  9. 0:26Let's not miss our moment.
  10. 0:28And now, the Hamilton Corner.
  11. 0:33Good evening everybody.
  12. 0:34Welcome to the Hamilton Corner.
  13. 0:35Here on American Family Radio.
  14. 0:37I'm your host Abraham Hamilton the third, joined by the corner contingent, right across
  15. 0:43from you my man, 100 grand, who is just explaining to me that, you know, college football, blah,
  16. 0:49blah, blah, blah, yackity, smackity.
  17. 0:52Let's get on the frozen pond and slap a few pucks.
  18. 0:55Let's talk about the Boston Bruins.
  19. 0:59No, Boston.
  20. 1:00I'm sorry. Any say a prop? The Boston B-A-H-S-T. Boston, where they packed the car.
  21. 1:07And have it. And have it. Yeah. And have it. Yeah. I know that's a terrible impression. Don't worry. I understand it.
  22. 1:13None other than my man, 100 grand Mr. Bobby, a Rosa. He's the resident hockey fan, ladies and gentlemen.
  23. 1:20And in the screening, we're produced extraordinaire often imitating, never duplicated, who might today be found wearing certain red,
  24. 1:29Well, blue and red colors regarding a certain university
  25. 1:34who is football coach,
  26. 1:36decided to leave them to win a national championship.
  27. 1:39And the team he left is fighting the,
  28. 1:42is the one to game away from a national championship.
  29. 1:46You tell me how you scored that circle, man, anyway.
  30. 1:49But we are ready to rock and roll with today's edition
  31. 1:51of the program.
  32. 1:52I have lots of very important issues to discuss.
  33. 1:55At this very moment, many of you, if not most of you,
  34. 1:58are making your transition from your part-time jobs
  35. 2:00where you generate an income to your full time jobs,
  36. 2:03where you cultivate an outcome.
  37. 2:04And as you do so, I want to encourage you to do so
  38. 2:06with intentionality, understanding the primacy
  39. 2:10that God places on family and allowing that to govern
  40. 2:18and guide your engagements.
  41. 2:20We will never outvote, out politic, out Supreme Court opinion,
  42. 2:27out protest, out march deficiencies that abound
  43. 2:31in the home through the family.
  44. 2:33The family is the first human institution that God created
  45. 2:36before you get to the modern narrations of civil government.
  46. 2:40Before you get to any other institutions,
  47. 2:42the Lord starts with the family.
  48. 2:44He did that intentionally because the family's a primary vehicle
  49. 2:48through which the primary institution through which
  50. 2:50he establishes his kingdom generationally, generationally.
  51. 2:55And I'm going to share from scripture, man, because one of the things that I was just, you
  52. 3:04know, in my time off praying about and meditating on and encouraging, especially the men I'm around,
  53. 3:11is walking upright before the Lord.
  54. 3:13And especially my more seasoned brothers chronologically finishing well, you know, not toward the latter
  55. 3:19part of your lives, falling off.
  56. 3:23And you know, we 25, 2025 was riddled with scandal, ministers, frankly, rebelling against
  57. 3:33the Lord, falling into sin.
  58. 3:37You know, and then here we're barely into 2026 and you have another, you know, pretty well
  59. 3:43known minister.
  60. 3:44Some people know him and I'm not trying to, to pounce on him personally.
  61. 3:47And you know, I can't imagine a devastation, although he wrote a lot of things recently,
  62. 3:51I disagree with, but he's known in the Christian circles as a Christian author and I'm talking
  63. 3:57about Philip Yancy, you know, and I'm not going to go into the details of the salacious components
  64. 4:04other than to say he, it has just been exposed publicly that he was involved in a eight year
  65. 4:12long adulterous affair, an eight year long adulterous affair.
  66. 4:18And it's just, it's heartbreaking and involved in its affair with another woman who was also married.
  67. 4:30So both of them were married to other people.
  68. 4:36And wanted to script you that I've been discussing is in Proverbs 23.
  69. 4:45So I'm going to share that with the audience here, man.
  70. 4:48And it's one thing to have the Word of God, to have access to the Word of God and to have the Word of God.
  71. 4:53It's another thing to take heed, to take heed, to take heed.
  72. 5:06You must take heed to the Scriptures, man.
  73. 5:11You must take heed to God's instruction.
  74. 5:15Yes, we're going to talk about the shooting in Minnesota.
  75. 5:18I didn't want to talk about it yesterday because I wanted to gather as much information as
  76. 5:21I came before I came to air with any commentary on that.
  77. 5:25Now I have enough information I believe to discuss the issue intelligently based on the
  78. 5:30information that's available currently.
  79. 5:34But we'll get to that next segment in Lord willing.
  80. 5:36But Proverb, chapter 23.
  81. 5:39Proverbs, chapter 23 is where we're going to go.
  82. 5:41Verses 26 through 29.
  83. 5:47And this is what God's Word says,
  84. 5:49My Son, give me your heart
  85. 5:53and let your eyes observe my ways
  86. 5:58for a prostitute or a harlot is a deep pit.
  87. 6:05and an adulterous woman is a narrow well. She lies in weight like a robber and increases
  88. 6:15the faithless among mankind, increases the traitors among mankind. Man is so true.
  89. 6:26So here once again, God is personified as wisdom and makes a plea as a father,
  90. 6:35pleading to a son and saying, my son, give me your heart.
  91. 6:41The immediate implication here is that it is not an automatic phenomenon.
  92. 6:46The son could have access to the father, access to the wisdom that the father has provided.
  93. 7:01Yet, the son has the capacity to reject that wisdom, but the appeal is made so that that
  94. 7:09does not occur, my son, give me your heart. Give me your heart. Let or allow your eyes
  95. 7:16to observe my ways, my ways." This is once again affirming the reality. Now, I've talked
  96. 7:23about this in the Apostle Paul's relationship with Timothy when he explains that Timothy
  97. 7:27was familiar with his teaching, but he was also familiar with his lifestyle. One of those
  98. 7:37most potent components of being effective and making disciples is living before people and living the
  99. 7:45truth before people and teaching the truth and that the instruction and the example are parallel.
  100. 7:57They work together. They don't work against each other. I hear what you're saying, but I see how
  101. 8:03you're living. Your sayings and livings are contradictory. Know that our sayings are consistent without
  102. 8:08living. That is the call. That is the mandate. That is the obligation. The text goes on to say,
  103. 8:19for a prostitute or some translations there say, a harlot is a deep pit. An adulterous is a narrow
  104. 8:30well. I want you to see in this verse, harlotry and adultery are made parallel to one another. I
  105. 8:38want you to notice that. And what the proverb writers are articulating is that the prostitute
  106. 8:43that is a deep pit and the adulterous is a narrow well, the communication is both of them
  107. 8:49set up traps. The Old Testament time period, if one fell into a well, one fell into a pit,
  108. 8:58you will be in the pit and unable to get yourself out. This is the warning that's being provided.
  109. 9:07The harlot, the prostitute is a deep pit, a deep pit. The adulterous is a narrow well.
  110. 9:15No, you fall into it.
  111. 9:19You want people to get yourselves out of it.
  112. 9:22You want people to get yourselves out of it.
  113. 9:25Man, I'm telling you, I thank God for the season
  114. 9:28things that I had in my life who would offer
  115. 9:30things like this.
  116. 9:31Listen, sin to take you further than you ever intended to go.
  117. 9:34Keep you longer than you ever intended to stay.
  118. 9:38How many times has a person succumbed to the lore
  119. 9:44never intending to be?
  120. 9:46Oh, that'll never be me.
  121. 9:49But sin grows as a man travels one step at a time.
  122. 9:52And here's the reality, guys, the flesh is never satisfied.
  123. 9:56The reason why God calls us to crucify the flesh
  124. 9:58is because the flesh is never satisfied.
  125. 10:00The flesh will make an introductory offering
  126. 10:02all the while, the intention, the demonic intention
  127. 10:06is to have you all the way down.
  128. 10:09How many people, I may have just take a little hit
  129. 10:11and end up addicted?
  130. 10:14How many people, just a little peak,
  131. 10:16and end up in adult relationship?
  132. 10:19an eight year long adulterous relationship
  133. 10:23while purporting publicly to be a Christian author
  134. 10:26and writer and speaker and all of these things.
  135. 10:34Guys, the word of God is true.
  136. 10:36The word of God is true.
  137. 10:37And then the text adds this additional warning.
  138. 10:41She, and I want you guys to see this,
  139. 10:44verse 27 refers to the prostitute and the adulterous.
  140. 10:49Clearly two different contexts, right?
  141. 10:52But refers to them in a parallel fashion,
  142. 10:54almost analogously, analogously.
  143. 10:57Then you get to verse 28,
  144. 10:59and the apparent two different categories, if you will,
  145. 11:04is referred to in the singular.
  146. 11:06She lies in weight.
  147. 11:08Do you see that?
  148. 11:10The prostitute is a deep pit,
  149. 11:11and adulterous is a narrow well.
  150. 11:13Verse 28, she lies in weight.
  151. 11:17Like a robber,
  152. 11:22and increases traders among mankind,
  153. 11:25or some translations there say the faithless,
  154. 11:27which communicated there, increases the quantity of people who cannot be trusted.
  155. 11:34That's why here in the ESVSS, traders, other strangers, they say faithless.
  156. 11:40Those who cannot be trusted.
  157. 11:45Because the demonic objective all along is not mainly about the individual circumstances.
  158. 11:51Satan doesn't care whether or not you are abundantly provided for materially or if you
  159. 11:57You're struggling materially.
  160. 11:58What he wants to destroy is the witness of Christ
  161. 12:01and the eternal souls of mankind.
  162. 12:03And so if he could use the man in this instance
  163. 12:07who succumbs to the adulterous,
  164. 12:10who succumbs to the prostitute as an occasion
  165. 12:13for the unbeliever to blaspheme
  166. 12:16as an effort to nullify the public witness
  167. 12:19of the Christ follower to say, yeah, see, there you go.
  168. 12:22How are you gonna believe in this Christ?
  169. 12:23Look at all of these ministers that keep falling.
  170. 12:25And that's what you tell them, are you believing?
  171. 12:28Now we know the reality is no matter how many false representatives of Christ deny him or fail him,
  172. 12:34that has no bearing on Christ. That is the truth. But it doesn't change the fact that God has ordained for the life quality of the believer to be a means by which the gospel appeal is made.
  173. 12:49Jesus said by the love that the believer shows one to another will all men know your mind disciples.
  174. 12:55How much more should a Christian husband be faithful and committed and love his wife?
  175. 13:00That's included in the understanding about the love you all show for one another.
  176. 13:10We'll all men know you're my disciples.
  177. 13:34Don't play with it. Shun the very appearance of evil. Never get to the place
  178. 13:40where you feel like, well I've been at this long enough now I can rack and relax
  179. 13:44a little bit. People mock the Billy Graham rule. Oh why is it men can't control
  180. 13:51themselves? Y'all know that is not the issue in the least bit. It is adherence to
  181. 13:59the biblical admonition to shun the very appearance of evil. My heart breaks for
  182. 14:05the carnage that has been created by the sin in the circumstance.
  183. 14:11And by God's grace, God's grace,
  184. 14:13man, let it not be repetitive in your life and my life.
  185. 14:17Let us walk uprightly before the King of Glory
  186. 14:20when we exalt the Lord personally,
  187. 14:22regardless of who else is around,
  188. 14:24let that be the enduring characteristic
  189. 14:26of our personalities and our character,
  190. 14:29and so that it continues over in our relationships
  191. 14:31with people, because frankly guys,
  192. 14:35you turn to be hanging in the balance of the unbeliever.
  193. 14:38And because we love Christ, we must love His bride.
  194. 14:42And because we love Christ, we must love the witness for Christ.
  195. 14:49Shun the very peers of evil, man.
  196. 14:52Don't play with it.
  197. 14:54Don't play with sin.
  198. 15:01A discipleship minute with Joseph Parker.
  199. 15:04Psalm 112, beginning at verse one.
  200. 15:07Praise the Lord, our joyful of those who fear the Lord,
  201. 15:11and delight in obeying His commands.
  202. 15:14their children will be successful everywhere.
  203. 15:17An entire generation of godly people will be blessed.
  204. 15:21They themselves will be wealthy
  205. 15:22and their good deeds will last forever.
  206. 15:25Light shines in the darkness for the godly.
  207. 15:27They are generous, compassionate, and righteous.
  208. 15:31Good comes to those who lend money generously
  209. 15:33and conduct their business fairly.
  210. 15:36Such people will not be overcome by evil.
  211. 15:39Those who are righteous will be long remembered.
  212. 15:42They do not fear bad news.
  213. 15:43They confidently trust the Lord to care for them.
  214. 15:47They are confident and fearless and can face their foes triumphantly.
  215. 15:52They share freely and give generously to those in need.
  216. 16:00So right now may be the perfect time for you to rethink how you pay for health care.
  217. 16:05And here's why.
  218. 16:06This time of year is decision time for a lot of people.
  219. 16:08But it's also when you can join MetaShare and save even more than usual.
  220. 16:12For many families, joining MetaShare means saving about $500 a month, which is a game
  221. 16:16changer for a lot of people.
  222. 16:18More than a million people are now part of healthcare sharing because it just makes so
  223. 16:23much sense, especially right now.
  224. 16:25And MetaShare is the gold standard.
  225. 16:27Members like it a lot.
  226. 16:28We know this from member surveys.
  227. 16:30MetaShare has been around for over 30 years.
  228. 16:32It is a proven thing.

  233. 16:5783344 Bible. Biblical marriage in America was once considered sacred, even according to the law.
  234. 17:04marriage itself, one man and one woman, with legal enforceable duties towards their children.
  235. 17:10Had a structure that reflected a Judeo-Christian tradition and that was enforced in law.
  236. 17:16Laws used to be based on religion and morality, but what about today?
  237. 17:20Religion and morality have almost become this toxic word that you can't talk about in government,
  238. 17:24right?
  239. 17:25Anything religious and moral, that's just going to have to be the churches.
  240. 17:27In the next day of A at home, Walker Wildman and his guests take an in-depth look at strategies
  241. 17:32that will help restore state authority over marriage and morality.
  242. 17:36That was the standard rule.
  243. 17:38That was the norm for most of the history of our country and the courts giving us an opportunity
  244. 17:42to return to that.
  245. 17:44Catch episode eight of AFA at Home when it hits AFA Stream on January 8th.
  246. 17:49You can watch it free for one week.

  249. 18:04Shining light into the darkness.
  250. 18:07This is the Hamilton Corner on American family radio.
  251. 18:11Welcome back to the Hamilton Corner Abraham Hamilton.
  252. 18:13The third year.
  253. 18:15Well, we are underway in the year by Lord 2026.
  254. 18:20Next week, January 15th through the 17th, I will be joining
  255. 18:25the Tabernacle Church, South Haven family, where Bishop Vincent
  256. 18:29Matthew uses the pastor, just a, you know, visionary, godly man, shepherding, the Lord's
  257. 18:37flock there, what the Lord is doing to their local assemblies, just phenomenal.
  258. 18:41And I'm just greatly honored to be a part of the leadership summit that will take place
  259. 18:46there next week.
  260. 18:48It will be in South Haven, Mississippi.
  261. 18:50You are welcome to come to the summit.
  262. 18:53You simply have to go to ttabsouthaven.org to register for the summit.
  263. 18:59will be, as I mentioned January 15th through the 17th. Next week we will be there by God's
  264. 19:06grace. And I've been mentioning this subsequent to the Leadership Summit in South Haven. I'll
  265. 19:14be joining the Simsborough Baptist Church family, first Baptist Simsborough in Simsborough,
  266. 19:19Louisiana. That's North Louisiana February 20th through the 22nd for their family focus
  267. 19:24weekend. Both my wife and I will be
  268. 19:27ministering during this family focus
  269. 19:28weekend. The event is free of charge in
  270. 19:32Simsboro. No charge whatsoever. But you
  271. 19:35are asked if you are coming to the event
  272. 19:37to register by going to FBC Simsboro.org.
  273. 19:42That is FBC SIMSBORO.org. You'll have to
  274. 19:47click on the events tab which is on the
  275. 19:49right side of the screen and you'll see
  276. 19:51the family focus weekend. That is where
  277. 19:54you'll need to register so that the church can be prepared because they will provide food
  278. 19:59for attendees during the family focus weekend.
  279. 20:02So that will be February 20th through the 22nd.
  280. 20:05We have the links for all of these in the show notes.
  281. 20:09You can go there to get all of the information that you need, but we would love to see you
  282. 20:13there.
  283. 20:14One of my favorite things to do is to meet people, hug next, and to see tangible evidence
  284. 20:19of the people that enjoy the programming here and get a down payment on what we're going
  285. 20:24to enjoy in eternity because if you are a member of the family of the Lord Jesus Christ
  286. 20:28and you and I are family, the terms brother and sister wasn't meant to be a church platitude,
  287. 20:33it was meant to be an expression that communicates an eternal reality.
  288. 20:41So having a down payment on what we get to enjoy for eternity is something that I personally
  289. 20:46take great joy in very, very much.
  290. 20:49So we'd love to see you at either one,
  291. 20:51or if not both, of those events.
  292. 20:55All right, to the fullest is the shore.
  293. 21:02You know, you read Proverbs 6, man.
  294. 21:04The Lord talks about the things that the Lord hates.
  295. 21:09And one of the things that I mentioned
  296. 21:11that I don't think is giving enough attention
  297. 21:13is that the Lord hates those who sow discord,
  298. 21:17discord among the brethren.
  299. 21:21discord among the brethren and when you have tragic events like that that have just occurred like
  300. 21:28the one that just occurred in Minnesota, it's sad to me how predictable it is that you pretty much
  301. 21:35know people's opinions based upon their political leanings. You know, I would I'd like to be charitable
  302. 21:42and say worldview but sometimes people don't even have an even considered a thorough comprehensive worldview,
  303. 21:47They just thought with a kind of a,
  304. 21:49we hate Donald Trump kind of disposition
  305. 21:51and then everything flows from there.
  306. 21:52And it's just, it's just sad.
  307. 21:58So the fundamental reality is that the events
  308. 22:00that just transpired in the Minneapolis,
  309. 22:03in Minneapolis could have very easily been avoided.
  310. 22:08So some may forget,
  311. 22:11but I'm gonna remind you that what was happening
  312. 22:14in Minneapolis was not anything happening secretly.
  313. 22:19It's amazing to me how people like Tim Walton
  314. 22:21And other say, oh, you people have masks on and covers.
  315. 22:24Like, you don't know the urban efforts to docks law enforcement agents to try to terrorize
  316. 22:31them for them doing the jobs that they've signed up to do.
  317. 22:38And that frankly, that our nation requires we need folks to do these jobs.
  318. 22:44But I digress.
  319. 22:45So let me get into it.
  320. 22:46So you may recall, first, the federal government unearthed massive fraud in the immigration
  321. 22:58sector.
  322. 22:59Do you guys remember this shortly before the end of the year 2025, the Twin Cities area,
  323. 23:05Minneapolis and St. Paul, it came to the void.
  324. 23:08Yes, yes, you know, well, some people did some things Omar who the evidence shows she
  325. 23:14married her brother just to get to the country.
  326. 23:16Yeah.
  327. 23:17Yeah.
  328. 23:19And so the federal government has been conducting massive investigations first there, which has
  329. 23:25led to criminal prosecutions as a result of the investigation and the evidence of fraudulent
  330. 23:33immigration status the Department of Homeland Security has now entered.
  331. 23:38And it's the operation called Metro Operation Metro Surge that began in December.
  332. 23:44This is not anything that has been secret because it's come, we've come to find out
  333. 23:50that under the auspices of Tim Waltz and Jacob Frey, the mayor of Minneapolis, who gave
  334. 23:57his acceptance speech a part of it in Somali, in that interesting, in America, in that
  335. 24:01interesting, that they're, in addition to immigration fraud, they've been massive welfare
  336. 24:08fraud, financial fraud, to where American taxpayer money has been fraudily acquired,
  337. 24:14significant portions of which are being shipped to Somalia and foreign Islamic terrorist group Al-Shabaab is
  338. 24:22being funded in part by American taxpayer dollars and
  339. 24:26We have no problem with this
  340. 24:32Along the lines of the massive fraud you had Nick Shirley who just showed
  341. 24:38That you know, I'll never live if never forget this the child leering center
  342. 24:42We have these childcare centers that so happen to be run by some all-in immigrants that turns
  343. 24:50out it wouldn't have much child or children or care going on other than getting the monies,
  344. 24:55the monies, the monies.
  345. 24:56Surely, that's not the only place in the country that these things are happening, but just because
  346. 25:01it's not the only place that doesn't mean we should turn a blind eye to it.
  347. 25:03So anyway, that all being said, that ICE had an increased presence in the area pursuant
  348. 25:09to these various investigations for the express purposes of finding, detaining, and
  349. 25:16deporting illegal aliens in the area.
  350. 25:19All right?
  351. 25:20So it's not new.
  352. 25:21It's not anything new.
  353. 25:24According to the information that we have available, and we don't have lots of evidence
  354. 25:28now about the conversation between the two, but I'm going to share what we do have.
  355. 25:33I'm going to play the video shortly, but I'm going to describe it.
  356. 25:36We had ICE agents who were on a particular street in the Minneapolis area.
  357. 25:43This woman, and I want to be clear about this, Renee Nicole Goode.
  358. 25:54I have a hard time, and when the senseless loss of life, my immediate thought is, what
  359. 25:59about this woman's soul?
  360. 26:02What about this woman's soul?
  361. 26:03She's being described as a mother of three.
  362. 26:06There's some information that indicates that she was in.
  363. 26:09I'll just say it this way, a rebellious relationship, a sexually rebellious relationship, and that
  364. 26:13she explicitly came to Minneapolis for the express purpose of protesting ISIS activities
  365. 26:21in Minnesota.
  366. 26:26Now this is America.
  367. 26:29We have freedom for now to act according to what we will, you know, you want to protest
  368. 26:35okay?
  369. 26:36But I just, I would have hoped, I would have hoped that, you know, the children would have
  370. 26:43been a higher priority.
  371. 26:44And now some people say, wait, what if she feels like she's doing this to protect her children?
  372. 26:47All right.
  373. 26:48But to be plain and clear, we're her children under any threat from ICE.
  374. 26:54All right.
  375. 26:55I mean, come on, come on, man.
  376. 26:57But it's one of those things, man, just like we've been talking about, you know, it seems
  377. 27:01like younger men are turning towards in seeking for enduring objective truth, not unanimously,
  378. 27:09of course.
  379. 27:10There are exceptions to all of this.
  380. 27:11But generally speaking, the men are trending in that direction conservative, yes, in terms
  381. 27:16of political terms, but beyond conservative, returning to church attendance, generally speaking,
  382. 27:21generally speaking.
  383. 27:23you see somewhat a fervor amongst regressive women, zealous.
  384. 27:30And in many instances, they project the kind of maternal inclinations that God has given
  385. 27:37to them.
  386. 27:38They projected onto these regressive causes.
  387. 27:42You know, remember the candidate that by God's grace, who was spared from in the Nashville
  388. 27:46area?
  389. 27:47I don't want children.
  390. 27:48I want power.
  391. 27:49Remember her?
  392. 27:50In the Nashville area.
  393. 27:52You know, nurturing things like climate zealotry and, and, and, you know, yes, we want to protect
  394. 27:57immigrants and all of these things.
  395. 27:58And it's like, well, why would you direct that to what your own children?
  396. 28:06That being said, what you're going to see in the video, it's clear in the video that the
  397. 28:18ice vehicles and as it appears to be a Nissan, a Nissan vehicle, a truck, their lights, it's
  398. 28:25not a Nissan.
  399. 28:26I'm talking about the pilot.
  400. 28:28No, no, no, I'm not talking about the vehicle being driven by Renee, Renee, Renee, Nicole,
  401. 28:36Mackelyn Goode.
  402. 28:37I'm talking about the vehicle driven by the ICE officers is the truck.
  403. 28:42And you'll see another vehicle, a Honda pilot, almost perpendicular to the Nissan truck, clearly
  404. 28:50positioned to block the travel of the Nissan truck.
  405. 28:58In the video, you'll see that their ICE agents communicating verbally to the driver of the Honda
  406. 29:05Pilot.
  407. 29:07One of the ICE agents approaches the door, the driver's side door of the Honda Pilot.
  408. 29:14I don't know for a fact, but I would imagine based on the physical gestures in the video
  409. 29:18that he's saying to her, get out of the vehicle.
  410. 29:21He then approaches her door in attempts to, and this is not the ICE officer who discharged
  411. 29:27his firearm, okay?
  412. 29:28So I just want to explain that.
  413. 29:30attempts to open the door instead of the driver of the Honda pilot that once again was pulled
  414. 29:38nearly perpendicular to the ice truck, the truck driven by the ice agents, clearly put
  415. 29:43the position to physically impede the travel of the ice agent.
  416. 29:51It seems that there is a refusal to obey lawful commands, which in and of itself is a crime,
  417. 29:56by the way, guys.
  418. 29:57I don't think people understand that.
  419. 29:59This is a, that is a separate individual crime.
  420. 30:02following the continued offering of lawful commands instead of heating the lawful commands,
  421. 30:11you see, you will see the Honda Pilot vehicle begin to drive forward.
  422. 30:18And in the video, you'll see another ice agent that is standing near the hood area of this
  423. 30:24Honda Pilot on the driver's side.
  424. 30:28And that officer, that agent you'll see attempts to physically, basically dodge the Honda Pilot.
  425. 30:36It's in that short blink of an eye that his firearm is discharged, apparently one shot
  426. 30:43fired that ultimately proves to be fatal.
  427. 30:49Now before I get into anything else, before I get into anything else, I want to show the
  428. 30:58video.
  429. 30:59All right.
  430. 31:00is not going to have any audio. So I apologize for the radio audience in the, in the podcasters.
  431. 31:05But I'm going to try to basically describe what's happening as I just narrated before it,
  432. 31:09to narrate the video as it's happening, uh, because I want you to see what I've seen
  433. 31:17and what's publicly available so far. So to do so, would you please, Mr. Jeff, play,
  434. 31:24uh, clip, clip three is the first one, right? Play clip number three, clip three, go.
  435. 31:30And I'll start once the video comes up.
  436. 31:35I don't see it yet.
  437. 31:44Is it playing on your end?
  438. 31:46That's not playing on my knees.
  439. 31:47I don't see it yet.
  440. 31:51Mmm.
  441. 31:52All right, here we go.
  442. 31:53All right.
  443. 31:54So you see two officers approaching the Honda Pilot.
  444. 31:57You see one reaching toward the door.
  445. 31:59And as the car surges fall, you see a puff of smoke.
  446. 32:02The officer who was closest to, would you run it back please, Jeff?
  447. 32:05The officer who was closer to the trunk, I'm sorry, to the hood of the vehicle, is the
  448. 32:09one who is directly in the travel path of this Honda pilot.
  449. 32:15Now I want you to see it and I know this is at regular speed.
  450. 32:18This is not slow motion.
  451. 32:19So I want to show it again.
  452. 32:22But I want you to see how quickly in the blink of an eye, in an immediate moment, you see the
  453. 32:28entire incident unfold.
  454. 32:30So go ahead and play it again, Jeff.
  455. 32:32Please.
  456. 32:33Whenever you're ready, go ahead.
  457. 32:34I should have slowed this down so everybody can see because it's very quick, very brief.
  458. 32:46All right, I'm gonna just let it play.
  459. 32:48Now you don't see the ice agent who discharges his farm
  460. 32:51to the very end, but you can tell that based on the trajectory
  461. 32:56of the vehicle, if he doesn't respond, it's very possible
  462. 33:02based on the video alone, that he would have been struck
  463. 33:06by the Honda pilot.
  464. 33:09Now, I wanna talk a few things about legalities, right?
  465. 33:13So I want you all to be aware of something.
  466. 33:15The way this will be examined
  467. 33:17from a law enforcement perspective.
  468. 33:20There is an evaluation will be assessed from what's called the totality of the circumstances
  469. 33:26perspective.
  470. 33:29The totality of the circumstances perspective.
  471. 33:32What is the entirety of the circumstance that is transpiring?
  472. 33:36It will also include what was said that can be heard.
  473. 33:41It appears that the Honda Pilot driver Renee Good's window is down.
  474. 33:45So there is going to be some evidence that comes up that shows what statements are being
  475. 33:50made by the ICE agents and what statements are being made by the driver of the Honda Pilot.
  476. 33:59Did she exclaim in fear as she hit the gas pedal to search for it in the Honda Pilot?
  477. 34:04That will be assessed.
  478. 34:05Or did she let off a couple of expletives?
  479. 34:10You're not going to get me.
  480. 34:13What was said?
  481. 34:14That is going to play into this assessment.
  482. 34:17What was in the mindset of all of the ICE agents who were present most pertinently?
  483. 34:24Mr. Ross.
  484. 34:26name is Jonathan Ross.
  485. 34:30There is going to be.
  486. 34:32There are going to be questions.
  487. 34:33And if there's evidence that shows,
  488. 34:35why was Renee Nicole Macklin good in Minnesota at this time?
  489. 34:42Did she come there explicitly to interrupt ice proceedings
  490. 34:47otherwise known as to interrupt a law enforcement process?
  491. 34:54All of these are questions that will be asked more
  492. 34:55when we come back from the break.

  554. 38:30The Hamilton Quarter Podcast and One-Minute Common Terrets
  555. 38:38are available at efr.net.
  556. 38:40Back to the Hamilton Quarter on American Family Radio.
  557. 38:45Welcome back to the Hamilton Corner, Abraham Hamilton
  558. 38:47the third here.
  559. 38:49Just discussing this terrible tragedy in Minnesota.
  560. 38:52But unsurprisingly, the line media is not
  561. 38:56conversing about this in a manner that's
  562. 38:59meant to help us understand what's going on.
  563. 39:01Oh, no, no, no, no.
  564. 39:04It's a continual exercise in provoking the type of division
  565. 39:11that many of them trafficking, that it enables them
  566. 39:14to feel empowered in the assert their regressive ideology
  567. 39:17in our society.
  568. 39:18So in addition to things I've already mentioned,
  569. 39:19one of the other things is going to be assessed in this process
  570. 39:22that you can anticipate. There'll be photographs of the scene. There are scuff and scrape marks
  571. 39:28usually in concrete because there's snow won't necessarily be in a concrete, but they will assess
  572. 39:31the trajectory of the tires and the wheels, the tire markings as to whether or not the Honda pilot
  573. 39:38lunges forward and then at the last minute attempts to avoid agent Ross. These are things that are going
  574. 39:47going to be assessed in addition to the testimony of what was said. That's not
  575. 39:57able to be heard in all your own different things of that nature. But here's
  576. 40:00another fact that will be a part of this. And this man, I disdain for our
  577. 40:07line media. Our disdain cannot be too hard. It really cannot be too high. Because
  578. 40:13one of the other factors that will be discussed is that Ice Age and Jonathan
  579. 40:18Ross was involved in June in a scenario where operating to exercise his duties, executing
  580. 40:25his duties as an ice agent, he went to detain a criminal, not only a criminal, a serial child
  581. 40:35rapist, a serial child rapist.
  582. 40:39Oh, man, this is so sad.
  583. 40:48Munoz Guatamala is his name, his compound last name.
  584. 40:55Do I have the first name here?
  585. 41:00Yes, I do have it.
  586. 41:01Well what occurred in June is that Agent Ross attempted to execute an arrest warrant for
  587. 41:16Munoz Guatemala Roberto Carlos Munoz Guatemala
  588. 41:22Who had been previously arrested for domestic abuse domestic assault who had been convicted in
  589. 41:282022 for serial sexual abuse of a minor
  590. 41:34Agent Ross is going to arrest him in the process of doing so
  591. 41:41Munoz Guatemala was in his vehicle and refused lawful commands to exit the vehicle and instead
  592. 41:50mashed the gas pedal while Officer Raw Agent Ross's arm is inside of the vehicle and Munoz
  593. 41:57Guatemala ends up by hitting the gas trapping Agent Ross's arm between the seat and the frame of the car
  594. 42:03and drags him about a hundred yards. This is back in June which resulted in Agent Ross
  595. 42:11having 38 stitches. Just last month in December, Roberto Carlos Munoz Guatemala
  596. 42:22was convicted at trial for assault of a federal officer, assault on the federal
  597. 42:29officer with a deadly weapon causing bodily injury. It was just convicted last
  598. 42:32month for this. I'm presenting this to you because this will be a factor that
  599. 42:39will play into what was in the mind of Agent Ross when he discharged the
  600. 42:47firearm following the Honda Pilot being driven by, driven by Renee Maclyn Goode, whether that
  601. 42:54was in his mindset when he's discharging. Now I agree that discharge of a firearm, the
  602. 43:01utilization of deadly force should be a last resort phenomenon. That alone, however, doesn't
  603. 43:09determine whether or not this was a justified use of force, legally justified as I'm talking
  604. 43:14about, a legally justified use of force. The testimony at the trial of Munoz Guatemala was
  605. 43:22that he smashed the gas on the vehicle while Agent Ross was
  606. 43:27wedging his vehicle and kept swerving back and forth
  607. 43:29to try to quote unquote shake Agent Ross off of the vehicle
  608. 43:32so he can get away.
  609. 43:34Now here's the thing that the lying mainstream media
  610. 43:37is never going to tell you.
  611. 43:38They're never gonna tell you this.
  612. 43:40That all of that happened in Minnesota.
  613. 43:44They're not gonna tell you that.
  614. 43:46They're not gonna tell you that.
  615. 43:48You know what else they're not gonna tell you?
  616. 43:52That's right, let me make sure I'm saying this lady's name
  617. 43:54right, because I don't want to see it wrong.
  618. 43:57I'm saying, you're renamed to Cole Maclin Good.
  619. 44:00Yeah, renamed to Cole Maclin Good, that's her name.
  620. 44:03Yeah. You know what else I'm not gonna tell you?
  621. 44:08And Governor Tim Walsh,
  622. 44:10contrary to his verbiage,
  623. 44:12and I'm pointing this out to you now,
  624. 44:14that Agent Ross actually lives in Minnesota.
  625. 44:18He's from Minnesota too.
  626. 44:22And in fact, let me make sure I got this right.
  627. 44:25Yeah.
  628. 44:27Yeah, according to the information that's available,
  629. 44:30he lives in Northeast Minneapolis.
  630. 44:33So he is a federal ICE officer,
  631. 44:36an experienced ICE officer attempting,
  632. 44:39attempting to do his duties in the neighborhood
  633. 44:43in the community in which he lives.
  634. 44:47Now why am I saying that?
  635. 44:48Well, I'm gonna show you now.
  636. 44:50Man, this time it's flying by.
  637. 44:53So what happens, what creates an environment
  638. 44:55where a woman that seems she's a Colorado native,
  639. 44:59Native to Colorado, but shows up in Minnesota.
  640. 45:05According to some reports that her whole deal
  641. 45:08that this whole thing began
  642. 45:10because she sought to protest ice activities
  643. 45:13in the Minneapolis area.
  644. 45:16And it's one thing for you to protest.
  645. 45:17It's another thing to protest lawfully.
  646. 45:20A lawful protest does not include
  647. 45:23impeding a federal investigation.
  648. 45:26A lawful protest does not include
  649. 45:29impeding the lawful executions of federal law
  650. 45:32enforcement because this is, this is Americanism 101.
  651. 45:36This is constitutional understanding 101.
  652. 45:38This is also why every American citizen must understand the Constitution for people to say
  653. 45:43what she's lawful, lawfully using her rights.
  654. 45:45No, she's not.
  655. 45:46The moment you move away from a lawful protest to impeding federal investigations, you have
  656. 45:53crossed the line into federal crime territory.
  657. 45:56This is what I said about Los Angeles mayor Karen Bass.
  658. 45:59That's why you saw her having about facial, many of the things she was saying.
  659. 46:02when ICE was operating actively in the Los Angeles area earlier in 2025.
  660. 46:07But then we have stuff like this that goes on.
  661. 46:12So following the reports of these tragic events, these guys, they don't wait for
  662. 46:18evidence. They don't wait for investigations. Oh, no, no, no, no, no.
  663. 46:22They come out of the gate, both barrels blazing with this type of verbiage.
  664. 46:26First, we'll start with Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Prey. Listen to and watch what he
  665. 46:34had to say in the immediate aftermath no investigation has been conducted concerning the shooting no
  666. 46:39additional evidence has been provided none of that but that doesn't stop Jacob free from saying this
  667. 46:45listen to and watch clip one go there's little I can say again that'll make this situation better
  668. 46:51but I do have a message for our community for a city and I have a message for ice to ice get the
  669. 47:02out of Minneapolis. Oh, that's your message. Mayor, Mr. Mayor, that's your message. Is ice
  670. 47:12breaking the law? No investigation, no assessment of the legalities or justifications that exist.
  671. 47:21No ascertainment of evidence, witness statements, photographic evidence from the scene, no testimony
  672. 47:29from the ages that are involved, none of that. But this is what Jacob Frei says. Now I'm going
  673. 47:35I can tell you, Jacob Freya's saying that for a reason.
  674. 47:39And I'll give you a hint, it's not because he's just the duly elected mayor, just attempting
  675. 47:43to defend the citizens of Minneapolis.
  676. 47:45Because you have Jacob Freya on one hand saying that, but then you have the governor, Tim Walz.
  677. 47:55What does he say?
  678. 47:56Listen to it in watch, clip number two, go.
  679. 48:00I've issued a warning order to prepare the Minnesota National Guard.
  680. 48:04We have soldiers in training and prepared to be deployed if necessary.
  681. 48:07I remind you a warning order is a heads up for folks and these National Guard troops are
  682. 48:13our National Guard troops.
  683. 48:15They're teachers in your community, they're business owners, they're construction professionals.
  684. 48:20They are Minnesotans.
  685. 48:21Now, I'm going to start with the latter part first.
  686. 48:26Now I want you to know what's happening here.
  687. 48:28Tim Waltz, again, no investigation, no information, no scene photos, no witness statements.
  688. 48:39that stuff, but he immediately comes out and I'm going to get to his rhetoric concerning
  689. 48:46the National Guard and what is he threatening there?
  690. 48:50But then he says in the National Guardsmen are our National Guard.
  691. 48:56They are Minnesotans.
  692. 48:58They are teachers.
  693. 49:00They are from our own community, which is why I mentioned what I said to you earlier.
  694. 49:06Well, what was Jonathan Ross, ICE, AIDS and Jonathan Ross?
  695. 49:11See Tim Walsh,
  696. 49:13we'll give it the fraud father.
  697. 49:15That's right.
  698. 49:16And I'm gonna tell you plainly,
  699. 49:18Jacob Frey and Tim Walsh have about nine billion reasons
  700. 49:20why they immediately want ice to get out.
  701. 49:25And they're talking to all of this rhetoric.
  702. 49:28Tim Walsh clearly has no idea
  703. 49:30that the ice agent is also a Minnesotan.
  704. 49:35A man going about his job,
  705. 49:37he didn't wake up that morning and say,
  706. 49:38hey, you know what?
  707. 49:40I can't wait to meet Renee Nicole Goode.
  708. 49:44He's going about the work that he's been tasked to do
  709. 49:47as a minnesota clearly to want to know cool about this
  710. 49:55because i don't think he would say maybe not a minute in a lot of the
  711. 49:57military service of what he says
  712. 49:59he probably might have anything else
  713. 50:02but what you notice the rhetoric
  714. 50:03in the tactic being employed he's trying to show that see this is about us
  715. 50:07versus their minnesota
  716. 50:09either being ignorant of or ignoring the fact
  717. 50:13that officer ross agent ross is a minnesota
  718. 50:19to even the even more substantive components of this conversation with this boy talking reckless.
  719. 50:26So so the Minnesota National Guard has been trained and they've been warned and this is
  720. 50:36a warning that they need to be ready for what they're ready for what you you talking
  721. 50:39about the National Guard the Minnesota National Guard having a standoff with federal law enforcement
  722. 50:47is that what you're saying?
  723. 50:50Is that what you're saying?
  724. 50:54Guys, that is exceedingly reckless.
  725. 50:57Now remember, not an investigation has transpired.
  726. 51:01Not an accumulation of evidence, no development
  727. 51:06of witness statements, not development of witness statements,
  728. 51:08none of that has happened, but this is why
  729. 51:11these guys go to the mic, immediately say these things,
  730. 51:13why would they do that?
  731. 51:16I'm gonna tell you why, and I've already alluded to it already.
  732. 51:21Minnesota has become a hotbed.
  733. 51:23No, let me say better.
  734. 51:24Minnesota has been for quite some time now,
  735. 51:27a hotbed for all types of federal scandal, corruption,
  736. 51:33and fraudulent activities.
  737. 51:34And what has been happening under both of these guys watches
  738. 51:39has come to the fore
  739. 51:41and very likely will result in criminal prosecution.
  740. 51:44And these guys see in this tragedy,
  741. 51:47and this is why you have the, man,
  742. 51:49regressives many times, man, are loathsome people
  743. 51:53that they are seeking to use this tragedy to take the heat off of themselves.
  744. 52:01Remember 18 months ago, Tim Walses trying to be vice president of the United States of America,
  745. 52:1112 months ago at a minimum,
  746. 52:13he was considering running for president,
  747. 52:15doing town halls all around the country and got nothing to do with Minnesota.
  748. 52:20Then he realized that wasn't going too well and he was running for reelection for
  749. 52:24the governorship. Now, when the fraud comes to the fore,
  750. 52:27Now he's not even running for governor anymore.
  751. 52:30You think he made that change?
  752. 52:32Just because he had a, I decided to go in a different direction.
  753. 52:36Or was he compelled externally to make that change?
  754. 52:40And so now this tragedy for him, stop, we've heard this before, we never let a good crisis go to waste.
  755. 52:47So he in Trullenski fashion wants to utilize this crisis as a means to take the attention off of his potential,
  756. 52:54potential criminal culpability in light of all of the scrutiny being employed in
  757. 53:01Minnesota right now. I don't want you to miss that. I don't want you to miss that.
  758. 53:06Because at a minimum it's irresponsible to say yes we have we have our national
  759. 53:12guardsmen trained and ready to do what? To defy federal law enforcement? Guys that
  760. 53:22that that it's not only wrong and sad guys that's dangerous and you have these
  761. 53:29These elected officials whipping the people up into a frenzy over these things, but trying
  762. 53:34to say it's an us versus them phenomenon while concealing or being ignorant of the fact that
  763. 53:39the very officer that you're...
  764. 53:41I-R is targeted toward is a fellow Minnesotaman to the North Minneapolis, which is probably
  765. 53:50why, Mr. Governor, these people wear face coverings so that you don't show up in front of their
  766. 53:59door talking about, we have our National Guard ready.
  767. 54:03trained and ready. Lord, please help us. The views and opinions expressed in this broadcast
  768. 54:12may not necessarily reflect those of the American Family Association or American Family Radio.
  769. 54:18Great.
