is what it is.
  407. 27:52Immigration without assimilation is an invasion. You know, I've long said, why is it that we
  408. 28:01don't require something very simple like you know English competency come to
  409. 28:08our country. Do you know if you migrate to Japan in order to become a citizen in
  410. 28:12Japan you have to learn Japanese do you know do you realize that? It's kind of a
  411. 28:17radical idea you know if you actually want to become a citizen they're not a
  412. 28:20visitor. Now you can visit Japan and speak whatever language you want but if
  413. 28:24you're going to become a citizen of Japan a naturalized citizen of Japan you have
  414. 28:30to learn Japanese.
  415. 28:32Isn't that a radical idea?
  416. 28:34Isn't that a radical idea?
  417. 28:35No, it's not a radical idea.
  418. 28:37But we've been sold this really this cultural Marxist ideology
  419. 28:42and sometimes people don't get caught up in the buzz,
  420. 28:44in the terminology and view them as buzz words
  421. 28:47and they check out.
  422. 28:48But that is literally the grammcean strategy
  423. 28:50to bulkenize the society, to weaken it,
  424. 28:53not by direct confrontation,
  425. 28:55but by death by a thousand cuts, so to speak.
  426. 28:57that you erode and erode and erode and erode and erode and erode and he gets to
  427. 29:01the place to wear a whole guess what you have a lot of people who are in in the
  428. 29:04united states of america who hate america
  429. 29:07how did that happen
  430. 29:09our nation i'll be the first to tell you that our nation isn't perfect there is
  431. 29:13no such thing as a perfect nation in the world but for people to act as if
  432. 29:17america is nothing but evil
  433. 29:20that's insane
  434. 29:22because while you say that why is there such a lot of people who want to come to
  435. 29:26our country
  436. 29:26Last time I checked, I didn't see an open borders influx of folks trying to break into Cuba.
  437. 29:31I haven't seen a whole bunch of folks trying to break into Place de Alleges, to Place de
  438. 29:41Eliza, fortunate in the sacred honor to the Ayatollah, and I hadn't seen that.
  439. 29:46I hadn't seen that.
  440. 29:47I hadn't seen that.
  441. 29:48Hadn't seen a whole bunch of people trying to break into Mogadishu.
  442. 29:50Hadn't seen a whole bunch of folks.
  443. 29:51Hadn't seen none of that.
  444. 29:52None of that.
  445. 29:55Which is why it's always so remarkable to me because you have people in our country that
  446. 29:59agitators that would say America is just such a horrible place for minorities and
  447. 30:03that they are the exact same people that want to try to invite minorities from
  448. 30:06all over the world to provide people from all over the world to come to our
  449. 30:08country to be minorities here. You can't go both ways and you know why to
  450. 30:13happen focus. Somebody is lying, somebody is lying and we on this radio network are
  451. 30:20going to continue to call out the lies and to tell the truth. So that is why we
  452. 30:27We find it so valuable to invite you to call 877-616-2396, not the exclusive reason, but
  453. 30:36one of the reasons why it is so valuable.
  454. 30:39It's a worthwhile investment to keep a resource available that will stand flat-footed on the
  455. 30:45truth of God's Word and to convey that truth unflinchingly.
  456. 30:50877-616-2396 is the number to call 877-616-2396 is the number to call or you can give
  457. 31:04securely online by going to AFR.net.
  458. 31:08That is AFR.net.
  459. 31:09In a few moments I want to go to another listener testimony but in the meantime I want
  460. 31:15speak a little bit about the interaction between engaging our civic responsibility to vote and
  461. 31:23the reality of how it contributes to the Great Commission's execution.
  462. 31:28Pastor Bert Harper says all of the time that evangelism thrives best in an environment of
  463. 31:35freedom.
  464. 31:36It is because our nation historically has enjoyed that freedom that we've been able to send such
  465. 31:43a potent quantity and a consistent quantity of missionaries into the world.
  466. 31:50Well we want to preserve that capacity to do so, but at the exact same time our nation
  467. 31:56has truly, truly become the mission field.
  468. 32:01And so in light of that reality we need to have vehicles through which the gospel to
  469. 32:07be conveyed, vehicles through which a biblical worldview is articulated, vehicles through
  470. 32:12which that worldview can be developed.
  471. 32:14You heard the previous caller who was from Kentucky
  472. 32:17who mentioned that this radio network helped her
  473. 32:19to develop a biblical worldview
  474. 32:22and developed her ability to search the scriptures,
  475. 32:26developed that ability to connect the scripture
  476. 32:29to issues that were transpiring.
  477. 32:32Guys, that is a viable, viable, and necessary skill
  478. 32:37to cultivate in order to be salt and light in the land
  479. 32:40where we are placed by guys divine providence.
  480. 32:43877-616-239-6 is the number to call.
  481. 32:48Guess what, to get to that?
  482. 32:49Listen to testimony on the other side.
  483. 32:50Other break, 877-616-239-6 is the number to call.
  484. 32:55And if you're wondering, yes,
  485. 32:56the music is equally disrespectful during Shareathon,
  486. 32:59as it is, but we're not in Shareathon.
  487. 33:01877-616-239-6, or you can give,
  488. 33:05securely online at aFR.net.
  489. 33:08On the other side of the break,
  490. 33:09will get into a listener testimony, will get into a little bit of, hmm, isn't
  491. 33:14this interesting? Since the Trump administration dismantled USAID, it seems
  492. 33:20that in Central and South America, they're no longer voting for left wing
  493. 33:23governments. Isn't that interesting? And when you find out what's happened in
  494. 33:28Brazil with a Bolsonaro family, who's been described as the Brazilian Trump,
  495. 33:33you are going to be amazed. More Sherrithon, the addition of the Hamilton
  496. 33:38corner when we come back for the break. In honor of Brother Don and Linda Wildman,
  497. 33:46it's Founders Day on AFR. One time in the past when I used to kind of spearhead
  498. 33:55what we do with our semi-annual shareathons, we used to have it in a very tight kind of
  499. 34:04environment room. It was very small compared to what we have today and there
  500. 34:10was generally by the time we got going.
  501. 34:14You might say it was organized chaos
  502. 34:18because you had phones ringing and you had people all around.
  503. 34:21And of course, we didn't do anything on computer monitors.
  504. 34:25Everything was done with a pen and paper and so forth.
  505. 34:28So there was a lot of camaraderie,
  506. 34:31but there was just a lot of confusion, if you will,
  507. 34:38going on at the same time.
  508. 34:40It was glorious confusion, but it was confusing.
  509. 34:44And I never will forget that in the midst of all of the hub of the sounds that were going
  510. 34:52on all around us, I happened to notice out of the corner of my eye that off in one corner
  511. 34:59of the room, there was dawn.
  512. 35:04And I knew that he had had one of his grandsons and that he had brought him in with him.
  513. 35:11And he just kind of, you know, was sitting there in his own world with this grandchild,
  514. 35:20with all of this going on around us.
  515. 35:24And he was just sitting there changing his diaper and totally oblivious to everything else.
  516. 35:37And I've always thought that that was such a, you know, just an important moment.
  517. 35:43And it captured what he really was about as a leader of a ministry like the American Family
  518. 35:54Association, that, you know, hey, this was an important part time for us.
  519. 36:03This is how we raised a lot of the monies that allowed us to do the job that we were
  520. 36:10called to do with this ministry and what the Lord's purpose behind this mission was.
  521. 36:19But all of that was secondary to that child right then and right there because to him that
  522. 36:30was the most important person in his life.
  523. 36:38And to me that epitomizes what Adon Weilman is all about.
  524. 36:44Brother Don has been standing in the gap for families,
  525. 36:47and Linda has been standing behind him since the inception of
  526. 36:50this ministry more than 40 years ago.
  527. 36:53We praise the Lord for our Founders' obedient service,
  528. 36:56and we invite you to make a gift in their honor during
  529. 36:58Sharethon on AFR.
  530. 37:01Call now at 877-616-2396 to give,
  531. 37:09or at pledgeonline at aFR.net.
  532. 37:12It's Founders' Day on American Family Radio.
  533. 37:16Welcome back to the Hamilton Corner,
  534. 37:19Sharethon Editions,
  535. 37:20fall, 2026 Sharethon edition,
  536. 37:22that is of the Hamilton Corner,
  537. 37:24Abraham Hamilton III here with you.
  538. 37:27It's been a great time so far.
  539. 37:29We have a few minutes left today,
  540. 37:31about 15, 14 minutes and 20 and 40 seconds there.
  541. 37:35They're about for today's Sharethon.
  542. 37:39The number to call is 877-616-2396.
  543. 37:44that number again is 877-616-2396 or you can give securely online by going to
  544. 37:52afr.net that is afr.net I know we heard that one testimony as we came back with
  545. 38:01the rejoin for the program I want to take a few moments now and listen to
  546. 38:04another listener testimony just to share what God is doing in the hearts minds and
  547. 38:11lives of listeners and viewers just like you.
  548. 38:15Hi, this is Kelly from Bradley, Arkansas.
  549. 38:19And when I started listening to AFR, it was through my dad and it just became an instant
  550. 38:27hit.
  551. 38:28And I'm so thankful for his leadership in that before he went home to be with Jesus.
  552. 38:34now is part of my almost daily routine working from a car.
  553. 38:41So one of my favorite things is that AFR is through love, but no doubt there is conviction,
  554. 38:53and that's one of my favorite parts of listening because it keeps me in check and helps me stay
  555. 39:00and it's always in God's timing is just what I need to hear when I need to hear it.
  556. 39:06When I thought about what actually became convicted, about all that I pay for monthly subscriptions such as dish, netflix, or streaming channels,
  557. 39:21and the fact that I've been a sick lately, eight to ten hours of five to six days a week for free,
  558. 39:28Well, it became crystal clear that a monthly donation was the right thing to do.
  559. 39:35AFR gives freely for users, our savers.
  560. 39:39I feel like donating to AFR is an active obedience to God.
  561. 39:44And I hope that anyone listening will be in agreement with me and donate anything that they can,
  562. 39:50whether it's a little or more, because we need this resource in our lives, and I'm so thankful for it.
  563. 40:00Man, did I hear her right?
  564. 40:02She said, instead of Netflix, I need to make my subscription to American family
  565. 40:07radio. And I ain't gonna tell y'all to do what she did.
  566. 40:09And I don't wanna say you got to do that.
  567. 40:11But I am not not saying I'm not not saying that you can do that.
  568. 40:18You can become a great commission partner just like that last listener.
  569. 40:22She said, eight to 10 hours a day, I benefit from AFR.
  570. 40:26Every day of the week, I benefit from AFR.
  571. 40:30Yet I'll pay the subscription services to these, shall we say, non-beneficial outlets necessarily.
  572. 40:38That is a very, very good way to put it. And she said that this is a resource that we need. Wow,
  573. 40:46what a strong, strong endorsement and really puts an appropriate frame on what is happening.
  574. 40:58877-616-2396 is the number to call 877-616-2396 is the number to call to give your gift,
  575. 41:12whether it's a one-time gift, as the listener just said, of any amount, frankly, guys, whether
  576. 41:17it is small, whether it is large, the most important thing really from God's standpoint
  577. 41:23is the heart condition behind it.
  578. 41:26If you recognize that this is a value, you recognize this is something that is beneficial.
  579. 41:30This is something that as a listener just said that we need that then it would be, it should
  580. 41:36be worth that contribution.
  581. 41:39877-616-2396 is the number or you can give online securely by going to aFR.net.
  582. 41:47That is aFR.net.
  583. 41:49All right.
  584. 41:50I alluded to this earlier.
  585. 41:52I want to dig into it now.
  586. 41:54It's amazing that since USAID was dismantled, Central and South America in national election,
  587. 42:04after national election, after national election is turning to be pro-American.
  588. 42:10It's amazing.
  589. 42:12In the nations, you can go right down Chile, Bolivia, Peru, Ecuador, Colombia, Honduras,
  590. 42:21Costa Rica and in all of those nations they have ousted their regressive government in
  591. 42:28regressive candidates and replaced them with people who embrace their versions of what I
  592. 42:34would say of constitutional freedom although they don't have our constitution, they're rejecting
  593. 42:39regressiveism, they're rejecting Marxism moving more towards a free market disposition, a free
  594. 42:46dumb disposition and significantly a pro-American disposition. And in nations like Argentina,
  595. 42:54where they have Javier Mille as their nation's leader, he was able to stave off left-wing
  596. 43:01challenges in one huge in Argentina's basically legislative elections last year, it's amazing
  597. 43:10to see and I want to share a bit about what specifically is happening in the Bolsonaro
  598. 43:16family in Brazil because you remember their left wing government sought to persecute him
  599. 43:23because he was right regarded as Brazil's Trump president, Brazil's Trump. They literally
  600. 43:28put him in jail. They put him in jail, but it's turning out to be probably the worst decision
  601. 43:35that these regressives may listen to and watch clip number two, clip two go.
  602. 43:40We have a mapper, I hope we have a map
  603. 43:42who put it up on the full screen,
  604. 43:43how socialism has lost during the Trump years
  605. 43:47to what I'm just gonna call free enterprise anything,
  606. 43:52anything but socialism.
  607. 43:53Now, the red was really mostly Brazil.
  608. 43:56I know the colors are reversed,
  609. 43:58but the blue is a forecast of what's happening
  610. 44:01to Central and South America.
  611. 44:04And I just think this is the Trump period,
  612. 44:06the Trump influence, Daniel.
  613. 44:09So absolutely.
  614. 44:10So I mean, since Donald Trump's reelection in 2024, there have been about seven presidential
  615. 44:14elections across Latin America, and all seven have moved in a right-wing direction.
  616. 44:18All seven have moved in the direction of electing conservatives and throwing out the left, which
  617. 44:23has been such a plague on Latin America for so long.
  618. 44:26Now Brazil, of course, is the largest prize of all, and the son of former President Gera
  619. 44:31Bolsonaro did phenomenally well in the first round of the presidential election on Sunday
  620. 44:37and is really the favorite to win on October 25 in the second round as well.
  621. 44:41Now, this is what you have to understand, especially in the Bolsonaro case.
  622. 44:49So the former Brazilian president was Jair Bolsonaro.
  623. 44:53This is the guy who was being described as a Brazilian Trump.
  624. 44:56This is a guy who the regressive government who came in after him.
  625. 45:00They literally put him in jail.
  626. 45:01He is right now, as I'm talking to you, on house arrest in Brazil.
  627. 45:05He's on house arrest.
  628. 45:06Well, see what happened was that backfired on them boomerang style.
  629. 45:15Bigly, bigly.
  630. 45:17Why am I saying that?
  631. 45:18Well, the leading candidate to be the newly elected president in Brazil right now is Dyer
  632. 45:25Bolsonaro's son, Flavio Bolsonaro.
  633. 45:29As you just heard in the clip, Flavio Balcenaro put the maliwap on the incumbent left wing
  634. 45:37Marxist loving president in Brazil and is yes.
  635. 45:42And is the leading candidate there.
  636. 45:44Election will be October 25th.
  637. 45:46He is widely expected.
  638. 45:47Now think about this.
  639. 45:48The son of the former president who was on house arrest is about to be elected president
  640. 45:55of of brazil my wife sent a clip up to me of flavio
  641. 45:59on
  642. 46:00live
  643. 46:01in brazil praying
  644. 46:03said asking god to bless brazil
  645. 46:06in saying to god that he knows that god has appointed him to be brazil's next
  646. 46:09president
  647. 46:10and asking god to cause
  648. 46:13favor for his nation
  649. 46:15to accompany his election as president i mean the man turn red as he's
  650. 46:20praying
  651. 46:21on a tv
  652. 46:23for their country. Not only that, Flavio, as I mentioned, is the lead candidate to be president.
  653. 46:28He defeated the leftist incumbent, Luis Ignacio Lula de Silva,
  654. 46:33in the first round of the country's elections this past weekend.
  655. 46:37Then that's only a little bit of the story. Then you have Jair Bolsonaro's wife, Michelle Bolsonaro.
  656. 46:44She won an election to their federal senate, as did Flavio's younger brother.
  657. 46:50Flavio's younger brother Carlos, Balsonaro, is going to the Senate with his mama.
  658. 46:57Now think about this, older brother, younger brother and mama going into the government.
  659. 47:02Older brother expected to be president, younger brother expected to be in the Senate, mama's
  660. 47:07going to be in the Senate with him.
  661. 47:08You think that's it?
  662. 47:09That's not even it.
  663. 47:10We go even further because then you have Flavio's another younger brother named Carlos.
  664. 47:17Carlos Bolsonaro also got elected to serve as the federal deputy and a third son of Jayar
  665. 47:24Bolsonaro.
  666. 47:25Jayar Renan Bolsonaro was elected to serve.
  667. 47:29That's not even it.
  668. 47:30Jayar Bolsonaro's brother, Renaro Bolsonaro got elected to serve in their federal elections.
  669. 47:36So the entire Barkley Canal family is saying boom-doom-doom-da dum-dum-dum-dum-dum-dum-dum-dum-dum...
  670. 47:49I think they're probably gon' regret putting the daddy in jail.
  671. 47:53I foresee a pardon.
  672. 47:54Uh I think I think they probably regret that.
  673. 47:56And then what do you know maybe old fl questioned he is dead with a pardon.
  674. 48:01You think?
  675. 48:02You think?
  676. 48:03Guys, this is crazy was happening and I want to reiterate the fact that this is,
  677. 48:07And it's amazing.
  678. 48:08USAID gets dismantled and then all of a sudden, I mean, one nation turning toward a conservative
  679. 48:18form of government would have been interesting.
  680. 48:20But seven in a row, in the last seven federal elections in Latin and I'm sorry, in Central
  681. 48:27and South America, it's having over and over and over and yes, I'm sure they are frustrated
  682. 48:32with Marxism in those countries.
  683. 48:36I don't think that's just a coincidence.
  684. 48:40I don't think that, I don't think that is just a coincidence.
  685. 48:45That is very, very interesting on an international front.
  686. 48:48877-616-2396 is the number to call.
  687. 48:54We are about three minutes and 15 seconds away
  688. 48:58from today's day two of the fall,
  689. 49:022026, Sharethon, coming to a close.
  690. 49:05You still have that time to get your call,
  691. 49:07to get your donation in, 877-616-2396,
  692. 49:14is the number to call 877-616-2396,
  693. 49:20or you can give securely online by going to AFR.net,
  694. 49:24that is AFR.net.
  695. 49:26In the next few minutes, I wanna listen to another listener
  696. 49:29call if we can.
  697. 49:30Bobby, let me know you tip your kango when you're ready.
  698. 49:33You know, it's kango slim, y'all's gonna see him over here.
  699. 49:35You know what I'm saying?
  700. 49:36Kegel Slim came to pump the part,
  701. 49:38as was going on in the studio.
  702. 49:39Listen with us to this listener testimony.
  703. 49:42Go.
  704. 49:43This is Paula Hodge.
  705. 49:44I am from Tupelo, Mississippi.
  706. 49:47I've been listening to AFR for way over 10 years.
  707. 49:51And I listened to it starting at eight o'clock
  708. 49:54in the morning till about the click clock at night
  709. 49:58and everything, every day, 24-7.
  710. 50:01The Bible scriptures on there that they mentioned,
  711. 50:03I'll look at my Bible to make sure I have them underlined and marked.
  712. 50:08AFR is a true blessing to everyone who listens to it.
  713. 50:13Well, praise God.
  714. 50:14I'm grateful that that is a blessing to this sister.
  715. 50:22And man, I pray it is a blessing to everyone, frankly,
  716. 50:27all around the world.
  717. 50:28Now, this really, or I'm going to share now,
  718. 50:30is really, really a grotesque, if you ask me,
  719. 50:33because as I mentioned earlier, the stuff that's happened in France, there are people who
  720. 50:37want to do the same things here.
  721. 50:39We are a three years removed from the horrendous, the most grotesque day in Israel's history since
  722. 50:45the Holocaust where the most Israelis were slaughtered in one day.
  723. 50:48And the majority of them were Israeli civilians by Hamas, funded, trained, and prepared by
  724. 50:54Iran.
  725. 50:55And yet, in our country, you have, frankly, evil people who look to Mark October 7th as
  726. 51:03a day of celebration. And I'm talking about demonically inspired people who are
  727. 51:09Islamists, who are looking to see hostility toward the Jewish people. Listen
  728. 51:16to this will not be a video. This is just audio, but listen to this clip. I'm
  729. 51:20going to repair you now. It is going to be provoking. Clip number three, clip three,
  730. 51:24go. It is a day with many complexities and it is a rather difficult day for many
  731. 51:29Jewish New Yorkers marking the third anniversary of the Hamas attack on Israel.
  732. 51:35And also, people will be closely watching Mayor Mom Donnie in his response today, as it is his
  733. 51:40first year marking the Sombre anniversary as mayor. And he has been very critical of Israel's
  734. 51:46response to the October 7 attack. There are also many protests planned for today.
  735. 51:51There are also vigils planned for today. But you'll recall, it was in 2023 when the militant
  736. 51:57group Hamas launched the brutal terrorist attack against Israel, killing more than 1200 people
  737. 52:02and taking 251 hostage. Israel then launched a massive military response in Gaza, which resulted
  738. 52:09in thousands of Palestinian deaths. Can't resist, can't it? It's not a day filled with complexity.
  739. 52:19It's not a day and it is it is grotesque to see how many people in our own country
  740. 52:26are disabused of necessary discernment.
