  10. 0:28And now, the Hamilton Corner.
  11. 0:32And welcome to another edition of the Hamilton Corner.
  12. 0:36I'm your host tonight, Bishop E.W. Jackson,
  13. 0:38sitting in for Abraham Hamilton III.
  14. 0:41My pleasure and honor to do so.
  15. 0:43And as always, thank you all so much for your support
  16. 0:46for this network and for the American Family Association
  17. 0:50constellation of organizations and ministries
  18. 0:53that are involved with that great network.
  19. 0:57God bless each and every one of you.
  20. 1:00And folks, thank you for staying in the battle with us
  21. 1:03because we are going to continue to fight for this country.
  22. 1:07Now, of course, the left here is that,
  23. 1:10and they want to accuse us of all kinds of things,
  24. 1:12hatred and whatnot, but we know that the weapons of our warfare
  25. 1:16are not carnal like theirs.
  26. 1:18We're not interested in climbing up on roofs and shooting people.
  27. 1:22We're not interested in ambushing people in their homes
  28. 1:25and frightening their children.
  29. 1:26We're not interested in accosting people at the dinner table while they're sitting there
  30. 1:31having a peaceful dinner.
  31. 1:33We're interested in winning this on the high road of moral excellence.
  32. 1:39And was Michelle Obama said when they go low, you go high.
  33. 1:42But folks, those folks, those people don't know anything about going high.
  34. 1:48They don't know anything about it because they live in the dregs.
  35. 1:52They live in depravity.
  36. 1:54They live in degeneracy.
  37. 1:58Before I get too far into that, let me just remind you that I am also a podcaster for American
  38. 2:04family radio and my podcast posts every Wednesday at about 10 a.m.
  39. 2:09So be sure to tune in tomorrow because I'll have something fresh for you.
  40. 2:12What I'm covering tonight, I am not going to be covering in my podcast tomorrow.
  41. 2:17So you can rest assured that you won't tune in and say, oh, that's what he talked about
  42. 2:20last night on the program.
  43. 2:22I've got something very special for you tomorrow, so be sure to tune into that.
  44. 2:26And also, I'll remind you, I am the host now for a program called Truth and Liberty, which
  45. 2:31airs on God TV and on Gospel Truth TV, Gospel Truth TV and on Truth and Liberty.
  46. 2:42Yes, truth and Liberty.net.
  47. 2:44It's going to say it's Truth and Liberty.net, but it's Truth and Liberty.net.
  48. 2:50So you can check that program out.
  49. 2:51It is a television program.
  50. 2:53Another one of our hosts here on AFR is part of that.
  51. 2:57Alex McFarland and I share in the hosting responsibilities,
  52. 3:01basically alternating.
  53. 3:03He one day, me another, and then about once a week,
  54. 3:06we do a program together and talk to each other
  55. 3:09about the issues of the day.
  56. 3:11I'm really excited about that, Sue.
  57. 3:13So please be sure to check that out.
  58. 3:17Well, folks, once again, we are being reminded
  59. 3:23by what is going on in France,
  60. 3:26what the left wants for America.
  61. 3:31It is, what is happening in France now
  62. 3:35is a gigantic neon billboard of a warning sign for us.
  63. 3:44If you want to have your country go up in chaos,
  64. 3:47I can't believe that Macron, by the way,
  65. 3:49off on some kind of trip while this is happening in his country. It's hard for me to fathom that.
  66. 3:55But again, I guess the leftists in other countries are really no different than the leftists here.
  67. 4:05They're just as demonic. They're just as misguided. They're just as cult-like in their thinking.
  68. 4:10I would remember Karen Bass, Mayor of LA, went off to Africa as the Palisades were burning.
  69. 4:18I mean, they were already on fire.
  70. 4:21She left.
  71. 4:23She had something else she wanted to do.
  72. 4:26So these people really do seem to have
  73. 4:29some kind of disconnection from reality
  74. 4:32that is difficult to fathom.
  75. 4:34For those of us who still are rational,
  76. 4:37those of us who still see the world for what it really is,
  77. 4:41they clearly have disconnected on some
  78. 4:45very fundamental level.
  79. 4:48And it doesn't matter whether they're here
  80. 4:49in our country or somewhere else.
  81. 4:53But that is an object lesson for us.
  82. 4:57When you open your borders and you allow foreigners
  83. 5:01to stream in who do not want to be part of your country,
  84. 5:05who do not see your country as something to be admired
  85. 5:09or to be supported or to be built up,
  86. 5:13but they rather see themselves as invaders
  87. 5:17and they see your country as something to be destroyed,
  88. 5:20to be brought down.
  89. 5:22And you allow them into your country by the millions.
  90. 5:25And then when you discourage patriotism,
  91. 5:29when you discourage the love of country,
  92. 5:30when you tell people that your country is racist
  93. 5:34and white supremacist and greedy and corrupt and bad
  94. 5:40and all the people who run it,
  95. 5:45the white people are bad.
  96. 5:46And you allow that stuff to go on, and it's only a matter of time.
  97. 5:52The President Trump says he won the quam years ago to close the borders.
  98. 5:56He told him, you're going to pay a big price.
  99. 5:59You're not going to have a country after a while.
  100. 6:02I believe the president, well, he says he told him that because he's been telling Americans
  101. 6:06that.
  102. 6:07So it wouldn't surprise me.
  103. 6:08He would have told Macron that.
  104. 6:09Macron clearly didn't listen.
  105. 6:12And now he's paying the price.
  106. 6:13But the interesting thing is he really doesn't seem to care.
  107. 6:18A quick history lesson, you all know that the French
  108. 6:23folded in six weeks when Hitler invaded France,
  109. 6:28the French folded in six weeks and surrendered to Adolf Hitler.
  110. 6:34And there's a reason for that and you can read about it because it's
  111. 6:38been written about. The country had been demoralized.
  112. 6:43It had been demoralized by scholars and college professors who were telling
  113. 6:48people that France was a horrible place, that the French people had nothing whatsoever to
  114. 6:57be proud of, that really they had nothing worthy of defending or preserving.
  115. 7:08And that had gone on for apparently two or three decades before World War II.
  116. 7:14And when Hitler invaded, the thought of many was, well, why in the world should we lose
  117. 7:19our lives of France. Let's just go along with Hitler. And as you all know, many French leaders
  118. 7:29were complicit with the Nazis. And by the way, it wasn't just France, because you all know that
  119. 7:38were it not for Winston Churchill. I think England would have done exactly the same thing,
  120. 7:44because that's exactly what Neville Chamberlain and his crew were recommending. We can save England
  121. 7:51by simply bowing the knee to Adolf Hitler.
  122. 7:56And Winston Churchill just absolutely dug in and said,
  123. 8:01never, never, never will we surrender to Adolf Hitler, ever.
  124. 8:11And as a result, of course, we know England was devastated,
  125. 8:17but they never surrendered.
  126. 8:19And ultimately, they were on the winning side.
  127. 8:24You demoralize the people from within.
  128. 8:27It is so much easier for forces within and without to take them down.
  129. 8:33And that is exactly what the left is trying to do in our country.
  130. 8:37Now, let's look at another case in point.
  131. 8:40This may seem like a minor thing because who watches the WNBA after all?
  132. 8:44I mean, I don't, but you know, these two teams before the national anthem was played
  133. 8:54at this game, the Atlanta dream and the Golden State Valkyries,
  134. 9:00at the Chase Center in San Francisco, you know,
  135. 9:05I've got a lot of nicknames for San Francisco,
  136. 9:07which I won't bother to share with you,
  137. 9:09but none of them are complimentary, let me tell you.
  138. 9:14I went to San Francisco on vacation,
  139. 9:17just not to vacation there,
  140. 9:19but we were passing through my wife and I and our children.
  141. 9:21We were on vacation in California.
  142. 9:23We passed through San Francisco,
  143. 9:25and I'll tell you folks, I didn't like it, not for one minute.
  144. 9:29And that was back in, oh wow, that was back in,
  145. 9:34I think mid 90s, I think.
  146. 9:37Pretty sure, it might have been late 80s,
  147. 9:42but I just found it to be a disgusting place then,
  148. 9:46and that was 34 years ago.
  149. 9:48I mean, just rampant with homosexuality,
  150. 9:51homeless people everywhere,
  151. 9:53I just, the whole atmosphere of the place just irritated me.
  152. 9:58and I was glad to get out of there.
  153. 10:01Well, it's that much worse now.
  154. 10:02But anyway, this is where this happened.
  155. 10:05Now, here's the thing that we have to understand.
  156. 10:07This is why we have to understand the importance
  157. 10:10of voting in the selection, the importance of taking a stand,
  158. 10:13but not only politically, but spiritually and culturally.
  159. 10:18These women are playing a sport
  160. 10:22that apparently not a whole lot of people
  161. 10:25wanna watch women play.
  162. 10:27That's not in any way to denigrate to sport
  163. 10:29to denigrate the athletes, it's just the pact.
  164. 10:32It's just the truth.
  165. 10:34And so apparently they're subsidized by the MBA
  166. 10:37to keep them going.
  167. 10:41Caitlin Clark apparently was a shot in the arm
  168. 10:44for the WNBA.
  169. 10:46And of course the teams, the referees,
  170. 10:50seem to treat her like she was the plague
  171. 10:53and looked for every opportunity to denigrate her,
  172. 10:56to herder, something's wrong with these people.
  173. 11:04Again, something's wrong with them,
  174. 11:08because the country that is rewarding them
  175. 11:13for doing something that apparently not even that many
  176. 11:17people are willing to pay to see,
  177. 11:21so that they have to be helped by the NBA in order to survive,
  178. 11:27instead of them being grateful that they live in a country
  179. 11:31where people care enough about women's sports, that they're willing to invest and to support
  180. 11:37the effort, even though it is apparently incapable of standing on its own two feet.
  181. 11:44Instead of them being grateful for that, they walk out on the national anthem, which tells
  182. 11:53me that they hate this country.
  183. 11:59And my thought is, well, why in the world would you stay here?
  184. 12:07Give up your career in basketball, go play somewhere else for some other country and
  185. 12:16go be happy somewhere.
  186. 12:21Why bring your venom and your hatred and your disdain for our country to the American
  187. 12:31people?
  188. 12:33Why?
  189. 12:35Well, I think part of the answer is something I've said before because they don't just hate
  190. 12:41the country they hate us.
  191. 12:43They hate the people who stand for that flag,
  192. 12:47put our hands over our hearts to salute that flag.
  193. 12:50They hate the people who stand for the national anthem
  194. 12:53and tear up when we hear it,
  195. 12:55because we love our country so much,
  196. 12:57and we're so grateful for all of those
  197. 12:59who have shed their blood and paid the price
  198. 13:03of suffering and sacrifice and even death
  199. 13:07for the liberty that we enjoy,
  200. 13:10And that flag and that anthem move us.
  201. 13:16They hate us for that.
  202. 13:20And they want to really poke us in the eye.
  203. 13:24I think that's what's going on.
  204. 13:25They want to poke you in the eye.
  205. 13:29That's what Colin Kaepernick's demonstrations were all about.
  206. 13:36Folks, our country faces an existential choice.
  207. 13:40If we let people who think this way,
  208. 13:43and there are many right now in Congress
  209. 13:45and many in the Demon Crat party who think this way,
  210. 13:47We let people who think this way take over our country.
  211. 13:52We're done.
  212. 13:54We are done because that's what they want.
  213. 13:58They want the country to be done.
  214. 13:59They want America, as we know and love it, to end.
  215. 14:05Sure, they want to preside over something
  216. 14:06that allows them to be in power,
  217. 14:09but it will be nothing like what we know.
  218. 14:11It will be nothing like the constitutional republic we enjoy.
  219. 14:17So as far as I'm concerned, all these NBA players,
  220. 14:20the WNBA players and the NBA players too for that matter.
  221. 14:23You know, go live in China and leave us alone.
  222. 14:28This is Bishop E.W. Jackson.
  223. 14:30I'm sitting in for Abraham Hamilton.
  224. 14:31This is the Hamilton Corner.
  225. 14:33Stand by, we're coming back with more.
  226. 15:08Hello, I'm Abraham Hamilton III.
  227. 15:10Did you know that this content is listener supported?
  228. 15:13Without people like you, this podcast would not exist.

  234. 15:29That's aFR.net slash GIV.
  235. 15:43Shining, lightning to the darkness, this is the Hamilton Corner on American Family Radio.
  236. 15:50Now in the second segment, and I'm going to come to the finalist in the next segment,
  237. 15:55I want to know what you all think.
  238. 15:56What would you say to the people who George Bonner and others tell us the Christians who
  239. 16:03don't plan to vote?
  240. 16:04They're just just going to sit it out.
  241. 16:09I want to bring a scripture to your attention one that you know of course, but I want to bring this to your attention talk a little bit about
  242. 16:16One of the things that's going on because again, this is not really just a political battle
  243. 16:21Yeah, it's thought in the arena of politics, but this is a spiritual battle first and foremost and it is also a cultural battle
  244. 16:29about what will be the norms and the ideas and the behaviors and the principles by which
  245. 16:36our country will conduct itself.
  246. 16:39As different than how government operates, government operates according to the rule
  247. 16:42of law.
  248. 16:44But what kind of culture are we going to be?
  249. 16:47Bright Mart famously said, politics is downstream from culture, yours truly has said, but culture
  250. 16:54is downstream from spirituality.
  251. 16:57the spiritual condition of a nation goes, so goes its culture, and as its culture goes,
  252. 17:03so goes its politics. And if the spirituality of a nation goes, all of it goes down the drain.
  253. 17:09Isaiah chapter 5 verses 20 and 21, you all know these sects by heart.
  254. 17:15Woe to those who call evil good and good evil, who put darkness for light and light for darkness,
  255. 17:23who put bitter for sweet and sweet for bitter, woe to those who are wise in their own eyes and
  256. 17:28prudent in their own sight." Now I brought that scripture up because John Ossoff, who
  257. 17:34is supposedly way ahead in Georgia, I can't believe that Georgia is being written off,
  258. 17:42that to me is just, or at least the Senate seat, that to me is just unthinkable that Georgia,
  259. 17:50a Bible Belt state is going to be taken over by liberals.
  260. 17:55I mean, bad enough, I've got to contend with this in Virginia,
  261. 17:57but we're not leaving it that way.
  262. 17:58Let me tell you, but Georgia too, North Carolina, what's next?
  263. 18:04We've got to put a stop to this.
  264. 18:05We've got to, we've got to, in the name of Jesus,
  265. 18:11stand against this wickedness.
  266. 18:13Well, John Ossoff said that he,
  267. 18:18It is his goal to stop, get this,
  268. 18:22the wickedness of Donald Trump.
  269. 18:28Now, I thought of James Tallarico,
  270. 18:33people got some nicknames for him too.
  271. 18:36I call him Pete W. Herman,
  272. 18:37because he reminds me very much of Pete W. Herman.
  273. 18:42But he's also using a lot of theological language.
  274. 18:46God doesn't say this, God says,
  275. 18:48but God is non, well, you know, it's theological.
  276. 18:51I mean, just a whole bunch of nonsense to justify their wickedness.
  277. 18:57So you know, this is a strategy, isn't it?
  278. 18:59This is a strategy of the devil.
  279. 19:00This is a strategy we see the Democrat Party using, accusing President Trump and others of
  280. 19:07the things that they themselves are doing.
  281. 19:11President Trump, I mean, I'm thinking, okay, now what has President Trump done that's wicked?
  282. 19:17the borders, is that wicked? Stopping men from playing in women's sports and showering
  283. 19:24and women's lockers and changing in women's locker rooms is that wicked? Trying to save
  284. 19:33unborn babies from the slaughter of abortion is that wicked. Cutting taxes and cutting regulations
  285. 19:45to allow Americans to thrive and prosper and grow?
  286. 19:48Is that wicked?
  287. 19:51Stopping Iran from getting a nuclear weapon,
  288. 19:54is that wicked?
  289. 19:58Supporting Israel so that Israel can be secure in its borders
  290. 20:02and the Jews don't have to suffer annihilation,
  291. 20:05which is what the enemies around them,
  292. 20:07many of them want, particularly Iran, is that wicked?
  293. 20:12What about this?
  294. 20:13How about the Trump account for every child in America
  295. 20:17to give them an investment in the stock market
  296. 20:20that could make them wealthy by the time they're an adult.
  297. 20:23Is that wicked?
  298. 20:27I mean, it is the demon crass
  299. 20:33that wanna kill unborn babies,
  300. 20:37that wanna operate on minor children,
  301. 20:40cut off the genitalia of a child
  302. 20:44or the breasts of a girl who wanna inject kids with hormones
  303. 20:49to stop them from experiencing puberty
  304. 20:53because they determined that that child should not go through puberty, which the child's biology
  305. 21:01and physiology are predesigned to do.
  306. 21:06But they're going to stop that by injecting this child with drugs so that that doesn't
  307. 21:10happen.
  308. 21:14Hiding things from parents that they're doing with children with regard to their sexuality,
  309. 21:22making government the be all and end all of everything, flawed human beings, trying to
  310. 21:28control everything and everybody, stealing billions from the treasury to feather the
  311. 21:35nest of their supporters.
  312. 21:41You want to talk about wickedness, John Ossoff of Georgia, really?
  313. 21:47You want to talk about President Trump being wicked?
  314. 21:53Folks, that is Hutzpah.
  315. 21:59I mean, the demon krat party, it has earned that label because the things that they are into are so deeply and profoundly demonic.
  316. 22:14That it's hard to imagine that an entire party could be dedicated to these perverse bizarre depraved, degenerate ideas, but they are.
  317. 22:24And then they're going to turn right around and call good evil and evil good and of course
  318. 22:31they're the good ones, right?
  319. 22:33Doing all this crazy stuff.
  320. 22:34They're the good ones.
  321. 22:35They're going to call light darkness and darkness light.
  322. 22:38They're bringing the light and sweet bitterness and bittersweetness.
  323. 22:44And they're bringing the sweetness.
  324. 22:45You know, you and I, we're why?
  325. 22:48Why?
  326. 22:49We're Christian, nationalist.
  327. 22:50We're we're the epitome of evil because we love God.
  328. 22:56We believe our country is a gift from Almighty God.
  329. 23:00We believe that we are stewards of our country and we must protect and defend it against those
  330. 23:04who would destroy it and that we must maintain our country as a nation whose God is the Lord
  331. 23:11because that has been the key to our unprecedented unmatched success in human history.
  332. 23:23But we're the dangerous ones, right?
  333. 23:28Even though we don't want to hurt anybody.
  334. 23:33We don't want to shoot anybody.
  335. 23:34We don't want to stab anybody.
  336. 23:35We don't want to kill anybody.
  337. 23:36We don't want to assassinate anybody.
  338. 23:38We don't want to, the people who believe all this bizarre stuff, what do we do?
  339. 23:43We pray for them.
  340. 23:44Father forgive them for they know not what they do.
  341. 23:49Help them Lord to see the light.
  342. 23:53My dream is not to see, well just pick somebody.
  343. 23:58Well, Tallarico or John Asaf or I affectionately refer to as Raphael Warlock also down in Georgia
  344. 24:09Because if he's a pastor, I'm a Saint Bernard.
  345. 24:15I mean, please, this stuff is just, yeah.
  346. 24:18I mean, it's ridiculous.
  347. 24:20But I don't hate them.
  348. 24:21I pray for them.
  349. 24:22I wanna see them saved.
  350. 24:22I wanna see them converted.
  351. 24:24I wanna see them come to a relationship with Jesus Christ
  352. 24:27and come to a saving knowledge of the truth.
  353. 24:32But that's not the way they think about us, is it?
  354. 24:37As well, folks, I'm just curious,
  355. 24:39what would you say to the Christian,
  356. 24:41given the situation we are facing,
  357. 24:44What would you say to the Christian?
  358. 24:45I don't, I'm not voting.
  359. 24:46I'm not getting involved.
  360. 24:48I'm not getting involved in politics.
  361. 24:49I don't wanna get out of it.
  362. 24:53I've confronted them.
  363. 24:56I say, but the very liberty you now enjoy
  364. 24:59is what is at stake.
  365. 25:04You know, your past, youth pastor,
  366. 25:06your ability to go out and win young people
  367. 25:08and bring them to Christ.
  368. 25:09Did you hear what this, this Congresswoman
  369. 25:14just recently said about young people
  370. 25:16joining the Trump administration
  371. 25:19and they better beware because they could face all kinds of punishment and legal troubles.
  372. 25:26Did you hear that?
  373. 25:30Here's someone who's doing youth ministry and being told by some politician, well, if
  374. 25:34any of you are youth aside, they're going to go to work for the government, the Trump administration,
  375. 25:38particularly.
  376. 25:40We're going to try to put them in jail.
  377. 25:48I think I don't know whether it was Jonathan Falwell or Gary Hambrick, pastors of both pastors
  378. 25:58of great churches, Jonathan Falwell, Pastor Thomas Road Baptist Church and Gary
  379. 26:02Hammert, Pastor of Cornerstone Chapel up in Loudon County, Virginia. I'm not sure
  380. 26:09which of them said it, maybe both of them did eventually, but they said, you know,
  381. 26:14people say, well, why is the church getting involved in politics? And they both said, we are not.
  382. 26:20Politics has crashed through the doors of the church. That's what's happened. We are being encroached
  383. 26:28upon. Remember what happened during COVID? You can't go to church. Well, that's not the
  384. 26:36church getting involved in politics. That's politics getting involved in church. And you
  385. 26:42can obey God. We're going to tell you what you have to do. You have to get this vaccine.
  386. 26:47We don't care what God told you. You see, either we are involved so that we influence and to
  387. 27:00the extent possible, we control the direction and the public policies that govern us, or we
  388. 27:11end up trampled under tyranny, being forced by an out of control government to do the things
  389. 27:20that God has called us not to do and told us not to do, or at least resisting under great
  390. 27:31threat and punishment.
  391. 27:34I'm just like, we got this stupid law now,
  392. 27:36you pray outside of an abortion clinic,
  393. 27:38you are taking your freedom into your hands.
  394. 27:43You know, beautiful saintly old ladies out there praying
  395. 27:48and saying the rosary and singing hymns,
  396. 27:51and you get swept up by the federal government and locked up.
  397. 27:56Because somehow, somehow, I'd say I think that law
  398. 27:59is unconstitutional in the first place to face it.
  399. 28:01I think it's unconstitutional.
  400. 28:05And I trust the Supreme Court will slap that thing down,
  401. 28:07because that's what it deserves to have happen.
  402. 28:11Hey, folks, there's no God-given right not to be offended.
  403. 28:17There's no God-given right not to have somebody say things
  404. 28:21that you don't like, but see,
  405. 28:26this is the attitude of the left.
  406. 28:29They don't simply want to persuade you.
  407. 28:32They want to persecute you for refusing to agree with them.
  408. 28:37them. And we simply can't allow them to have their way. Period. We simply cannot allow it,
  409. 28:48because they are the ones who are bringing wickedness to our country. You may have heard
  410. 28:54me say this before, but when I ran for the lieutenant governor, one of the nomination
  411. 28:57for the lieutenant governor for Virginia, 13 years ago, nobody even mentioned transgender,
  412. 29:04because it wasn't even talked about. 13 years later, as been going on now for several
  413. 29:13years. Sea change, because now we've got to have a debate over what schools may or may
  414. 29:22not say to children about their gender and their physiology and their biology and whether
  415. 29:29and to what extent parents can be involved in any such discussion that takes place. And to
  416. 29:37think you've got people so perverse that they really think that it is in the child's best
  417. 29:41interest to hide things that they are discussing with a minor child about their sexuality, something
  418. 29:49fundamental to who they are, they want to have discussions with that minor child and hide that
  419. 29:54from parents. Folks, that's sick. And then frankly, it's disgustingly perverse because
  420. 30:04nobody can tell me that anybody who's interested in doing that is not grooming because that's what
  421. 30:10groomers do. No, you don't need to tell your parents about this. Keep this away from them.
  422. 30:14they wouldn't understand. The only thing that's lacking, I guess, is a threat. And who knows
  423. 30:21whether some of these school officials, if your parents find out about this, they won't react
  424. 30:26well. And if they react poorly, they could really get in trouble. So you have the child being taught
  425. 30:33by the state to keep secrets from the parents. And again, when I ran 13 years ago, this wasn't
  426. 30:44even an issue. But how quickly things have changed. Imagine if we don't take a firm, bold, unequivocal,
  427. 30:58uncompromising stand, where will things be 13 years from now? I don't even want to imagine,
  428. 31:06do you? I really don't. We went from sexual orientation, because people need to be protected
  429. 31:19from discrimination based upon their sexual proclivities.
  430. 31:23To them, well now we have to have same sex marriage
  431. 31:25because after all, it's not right.
  432. 31:26The two women, a man or woman can get married,
  433. 31:28but two women or two men can't.
  434. 31:32And then, now all of a sudden now we've got non-binary
  435. 31:36and transgender, and then we got children
  436. 31:39have to be brought into, I mean, this stuff folks,
  437. 31:41it never squits.
  438. 31:44Only way it's gonna stop is if we stop it.
  439. 31:47The numbers 888-589-8840, that's 888-589-8880,
  440. 31:52I'm the host tonight, Bishop E.W. Jackson in for Abraham Hamilton third.
  441. 31:56I want to take your calls and we come back again.
  442. 31:59888-589-8840 back in the month.
  443. 32:03Well Fred, it is today's three weeks away from the election, midterm election and a lot of
  444. 32:49talk about how this is going to go for Republicans especially, probably going to maybe lose the
  445. 32:54house and the Senate.
  446. 32:57There is always talk at election time that Christians should stay out of the political
  447. 33:01process, just be spiritual and win-loss holes, all of that is important.
  448. 33:07What would you say to people who are wondering whether they should go out, get registered
  449. 33:12if there's still time and a vote in three weeks?
  450. 33:14Well, political issues are Christian issues when we talk about things like abortion.
  451. 33:21When we talk about men who say there are women and want to go into women's restrooms and play
  452. 33:27in women's sports, I mean that's not just a political issue, it is a Christian issue.
  453. 33:34And I've been reading some interesting articles in Decision Magazine, Franklin Graham talking
  454. 33:40about this, a gentleman from the Colson Center.
  455. 33:45Socialism is a Christian issue.
  456. 33:49is about making man God. The system that America has made America success is
  457. 33:56obedience to God's Word. Yes, there are problem areas, but there is a huge
  458. 34:02difference and it is a spiritual issue because when socialism comes in, it's man
  459. 34:09celebrating man. Man becomes God. Man oversees everything and I'll tell you what,
  460. 34:15And we just have to look at other countries that have tried socialism.
  461. 34:20They basically want to chase Christianity at the end of the scene.
  462. 34:24That's right because it's a competing ideology.
  463. 34:28I heard Dr. Ray Pritchard say that yes, we all understand as Christians that government
  464. 34:34can't save our nation, but it sure can't hurt our nation and can do a lot to damage the
  465. 34:40church and to become an obstacle to the preaching of the gospel, which of course is the most
  466. 34:46important.
  467. 34:47But Jesus has to be salt and light and I think it's fair to say that voting and standing up
  468. 34:52for biblical values is at least part of that in a country where you're free to vote.
  469. 34:57And we will be covering here at American Family Radio election night.
  470. 35:01On November 3rd you'll be able to tune in to American Family Radio and we'll have staff
  471. 35:06from AFR from our news team and special guests talking about the election and what those results
  472. 35:12mean for the next two years as we prepare for a presidential election in 2028.
  473. 35:19The Hamilton Quarter podcast and one-minute commentaries are available at aFR.net back
  474. 35:33to the Hamilton Quarter on American Family Radio.
  475. 35:37888-589-8840.
  476. 35:39That's 888-589-8840.
  477. 35:40We've got some open lines.
  478. 35:43We've got some open lines.
  479. 35:44We're gonna try to get to every one of you
  480. 35:46before the program ends.
  481. 35:47Let me just say this folks, I am believing God.
  482. 35:50First of all, let me just say,
  483. 35:51I wanna thank President Trump for his energy
  484. 35:55and vitality and commitment.
  485. 35:57He is out there.
  486. 35:58He is in places that I really think
  487. 36:00the Republican Party had kind of written off.
  488. 36:02But President Trump is out there campaigning.
  489. 36:04He's out there making a go of it in Georgia
  490. 36:06and North Carolina and some of these other places
  491. 36:09that, you know, frankly, sometimes I wonder what in the world some of these Republican
  492. 36:16establishment people are thinking, but praise God for him.
  493. 36:20Well President Trump, this just floated not too long ago, so I reminded me of this, and
  494. 36:27as I'm saying, God, we need God's intervention in this election in order to get the results
  495. 36:31we really want.
  496. 36:32when President Trump was at First Baptist in Dallas, I think it was December of last year,
  497. 36:41this is what President Trump said, America needs a savior, quote. He said, but it's not
  498. 36:49me. More than 2,000 years ago, an angel of the Lord appeared to humble shepherds and proclaim
  499. 36:54the reason for our Christmas joy for unto you is more than this day in the city of David,
  500. 36:59a savior, which is Christ the Lord.
  501. 37:03And President Trump said, when I was listening to Robert,
  502. 37:06perhaps unknowingly, you use the word savior a lot.
  503. 37:09And as our country needs a savior right now,
  504. 37:12our country has a savior.
  505. 37:14In other words, Pastor Robert was using the word savior
  506. 37:18to refer to Donald Trump.
  507. 37:20And Donald Trump said, our country does need a savior,
  508. 37:23and it's not me.
  509. 37:25This is Donald Trump, he said, and it's not me.
  510. 37:28That's somebody else.
  511. 37:29much higher up than me, much higher.
  512. 37:33I'll tell you, I know President Trump is not perfect,
  513. 37:37and no, he's not the Messiah,
  514. 37:39but I'll tell you what, thank God for him.
  515. 37:41Because I don't know what the mess is
  516. 37:43that this country would be in if it weren't for President Trump.
  517. 37:46And I'm so grateful that he is willing to say,
  518. 37:49he knows who the Messiah is,
  519. 37:52and he knows that it's not him.
  520. 37:54Praise God and thank God for him.
  521. 37:56They did it five, eight, nine, eight, eight, four, zero.
  522. 37:58Let's come to your calls and comments
  523. 38:01about our present condition.
  524. 38:03And maybe what would you say to the Christians says,
  525. 38:05ah, I'm not getting involved.
  526. 38:09Let's go to Brian.
  527. 38:11Let's see.
  528. 38:13Brian, you're in Texas.
  529. 38:14Brian, welcome.
  530. 38:17Hey, brother Bishop.
  531. 38:19Hey brother Brian.
  532. 38:21Well, Brian, it's what a pleasure to get to talk to you.
  533. 38:25Well, thank you.
  534. 38:26I love your show when you're on
  535. 38:28and I love to listen to you.
  536. 38:29And anytime you're filling in,
  537. 38:30it's just a wonderful blessing.
  538. 38:32I agree with you on just about 100% of everything you say.
  539. 38:35Amen.
  540. 38:37Amen.
  541. 38:38But I do want to say something.
  542. 38:40I want to ask you something.
  543. 38:42Isn't it ironic that America is not really mentioned in Bible prophecy, but we have a
  544. 38:49green red alliance all of a sudden that's come up out of hell itself really.
  545. 38:55And like you say, it's coming against the United States and it's going to be this global
  546. 38:59thing that's going to come against the world.
  547. 39:02Now Barack Obama has changed his name and converted to Islam.
  548. 39:08So my take on that is that we've already had the first Islamic president in this country.
  549. 39:15And I know this is going to sound controversial, but a lot of people do know this.
  550. 39:20Also a lot of people don't believe that Michelle is a woman, that Michelle is a man.
  551. 39:27and all of the doors were open for the transgender thing to happen under Barack Obama as well.
  552. 39:34The Bush is among the door open.
  553. 39:36Islam too.
  554. 39:38Both of them did because they opened the doors to the bin Laden's and then they're relative,
  555. 39:44a lot of people don't realize that Barack Obama is a relative by marriage to the Bush's
  556. 39:49and that Barack Obama had bin Laden killed.
  557. 39:54So I'm just saying there's some other things out there.
  558. 39:58I hang in to a lot of this.
  559. 40:01You know what I'm talking about?
  560. 40:01I got it Brian.
  561. 40:02I got it.
  562. 40:03Thank you for the call.
  563. 40:04We got we got full lives.
  564. 40:05Let me just say this.
  565. 40:06I don't I can't let's put it this way.
  566. 40:10Barack Obama says he says he's not Muslim.
  567. 40:14I think clearly he does have Muslim sensibilities.
  568. 40:17He said the sweetest sound he's ever heard is the sound of the call to evening prayer
  569. 40:21Islamic prayer.
  570. 40:23So I mean, that tells you all you need to know.
  571. 40:25And you're right.
  572. 40:26I think Barack Obama did more to promote Islam than any other figure in American history.
  573. 40:32And I think you also right that Barack Obama did more to promote sexual deviancy, which
  574. 40:38led to this whole transgender thing than any other president in history.
  575. 40:43So I mean, I think you're right on both counts.
  576. 40:46However we get there, I think that the facts of what he did during his presidency are not
  577. 40:54in dispute.
  578. 40:56Thank you, Brian.
  579. 40:57Let's go to Joe in Ohio.
  580. 41:00Joe, welcome.
  581. 41:03Thank you for all you do, Bishop.
  582. 41:05And thank you for the FAA.
  583. 41:06I heard earlier today, AFA said on average election, over 95% of the Muslims are voting
  584. 41:12an average election, only 55% of the Christians were voting.
  585. 41:17I voted today and it took me less than five minutes.
  586. 41:19I was able to see my ballot and make sure it was correct.
  587. 41:23We need every Christian listening to this program
  588. 41:25to get out and vote early, vote in person,
  589. 41:28check your ballot, turn it in.
  590. 41:30The benefit of voting early is the grassroots people.
  591. 41:35They can go to the Board of Elections.
  592. 41:37They can see who's voted.
  593. 41:38They can't see who you voted for,
  594. 41:40but they can see who voted.
  595. 41:42So they can focus to try to get
  596. 41:43the other conservative Christians out to vote.
  597. 41:46They won't waste their time calling and texting you
  598. 41:49if they see you've already voted.
  599. 41:50So I pray to God that we can get,
  600. 41:54if we can get 95% of the Christian to turn out,
  601. 41:57it would even be a close race.
  602. 41:59Just we've got to pray to God
  603. 42:01that we can get the Christian vote out.
  604. 42:03Otherwise, like you said,
  605. 42:04if they may not get another chance.
  606. 42:06So, yeah.
  607. 42:07All right, thank you, Joe, for the call.
  608. 42:11Look, you're absolutely right.
  609. 42:13I am praying for an explosive outpouring of Christians because Joe not only would we win
  610. 42:22this election, not only would we keep the Congress in the hands of people who are sane
  611. 42:29because the Democrat party just got insane.
  612. 42:33But I think if Christians decide, you know what, we are stewards of our country and we
  613. 42:38are going to vote in every single election and we are going to vote for the people who
  614. 42:43values are closest to our values as Christians, look, it wouldn't take, but almost one election
  615. 42:51cycle to turn this thing around. I'm serious. I think that's just how powerful the body
  616. 42:57of Christ is if we ever actually stand up and decide we're going to make our voices
  617. 43:03heard in a unified fashion. Now, let me just add this little tidbit. I said this at a
  618. 43:09meeting in Virginia Beach on the election here in Virginia, we got to get past these denominational
  619. 43:15divisions. We got to get past these racial divisions. We got to get past these party divisions.
  620. 43:22And we've got to start voting our values based on the word of God. I don't care what the color
  621. 43:29of a candidate's skin is. I don't ultimately care what party he's a member of. Although
  622. 43:33if you remember the Democrat party, I have to wonder whether you'll actually do even
  623. 43:37what you say you're going to do if you sound like you're reasonably saying.
  624. 43:40I have to wonder about that.
  625. 43:43I care more about who you are as a person.
  626. 43:48I think the likelihood is no Democrat can be trusted if you remember that party because
  627. 43:53I think the party's going to reind you in.
  628. 43:56If you really hold the right convictions, you're simply going to have to leave that party.
  629. 44:00That's what I did.
  630. 44:01That's what a lot of people have done.
  631. 44:02888-589-8840 is the number.
  632. 44:06Let's go to Donald in Texas.
  633. 44:08Donald, welcome.
  634. 44:10Hello.
  635. 44:12Hi.
  636. 44:13Hello.
  637. 44:14Yes, Donald, I can hear you.
  638. 44:16Yes, is this Bishop?
  639. 44:18This is he.
  640. 44:19Yes.
  641. 44:21Good evening, sir.
  642. 44:22Yes, you were asking about the church boat.
  643. 44:27Right.
  644. 44:28My wife and I, we went to go boat.
  645. 44:31We had a representative outside the voting place,
  646. 44:37and I talked to her, I was going by,
  647. 44:41I said, yeah, we'll vote for that guy, Curtis Emmons.
  648. 44:44And the woman was saying to me, she goes, I know you.
  649. 44:49I looked at her and said, how?
  650. 44:52She goes, you and your wife go to the same church we do.
  651. 44:58I said, your husband's the one running for office?
  652. 45:02his name is Carter Dennis and she's like, yes.
  653. 45:06And after we got done voting, we go back
  654. 45:10and there's Mr. Remmons.
  655. 45:12Okay.
  656. 45:13And I was like, sir, I said, sir,
  657. 45:15does our congregation know you're running for office?
  658. 45:19He goes, I don't know.
  659. 45:23How is that even possible?
  660. 45:26You are part of the congregation.
  661. 45:30Well, why would they not know?
  662. 45:31He is right out in front of the church.
  663. 45:34How did they, I go, does the pastor know?
  664. 45:37He goes, I don't know.
  665. 45:39Oh my goodness.
  666. 45:40What is he running for?
  667. 45:41I was like, how can we not tell,
  668. 45:43I said, why don't you get up there and tell him?
  669. 45:45He goes, I'm a little timid about doing that.
  670. 45:48I said, I'll get up there and tell him.
  671. 45:51I'll tell him a whole congregation.
  672. 45:53His friend is running for office.
  673. 45:57So, we don't mind me asking what,
  674. 46:01I mean, what office is he running for?
  675. 46:02You have to be specific about where?
  676. 46:04It's a, it's a, we're in Central Texas.
  677. 46:08It's a, it's a, it's a, it's a, it's a Central Texas district office.
  678. 46:17Oh, okay.
  679. 46:18Republicans and Democrats running for it's a district office in Central Texas.
  680. 46:22Okay.
  681. 46:23Okay.
  682. 46:23Listen, Donald, I got it.
  683. 46:24I got it.
  684. 46:25I got to get to some more calls, but listen, thank you so much for the call.
  685. 46:29We appreciate hearing from you and folks, I would say this.
  686. 46:32If there's somebody running for office in a church,
  687. 46:36and the pastor's not encouraging people
  688. 46:39who are feel called to run for office to come forth
  689. 46:43and let him know so that the congregation
  690. 46:45can be made aware, then somebody maybe needs
  691. 46:48to pull the pastor's coat and say,
  692. 46:50you know, pastor, maybe we need to acknowledge
  693. 46:52the people who God is calling to run for office.
  694. 46:55I think that would be a very good idea.
  695. 46:59If he says he's a little intimidated,
  696. 47:01He should be invited, warmly invited to come forth.
  697. 47:05Let's go to Steve in Georgia.
  698. 47:07Steve, welcome.
  699. 47:11Yeah, thank you Bishop.
  700. 47:12I appreciate you taking my call
  701. 47:14and I appreciate all things you're doing.
  702. 47:16Thank you, sir.
  703. 47:17You're taking those strong bold stance for Christianity
  704. 47:20and for the Word of God and for the proper principles
  705. 47:25that this nation should be run on.
  706. 47:27Amen.
  707. 47:28I want to say that definitely people
  708. 47:30need to get out and vote. Christians need to vote
  709. 47:34biblical values. And if I do, if I can please, I got one more thing to say and
  710. 47:39that's about how I keep. I tried calling a long time ago and never
  711. 47:44could get through. So now I'm finally getting through.
  712. 47:47I think the proper punishment for fauci would be three months in jail,
  713. 47:53type the gospel then, give them the opportunity to be born again,
  714. 47:56have a minister there helping, and then in three months if you get saved
  715. 48:01sooner than letting get out of jail and then you can decide on what kind of
  716. 48:06um um uh yeah kind of thing he should have. Okay, all right Steve thank you for the call my
  717. 48:15friend uh let's see if we can get to Larry in Illinois I believe that is Larry welcome.
  718. 48:22Good day sir. Good to hear from you Larry you've got you get the final word on the program today
  719. 48:31So what's on your mind? I just want to thank you for standing for righteousness even when it's uncomfortable
  720. 48:38I I had one of those uncomfortable conversations on Facebook today. So not face to face
  721. 48:45Telling somebody look, you know, if you don't know what to do pray
  722. 48:49Listen to God
  723. 48:50Then you know vote biblically and then trust God for the outcome
  724. 48:55So that's what you're telling everybody, you know, on the radio in person and all around the country. Thank you, sir
  725. 49:02Thank you, Larry, and look that is it folks. You know
  726. 49:07Our job is to be obedient
  727. 49:10And you know the Lord said this to me one time as I was thinking about you know
  728. 49:14My impact in ministry and Lord. I just like to do more I'd like to reach more people and God said this to me
  729. 49:21And I never forgot it
  730. 49:22Faithfulness is success.
  731. 49:26Faithfulness is success in God's eyes.
  732. 49:30Because you can build a great big old big construct
  733. 49:33and have all this worldly, what looks like success.
  734. 49:37But if it's not done according to the will of God,
  735. 49:39and it's not giving God the glory,
  736. 49:41God doesn't see that it's successful at all.
  737. 49:45But when it is done in obedience to God,
  738. 49:48and others may not even recognize it,
  739. 49:50it may not think, well, that's not that important.
  740. 49:52That's not that big a deal,
  741. 49:53but it is a very big deal in God's eyes.
  742. 49:56The Bible says obedience is better than sacrifice
  743. 50:00and to harken is better than the fat of rams.
  744. 50:03So God bless each and every one of you.
  745. 50:05Yes, get out to vote, invite every friend of light mind
  746. 50:09to get out there and vote.
  747. 50:11Take them to the polls if you have to do that,
  748. 50:14but let's get the turnout going and let's shock the world.
  749. 50:18And you know what to do folks.
  750. 50:20This is Bishop E.W. Jackson in for Abraham Hamilton III.
  751. 50:23Stand up, step up, speak up, refuse to back up, because we cannot be defeated if we will
  752. 50:29not quit because we are on God's side.
