  10. 0:28and now the Hamilton Corner.
  11. 0:32Good evening, everyone.
  12. 0:34Welcome to the Hamilton Corner, Abraham Hamilton the third here.
  13. 0:38Delighted to be with you another day.
  14. 0:41And this is a day that our Lord has made, let us rejoice
  15. 0:44and be glad in it.
  16. 0:46I am the host of this program, the Hamilton Corner, joined
  17. 0:50by Purdue extraordinaire.
  18. 0:52Often imitated, never duplicated the real J. Mac.
  19. 0:54Ladies and gentlemen, man in the controls,
  20. 0:56and we are ready to rock and roll
  21. 0:58with today's edition of the program at this very moment.
  22. 1:01Many of you, if not most of you, are making your transition
  23. 1:04from your part-time jobs where you generate an income
  24. 1:07to your full-time jobs where you cultivate an outcome.
  25. 1:10Outcome cultivation is the mandate.
  26. 1:13Outcome cultivation is the mandate.
  27. 1:15This is the show where we remind you daily what goes
  28. 1:18on in your house is far more important
  29. 1:21than what goes on in the White House.
  30. 1:22There's a lot of activity going on in the White House.
  31. 1:25We're actually gonna dig into some of that today.
  32. 1:28But I want to remind you that what you do is far more important than what President Trump is doing.
  33. 1:34I've been saying and I will continue to say America cannot and will not be made great solely by federal governmental activity.
  34. 1:42Most certainly, most assuredly, it will not occur solely by executive orders.
  35. 1:48Okay.
  36. 1:49In order for America to be a shining city set on the Hill, it has to be the result of what her people do.
  37. 1:57It's the foundational reality.
  38. 2:02And if you are a believer, then you should understand that the mandate is the great commission.
  39. 2:17Going into all the world making disciples.
  40. 2:19Disciples are disciplined learners of our Lord.
  41. 2:22The reality of discipleship is not something that is limited to what is commonly understood
  42. 2:26as spiritual development.
  43. 2:28And I'm putting that in air quotes, not because I want to minimize it, but true spiritual development
  44. 2:33of impacts every area of a person's life.
  45. 2:36You know, unfortunately, in many places, people conflate the term discipleship, really nothing
  46. 2:41more than a worship service etiquette.
  47. 2:45That is not discipleship.
  48. 2:48Commitment to Christ impacts and infects and invades every area of a person's life.
  49. 2:54It impacts our initiative, our ambition, our work ethic, our diligence, our pursuit of excellence,
  50. 3:00our love displayed for one another.
  51. 3:02not just what we harbor in our heart,
  52. 3:04but how we interact with our neighbor.
  53. 3:07It causes us to recognize that every person
  54. 3:09is made in the image of God,
  55. 3:11and we deal with them according to that standpoint.
  56. 3:16It also communicates the reality
  57. 3:18that we have a generalized duty to mankind,
  58. 3:20but a specified duty to the body of Christ.
  59. 3:24There's no sector of our lives
  60. 3:26that would go unimpacted by discipleship formation.
  61. 3:31Submission to Christ impacts every area of our lives.
  62. 3:35And that is by design.
  63. 3:39So as you're making your transition right now
  64. 3:41from your full part-time jobs,
  65. 3:43I'm sorry, will you generate revenue for your families?
  66. 3:48You're moving towards your full-time jobs.
  67. 3:51Outcome Cultivation is the order of the day.
  68. 3:53And we must understand that God has given us a reprieve.
  69. 4:00We're now living in a time period
  70. 4:03to where there's a, shall I say,
  71. 4:04a cessation or a reduction of national governmental hostilities
  72. 4:09toward freedom, toward Christ following,
  73. 4:13what will we do with it?
  74. 4:14We must take full advantage of the time
  75. 4:18that God has given us.
  76. 4:19To the word of God we go, Genesis chapter one.
  77. 4:21I wanna go here,
  78. 4:26because I wanna take some time today
  79. 4:27to remind us of an enduring reality
  80. 4:37that is designed by God that should govern
  81. 4:40how we go about the time that he's given us
  82. 4:43on the earth in the nation where he's planted us.
  83. 4:47And Genesis one, there is a profound
  84. 4:50and enduring truth that is communicated there
  85. 4:54that must be understood.
  86. 4:55It is the fount, if you will, the fount from which
  87. 5:00a whole host of other considerations flow from.
  88. 5:05But if we don't understand this foundational reality,
  89. 5:09we will inevitably, inevitably,
  90. 5:12error downstream from it. Genesis 1, verses 26 through 28, this is what God says, this is
  91. 5:20what God says. In this recorded fire benefit, then God said, let us make man in our image.
  92. 5:26According to our likeness and let them rule over the fish of the sea, over the birds of
  93. 5:32the sky and over the cattle and over all the earth and over every creeping thing that creeps
  94. 5:37on the earth. God created man in his own image. In the image of God, he created him, male and
  95. 5:48female. He created them. God blessed them. And God said to them, be fruitful and multiply
  96. 5:58and fill the earth and subdue it and rule over the fish of the sea and over the birds
  97. 6:04of the sky and over every living thing that moves on the earth.
  98. 6:12A phrase is thrown around often is the Amago Day that human beings are made in the image
  99. 6:21of God.
  100. 6:23But unfortunately too many of our fellow Americans and frankly others around the world but I'm
  101. 6:28going to do it our own nation, my own nation here in America.
  102. 6:31And I know we have other people listening to the show from other countries, watching the
  103. 6:34show from other countries.
  104. 6:35And you're welcome.
  105. 6:36But I'm going to talk quite a bit about America today because what has in some people's mindsets
  106. 6:45conveniently and my estimation inconveniently occurred is that we have lost the understanding
  107. 6:52of the significance of what it means to be made in the image of God.
  108. 6:56This is why we trifle with abortion laws and our neighbors to the North and Canada for
  109. 7:03example are having trying these right to die laws where you have medically assisted euthanasia
  110. 7:10because a person just feels bad and that you have those who have medical expertise who
  111. 7:14are willing to use that expertise and innovation with medications and drugs and things of that
  112. 7:18nature to cause a life to end to participate in that.
  113. 7:22Though in our country in America doctors taking oath to Hippocratic oath to do no harm.
  114. 7:28We have and I know the root of it frankly is the proliferation of a Darwinian worldview
  115. 7:34to where there are some who have posited that there is nothing sacred about human life.
  116. 7:42Many of the new atheists move but they're not regretting their proselytizing because they realize,
  117. 7:52oh snap, if people actually believe what we say and we carry out our worldview to its logical
  118. 7:57extension and conclusion, that means my life doesn't mean anything. While abortion and euthanasia
  119. 8:09are both extremes at different ends of the life spectrum.
  120. 8:13And I'm not calling them extremes to say they are
  121. 8:15extreme, they're are poles, I should say,
  122. 8:17are poles at different ends of the life spectrum.
  123. 8:21That there is a practical reduction in the significance
  124. 8:27of the Amago dei that many of us live with,
  125. 8:31we don't even recognize it.
  126. 8:34But getting back to the scripture, the text is clear.
  127. 8:36God made man in his own image.
  128. 8:38He made mankind to consist of male and female
  129. 8:42M illness and femaleness and again contrary to the to the you know the google doodles and all these other things
  130. 8:49156 different so-called genders guys all that's just a lie
  131. 8:53That's just a lie. I know that people human beings can feel certain ways
  132. 8:57But because you feel a certain way doesn't make what you you're feeling to be true
  133. 9:02you know, they have a lot of people in
  134. 9:05United States of America who feel
  135. 9:07feel like their lives are horrible, but that doesn't make it true objectively.
  136. 9:13Now their feelings are their feelings, but feelings are not synonymous with facts.
  137. 9:18I'm not saying feeling very relevant, but society cannot be compelled to adjust to accommodate
  138. 9:26deceptive fleeting fluid feelings.
  139. 9:31This is why I say you are entitled to your own delusions, but you cannot compel me to live
  140. 9:37according to your delusions. You cannot compel me to live alive. Alright? Man is
  141. 9:46made in God's image. God said, not man, God said, He gave man the authority to rule
  142. 9:56over the earth. When we reject these foundational realities, you know, the
  143. 10:04foundation of life, what is liberty and the pursuit of happiness if we don't have
  144. 10:08life. God made his image bearers and gave to us the authority to rule over the earth. But
  145. 10:20many who reject the fact that mankind is made in God's image. They also, unsurprisingly,
  146. 10:25are willing to allow the earth to rule over man. You know, I was just in the Pacific Northwest
  147. 10:34and learning things about being there as my first time in that portion of the country and
  148. 10:38finding out because of the prevalence of radical environmentalism, you know, we need to preserve
  149. 10:43to spot it out. You have people who earn own land with numerous beautiful trees on their
  150. 10:49own land. And some of these people are struggling in poverty, but the environmental regulations
  151. 10:53prohibit them from logging their own land. They can't cut trees down in their own land
  152. 10:59and to sell its timber because some will allow the earth to rule over me. Unsurprisingly, these
  153. 11:09are some of the same people who reject the fact that mankind is made in the image of God.
  154. 11:17Let me say this, because man is made into the image of God, human beings, lives are sacred.
  155. 11:27You understand that?
  156. 11:30Human beings, lives are sacred.
  157. 11:34The sanctity of human life exists and should be respected and embraced because we are made
  158. 11:41in the image of God.
  159. 11:46Not so surprisingly, and I've explained this before, I'm going to repeat it now, that it
  160. 11:51is the reality of the Amago de as a concept that led America's founders to embrace the
  161. 11:56revolutionary idea that these image bearers also are endowed intrinsically with unalienable
  162. 12:04rights. This is what Thomas Jefferson penned in the Declaration of Independence. He specifically
  163. 12:14says, we hold these truths to be self-evident that all men are created equal, that they are
  164. 12:19endowed by their creator with certain unalienable rights.
  165. 12:25And among these are life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.
  166. 12:28What everybody should know is that you'll find who are the people,
  167. 12:33who are the ones who is denoted in the Declaration of Independence as having unalienable rights.
  168. 12:40People, guess what's missing from there? There. States.
  169. 12:48See, accurately speaking, technically speaking,
  170. 12:51the only ones who have unalienable rights are people.
  171. 12:57The reality of liberty is individual at its maximum efficacy.
  172. 13:02States technically do not have rights.
  173. 13:05States have powers.
  174. 13:07But those powers are delegated to the states.
  175. 13:10I, the people, because as Thomas Jefferson goes on in the Declaration of Independence,
  176. 13:19he goes on to say, and I'm going to read it again,
  177. 13:22we owe these shoes to be self-evident that all men are created equal,
  178. 13:25that they, men, are endowed by their created with certain unalienable rights,
  179. 13:29that among these are life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.
  180. 13:32Look at the next sentence.
  181. 13:34That to secure these rights, governments are instituted among men.
  182. 13:39Guys, governments only have efficacy because they are instituted to secure to the individual
  183. 13:47the rights that are unalienable to them.
  184. 13:51Once again, governments exist to affirm, to uphold, and to support the Imago Day.
  185. 14:00which is why the next sentence is true.
  186. 14:03That is, securities rights, governments,
  187. 14:04the next portion of the sentence is true.
  188. 14:06That is, security rights, governments are instituted
  189. 14:08among men deriving their just powers
  190. 14:11from the consent of the governed.
  191. 14:13What I'm driving at here is that the governed,
  192. 14:17the image bearers, the individuals who have
  193. 14:20the inalienable rights, liberty, life, life, liberty,
  194. 14:25pursuit of happiness, we agreed to institute government.
  195. 14:28Government only functions to serve our purposes.
  196. 14:31The moment government refuses to serve our purposes
  197. 14:35and is not operating consistent with the consent
  198. 14:37of the governed, the declaration goes on to explain
  199. 14:40that that government is illegitimate.
  200. 14:44As we're navigating these years,
  201. 14:46I want you to continually remind yourself
  202. 14:51that what must be upheld at all costs at all times
  203. 14:54is the individual's liberty because of the Amago Day.
  204. 15:01Psalm 2 is the hub of all messianic prophecies.
  205. 15:04It even has God's perspective on those who oppose him.
  206. 15:08In verse three, the God haters reinterpret his moral law
  207. 15:11when he clashes with their desires.
  208. 15:13But Psalm 2 12 is true.
  209. 15:15Do homage to the son that he not become angry
  210. 15:18and you perish in the way.
  211. 15:19For his wrath may soon be kindled.
  212. 15:22Read the full article for some God's holiness
  213. 15:24as fetters and cords by me, Dr. Ray Rooney,
  214. 15:27on thestand.net.
  215. 15:34Shining light into the darkness.
  216. 15:37This is the Hamilton Corner, an American family radio.
  217. 15:40Welcome back to the Hamilton Corner,
  218. 15:42Abraham Hamilton III here.
  219. 15:45Excited to be with you.
  220. 15:47I'm gonna continue unpacking this,
  221. 15:49and you'll see why I'm explaining
  222. 15:51what I'm explaining about individual liberty.
  223. 15:54Because I know that we, in the middle of all of our
  224. 15:58conversations, there's so much focus on
  225. 16:00kind of collectivized ideals, ideas,
  226. 16:03and what is the government doing,
  227. 16:05but we lose sight of the fact that the individual
  228. 16:08is the one that should be supported and upheld.
  229. 16:11That governments only exist to secure
  230. 16:14the liberty of the individual.
  231. 16:15And this is a concept that was revolutionary
  232. 16:18at the time of the founding.
  233. 16:19In America, it's easy to kind of throw the terms around
  234. 16:21and not recognize how significant they are,
  235. 16:22but at the time of the founding,
  236. 16:24the only notion of any type of divinity
  237. 16:27interacted with humanity was the divine right of kings.
  238. 16:29The subjects have no place in any conceptual reality that they have divine anything.
  239. 16:38It's the kings.
  240. 16:39No, the founders recognize the opposite.
  241. 16:42No, the individuals are the ones made in the image of God.
  242. 16:46And government only has its authority if it derives its authority from the consent of
  243. 16:52the individuals.
  244. 16:55If you have not derived your authority from the consent of the individuals or if you're
  245. 17:00the violative of the individual's prerogatives,
  246. 17:03then you are an illegitimate government.
  247. 17:07This is why elected officials are described
  248. 17:09as servant leaders, that there are public servants,
  249. 17:14they exist to serve the public.
  250. 17:17But many in the public don't understand this,
  251. 17:19and so we have allowed for generations,
  252. 17:25the servants to be lords.
  253. 17:32But I believe we may be entering an era now
  254. 17:35where the efforts are being made to recalibrate that,
  255. 17:40to return the power we're belongs,
  256. 17:41and that is to the people.
  257. 17:43And before I get too far, February 14th,
  258. 17:47it's coming to real soon.
  259. 17:49I know a lot of y'all right now thinking about
  260. 17:51the Super Bowl, that's gonna be Sunday,
  261. 17:54but I'm gonna tell you, there's a bowl
  262. 17:55that's gonna be super after Sunday.
  263. 17:58Especially if you're married,
  264. 18:01you better make sure you have your plans.
  265. 18:02Lucky for you, we already got plans for you.

  276. 18:38Is it gala?
  277. 18:39Is it gala?
  278. 18:40How did you pronounce that?
  279. 18:41Yeah.
  280. 18:42They say it in different ways.
  281. 18:43G-A-L-A, that word, that word.
  282. 18:46You have to register for that as well.
  283. 18:48To do so, simply go to GMCSGala 2025.eventbrite.com
  284. 18:56to register.
  285. 18:57I am so looking forward to returning
  286. 18:59to Hope Arkansas.
  287. 19:00If you're in the area or willing to come to the area,
  288. 19:04I was told I can invite you to come.
  289. 19:06And I truly hope that you do
  290. 19:07because there's some things that are on my heart
  291. 19:09that I plan to share there in Hope Arkansas
  292. 19:12I'm not talking about on the radio. It's something that the Lord has put on my heart to share during this event here March 1st.
  293. 19:19That's a Saturday Saturday evening in Hope, Arkansas. You are welcome to come and if you prefer to register in a more I say this way traditional manner.
  294. 19:30You can do so by sending your registration into GMCS Gala, P.O. Box 2318 Hope, Arkansas.
  295. 19:40zip code 71802. All right, the GMCS Gala P.O. Box 2318, Hope Arkansas 71802. I would love to see you there. All right. This is why I began the program the way I did. There is a lot, and I'm pretty sure y'all heard some of this stuff. A lot of hand ringing, a lot of protest you have Ilhan Omar and
  296. 20:12and then Chuck and a quack quack they're wanting,
  297. 20:15oh, who elected president Musk, Elon Musk to be president
  298. 20:19and all these other kinds of things,
  299. 20:22doge is operating that's the Department of Government
  300. 20:24efficiency and you have people saying,
  301. 20:26how can you do this?
  302. 20:27That's not an elected position.
  303. 20:29You don't have the authority to do that.
  304. 20:30And so as you know, I do,
  305. 20:32because I want to have my facts.
  306. 20:34And really I wanted to dive into it
  307. 20:36because I saw people like, you know,
  308. 20:38Lyawatha, that's Senator Elizabeth Warren, you know.
  309. 20:41Laiawatha and others saying that, oh yeah,
  310. 20:44you're gonna have government efficiency
  311. 20:47by adding a new government agency.
  312. 20:49You're gonna cut government by adding a new government agency.
  313. 20:52So I didn't think that that was accurate,
  314. 20:54but I wanna go to the source and get the facts.
  315. 21:00And when you get the facts,
  316. 21:04it changes perception.
  317. 21:05Unsurprisingly, the Gerbal Zink crew,
  318. 21:13The liars in media have been lying once again.
  319. 21:19So I'm gonna explain to you,
  320. 21:21it's from the actual text of President Trump's executive order,
  321. 21:24why any representation that the Department of Government
  322. 21:28Efficiency is a new federal government,
  323. 21:32governmental agency, I'm sorry,
  324. 21:33or that there is no lawful authority
  325. 21:37for the Department of Government Efficiency to operate,
  326. 21:39that's just a flat lie.
  327. 21:40In fact, you knew, and many of you listened to me,
  328. 21:43you knew it was a lie because it's like,
  329. 21:45What? Oh, one doth protest too much. Why are you screaming so loud about it?
  330. 21:50And I'll tell you this. Screaming so loud about it because they realize, uh,
  331. 21:54we've been out maneuvering yet again. So let me explain what I mean.
  332. 21:56If you will, Mr. McIntosh, please put the order on the screen.
  333. 22:02We can start with the first one of exactly right.
  334. 22:05This comes directly from whitehouse.gov from the website to where I did what,
  335. 22:13you know, I've been prone to do, you know,
  336. 22:16read the actual text of stuff for myself to see what's going on.
  337. 22:20And one of the first things you'll find is that the executive order is only two pages.
  338. 22:27You go to the first page of that text of the order, please, Mr. McIntosh, it's only two pages.
  339. 22:31It's not written in legalese at all.
  340. 22:35It's not written in legalese.
  341. 22:37And it explains exactly what President Trump has done.
  342. 22:43So if you look at Section 3, that's on your screen if you're watching the show, you will
  343. 22:50find that what President Trump has done is not create a new agency.
  344. 22:56It's actually brilliant and I explain why it's brilliant.
  345. 22:59Then I'm going to explain some of the implications of it.
  346. 23:02He has not created a new agency.
  347. 23:05He actually repurposed an existing federal agency.
  348. 23:11So if you read Section 3, which is on your screen, you'll notice Section 3, paragraph
  349. 23:14reorganizing and renaming of the United States Digital Service. The United States Digital Service
  350. 23:23is hereby publicly renamed as United States Doge Service, Parenthetical USDS, and shall
  351. 23:32be established in the Executive Office of the President. First thing you need to know
  352. 23:38about Doge, ladies and gentlemen, is that Doge is not a newly created federal agency.
  353. 23:45It is an existing federal agency that President Trump has renamed and repurposed.
  354. 23:53And he's even retained the former acronym, USDS, because the agency that existed prior
  355. 23:59to Doge was the United States Digital Service.
  356. 24:04Well what was the United States Digital Service?
  357. 24:05I'm so glad you asked.
  358. 24:08The United States Digital Service was an executive agency that was created by Barack Hussein Obama.
  359. 24:16Yes, you heard me right.
  360. 24:20The United States Digital Service was created as an Obamacare office to make government software
  361. 24:27better.
  362. 24:29It was essentially software development for the bureaucracy.
  363. 24:34So President Trump has renamed the USDS and redirected its focus.
  364. 24:41And this is why it's brilliant.
  365. 24:43and foremost, by using an existing federal agency President Trump has ensured that the
  366. 24:52funding would be present to accomplish the tasks that he wants to accomplish because the
  367. 24:57USDS was already funded by Congress.
  368. 25:02President Trump, as the chief executive officer of the federal government, the head of the
  369. 25:07executive branch, he has the authority to direct the focus of executive agencies.
  370. 25:14So the first strike stroke of genius here,
  371. 25:19and this is not, y'all know me.
  372. 25:21So I'm not a president Trump's sick of fan.
  373. 25:23I'm not gonna say, oh, everything he does is great.
  374. 25:26It's not.
  375. 25:27I call balls of strikes.
  376. 25:29When he's wrong, when I think he's wrong, I'll call it.
  377. 25:31When I think he's right, I'm gonna call it.
  378. 25:33In this instance, the man is cooking with Greece.
  379. 25:37I'm gonna tell you, and it's brilliant
  380. 25:39because the funding is already present for his initiative.
  381. 25:41Secondarily, the reason why it's brilliant
  382. 25:45is because by using an existing executive agency,
  383. 25:48President Trump does not have to fight with Congress
  384. 25:51to create a new agency.
  385. 25:54All right, so first, the United States doe's service
  386. 25:57is simply a repurposing of the formerly existing
  387. 26:00United States digital service.
  388. 26:05The next thing I wanna point out
  389. 26:08is that President Trump utilized the funding
  390. 26:14that was already available for the specific purposes
  391. 26:17from section 44 of the US Code, chapter 36,
  392. 26:22that is the law that facilitates much of what
  393. 26:24the digital service was, that as I mentioned,
  394. 26:27it was generally about developing tech for government.
  395. 26:30This means that focusing on efficiency
  396. 26:33and evaluating the entire government,
  397. 26:35here's the key guys, through the lens of IT,
  398. 26:40through the lens of information technology
  399. 26:44that runs the federal government,
  400. 26:47is not even substantially altering the agency.
  401. 26:51So if you're wondering, well, how's those doing
  402. 26:53all of these things that they're doing,
  403. 26:54they are evaluating every branch
  404. 26:58from the perspective of efficient
  405. 27:01information technological operation.
  406. 27:04I'm telling you, it's brilliant.
  407. 27:10It's brilliant, it's brilliant.
  408. 27:15Similarly, and I wanna mention this,
  409. 27:19in order for the Department of Government
  410. 27:21efficiency to do its job. The first thing it would need to do is to conduct an audit
  411. 27:26or a sweep of what's happening in all of the various agencies. And so to accomplish
  412. 27:32this, President Trump's executive order refers to another law. All right. Section
  413. 27:38five of US code, 3161, I'm entitled five, section 3151. This is a law that governs
  414. 27:45the creation of and staffing for what is known as a temporary organization. All right. You
  415. 27:51You see on the screen, Section 3 of the Executive Order, Paragraph B, what does it say?
  416. 28:03Establishment of a temporary organization.
  417. 28:05There shall be a USDS Administrator established in the Executive Office of the President who
  418. 28:10shall report to the White House Chief of Staff there is further established within USDS in
  419. 28:15accordance with Section 3161 of Title 5.
  420. 28:19United States Code, a temporary organization known as a U.S.
  421. 28:23Doge Service Temporary Organization.
  422. 28:26The U.S. Doge Service Temporary Organization shall be headed by the U.S.
  423. 28:29D.S.
  424. 28:30Administrator and shall be dedicated to advancing the President's 18-month Doge agenda.
  425. 28:36The U.S.
  426. 28:37Doge Service Temporary Organization shall terminate July 4, 2026.
  427. 28:41The termination of the U.S.
  428. 28:43Doge Service Temporary Organization shall not be interpreted to imply the termination,
  429. 28:47attenuation or amendment of any other authority or provision of this order.
  430. 28:54So why is this significant?
  431. 28:56By including this group as a temporary organization, President Trump dodged several potential lawsuits
  432. 29:04as he may not have been able to create his own new administrative entity on a permanent
  433. 29:08basis without congressional approval.
  434. 29:11So you use an existing service, then you add the fact that this function, this operation,
  435. 29:15This focus is one that is temporary.
  436. 29:18It shields it from being assailed by litigation.
  437. 29:24And then it even goes further.
  438. 29:27Look at sub-paragraph C, section three paragraph C.
  439. 29:30Doge teams.
  440. 29:33In consultation with USDS, each agency heads shall establish
  441. 29:36within their respective agencies a Doge team
  442. 29:39of at least four employees,
  443. 29:41which may include special government employees
  444. 29:43hired or assigned within 30 days of the date of this order,
  445. 29:46which was issued January 20th, by the way, 2025.
  446. 29:49Agency heads shall select the Doge team members
  447. 29:53in consultation with the USDS administrator.
  448. 29:56Each Doge team will typically include one Doge team lead,
  449. 30:00one engineer, one human resources specialist,
  450. 30:03and one attorney.
  451. 30:05I'm gonna stop reading there.
  452. 30:07What is that paragraph saying?
  453. 30:09What it's saying is that President Trump
  454. 30:11is ordering every executive agency
  455. 30:15to hire its own Doge team.
  456. 30:20Every agency is instructed by the Chief Executive
  457. 30:23to include a Doge team, which consists of four members,
  458. 30:27a team lead, an engineer, one HR specialist, and a lawyer.
  459. 30:32Hahaha.
  460. 30:36Every executive agency has to have these people
  461. 30:40who have access to all of these records to review everything.
  462. 30:44Every agency is required to do it.
  463. 30:50And to do so, to respond to the President's mandate
  464. 30:54to ensure government efficiency.
  465. 30:57So if you're wondering, well, how is he doing this?
  466. 30:59How are we finding out all these things
  467. 31:01that USAID is doing?
  468. 31:02How are we finding all of these things?
  469. 31:03Because President Trump has required each executive agency
  470. 31:06to have a doge team to where they have been given
  471. 31:09the authority to review everything for efficiency.
  472. 31:16The last component of the executive order itself,
  473. 31:18that's important to note, is that President Trump orders
  474. 31:21all agencies to support the Doge initiative and he disclaims any other prior executive orders
  475. 31:27that could interfere with this order.
  476. 31:31This is in Section 4, paragraph C of the order.
  477. 31:40That's right, it's on the screen now.
  478. 31:42This executive order displaces all prior executive orders and regulations insofar as they are
  479. 31:46subject to direct presidential amendment that might serve as a barrier to providing USDS
  480. 31:51access to agency records and systems as described above.
  481. 31:57This is another power move that makes the Doge operation further insulated from litigation.
  482. 32:05Now you see all the people squawking and whining.
  483. 32:07Who the people didn't elect president Musk know?
  484. 32:10They're elected President Trump knowing full well that Doge was going to be initiative
  485. 32:14headed up by Elon Musk because he campaigned on it.
  486. 32:17And I'm letting you see some of the technical nuts and bolts kind of under the hood
  487. 32:22to see how it's happening.
  488. 32:24I'm telling you, this move was genius.
  489. 32:30Today, Christians are facing challenges
  490. 32:32in homeless ministry.
  491. 32:34In 2023, homelessness reached its highest level
  492. 32:37since reporting began in 2007,
  493. 32:39even affecting families with children unaccompanied youth
  494. 32:42and the elderly.
  495. 32:43Homeless ministries require long-term commitment
  496. 32:46and support, not quick fixes.
  497. 32:48Pastor Jim Yates advises taking manageable steps
  498. 32:50when building a homeless ministry.
  499. 32:53Read the full article, Compassion,
  500. 32:55It's a messy business by me, Jordan Shambly, on thestand.net.
  501. 32:59A Hamilton Quarter podcast and one-minute commentarities
  502. 33:08are available at aFR.net.
  503. 33:10Back to the Hamilton Quarter on American Family Radio.
  504. 33:15Welcome back to the Hamilton Corner, Abraham Hamilton,
  505. 33:17the third year.
  506. 33:18Why am I going through all of this?
  507. 33:20Because I want you to see some of the technical details
  508. 33:23that are in play.
  509. 33:24So Doge is not a new agency.
  510. 33:26It's a repurposed federal agency.
  511. 33:29USDS already existed under Obama.
  512. 33:31In fact, Obama, it was created under Obama.
  513. 33:33President Trump has just repurposed it and refocused it.
  514. 33:36The way that Doge is accessing all of the evidence
  515. 33:39of waste, fraud, and abuse is because they're assessing
  516. 33:42everything from an IT standpoint.
  517. 33:45Okay?
  518. 33:47You have these hundreds of millions of dollars
  519. 33:49that were disseminated through electronic transfer.
  520. 33:53Well, how does this happen?
  521. 33:53Why did this happen?
  522. 33:55Doge has been given a lawful authority to evaluate it.
  523. 33:58And already, guys, we're just three weeks
  524. 34:01into the Trump administration,
  525. 34:02and we're learning things because as Elon was promised,
  526. 34:05that they're posting everything online,
  527. 34:07what they're finding.
  528. 34:09That's why we were able to find out
  529. 34:11about more of the wasted fraud and abuse and corruption
  530. 34:15through the USAID program.
  531. 34:18And the man is remarkable.
  532. 34:19Like I said, people like Elon, Omar,
  533. 34:21coming in protesting, how is the Trump administration
  534. 34:23gonna freeze the assets and the money flowing to USAID
  535. 34:27that this is needed for refugee camps and other things.
  536. 34:31I was a refugee and I'm just like,
  537. 34:33whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa.
  538. 34:34Elon, I'm Elon.
  539. 34:38You got the pics, sweetie.
  540. 34:40L1Point, America is his genocidal evil country.
  541. 34:43Now, the other part, no, we need to keep the benevolence
  542. 34:46flowing.
  543. 34:47Which one is it?
  544. 34:50Which one is it?
  545. 34:54Some of the things, and guys, we're three weeks in.
  546. 34:58Some of the stuff that has come out because of Doge's
  547. 35:01operations, which you now know that you have a Doge team
  548. 35:04embedded into every federal agency,
  549. 35:09which is working very well as you have so many federal
  550. 35:11employees that are no longer working in the administration.
  551. 35:19We found out, and this is straight off the White House's
  552. 35:20website, whitehouse.gov, examples of waste fraud
  553. 35:24and abuse just at USAID, $1.5 million,
  554. 35:29to quote, advance diversity, equity, and inclusion
  555. 35:32in Serbia's workplaces and business communities,
  556. 35:35end quote.
  557. 35:36Did you know that?
  558. 35:37Did you know the United States government was sending money to Serbia?
  559. 35:41And let's be clear, sending American taxpayers money to Serbia to advance DEI in workplaces
  560. 35:50and business communities in Serbia.
  561. 35:52$70,000 for the production of a DEI musical in Ireland.
  562. 35:59Did you know that?
  563. 36:00Now, I could be wrong here.
  564. 36:06What do you expect to see in Ireland?
  565. 36:10Irishmen, right?
  566. 36:12Did you know American taxpayer dollars were going to Ireland for the production of a musical,
  567. 36:17a DEI musical in Ireland?
  568. 36:19Two and a half million dollars for electric vehicles in Vietnam.
  569. 36:22Did you know that Jeff?
  570. 36:26Jeff, how do you feel that you're hard earned tax dollars being spent for electric vehicles
  571. 36:30in Vietnam?
  572. 36:31Did that go down smooth?
  573. 36:33Did that give you the warm fuzzes in your chest area?
  574. 36:39How about this one?
  575. 36:40Four to seven thousand for a transgender opera in Columbia.
  576. 36:44and you know from my Spanish speaker that's Colombia.
  577. 36:52How tax made dollars?
  578. 36:53Y'all click.
  579. 36:55Go and look this up for yourself.
  580. 36:57Tax made dollars being spent
  581. 36:59for a transgender, transgender,
  582. 37:01transgender, opera in Colombia.
  583. 37:07How about this one?
  584. 37:08$32,000 for a transgender comic book in Peru.
  585. 37:17How about this one?
  586. 37:18Two million for sex changes
  587. 37:19and LGBT activism in Guatemala.
  588. 37:24All of this has come out because of those.
  589. 37:28How about this?
  590. 37:29$6 million to fund tourism in Egypt.
  591. 37:34I wish all could see Jeff's face.
  592. 37:36Jeff's face is like, wait, what?
  593. 37:39Tourism in Egypt.
  594. 37:41How about the hundreds of thousands of dollars
  595. 37:47sent to nonprofit groups linked to terrorist organizations?
  596. 37:52Even after an Inspector General had
  597. 37:54already launched an investigation into that terrorist organization
  598. 37:57and this connection to the nonprofit.
  599. 37:58Sent them money after the fact.
  600. 38:01How about this?
  601. 38:01And we've been talking about this for quite some time.
  602. 38:03Millions of dollars to the EcoHealth Alliance,
  603. 38:06which was involved in doing gain of function research
  604. 38:09in Wuhan, China.
  605. 38:15I really want you to wrap your brains around this guys.
  606. 38:24The Wuhan flu that was utilized
  607. 38:30to bring the world to heal in 2020, 2021,
  608. 38:40was funded by our taxpayer dollars.
  609. 38:44And then when busted about it,
  610. 38:46and here's the thing, did you see this stuff
  611. 38:48that came out through Doge that, you know,
  612. 38:51Patient zero, the first one infected with it was the doctor
  613. 38:54that was hired by the Eco-health Alliance
  614. 38:55that we pay for with American taxpayer dollars.
  615. 38:58Then Fauci and them lied about it.
  616. 39:01For you, do you realize that's because we funded this research?
  617. 39:08Did this thing?
  618. 39:09Yeah, it came back up.
  619. 39:12I think that's it.
  620. 39:17It kinda makes sense why now that you have that
  621. 39:22pardon for Dr. Fauci, doesn't it?
  622. 39:26Because, funding gain of funds to research, by the way.
  623. 39:29And doing what Fauci did, by the way.
  624. 39:31What's illegal?
  625. 39:36How about this one?
  626. 39:38Hundreds of thousands of dollars, I'm sorry, millions of millions of dollars spent on hundreds
  627. 39:43of thousands of meals to provide for al-Qaeda affiliated terrorists in Syria.
  628. 39:58Connect that to what Tulsi Gabbard just revealed in her confirmation hearing, the first formal
  629. 40:05admission that the United States funded the terrorist to topple the Syrian government that
  630. 40:11became ISIS. Literally. The reason why you have Barack Obama talking about ISIS was
  631. 40:16the JV team is because he created it. He armed them with our taxpayer dollars.
  632. 40:27Do you realize millions of dollars to print quote personalized contraceptives
  633. 40:36and birth control devices for developing countries. This is what our tax dollars
  634. 40:40have been doing. And if none of those things were enough for you, how about this one?
  635. 40:44hundreds of millions of dollars to fund irrigation canals,
  636. 40:49farming equipment, and fertilizer to use in support of poppy cultivation and
  637. 40:55heroin production in Afghanistan to the benefit of the Taliban.
  638. 40:59Hundreds of millions of dollars been paid from US taxpayer dollars through USA.
  639. 41:06We found all that stuff out through those guys.
  640. 41:15Now, why am I saying this out?
  641. 41:16What does this have to do with what I started in the beginning with the Amago Day?
  642. 41:19And I'll tell you, because one of the major things
  643. 41:22that we are witnessing, one of the major things
  644. 41:24that are happening right now, and I am grateful
  645. 41:26to God for this, is that President Trump
  646. 41:28is maneuvering in a way to where the American people
  647. 41:30can once again have our government.
  648. 41:34And I mean, I don't care what's your political affiliation.
  649. 41:38You cool with this?
  650. 41:44We spending money to help cultivate heroin in Afghanistan.
  651. 41:50From American taxpayer dollars.
  652. 41:53How you square that circle when we arrest the people
  653. 41:55in our own country for cultivating heroin.
  654. 41:59How you square that circle?
  655. 42:03I don't know about you, but if government
  656. 42:06derives its just power from the consent of the governed,
  657. 42:08I never consent to send money for a transgender opera
  658. 42:13in Columbia.
  659. 42:15I didn't consent to that.
  660. 42:19Well, if your question is, well Abe,
  661. 42:20how does this function aid the American people
  662. 42:23in gaining the control of this coverage?
  663. 42:24You know how?
  664. 42:25Because it allows us to see what's happening
  665. 42:27and we get to exercise our vote, exercise our vote,
  666. 42:33to express our affirmation or displeasure with what is happening.
  667. 42:38And this is why I believe President Trump is experiencing right now record high approval
  668. 42:43ratings because America people is like, whoa, whoa, whoa, wait a minute.
  669. 42:46I can't tell you the number of people that I've been talking to.
  670. 42:49It's like, man, I didn't know that was happening.
  671. 42:51I didn't know the Biden administration was sending sending our taxpayer dollars to Peru
  672. 42:55for a transgender comic book.
  673. 42:56Man, did y'all see, and I didn't get any clips to this because this is so it was too profane.
  674. 43:03But did you see Jeff?
  675. 43:04Did you see?
  676. 43:05Cat Williams is doing a comedy show in Phoenix, Arizona.
  677. 43:09And one of the hecklers was trying to say,
  678. 43:14you know, this is Mexico, you're on Stola Land
  679. 43:17and Cat Williams.
  680. 43:21He said, this ain't Mexico.
  681. 43:26They said, Paison, this is Phoenix.
  682. 43:29Cat Williams leading a USA chant
  683. 43:32and a minimum comedy show.
  684. 43:33Turns his whole show starts heckling this dude.
  685. 43:38They said, listen, if you're in America,
  686. 43:40what is you doing?
  687. 43:41Look, what is you doing?
  688. 43:42What are you doing expressing your fealty
  689. 43:45and offended if a Mexico.
  690. 43:46He's like, if you love Mexico so much, go there.
  691. 43:48He literally said, I bet when you leave this show,
  692. 43:50you ain't going to Mexico.
  693. 43:54Later on, they said, now, to all my Mexican-Americans
  694. 43:57who are proud to be Americans,
  695. 43:59and then this dude literally breaks out
  696. 44:00of the middle of his show.
  697. 44:01Oh, say can you?
  698. 44:04There's serious!
  699. 44:05Guys, there's something that's happening.
  700. 44:09Something is happening.
  701. 44:13Amazing.
  702. 44:14Now, I'm not recommending you going,
  703. 44:16look it up and all that kind of stuff, you know,
  704. 44:17because profanity, Cat Williams,
  705. 44:19the comedian, all that kind of stuff.
  706. 44:20Well, I saw that I was like, whoa.
  707. 44:25He's like, if you love Mexico so much, goodbye.
  708. 44:33Like we have a country where you have people protesting,
  709. 44:38burning the American flag,
  710. 44:41celebrating the Mexican flag in America.
  711. 44:44In the simple, the resolution is very simple.
  712. 44:46Go there.
  713. 44:49But when you have these things being exposed,
  714. 44:51it allows American people to see.
  715. 44:54So when you see the Ilhan Omar's and the Chuck Schumer's
  716. 44:57and all and they're protesting,
  717. 44:59they're screaming, you ever heard the phrase,
  718. 45:02hit dogs, Holler. You know why? Because their jig is up. They're getting their
  719. 45:08cronies and their friends to start these NGOs and the NGOs are used to fund all of
  720. 45:12these means of US American taxpayer dollars. And now it's being exposed that
  721. 45:20you see the thing Doge revealed that through USAID that they were funding over
  722. 45:256,000 journalists? 6,000 journalists and you wonder where these narratives seem to
  723. 45:32all have this consistency. Well it's kind of easy when you basically got
  724. 45:35on the payroll.
  725. 45:36You got folks like Politico and others, they're on the payroll.
  726. 45:42And then you have Megan Baskin's book, Shepherds for sale.
  727. 45:45She's been completely, completely affirmed.
  728. 45:50Because you have all of these evangelical ministries getting money from the government.
  729. 45:58In a left-wing system, and then doughy shows that 97% of the employees at USAID gave donations
  730. 46:04to Democrat candidates.
  731. 46:08These people Ilhan Omar and Chuck Schumer are not protesting because they have righteous
  732. 46:11support for USA.
  733. 46:14They are protesting because they scam as being exposed to the American people finally.
  734. 46:22And by allowing all of this transparency, it's moving to where the government slowly
  735. 46:30has been returned to the people.
  736. 46:38Sounds kind of like we hold these shoes of yourself evident that all men are created equal,
  737. 46:44that they are endowed by their creator
  738. 46:45with certain unalienable rights,
  739. 46:47certain unalienable rights,
  740. 46:49that among these are life, liberty,
  741. 46:50and the pursuit of happiness,
  742. 46:51that to secure these rights,
  743. 46:53governments are instituted among men,
  744. 46:55deriving their just powers
  745. 46:58from the consent of the governed.
  746. 47:02This is exactly what people
  747. 47:03who voted for President Trump voted for.
  748. 47:06This is exactly what they voted for.
  749. 47:09And President Trump is moving swiftly
  750. 47:11because he has to,
  751. 47:13because he really only has two years
  752. 47:15to get the train moving, because midterm elections are in 2026,
  753. 47:21he is a lame duck present at that point.
  754. 47:23So whatever he's going to do, he has to do it now.
  755. 47:27And what this shows, this executive order concerning Doge
  756. 47:29is one example of it, that he's not showing up as he did in 2016,
  757. 47:36not knowing how these things work and all these kinds of things.
  758. 47:39It's clear that he knows what he's doing.
  759. 47:42And he has staffers and experts,
  760. 47:44and I know President Trump didn't write this himself,
  761. 47:46but he has attorneys that are working with him to do these things
  762. 47:49and to make them unassailable.
  763. 47:51So now you have this lawsuit filed by federal unions,
  764. 47:56specifically because they don't want dough
  765. 47:57is getting access to all of these information,
  766. 47:59and they're ultimately going to lose.
  767. 48:03But the point that I have continuously been making
  768. 48:06is that if powers return to the people,
  769. 48:08what kind of people will we be who wields this power?
  770. 48:12When we see these things, the transparency is increasing
  771. 48:15ever so imperceptibly in some instances,
  772. 48:18and in a bit more overtly in other instances,
  773. 48:21What kind of people will we be?
  774. 48:25Because federal government, executive orders,
  775. 48:28well, alone will not make America great.
  776. 48:30America will rise and fall depending
  777. 48:33on who we the people are.
