  18. 0:59This is the Hamilton Corner on American Family Radio.
  19. 1:12It should be uncomfortable for a believer to live as a hypocrite.
  20. 1:15Delivering people out of the bondage of mainstream media.
  21. 1:18And the philosophies of this world.
  22. 1:21God has called you and me to be His ambassador.
  23. 1:24Even in this dark moment.
  24. 1:27Let's not miss our moment.
  25. 1:29And now, the Hamilton Corner.
  26. 1:33Good evening, everyone.
  27. 1:34Welcome to the Hamilton Corner.
  28. 1:36My name is Abraham Hamilton III.
  29. 1:39I am the host of this program joined by the corner contingent right across from me, my
  30. 1:44man, 100 grand Mr. Bobby, R-R-R-R-Rosa.
  31. 1:48And in the screening room, lighting up the dark from there, Mr. Marty Sparks, perpetually
  32. 1:53recovering.
  33. 1:54Neighborhood willaholic, who would leap tall stacks of birch in a single bound.
  34. 2:03And his studio to my right man, this is our last week.
  35. 2:08our summer intern you heard him just now giving the news on the hour read
  36. 2:13read her double R we enjoyed having him this summer look forward to seeing all
  37. 2:18that God does in him and through him from this point forward so much is
  38. 2:24happening in the world man if you if you don't pay attention to this show you
  39. 2:30might not know about it but probably one of the biggest trade deals maybe in
  40. 2:34history, we just executed over the weekend and I don't know why there are not more people
  41. 2:40excited about oh yeah I remember I forgot we hate Donald Trump that's why Trump the
  42. 2:46dangerous syndrome and we have the trade deal with Japan the previous trade deal of the
  43. 2:53weekend and culminated by this one with the European Union which you're gonna get into
  44. 2:56later on in the program which is we got I'm gonna show you some video of the press conference
  45. 3:01president Trump did with the head of the European Union Ursula Van de Lyen because if you watch
  46. 3:05it. I told Bobby, look like she just ate a big bag of prunes. She doesn't look too excited about it,
  47. 3:12but but but the American people should be happy campers, especially in the automotive industry and
  48. 3:20other industries. Did they say zero tariffs for American autos in Europe? Is that what I
  49. 3:26will get into it? We'll get into it momentarily. And on the home front, good news,
  50. 3:33um, contracted with some concern, planned parenthood facilities are closing all over
  51. 3:41the country, including some of their, uh, most formerly, uh, what do you want to call
  52. 3:50it?
  53. 3:51Murderous, the most murderous for profit facilities are closing and a part of their, you know,
  54. 3:58political appeal to try to lobby, uh, regressive legislators to oppose the big beautiful bill
  55. 4:05who said that, oh, you can't do this because you'll cause over 200 planned
  56. 4:11parenthood facilities to close. Why are you crying? Why are you crying? I thought, I thought, I thought y'all, I thought you had all of these other services.
  57. 4:20That's what, what, what I thought.
  58. 4:24Huh.
  59. 4:25Including, that's right. My sister Merle is pointing out the largest murdering facility in the world.
  60. 4:32That was in Houston, Texas, 78,000 square feet.
  61. 4:38Planned murder hood just announced that they're closing it.
  62. 4:41Yes.
  63. 4:42Yes, this one really strikes me when I was prosecuting in Houston, Texas, and Harris County.
  64. 4:48I used to have to drive by this monstrosity on I-45, but that one is closing, including
  65. 4:57the big one they have in Manhattan.
  66. 4:59Closing.
  67. 5:02Well, at the exact same time, you see Planned murder hood reporting record levels of abortions.
  68. 5:08So how do you reconcile these things?
  69. 5:10What you have, they call it, this is crazy.
  70. 5:13They call it abortion tourism.
  71. 5:16We have people traveling across state lines.
  72. 5:22But what these facilities closing,
  73. 5:23I'm gonna get into this later,
  74. 5:24it shows that a culture of life is available to us,
  75. 5:27but we have to accompany policy advancement,
  76. 5:31legislative advancement, defunding efforts
  77. 5:35with appealing to the hearts and minds
  78. 5:37of our fellow citizens.
  79. 5:39So at this very moment, as you are making your transition
  80. 5:43from your part time jobs to your full time jobs,
  81. 5:45I want to simply encourage you to do so with intentionality,
  82. 5:48recognizing that what goes on in your house,
  83. 5:53in your house is far more important
  84. 5:56than what goes on in the White House.
  85. 5:58You and I are directly accountable and responsible
  86. 6:01for what transpires in and through our homes.
  87. 6:06As we pay attention to things that are happening nationally,
  88. 6:09even internationally, we must not allow those things
  89. 6:12to divert our attention away from living locally,
  90. 6:15starting first in our homes.
  91. 6:16So the word of God, we go.
  92. 6:17Matthew chapter five is where we're gonna go today.
  93. 6:20And I wanna, I was praying before coming on the air today,
  94. 6:24and I wanna just offer a reminder from the scripture.
  95. 6:27Matthew chapter five, verses 13 through 16.
  96. 6:30This is a part of Jesus' sermon on the Mount,
  97. 6:33the longest recorded sermon of Jesus' in scripture.
  98. 6:39And I want to remind us of something because we talk a lot about being salt and light and we should.
  99. 6:46That's an appropriate conversation.
  100. 6:48But I think we can miss a critical component of this and the scriptures bear this out very potently, I would argue.
  101. 6:54Matthew 5 verse 13, and this is, excuse me, had sneezed.
  102. 7:01This is what the text says.
  103. 7:02You are the salt of the earth.
  104. 7:06But if salt has lost its taste, how shall its saltiness be restored?
  105. 7:10It is no longer good for anything except to be thrown out and trampled under people's
  106. 7:14feet.
  107. 7:15You are the light of the world.
  108. 7:17A city set on a hill cannot be hidden.
  109. 7:21Nor do people light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a stand and it gives light
  110. 7:26to all in the house.
  111. 7:29In the same way, let your light shine before others so that they may see your good works
  112. 7:36and glorify, I'm sorry, and give glory to your Father
  113. 7:40who is in heaven.
  114. 7:42Now, when I mentioned a couple of things,
  115. 7:44first of all, the you in verses 13 and 14 in Greek,
  116. 7:47it's plural.
  117. 7:49So this is a you that has the plurality in view,
  118. 7:52and when you consider the application of the verbiage,
  119. 7:55it applies to those who are presently,
  120. 7:57who were physically present to hear Jesus,
  121. 8:01deliver the sermon on the Mount,
  122. 8:02but it also applies by extension to all disciples who would follow him.
  123. 8:09It mentions the twain components being salt of the earth.
  124. 8:14This is not an observation, but an articulation that the hearers at the time would have keenly understood
  125. 8:22that salt was a preservative agent, that salt preserved the integrity of proteins prior
  126. 8:28to the technological innovation of refrigeration.
  127. 8:32You often had people they would preserve proteins
  128. 8:35either by smoking or by salting, depending on where you were.
  129. 8:39You would employ those different methods.
  130. 8:41But you also have the reality that salt is also
  131. 8:44a flavoring additive that gives flavoring
  132. 8:47and seasoning to food.
  133. 8:49Sometimes some people are flavor-averse,
  134. 8:51you know what I'm saying?
  135. 8:53And then you have the other component, the light duty.
  136. 8:58So you have both as kind of offense and defense.
  137. 9:01So salt is kind of the defensive aspect
  138. 9:03to preservative agent.
  139. 9:05This is akin to Paul's articulation
  140. 9:07that the church is to be the pillar and ground of the truth,
  141. 9:11both the advancing mechanism, forwardly advancing,
  142. 9:14as well as maintaining the integrity of the gospel
  143. 9:17as the Apostle Jude pointed out, all right?
  144. 9:19So you have the salt component.
  145. 9:21Then Jesus said, you are the light of the world.
  146. 9:24This is one of the earliest shows I did on the program
  147. 9:26didn't intend for it to become like a thing, like a catchphrase for the show, but it became that.
  148. 9:30This is where I said darkness is not an affirmative force. The affirmative force is actually light.
  149. 9:36In the beginning God said let there be light. Light invaded the darkness. It wasn't the opposite
  150. 9:43way around. But darkness, although it's not an affirmative force, it reoccupies the space that
  151. 9:50is vacated by the light. So when you see the both the affirmative and the preservative duties or the
  152. 9:56the offense being light, the defense being salt being preservative instead of in many instances,
  153. 10:02instead of the body of Christ being salt and light, we become lightly salted. Y'all have heard me say
  154. 10:05that before, but too often or very often I would say that we focus on the salt and light duty,
  155. 10:12but we forget the why behind it. All right. So we have the salt and light duty, the what's we got
  156. 10:19those down packed in many instances, but don't forget the concluding remarks in this particular
  157. 10:26portion of the sermon and amount that Jesus said. Why are we committed to being
  158. 10:31salt and light? Why do we have a passionate fervor as we engage? Why are we so willing and so eager
  159. 10:43to engage? Why should we be? It's right to be passionate. It's right to be zealous. It's right to be
  160. 10:50fervently engaged as advocates for the truth lovers of the truth,
  161. 10:58proclaimers of the truth, but we can't forget the why.
  162. 11:03What is the why right at the end of verse 16 in the same way,
  163. 11:08let your light shine before others so that they may see your good works
  164. 11:19and give glory to your father who was in heaven.
  165. 11:21The why for the salt and light duty brothers and sisters is because our is so that our father
  166. 11:29and heaven would be glorified so often when we endeavor to engage or we endeavor to contend
  167. 11:37as again the Apostle Jude said that we earnestly contend for the faith that was once of her
  168. 11:42all panted down to the saints we should never lose sight of the why.
  169. 11:48we're engaging as we are so that our Heavenly Father will be glorified.
  170. 11:52There are too many instances where you have people who might even have a proper understanding
  171. 11:56on a matter.
  172. 11:57They might see the matter appropriately, but their engagement is deplorable.
  173. 12:02It's appalling.
  174. 12:05We should not, as members of the family of God, try to employ worldly wicked means to
  175. 12:11communicate godly truth.
  176. 12:15Our Father's glory is at stake.
  177. 12:18to say it in a different way, the impetus for us is love.
  178. 12:22Love for our God first,
  179. 12:24which drives us to have love for our fellow man.
  180. 12:27And it is that eternal, biblically anchored,
  181. 12:31eternally seated love, not this man be pamby romantic comedy,
  182. 12:36trash that the world conflicts that word L-O-V-E
  183. 12:40with where you should just passively embrace
  184. 12:42anything I say or do.
  185. 12:42No, that's not love.
  186. 12:45But we cannot allow ourselves to devolve in our efforts to contend we devolve into being
  187. 12:52merely contentious.
  188. 12:54And our efforts to communicate truth that we're willing to be a reproach to the name of our
  189. 13:00Heavenly Father because of our cause.
  190. 13:04When we engage, our purpose is not merely to win arguments.
  191. 13:07Our purpose is to win brothers and sisters.
  192. 13:10Our purpose is eternal.
  193. 13:12eternal purpose has temporal impact and import absolutely.
  194. 13:16But our purpose is eternal.
  195. 13:21The glory of our Father, the glory of our Father
  196. 13:26is why we are something light.
  197. 13:29And then I want you to notice the other thing it says there.
  198. 13:32So that others may see your good works.
  199. 13:37Guys, I display matters.
  200. 13:41I display matters.
  201. 13:42The way we comport ourselves matters.
  202. 13:44The word choices we employ matters.
  203. 13:52It makes a difference because again, our objective is not merely doing arguments,
  204. 13:58it's to win brothers and sisters, which will certainly include arguments.
  205. 14:04I have lots of arguments with people.
  206. 14:07I'm sure you're surprised.
  207. 14:11They're like, no, he really, yeah, you know,
  208. 14:14I've been known to engage a bit,
  209. 14:20but I prayerfully try to remember why am I engaging,
  210. 14:22not merely to win an argument,
  211. 14:24not to try to, you know,
  212. 14:27I'm gonna, I'm gonna, I'm gonna,
  213. 14:30I'll wit them in this moment.
  214. 14:33Man, what would a prophet of man
  215. 14:34to gain the world and lose his soul?
  216. 14:36What would it be my benefit that whom I sure told him off
  217. 14:39and that he knocks the bottom out of hell?
  218. 14:41I wouldn't be happy about that.
  219. 14:46That's a grieving experience.
  220. 14:51You know, Jesus calls his people to love their enemies,
  221. 14:57to love our enemies.
  222. 15:01The glory of our father is the reason why we engage
  223. 15:03in salt and light duties, what I'm saying.
  224. 15:05And we cannot afford to lose sight of that.
  225. 15:08In the course of contending for the faith,
  226. 15:11we have the resistive temptation to become contentious.
  227. 15:17Because it's not about our intellectual capacity
  228. 15:20and our articulation gymnastics that we can employ.
  229. 15:25And what matters is that eternity hangs in the balance.
  230. 15:30What matters downstream from that
  231. 15:33is that we have to make choices in time
  232. 15:34that will impact what society becomes.
  233. 15:38But we must never lose sight of the fact
  234. 15:40that my father's glory is our reason for engaging.
  235. 15:44And so we should not seek to accomplish a godly result,
  236. 15:48but using a sinful mechanism.
  237. 15:50Those things do not comport.
  238. 15:51God is concerned about the eternal matters.
  239. 15:55And the temporal are downstream from that.
  240. 16:01A discipleship minute with Joseph Parker,
  241. 16:04loved always gifts.
  242. 16:07and we're all called to a lifestyle of love.
  243. 16:10One of, if not the most loving things you and I can do
  244. 16:13is share the gospel with a world that desperately needs
  245. 16:16to hear it.
  246. 16:17So one of the ways whereby we live a life of love
  247. 16:20is living a life and a lifestyle of sharing the gospel
  248. 16:24as we go.
  249. 16:26So a part of walking in love,
  250. 16:27walking in the wisdom and the power of love
  251. 16:30is knowing that yes, if you're a believer,
  252. 16:32then it's your responsibility to be a bright and bold witness
  253. 16:36for the Lord Jesus Christ,
  254. 16:38sharing the gospel as the Holy Spirit directs us,
  255. 16:41sharing the gospel because that helps address
  256. 16:44the biggest need of the world.
  257. 16:47Every human being's greatest need
  258. 16:49is the need to know Jesus Christ.
  259. 16:51So one of the ways whereby we live a life of love
  260. 16:54is living a life and a lifestyle
  261. 16:56of sharing the gospel as we go.
  262. 17:05Shiting light into the darkness,
  263. 17:08this is the Hamilton Corner, an American family radio.
  264. 17:11Welcome back to the Hamilton Corner Abraham Hamilton the third here.
  265. 17:16So I alluded to this in the opening segment, but Planned Parenthood Gulf Coast.
  266. 17:23Obviously a subset of Planned Parenthood announced that it's closing.
  267. 17:28Two of its largest facilities.
  268. 17:30One was Planned Parenthood's physically largest facility and the largest baby
  269. 17:36murder mill in the world, 78,000 square feet.
  270. 17:38They announce that they are closing it.
  271. 17:47Planned Parenthood Gulf Coast is regional entity, runs six clinics in the Houston area.
  272. 17:53With these two closing, the remainders will be shuttled from the national organization
  273. 17:59to a Texas affiliate.
  274. 18:03This follows the announcement as I mentioned as well, that Planned Parenthood's Manhattan
  275. 18:09New York facility is close closing as well.
  276. 18:13They're trying to sell it.
  277. 18:14And I pull this one, I'm about to share with you
  278. 18:16from Planned Parenthood's own website.
  279. 18:19They said with the defunding from Medicaid,
  280. 18:24which was by the way, just affirmed,
  281. 18:26but in a different way.
  282. 18:28But with the defunding from Medicaid
  283. 18:31through the one big beautiful bill,
  284. 18:32Planned Parenthood is looking at closing potentially
  285. 18:34200 facilities across the country, 24 states.
  286. 18:38all 200 facilities across 24 states in the country.
  287. 18:45You also had the Supreme Court decision
  288. 18:47from the Medina versus Planned Parenthood South Atlantic
  289. 18:50that was just decided last month
  290. 18:52that said, oh, no, states can defund Planned Parenthood
  291. 18:55from Medicaid.
  292. 18:56So you have these things working at both ends.
  293. 18:59And I know there was a case today
  294. 19:01where you have a district court judge
  295. 19:04not wanting to necessarily follow the law.
  296. 19:06So this is great news for those who believe in the sanctity of human life is great news
  297. 19:17for our country, even if you don't believe in the sanctity of human life, that we can get
  298. 19:22the shedding of innocent blood reduced, minimized, and by God's grace ultimately eradicated.
  299. 19:29And I am rejoicing at this news, while at the same time, I'm also so reminded, because
  300. 19:38Because this is not the conclusion of the war on this front, this is a battle.
  301. 19:43While this is true at the exact same time, for example, the most recent statistics, Planned
  302. 19:48Parenthood showed an increase in the number of children that they'd murdered, and the
  303. 19:52most recent statistics, 400, 2,230 unborn babies were murdered from 2022 to 2023, which
  304. 20:02was up from the 392,715 the year prior.
  305. 20:08So how do we reconcile these two things?
  306. 20:12Well, one of them is the fact of, like I said earlier, this whole so-called abortion tourism,
  307. 20:20where it is unconscionable.
  308. 20:22And it's amazing that we understand this and the criminal law context.
  309. 20:27You're traveling across state lines for the purposes of murder, but when it comes to unborn
  310. 20:33children, we become conveniently ignorant.
  311. 20:35I'll never forget, and I did a show on this when she, I shall never be president's daughter was was rejoicing over
  312. 20:44the
  313. 20:45legally
  314. 20:47shielded
  315. 20:48ability to murder one's children and she said yeah look at the economic impact and it because I happened to have practiced law and
  316. 21:00prosecuted capital murder and homicides and things of the nature said wait a minute so the
  317. 21:07The legal definition, a state legal definition for a capital murder is a murder for a pecuniary
  318. 21:12benefit.
  319. 21:15So you eliminate a person's life for the profit that you seek for doing so.
  320. 21:23That's called murder for hire.
  321. 21:25So I'm saying nobody has a problem with this.
  322. 21:27So you think it's cool, you think it's sweet to say, Hey, look at all these babies we murdered.
  323. 21:32Hey, but glad we did.
  324. 21:33Look all the money we made as a result.
  325. 21:36like, wow. And you have the same thing happening now where you, oh, so, oh, you, so your state,
  326. 21:44you don't have a murder mill in your state. So you're going to take this show on the road,
  327. 21:49and you got people willing to profit from that. The point I want to make from this guys is
  328. 21:55that a culture of life is possible. There are things happening on the legislative front for
  329. 21:59which I am grateful. Thank God that the horrendous stain on our nation, that was the January 22nd,
  330. 22:071973 decision, Roe versus Wade, and it's a tended carnage, a
  331. 22:14tended carnage and Planned Parenthood versus Casey in 1992,
  332. 22:17that they have been forever overturned. But there's still
  333. 22:22work to be done. There's still work to be done. And it's
  334. 22:29going to require, again, thankful for things that are
  335. 22:32happening on the policy front. I'm thankful for legislation.
  336. 22:35I'm thankful for the Supreme Court action and jobs. But we
  337. 22:39cannot relent from praying and engaging our fellow citizens.
  338. 22:48You know, they're young people and I'm sad to say, you know,
  339. 22:51I'm on a board for youth organization in my hometown
  340. 22:55in the greater New Orleans area.
  341. 22:57And you have scores of young people.
  342. 23:01They have no value for marriage.
  343. 23:03If you know what I mean, you get married.
  344. 23:04Nah, I don't wanna get married.
  345. 23:07I don't know anybody around me who's married.
  346. 23:09There are scores of young people in our society
  347. 23:11who say things like that.
  348. 23:12Oh, nobody around me is married.
  349. 23:14Why would I gotta be married?
  350. 23:16Why would I need to be married?
  351. 23:18And I'm gonna cover a story later that just 2024,
  352. 23:21the statistics just came out that the US fertility rate
  353. 23:25has declined to its lowest ever in history.
  354. 23:31To where our fertility rate as a nation
  355. 23:33is careening below replacement.
  356. 23:38So what I'm saying is, man, we need people on the ground.
  357. 23:40We need people that are the hands and feet of Jesus.
  358. 23:45We need crisis resource centers.
  359. 23:48We need churches to support our crisis pregnancy resource
  360. 23:52centers.
  361. 23:53You guys know that the transition has happened in our country
  362. 23:57to where babies are no longer being murdered
  363. 23:59as at the rates that they were previously surgically.
  364. 24:02But you have these chemical baby murders taking place
  365. 24:07with the Mafrepyrstone and my subprostal,
  366. 24:09these pills that are being used.
  367. 24:11And even to date that are being sold across state lines
  368. 24:14violation of state law. I mean, federal law, I would add, but in addition to the things
  369. 24:21happening at the policy front, we need to see people hands and feet, flesh and blood, you
  370. 24:29know, arm yourself with the data, arm yourself with the research, live action, diminishing
  371. 24:34the Lila roads heads up has done an amazing job with these videos. You'll be surprised
  372. 24:40that many people have heard the concept of abortion only in a clinical and a political
  373. 24:44discourse. They have not seen what a D&C actually does. They have not witnessed what happens when
  374. 24:51you pour the chemicals inside the moms when you physically burn the child. They haven't seen these
  375. 24:59ultrasounds and sonograms where they're literally the babies are running from the murderous so-called
  376. 25:04doctors' forceps. And I say so-called, not because they don't have the expertise in medical studies,
  377. 25:10But the Hippocratic Oseus first do no harm.
  378. 25:13I don't understand how you could be a doctor,
  379. 25:15and yet you profit from intentionally terminating
  380. 25:18the life of an unborn child.
  381. 25:21That's harm, man.
  382. 25:23That's harm.
  383. 25:25And so when I see these things that are happening,
  384. 25:28the defunding that's happening,
  385. 25:30the murder mills that are shutting down,
  386. 25:33because they can no longer afford to operate as they have been.
  387. 25:37I'm encouraged by that.
  388. 25:39But at the exact same time,
  389. 25:42It's no time to be doing, you know, the, the shooters, Joe Johnson happy dance and trying to spike the ball and in addition to appealing, uh, having a having a culture where human life is valued.
  390. 25:59And the souls of these people hanging the balance, man.
  391. 26:06You can tell me what you want.
  392. 26:07You people try to tell me different things.
  393. 26:09Miss me with all that talk.
  394. 26:10I'm from the hood.
  395. 26:10You can't tell me, you know, had a guy one time to tell me, well, the child will be born in this horrendous circumstances.
  396. 26:18I'm saying, well, geez.
  397. 26:19You would rather a child be dead than to be poor.
  398. 26:23That's what you, that's the argument you wanna make.
  399. 26:25You would rather, you kill the baby
  400. 26:28than for the baby to have to grow through some struggles
  401. 26:30and some difficulties.
  402. 26:33You know, I'm grateful that my parents didn't think like that.
  403. 26:36I'm from the block.
  404. 26:40I, listen, I know what it's like when food stamps
  405. 26:42were real paper and you had the big faces on them.
  406. 26:45I know what that's like.
  407. 26:48Don't tell me that's better.
  408. 26:50It's better for a child to be killed.
  409. 26:54That's not better.
  410. 26:59So my purpose in saying that is to encourage vigilance, man.
  411. 27:04If you're in the stage of life,
  412. 27:05some of you listening to me,
  413. 27:06you're at the stage of life where you're retired.
  414. 27:08You can spend time, you can volunteer
  415. 27:10at your local pregnancy resource center.
  416. 27:12You can spend that time there.
  417. 27:13Some of you might be in churches,
  418. 27:14but we don't have those.
  419. 27:15You might be the one that need to start one.
  420. 27:18To start one right in your community.
  421. 27:23Accumulate goods and things.
  422. 27:25There's so many different things available,
  423. 27:27that are available.
  424. 27:28Some places give grants to pregnancy resource centers
  425. 27:31so they can not only help encourage moms to have the babies,
  426. 27:35but to help with tangible clothes and diapers and foods
  427. 27:38and things for the first several years of the child's lives,
  428. 27:42of the children's lives.
  429. 27:46We can establish a culture of life if we're willing to.
  430. 27:49That's what I'm saying.
  431. 27:50I know there are powerful forces, the liars in Hollywood.
  432. 27:53I know that, the liars in media,
  433. 27:55I know that the deceived celebrities,
  434. 27:58and we kind of have this idol worshiping,
  435. 28:00celebrity worshiping culture.
  436. 28:01But guess what?
  437. 28:02None of those things are bigger than the Lord, man.
  438. 28:04None of those things.
  439. 28:09So don't allow those big kind of broad considerations
  440. 28:12to intimidate you away from responding
  441. 28:14the way that God would have you respond.
  442. 28:17Let's be about our Father's business, man.
  443. 28:20Then you have this, talking about foolishness to your,
  444. 28:24a United States district court judge in Boston.
  445. 28:27Her name is Indira Tawani.
  446. 28:32Why do you look like that?
  447. 28:37Why the facial expression?
  448. 28:40Judge Judge Talwani.
  449. 28:42What's wrong, Bobby?
  450. 28:43I've got two weeks coming.
  451. 28:45Judge Talwani, Judge Endira Talwani.
  452. 28:50She decided that the efforts to defund a Planned Parenthood
  453. 28:56through the, in excluding them specifically
  454. 28:59from Medicaid reimbursements is unlawful.
  455. 29:04Now she's wrong and I expect her to be reversed.
  456. 29:08But this underschool is what I'm saying,
  457. 29:09the necessity of continuing to be vigilant.
  458. 29:11And it's remarkable that, you know, judge,
  459. 29:14Taiwanese, you hear all of these, oh, Donald Trump is going to be a tyrant.
  460. 29:19It's going to be a dictator.
  461. 29:21It's like, you have just like this that clearly just disregard legal precedent,
  462. 29:25just disregard what the lawful status is.
  463. 29:30Congress authorized Medicaid payments in the first place.
  464. 29:33You mean to tell me Congress can't change that through the one big, beautiful bill?
  465. 29:39And if you're wondering, here's my PSA.
  466. 29:40And if you wonder why schools have stopped teaching civics, this is why
  467. 29:45called
  468. 29:46Uh-huh you stupid and in this instance ignorant
  469. 29:49You know because there's a difference between stupidity and ignorance ignorance. It's just just don't know a lot of people just don't know
  470. 29:56I would say just how on a falls in another category
  471. 30:00Which shall remain unspoken at this moment, but it's just it's just remarkable. So literally June 26, 2025
  472. 30:07The United States Supreme Court, which, you know, last time I checked, you have the district
  473. 30:11court down here, am I right about to read, read, and the U.S. Supreme Court is up here,
  474. 30:17and Supreme Court breast at precedent is binding upon lower district courts.
  475. 30:21Isn't that interesting, Mr. Rosa?
  476. 30:25And the U.S. Supreme Court just ruled a Medina versus Planned Parenthood versus South Atlantic.
  477. 30:30That states, now, of course, I know the difference between state government and federal government,
  478. 30:34but go with me for a moment here.
  479. 30:37the US Supreme Court just ruled, hey, you know what,
  480. 30:39states can decide whether or not they want to allow,
  481. 30:45you know, entities that murder babies
  482. 30:47to receive taxpayer money in the form of reimbursements
  483. 30:50for their services, you see.
  484. 30:53The state of South Carolina in this instance
  485. 30:55of our application, every state in the union
  486. 30:57has a lawful authority to say that, hey,
  487. 30:59if your organization kills babies,
  488. 31:01then we don't want our taxpayers dollars going to you.
  489. 31:05So every state in the country can do it.
  490. 31:08How do you think that would affect the federal government's
  491. 31:11via its Congress' ability to do it?
  492. 31:16It's almost as if Judge Tawani completely is ignorant
  493. 31:20of the fact that the one big beautiful bill passed
  494. 31:22both houses of Congress and was signed by the president.
  495. 31:28Almost.
  496. 31:30Except that I don't think Judge Tawani is unaware
  497. 31:35that the one big beautiful bill was signed into law.
  498. 31:38I just think Judge Tawani is very similar
  499. 31:41to the Wisconsin State Judge,
  500. 31:42State Judge Hannah Dugan.
  501. 31:43Remember her?
  502. 31:45Judge Dugan had this thing about her.
  503. 31:47You know, she never met an illegal alien she didn't like.
  504. 31:52And she decided to put her entire career
  505. 31:54as a judge on the line,
  506. 31:56so that illegal alien could escape ICE detention.
  507. 32:01In contrary to many people who protest the phrase,
  508. 32:04there is a thing called activist judges.
  509. 32:08They're not content with calling balls
  510. 32:10strike like an umpire, they want to switch jerseys and get in the batter's box.
  511. 32:17And hey, badda badda badda badda swing. And I miss. So I expect just judge Taiwanese case will be reversed.
  512. 32:27If it's not reversed at the appellate circuit court level, the US Supreme Court is going to say,
  513. 32:31um, ma'am, judge ma'am, judge ma'am. And if the circuit court is wrong, circuit court,
  514. 32:38We've already decided on this issue in this manner.
  515. 32:44Now, if you want to try to split hairs and say,
  516. 32:46well, the federal government you see,
  517. 32:48because it's federal, it's different than the state government,
  518. 32:52to which the court is going to ultimately say,
  519. 32:54but it's Congress.
  520. 32:55The same Congress that set the precedent for Medicaid reimbursement
  521. 32:59is the same one who's now said,
  522. 33:01we don't want baby murderers getting taxpayer dollars.
  523. 33:04And oh, by the way, the policymakers recognize
  524. 33:08that the majority of American populace,
  525. 33:10Regardless of political persuasion, feels the same way.
  526. 33:13So if the policymakers have made that decision,
  527. 33:15and Congress is the branch that makes the law,
  528. 33:17you judge Taohani, don't get the opportunity
  529. 33:20to intrude upon the province of the separation of powers.
  530. 33:27You have been separated from this power
  531. 33:29to determine how Congress allows taxpayer money to be allocated.
  532. 33:35And it's just foolishness, man.
  533. 33:36It's just utter foolishness.
  534. 33:38But it underscores the necessity of continued vigilance on this front.
  535. 33:44We can have a culture of life.
  536. 33:46We simply must refuse to become weary in well-doing.
  537. 33:50We must press forward.
  538. 34:04The Hamilton Quarter Podcast and One-Minute Commentaries are available at AFR.net.
  539. 34:10Back to the Hamilton Quarter on American Family Radio.
  540. 34:14Welcome back to the Hamilton Corner, Abraham Hamilton III.
  541. 34:18I mentioned this in the very first segment. I'm gonna dig into it a little bit more, but over the weekend
  542. 34:24President Trump announced and not alone he announced in a press conference sitting
  543. 34:30alongside Ursula Van der Leyen who is the head of the European Union and
  544. 34:39They had a joint press conference
  545. 34:42To announce and I'm sorry. I mean this is dating myself whenever I hear Ursula
  546. 34:47I think Ariel, what's the name of the movie with you?
  547. 34:53The Mermaid and the Disney movie?
  548. 34:56Little Mermaid.
  549. 34:57Man, woo, woo, woo, what's going on up top?
  550. 35:00Hey, the little Mermaid, you know, Ursula.
  551. 35:05And y'all look at it and conclude for yourselves.
  552. 35:10But it looks to me like Ursula had consumed
  553. 35:14about a dozen prunes before going into this press conference.
  554. 35:17She doesn't look too excited
  555. 35:19as she sits next to President Trump's,
  556. 35:21listen to and watch clip number two
  557. 35:25as President Trump next to Ursula Van der Leyen
  558. 35:29announces they announced the trade deal
  559. 35:33that they both just signed clip number two go.
  560. 35:39It's the deal.
  561. 35:41It's a good deal for everybody, I believe.
  562. 35:45And it's, I think you were saying
  563. 35:48This is probably the biggest deal ever reached in any capacity, trade or beyond trade.
  564. 35:53It is.
  565. 35:54It's a giant deal with lots of countries because, as you know, Ursula represents a lot of countries,
  566. 36:00not one country.
  567. 36:01It's not easy for you.
  568. 36:04It's because it's a lot of very different countries, great countries, but some are strong with cars,
  569. 36:08some are strong with agriculture, some are strong with both, right?
  570. 36:12You have a lot of different factors.
  571. 36:15So we're going to do the following.
  572. 36:17The European Union is going to agree to purchase from the United States $750 billion worth
  573. 36:31of energy, $750 billion worth of energy.
  574. 36:37They are going to agree to invest into the United States $600 billion more than their
  575. 36:48investing already. So they're investing a large amount of money. You know what that amount of money
  576. 36:55is. It's very substantial. But they're going to invest an additional $600 billion. They're agreeing to
  577. 37:04open up their countries to trade at zero tariff. So that's a very big factor. Opening up their
  578. 37:14countries, all of the countries will be opened up to trade with the United States at zero
  579. 37:18tariff. And they're agreeing to purchase a vast amount of military equipment. We don't
  580. 37:25know what that number is, but it's the good news is we make the best military equipment
  581. 37:30in the world. So sort of you have to do that. I mean, tell somebody tops us which is not
  582. 37:34going to happen. We're way ahead of every other country in terms of the quality of the
  583. 37:39military equipment. You saw that recently in Iran and you see that. Unfortunately, you
  584. 37:45see that often for all the wrong reasons, right?
  585. 37:52So I'm sure the radio audience saw it. Some of the people in the live stream were saying
  586. 37:56there was no sound, but I'll walk through. Sorry about that, guys. What President Trump
  587. 38:04was announcing and even if you couldn't hear the video, you could see Ursula Van der
  588. 38:09line, y'all tell me did she look like she was rejoicing to be present? What is she
  589. 38:15look like? She had a few prunes. I mean, I'm sorry. When I saw like, ooh, Ursula looks
  590. 38:20not too excited. Well, what they announced together is that the European Union and
  591. 38:25there are 27 member countries of the EU. The European Union will purchase $750
  592. 38:31billion worth of energy. But here's the key. Over the next three years, $750
  593. 38:40billion dollars over the next three years. I'm not a mathematician, but I can carry the one
  594. 38:49every now and the end. So you're talking about $250 billion a year for the next three years.
  595. 38:53Then an investment of $600 billion in the US in addition to what they're already investing. So not
  596. 39:00continuing existing investments, but an additional $600 billion above what they're already investing
  597. 39:07in the United States of America. And this is when it gets even more interesting.
  598. 39:14Opening the European Union's member countries to tariff free American exports, including American automobiles.
  599. 39:27Guys, this has never happened to where American made automobiles will be able to be sold in the European Union member nations with zero tariffs.
  600. 39:44In addition to that, the European Union agrees to purchase, and President Trump said, a vast
  601. 39:53amount of American military equipment, the value of that purchase has not yet been stated.
  602. 40:01But if you recall, the, we just sold a bunch of military equipment to NATO, and President
  603. 40:12Trump said, hey, you know, if NATO wants to sell it to Ukraine, and you know, let them
  604. 40:17going with it. And in addition to that, not not in addition, in return, all of those things
  605. 40:29are what's coming into the US. In return, the US will impose a 15% import tariff on most
  606. 40:37European goods, which is half of what it would have been if they didn't reach a deal by August
  607. 40:431. And specifically, as it applies to European automotive exports, the current tariff on US,
  608. 40:50I'm sorry, on European automobiles imported into the United States of America is 27 and
  609. 40:56a half percent.
  610. 40:58So in exchange for all of those things, the US is going to get $750 billion of energy purchases
  611. 41:03over three years, an additional $600 billion in US investment, opening you EU member nations
  612. 41:13to tear free American exports.
  613. 41:16The European Union will enjoy a reduction of the current territory from 27 and a half
  614. 41:20percent to 15 percent on European automobiles that are sold in America.
  615. 41:29And that's it, y'all.
  616. 41:30Oh boy.
  617. 41:33Oh boy.
  618. 41:37That is a big deal.
  619. 41:44That is a big deal.
  620. 41:47So that is what they announced.
  621. 41:51I think there's a legitimate question as to, you know, why would the US want to sell
  622. 41:56our military equipment to other nations.
  623. 41:59And obviously I think, you know, I'm not the president,
  624. 42:03but let's just say hypothetically,
  625. 42:06we have this new missile system.
  626. 42:09Let's just call it missile system 2.0,
  627. 42:14which should be sold as probably not the 2.0s
  628. 42:17if y'all get my drift.
  629. 42:20It's one of the ways we can ensure military superiority
  630. 42:22is the stuff, if we're selling stuff, it's the old models.
  631. 42:25You got y'all get what I'm saying?
  632. 42:28All right, which I know and Bob you said that's the way we have been doing it which is what we anticipate now again
  633. 42:35I'm not presidents. I don't know what particular items I haven't gone through with the barcodes
  634. 42:40I haven't scanned the barcodes and see what is what's going on
  635. 42:44Guys that's kind of a big deal. That's a big deal
  636. 42:50The European Union has a $20 trillion economy
  637. 42:55now I I
  638. 42:57clearly have
  639. 42:59disagreements with a
  640. 43:01A lot of things they do over there.
  641. 43:03Like for example, in the UK, they're considering
  642. 43:06under car stormer, this is so sad.
  643. 43:11They can't protect their streets,
  644. 43:12but they're gonna develop a new, you know, police
  645. 43:17to scour the internet, specifically to look for commentary
  646. 43:21on the internet in England that is anti-immigrant.
  647. 43:24Like, y'all have anything better to do than that?
  648. 43:27And they say, we can, no, I can hear their access.
  649. 43:30We can do this and preserve our free speech.
  650. 43:33you can't, no you can't, no you can't. But that's a big deal. That is a big deal. This
  651. 43:46EU trade deal. Now, from what I understand that the process of the European Union, the
  652. 43:5327 other member states have opportunity to weigh in some of the other like the head of
  653. 43:58Italy and other nations are already saying that they are all for the deal. Many of them
  654. 44:03And we're afraid of the August 1 deadline.
  655. 44:07And this just underscores what we know to be true.
  656. 44:09And this is not a matter of chess pounding or just American braggadocio.
  657. 44:15But the truth is the world understands that the United States of America is the most robust
  658. 44:20consumer market in the world, in the world.
  659. 44:24So it reaffirms the reality that when you hold the big sticks, so to speak, in negotiating
  660. 44:35You don't have to go hat in hand around the world bowing to everybody else because the everybody else in the world wants what you have
  661. 44:42That's what I'm saying
  662. 44:44And so you have this yes, you have the tariff deadline that was that is Friday that was Friday with a European Union
  663. 44:51And it seems that Ursula and her prunes they just they're not used to having an American president. I'll say well
  664. 44:57Hey, listen, this is what it is if y'all if we don't get a deal by Friday then
  665. 45:02You guys are gonna have a harder time selling your European stuff in our country
  666. 45:06Y'all gonna pay more for it.
  667. 45:09And it just, it just, to me, it provokes the question, why haven't other presidents done
  668. 45:15that?
  669. 45:16Why haven't other leaders done that?
  670. 45:19You know, this is a statement and I know it's from a Trump administration official, but is
  671. 45:25this a truthful statement?
  672. 45:26Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnik says, quote, the European Union is going to open its $20
  673. 45:31trillion market and completely accept our auto and industrial standards for the first time
  674. 45:35ever, end quote.
  675. 45:37Is that a true statement?
  676. 45:38They're going to open their markets and completely accept our auto and industrial standards for
  677. 45:47the first time ever.
  678. 45:50If that is a true statement, why have another people done this?
  679. 45:56And the sad reality is that, man, we've had frankly too many globalists in positions of
  680. 46:00influence and authority in our nation.
  681. 46:06That's just the bottom line.
  682. 46:10Until the point that was, I mean, referring to earlier, England, they have their problems.
  683. 46:19They are creating an elite team of police officers to monitor social media for anti-migrant sentiment.
  684. 46:28Detectives will be drawn from forces across the country to take part of a new investigation
  685. 46:33unit with the aim of quote, maximizing social media intelligence.
  686. 46:42That's just, I guess they didn't hear when JV Vance gave that speech in Munich not too
  687. 46:52long ago when you know the UK and you got to remember they were a part of the
  688. 46:59European Union then you have Brexit that they had to vote how many times for it to
  689. 47:04take root three three times. Recount Brexit, recap but then they have car
  690. 47:14stormer in in Parliament and then function I should say in Parliament and
  691. 47:20then you have these things happening. On the trade deal front as I mentioned it
  692. 47:29Again, I think it's great for the United States of America.
  693. 47:32I'm thinking about how it will influence
  694. 47:35and benefit the American workers.
  695. 47:38But you know what?
  696. 47:41I can't help but think why haven't we done this before?
  697. 47:43Like, what are we doing?
  698. 47:46What are we doing?
  699. 47:48Is it that we just had so many people
  700. 47:51who are just so self-focused and self-interested
  701. 47:54that they were lining their own pockets?
  702. 47:56I mean, it's not lost on me that,
  703. 47:59you know, do a little research.
  704. 48:03George W. Bush had a little bit of money.
  705. 48:07Well, go back to Bill Clinton.
  706. 48:09Bill Clinton didn't have a whole lot of money.
  707. 48:12He becomes president.
  708. 48:14Ta-da, wealthy.
  709. 48:17George W. Bush's family is already relatively wealthy,
  710. 48:19but when he left office, he was more wealthy.
  711. 48:24Barack Hussein Obama didn't have two nickels
  712. 48:26were up together before he became president,
  713. 48:28but he leaves office wealthy.
  714. 48:33Donald Trump becomes president.
  715. 48:35He loses money.
  716. 48:38The only one in the last, the most recent presidents
  717. 48:41who lost money as a result of being president,
  718. 48:46who voluntarily donated his presidential salary,
  719. 48:49never took a penny from the salary
  720. 48:53that he rightfully earned as the president,
  721. 48:56never took a penny.
  722. 48:57And even now it's not taking a salary.
  723. 49:01It kinda makes you wonder, you know?
  724. 49:03Yet the whole media establishment,
  725. 49:06they don't have hardly anything to say now,
  726. 49:08negative about any of those other people
  727. 49:10Except for Donald Trump.
  728. 49:11Ain't that interesting?
  729. 49:13Couldn't stand George W. Bush while he's in office, but now he's out of office.
  730. 49:16They love him.
  731. 49:17I mean, all he did, he, you know, he fist pumps him with Michelle Obama.
  732. 49:21I mean, just, they just love him.
  733. 49:23I love him.
  734. 49:25You know?
  735. 49:27Couldn't stand Mittens Romney until he lost the presidency.
  736. 49:29Now they just love him.
  737. 49:32Trump's the only one of the recent presidents who lost money following his time in the old
  738. 49:35office.
  739. 49:39Isn't that interesting?
