  3. 0:07This is the Hamilton Corner on American Family Radio.
  4. 0:11It should be uncomfortable for a believer to live as a hypocrite.
  5. 0:15Delivery people out of the bondage of mainstream media.
  6. 0:18And the philosophies of this world.
  7. 0:20God has called you and me to be his ambassador.
  8. 0:24Even in this dark moment.
  9. 0:26Let's not miss our moment.
  10. 0:29And now the Hamilton Corner.
  11. 0:33Good evening, everybody.
  12. 0:34Welcome to the Hamilton Corner.
  13. 0:36Abraham Hamilton the third here joined by the corner contingent right across from me,
  14. 0:42my man, 100 grand who is not here.
  15. 0:45Trick, y'all.
  16. 0:47Right across from me today is our friend in neighborhood.
  17. 0:51What a holic Mr. Marty sparks who I must say his shirt is matching mine a little bit today
  18. 0:57in the same hue, same shade.
  19. 1:00Bobbie's not here to crack on my shirt, it's not going to look like a picnic table blanket.
  20. 1:09I like picking the baskets.
  21. 1:11Booboo boy.
  22. 1:12Yeah.
  23. 1:14In the screening room we have produced extraordinaire often imitated never duplicated the real J. Mac.
  24. 1:19Ladies and gentlemen, we're ready to rock and roll with today's edition of the program.
  25. 1:22At this very moment, many of you, if not most of you are making your transition from your
  26. 1:27part time jobs where you generate an income to your full time jobs where you cultivate an outcome.
  27. 1:32And as you do so, I'd like to encourage you to do so with intentionality, understanding the primacy
  28. 1:39that God places on family. You know, man, there is an ethos that is available to us as members of
  29. 1:52of God's eternal family that drives us to transcend the partus and rancor that permeates our nation
  30. 2:00currently.
  31. 2:01I posted on social media just the other night after I got home.
  32. 2:04So I was just reading up on some stuff and I posted about RFK Jr. as HHS secretary and I
  33. 2:13just simply posed this question.
  34. 2:15I wonder what the response would be to RFK Jr.
  35. 2:18Jr's tenure with his vaccine stance and all if he had been appointed by a appointed by a
  36. 2:23Democrat president, you know, it just and I posed it. The question really has a thought
  37. 2:34experiment to invite people who follow me on social media to weigh in and many people
  38. 2:38weigh in and the responses were well were very thoughtful and it's just one of those
  39. 2:45things that just reiterated for me the necessity of the Christ follower having a kingdom centric
  40. 2:53ethos. And it refused to be bogged down by the features of partisan ship that kind of drive
  41. 3:03what's happening now. You know, I'm looking forward to joining the family of God and in
  42. 3:09in Farmerville, Louisiana at Darbonne Church of Christ
  43. 3:14at this weekend, starting tomorrow evening, by the way.
  44. 3:17And one of the things I plan to move,
  45. 3:21I plan to address to some degree,
  46. 3:23is the reality that God expects his body to be his body.
  47. 3:27And one of the things that has happened in our society
  48. 3:31is that things that God has ordained the church to do
  49. 3:34and established our constitutional republic
  50. 3:36with democratic features to allow us the liberty
  51. 3:38to accomplish them, we've kind of ceded that ground.
  52. 3:41And we simply wait for politicians or judges or courts
  53. 3:47or other to do things that the body of Christ
  54. 3:51is supposed to do, man.
  55. 3:52We're supposed to be baking disciples.
  56. 3:53We are the ones that should understand God's view
  57. 3:56of the family and the opportunity that we have
  58. 3:58through the family.
  59. 3:59We are the ones that should understand how the Lord
  60. 4:01has comprised his body.
  61. 4:03And when he says that the Christian is to do good
  62. 4:05to everyone, but especially the household of faith.
  63. 4:12That's what God expects of his body, man.
  64. 4:14And it's time for us to stop talking about going to church
  65. 4:17and to be the church.
  66. 4:19So when I say on a daily basis,
  67. 4:21what goes on in your house is far more important
  68. 4:23than what goes on in the White House.
  69. 4:24Guys, it's simply true.
  70. 4:26The things that transpire in the White House
  71. 4:27are very important, no doubt about it,
  72. 4:30but they should not be more important to you and me
  73. 4:33than what we do in our homes on a daily basis.
  74. 4:37We must embrace God's view of his world
  75. 4:40and recognize what we have the opportunity to do.
  76. 4:43and be a part of his commission,
  77. 4:45starting right in the home,
  78. 4:46starting right in our home.
  79. 4:48So as you are making your transition at this very moment,
  80. 4:52I encourage you to do it with intentionality
  81. 4:55and welcome the potency of the grace of God
  82. 4:58to govern your engagement.
  83. 5:01And you be a part of God's solution
  84. 5:05and not fan the flames of frankly,
  85. 5:09the effectless partisan rancor that has permeated our country.
  86. 5:12To the word of God we go.
  87. 5:15And this is something that has been on my heart
  88. 5:17for quite some time when I was spent some time
  89. 5:19talking about it now.
  90. 5:20Genesis chapter one, in the very beginning,
  91. 5:24this is what Jesus affirms later is recorded in Matthew
  92. 5:27chapter 19 as he feels a question concerning marriage.
  93. 5:32But in Genesis chapter one, God says something.
  94. 5:35And when we as human kind reject the truth of God's word,
  95. 5:40of God's word, we do so to our own detriment. We do so to our own detriment. Genesis 1,
  96. 5:50verses 27 and 28, this is what God's word says. God created in his own image, in the image of God,
  97. 6:00he created him male and female. He created them. God blessed them, and God said to them,
  98. 6:10be fruitful and multiply and fill the earth and subdue it and rule over the fish of the sea
  99. 6:17and over the birds of the sky and over every living thing that moves on the earth.
  100. 6:26Guys, right at the very beginning of the scripture in the book of beginnings,
  101. 6:31throughout the entirety of God's word from Genesis through Revelation,
  102. 6:36He consistently affirms the reality that the maximized human expression of his image is reflected in
  103. 6:47authentic masculinity and authentic femininity. Male say it to say it better,
  104. 6:54their maleness and femaleness is God's idea. It is God's design. It's not a feature of human
  105. 7:08will. It is not a sociological construct. It is hardwired into us by the designer. God
  106. 7:18made mankind in his image. He made them both male and female, male and female equal in quality
  107. 7:30before and high and holy God qualitative equals while simultaneously complementarily distinct
  108. 7:38from one another. This is why it doesn't matter how many surgeries one undergoes. It doesn't matter
  109. 7:46how many hormones, one in jests, it doesn't matter how many chemicals, one consumes, it doesn't really
  110. 7:54frankly matter how one may think they feel internally. A male will never become a female,
  111. 8:02never. It will never happen. A female will never become a male. It will never happen.
  112. 8:11manus and femianus is determined at a D and at the DNA level literally on the code that
  113. 8:21is written on you before you were ever visible to anyone determines who you are the fact that
  114. 8:32you may be you know middle age and balding that was in your code when you were conceived
  115. 8:38if you're, you know, it's never, it's never going to change.
  116. 8:43But what we have done in many ways, you know, and, and, and, and, and this is a good way
  117. 8:47to present this analogy.
  118. 8:48Oh, while ago I said, and it struck me one day, I was in a mall.
  119. 8:53This is years ago.
  120. 8:54This, this probably, I don't know, this is before Hurricane Katrina.
  121. 9:00And I was in a mall and I just happened to go by Abraham, Crombie and Fitch.
  122. 9:04And I never went going by that store and, you know, they had their models.
  123. 9:07If you watch it, you see my air quotes in the air.
  124. 9:09And basically you got people standing in the hall
  125. 9:11and standing in the mall and underwear.
  126. 9:14And they're modeling bathing suits, you see.
  127. 9:16They're modeling them.
  128. 9:17But it's real people.
  129. 9:18They've hired models.
  130. 9:20And I was like, man, we live in a panogrified society
  131. 9:23to where the objectification of the human body,
  132. 9:26it's everywhere.
  133. 9:30If you happen to try to take in the sports
  134. 9:31of anything somebody, they might be trying to sell
  135. 9:34motor oil and you got a naked woman on the TV.
  136. 9:36We got hamburgers, we got nakedness on the TV.
  137. 9:41I said, man, we live in the pornography society.
  138. 9:43It's so pornography, but we don't even understand
  139. 9:47what imagery is reorienting our minds
  140. 9:50and drawing our attention.
  141. 9:52It's not just the hardcore smut stuff.
  142. 9:56We have a regular, almost an obituated pornography society.
  143. 10:03Similarly, we live in a feminized society.
  144. 10:08And I want to be clear on what I mean
  145. 10:11when I say a feminized society,
  146. 10:13because I was asked before when I was speaking
  147. 10:15out of place and asked me,
  148. 10:16Abe, do you think there's a war on men?
  149. 10:19And my answer seemed to shock the people in attendance.
  150. 10:23I said, well, yes, you can describe this as a war on men,
  151. 10:27but I would say that the war on men
  152. 10:29is a subset of the satanic war on God's image bearers.
  153. 10:35That the war is to try to feminize men
  154. 10:38and to masculinize women and to reduce all of mankind
  155. 10:43to an indecipherable, interchangeable amalgamation
  156. 10:47of human group.
  157. 10:49And that was my answer because if you look at the various
  158. 10:52features of our society, and I've made this point
  159. 10:56on the show before, much of the celebration of womanhood
  160. 11:00in our current culture really is a celebration of women
  161. 11:05who seek to embrace various levels and degrees
  162. 11:08of masculine and characteristics.
  163. 11:11And the same is true on the opposite side.
  164. 11:12I mean, how many times do you see, you know,
  165. 11:15this man is in tears in touch with his feminine side?
  166. 11:17Listen, the only feminine side I got is named Maria.
  167. 11:20She's called my wife.
  168. 11:24And it's simply because God made me be a man.
  169. 11:27And the ultimate objective though,
  170. 11:28and this is what people fail to realize, John, John 10,
  171. 11:32the thief comes only to steal, kill, and destroy.
  172. 11:37when you, not you individually, but when we as mankind, that we are deluged with continuous efforts to erode God's design for mankind, continuous efforts to twist God's image-bearers, which really means that as bears of God's image, we ultimately, especially as we're born again, are called to image God.
  173. 12:04God. When there is a consistent, unrelenting, incessant effort to erode God's image bearers,
  174. 12:13the ultimate objective is for our own destruction. It's for our own destruction. So we'll have
  175. 12:21conversation about things, conversations about things that used to be obvious, you know, that
  176. 12:27bone density, physicality, muscular structure, things of that nature, that God in our very
  177. 12:32bodies echoes the fact that he's made us to be distinct.
  178. 12:36That distinctiveness indicates that distinction isn't just meant to be there for observational
  179. 12:42purposes, it's to be functional.
  180. 12:45It's obvious by our makeup that one of us would be more naturally inclined towards protection.
  181. 12:54One of us is more naturally inclined toward nurture.
  182. 12:57That's just the reality.
  183. 12:58Now of course there are always exceptions to things but we need to be honest about what
  184. 13:02is an outlier and what is normative.
  185. 13:05Sure, you have tall women,
  186. 13:08you have Asia Wilson, for example,
  187. 13:10and it's a very good basketball player,
  188. 13:12but on average, generally who's taller?
  189. 13:16And while we're on that topic,
  190. 13:17even though you have tall women,
  191. 13:19usually the tallest of men con, usually is in the male form.
  192. 13:25You often have six, seven, six, eight women,
  193. 13:27and then some in playing basketball, for example,
  194. 13:30which is actually even a basketball rarity.
  195. 13:32Some of the tallest basketball players
  196. 13:34around 6-3-6-4 women basketball players.
  197. 13:36When the tallest male basketball players
  198. 13:38are regularly seven feet tall.
  199. 13:39Victor Winminyama who is still growing apparently,
  200. 13:42is seven seven.
  201. 13:45Steth.
  202. 13:47And here's the thing that we miss.
  203. 13:50Our society has intentionally perverted the complimentary,
  204. 13:55God ordained distinctiveness to make that the enemy.
  205. 13:59It's evil if you say men and women are different.
  206. 14:02No, it's not.
  207. 14:04It's not only natural, it's wonderful.
  208. 14:08God has made me as a man, and my body does things
  209. 14:12that women's bodies do not do.
  210. 14:14Glory to God for that.
  211. 14:17But if we continually reject that and look for ways
  212. 14:20to try to undermine, and I'll say it,
  213. 14:22pervert God's good and glorious design,
  214. 14:26we do so ultimately to our own detriment.
  215. 14:32So brothers, listen to me.
  216. 14:35Embrace the reality that God has made us to be men.
  217. 14:38Sisters who are listening to me embrace the reality that God has made you to be women
  218. 14:43and let us glorify the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords for what he has done
  219. 14:47because it is not only good but it's maximally beneficial for you and I to function within his order.
  220. 15:01A discipleship minute with Joseph Parker in Exodus 1 is a wonderful story of two little midwives
  221. 15:08Shippen Pua who Tferal told them,
  222. 15:12kill the baby boys when they're born.
  223. 15:14And they had it in their heart, they just knew this is wrong.
  224. 15:17And their perspective was, we're not gonna do this
  225. 15:20because this is against God's will, and they refuse to do it.
  226. 15:23What wonderful role models, Shippen Pua,
  227. 15:26are not only for pastors, but for every believer
  228. 15:28in every context because it is always gonna take courage
  229. 15:32to really follow Jesus accurately.
  230. 15:34And it's one of those things where I believe absolutely
  231. 15:37every believer should diligently say,
  232. 15:39Lord, show me what you want me to do to help end
  233. 15:42the slaughter of children in our country.
  234. 15:45And I believe God has something for every believer
  235. 15:47to do to help.
  236. 15:48The devil hates grown folks and he hates children.
  237. 15:51The devil can't stand children and he loves to abort them.
  238. 15:55So it's important for us to understand
  239. 15:57this is serious business.
  240. 15:58Being lied into the darkness,
  241. 16:08this is the Hamilton Corner, an American family radio.
  242. 16:12Welcome back to the Hamilton Corner, Abraham Hamilton
  243. 16:14the third here. I mentioned it already, but the Darbonne Church of Christ is located at 1148
  244. 16:19Sturlington Highway in Farmerville, Louisiana. The meetings begin tomorrow evening. There'll
  245. 16:25be tomorrow, Saturday and Sunday. So looking forward to being there in the area or nearby
  246. 16:30the area and willing to come to the area. You are welcome to join us. Now, there have been lots of
  247. 16:37of public conversation about Supreme Court Justice,
  248. 16:43Katajibrau and Jackson's participation
  249. 16:46in the oral arguments in the Louisiana versus Kalei case
  250. 16:49that oral arguments were heard yesterday.
  251. 16:53And I understand a lot of the visceral reactions
  252. 16:58when you hear what was said.
  253. 17:01But let me just say,
  254. 17:04One, I am not a Katajibrau Jackson fan.
  255. 17:09Let me say it that way.
  256. 17:11This is the same one who did not know
  257. 17:14or refused to say publicly what a woman was.
  258. 17:17Okay, so I think that statement alone
  259. 17:20is disqualifying the British Supreme Court justice,
  260. 17:22especially when you have things like Bostock
  261. 17:24that the court heard and you have cases going
  262. 17:27before the court like the or arguments in the case
  263. 17:29out of Colorado that were heard last week
  264. 17:32where you had a Christian counselor
  265. 17:37who was challenging a Colorado state law
  266. 17:39that says that if she had a minor client
  267. 17:42who came to her and said that the client
  268. 17:45had unwanted same-sex attraction
  269. 17:48and wanted help to rid themselves
  270. 17:50of the unwanted same-sex attraction
  271. 17:52or they had unwanted dysphoric inclinations
  272. 17:57and wanted help to be remedied from that.
  273. 17:59Colorado state law says, no, you can't help in that direction
  274. 18:01because that would be quote unquote conversion therapy.
  275. 18:04It's insane, it's insane.
  276. 18:07So that's one of the cases
  277. 18:08that Katrina Brown Jackson is gonna hear.
  278. 18:10You think it might be important for her
  279. 18:11to know what a woman is in order to help, you know?
  280. 18:13Anyway, that being said,
  281. 18:16I think it is at a minimum,
  282. 18:24unhelpful to mischaracterize someone's opinion
  283. 18:29that you disagree with, you know?
  284. 18:31Is disagreement, the first amendment is profound,
  285. 18:33you know, Proverbs 18 talks about
  286. 18:35The one who speaks first seems right until another,
  287. 18:37another cross comes across examining them,
  288. 18:39coming to questions from him, you know?
  289. 18:40But we don't do ourselves any good by mischaracterizing
  290. 18:43somebody's argument just because we may not agree with them.
  291. 18:47So I try and I'm not perfect at this,
  292. 18:50but I endeavor to properly characterize the perspective
  293. 18:54of people who disagree with me as I disagree with them.
  294. 18:57I don't wanna disagree with the caricature
  295. 18:59of what they're saying.
  296. 19:01I wanna disagree with the substance of their argument
  297. 19:04if I have a disagreement.
  298. 19:05And if I agree, then I agree.
  299. 19:08But if I disagree, I wanna make sure
  300. 19:10I am articulating that disagreement accurately,
  301. 19:13based on what they say, not a false representation
  302. 19:15of what they say.
  303. 19:16And I feel like much of the public conversation
  304. 19:19about Katanji Brown Jackson's perspective in this case
  305. 19:22is a caricature of what she's attempting to argue.
  306. 19:25Now let me say this, I still completely disagree with her.
  307. 19:29She's flat wrong, she's flat wrong,
  308. 19:32but she's wrong for reasons that are different
  309. 19:35in the caricature of our representation.
  310. 19:36So what am I talking about?
  311. 19:37All right.
  312. 19:38First, it's important for people to know
  313. 19:40what is the case about the Louisiana versus Calais case.
  314. 19:46Calais is spelled C-A-L-L-A-I-S.
  315. 19:49In this is a case challenging redrawn congressional districts
  316. 19:56in the state of Louisiana, which is my home state.
  317. 19:59Well, I'll be tomorrow evening, by God's grace.
  318. 20:03This dates back to 2022
  319. 20:06because you had maps that were drawn
  320. 20:09and that were presented.
  321. 20:14Then there was a challenge raised in the lawsuit
  322. 20:16at the district court level initially
  323. 20:18in the state of Louisiana that said the 2022 maps
  324. 20:21were insufficient, okay?
  325. 20:23The US, I'm not the US, I'm sorry,
  326. 20:27the Louisiana state legislature said,
  327. 20:28okay, we'll redraw the maps.
  328. 20:31And so they redrew the maps for 2024, all right?
  329. 20:34Initially, the US Supreme Court was scheduled to hear this case in its last term.
  330. 20:40But the court said, you know what, we'll put on this case.
  331. 20:43We'll hear the case later.
  332. 20:47All right.
  333. 20:48The 2022 maps were brought into question because of the potential violation of Section
  334. 20:55II of the Voting Rights Act that said that they need, they're needed to be an additional
  335. 21:02minority majority minority district in the state of Louisiana because they have six congressional
  336. 21:07districts prior to 2022. They only had five. They had one majority minority district. So they say
  337. 21:14we need to have another one. Alright, so the 2022 maps were drawn. And say no to 2022 maps violate
  338. 21:22the US Constitution. You need to have another majority minority district. So the 2024 maps were
  339. 21:27were drawn and they added a modified congressional district
  340. 21:32number six. All right, Jeff, if you would put the maps on the
  341. 21:35screen for the people so they can see what I'm talking about. All
  342. 21:40right. As Jeff is putting those maps up because I want you to see
  343. 21:44one because if you're going to talk about something I want you
  344. 21:47to know what you're talking about. It's sad that we have people
  345. 21:50speaking about things publicly, they don't have a clue what
  346. 21:52they're talking about. So if you're watching the show on your
  347. 21:54screen to your left, you have the 2022 maps. You'll notice the
  348. 21:58the 6th congressional district, the 1st district, the 2nd district in my hometown area in
  349. 22:01New Orleans, the 3rd, 4th, 5th, and then the 6th district. The legislature concluded that
  350. 22:07that district was potentially violative of the Voting Rights Act, so they then constructed
  351. 22:12the 2nd map, which is on your right on the screen, the 2024 map. If you'll notice, you'll
  352. 22:19see a difference in the 6th congressional district that reaches all the way up to the northwest
  353. 22:26in the state of Louisiana and goes all the way down
  354. 22:28from the Shreveport area, potentially,
  355. 22:31goes all the way down, slicing horizontally
  356. 22:34towards Baton Rouge, Louisiana, yes.
  357. 22:37If you see the screen, look at the screen, you can see it.
  358. 22:43All right, well, the districts were allowed to proceed.
  359. 22:51The sixth congressional district, which was newly created,
  360. 22:54had an election in 2024 in which they elected
  361. 22:58a long time Democrat, Politico, and Louisiana, Cleo Fields.
  362. 23:03Now, if you don't live in Louisiana, that name may not mean anything to you.
  363. 23:06But if you are from Louisiana, you know all about play field.
  364. 23:14I'll just mention his book, Bad Bed on the Bayou.
  365. 23:16He was involved in getting legalized gambling into Louisiana.
  366. 23:20He's part of the reason why Harris Casino is downtown and the one who's on Canal Street
  367. 23:24right now.
  368. 23:26Clio Fields is currently the sixth congressional district congressman in the state of Louisiana.
  369. 23:33Long time political.
  370. 23:35So this is what the fight is about.
  371. 23:37Initially, the state of Louisiana
  372. 23:41wasn't opposing the 2024 maps.
  373. 23:43Now, the state of Louisiana is saying,
  374. 23:47yo, the 2024 maps violate the US Constitution,
  375. 23:50the 14th and 15th Amendments.
  376. 23:56You have voters in the state that are saying,
  377. 23:58no, no, no, no, no, no, we need to.
  378. 23:59And this is why I want to make sure
  379. 24:02you guys understand what's going on.
  380. 24:04You had voters who would sued, who'd say,
  381. 24:06said, no, no, no, we need to preserve majority minority congressional districts in the state,
  382. 24:11you know, because, you know, representation is important. What is representation is important?
  383. 24:19And they and this is the thing that was striking to me, a lot of people paid attention to the
  384. 24:22Taji Brown Jackson's comments. But I'm going to play for you one of the attorneys who's representing
  385. 24:28the NAACP, I believe, in this litigation and have her name here and she said something out
  386. 24:34loud. That was like, wait, nobody puts back on this?
  387. 24:36Janai Nelson, who's an attorney advocating to preserve these
  388. 24:41districts as they're displayed. And she said something that I
  389. 24:44like, wait, what she said, he said that out loud. Because one of
  390. 24:49the things that ultimately is being argued, and man, this is,
  391. 24:54this is wild to me, you literally have people arguing that
  392. 25:01literally, not figuratively, and Kataja Brown Jackson is one I
  393. 25:04was included in this.
  394. 25:05You literally have people arguing,
  395. 25:08well let me be for a specific,
  396. 25:10Katarina Jackson was arguing on this side,
  397. 25:12she didn't make the statement,
  398. 25:13but she was arguing on this side
  399. 25:14where the results would be the same.
  400. 25:16But this denied Nelson literally said,
  401. 25:18no we need to keep these majority minority districts
  402. 25:21because that's the only way we can ensure
  403. 25:22that the skin color of the person is elected
  404. 25:24is the skin color of minority.
  405. 25:29I heard that, I'll say, wait, wait, what?
  406. 25:31I'm looking around in my office like,
  407. 25:33did anybody else hear that?
  408. 25:35And this is why I'm presenting this to you.
  409. 25:41On the one hand,
  410. 25:43because we have to pick as a country man,
  411. 25:45and this is one of those moments
  412. 25:46where we're long for eternity,
  413. 25:51because this stuff is disgusting to me.
  414. 25:53We have to decide as a society,
  415. 25:55do we really wanna be a people
  416. 25:59to where we don't make assessments of one another
  417. 26:02based solely on external appearance?
  418. 26:05Do we really, let's be honest.
  419. 26:07I feel like I wanna look you in the eye,
  420. 26:09I want you to look me in the eye.
  421. 26:11Let's be honest, do we really want to be a society
  422. 26:14that we grow to the place to where we get beyond
  423. 26:17making assessments about people, qualitative assessments
  424. 26:20about people based on nothing other
  425. 26:22than their external appearance?
  426. 26:26Do we want to get to the place where we grow beyond
  427. 26:30coming to conclusions about people
  428. 26:32based on nothing other than their skin pigmentation presented?
  429. 26:38That's what I wanna know.
  430. 26:40Do we really want to get to that place?
  431. 26:42Or do we wanna be a people who give lip service
  432. 26:47to being a nation where all men are endowed
  433. 26:49by the creator with unalienable rights,
  434. 26:51that all men are created equal?
  435. 26:52But in reality, we don't really want a society
  436. 26:55that functions as if all of us are created equal.
  437. 26:58We need to make a decision.
  438. 26:59What do we really wanna do?
  439. 27:00Because what invariably occurs is that there are people
  440. 27:03in our country that they've created industries
  441. 27:06and they make money and they have all kind of things built up
  442. 27:09on perpetuating the idea that we always need
  443. 27:12be divided along skin color lines.
  444. 27:15And I'm just sick and tired of it.
  445. 27:21Do we wanna be?
  446. 27:23Do we wanna be?
  447. 27:23Or don't we?
  448. 27:25Because if we don't wanna be,
  449. 27:26we need to stop talking and acting like we do.
  450. 27:29And if we do wanna be,
  451. 27:30it's hard time that we act like we wanna be.
  452. 27:34And we allow our laws and our policies
  453. 27:37and our operations to reflect that reality.
  454. 27:42So in this case,
  455. 27:44Katajibram Jackson was advocating
  456. 27:47for the necessity of maintaining majority minority districts.
  457. 27:51And you're going to hear this, Janai Nelson, lady,
  458. 27:53who says it out loud.
  459. 27:54The reason why we need it is because, you know,
  460. 27:57we need votes to come out a specific way.
  461. 27:59And you can't trust, regardless of party affiliation,
  462. 28:02you can't trust people who have a different skin color
  463. 28:05to vote for the people who have the skin color
  464. 28:06we want to have.
  465. 28:07Guys, I'm going to let y'all hear for yourselves.
  466. 28:09But before I go there, I'm going to play the audio
  467. 28:12that's been popularly circulated from Kataji Brown Jackson
  468. 28:16in the Supreme Court oral arguments,
  469. 28:18you won't have video because there are no cameras allowed
  470. 28:20in these courts.
  471. 28:22But this is the audio where Katajibran Jackson compares
  472. 28:26a more melanated people to people who would seek
  473. 28:30to benefit from the Americans with Disabilities Act law.
  474. 28:34Listen to and watch.
  475. 28:36No, just listen to, not watch.
  476. 28:37Listen to, clip number one, clip one, go.
  477. 28:40I guess I'm thinking of it,
  478. 28:43of the fact that remedial action,
  479. 28:47absent discriminatory intent,
  480. 28:48is really not a new idea in the civil rights laws.
  481. 28:52And my kind of paragdigmatic example of this
  482. 28:57is something like the ADA.
  483. 28:59Congress passed the Americans with Disabilities Act
  484. 29:03against the backdrop of a world that was generally
  485. 29:06not accessible to people with disabilities.
  486. 29:09And so it was discriminatory in effect,
  487. 29:12because these folks were not able to access these buildings.
  488. 29:17And it didn't matter whether the person who built the building
  489. 29:21or the person who owned the building intended
  490. 29:24for them to be exclusionary.
  491. 29:27That's irrelevant.
  492. 29:28Congress said the facilities have to be made equally open
  493. 29:32to people with disabilities if readily possible.
  494. 29:37I guess I don't understand why that's not what's happening here.
  495. 29:40The idea in Section 2 is that we are responding to current day manifestations of past and present
  496. 29:49decisions that disadvantage minorities and make it so that they don't have equal access
  497. 29:55to the voting system, right?
  498. 29:59They're disabled.
  499. 30:00In fact, we use the word disable in Milligan.
  500. 30:03We say that's a way in which you see that these processes are not equally open.
  501. 30:10Now, most of the people that's sharing that audio, they're saying, oh,
  502. 30:14cartagibranch is actually the same, black people are disabled.
  503. 30:17Guys, that's, that's a caricature of what she said.
  504. 30:19That, that's, I understand the words that she used, but she's trying to make an
  505. 30:22argument by analogy.
  506. 30:24She's trying to argue that the maintenance of the partial application of the
  507. 30:30voter rights act is necessary because the potential agreement is similar to people
  508. 30:36who fought for and ultimately had established
  509. 30:41the Americans with Disabilities Act.
  510. 30:44She's trying to make an analogy.
  511. 30:46She's not saying that black people are disabled.
  512. 30:50But that's the way a lot of people,
  513. 30:51especially in conservative media,
  514. 30:52trying to say what she's saying.
  515. 30:53That's not what she's saying.
  516. 30:54She's making an argument by analogy.
  517. 30:55Now, her conclusion is still absolutely wrong.
  518. 30:58But I think we need to address the merits
  519. 30:59of what's being represented.
  520. 31:00And if we don't understand what's being said,
  521. 31:02let's just say we don't understand what she's saying.
  522. 31:04But don't say that she is saying something
  523. 31:06that she is not saying.
  524. 31:08All right, now the analogy is hot garbage.
  525. 31:11It's complete trash.
  526. 31:13But what she's attempting to do is use this illegal analogy
  527. 31:17to try to salvage what ultimately was admitted,
  528. 31:23that the whole reason why this strange
  529. 31:27sixth congressional district was created
  530. 31:29is for one reason, popular notions of race.
  531. 31:34So Jeff, would you put the pictures up on the screen again?
  532. 31:38Katai Jibron Jackson was attempting to say
  533. 31:40that there are certain people who are having their votes affected in certain ways, diluting
  534. 31:44their votes. And it doesn't matter if the intention is not racial, if the effect is racial,
  535. 31:52then you have an analogous circumstance. But later on, you have people saying, yeah, yeah,
  536. 31:57well, that strange congressional district, number six that you see, that diagonally goes
  537. 32:02from Baton Rouge all up to northwest Louisiana. Yeah, that was created for one reason. The
  538. 32:07skin color to people who vote along that corridor. And so
  539. 32:11Katarje Brown Jackson is trying to salvage this voting map,
  540. 32:15because she knows in my view that the rest of the Supreme Court
  541. 32:17justices at least five out of the nine are like, no, we ain't in
  542. 32:231965, no more sister. We we we ain't in 1965. This is a whole
  543. 32:29new new time in era. And listen, if we want to get to the place
  544. 32:33to where we don't make assumptions about people based solely on
  545. 32:35skin color, how about we act like it and live like it? But
  546. 32:38Katanjia Brown's action is arguing that, well, you know, not much has changed.
  547. 32:41We're still the same today as we were in the 60s, which brings you back to the question
  548. 32:45I was asking before I played her clip.
  549. 32:48What kind of people do we want to be?
  550. 32:50Do we want to get to the place where we live, to a skin color that doesn't drive our assessments
  551. 32:54of one another, or don't we?
  552. 33:00At Wesley Biblical Seminary, we believe God is raising up a movement across our nation and

  561. 33:36I frequently see very unfair situations.
  562. 33:40We must talk about the issue of abuse.
  563. 33:44We can't base our actions on fear.
  564. 33:47We have to be faith informed in what we do.

  588. 35:34an attorney that's arguing for the preservation of this gerrymandering in the
  589. 35:42district congressional district and it's it's man I have the list of the the
  590. 35:48Congress members so in district one is represented by Steve Scalise Louisiana
  591. 35:52congressional district to in the New Orleans area is represented by Troy Carter
  592. 35:55longtime Democrat politician in in Louisiana and Steve Scalise obviously is a
  593. 36:01Republican. District three is represented by Clay Higgins, a Republican. District four
  594. 36:07is represented by Speaker Mike Johnson in the in the treeport area. District five is represented
  595. 36:12by Congresswoman Julia Letlow. And she's on the Congressional Appropriations Committee. And
  596. 36:18District six, as I mentioned, is represented by Democrat Congressman Cleo Fields. Alright.
  597. 36:25So now I get it because Kataunji Brown Jackson is a Supreme Supreme Court justice. But you
  598. 36:31You have this, I want to say her name properly, um, Janai Nelson, an attorney arguing for the
  599. 36:39preservation of this gerrymandered maps where she literally during the argument says the
  600. 36:45quiet part out loud.
  601. 36:46And I want to explain what's going on here because the 14th Amendment includes the Equal
  602. 36:52Protection Clause that prohibits treating similar people, similar to situated differently.
  603. 36:59All right, the 15th Amendment prohibits race
  604. 37:02being a predominant factor in passing legislation.
  605. 37:05That's what the 15th Amendment says.
  606. 37:06That's what it says.
  607. 37:09So the argument for the invalidation of the maps
  608. 37:11is saying that these maps violate the 14 and 15th Amendment
  609. 37:15of the Constitution.
  610. 37:18Well, this attorney arguing for the preservation
  611. 37:21of these maps, get ready for this guys.
  612. 37:25This is short clip, but listen to clip number two.
  613. 37:31Go.
  614. 37:32That's right.
  615. 37:33And in the state of Louisiana, that analysis was conducted in the Naren case.
  616. 37:37And it was clear that regardless of party, white Democrats were not voting for black
  617. 37:43candidates, whether they were Democrats or not.
  618. 37:47And we know that there is such a significant chasm between how black and white voters vote
  619. 37:53in Louisiana, that there's no question that even if there is some correlation between race
  620. 37:58and party that race is the driving factor.
  621. 38:02Did y'all hear that?
  622. 38:04No, y'all know how to translate legal ease.
  623. 38:08You have Janai Nelson admitting in legal ease.
  624. 38:12Well, the reason why we need this horizontal congressional district stretching from Baton
  625. 38:21Rouge all the way to northwest Louisiana is because we need a district that's created
  626. 38:27where the primary factor is the skin color of the people who are voting because it is only
  627. 38:34by having a district that is comprised majority by the skin color of the people that we want
  628. 38:42to vote in particular way, that's the only way we can issue get the skin pigmentation
  629. 38:47in the candidate that we want.
  630. 38:50They don't hear that?
  631. 38:52And she said that we need this district to be determined based on the race as is popularly
  632. 38:59utilized the race of the people in the district because regardless of party
  633. 39:04the studies have shown that even if you have people that share a party they won't
  634. 39:10vote for a candidate who has the the black skin pigmentation did somebody put
  635. 39:17me and Marty McFly's the laurie and take me back to 1940 tree I mean what what is
  636. 39:24going on here and this this is why I started my questioning the way I did do we
  637. 39:29We want to be a people to where we are not making assessments and conclusions and calculations
  638. 39:34based upon skin color presentation.
  639. 39:38Skinshade presentation.
  640. 39:40What is going on with us?
  641. 39:41I love 2025, which leads me to what I said before.
  642. 39:50We have a lot of people that are talking about, well, you know, we're all together.
  643. 39:56We're all made in the image of God.
  644. 39:57But there are people, guys, there are people in our country who don't want to go forward,
  645. 40:01who don't want to grow.
  646. 40:03who don't want to live within,
  647. 40:07with the scripture describes
  648. 40:08that we're all made in the image of God,
  649. 40:09who don't, they don't wanna live there.
  650. 40:11They don't wanna live there.
  651. 40:14In second Timothy three, among the things
  652. 40:16that Paul identifies with what happened in the last days,
  653. 40:19that there will be a people who are irreconcilable.
  654. 40:22Now I want you to know what I'm saying,
  655. 40:24I'm not limited to anybody with skin color,
  656. 40:26because there are people, there are people
  657. 40:27who are less melanated that say these same things.
  658. 40:30Oh, well, you know, check your privilege
  659. 40:34and all of these things.
  660. 40:35I'm like, what, what am I unable to do
  661. 40:39in the year of our Lord 2025
  662. 40:40because of my skin color?
  663. 40:41Please tell me.
  664. 40:42All the people talking about,
  665. 40:44hey, you know, whoa,
  666. 40:46where we gotta change laws of voter IDs
  667. 40:48because the black people can't get IDs.
  668. 40:49Y'all wanna know what I did just a week ago?
  669. 40:51Y'all wanna know what I did.
  670. 40:53You're not gonna believe this.
  671. 40:55I had to renew my driver's license.
  672. 40:58Shh.
  673. 40:59Okay, can you believe that?
  674. 41:03Can you believe that?
  675. 41:05I mean, as beautifully ebony as my skin is, I was able to actually get an identification.
  676. 41:14Y'all know what else? Who will come really close? I have a passport too.
  677. 41:22It won't but, guys, I am small as like this. It's like, oh Lord, oh Lord.
  678. 41:29This lady said in open court, at the highest court in our nation, that we need Jerry-Mandred
  679. 41:38congressional districts because regardless of party affiliation, we have found studies have shown
  680. 41:46that party affiliation is not a sufficient incentive for us to get the skin color of the
  681. 41:51candidates that we want elected to get elected. We have to pick what we want to be. We have to
  682. 41:59choose what we want to be. Do we want to be a people that this is a perpetual thing that pops
  683. 42:03up over and over and over and over? This is disgusting, man. So while Katarja Brown Jackson
  684. 42:12Basically it's arguing for the same conclusion.
  685. 42:15She's doing it in a much more word, salad form.
  686. 42:19You know, I know it just comes right out and say,
  687. 42:20you know what?
  688. 42:22I've studied show, they don't matter what the party is.
  689. 42:24They're not gonna vote for the type of skin color we want.
  690. 42:27And so we need these kind of districts
  691. 42:28to make sure that the skin color candidate
  692. 42:30that we want to get elected.
  693. 42:32Well, what about the substance of the candidate?
  694. 42:34What about the character of the candidate?
  695. 42:36What about the platform of the candidate?
  696. 42:38What about the policies of the candidate?
  697. 42:40Those things are irrelevant.
  698. 42:41We're going to literally go to the Supreme Court
  699. 42:45and argue for congressional districts and say flat out,
  700. 42:48the reason why we want these districts is because we need to make sure
  701. 42:51the majority of people that vote, they have a particular skin shade,
  702. 42:54because we want candidates to be elected with a particular skin shade.
  703. 43:03I'll play it again if you want me to. This is insane, guys.
  704. 43:10What do we want to be? What do we want to be?
  705. 43:16What do we want to be as a country? What do we want to be as a society?
  706. 43:19Do we want to continuously be the people?
  707. 43:22It's no different than Joe Biden talking about.
  708. 43:28Yeah, this is Jim Eagle.
  709. 43:31They're gonna put y'all back and change.
  710. 43:33The same tune is hit over and over and over and over and over again.
  711. 43:39And it's sickening.
  712. 43:40It's sickening guys.
  713. 43:42It's sickening.
  714. 43:48And you know, one of the major things in it,
  715. 43:50you know, let's just be real about this.
  716. 43:53One of the major reasons why these things keep cropping up,
  717. 43:56I believe, because I believe the Lord gave us an opportunity
  718. 43:59in our nation's history for the church to stand up
  719. 44:01and unanimously declared with one voice, the Bible says that all mankind are creating in his image
  720. 44:06regardless of skin shade. But you know what ended up happening? You ever wonder why we have, you know,
  721. 44:11a Southern Baptist nomination as distinct from other Baptist nominations? You all want to know why?
  722. 44:15The issue was skin color. That was why you had major denominations in America that divided over
  723. 44:22skin color, that created a pseudo-biblical apologetic to defend the sinful predilection for partiality.
  724. 44:28It wasn't everybody because it was Christians who led the abolition movement first in England
  725. 44:34and then in our own country.
  726. 44:36But you know what?
  727. 44:37It did not become the majority position of the Christian.
  728. 44:39So because the body of Christ did not stand up and declare what one voice largely that
  729. 44:44this is ridiculous for us to try to have a nation to a skin color determines the value
  730. 44:49of image bearers of God.
  731. 44:53Because we had our ancestors in the faith did not slay the giants that we are inheriting
  732. 44:57that giant contention in our day.
  733. 45:00So, wicked people in our country keep plucking at the same scabs over and over and over again.
  734. 45:06We wouldn't have had a critical race theory issue if the body of Christ would have stood
  735. 45:09up historically.
  736. 45:11But here's the thing, we have an opportunity today to do it.
  737. 45:17I'm tired of this foolishness.
  738. 45:18Members of the eternal family of God, these are my family members, regardless of their
  739. 45:26pigmentation of their skin, how their shade is depicted.
  740. 45:30The Bible teaches there's only two types of people,
  741. 45:33those who are lost in dead and trespasses and sins,
  742. 45:36and those who are redeemed.
  743. 45:39The Lord has cobbled together his eternal family
  744. 45:41from all ethnos of mankind.
  745. 45:45It's one thing to say it's another thing to live in.
  746. 45:48And I'm tired of wicked people getting up
  747. 45:51in official points of our nation
  748. 45:53and saying things like you nine nights Nelson said,
  749. 45:56well, you know, you know, boss, we need,
  750. 45:59we need these skin color based districts,
  751. 46:01know you because we need to make sure that our candidates have the right skin
  752. 46:04shade. I'm sick of it, man. I'm sick of it. I'm sick of it. I'm sick of it. I'm sick
  753. 46:09of it. And I'm sick of the world standards infiltrating the Lord's church.
  754. 46:14Ridiculous. She should be ashamed of ourselves saying that in the Supreme Court.
  755. 46:22This is this is insane, guys. We have to decide what we want to be. Do you do you
  756. 46:36do you want to be missing else and do you want a country to have the determination
  757. 46:42of whose word to be elected to public office,
  758. 46:45is not made of something as superficial
  759. 46:48and insignificant as skin color?
  760. 46:51Are you kidding me?
  761. 46:52Look, I'm born and raised in New Orleans.
  762. 46:55You wanna know what the skin color of the city council
  763. 46:56and the mayors have been in my hometown?
  764. 46:59You wanna tell me how the skin color of the mayor
  765. 47:01has affected the desired project in the Florida project,
  766. 47:03in the Magnolia project, in the Calio project,
  767. 47:06in the Melfamy project?
  768. 47:08Stop with this nonsense.
  769. 47:11Stop with it.
  770. 47:12You wanna know the skin color of all the city council people in Detroit and in Philadelphia
  771. 47:19and in Memphis, this is insane, man.
  772. 47:22I feel like Paul right into the Galatians.
  773. 47:26Who has been with you?
  774. 47:27That in the year of my law 2025, you're gonna raise your right hand, you're gonna go before
  775. 47:32the well in the Supreme Court building and say that we need these districts.
  776. 47:42Am I pointing to convey this to you guys?
  777. 47:44It stopped letting these people whip you up into a frenzy over this nonsense.
  778. 47:48No, listen, you are not going to compel me to embrace your delusion.
  779. 47:53I know what y'all talking about in the streets and all of that, that's not where we live.
  780. 48:00That's not where we live.
  781. 48:04Miss me with all of that nonsense.
  782. 48:06And I believe that with every fiber of our being, if the church would have stood up with
  783. 48:10one voice, just as William Wilberforce did in England and carried that same phenomenon on
  784. 48:16our own country, we wouldn't still be contending with this nonsense today.
  785. 48:23But we have the opportunity in our day to say, oh, no, no, no, no, no, no.
  786. 48:30The body of Christ shouldn't be divided about it by any notions like this.
  787. 48:35Oh, foolish Galatians, who has bewitched you?
  788. 48:46And there are people like, and I don't know this is a denied Nelson lady personally.
  789. 48:51I don't know Kataji Brown Jackson personally, but there are people in our society who honestly
  790. 48:57they have whole industries that have been created.
  791. 48:59You know how many people who wrote books and DEI and all of these things with all of that
  792. 49:04stuff.
  793. 49:05They turn it into industry, man.
  794. 49:07They turn it into industry.
  795. 49:11But the people of God must be the people of God, that all mankind is made in God's image.
  796. 49:23We all are fellow bearers of God's image, and we're going to live like it.
  797. 49:33We're going to live like it.
  798. 49:34So I don't know where Janae Nelson wants to live, but I want to live in the country where
  799. 49:39we don't make determinations as to who's worthy of office based on our skin color.
  800. 49:43I want to live in a nation where we evaluate the quality of a person based on their character
  801. 49:47and based on the substantive policies that they represented.
  802. 49:49They're asking me for my vote to put them in a job that I need them to serve me and my
  803. 49:54family in, and my fellow citizens in. And if this is a
  804. 49:58combination we want to live in, we need to live like it. I look
  805. 50:03forward to the Supreme Court repudiating this nonsense. And I
  806. 50:07hope there's a line in the opinion that rebuked your nine
  807. 50:09Nelson's absurd statement, because it is it is absolutely absurd.
  808. 50:15And then the process continue the recent tradition of a body
  809. 50:20slamming Katanji Brown Jackson's insanity to because no, justice
  810. 50:24Jackson, this is nothing like the ADA.
  811. 50:29The Americans with Disabilities Act.
  812. 50:34I need to go hug my wife, man.
