  1. 0:00This is the Hamilton Corner on American Family Radio.
  2. 0:07It should be uncomfortable for a believer to live as a hypocrite.
  3. 0:11Delivery people out of the bondage of mainstream media.
  4. 0:14God has called you and me to be his ambassador.
  5. 0:19Even in this dark moment.
  6. 0:22Let's not miss our moment.
  7. 0:24And now, the Hamilton Corner.
  8. 0:27And now the Hamilton corner.
  9. 0:30Good evening, everybody.
  10. 0:33Welcome to the Hamilton corner, Abraham Hamilton, the third here host of the program joined by
  11. 0:39the corner contingent right across from me, my man, 100 grand, Mr. Bobby, a Rosa, who is
  12. 0:48a veteran of our United States Air Force.
  13. 0:55We're talking before coming on the air about this tragic crash at Reagan DC airport over
  14. 1:05the Potomac River in Washington DC, which I literally just flew from that same airport
  15. 1:11Tuesday.
  16. 1:13My heart breaks for the family of the deceased.
  17. 1:23And I'm going to get into this later in the show, but I am uncomfortable with this old scenario.
  18. 1:31I mean, DCA is one of the busiest airports in the country.
  19. 1:37You know, when the traffic in and out of that airport
  20. 1:39where you have this American Airlines flight,
  21. 1:42that is landing.
  22. 1:43So the American Airlines flight,
  23. 1:45and there was some people saying that the American Airlines
  24. 1:48plane crashed into the helicopter, but that's not possible
  25. 1:52because the American Airlines plane is landing.
  26. 1:56But the plane certainly would have been
  27. 1:59within view of the helicopter.
  28. 2:02I mean, I'm no pilot.
  29. 2:04I'm not fancy.
  30. 2:05I just, I'm very, I'm very, I'm grieved for the deceased
  31. 2:12and I'm concerned about what all transpired.
  32. 2:16The latest reports is that there are no survivors
  33. 2:20from this crash, that what we began as a rescue mission
  34. 2:24over the frigid Potomac River has now become
  35. 2:27a reclamation project for the bodies of the deceased.
  36. 2:35Last report I saw they recovered about 27 of the bodies of the deceased, and it's just a tragedy that is disconcerting.
  37. 2:51In addition to Mr. Rosa we have produced extraordinaire, the real J. Mac often imitated, never duplicated.
  38. 2:58I'm mystified as to how this could happen in the year of our Lord 2024.
  39. 3:14I won't get into speculation, but I am concerned as to what all transpired.
  40. 3:21I know lots of investigations is under way.
  41. 3:22I'm going to play some audio and video from Secretary of Defense Pete Hexeth.
  42. 3:30But first on my heart, I would just invite you to join me in praying for the families of the deceased.
  43. 3:35to be honest, pray for our nation, pray for our leaders.
  44. 3:47It's very, very, very, very disconcerting.
  45. 3:53And I don't want to get ahead of investigators that are
  46. 3:57recovering information.
  47. 3:58Of course, you have black box data on the plane.
  48. 4:00And I am not on the helicopter.
  49. 4:05No, no, that's why I said the plane, not the helicopter.
  50. 4:10Yeah, yeah, helicopter is not going to have black box.
  51. 4:16in addition to what is what I've said already, that the American Airlines
  52. 4:20plane included people from the United States and Russia's US figure skating teams,
  53. 4:24including Russians who were coaches and they were there in the DC area for
  54. 4:34actually returning from a training session following a competition I believe
  55. 4:39that was in Kansas. It is grieving when you have life lost in that fashion.
  56. 4:52Let's turn to the word of God.
  57. 4:54I want to revisit the text in Daniel chapter 2, because there's wisdom there for us.
  58. 5:04And I know what the bright lights component of the text having the Lord reveal.
  59. 5:12Nebuchadnezzar's dream to Daniel.
  60. 5:13And I guess let me set it up again.
  61. 5:16The chapter 2 begins with Nebuchadnezzar having a troubling dream.
  62. 5:21He's disturbed in his sleep.
  63. 5:24He summons his wise men and counselors, but he suspects that he has charlatans among his
  64. 5:32ranks because he's a non non non I fall for the old Okeydoke.
  65. 5:39You busters got to tell me my dream and then tell me the interpretation.
  66. 5:44The Babylonian wise man is like, oh, Neb, come on man, come on man, you know, nobody can't
  67. 5:49tell you what you dream.
  68. 5:50Just tell us what the dream is and they will interpret it before you never can that your
  69. 5:53response now you suckers lie.
  70. 5:55And this is in the Bible.
  71. 5:57Now of course, the way I'm describing it is the Abe standard version.
  72. 6:00He says, you suck us a lot.
  73. 6:02I'm not telling you what the dream is.
  74. 6:04No, you tell me what my dream is, then you tell me the interpretation.
  75. 6:08They say, nah, we can't do it.
  76. 6:10Never gonna, that's a response, fine.
  77. 6:13And I don't need wise men.
  78. 6:14All the wise men, they died today.
  79. 6:17This is what's in the Bible in Daniel chapter two.
  80. 6:19But then Ariak, A-R-I-O-C comes to Daniel and his friends abode, coming to kingdom.
  81. 6:28Kill them.
  82. 6:30Daniel's like, whoa, what's happening, Harry?
  83. 6:33What's going on here?
  84. 6:35Why is the King's order so urgent?
  85. 6:37Ariak explains to him what's happening.
  86. 6:40Daniel, filled with confidence in Yahweh,
  87. 6:43says you set an appointment time for me
  88. 6:46to gain an audience with Nebuchadnezzar,
  89. 6:48because the guy that I serve will reveal his dream to me
  90. 6:51as well as interpretation.
  91. 6:52This is what the scripture says.
  92. 6:57After departing from Ariak's presence,
  93. 7:00Daniel immediately finds Azeriah, Hananiah, and I, Amisiah,
  94. 7:03he says, man, this was going on, will you join me in prayer?
  95. 7:07They pray together.
  96. 7:13And then Daniel's immediate response
  97. 7:15before even gaining an audience with Nebuchadnezzar
  98. 7:18is to offer praise and worship to God.
  99. 7:20And that is a portion of the text
  100. 7:22you're gonna visit today.
  101. 7:23Daniel chapter two, verses 27 through 30,
  102. 7:31I'm gonna pick up right at Daniel chapter 27.
  103. 7:34So once Daniel tells Ariac, give me some time and instead of appointment time for me to have
  104. 7:41an audience for Nebuchadnezzar, because I am going to share with him what God shows me,
  105. 7:47show me what his dream is and the interpretation.
  106. 7:55This is what Daniel goes on to say.
  107. 7:58Daniel answered before the king and said, as for the mystery about which the king has
  108. 8:02inquired, now this where I'm reading now is a part of what Daniel says to Nebuchadnezzar.
  109. 8:09All right, after he worshiped the Lord and all,
  110. 8:11this is a part of what he says to never can ever.
  111. 8:14And I'll just tell you, I'm not gonna get into the dream
  112. 8:16and it's interpretation right now,
  113. 8:17but it's profound for world history
  114. 8:19because Daniel is still right.
  115. 8:22Here we are centuries later, Daniel is still right.
  116. 8:25But look at verse 27, Daniel answered before the king
  117. 8:27and said, as for the mystery about which the king
  118. 8:31has inquired, neither wise men, conjurers, magicians,
  119. 8:36nor diviners are able to declare it to the king.
  120. 8:39that's those who practice divination, that's for Daniel.
  121. 8:41Daniel's saying everybody can get it
  122. 8:42because y'all are all charlatans.
  123. 8:45None of these people are able to declare,
  124. 8:47declare it to the king.
  125. 8:48However, verse 28, there is a God in heaven
  126. 8:53who reveals mysteries and he has made known
  127. 8:56to King Nebuchadnezzar what will take place
  128. 8:58in the latter days.
  129. 9:00This was your dream and the visions in your mind
  130. 9:03while on your bed.
  131. 9:06As for you, O King, while on your bed,
  132. 9:07thoughts turn to what would take place in the future. And he who reveals mysteries has made known to you
  133. 9:14what will take place." And look at verse 30. But as for me, but as for me, this mystery has not been
  134. 9:23revealed to me for any wisdom residing in me, more than in any other living man, but for the purpose
  135. 9:33of making the interpretation known to the king, and that you may understand the thoughts of your mind.
  136. 9:39What I want you to see is Daniel's character in the course of rejoicing, being this profound
  137. 9:49prophet of God, revealing this mystery. If you're familiar with this passage, what actually happened
  138. 9:55that Nebuchadnezzar has this dream about this statute figure with, you know, gold head, iron,
  139. 10:02clay, and really is showing the transition of global superpowers that culminates with the kingdom of God,
  140. 10:10the transition from the Babylonians to the Medes and Persians to the Greeks,
  141. 10:18then to the Romans, and then with a stone that becomes larger than all of them.
  142. 10:24Like this is literally world history being unfolded, but in the course of this
  143. 10:31profound revelation taking place, Daniel says, never can I just need you to know,
  144. 10:38Oh man, I know what you dreamed and interpretation,
  145. 10:42not because I have any wisdom residing in myself,
  146. 10:46more than any other living man.
  147. 10:48I'm not special.
  148. 10:49This is what Daniel was saying.
  149. 10:51Never gonna say, I'm not special.
  150. 10:54I'm just a vessel that God has determined in this moment
  151. 10:58to communicate to you because you're the king
  152. 11:02and so that you can be aware of what it is God
  153. 11:05is trying to show you.
  154. 11:07What I'm saying here, folks,
  155. 11:09is that once again, the Lord is giving us a scriptural foundation upon which to plant
  156. 11:17ourselves in knowing God is far more concerned about our character than even our function.
  157. 11:26It's not as if he's not concerned about our function, but our character is of utmost importance.
  158. 11:37This is uncommon humility on display.
  159. 11:43It's not because I'm so special in that the Lord has shown this to me.
  160. 11:47I'm simply the vessel that God has ordained for this moment so that you can have clarity
  161. 11:51as to what it is he's trying to show you.
  162. 11:54I know what God is trying to show you.
  163. 11:56He's showing me already, but he's appointed me for this moment so that you can be aware.
  164. 12:04He's also set the course for you to understand that the revelation of mysteries, they're going
  165. 12:09to come from your divination peddlers, from your conjurers, from your charlatans who you
  166. 12:16already know lie.
  167. 12:18That's why you're interested from the get-go.
  168. 12:20God wants you to know in addition to what's been troubling your sleep through this dream,
  169. 12:25he wants you to know that there's a God in heaven.
  170. 12:30I am gobsmacked by this display of humility.
  171. 12:34This is literally the Old Testament version of this ain't about me, man.
  172. 12:41This is not about me at all.
  173. 12:44And it is incumbent upon you and I to learn from Daniel, this example, and to recognize
  174. 12:49that what we get to do, we get to do.
  175. 12:52That us being called by God to be a service,
  176. 12:54that the Lord saves us and calls us into a service,
  177. 12:57is not because it is to inggrandize ourselves.
  178. 13:01We have to be continually mindful.
  179. 13:03I've been hearing a phrase in many different places.
  180. 13:05You know, we all have egos, should we?
  181. 13:11More specifically, should there be egos
  182. 13:13in the body of Christ?
  183. 13:17He possible said, it is by the grace of God that I am.
  184. 13:20What I am.
  185. 13:24I am appealing to you in this fashion,
  186. 13:28because God is ordained,
  187. 13:29He's willing to be peculiar.
  188. 13:31And that peculiarity is not just what we look like
  189. 13:34to people on the outside,
  190. 13:35but it's also a peculiar disposition internally,
  191. 13:41whether we live in the era,
  192. 13:42where the athletes are superman in the chest,
  193. 13:45and it's, hey me, I'm a bad man, I'm a bad man,
  194. 13:49I'm this, I'm that.
  195. 13:52If a person who professes to be a representative of Christ,
  196. 13:57But it's very hard for you to discern any humility.
  197. 13:59I'm just wanting you to be very careful.
  198. 14:02Because God is the one who said
  199. 14:04that he opposes the proud.
  200. 14:07But he gives grace, more grace, my Zon Karras to the humble.
  201. 14:15The Lord has ordained us for the time that we're in God.
  202. 14:20But as Daniel said, it's not because we're so special.
  203. 14:23And it's not that we should have a self-loathing disposition
  204. 14:26either, and we should have an appropriate assessment
  205. 14:29as to who we are recognized.
  206. 14:31I stand there before I high and holy God living before the audience of one.
  207. 14:36We should be able to echo Daniel's sentiments and I know that this is not about me.
  208. 14:43I simply have the honor and privilege of being the vessel that the Lord desires to reveal himself
  209. 14:48through in this moment in this particular way.
  210. 14:50And I pray that this is my continued disposition internally as well as yours and it's evident
  211. 14:56in our display of character.
  212. 14:59A discipleship minute with Joseph Parker.
  213. 15:02The work of being a parent is an awesome responsibility.
  214. 15:05It's a great responsibility.
  215. 15:07It's a privilege, it's a joy.
  216. 15:09Our job is to do all we can to help our children come to know Christ,
  217. 15:13and then to passionately be involved in the work of disciples,
  218. 15:16and to be helping them to grow up in their faith,
  219. 15:18to become a sure, strong, vibrant young men and women
  220. 15:22who love Jesus and live for Jesus every single day.
  221. 15:26Lord, with every passing day and more and more,
  222. 15:28help us all to grow an understanding of how critical it is that we do our job, that we carry out what
  223. 15:33you've called us to do, but help us to know, Lord, that your Word is a wonderful tool, a wonderful
  224. 15:38guidebook in helping us to be faithful disciples and faithful disciples and makers as well. Use us
  225. 15:45in a wonderful way to help them to come to know Christ and then use us and work through us to help
  226. 15:51our children to come to fall in love with you and with your Word. In Jesus' name we do pray.
  227. 15:56Shining, light into the darkness.

  252. 18:14said I was going to share this. This morning, Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth, got to get
  253. 18:24used to saying that. Communicate it directly with the American people concerning the tragic
  254. 18:36crash in Washington DC and in fact before I get to Pete Hagg Seth I'll show you
  255. 18:41because of the plethora of cameras in the Washington DC area. You know I know that
  256. 18:46the Atlanta airport is the most is the busiest airport in the in the world frankly but Reagan
  257. 18:52is pretty close to being just as busy in terms of flights in and out the moment where
  258. 19:01the was being described as a helicopter reported as a helicopter a crashes into the American Airlines flight was actually captured on
  259. 19:11Video there won't be any audio on this so those who are listening via live radio or the podcast audio podcast only
  260. 19:20You won't hear what's happening, but those who are watching the program and I encourage you to watch the program
  261. 19:25You can watch it just get it you can open a free account at a F.A. streaming service stream that a F A dot net
  262. 19:31You can also follow the Hamilton Corner on YouTube, social media, Insta-Face, all of this stuff
  263. 19:39so that you can watch. You're not having an Insta-Face? Yeah, Insta-Face Graham, my face.
  264. 19:47Feed, post, hexadecimal. Here it is. This is the...man, this is...it's hard to watch.
  265. 19:59This is the moment of the tragic collision. Clip number one, clip one, go. I'll describe it as the
  266. 20:10video is showing there you see in the distance. Yeah, you saw the explosion. Yeah. Yeah, you can
  267. 20:19see here's a closer view of it. You can see the smaller light heading toward the larger light.
  268. 20:24And then you see this moment of collision as I refer to Secretary of Defense PDHEC Seth
  269. 20:42talked about where things were from the military standpoint because the helicopter is reported as
  270. 20:48military Black Hawk helicopter. Listen to and watch Defense Secretary
  271. 20:54Hagg Seth describing and discussing this matter. Clip number two, clip two.
  272. 20:58All right, update this morning. Just got off the phone with the self-comm
  273. 21:03commander and the chairman, the Joint Chiefs talking about our efforts at
  274. 21:06Guantanamo Bay. That is ongoing. We're leaning forward on supporting the
  275. 21:10president's directive to make sure that we have a location for violent criminal
  276. 21:15illegal as they are deported out of the country. No one's going to wait on the
  277. 21:20Defense Department and we're working that in real time. But I also wanted to give an
  278. 21:24update on the tragedy that happened last night here in Washington DC and provide a
  279. 21:28little bit more information as we are actively working to investigate and
  280. 21:34understand what occurred and why. At about 848 last night a UH-6D assigned to the
  281. 21:41US Army Aviation Brigade in the military district of Washington, Fort Belvoir, Virginia, collided
  282. 21:47tragically with a civilian airliner. The unit involved, the Army unit involved with Bravo
  283. 21:54Company 12th Aviation Battalion at Fort Belvoir. It was an annual proficiency training flight.
  284. 22:01And when we look at the crew and we're not all, not all can have been notified, so we're
  285. 22:05We're going to withhold ranks and names at this point.
  286. 22:08We do know on our side who was involved, it was a fairly experienced crew and it was doing
  287. 22:16a required annual night evaluation.
  288. 22:18They did have night vision goggles.
  289. 22:23The 12th aviation battalion as of now is granted a 48-hour operational pause on continuous
  290. 22:29team missions as what happened is reviewed and a senior level aviation team, an investigative
  291. 22:35team from our aviation safety center was deployed last night and already is in Washington, DC
  292. 22:40to investigate what's going on. We anticipate that the investigation will quickly be able
  293. 22:45to determine whether the aircraft was in the corridor and at the right altitude at the time
  294. 22:50of the incident. As I mentioned, next of kin notifications are ongoing. It's a tragedy,
  295. 22:56a horrible loss of life for those 64 souls on that civilian airliner and of course the
  296. 23:03three soldiers in that black hawk. They're in our prayers, their families and their communities,
  297. 23:10as people are notified, I can't imagine. And I know it's gone from a rescue mission to a recovery
  298. 23:16mission. And we're with all the first responders that are moving actively too. So at the Defense
  299. 23:22Department, our thoughts and prayers go out. We are actively investigating to find out what happened
  300. 23:27and why, and as we get updates, you will have them.
  301. 23:31God bless.
  302. 23:34Now let me just say I'm glad that Pete Hetsek's
  303. 23:39was head Seth was confirmed.
  304. 23:42It was a tight vote.
  305. 23:43JD Vance had to cast a deciding vote because it was a tie,
  306. 23:4750-50, three Republican senators opposed,
  307. 23:51Pete Hetsek's confirmation, which caused Vice President
  308. 23:55of JD Vance's say, I thought I was done voting in the Senate
  309. 23:57because you know he was a state senator
  310. 23:59from the state of Ohio before being elected vice president
  311. 24:02of the United States.
  312. 24:05I have to tell you, I'm not trying to be,
  313. 24:10you know, I guess you have to create another term,
  314. 24:13conspiratorial necessarily.
  315. 24:16I just have a hard time reconciling how this is possible.
  316. 24:22As I said to you before, the American Airlines flight,
  317. 24:25and for those who were watching the video
  318. 24:26was kind of confused, which was which.
  319. 24:28In the video we showed, the larger light
  320. 24:30was the American Airlines plane.
  321. 24:32The smaller light was the helicopter that crashed into the plane.
  322. 24:37The American Airlines plane was in descent as it was preparing to land at Reagan in Washington,
  323. 24:44DC.
  324. 24:49Based on the descent and where the American Airlines plane was positioned, that it would
  325. 24:57not have been able to see the helicopter, but the helicopter certainly with as, you know,
  326. 25:06Secretary Hexant said it was equipped with night vision,
  327. 25:09capacities that the helicopter certainly would have been able
  328. 25:12to see the airplane.
  329. 25:19This is very, very much so unsettling to me.
  330. 25:26And it again causes me to ask the question,
  331. 25:29how is this possible?
  332. 25:30I understand there, errors, there are some reports
  333. 25:33indicating that the helicopter ignored
  334. 25:36the air traffic control warnings in alert.
  335. 25:44And again, I'm not a pilot.
  336. 25:48So I'm not trying to offer expertise beyond the scope of my capacity, Billy Carson.
  337. 26:03So I will reiterate my appeal to you to pray for the families of the deceased.
  338. 26:15But I pray that righteousness and truth will prevail in our nation.
  339. 26:21We have been in an environment of deception and lies.
  340. 26:28So repeated.
  341. 26:29I mean, we still, I mean, how far do we need to go?
  342. 26:36which should be recognized as the biggest scandal in American history.
  343. 26:44We had a week in that Bernie's president for the last four years.
  344. 26:50House Speaker Mike Johnson just came out and said he came to him to ask him about an executive order he signed.
  345. 26:55Mr. Biden insisted. I didn't sign that.
  346. 26:59Though his signature is on the page.
  347. 27:01People coming out after the fact that you can't really talk to him after three o'clock because he loses it.
  348. 27:06which is indicative of sundowner syndrome
  349. 27:09from those who are suffering with dementia
  350. 27:13and Alzheimer's at different stages.
  351. 27:16Anybody who has family members that have gone through that,
  352. 27:18you know what sundowners are symptoms of sundowners.
  353. 27:21Things are okay earlier in the morning,
  354. 27:23but as the day goes on and yet you have all of these people,
  355. 27:30oh yeah, yeah.
  356. 27:32I'll even tell you, I believe that the debate
  357. 27:38when Biden's mental decline was put on display
  358. 27:40everybody, the people inside the White House weren't surprised by that. They weren't surprised.
  359. 27:48Oh, can't you believe it? Look, I just pray for righteousness and truth to prevail in our nation.
  360. 28:04Today, you had day two of, that's right, Mitch McConnell seems to be struggling with some decline
  361. 28:12mentally. Don't forget he was at a press conference and was asked about running for re-election,
  362. 28:17dude, just blanked out in front of everybody. And then his handler's, that's enough. No more
  363. 28:22questions which led to him announcing his resignation from Senator Majora
  364. 28:27leader at some point in the future. Yeah day two of Robert Kennedy Jr.'s
  365. 28:36confirmation hearings for his position at Health and Human Services as the
  366. 28:39Secretary of Health and Human Services which is the agency under which the CDC
  367. 28:44exists, the National Institutes of Health exists, NIA exists, all of those
  368. 28:49underneath the HHS. All right. You had Cash Patel nominated to be the FBI
  369. 28:56director, Tulsi Gabbard, nominated to be the director of national intelligence. And I just,
  370. 29:10I've long said, particularly R.K. Jr. Tulsi Gabbard, I have questions about. I did not until today
  371. 29:19have questions about Cash Patel. Now, I'll tell you, I like Cash Patel. I think his nomination
  372. 29:25was profound. And I mean, he demonstrated, he acquitted himself
  373. 29:29stupidly today, but there's one portion of today's hearings that caused the hair in the back of my neck to stand up and say,
  374. 29:39Oh, I didn't know he had that position. And I'm not trying to bag on him. I'm not. This is just something that gives me concern.
  375. 29:47And y'all know, I'm an equal opportunity truth teller. I'm grateful that the Lord gave us President Trump has granted us a reprieve.
  376. 29:56But I'm going to tell you guys the truth. All right.
  377. 29:59This one thing that Cas Patel said make me concerned.
  378. 30:03I'm grateful he seems very willing to let it all,
  379. 30:08let it all tell the truth about everything.
  380. 30:10You know, but it's one thing he said
  381. 30:12about warrantless searches under Section 702,
  382. 30:17which is commonly understood as the FISA authorization,
  383. 30:22Amy Paulson.
  384. 30:23What it was is that he described the necessity
  385. 30:27of law enforcement, the FBI in particular,
  386. 30:30getting warrants to come through Americans' data secured by FBI under Section 702 under
  387. 30:37FISA, it's impractical to have to get a warrant to come through that data.
  388. 30:42Listen to and watch clip number five, clip number five, go.
  389. 30:46The issue for me is not with FISA and 702.
  390. 30:49The issue has been those that have been in government service and abused it in the past.
  391. 30:55So we must work with Congress to provide the protections necessary for American citizens,
  392. 31:00dealing with these matters, including hostage rescue operations in real time,
  393. 31:04which we use FISA collection to find and save American hostages.
  394. 31:09Having a warrant requirement to go through that information in real time
  395. 31:15is just not comportive with the requirement to protect American citizenry.
  396. 31:21I'm all open to working with Congress on finding a better way forward.
  397. 31:24but right now these improvements that you've made go a long way.
  398. 31:29Now, y'all know I'm going to translate again.
  399. 31:33I like Cas Patel generally.
  400. 31:35I was eagerly supportive of his nomination before I heard this today.
  401. 31:40Then when I heard this, I was like, whoa, wait a minute.
  402. 31:43What he's saying is as things stand currently,
  403. 31:48he is not in favor of the FBI having to secure a warrant before coming through the
  404. 31:55data collected by the FBI under FICE's 702 authorization.
  405. 32:01I will remind you, this is the exact same provision that was used to spy on the Trump
  406. 32:07campaign.
  407. 32:08This is the exact same provision that allowed Carter Page to have warrantless searches of
  408. 32:12his material.
  409. 32:13This is the exact same provision.
  410. 32:16Now I am grateful that Catherine Tell said I'm open to Congress to get a better fix, but
  411. 32:23he says having to secure a warrant to come through the data
  412. 32:27would be impractical.
  413. 32:29Now I wanna be clear what everybody understands.
  414. 32:32They collect the data.
  415. 32:33The warrant would only be necessary
  416. 32:35in order for them to comb through it.
  417. 32:37I, maybe something's wrong with me.
  418. 32:39I don't think it's an unnecessary step
  419. 32:41to make sure law enforcement agencies satisfy
  420. 32:44the Fourth Amendment considerations to get warrant approval
  421. 32:47before coming through Americans' data
  422. 32:50because 702 was authorized originally solely for foreigners,
  423. 32:55not for American citizens.
  424. 33:01At Wesley Biblical Similarly,
  425. 33:02we believe God is raising up a movement across our nation
  426. 33:05and around the world who hold fast
  427. 33:07to the inerrancy of scripture and the hope of holiness.
  428. 33:10We do this through bachelor's, masters,
  429. 33:12and doctoral degrees, certificate programs,
  430. 33:15and even training for laypeople.
  431. 33:17So whatever your next step is
  432. 33:18in being equipped for ministry, we're here for you.
  433. 33:21And if you believe these are the kind of pastors
  434. 33:23we need leading churches in the future,
  435. 33:24we invite you to think about giving to Wesley Biblical
  436. 33:27Seminary.

  438. 33:31The enemy of your soul wants you to believe that where you are
  439. 33:35is where you have to stay, that it's
  440. 33:37some kind of a dead end street and you can't get out.
  441. 33:39It's a cul-de-zac and it's a lie.
  442. 33:41It's not true.
  443. 33:42You don't have to be where you are if you don't want to be.
  444. 33:47Dr. David Jeremiah continues his series, Hope,
  445. 33:50and Anchor for Life.
  446. 33:51next time on Turning Point 530 AM and 7PM Central on American Family Radio.
  447. 33:58The Hamilton Quarter Podcast and One-Bitted Common Terrets are available at
  448. 34:09eFR.net back to the Hamilton Quarter on American Family Radio.
  449. 34:15Welcome back to the Hamilton Corner Abraham Hamilton the third here. I want to be clear
  450. 34:19about what I'm saying guys again I like Casmetel and I don't think the
  451. 34:23concerned that I'm raising is going to thwart his confirmation. And I do think
  452. 34:29perhaps if he is asked this question again, he I would hope you would offer a
  453. 34:33different answer. But I want to make sure you understand what he's discussing. Okay,
  454. 34:39he's discussing the section 702 for an intelligent service authorization. Okay,
  455. 34:48the provision was passed to allow the Department of Justice to investigate
  456. 34:55terrorists and foreigners with expediency.
  457. 34:58But over time, and what he said his concern was,
  458. 35:02my concern is not the existence of Section 702's authorization.
  459. 35:05My concern is that we've had people in these positions
  460. 35:08who have abused that authorization in the past.
  461. 35:11Well, my response to that is,
  462. 35:12well, why continue authorization?
  463. 35:14Because here's the problem.
  464. 35:16You're not always gonna be the same people in government.
  465. 35:20Okay, when we pass laws, we can't allow laws
  466. 35:22for people that we think are the good guys,
  467. 35:24But take it away from people we think are the bad guys.
  468. 35:29All right, I don't think we should exchange
  469. 35:31our first amendment Bill of Rights protections
  470. 35:34for expediencies in investigations,
  471. 35:37especially after just witnessing the scope of FISA abuse.
  472. 35:44Now, a part of my response to this is informed
  473. 35:46by my law enforcement background.
  474. 35:48I worked in the law enforcement agency
  475. 35:51because of continual investigations by detectives
  476. 35:54and federal and local PD task force with gang,
  477. 35:58narcotics investigations and things of that nature,
  478. 36:01where we have to have 24-hour access to judges
  479. 36:04to secure warrants to conduct these investigations.
  480. 36:08I have been, you know, the on-duty DA overnight
  481. 36:13from midnight to 8 a.m.
  482. 36:15so that a detective can get a warrant at 3 a.m.
  483. 36:17because you know this drug dealing murder
  484. 36:19is about to make a move, okay?
  485. 36:21I don't think it is a impractical hurdle
  486. 36:25to preserve the integrity of the freedoms that we as Americans enjoy while simultaneously
  487. 36:31exercising law enforcement authority.
  488. 36:34All right?
  489. 36:37The collection of the data is going to happen.
  490. 36:40It's happening.
  491. 36:41What 702 authorizes is the Department of Justice to comb through the data without a warrant.
  492. 36:50That makes me uncomfortable.
  493. 36:54To Casper tells credit, he said, I am open to working with Congress to revise these authorizations.
  494. 37:01So we protect Americans' freedoms while still exercising the law for enforcement duties, even in
  495. 37:08exigent circumstances. Now what he also did is that he mentioned a circumstance where there's an
  496. 37:13exigency present, but the law, as it states, currently is not narrowly tailored to what exigencies.
  497. 37:19And the reason why you have the Fourth Amendment, and so I want everybody to understand that it
  498. 37:25protects American citizens from unreasonable searches and seizures. So in order to secure a warrant to
  499. 37:30comb through that data, as you use myself, for example, logic is use of John Doe.
  500. 37:35Let's say the FBI is investigating, you know, Osama bin Laden, right, a non citizen, but Osama
  501. 37:45bin Laden is conferring with John Doe, who is an American citizen.
  502. 37:52Because of their interactions, the FBI has collected data that includes information interactions
  503. 37:57between Osama bin Laden and John Doe, but they also have a whole bunch of data from John
  504. 38:01that doesn't include Osama bin Laden.
  505. 38:03What Casper Tal is saying is that I want to be able to look at all of John Doe's communications
  506. 38:08without having to get a warrant because that aids me to efficiently thwart threats that could be present
  507. 38:14on American citizens. What a warrant would require is that Casper Tal and his Department of Justice,
  508. 38:19assuming he's confirmed, would have to go to a judge and say, judge, listen, we have specific
  509. 38:27factual evidence that gives us indication of a reasonable suspicion or an articulation of
  510. 38:32probable cause that John Doe is involved in potential criminal activity in order to review
  511. 38:38John Doe's data. Cash
  512. 38:55because it is 702 that led to President Trump's campaign being investigated.
  513. 38:59It is 702 that was the foundation of the Russian collusion hoax.
  514. 39:07You had, you had the dossier that was used to pursue Carter Page.
  515. 39:17You see what I'm saying?
  516. 39:18So when I heard that, my spotty sense is without, wait a minute, you can't just be in favor
  517. 39:24or disfavor a particular provision of law depending on who is using the law.
  518. 39:28And I agree, I'm grateful that we'll have better people in these positions, but you can't just
  519. 39:34act like we haven't just witnessed the very reasons why we should be concerned about Section
  520. 39:42702.
  521. 39:43Now, another fact that Section 702 is up for reauthorization next year.
  522. 39:50What needs to happen is that it needs to be revised so that we can balance appropriately
  523. 39:56secure the American citizens' rights while also exercising law enforcement, investigatory
  524. 40:03powers. But I am unwilling to sacrifice American citizens' freedoms for the sake of law enforcement
  525. 40:11purposes. I don't find that to be an unnecessary or impractical step. So that is something
  526. 40:16I was like, hmm, I didn't know that was your position on that Casper tell. All right,
  527. 40:25I'm going to go a little further.
  528. 40:29Get to Tulsi Gabri, but I also I'll explain to you guys.
  529. 40:32And I've said this before.
  530. 40:33This isn't new.
  531. 40:34Again, I'm grateful for President Trump.
  532. 40:37And for what he wants to do, I just have concerns about Robert Kennedy, Jr.
  533. 40:43I do.
  534. 40:45Robert Kennedy, Jr.
  535. 40:46He's not 25 years old.
  536. 40:47He's not forming his opinion, opinions about things.
  537. 40:50He has a lifelong commitment on in areas that are concerning to me.
  538. 40:54My hope would have been that you can get somebody who has the same positives as
  539. 40:59Robert Kennedy Jr. without the negatives. For example, President Trump has announced
  540. 41:03he's nominated, he's tapping Jay Baddacharya, Dr. Jay Baddacharya, to be the head of the NIH.
  541. 41:09Well, NIH is under the authority of the Department of Health and Human Services. I would
  542. 41:13prefer for Jay Baddacharya to be the HHS Secretary nominee. But you can have the
  543. 41:18appropriate disposition, currency, and current and COVID, and investigating that,
  544. 41:22you can have the appropriate concern about making sure that, you know, vaccines and
  545. 41:29companies that make them are held accountable, right? But you don't have to
  546. 41:35have the history of Robert Kennedy Jr. support for it. Let's start here. The
  547. 41:40slaughter of unborn children in the womb. He's never said that I no longer have
  548. 41:43that position. But in addition to that, and that's one of the more well-known
  549. 41:48positions that he's held. But how about this? And I was disappointed that no
  550. 41:55Republican senator asked this question. Did you know that
  551. 41:58Robert Kennedy Junior once described gun owners as a
  552. 42:01terrorist group? Did you know that? I'm not talking about
  553. 42:06these gotcha questions. You know, Bernie's and you do you
  554. 42:10see your organization that you founded these onesies? You see
  555. 42:13these onesies you made up? That was so embarrassing to me. I
  556. 42:16was like, you taking a Senate confirmation hearing to talk
  557. 42:18about onesies, man. Do these onesies represent your position on
  558. 42:22vaccines? Mr. Kennedy. I'm telling you Bernie Sanders, that's
  559. 42:27to do that's the doctor from from back to the future. I'm telling you that's who he
  560. 42:31is. I'm telling you and he spends his off them get off my lawn. All three of my
  561. 42:36lawns that I got when I decided to support Hillary Clinton for president. Oh, I'm sorry.
  562. 42:41She shall never be president. I am a Democratic Socialist but my campaign and
  563. 42:47my fight for the poor has resulted in me having beach one property. But did you
  564. 42:56know Robocated DeGene describe gun owners as a terror group? Why am I
  565. 43:03mentioning this. Do you also know that Department of Health and Human Services
  566. 43:06was used just in the previous administration? It was weaponized to target
  567. 43:10firearm owners? Did you know that? How about this one?
  568. 43:16Robert Kennedy Jr. previously called oil and gas companies, leaders,
  569. 43:22quote, traitors who should be jailed for all eternity and demanded that they
  570. 43:27be put to corporate death. So you want to be booed? That's like a rabbit fossil
  571. 43:36fuel opponent. Now, why am I saying again, the Center for Disease Control, the CDC, was
  572. 43:44the entity that prohibited American citizens from collecting rent and their properties.
  573. 43:48The CDC was on the schmovin and no Republicans asked these questions. Why? I just, I just,
  574. 44:00and I'm not, I'm just bringing this to your attention. I feel like President Trump could
  575. 44:05have made a better nomination and I get the whole political thing, you know, because
  576. 44:08They made this alliance politically,
  577. 44:10but Robert Kennedy, the junior health
  578. 44:11these positions like last week.
  579. 44:14Like don't forget, dude was trying to run
  580. 44:15for the presidency as a Democrat
  581. 44:17to advance these positions.
  582. 44:19There was a pivot and a moderation to focus
  583. 44:21on making America healthy again,
  584. 44:23as you made as a politicalizer, President Trump.
  585. 44:25And I know President Trump did what he did,
  586. 44:26you know, to get support.
  587. 44:30And I'm aware that Robert Kennedy's support
  588. 44:32helped him in some sectors of our society.
  589. 44:35But I'm talking about me, what I believe.
  590. 44:38And didn't we just have the same analysis that we applied to
  591. 44:42cackling she or she never be president 2.0 when all of a
  592. 44:44sudden to be president.
  593. 44:46Now all of the positions she's held she don't hold him anymore.
  594. 44:49Do we not hold Robert Kennedy to the same standards?
  595. 44:53I want to know, Mr. Kennedy, do you believe gun owners are
  596. 44:56terrorist group or terror group?
  597. 45:00I need to know that.
  598. 45:02I just feel like President Trump could have nominated a
  599. 45:05person with all of Robert Kennedy strength, maybe not his
  600. 45:07name recognition.
  601. 45:09But with all of his strengths without any of his weaknesses.
  602. 45:11And so I'm concerned about that.
  603. 45:14Now the potential exists that Robert Kennedy can surprise all of us and you know that he
  604. 45:21know he really doesn't believe none of the other stuff he used to believe.
  605. 45:25But the reason why he said that oil and gas heads were traders because he was one of the
  606. 45:30climate alarmists.
  607. 45:31So I'm just concerned about that.
  608. 45:36I'm just telling you the truth.
  609. 45:37And I if I was a senator, I first would take my position in my role to advise and consent
  610. 45:43Seriously, so I would offer advice to President Trump.
  611. 45:48And I would either consent or not consent
  612. 45:50because of my concerns.
  613. 45:57And it's also very possible President Trump says,
  614. 45:59listen, you stay in this lane,
  615. 46:01you know, I don't know if you're moving a hitch.
  616. 46:04Albert Brineman, you learn how to dance.
  617. 46:07We don't need none of that.
  618. 46:08We don't need all that right here.
  619. 46:10Right here, this way you go, right here.
  620. 46:12This way you go, you don't move right here.
  621. 46:14You move, I'm firing you.
  622. 46:16None of this, none of this.
  623. 46:17No, no, no, no, right here.
  624. 46:19That could be, but I'm just telling you, I would ask.
  625. 46:28Which brings me to, man, I have so much other stuff
  626. 46:31maybe I'll get to these last two, Tossie Gabbard.
  627. 46:36I hope she does, well, I think she may do well
  628. 46:37and I learned something that I didn't know.
  629. 46:38She said that she's Hindu.
  630. 46:40Did you know that?
  631. 46:41She said that today, I didn't know that.
  632. 46:46And she says that some are trying to target her
  633. 46:47for religious bigotry.
  634. 46:49I don't know, but I just, I feel like you could have found
  635. 46:52somebody with Tossie Gabbard's strengths
  636. 46:54without her weaknesses.
  637. 46:58You know, I, she's not as chronologically seasoned
  638. 47:03as Robert Kennedy, but I have a hard time believing someone
  639. 47:06as experienced as Robert Kennedy to Jr.
  640. 47:08is all of a sudden willing to abandon his core convictions.
  641. 47:12And I don't think I'm unreasonable for thinking that.
  642. 47:14Pussy Gabbard is not as chronologically seasoned,
  643. 47:16but she's had core convictions for quite some time.
  644. 47:19I do believe she could be good for intelligence, could be.
  645. 47:24But when you have an opportunity to nominate somebody
  646. 47:26in my opinion, I would rather have someone
  647. 47:30who I know how they were functioned versus,
  648. 47:32But I think could be.
  649. 47:35Last one.
  650. 47:36I'll end with this.
  651. 47:37I don't think I can get both of these in.
  652. 47:38Man, I'm minding my business.
  653. 47:40All of a sudden I come across a reporter on Al Jazeera, Julia Galliano calls herself shame
  654. 47:45in the United States of America because we have the audacity to send the millions of
  655. 47:49illegal immigrants back out of our country and you won't believe what she said about
  656. 47:54that.
  657. 47:55I'm not going to spoil it for you.
  658. 47:56Listen to and watch clip number three, Julia Galliano reporting on the million Americans
  659. 48:02Repatriating illegal aliens.
  660. 48:03Clip three, go.
  661. 48:05Mexico cannot cope, not sure any country can,
  662. 48:08but Mexico can't cope with like a sudden influx
  663. 48:10of millions of people.
  664. 48:11I mean, as much as she wants to embrace them,
  665. 48:14to use her word when they come back
  666. 48:16and make them feel welcome.
  667. 48:17It all sounds very nice when you're listening to it,
  668. 48:19but the reality of that is just completely unsustainable.
  669. 48:22A lot of these people have lived in the US for decades.
  670. 48:25They have lives there, they have families,
  671. 48:26they're good standing citizens,
  672. 48:28so they're not in a position to just be deported
  673. 48:32and say like, oh, okay, well, I'm just gonna come back here
  674. 48:34and take a job making a fraction of what I used to make
  675. 48:37and go to my town where I don't have anything left,
  676. 48:39which has maybe been overrun by violence.
  677. 48:41I mean, it's just, it's unrealistic to think
  678. 48:44that that wouldn't lead to a crisis.
  679. 48:46Now she's talking about the Mexican president.
  680. 48:48Now wait a minute, Mexico can't absorb millions
  681. 48:51of people being brought back to that country,
  682. 48:53but we're supposed to?
  683. 48:55We're supposed to just absorb millions of people
  684. 48:59in the United States of America?
  685. 49:02You gotta be kidding me.
  686. 49:04I just find out to be so ironic.
  687. 49:07The nerve of you, ma'am.
  688. 49:11I know the Mexican, she's talking about the Mexican president.
  689. 49:13Mexican president's saying they're all welcome,
  690. 49:15but Mexico can't absorb millions of people
  691. 49:17with a sudden influx of millions of people.
  692. 49:18I'm not sure any country can.
  693. 49:20Ain't that what they just tried to do with our country?
  694. 49:23Boy, oh boy, oh boy, I'm telling you.
  695. 49:25And I didn't even get to let you see
  696. 49:27the former Kenyan president who was saying that,
  697. 49:29wait a minute, why y'all crying
  698. 49:30because there's an America first policy.
  699. 49:33American all you nothing?
  700. 49:34Maybe I have to get to that later.
  701. 49:35Y'all have a green evening.
