  10. 0:28And now, the Hamilton Corner.
  11. 0:31Good evening, everyone.
  12. 0:34Welcome to the Hamilton Corner.
  13. 0:36My name is Abraham Hamilton, the third I am.
  14. 0:41The host of this program joined by the Corner Contingent, right across from me, my man,
  15. 0:45A hundred grand and Mr. Bobby.
  16. 0:48RosSPa, Master Sergeant.
  17. 0:51Senior.
  18. 0:53Master.
  19. 0:54Sergeant.
  20. 0:55Don't put him back in junior high.
  21. 0:56He's a senior, baby.
  22. 1:00And in this Green Tea Room Producer,
  23. 1:15golfer.
  24. 1:16just describing in my view it hits the nail on the head for where we are in our society
  25. 1:25currently. But before we get to that I want to remind you as I do on a daily basis that
  26. 1:30at this very moment many of you if not most of you are making your transition from your
  27. 1:34part time jobs where you generate income to your full time jobs where you cultivate an
  28. 1:39outcome and as you do so I want to remind you to do so with intentionality understanding
  29. 1:44the primacy that God places on family.
  30. 1:47We will never, never outpace the deficiencies that abound
  31. 1:54in our homes.
  32. 1:55God has designed us in such a way to where what we experience
  33. 1:58in our families has an outsized impact upon us,
  34. 2:02and that is intentional.
  35. 2:04His desire is that our family lives would impact us
  36. 2:09in that enduring manner to move us in furtherance
  37. 2:12of his purposes and of a fill his mission for our lives.
  38. 2:18And sometimes we can think or some people can think,
  39. 2:21well, you know, God just wants to do, He wants us to do.
  40. 2:24Well, here's the glorious privilege that Psalm 37
  41. 2:27explains this beautifully, that as we mature,
  42. 2:30God causes us to develop new desires, new appetites.
  43. 2:35And we find ourselves yearning for the very things
  44. 2:38that God Himself always willed before we even came to know Him.
  45. 2:42So it's not as if he is moving us to serve him
  46. 2:47and forcing us and telling us to do something
  47. 2:50that we really, really, really, really, really, really,
  48. 2:51really do not want to do.
  49. 2:53And as we mature, you find yourselves, we find ourselves.
  50. 2:56And I testified to this having renewed desires.
  51. 3:01You know, when I was younger, I didn't think about
  52. 3:04a multi-generational legacy of Christ followers.
  53. 3:08Now, that is exceedingly important to me.
  54. 3:11exceedingly important to me, having tasted and experienced the
  55. 3:17bounty and experiencing the wonderful reality it is to live
  56. 3:23a life fully surrendered to the King of Kings and the Lord of
  57. 3:25Lords. One of the things I talk about this often is being on
  58. 3:29this radio program. That wasn't on my bingo card. You rolled up in
  59. 3:35the ninth ward in about what 1995 I say, Hey, you ever going to
  60. 3:38be on the radio? I'd be like, What radio? You want the walkie
  61. 3:41talking, you talking about getting that can of blue runner red beans as empty and rinsing
  62. 3:47it out and putting a string on the other end of it?
  63. 3:52It was the Lord's plan.
  64. 3:54It was the Lord's plan.
  65. 3:55Even when I agreed to join the American Family Association, radio was not even a part of the
  66. 4:01conversation.
  67. 4:02It was not.
  68. 4:04That was something that developed after I followed the Lord in this direction.
  69. 4:10So that's just one example.
  70. 4:11I could tell you so many stories, I could spend the entire time just sharing testimonies of what God has done in that same vein.
  71. 4:18But here we are.
  72. 4:20So as you're making your transition, and this is something that we need to really, really revisit with frequency,
  73. 4:27what is your personal definition of success?
  74. 4:32How do you define a successful life?
  75. 4:36Is that definition anchored in the scripture or have we cobbled it together
  76. 4:43together from worldly anticipations and expectations?
  77. 4:46So as you're making your transition to your full-time jobs, do so with intentionality.
  78. 4:52Take a minute, breathe, understand, wait a minute, man, the stuff that we're doing here
  79. 4:56is going to have enduring impact. If you have young children in your home as I do,
  80. 5:00the stuff that we're doing now is going to have enduring impact.
  81. 5:05If you're in a different life stage, the stuff that you're doing still will have
  82. 5:08and during impact, we must be about our Father's business.
  83. 5:15To the word of God we go.
  84. 5:17As I mentioned Proverbs chapter 18, I'm going to focus on verse 2 today in Proverbs chapter
  85. 5:2218.
  86. 5:24Once again Proverbs is wisdom, literature, the individual Proverbs can be evaluated on their
  87. 5:30own.
  88. 5:31It's one of the rare occurrences in scripture.
  89. 5:34Wisdom literature is the genre of literature where that can be done.
  90. 5:38He would not do that when navigating a narrative, for example, or if you're navigating biblical
  91. 5:46poetry or even biblical prophecy, you wouldn't approach it in the same, with the same hermeneutic,
  92. 5:52but wisdom literature, you can.
  93. 5:55In this portion of scripture, the Bible tells us, well, it does several things.
  94. 6:00It warns us against one of the characteristics of a fool.
  95. 6:04Additionally, it gives us an ability to identify whether or not we are conversing with a fool.
  96. 6:11This is what the text says.
  97. 6:13A fool, this is a biblical fool now.
  98. 6:17This is not a pejorative, not an insult.
  99. 6:19This is a fool biblically.
  100. 6:20The Bible says a fool takes no pleasure in understanding, but only in expressing his opinion.
  101. 6:32A full takes no pleasure in understanding, but only in expressing his opinion.
  102. 6:40Well, the NESB95 says the full takes no pleasure to understand it, but only in revealing his
  103. 6:45own mind.
  104. 6:48So, what is the text saying?
  105. 6:49The text is selling us very plainly.
  106. 6:53That the text presumes that there is a dialogue that is taking place, alright?
  107. 6:58Or that there is a life being shared to one degree or another.
  108. 7:02to some degree, there is a life sharing
  109. 7:04and the life exchange taking place.
  110. 7:07In the scripture, it is expressing and diagnosing
  111. 7:12and rebuking the participation of the fool
  112. 7:15in either the dialogue or the life sharing phenomenon
  113. 7:19because the fullness instance is not interested whatsoever.
  114. 7:24There is no pleasure, no willingness, no joy,
  115. 7:27no desire to understand anything
  116. 7:31that germinates or originates outside of themselves.
  117. 7:37The fool's position in the dialogue,
  118. 7:41because it's one of those things
  119. 7:42that it would be a dialogue and name only.
  120. 7:44They're more than one participant,
  121. 7:46but the fool is not interested
  122. 7:47in who all is participating in what they're offering.
  123. 7:50The fool is only interested in expressing his
  124. 7:53or her own opinion.
  125. 7:58They say it differently.
  126. 7:59There's a conversation happening,
  127. 8:00but the fool ain't listening.
  128. 8:02The fool is just waiting for his next opportunity to speak again.
  129. 8:09That's what the fool is doing.
  130. 8:12The fool is looking for his next opportunity to speak again.
  131. 8:16There is no pleasure in understanding.
  132. 8:22There is only pleasure.
  133. 8:24And that's what the text is saying.
  134. 8:26The fool takes no pleasure in understanding but only in expressing his opinion.
  135. 8:30That verbiage but only is connected to what the fool pleasures in.
  136. 8:34The fool takes pleasure in expressing his own opinion.
  137. 8:38I want you to even think about this.
  138. 8:40The fool expressing their own opinion is not even taking
  139. 8:43pleasure in his opinion being embraced.
  140. 8:49The fool just wants to talk.
  141. 8:52The fool just wants to flap gums.
  142. 8:54The fool just wants to express his own opinion.
  143. 8:57He is not interested at all in listening or learning
  144. 9:06or growing, not interested in that at all.
  145. 9:13Now why am I bringing this out?
  146. 9:15I started off yesterday by talking about the necessity of cross-examining.
  147. 9:21We have people and there are lots of conversations about the polarization that's happening in
  148. 9:27America and all of these things which I certainly am aware of and I also agree that it exists.
  149. 9:37But sometimes we're not aware why it exists and why we are where we are.
  150. 9:46One of the reasons in the script just telling us very plainly is because we have a prevalent
  151. 9:53and consistent contingent of fools in our country.
  152. 9:59And when I say a fool, not a pejorative or an insight, but I'm saying that term biblically,
  153. 10:05Psalm 14 tells us the fool says in his heart there is no God.
  154. 10:09And I want you to know that the fool that says in his heart there is no God, notice
  155. 10:12it says it says in his heart, it's not an assessment of his external verbalization,
  156. 10:18It's an assessment of his heart condition.
  157. 10:21We have people that would profess a belief in God
  158. 10:23or a mental assent toward God.
  159. 10:25But the truth in the heart is they live as if God does not exist
  160. 10:31because many of them truly do not believe in God.
  161. 10:40You know, you have people that try to justify lawlessness
  162. 10:45and couch their justification for lawlessness and rhetoric.
  163. 10:54And I know who said it.
  164. 10:57I ain't gonna worry about it.
  165. 10:58I know he said it.
  166. 10:59They say riots are the actions of the unheard or the voices of the unheard or something like
  167. 11:09that, right?
  168. 11:14Why do you assume people haven't heard you?
  169. 11:17No, you're using this lawlessness, this lawless exercise in an effort to compel others who
  170. 11:27probably have heard you and simply disagree.
  171. 11:32what you said, but you want to compel them to do what you want them to do.
  172. 11:36So you choose another out, but you'll lie about what you're saying.
  173. 11:41It's kind of like these regressives who name these bills, like the Inflation Reduction Act.
  174. 11:46No, in good and well, that ain't going to reduce now one piece of inflation.
  175. 11:51In good and well, that's the green news scam, but you changed the name for it.
  176. 11:54I got a measure that's coming out of state of Massachusetts, state of Massachusetts.
  177. 11:59Does that sound familiar?
  178. 12:01Nothing good.
  179. 12:02Well, they are literally offering a bill to limit the amount of miles that Massachusetts
  180. 12:08citizens drive.
  181. 12:09But guess what they called it?
  182. 12:10Guess what they named it?
  183. 12:12The Freedom to Move Act.
  184. 12:13You think I'm joking?
  185. 12:15I'm not kidding at all.
  186. 12:17The bill literally is promulgated to limit the quantity of miles driven in vehicles by
  187. 12:24Massachusetts citizens and it's Massachusetts.
  188. 12:28So they're probably will say also as residents and they'll say Massachusetts citizens regardless
  189. 12:33not if they are American citizens, but they named it the freedom to move act.
  190. 12:40And I just like these guys, there is no shame.
  191. 12:46You want to know a way you can identify whether or not you're conversing with the fool?
  192. 12:51That's the person with whom you're conversing.
  193. 12:53Have any interest or pleasure in understanding the Bible has already told us the fool takes
  194. 13:02no pleasure in understanding, but only in expressing his opinion.
  195. 13:09Now there are other considerations like people who are like that, they don't have respect
  196. 13:14for the person with whom they're conversing.
  197. 13:16If I'm having a conversation with you, respect for you would be reflected in my willingness
  198. 13:20to listen to you.
  199. 13:22Respect for you will be reflected in my willingness to understand you.
  200. 13:26But if I don't respect you, then that would often be demonstrated in my lack of willingness
  201. 13:32to understand you or to hear you.
  202. 13:38Like another lie, the voice of the herd, the entire business plan is to murder unborn children,
  203. 13:43they call it Planned Parenthood.
  204. 13:48You're planning to eliminate, eliminate,
  205. 13:50and reduce parenthood.
  206. 13:51You're not trying to foster Planned Parenthood.
  207. 13:58The fool takes no pleasure in understanding,
  208. 14:00but only in expressing his opinion.
  209. 14:04We're living in a society where there's a prevalence
  210. 14:08of fools, and here's the other thing.
  211. 14:10With social media, lots of the foolishness
  212. 14:17is put on display voluntarily.
  213. 14:20Remember the days when you could be living with people
  214. 14:22and they're probably worth fools, but you didn't know it.
  215. 14:27But now, lots of people are willing to put
  216. 14:30their foolishness on display for all the world to see.
  217. 14:36One way to know very plainly,
  218. 14:37if you're conversing with a fool.
  219. 14:38The Bible tells us a fool takes no pleasure in understanding,
  220. 14:41but only in expressing his opinion.
  221. 14:47As believers, we must not be foolish in our engagement.
  222. 14:52I'm listening, I'll hear you.
  223. 14:54That doesn't mean I'm going to agree.
  224. 15:01A discipleship minute with Joseph Parker.
  225. 15:04The work of being a parent is an awesome responsibility.
  226. 15:07It's a great responsibility.
  227. 15:08It's a privilege, it's a joy.
  228. 15:10Our job is to do all we can to help our children
  229. 15:13come to know Christ, and then to passionately be involved
  230. 15:16in the work of the disciples and helping them
  231. 15:18to grow up in their faith, to become a mature, strong,
  232. 15:21vibrant young men and women who love Jesus
  233. 15:24and live for Jesus every single day.
  234. 15:27Lord, with every passing day and more and more,
  235. 15:29help us all to grow an understanding of how critical it is
  236. 15:32that we do our job, that we carry out what you call us to do,
  237. 15:36but help us to know, Lord, that your Word is a wonderful tool,
  238. 15:39a wonderful guidebook in helping us to be faithful disciples
  239. 15:43and faithful disciple makers as well.
  240. 15:46Use us in a wonderful way to help them to come to know Christ
  241. 15:50and then use us and work through us to help our children
  242. 15:53to come to fall in love with you and with your Word.
  243. 15:56In Jesus' name we do pray.
  244. 15:58Shining light into the darkness, this is the Hamilton Corner, an American family radio.
  245. 16:12Welcome back to the Hamilton Corner, Abraham Hamilton the third here, looking forward to
  246. 16:16being in Simmsboro, Louisiana February 20th through the 22nd.
  247. 16:21At their family focus weekend, you are invited to join us for that weekend.

  250. 16:30The church is simply planning to prepare food for attendees and want to have an accurate
  251. 16:34number of how many people to anticipate joining us for this weekend.
  252. 16:40You will simply need to go to fbcimsborough.org to register.
  253. 16:44That is fbcimsborough.org to register and having done so, sorry, once you go to the
  254. 16:53events tab and you'll see the family focus weekend, click on that and you'll be able
  255. 16:58to register is going to be an amazing time together.
  256. 17:01And man, I can't wait to be there.
  257. 17:05Can't wait to be there.
  258. 17:06All right.
  259. 17:08That's something I feel like I shouldn't have to explain,
  260. 17:13but maybe I assumed people knew this,
  261. 17:16but I know there may be some in the audience
  262. 17:19who may not be aware of this,
  263. 17:21who may not be, you know, the most technologically savvy,
  264. 17:25or anything like that, but I want you to be aware
  265. 17:28that the way that social media companies make money,
  266. 17:33one of the ways that they make money is by keeping,
  267. 17:36by the quantity of time that users spend on their apps,
  268. 17:44in addition to the quantity of people who use their apps.
  269. 17:47One of the strategies that all of the social media companies
  270. 17:51employ, and I'm saying all of them,
  271. 17:52it's really not a whole lot of them,
  272. 17:53because you know, meta, which is where Facebook started,
  273. 17:57they own WhatsApp and Instagram.
  274. 18:00Instagram was a separate entity,
  275. 18:01but now it's a part of meta.
  276. 18:03You have X, you have the Regressives
  277. 18:07Wonderfully Favorite Blue Sky.
  278. 18:10It's not that many of them,
  279. 18:13but they all use the same functionality
  280. 18:15for their monetizing,
  281. 18:17and that is capturing their users' attention.
  282. 18:22One of the ways, and it's not anything novel,
  283. 18:26One of the ways they do so is through their algorithms
  284. 18:28to where they force feed you content similar to the content
  285. 18:32that you consumed in the past.
  286. 18:34So why am I saying that?
  287. 18:36I'm saying it because I had a conversation not too long ago
  288. 18:40with a gentleman and he wasn't aware of how the algorithms
  289. 18:43function and he was saying things like,
  290. 18:46I keep seeing these videos of brawls taking place
  291. 18:48and it was making them feel like that there were brawls
  292. 18:51happening all over America at all times.
  293. 18:53any moment now a brawl could break out and he didn't realize and this is sad but
  294. 18:58this is true he didn't realize that because of his social media habits
  295. 19:02he clicked on a brawl video
  296. 19:04and so he kept getting more and more brawl videos
  297. 19:09the reality is
  298. 19:12that because of
  299. 19:13the the bulk of the station and the the polarization in our in our country
  300. 19:23when people click on one type of video
  301. 19:25If you're not intentional in first recognizing that just because the algorithm feeds you a
  302. 19:32bunch of other videos that are similar, man, I don't mean that's what reality is.
  303. 19:39It's the algorithm that is created to keep your attention and how have the social media
  304. 19:44companies realize the best way to keep your attention, keep sending you stuff that they
  305. 19:48know you already like, stuff that you already want to see.
  306. 19:51If you happen to click on a cooking video, guess what you're going to have happen through
  307. 19:56the algorithm sending to you, you send it your way over and over and over.
  308. 19:59There are ways to adjust the algorithm, but it's going to take some time and
  309. 20:02investment and intentionality.
  310. 20:04And so one of the things that's happening, man, is that you have the algorithm,
  311. 20:09and this is a part of the reason why I did the show that I did it last week,
  312. 20:12because guys, we're, we're, we're in an era of propaganda and you have people
  313. 20:18unfortunately, and this is just a profile that we've seen through exit polling and
  314. 20:22other things that, you know, less melanated women tend to be more liberal, more
  315. 20:28regressive. So you have a lot of these ladies who have clicked on a video and
  316. 20:36it's in the end of showing things like, like ice is terrible, ice is this ice is
  317. 20:40that you have all of these images that are showing like they have the story that
  318. 20:45was in the media for a hot second. And you had millions of people who clicked on
  319. 20:49these videos when they said, you know, I stattamed a five year old when that wasn't the story
  320. 20:55at all.
  321. 20:56What happened is that ice was, and again, this was in Minnesota in the sanctuary city of the
  322. 21:04Minneapolis area.
  323. 21:05Well, you have criminal illegal aliens who in addition to the crime of entering our country
  324. 21:10illegally, right, committed another crime upon in the United States of America.
  325. 21:18And because of the sanctuary policies of Jacob Fry in this instance, ice cannot go into the
  326. 21:24jails because local police departments weren't cooperating with that.
  327. 21:29So if you can't get the illegal aliens who are committing crimes in the United States of
  328. 21:33America from the jails, when it would be safest for the illegal aliens themselves, safest for
  329. 21:39the law enforcement personnel, both the jailers and ice, safest for the community, you don't
  330. 21:46allow ice to do that, then you release them into the streets and ice has to pick up from
  331. 21:50the streets, make the situation where it's where everybody.
  332. 21:55Ice was pursuing the little boy's father instead of the illegal alien submitting to the instruction
  333. 22:05of the ice officer and being detained, the father of the five year old boy ran, took off
  334. 22:11running.
  335. 22:14In the middle of freezing temperatures, the father ran from ice and left his child in the
  336. 22:22Middle freezing temperature temperatures.
  337. 22:25What do you expect ICE to do?
  338. 22:28They didn't detain the five year old boy.
  339. 22:31They weren't gonna leave a five year old child
  340. 22:33in the middle of freezing temperatures
  341. 22:35with no adult supervision to help them.
  342. 22:38ICE was doing a little boy a service
  343. 22:43and attempted to protect him after his dad had ran away.
  344. 22:51But yet have heard the expression, you know,
  345. 22:52the lie or the lie or running around the world
  346. 22:54two or three times before the truth that ever could catch up.
  347. 22:58She had millions of people clicking on these images.
  348. 23:02You had women saying, look how cruel ISIS,
  349. 23:05they're detaining five year olds.
  350. 23:07They're going into kindergarten classes.
  351. 23:09They're like, that is not true.
  352. 23:13But how's this stuff happening?
  353. 23:14Largely because of the social media algorithms
  354. 23:18and the dopamine hits that come from confirmation bias.
  355. 23:23So you have people who already think this.
  356. 23:25They already start off, ISIS is the devil.
  357. 23:27They started off that way.
  358. 23:28So the next thing you know, they got a picture of a five year old that comes across their
  359. 23:32feed and guess what they do?
  360. 23:33I knew it.
  361. 23:38I knew it.
  362. 23:39I knew it.
  363. 23:41So then they click on that image and another image comes that comes that way.
  364. 23:46And it's an image that they haven't vetted it, but it's an image from 2013 when Barack Obama
  365. 23:52was detained in the Lugo, Italy, but they ain't ever seen the image before, you see.
  366. 23:58And so now they have another image.
  367. 23:59And so that just confirms what they suspected already.
  368. 24:03And so it happens over and over and over again.
  369. 24:06And so you have these feverishly passionate people who are woefully misinformed.
  370. 24:14And they're forming these opinions.
  371. 24:16And the next thing you know, they're getting in their vehicles driving over to Minnesota
  372. 24:21because they too want to participate in a protest.
  373. 24:25That really is a protest.
  374. 24:30And they join the ranks of the paid protesters not realizing they have been propagandized.
  375. 24:39Now, I'm using that as an example.
  376. 24:42Guys, it happens to people who profess to be conservatives as well.
  377. 24:47The algorithm does it consistently, which is why I encourage this audience to look at
  378. 24:57alternative sources.
  379. 24:58I'm not saying embrace lies and subject yourself to lies, but that's because I know how the
  380. 25:04algorithm works, I endeavor to try to be broadly read. I intentionally seek out
  381. 25:11sources that would have perspectives that are contrary to my own. There are
  382. 25:18some instances when I use conservative news outlets to gather information when
  383. 25:24they leave out pertinent facts. I've seen that. This is why I think it's important
  384. 25:33that we have American family news where we try to offer the truth and let you
  385. 25:40the reader
  386. 25:42and you the listener
  387. 25:43and you the viewer
  388. 25:44come to your own conclusions
  389. 25:49i'm sharing this now because i want you i want this audience to be aware of how
  390. 25:53much
  391. 25:53the the social media algorithms are contributing
  392. 25:57contributing
  393. 25:58to the polarization
  394. 26:03i can tell you the number of people
  395. 26:07who have to the conversation we had on the area yesterday
  396. 26:09who said to me a by no i don't know time home and
  397. 26:13work for barack obama
  398. 26:19Yeah, I mean that ain't even that ain't even hard to find out and you need to tell me Barack Obama gave Tom home in an award
  399. 26:27mm-hmm
  400. 26:29So then the question should be why why do these?
  401. 26:3321st century Americans why are they unaware that Tom home and worked for Barack Obama and was awarded by Barack Obama for his
  402. 26:43excellence in
  403. 26:45Identifying developing strategy and executing strategy to deport illegal aliens. Why don't they know that?
  404. 26:51probably for the same reason that
  405. 26:54Probably about a half of the American population had no clue
  406. 26:59About anything concerning Hunter bodies laptop before the 2020 presidential election
  407. 27:04exact same reason and this instance you had the additional steps that were taken by early
  408. 27:11Social media companies again
  409. 27:13Facebook, fascist book, Mark Zuckerberg.
  410. 27:16Don't think I forgot he didn't got his
  411. 27:17permanent gold chain in his black shirt.
  412. 27:18Now got his blowout.
  413. 27:22You got that curly fur with it, you know?
  414. 27:26But he came out and testified.
  415. 27:28Yeah, you know, we did throttle that story because the FBI came to us and told us.
  416. 27:36I want you.
  417. 27:38I'm sharing this with you guys.
  418. 27:40So if for those of you who use social media, use social media, but don't let it use you.
  419. 27:44Don't let it use you.
  420. 27:46Don't be all hopped up on japanos and vinegar because you've seen seven videos in a row of the same type
  421. 27:53And then you allow that to cause you to think this is what's happening everywhere everywhere everywhere everywhere
  422. 27:58When the truth is man, that ain't happening everywhere some of the videos you clicked on the things happened five years ago
  423. 28:04The algorithms feed the divisions what I'm saying guys. That's what I'm saying and we have to be adults
  424. 28:16We have to be mature enough to recognize that
  425. 28:19Some of you have got reach out of me say aab. That's why I don't use that stuff
  426. 28:22I don't use social media.
  427. 28:28I wish I had a dollar for every time I heard,
  428. 28:32man, anybody here stuff on your show
  429. 28:33that I've never heard anywhere else?
  430. 28:35There have been people who questioned
  431. 28:37whether or not what I was conveying on my show was true
  432. 28:41because they hadn't heard some of the stuff anywhere else.
  433. 28:44I'm just like, you just consider the source.
  434. 28:47Consider the source.
  435. 28:52So be aware, guys.
  436. 28:54Be aware that that's what it is, man.
  437. 29:02That's right. Look, here's a quote. Here's the comments.
  438. 29:04All social media is in is an echo chamber based on the algorithm.
  439. 29:07Dig deeper, find three independent sources and try to get as close to the source as
  440. 29:11possible. That's a great, that's a great comment.
  441. 29:16At least three, I would say at least three independent sources, at least three.
  442. 29:22It literally is that it's it is the algorithm.
  443. 29:25The whole purpose of the algorithm is to keep your attention.
  444. 29:29The social media companies have found that the best way to keep your
  445. 29:31attention is to keep sending you stuff that you know you already want to see.
  446. 29:34That's why it's called doom scrolling.
  447. 29:38Have you ever, you guys watching the show listening to show ever?
  448. 29:41Oh man, I gotta go to the store.
  449. 29:44But I'm just, I'm gonna just take a look at the phone
  450. 29:45for a little bit and then it's 25 minutes later
  451. 29:48and you still scrolling.
  452. 29:50I'm sure that's never happened to anybody on,
  453. 29:52I'll never, nah, I'll never have it.
  454. 29:55Well, why has that happened?
  455. 29:57Because the algorithm continues to send stuff to you
  456. 30:01that is similar to what you've looked at in the past
  457. 30:04And they, the algorithm, because it's programmed by the social media companies to do this, is
  458. 30:12seeking to keep your attention.
  459. 30:14The longer, the longer you spend on the app, the more frequent you get to view the advertisements
  460. 30:26that are used on the app.
  461. 30:27Yes, Epitimes is a great source.
  462. 30:31Epitimes is a great news source.
  463. 30:33Highly recommended.
  464. 30:37But you ever notice you're on the app and next thing you know, I don't know what to do.
  465. 30:41then the advertisements come.
  466. 30:42And then how many times do the advertisements pop up?
  467. 30:46And it's, what am I just talking about?
  468. 30:48I want to some avocados from Mexico.
  469. 30:52And next thing you know, you got the advertisements
  470. 30:54for avocados from Mexico, huh?
  471. 30:57I was just talking to my husband.
  472. 30:58I wanted to get some pistachios.
  473. 31:00What?
  474. 31:05Guys, that's how it rocks.
  475. 31:06That's how it happens.
  476. 31:09You need to be aware of it though.
  477. 31:11Because if you're aware of it, you know how to navigate it.
  478. 31:12If you're not aware of it, you could succumb to a phenomenon to where the doom scrolling
  479. 31:18has communicated to you that this is a reality when it's completely false.
  480. 31:24And the next thing you know, you'll be voting and you're trying to determine who you should
  481. 31:28be president.
  482. 31:29You don't even know that Ms. Ice Cream Man is in the email somewhere and you need to make
  483. 31:34sure I get a cut.
  484. 31:36There's a cut on the side for the big guy.
  485. 31:39You never heard of it.
  486. 31:41And then you have the stories coming out after the fact.
  487. 31:42about it, known that that laptop showed all that stuff about Joe Biden, that probably wouldn't
  488. 31:47vote for him. Because it worked. Just it's the age old phenomenon and the scripture warns us
  489. 31:57about liars and deceivers where they come in different ways. I was never a fan of Mittens Romney,
  490. 32:02but remember when Harry Reid had his binders full of women, which was a flat-out lie. And after the
  491. 32:07election, Harry Reid was called on it, say, Harry Reid, you lied. And what was Harry Reid's response?
  492. 32:11Miss ain't president is he?
  493. 32:15He didn't care that he lied?
  494. 32:17The spirit of this age guys wants us distracted and divided
  495. 32:25so that we minor on majors and so the majors go unaddressed
  496. 32:29that we have an increasingly ignorant populace in the
  497. 32:32various wickedness continues to advance unimpeded.
  498. 32:36If you got social media, use social media, but don't let it use you
  499. 32:44and don't allow internet chatter
  500. 32:52Define for you what's happening when you put your feet on the pavement.
  501. 32:56The so-called legacy media, instead of just trying to give us the facts of a story,
  502. 33:06are trying to lead people to a conclusion that reflects a very secular, liberal worldview.
  503. 33:13News Director Fred Jackson.
  504. 33:15I think the world right now needs to see what is going on in our world from a biblical perspective.
  505. 33:21American Family News.
  506. 33:22At the top of each hour on American Family Radio.
  507. 33:25And also at AFN.net.
  508. 33:27I think there's no question we are making a difference.
  509. 33:30You hear all the time about how standards should be raised
  510. 33:34in everything from public education to environmental affairs
  511. 33:37and even traffic safety.
  512. 33:39But how about something that affects you even more personally
  513. 33:42in your home, in your church, and basically everywhere else?
  514. 33:46John MacArthur will take you through a practical self-evaluation
  515. 33:49showing you God's high standards for love on grace to you.
  516. 33:54The Hamilton Quarter podcast and one-minute commentaries are available at aFR.net back
  517. 34:11to the Hamilton Quarter on American Family Radio.
  518. 34:16Welcome back to the Hamilton Corner, Abraham Hamilton the third here.
  519. 34:19Man, we're already in the final segment.
  520. 34:23Show is moving so quickly, so quickly.
  521. 34:25I started this, I started having a conversation about this yesterday and it's just so hilarious
  522. 34:36to me, like the Fulton County people are really going to berserk about the court authorized
  523. 34:47search warrant and subpoena for the Trump administration to get the ballots from Fulton County, Georgia.
  524. 34:55Just today, the county commissioner, I'm sure I have his name, Mr. Marvin Arington announced
  525. 35:05his intention to fight the Trump administration subpoena.
  526. 35:09We need to get the ballots back.
  527. 35:12Now, didn't they tell us that this,
  528. 35:18and this is concerning the 2020 election?
  529. 35:20Didn't they tell us that this was the cleanest election?
  530. 35:23Everything was cool?
  531. 35:24Everything was, eh, no problems?
  532. 35:29Well, at the same time saying that we need
  533. 35:31to federalize elections, but there's no problem
  534. 35:33by needing to federalize them.
  535. 35:35And President Trump says something today concerning this
  536. 35:37that is very problematic and I hope his team gets to him and helps him understand that,
  537. 35:43uh, no, bro, that's not what we want.
  538. 35:46We don't, we don't, we don't need that.
  539. 35:47He doesn't realize that.
  540. 35:49I don't think he does nor I don't think he would have said it.
  541. 35:51You probably do what I'm talking about already.
  542. 35:53Um, I'm going to get to that in a moment.
  543. 35:56But before I get to that, I'm going to talk about this whole deal with the balance of procurement
  544. 36:05by the Trump administration because the warrant was issued for the securing of the ballots for
  545. 36:14the investigation of two potential violations of federal election laws.
  546. 36:20The first violation is to determine that the first violation is concerning a federal election
  547. 36:26law that makes it illegal for election officials to either intimidate voters or to submit fraudulent
  548. 36:34ballots or voter registration applications.
  549. 36:38The second law that's the focus of this investigation requires officials to keep federal election
  550. 36:44records for 22 months.
  551. 36:46See one of the things we talked yesterday about Fulton County's admission in December that kind
  552. 36:51of went under the radar.
  553. 36:52When they admitted, yeah we counted about 315,000 votes that we should have.
  554. 36:57And they just going to say that and act like nobody said it, do they?
  555. 37:04And this is the same jurisdiction by the way, what they try to put President Trump in jail
  556. 37:08for wanting to investigate it.
  557. 37:09Think about this guys, for wanting to investigate it.
  558. 37:16If everything is on the up and up, why you care if the feds got the ballots?
  559. 37:21My grandmother told me a long time ago, a little ape, only hit dogs, holler.
  560. 37:28If everything is on the up and up, then why are y'all squirming?
  561. 37:32I mean, you should simply confirm, right?
  562. 37:35You should just be able to confirm that this was the most clean election ever.
  563. 37:40put to bed once and for all. All of these assertions from President Trump that 2020 was fraudulent,
  564. 37:46right? That's not happening. That's not happening. There's a state senator in Georgia who did his
  565. 37:56own kind of on some Nick Shirley queries. He's like, he's a state senator. Let me figure out what's
  566. 38:00going on here. He spoke on the house on the sorry on the state Senate floor, exposing some of the
  567. 38:08things he found when he looked into specifically some of the shenanigans concerning the voting
  568. 38:15rolls right there in Fulton County. I have two clips for you from him. His name is Senator
  569. 38:21Greg Dolezal. Dolezal, he's a state senator in Georgia. Listen to him watch Senator Dolezal.
  570. 38:27It's clip three, clip three, go.
  571. 38:28All right, y'all. Yesterday I made a serious allegation on the floor of the Georgia State
  572. 38:33Senate that Fulton County's voter rolls are have been and continue to be a complete mess.
  573. 38:40And today we're going to bring you the receipts. Currently in the state of Georgia, it is illegal
  574. 38:45to be registered to vote from anywhere other than your primary residence. Can't register
  575. 38:50to vote at UPS stores, can't register to vote at homeless shelters, can't register to vote
  576. 38:55under an overpass. But today, and this is as of the January 5th Fulton County voter rolls,
  577. 39:0170 people are registered to vote right here. We're going to bring you a couple more locations
  578. 39:06to show you that this is not an anomaly. Fulton County has got to get their act together.
  579. 39:11All right, y'all. This is 850 Oak Street in Fulton County, and there are 19 people registered to vote
  580. 39:19at this abandoned house. And so again, this is on the Fulton County Registrar. They've got to clean
  581. 39:26up their voting rolls. This is not a new problem. And remember, back in 2020 absentee ballot
  582. 39:32request forms were sent to every single registered voter, including at locations just like this.
  583. 39:40So the state law says it's illegal to register to vote at a UPS store. That's a daggle shame.
  584. 39:51These you have people registered to vote in the address to a UPS store. And you know
  585. 39:56that's in violation of the law. Then they showed, he showed the location with
  586. 40:02850 Oak Street, houses abandoned, 19 people registered to vote here. And similar to
  587. 40:08what happened in Michigan, they sent absentee ballots to every registered voter
  588. 40:13at the place. Every registered voter. Guys, that's sad. Hey, what are you talking about?
  589. 40:20Why are you trying to relocate 2020? Guys, I'm not trying to
  590. 40:22relocate 2020. Ain't nobody got a DeLorean going back in time and gonna redo 2020.
  591. 40:27But remember what I said when the narrative flipped,
  592. 40:31y'all remember this, I will never forget it,
  593. 40:33I know I refer to it a lot, but indulge me, would you?
  594. 40:40Remember when George Stephanopoulos was interviewing
  595. 40:43Kristi Noem and George Stephanopoulos literally said
  596. 40:46out of his lips, there is no fraud.
  597. 40:56And Kristi Noem ticked off about seven instances
  598. 41:00of voting irregularities in fraud.
  599. 41:01And what did he do?
  600. 41:02You all remember?
  601. 41:03You probably, because I talk about it a lot.
  602. 41:05He immediately said, well, yeah, but it's not widespread.
  603. 41:10That's what he said.
  604. 41:11And then you remember what happened.
  605. 41:12Every news media outlet after that,
  606. 41:14not before, after that.
  607. 41:17The talking point was, there's not widespread fraud.
  608. 41:21Widespread fraud, widespread fraud,
  609. 41:23to which I simply said, well,
  610. 41:25well, I hope it's not widespread,
  611. 41:27but if we know there's some,
  612. 41:28don't is anybody interested in getting to the bottom of it?
  613. 41:35Why are we so willing to say the fraud
  614. 41:36not widespread while simultaneously being disinterested with finding out just how
  615. 41:40wide the spread is. I know the spread option is at office in philosophy but if
  616. 41:49we're talking about the franchise of voting certainly every American would be
  617. 41:52interested in finding out exactly how wide the spread is don't you think? You know
  618. 41:59why guys because these people know they cheated that's why and the reason why
  619. 42:02it's important to get to the bottom of it now is so that there's not repeated
  620. 42:05cheating going forward.
  621. 42:08The reason why Mr. Woodson's name, Commissioner Marvin Errington, is suing to try to stop this
  622. 42:15investigation is because he doesn't want the light to get switched on.
  623. 42:20That's why.
  624. 42:22I got another one for you from Senator Dolezal.
  625. 42:26Listen to and watch clip number four, clip number four.
  626. 42:29Go.
  627. 42:30All right.
  628. 42:31So we are at 1445 Woodmont Lane, physical address dot com, 138 people registered to vote, but
  629. 42:37I've got a treat for you.
  630. 42:38This is Jason Frazier.
  631. 42:39Jason, come on in the frame here.
  632. 42:40Jason is the guy who's done all of the heavy lifting on this.
  633. 42:43He and David Kate are the two folks
  634. 42:45that brought this to my attention.
  635. 42:47Jason, how hard was it to figure out
  636. 42:49that you had thousands of people in Fulton County
  637. 42:51registered to vote from illegal voting locations?
  638. 42:53You know, it's not that difficult.
  639. 42:55The hardest part is getting a copy of the voter rolls.
  640. 42:57I mean, not everybody wants to spend $485
  641. 42:59for the statewide voter roll,
  642. 43:01but essentially once you get it,
  643. 43:02just sort it based on a number of people who want to address.
  644. 43:05This one jumped real far out of the page
  645. 43:07because there's 138 people registered vote here.
  646. 43:10And when we turn the camera, you'll see it's just a,
  647. 43:13it looks like it used to be a house,
  648. 43:14but now it's a commercial virtual mailbox.
  649. 43:18So I can't fathom there's 138 beds in that house,
  650. 43:22so they can't be registered to vote there.
  651. 43:24Here's the thing Jason is really compelling to me.
  652. 43:26The county has every piece of zoning information.
  653. 43:29They know this is a commercial location.
  654. 43:32They obviously can do easy database sorting
  655. 43:35and searching. You also though have identified a thousand people that were born in the year
  656. 43:391900 that are on the Fulton County voter rolls. You identified a couple hundred other people
  657. 43:44that are very much seem to be the same person, same name, same address, I'm sorry, same date
  658. 43:50of birth. Yeah. And tell us about some of that. Yeah. I mean, there are a lot of folks across
  659. 43:55Georgia who show 1800 or 1900 as their date of birth, which means what I've heard is that
  660. 44:01That means they don't know their date of birth.
  661. 44:03If Fulton County or anywhere in the state, they don't know your date of birth, how can
  662. 44:07they be checking to see if you're a legal resident?
  663. 44:09And a lot of these, we were talking about the duplicates, they'll have two people registered
  664. 44:14to the same address with the same year of birth in slight variations of their name.
  665. 44:18So maybe it's Bob and Robert, maybe it's Bob and Bob.
  666. 44:22And it's clearly the same person at that address.
  667. 44:25But if you're, if you've got typos in somebody's name and you don't know their date of birth,
  668. 44:30How in the world do we know they're a US citizen?
  669. 44:33And that just needs to be cleaned up so we can verify everything.
  670. 44:37So remember I told you one of the laws that the federal government is seeking as a basis
  671. 44:45of this investigation and led to them getting the warrant for the ballots in Fulton County
  672. 44:51was to determine whether or not they violated the law that makes it illegal for election
  673. 44:56officials to submit fraudulent ballots or voter registration
  674. 45:00application. If you got 119 people using a physical address
  675. 45:05dot coms address, you know, because some people don't like
  676. 45:08get mail at their residences. So they have these commercial
  677. 45:12mailboxes where they go get registered registration
  678. 45:14registrations. But the law in Georgia requires your voter
  679. 45:18role, your voter registration to correspond with a physical
  680. 45:21residence. Guys, that's a violation of election law. That's
  681. 45:26violation of election law, but it keeps happening over and over and over. So there must be investigations
  682. 45:35to figure out just how wide the spread is concerning these violations of election law, these irregularities.
  683. 45:45It has to occur. Now in the conversation, President Trump today appeared on Dan Banjino's podcast
  684. 45:52because the former deputy director, he's gone back to doing his show and President Trump was on with him
  685. 45:59And President Trump was talking about this, but he said something that, guys, this is erroneous.
  686. 46:04He shouldn't. I hope he understands, I hope people get to him to help him understand why this is a bad
  687. 46:08idea. But he was lamenting the fraud from 2020. And he said, maybe it's time to quote,
  688. 46:16nationalize the voting, in quote, bad idea. That's exactly what regressives want.
  689. 46:23Because you think there's cheating now. If you nationalize the voting, and that will require some,
  690. 46:29some acts in my congress that the constitution requires
  691. 46:32that states administered the time
  692. 46:35manner in place of elections and that is a part of our constitutional republican
  693. 46:39form of government
  694. 46:40no we we don't need to nationalize
  695. 46:43federal elections
  696. 46:45what we need to do is hold election officials accountable to comply with the
  697. 46:49laws that already exist
  698. 46:52i agree that there's corruption in various instances
  699. 46:55and and look i don't have to go far i can tell you i i i told you guys growing up
  700. 46:59growing up in the world is where you have pretty much uni party rule
  701. 47:04that the the prevalence
  702. 47:07of democratic democrat violence
  703. 47:09with election fraud
  704. 47:14is
  705. 47:17specifically frequent
  706. 47:18this is why you can do your research this is why senator a m clobature this is
  707. 47:22why
  708. 47:23liah wathley is a bit warren
  709. 47:25they sent letters
  710. 47:27discussing
  711. 47:28corruption in elections
  712. 47:30product of the twenty twenty election
  713. 47:34So this is, so, President Trump needs to understand, no,
  714. 47:37nationalizing the elections is not the answer.
  715. 47:39No, no, no, no.
  716. 47:40Now, what we need to do is to utilize the existing laws
  717. 47:46and the existing parameters that exist
  718. 47:48and hold the people accountable to comply with existing law.
  719. 47:52The biggest problem, and this is more of a long-term project,
  720. 47:55the biggest problem is that by and large
  721. 47:59in the major metropolitan areas of our country,
  722. 48:02When I say major, I mean the most populous,
  723. 48:05they're effectively dominated by one party.
  724. 48:09And this has to change.
  725. 48:13There must be robust competition.
  726. 48:16There should never be any ground that is seated
  727. 48:19in saying there's no way we could win there.
  728. 48:21Like Michael Jordan said, you miss every shot you don't take?
  729. 48:24No, you have to compete on the ground.
  730. 48:26You have to compete on the ground.
  731. 48:28I only have a little while ago,
  732. 48:30but I want to give you the specifics on this.
  733. 48:32I mentioned Massachusetts's Freedom to Move Act.
  734. 48:35It is Senate Bill 2246.
  735. 48:38Senate Bill 2246.
  736. 48:40The bill is set, the bill directs the state of Massachusetts
  737. 48:45to set targets for reducing total vehicles traveled
  738. 48:49to total vehicle miles traveled statewide.
  739. 48:52Targets that would be incorporated
  740. 48:54into transportation planning, infrastructure investment,
  741. 48:58and long-term emissions policy.
  742. 49:01The objective is to reduce driving in the state of Massachusetts.
  743. 49:07Surely nothing can go wrong there, right?
  744. 49:10You see, they already embrace policies concerning gas emissions,
  745. 49:14and they already embrace all these other things
  746. 49:17that are reflective of climate alarmism.
  747. 49:19They haven't gotten the memo that Davos has told them,
  748. 49:21hey, we ain't worried about gas or no more.
  749. 49:24We got data centers that need consistent estateable energy.
  750. 49:27Massachusetts will not be denied.
  751. 49:30They have to limit people's capacity to move around.
  752. 49:32But they're going to name the legislation the Freedom to Move Act.
  753. 49:40The views and opinions expressed in this broadcast may not necessarily reflect those of the American
  754. 49:45Family Association or American Family Radio.
