  10. 0:28And now, the Hamilton Corner.
  11. 0:32And in for Abraham Hamilton the third,
  12. 0:34yours truly Bishop E.W. Jackson.
  13. 0:36My pleasure, my honor to be in for this great young man.
  14. 0:41And I'm sure he'll be back when the Lord releases him
  15. 0:44from the responsibilities that he's dealing with right now.
  16. 0:48But it is my pleasure to sit in for him.
  17. 0:50And of course, my pleasure to have an opportunity to talk to you.
  18. 0:53I'm going to open up the lines a little bit later
  19. 0:55and hope you'll join in the conversation.
  20. 0:58I want to start though by talking about something that I haven't spent a lot of time talking about.
  21. 1:04I don't know how many of you follow closely the Lindsay Clancy case.
  22. 1:11I did not. It wasn't until toward the very end that I started paying attention.
  23. 1:17Actually, when we were waiting for the verdict, that's when I sort of began to pay a little bit more attention to it.
  24. 1:25In fact, I played so little attention to it that when the verdict came down and the controversy,
  25. 1:30not the verdict, when the hung jury was announced and it was learned that one juror was a holdout,
  26. 1:40I thought that there were 11 for conviction and one for not guilty.
  27. 1:50That was my first thought.
  28. 1:52Of course they're going to convict the woman.
  29. 1:53She killed three children.
  30. 1:56I hadn't heard anything. Again, I hadn't followed it closely, but I hadn't heard anything that
  31. 2:02made me think, well, you know, this may be one of those cases. Now, as a lawyer, I know
  32. 2:06you have to have the requisite men's rear to be convicted of a crime. That's what the
  33. 2:10not guilty by reason of insanity verdict is for is to say that this person actually did
  34. 2:16the crime, but this person can't be held morally responsible because they were not in
  35. 2:21their right mind. They did not have the ability at that point to discern the difference between
  36. 2:26right and wrong were to know that what they were doing was wrong. I hadn't heard anything
  37. 2:30that convinced me that that verdict was justified. There are some jurisdictions where they have
  38. 2:36a guilty but insane verdict, which means that your punishment will be a little bit different,
  39. 2:42because it's still you that committed the crime, but your mental condition at the time
  40. 2:48means that you are not as couple as someone who is rational and understands exactly the
  41. 2:56Gravity of what they are doing but anyway, so I found out of course no it was 11 for not guilty and
  42. 3:04one for guilty
  43. 3:07Now I want to talk about this one man
  44. 3:10Who stood up?
  45. 3:12Against what I consider to be the cult like mob in
  46. 3:16Massachusetts
  47. 3:17And folks I can't separate
  48. 3:19the attitudes of these jurors
  49. 3:21from the liberalism, the leptism, the Marxism, the socialism, that is completely swept Massachusetts.
  50. 3:30And I used to live there, so I know that's been going on for a long time. And in fact, I won't even bore you
  51. 3:40with my thoughts about the church, the body of Christ, the church is in Massachusetts, the pastors in Massachusetts.
  52. 3:50I don't believe mean to of course I don't mean to imply them talking about all pastors because I know obviously they've got to be some great pastors in Massachusetts, but I tell you
  53. 4:01the Massachusetts church that I witnessed for the most part with a few exceptions was unwilling to stand up for anything.
  54. 4:12And this was when the whole leftist movement,
  55. 4:18the celebration of abortion,
  56. 4:20celebration, almost celebrating homosexuality,
  57. 4:24when that stuff was just beginning back in the 1980s.
  58. 4:28And I tried to get pastors to actually take a stand
  59. 4:31on these issues like pulling teeth.
  60. 4:34I went to a high school, actually to a school board meeting
  61. 4:38that was being held at Cambridge,
  62. 4:40Renzen, Latin, high school.
  63. 4:41The interview is familiar with the Massachusetts,
  64. 4:44familiar with that area, you know, exactly school I'm talking about.
  65. 4:48They were having a hearing on distribution of condoms in the schools.
  66. 4:53And I went to oppose it.
  67. 4:56And I was met by three pastors, two or three, literally, literally met at the door,
  68. 5:05who knew I was coming because I publicly announced that I was coming.
  69. 5:09It said, you know, we want you to know we decided we weren't, we weren't going to
  70. 5:13take a stand, we weren't going to get involved in this. I said, well, you know, I wasn't involved
  71. 5:17in whatever decision you made. Well, we think it'd be better if you didn't participate. You
  72. 5:21didn't, I said, well, I'm going. So excuse me, walked right around him and went right in. I heard
  73. 5:29some of the craziest stuff you'd ever hear. You think you think this stuff was being said today,
  74. 5:35but in Massachusetts, they were way ahead of the curve and just utter insanity. Well,
  75. 5:44That's Massachusetts. Now here we are 40 years later, folks, 40 years later.
  76. 5:50And that's what I'm talking, 40 years later. It's so much worse because the
  77. 5:56battles that I was fighting and the things that I was holding back along with
  78. 6:00others, I mean, I had allies obviously. Those things have overrun the state
  79. 6:06now, of course, I've been gone for Massachusetts for 28 years. But I mean,
  80. 6:11the state has just been overrun. And a lot of the preachers thought I was
  81. 6:15crazy for trying to stand against it. Look at what they've got now. I mean at this point,
  82. 6:22they have been overwhelmed. The preachers in Massachusetts, if they know what's best for
  83. 6:28them, that this is from the leftist perspective, not from mine or from the biblical or the godly
  84. 6:33perspective, but from the leftist perspective, the preachers in Massachusetts will shut up,
  85. 6:40go in their churches and preach their little sermons and otherwise leave it alone, if
  86. 6:46they know what's good for them.
  87. 6:48I mean, I think that's the attitude at this point.
  88. 6:51The whole culture has been swept up in leftist,
  89. 6:56godless ideology.
  90. 7:00And this jury, I think, reflects that,
  91. 7:02except for one man, one man who held out
  92. 7:11and has been vilified for it.
  93. 7:14I mean, they've called him everything but a child of God.
  94. 7:20Michael P. Des
  95. 7:52What has happened here should actually disturb every American who understands our system of justice.
  96. 8:05Let me tell you something, folks.
  97. 8:07That jury room is sacred and no juror owes anybody an explanation for how they've reached their decision.
  98. 8:19Now, I'm sure in the process of the jury deliberations, people do give their reasons for the decisions that they've reached.
  99. 8:26But the juror does not have to explain himself.
  100. 8:30He doesn't have to explain his or herself to the judge, to fellow jurors or to anybody
  101. 8:35else.
  102. 8:37All the juror is required to do is listen to the evidence and follow the evidence in the
  103. 8:45law and reach a conclusion that they believe represents truth to a moral certainty for them,
  104. 8:55with that person.
  105. 8:57And the way I heard it described in law school,
  106. 8:59which I think is a pretty good explanation.
  107. 9:01So that you can go home, put your head on your pillow,
  108. 9:03sleep at night in good conscience,
  109. 9:06feeling that you did what was right.
  110. 9:11Now, that doesn't have to satisfy anybody else,
  111. 9:16but that juror.
  112. 9:18That's why we require unanimous decisions.
  113. 9:21That's why one juror can hold the jury up
  114. 9:25and not allow it to reach a verdict
  115. 9:28because we believe that the decisions that we make
  116. 9:30with regard to the justice for another human being
  117. 9:33must be unanimous.
  118. 9:35Everyone must be convinced together to a moral certainty.
  119. 9:42And these people are trying to mess with that
  120. 9:45by turning this man into a villain.
  121. 9:48For having done what jurors are simply charged to do.
  122. 9:52You're not charged as a juror to go in
  123. 9:54and find out what the other jurors think
  124. 9:55and then agree with them.
  125. 9:58You got to come to your own prudential judgment.
  126. 10:01He did, and they are vilifying him for it.
  127. 10:05This attorney, it won't happen in Massachusetts, folks.
  128. 10:09I'll tell you how polluted and perverse Massachusetts can be.
  129. 10:14It won't happen in Massachusetts,
  130. 10:16but her attorney should have charges brought before him,
  131. 10:21before the border bar recieres,
  132. 10:23because to somehow make this man a villain
  133. 10:26or someone who has done something wrong,
  134. 10:28because he listened to the evidence
  135. 10:30and came to a different conclusion than the other jurors.
  136. 10:33Well, then you just might as well throw
  137. 10:34the whole jury system out and say,
  138. 10:37no, the job of the juror is to come figure out
  139. 10:40what other jurors think and then agree with them.
  140. 10:44That is not the job of a juror.
  141. 10:48It strikes me that we've talked about all of the attacks
  142. 10:52on the American system and way of life.
  143. 10:55This is another one.
  144. 10:57This is an attack on the jury system
  145. 11:01Because the message that it's really sending is, oh, no,
  146. 11:05you don't get to make an independent judgment
  147. 11:07as a juror.
  148. 11:09What you better do is go along.
  149. 11:12You better go along with the culture.
  150. 11:13You better go along with whatever the cult.
  151. 11:17Say this is again, cult-like thinking.
  152. 11:20The cult has decided this, why aren't you in agreement?
  153. 11:24Why aren't you going along?
  154. 11:28So Michael has become something of a hero
  155. 11:31because he has really refused to simply go along.
  156. 11:38He's a Christian.
  157. 11:40He knows he has to answer to God first,
  158. 11:42not to those jurors.
  159. 11:45He has refused to attack.
  160. 11:46I heard one juris say, I asked him to explain to me
  161. 11:50why he came to that decision.
  162. 11:51And he couldn't bring any evidence to bear
  163. 11:55on why he made a decision.
  164. 11:56He doesn't owe you any, this is just, I'm thinking this juris.
  165. 12:00You don't know that's juror any explanation.
  166. 12:05I mean, that's why jury nullification,
  167. 12:07while not necessarily a healthy or a good thing,
  168. 12:10but jury nullification is unassailable.
  169. 12:13And you know what I mean by that?
  170. 12:14It means when the jury just decides on the basis
  171. 12:18of whatever they consider to be justice
  172. 12:20and sometimes for the wrong reasons
  173. 12:22that they're simply not going to convict a defendant
  174. 12:25and they just let the defendant go.
  175. 12:28That's what happened in the OJ Simpson case.
  176. 12:32Now, I think the prosecution did give them cannon fodder, gave them plenty of opportunities
  177. 12:37to do that because they botched a lot of that case, but everybody knew that OJ killed
  178. 12:42it.
  179. 12:43His former wife, everybody knew that.
  180. 12:48Everybody knew he killed those people.
  181. 12:51He practically admitted it himself, but it became an issue of racial justice.
  182. 13:00Well, white people have gotten away with this.
  183. 13:04Now we're going to have a black man's going to get away with it for once.
  184. 13:06me this is the kind of perverse thinking that went into that new saw again the cult-like
  185. 13:12reaction where Americans of various stripes were shocked at the verdict but they showed
  186. 13:19pictures of black groups just cheering and screaming and celebrating.
  187. 13:26I happened to be an American of African ancestry.
  188. 13:29I'm telling you I was not one of them and my family was not among them because we knew
  189. 13:35that was a travesty of justice. But guess what? Once they made the decision, there was nothing
  190. 13:41anybody could do about it. Now in some jurisdictions, of course, judges can nullify a guilty verdict
  191. 13:51when the judge feels that the guilty verdict is completely unsupported by the evidence.
  192. 13:57Rare, very, very rare, but it has happened. But a judge can never nullify a not guilty verdict
  193. 14:07because the principal of art, justice system says we would rather let the guilty go free
  194. 14:13than convict the innocent.
  195. 14:15This is Bishop E.W. Jackson and for Abraham Hamilton III.
  196. 14:18I want to know what you think about this juror and what you think about the process and what he's going through right now.
  197. 14:23We'll be back in just a moment.
  198. 14:25Oh, I'm Abraham Hamilton III.
  199. 15:02Did you know that this content is listener supported?
  200. 15:04Without people like you, this podcast would not exist.
  201. 15:08That's why we need you.
  202. 15:09I
  203. 15:43am convinced folks that this is a new attack on our way of life.
  204. 15:51We have, again, not perfect, of course, because we're not perfect human beings.
  205. 15:58But we have the fairest justice system in the world.
  206. 16:05There's simply no doubt about it.
  207. 16:08We guarantee rights to defendants.
  208. 16:12We make sure that they have the representation that they need.
  209. 16:16Now, of course, a wealthy person can afford a dream team defense,
  210. 16:22but in poor people can't.
  211. 16:25But nevertheless, we make sure that a poor person has counsel
  212. 16:30and gets represented.
  213. 16:33I mean, again, it's not perfect,
  214. 16:36with that every person could have the same dream team.
  215. 16:39But the people who can afford to pay for a dream team,
  216. 16:42that's what they do.
  217. 16:46But in terms of not being able to put a person away, to take their liberty, to take their property,
  218. 16:53to take their life without a jury of their peers determining that the state has met the burden of
  219. 17:01evidence that the person is innocent until proven guilty and that the defendant who is charged has
  220. 17:11no responsibility whatsoever to prove his or her innocence. The state must prove their guilt.
  221. 17:19The burden of proof is on the state. And if the state cannot meet that burden of proof,
  222. 17:24the jury may think, you know what, I think this person is probably guilty. They probably did it,
  223. 17:29but the state hasn't brought forth evidence sufficient for me to reach that conclusion as a legal matter,
  224. 17:35and this person goes free. Now, of course, there have been a lot of perversions of our system
  225. 17:41with this cashless bail nonsense and this, you know, did you hear about this? I guess some kind of
  226. 17:48shock probation where, you know, a person gets 10 years in prison and a judge less than
  227. 17:55about in six months supposed to be shock probation to make the person think, oh, wow, I've been given
  228. 18:00a break. Now, I've really got to make, I've got to do better with my life. Like that's supposed to
  229. 18:05somehow shock the person into righteous behavior. I mean, the dumbest stuff you ever want to see.
  230. 18:12And it's, but here again, our system is populated by human beings and human beings are imperfect.
  231. 18:18So there you go. But I think that attacking this man and vilifying him is an attack
  232. 18:25our system of justice itself. He was asked by the interview and one of the Fox
  233. 18:37ladies, former press secretary, in fact, for the president,
  234. 18:41asked him whether he would serve in a jury again. He paused. He paused. He said, well,
  235. 18:49he said he made it clear. Not something he would relish, but he said, but I'm not a coward.
  236. 18:56and I answer to a higher power, and if that's what I was called to do, I'd do it.
  237. 19:02That's exactly the kind of person you want on a jury.
  238. 19:07This guy doesn't seem to have any ideological agenda that he's trying to further.
  239. 19:16In fact, you know what he talks about more than anything else?
  240. 19:20Those victimized murdered children.
  241. 19:25They haven't gotten very much attention, but that's what he talks about.
  242. 19:32He says, somebody's got to be a champion for these victims.
  243. 19:34I mean, Lindsey Clancy is not the victim.
  244. 19:39She's the perpetrator of a horrendous crime, but these children are completely innocent
  245. 19:47victims.
  246. 19:49Who speaks for them?
  247. 19:52Well, apparently the other 11 jurors didn't see any merit in that approach, but this one
  248. 20:02jurideed and thank God for him. Look in the next segment I want to take your calls
  249. 20:07you can comment on that but I also want to bring up this this election coming up
  250. 20:11in some of these candidates. Have you all noticed to my all my Texas listeners
  251. 20:15that James Tallarico is suddenly forgive the term a born-again moderate.
  252. 20:23He's rethinking the lot of the things he said. Oh when I said that God was non-binary
  253. 20:31I was trying to be provocative.
  254. 20:34I'm just going to admit that.
  255. 20:36I mean, I called him P.E. Herman,
  256. 20:41because he really is just a slimy human being.
  257. 20:47He really is.
  258. 20:49He thinks he's so slick.
  259. 20:51And so it was, you know, all of his answers now,
  260. 20:55you know, he's basically trying to walk back.
  261. 20:57You know, my position is not that...
  262. 20:59It's not theologically controversial.
  263. 21:01Oh, yes it is.
  264. 21:02God has revealed Himself as Father.
  265. 21:05Jesus is a man.
  266. 21:08Now He is the God-man.
  267. 21:10He is both fully man and fully God.
  268. 21:14But He's a man, not a woman.
  269. 21:17I mean, this idea that somehow God has not presented Himself,
  270. 21:26revealed Himself in the male gender.
  271. 21:32And it's not, you know, he said, you know, we can't limit God.
  272. 21:37We're not limiting God.
  273. 21:38We are, we are, we are acknowledging God based upon whom he reveals himself to be.
  274. 21:50That's different than trying to ascribe to God some, some quality based upon our own predispositions
  275. 21:57or prejudices or whatever.
  276. 22:00We are acknowledging God for who He has revealed Himself to be.
  277. 22:05He has revealed Himself as Father.
  278. 22:11Now people can like that, they can love that, they can think what they want to think about
  279. 22:16that, but we don't get to tell God how He reveals Himself.
  280. 22:22And if that's how God has revealed Himself as far as I am concerned, that's good enough
  281. 22:26for me.
  282. 22:28I don't have any questions about it.
  283. 22:30I don't have any qualms with it.
  284. 22:32I don't feel guilty about it.
  285. 22:38We know the Bible teaches that God is not a human being.
  286. 22:41Ultimately, Jesus Christ is God incarnate who came in the form of a human being, but we
  287. 22:46know He existed before the foundation of the world as God.
  288. 22:52And God transcends human reality.
  289. 23:01He is the I Am that I am.
  290. 23:03It is impossible to fully grasp Him who has no beginning and no end.
  291. 23:15Him who was not created and but is the creator of all things.
  292. 23:24Him who is timeless from eternity past to eternity future.
  293. 23:33who is omniscient, omnipotent, and omnipresent in all places, all at the same time.
  294. 23:47God is in the farthest galaxy we know of, and yet He is right there with you and right
  295. 23:53here with me.
  296. 23:57But these are all things He's revealed about Himself, and He has revealed Himself as Father,
  297. 24:04God as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
  298. 24:12Now, Tel Amico is a reprobate in apostate and a heretic.
  299. 24:20I hope that every Christian in Texas is motivated to get out and vote against this man.
  300. 24:29And while I'm at it, let me mention Dr. El-Sayed, the doctor who never became a doctor.
  301. 24:35I mean, again, well, there's all kinds of questions about this man.
  302. 24:38These are the controversy now about the Muslim Brotherhood.
  303. 24:41His sister said that his mother was part of the Muslim Brotherhood.
  304. 24:45And his sister had respect for the Muslim Brotherhood.
  305. 24:48But he somehow knows nothing about the Brotherhood.
  306. 24:51I've never been a part of the Muslim Brotherhood.
  307. 24:53I'm never, my mother never said anything to me about the Muslim Brotherhood.
  308. 24:56Now apparently he was raised with his stepmother.
  309. 24:59But do you believe him?
  310. 25:02I don't.
  311. 25:03Not for a moment.
  312. 25:05He's already said he's committed to Sharia law.
  313. 25:07already equated Israel with Iran. And again, that's with a bear acknowledgement that
  314. 25:15Iran is even a problem because to the extent that Iran is a problem, he blames Israel because
  315. 25:20Israel lobbied and got us into a war. Once again, the Jews are responsible for everything.
  316. 25:34I mean, the man is, I really believe he's an Islamist. What else would he hang out with Hassan
  317. 25:42piker. I mean, why else? So I cannot, I cannot believe that
  318. 26:00the people of his state are going to vote for him. I simply
  319. 26:06cannot believe it. And every Christian ought to be motivated.
  320. 26:16Maybe you want somebody in the US Senate who is affiliated with
  321. 26:20Muslim Brotherhood. I know he says he's not. I don't believe him for a moment, not for a minute.
  322. 26:31I don't believe half the stuff he espouses because I don't think that he is a Muslim who believes
  323. 26:37in Sharia law. I don't think he really believes in all this transgender nonsense and I don't
  324. 26:42think he believes it. I think he's lying through his teeth because he knows that's what the left
  325. 26:47He depends upon what to hear.
  326. 26:53I think he is committing an act of tequia, lying to further the interests of Islam.
  327. 27:04And here again, my prayer is that he and Talarico, and oh, let's not forget this woman
  328. 27:13from Florida, Angie Nixon, oh my goodness, whoo, oh, Lord, help us.
  329. 27:20This woman is, I mean, she is really bad crazy.
  330. 27:25I mean, they all are.
  331. 27:30But she's another one.
  332. 27:31I take my children to grad, drag queen shows.
  333. 27:35I think they're wonderful.
  334. 27:37I think they're wholesome entertainment.
  335. 27:39I mean, what, I mean, are these people really that stupid
  336. 27:47or that wicked?
  337. 27:51I'd tell you what, I think wicked.
  338. 27:56I think wicked.
  339. 27:58I think they may have convinced themselves
  340. 28:00that these bizarre positions that they take
  341. 28:02are somehow good and right.
  342. 28:04But the root of this thing is profound,
  343. 28:09rebellion against Almighty God.
  344. 28:12And again, I trust Christians are going to come out
  345. 28:16and vote in droves, in Michigan, in Texas,
  346. 28:25in Florida, in Maine.
  347. 28:29I don't know how many Christians there are in Maine
  348. 28:30to tell you the truth, but however many they are,
  349. 28:32that we're going to get a vote with a vengeance.
  350. 28:38Metaphorically speaking, of course.
  351. 28:40I mean, with maybe I say vote for righteous justice
  352. 28:45and I won't even use the word vengeance,
  353. 28:47but you get my point.
  354. 28:50Vote like our lies depend upon it because they do.
  355. 28:57Yeah, maybe not tomorrow,
  356. 28:58maybe not the day after the election.
  357. 29:00But we go down this road of electing these people
  358. 29:04anti-American and really anti-Americans, because they really are. They're anti, any of us who love
  359. 29:12our country, who love God, who honor the flag, any of us who believe that America, believe that
  360. 29:18America's the greatest place on earth to live, they hate all of us because we're in their way.
  361. 29:29They want to fundamentally transform this country. They want a revolution. And they know that we,
  362. 29:34the American people, we the patriots, we, we the citizens who treasure our citizenship of this
  363. 29:44constitutional republic, we who say the Pledge of Allegiance and mean it. I wonder when the last time
  364. 29:49was AOC said it or El Syed said it, but we who say it and mean it, we are in their way.
  365. 29:59And while it wouldn't be the day after this election, we keep electing these people. We keep
  366. 30:05allowing them to insinuate themselves into the body politic and take more and more power.
  367. 30:11And I guarantee you the day will come when people like us
  368. 30:15hard lies wouldn't be worth a plug and nickel. I said, well, Bishop, is that going a little too
  369. 30:23far to suggest that? What would the Jesus say? The thief comes to what? To steal, to kill, and to
  370. 30:29destroy. As a spiritual matter, it's not far-fetched at all. That's where it ultimately goes.
  371. 30:37God told Adam and Eve the moment you eat the fruit of the forbidden tree, the
  372. 30:45forbidden fruit, you'll die. But they didn't die that moment.
  373. 30:50Spiritually they died immediately. But physical death didn't come later. Didn't
  374. 30:56come till later. And then of course what happens when they have children. One
  375. 31:01brother rises up and kills the other. That's nobody but the devil. Because
  376. 31:07that's what he does. That's his chief stock in trade. He steals, he
  377. 31:11kills each other's stories. That's who he is. That's what he does. Jesus said, I've come
  378. 31:17that you might have life. That's who God is. God is life. And the devil is just a surely
  379. 31:24death. Talarico said, the Bible doesn't speak to abortion. He said, what they had never read
  380. 31:32Deuteronomy 30, 19. I said, before your life and death, blessing and cursing, choose life
  381. 31:36that you and your seed, your descendants may live. I mean, what, what, what, Bible is
  382. 31:40read. We can't elect these idolaters and reprobates to serve in powerful offices in our country.
  383. 31:50This is Bishop E.W. Jackson, the numbers,
  384. 31:52and it ain't 589-8840. I'll take your calls when we come back.
  385. 32:44The Hamilton Quarter podcast and One Minute Common Terrets are available at AFR.net.
  386. 33:11Back to the Hamilton Quarter on American Family Radio.
  387. 33:16Psalm 139 verse 13, for you formed my inward parts.
  388. 33:21You covered me in my mother's womb, verse 16.
  389. 33:25Your eyes saw my substance being yet unformed,
  390. 33:29and in your book they were all written,
  391. 33:32the days fashioned for me when as yet there were none of them.
  392. 33:37God doesn't speak to abortion.
  393. 33:40I mean, and that's just, look, to me,
  394. 33:44The ultimate witness to this is when Mary arrives to visit Elizabeth and John the Baptist
  395. 33:53in Elizabeth's womb leaps for joy at the presence of the Messiah in Mary's womb.
  396. 34:01I mean, what Bible is he reading?
  397. 34:03And I've heard people say, folks like him are more dangerous than these, you know, the
  398. 34:09people who just basically just out and out just reject the Word of God.
  399. 34:15worse because oh I'm a Christian oh yes I we we have to use nuance we have to we
  400. 34:22have to be wise we have to understand we have oh that it is just one great big
  401. 34:32old tractor trailer full of horse manure and and yet he sells it to
  402. 34:39people President Trump called him a con man he is but you know he's not the
  403. 34:44only one. They all are as far as I'm concerned. 888-589-8840 is the number that's 888-589-8840.
  404. 34:53Want to comment on anything I've mentioned or something I haven't mentioned that you think
  405. 34:58is worthy of comment? Feel free. Open lines. Let's go to the calls then. We've got Mary
  406. 35:07in aioa mary welcome
  407. 35:14mary you all
  408. 35:17all of our high
  409. 35:19i have a comment
  410. 35:21i have a comment on that
  411. 35:22plan c trial
  412. 35:24okay not juries
  413. 35:25is there no
  414. 35:27confidentiality in that room
  415. 35:30and what i mean is connect mode
  416. 35:32and start berating their fellow
  417. 35:35juries
  418. 35:36and say what went on
  419. 35:38in the jury room can they do that
  420. 35:41Well, Mary, they can say whatever they want to say because they have first
  421. 35:46remember right to do so after the trial is over.
  422. 35:50Now, some have suggested the judge ought to put a gag order on them because we
  423. 35:55don't know yet what's going to happen.
  424. 35:57In other words, this matter is not settled because it couldn't reach a verdict.
  425. 36:01Uh, so, so the answer to your question is, yeah, actually they can, but it's,
  426. 36:05it is not in keeping with our system to trash a juror because he didn't agree with you. I mean,
  427. 36:14to me that undermines the whole point of unanimity, that we require unanimity. That means that any
  428. 36:21juror, any juror or group of jurors, one, two, three, however many can disagree with everybody else,
  429. 36:28and that is perfectly in keeping in our system. It's the way we protect the rights of those who
  430. 36:33are accused. If you can't convince the entire jury to put that person away, that person simply
  431. 36:42doesn't go away until you can. So, but yeah, but no, there are no rules. After the trial
  432. 36:49is over, there are no rules about what a juror can and cannot say. Thanks for the call, Mary.
  433. 36:56We appreciate it. 888 589 884 0 is the number that's 888 589 884 0. We've got some open
  434. 37:04lines. Let's go to James in Kansas. James, welcome. James, you all. Yes.
  435. 37:19Yeah, first of all, thank you, Pastor, for taking my call and for all that you do
  436. 37:25when you are there on American Family Radio. I want to ask about prayer and what
  437. 37:33national organizations that you have heard of that are rallying that the
  438. 37:40prayer warriors to stir up you know more prayer for this upcoming election I
  439. 37:46listened to another Christian radio station here in Northeast Kansas and they
  440. 37:53are promoting the Nehemiah Alliance they they began 52 days out from the
  441. 38:00election, their website is in a 52.org.
  442. 38:07And so have you heard of that organization?
  443. 38:12And then, I guess, secondly, I've been quite surprised.
  444. 38:19American Family Radio does so much good.
  445. 38:22But I've been very surprised during the daily shows,
  446. 38:26like today's issues, that they've talked a lot about the
  447. 38:29election but very rarely do they are they actually saying anything about you know
  448. 38:35encouraging followers of price to be in prayer about it I hardly ever hear
  449. 38:41anybody you and only a few others Rick Green and you know have talked about that
  450. 38:47Walker has mentioned it on on a few occasions but so I'm you know about 19
  451. 38:55days out and I just believe that we are missing the boat, we are missing an opportunity to
  452. 39:05go before the throne of grace in prayer and that you know Christian radio stations need
  453. 39:10to be promoted yet.
  454. 39:12Thank you James for the call and look I like you I'm not listening all the time because I've
  455. 39:19got a very, very busy schedule. What I hear, talking to Pastor Jeff Shreve and Abe who I
  456. 39:29sometimes substitute for, my good friend Alex McFarland, I hear a lot of discussion of prayer
  457. 39:36and I'm sure probably being mentioned maybe at times when you don't necessarily hear it.
  458. 39:44So let me just go to the positive immediately.
  459. 39:47I'm familiar with the NEMI alliance, although I'm not directly involved with them, but they
  460. 39:54do have this 52-day rebuild initiative that they are working on.
  461. 40:01There is an organization that I have been associated with or certainly supportive of Daniel Bernard
  462. 40:08and his wife run it, and they have a prayer initiative going almost every election cycle.
  463. 40:15I'm not sure what they're doing this particular year.
  464. 40:18I can tell you that my organization stand, we have prayer every single Friday, we call
  465. 40:25it stand in prayer for America.
  466. 40:28And this year I have charged because the Lord spoke to me on September 16th and said, we
  467. 40:34We need to pray for confusion in the ranks of the enemy.
  468. 40:37We need to pray for diffusion of the attitude of the enemy.
  469. 40:40In other words, depression, despair throwing their hands up.
  470. 40:43See, I think that's really what Talarico was doing.
  471. 40:45I think Talarico was depressed.
  472. 40:48And I think he's depressed because he's just confused, messed up individual and pray for
  473. 40:53the refusal of their funders.
  474. 40:55They're $17 million short of what they think they need to pour into this election and then
  475. 41:00to pray for the explosive turnout of Christians all over this nation.
  476. 41:08You can join us every Friday at 12 noon Eastern time.
  477. 41:11Go to our website, standardamerica.us and you can join in there.
  478. 41:15And I'm sure if you Google this stuff, you'll probably find a number of different initiatives
  479. 41:19being done by a number of people calling the body of Christ a prayer.
  480. 41:23The Lord spoke to me on September 16 and said, it is time for my people to pray for my prophetic
  481. 41:30and miraculous intervention into the political affairs of America.
  482. 41:35And that's what we need to pray for.
  483. 41:37For our explosive response to these,
  484. 41:39the spiritual crisis our country is in,
  485. 41:43and for the enemy to actually collapsing on themselves
  486. 41:48in terms of the inability to carry out the nefarious
  487. 41:51and wicked plans and devices for our country.
  488. 41:55In any eight, five, eight, nine, eight, eight, four, zero,
  489. 41:57thank you for the call, James.
  490. 41:58let's go to
  491. 42:01chandler in mississippi chandler welcome
  492. 42:08chandler you all
  493. 42:14all right chandler
  494. 42:16i'm doing great good to have you on
  495. 42:20someone else you're going to get sure but probably
  496. 42:26you get it
  497. 42:27you would talk about the tellerico guy
  498. 42:29and uh... you can talk about the other fellow which has
  499. 42:32from this back is that
  500. 42:34he's done a lot of
  501. 42:35I'm not prepared.
  502. 42:36I have to Google them right.
  503. 42:43You talk about that guy, but you didn't talk about, you know, about
  504. 42:49Taylor Rickshaw, but just to talk about the other.
  505. 42:54Okay.
  506. 42:56Well, I don't know all you were planning to say, but let me just address that.
  507. 43:02Valorico has directly blasphemed our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
  508. 43:08He has directly contradicted the Word of God.
  509. 43:11He has directly ascribed to God qualities that are in contradiction to the Word of
  510. 43:15God.
  511. 43:16And the Bible says when the wicked are in authority, the people grown.
  512. 43:22He is wicked.
  513. 43:23He is an apostate.
  514. 43:25He is a heretic.
  515. 43:26Now you can say what you want about Ken Paxton.
  516. 43:28had a share of controversy, but Ken Paxton, to my knowledge, has never done anything like
  517. 43:33that.
  518. 43:34And the policy differences that Ken Paxton has sometimes had, or the policy differences
  519. 43:39that politicians often have, I'll tell you, when I ran for Lieutenant Governor, they said
  520. 43:43all kinds of nasty things about me, namely because I was taking a biblical worldview and
  521. 43:49they didn't like it.
  522. 43:50So, I haven't seen anything from Ken Paxton that is disqualifying, but as far as I'm concerned,
  523. 43:55Tallarico shouldn't be anywhere near anywhere near the levers of power if you care about whether a person actually
  524. 44:03respects God and his word if you care about that I do so
  525. 44:09I'll leave it at that. Thank you for the call my friend. Let's go to
  526. 44:16See that's Emilio and I think it's Emilio in West Virginia. Welcome
  527. 44:23My comment and I like to hear what you have to say a compliment
  528. 44:29I've listened to you for years.
  529. 44:31Love you.
  530. 44:32I admire your calm.
  531. 44:34I am of the Italian extraction.
  532. 44:36I do not have that calm yet.
  533. 44:38I'm working on it.
  534. 44:39But last time I talked to you with two years ago
  535. 44:41and I told you when I listened to these things,
  536. 44:43I speak in tongues in the basement,
  537. 44:45but it ain't the kind in church.
  538. 44:47I don't know if you remember me or not.
  539. 44:49Here goes, this Ilhan Omar thing.
  540. 44:52It drives me nuts.
  541. 44:53They had a five-zil warrant to search her house
  542. 44:55at 530 in the morning.
  543. 44:57They had enough evidence for that,
  544. 44:59but now she has to provide her own proof
  545. 45:02that she ain't gonna provide
  546. 45:06and the $9 billion in many,
  547. 45:08does anybody go to jail?
  548. 45:10That's my, I'm so,
  549. 45:11does anybody really go to jail for these crimes?
  550. 45:14And I'm gonna, before I get really irritated,
  551. 45:16but I'd love to hear what you say.
  552. 45:18I admire you, sir.
  553. 45:19I wish I had your call.
  554. 45:21Well, well, thank you, sir.
  555. 45:23Let me assure you, I have my moments too,
  556. 45:25but thank you so much for the call.
  557. 45:27I think I do recall that.
  558. 45:29Brother, we just have to turn these things over to the Lord ultimately.
  559. 45:34Nothing wrong with being passionate.
  560. 45:36In fact, nothing wrong with being angry.
  561. 45:37The Bible says be angry and sin not.
  562. 45:39There's something wrong with sinning.
  563. 45:41Nothing wrong with righteous anger.
  564. 45:43Look, I really believe that she should be ultimately if all the evidence where it's pointing
  565. 45:50is true, she should be imprisoned and then deported.
  566. 45:55citizenship should be taken away, she should be in prison for fraud and then
  567. 45:59deported. And you say, is anybody put away? Is anybody put in prison? Well, you know, if
  568. 46:05you leave it to the left, yeah, pro-lifers would be put away. And people who dare to
  569. 46:09speak up against all this transgender madness would be put away. And people who
  570. 46:14actually believe that the Constitution should really protect our freedom of
  571. 46:20religion and freedom of speech and are willing to stand up and do it like parents
  572. 46:23who will go to a meeting and say,
  573. 46:25they're only two genders.
  574. 46:27Yeah, they ought to be put in jail, according to some.
  575. 46:31But those of us who believe in the Constitution
  576. 46:33know that these are the people we need to be protecting
  577. 46:35and defending, and I think the Trump administration
  578. 46:38is committed to that.
  579. 46:39And so if she is guilty, if the evidence is there,
  580. 46:43she is in for a very, very bad time and she'll deserve it.
  581. 46:48I don't know why she wants to stay here anyway
  582. 46:50because she hates this country.
  583. 46:51Well, I'm almost out of time,
  584. 46:52But let me see if I can get Dwayne in here.
  585. 46:56Dwayne from Ohio, welcome.
  586. 46:59Dwayne, we are almost out of time,
  587. 47:04but take you best shot, my friend.
  588. 47:07Yes, real quick.
  589. 47:08My question is, and I thank you for taking my call.
  590. 47:12How, why don't we get a national holiday for voting?
  591. 47:17We make up holidays for everything else,
  592. 47:19but have a national holiday for voting.
  593. 47:20You would eliminate the need for a lot of this mailing
  594. 47:23ballots and people could take the whole day off to stand in lines and then you eliminate
  595. 47:29the mail-ins for only the military and the infirm.
  596. 47:32Now, hang up, thanks.
  597. 47:34Well, thank you for the call, my friend.
  598. 47:36That's a great place to end.
  599. 47:37I don't know whether making voting day a holiday would actually accomplish that because
  600. 47:42I think the left is committed to defrauding our elections and I don't think they're going
  601. 47:46to stop doing that because we have a national holiday for voting.
  602. 47:50But I'll tell you what, I like the idea because I think that everybody ought to vote on one
  603. 47:54day and that's it.
