20. 0:56This is Kennedy Green in the screening room as well, and we are ready to rock and roll
21. 1:02with today's edition of the program at this very moment, many of you, if not most of you
22. 1:08are making your transition from your part-time jobs where you generate an income to your full-time
23. 1:13jobs where you cultivate an outcome.
24. 1:15And as you do so, I want to remind you to do so with intentionality, understanding the
25. 1:20the primacy that God places on the family. In fact, you have the opportunities in your
26. 1:28homes as well as I do to participate in doing what I'm going to talk about a bit today, starting
27. 1:33in the second segment. But providing an affirmative vision for living via the disciple making
28. 1:43process that we have that expressed opportunity starting first and foremost through our homes
29. 1:49in our homes and working outwardly from there
30. 1:54to affirmatively evangelize first.
31. 1:59And I don't mean that in terms of a particular order,
32. 2:01but these components are necessary to evangelize,
33. 2:04to catechize, and ultimately to make disciples.
34. 2:08There's a reason why this is the commission
35. 2:11that God gave his children to make disciples.
36. 2:15The Great Commission is what proceeds,
37. 2:19if you will, what's commonly described as the cultural commission.
38. 2:24It is those who are made disciples who are tasked with making disciples of those and the
39. 2:31reasons where God has planted us.
40. 2:33And then the outworking of that discipleship is that, well, let me say it better, the outworking
41. 2:38of the cascading impact of the gospel, people being born again, regenerated by the power of
42. 2:45God by His Spirit, as Romans 1 16 says, that the Gospel is the power of God unto salvation.
43. 2:55It is the power of God unto salvation, and it is those who have born again who are made
44. 3:00disciples to where the entirety of the Lordship of Christ is brought to bear on the entirety
45. 3:06of life, all of Christ for all of life.
46. 3:10And then as we populate the region where God has planted us, the systems we create will
47. 3:17reflect our commitment and our convictional devotion to our
48. 3:23Creator. That is how and why Western civilization was able to
49. 3:29become the freest and most prosperous civilization in human
50. 3:33history, not because it was intrinsically great, but it
51. 3:37flowed downstream. It was the byproduct, if you will, of
52. 3:42Christ, being formed in people, then people endeavoring to love their neighbors as themselves
53. 3:51would create a sociological interactive touch point in order to live out the command of Jesus.
54. 4:00So as you are making your transition from your part time jobs to your full time jobs,
55. 4:05I want to encourage you to do so with intentionality and a part of that encouragement is what we're
56. 4:09going to talk about from God's holy word today. We're going to begin the program in Proverbs
57. 4:16chapter 29. Proverbs chapter 29, we'll start at verse 16, verses 16 and 18 is what I'm going
58. 4:26to focus on. The book of Proverbs once again is Wisdom Literature. You can plumb the depths
59. 4:31of individual proverbs. This is not like a narrative, hence my reference to verses 16 and 18.
60. 4:43There's so much wisdom in God's holy word. In the book of Proverbs, it's one of the most
61. 4:48potent examples of that reality. But Proverbs 29 verse 16 says this, and it's almost like,
62. 4:55duh, when you read it and hear it, it says this, when the wicked increase, Proverbs 29, 16 says this,
63. 5:01when the wicked increase, transgression increases. You see that? When the wicked increase, transgression
64. 5:11increases. But the righteous will look upon their downfall. Then look at verse 18. Where
65. 5:19there is no vision, where there is no prophetic vision, ESV says, the King James says where
66. 5:26there is no vision. The ENESB 95 says where there is no vision, the people cast off for
67. 5:32strength. The King James here says, well, there is no vision. The people perish. Other translations
68. 5:41say people lose control when there is no vision. But blessed is he who keeps the law.
69. 5:49This verse 16, which provides this obvious proverb that when the wicked increase,
70. 5:57This is, this is describing two concepts. When the wicked increase numerically, quantitatively,
71. 6:07when the, when the wicked multiply numerically and quantitatively guess what's going to happen.
72. 6:14This is why I've been saying over and over and over again, if we're talking about making
73. 6:20America great, we have to get clear biblical understanding of what it is that makes a nation
74. 6:25great because if we think a robust military in and of itself makes a nation great, if we
75. 6:33think a gross domestic product makes a nation great, if we think disposable income makes
76. 6:41a nation great, the scripture begs the different.

78. 6:47This is why I've said, guys, what do you expect to occur if we have an increasingly,
79. 6:51a taskicizing wicked populace.

81. 6:56will abide righteous government?
82. 6:58In a nation where the populace has the opportunity
83. 7:01to participate in the determination
84. 7:03as to who will be leaders?
85. 7:04What, the obvious answer should be no.

87. 7:12The Bible tells us plainly when the wicked increase,
88. 7:15transgression increases.
89. 7:18Why?
90. 7:19Because as the Apostle John tells us,
91. 7:21what John records Jesus teaching,
92. 7:23that men love darkness rather than light.
93. 7:28So if we truly want to have a great nation,
94. 7:30we should have a white, hot, passionate,
95. 7:33evangelistic endeavor,
96. 7:35endeavoring to populate our nation
97. 7:38would fellow Christ followers
98. 7:40who are then accompanied,
99. 7:43who accompany their regeneration
100. 7:45with discipleship formation.
101. 7:48I explained on this program before,
102. 7:50if you study our nation's history,
103. 7:52from the first great awakening
104. 7:53to the second great awakening,
105. 7:55The second Great Awakening was not accompanied by a robust disciple making effort.
106. 7:59As a result, many of the cults that exist today started following the second Great Awakening
107. 8:10when the wicked increase, transgression increases.
108. 8:15Then the scripture says, but the righteous will look upon their downfall.
109. 8:18Now, I don't want you to go anywhere beyond the scripture.
110. 8:21The scripture is saying that the righteous will witness their downfall and be able to
111. 8:26to identify the cause and the reasoning for that downfall.
112. 8:34This is not saying the righteous will be able to
113. 8:36pompously and piously and grin about the downfall,
114. 8:41but the righteous will witness it,
115. 8:43but this is a part of the problem.
116. 8:45When we conflate sociopolitical activity and engagement
117. 8:49with Christ following, we have the capacity
118. 8:52to have our discernment blunted,
119. 8:54to where we can think because of certain things happening
120. 8:58with political elections that therefore means it is synonymous
121. 9:04with a spiritual revival taking place.

123. 9:07Now I'm not saying that is not or it is or not.
124. 9:09I want you to notice that those things are not synonymous.
125. 9:12That's what I want us to understand.

127. 9:19You have lots of people in our country
128. 9:21who just saw the insanity of things like she or she'll never
129. 9:24be president to remix.
130. 9:26You're like, no, I don't want that.
131. 9:27But that doesn't automatically mean that these people
132. 9:30are born again. It doesn't automatically mean that these people have been
133. 9:33discipled. It could be something en route to that, but then it automatically mean
134. 9:37that. All right. Then what shall we say about the, the, the percentage of our
135. 9:44country that wanted to have she or she'll never be present at the remix. What does
136. 9:50that say about our nation? This is why as believers, we cannot afford to allow
137. 9:57ourselves to be reduced to what I've described before as political gang banging.
138. 10:01Christ's following compels that we love our neighbors as ourselves,
139. 10:08which flows from us loving the Lord with all that we are.
140. 10:11Then look at verse 18.
141. 10:17And I want to spend some time on this today.
142. 10:19Verse 18 then goes on to say,
143. 10:21where there is no vision, where there is no vision,
144. 10:24the people perish, as the King James says.
145. 10:28The ESV says the people cast off restraint.
146. 10:31The NESB says the people cast off restraint,
147. 10:36or the people are out of control.
148. 10:38out the control is not like some humanistic mechanism. It is literally explaining that the people
149. 10:45who, the people normalize operating in contravention to God's standards. And that is the product of a lack
150. 10:56of vision. The greatest and most enduring need in our nation is gospel proclamation and disciples
151. 11:06being made. That's the greatest and most enduring need. I've told you guys my stories many, many,
152. 11:11many, many, many, many, many times.
153. 11:14You know, the first time I heard the word conservative,
154. 11:16it was lobbed at me as an insult.
155. 11:18Ave you are a conservative.
156. 11:19I didn't know what the word meant.
157. 11:21And all I could say in response to the person at that time
158. 11:24was, well, you can call me whatever name you wanna call me.
159. 11:27But what I know is that Jesus has saved me.
160. 11:32And as a result of having been saved, the thing,
161. 11:35the free gift that I could never have secured for myself,
162. 11:37Jesus has secured for me.
163. 11:39And in light of being saved, I now am committed
164. 11:42to endeavoring to live with every ounce of my strength going forward in submission to God's
165. 11:47holy word.
166. 11:57I understand what it's like to live.
167. 12:00I live in our nation and to see what's going on, to have a biblical worldview and to be able
168. 12:06to identify the things that are problematic and merely want to respond to the issues in
169. 12:14a political manner.
170. 12:15But brothers and sisters, let me tell you the issues that we're facing in our nation, they're
171. 12:19at the root, their spiritual at the root, they are.
172. 12:26What we are reeling from largely is multiple generations
173. 12:31who have suffered the deprivation
174. 12:34of robust disciple making.
175. 12:40And I know it's sometimes hard to look at ourselves in this,
176. 12:47but as I said before, and I'm right there with you,
177. 12:49understand, and look at the young people in our nation,
178. 12:52Look at what's happening, you know, and I say it again,
179. 12:56all of the young people in our nation come from somewhere.
180. 12:59They come from somewhere.
181. 13:02I can't tell you how many times I've been places
182. 13:04and people have told me, you know,
183. 13:05hey, if I thought all I needed to do was to bring my children
184. 13:08to church, I thought that was the,
185. 13:09that was what I was supposed to do.
186. 13:10That's what I was taught to do, just bring them to the building.
187. 13:13That's why people still to this day, and it still,
188. 13:15it amazes me that it's still as prevalent,
189. 13:17still to this day when I go places
190. 13:18and I minister to different places and I say,
191. 13:20you do realize that it's not the church's responsibility
192. 13:23to make disciples of your children.
193. 13:25You should hear the audible gasps that I hear.
194. 13:30It's not the youth pastors responsibility
195. 13:31to make disciples of your children.
196. 13:34Not according to the scripture.
197. 13:37I'm not saying they can't help,
198. 13:38but their roles at best are secondary and supplementary
199. 13:41to the parents' roles and responsibilities.
200. 13:45How many times have we discussed
201. 13:46Ephesians 6, fathers do not exass for your children,
202. 13:50rather rear them in the Pidea and the Nuthisia of the Lord,
203. 13:53in the nurture and admonition of the Lord.
204. 13:55We fathers are ultimately responsible for this.
205. 13:58Pidea, the word pidea literally means the whole training
206. 14:02of the mind and the morals.
207. 14:03That is what we are supposed to be doing.
208. 14:06The church has a role in secondary and supplementary.
209. 14:08The church is the equipped the saints
210. 14:10with the work of the ministry.
211. 14:11The church's role is equip parents
212. 14:14to do the work of the ministry.
213. 14:18But so often that is not understood.
214. 14:20And what we're reeling from currently
215. 14:23is generations of disciples not being made first and foremost
216. 14:29in and through the homes, but outsourcing that phenomenon and what's been going on by and
217. 14:34large, the most primary and most robust disciple making system in our country has been the government
218. 14:40education system.
219. 14:42And Jesus told us that a student when fully trained, they would be like their teachers.
220. 14:49The fear of the Lord has been intentionally excluded from the government indoctrination
221. 14:53system.
222. 14:54No wonder the fear of the Lord seems to have been removed from our body politic, generally
223. 14:58speaking.

226. 15:07Anoint every dad, every mom.
227. 15:09Anoint every granddad, every grandmom with the wisdom
228. 15:12to know that there's so much we can do to bless and encourage

230. 15:19of God out loud daily, but also as we teach and train them
231. 15:23with the wisdom that draws straight from your word.
232. 15:26Help us to be wise enough to turn off all the electronic gadgets
233. 15:30and all the things, the cell phones and everything else,
234. 15:33it helps us to be wise enough to open your word
235. 15:36with our children and allow them to read the word
236. 15:39and talk about the wisdom and the counsel,
237. 15:42the grace that's found there,
238. 15:44that they can learn to walk in the light
239. 15:46of the wisdom and the power of your word.
240. 15:49There's nothing our children need
241. 15:51more than your precious, powerful word.

246. 16:17Dating back to when, you know, I guess I would say since Bernie Sanders ran for the presidency
247. 16:24and then they maneuvered to have Shia Shandevah be president to receive the Democrat nomination
248. 16:32for the presidency since then, there's been a consistent march with the coming out party,
249. 16:39if you will, of the self-described socialists.
250. 16:43Following Bernie Sanders, you had AOC and the Squad in Congress, and now you have the New
251. 16:52York City Islam-unist, Zorn Momdani, and now DSA candidates are running for office in elections
252. 16:59in winning and things in some places.
253. 17:02And I understand that the DSA message is not effective all over the country, but it shouldn't
254. 17:12be effective anywhere.
255. 17:15It shouldn't be appealing, I should say, not effective but appealing to people anywhere.
256. 17:21But what's largely, what is happening largely is the environment in our nation has been
257. 17:28made ripe for the deception and the carnal appeal of Marxism because there's been a dearth in
258. 17:43the substantive capacity to reject that insane ideology.
259. 17:49Right about now, most of the appeal of the Marxist message, and that's what it is, you
260. 17:57know, you try to call it democratic socialism of America because they recognize if they
261. 18:04put the word democratic in front of it, it makes some people who, I'll just say it this
262. 18:09way, who do not have the internal substantive capacity to rebuff the deceptive messaging.
263. 18:18It appeals to them because it makes them feel, yes, it's still democratic.
264. 18:23Even though we have examples from recent history like Venezuela who voted in their socialism
265. 18:30and they now regret it.
266. 18:33But you have the dumbing down of our nation intentionally
267. 18:36because you cannot tell me that we don't have the wherewithal
268. 18:40to recognize that we spend trillions of dollars
269. 18:43on a system of instruction that we call education.
270. 18:46While simultaneously, the demonstrable capacity
271. 18:51that should be reflective of said education
272. 18:53is going in the opposite directions,
273. 18:56the things like math scores, math readiness for higher levels of mathematics, reading
274. 19:03comprehension, reading ability, reading at various levels of things of that nature.
275. 19:07We see those capacities diminishing significantly yet we keep spending the money.
276. 19:13At some point we have to realize we're getting what we're paying for.

279. 19:27So what is it that we're paying for?
280. 19:30We're paying to have a society that is so dumb down to where the message of the Islamianists
281. 19:40and the DSA would appeal to them.

284. 19:56not enough to denounce Marxism. We must convey and pursue an affirmative vision for our nation,
285. 20:08some of us because we are aware of the utter carnage that follows from Marxism. For many
286. 20:15of us, it is enough. But I'm saying in order to reach beyond our immediate spheres of influence,
287. 20:26In order to have a broader appeal, we have to have an affirmative vision for the nation
288. 20:34conveyed.
289. 20:35And once again, this is why we cannot and should not limit this to, you know, partisans
290. 20:43and political rhetoric and opportunities because this is what the takeaway is for, you know,
291. 20:53Joe John Doe and Jane Doe in everyday America.
292. 21:01The hominess and the DSA and the messages are wrong to which their response is, okay, well,
293. 21:06what do you offer?
294. 21:07You see what I'm saying?

297. 21:12And this is why, frankly, it's been so horrible to see the with the Hegelian dialectical process
298. 21:22being employed, um, where the GOP runs to reoccupy the space most vacantly re most most
299. 21:30recently vacated by the Democrat party and you just get this dumb down and obviously I
300. 21:34know they're, they're, they're completely different, but they're not different in this
301. 21:39sense.
302. 21:40There is a concerted effort amongst the GOP to establish a godless so-called conservatism
303. 21:46to which I would simply say you cannot have conservatism if it is godless.

309. 22:02Like on Sunday, many of you saw an interview that Shannon Bream did with Megan Roemer, I
310. 22:09believe was her name, who was a co-chair for the Democrat Socialists of America.

312. 22:14And they're just running through a tick sheet of ideas, you know?
313. 22:18I told you that the, the DSA, the democratic socialist of America had their political platform
314. 22:25meeting where they adopted as one of the place of their platform, the abolition of the office
315. 22:30of the presidency and the U S Supreme court completely to get rid of them.
316. 22:34And instead of having a, a presidency and a supreme court, we, we just go have Congress
317. 22:40and then Congress will appoint a body that does both the jobs of the presidency and the
318. 22:46Supreme Court in one bureaucracy.
319. 22:53Now these are some of the same people that have been saying, oh, watch out President
320. 22:56Trump is going to end the separation of powers.
321. 22:59Then a democratic sources of America's be like, and show your right, you know, the new
322. 23:09craft associates of the magazine show your right.
323. 23:11And this is how we need to do it.
324. 23:14They stayed out loud in public and y'all can go look this up for yourself.

357. 25:08But what I am saying, there was a time when the scripture was more centrally focused in
358. 25:13the daily lives of the American citizenry than it is now.
359. 25:17And there's been a concerted effort to exclude the knowledge of God from the formation of
360. 25:21our fellow countrymen over time.

362. 25:26In order for there to be, you know, Madeleine Murray O'Hara fighting to get the Bible out
363. 25:31of schools, they had to be in time where the Bibles were there.
364. 25:33Y'all get what I'm saying?
365. 25:35In order for there to be a time where the Supreme Court rules that you can no longer have a prayer
366. 25:39in school by administration officials and by teachers, there had to be a time where they
367. 25:43were there.
368. 25:44All right?
369. 25:45Now, you guys know that I think one of the greatest travesties that has been following our nation
370. 25:50was the formation of the government indoctrination system.
371. 26:02That was an aberration from what transpired previously.
372. 26:12But one of the major reasons why the DSA is growing in popularity, primarily amongst younger
373. 26:19people, is because they have been discipled to embrace the ideas and messages of the DSA
374. 26:25in the indoctrination system.
375. 26:33And there, there must be the presentation of an affirmative vision for our nation.
376. 26:42Guys, this is why Charlie Kirk was so effective.
377. 26:46And if you followed him and to be candid, I did not know him personally.
378. 26:55I was invited to do some things early on and my concern early on with Turning Point USA
379. 27:00was that their prescription for the solution was a bit off.
380. 27:06But if you watched Charlie Kirk's trajectory, he started out by thinking all I was needed
381. 27:11was libertarian economics.
382. 27:16He thought the Mises principles would be what would happen.
383. 27:20And then he moved forward from there and said, oh no, no, no, what's necessary is there needs
384. 27:26to be a more clear communication concerning worldviews and ideologies.
385. 27:31Then he realized, and this is not my opinion.
386. 27:33You can find he did an interview explaining this.
387. 27:35Then he realized, no, no, that's not going to be enough to get us where we need to go as
388. 27:37a country.
389. 27:40He realized, no, no, no, no, what needs to happen is there needs to be more proclamation of the
390. 27:43gospel.

392. 27:49We need to return to God's design for the family.
393. 27:57And what was so profound, I think He demonstrated that the presentation of an affirmative vision
394. 28:03for our nation is far more attractive than merely identifying the ills of our nation.
395. 28:10You watch some of his videos you can tell, some of the people that he was conversing
396. 28:13with had never heard many of the ideas he was presenting.
397. 28:16They never heard it and the reason why I'm pointing Charlie Kirk out because for so long people thought whoa these young people
398. 28:24That just it's a lost cause we can't appeal to them to which I said no no it's not a lost cause
399. 28:29We intuitively know that darkness is not an affirmative force
400. 28:33And y'all heard me say numerous times
401. 28:35That's why we don't go home at the end of a long work there say honey
402. 28:37Would you turn the darkness off? We know darkness is not an affirmative force
403. 28:40It merely reoccupies the space that is vacated by the light then how are we to address the darkness?

406. 28:50And this is where the hard work comes in because the light has to be turned on person by person,
407. 28:57person by person, person by person.
408. 29:01One of the things that many people, including, you know, many pundits on the so-called political
409. 29:07right, they lauded Charlie Kirk Ford because he was willing to do what many of them were
410. 29:11not willing to do, which is go onto these college campuses and engage these people in
411. 29:17a transmission of ideas.
412. 29:20It would often occur is that as the ideas are being transmitted and much of the conversation
413. 29:25was more for the people around the two people on the microphones than they were for the
414. 29:29people on the microphones was that, you know what, when you cross-examine these ideas, you
415. 29:34recognize that these DSA type ideas cannot withstand scrutiny, which is why, guys, wherever
416. 29:41you find Marxist, you find censorship.

418. 29:47You find knight of the long knives.
419. 29:48You know why?
420. 29:49Because they cannot abide across examination of their ideas.
421. 29:59It's not enough to point out the lunacy, the insanity, the evil, and the failures of a Marxist

431. 31:02Because our Constitution is only effective for a wholly religious and moral people.

434. 31:16Why is it inadequate?
435. 31:18Because when you let unregenerate Adam, you give unregenerate Adam access to a constitutional
436. 31:28Republic with democratic features, it's only a matter of time until unregenerate Adam destroys
437. 31:34it via fundamental transformation of it into something else.
438. 31:40This is why George Washington said that religion and morality are indispensable supports, indispensable
439. 31:47supports.
440. 31:50This is why I believe you saw the latter part of Charlie Kurt's life.
441. 31:55He committed himself to proclaiming the gospel.
442. 31:57He was asked, what did he want to be known for?

451. 32:31Government is not a sociopolitical disposition.
452. 32:34It's a fruit of the Spirit and it is called self-control.
453. 32:40It is something that is produced as a result of the Holy Spirit's residents.
454. 32:44It does not come by external stimulation, for monetary gain or other things like that.
455. 32:50We must have an affirmative vision for our nation presented and that vision must come from
456. 32:54the Scriptures.

483. 34:53dude's diary entries as well. Did you see the Bible? Did you see the one when he was saying
484. 34:57that Julia Roberts had the hots for him.
485. 34:59It's sickening to read just how gleeful he was about being in the media during the Schmovit
486. 35:12response.

489. 35:18I'm like, in the midst of the the the pandemic, this man is posing for in style magazine with
490. 35:24his blue blocker shades on.

492. 35:30In addition to the lying, you know, early on he was saying that, yeah, the schmovid is not
493. 35:35as bad as it was.
494. 35:36And then we already had email evidence that showed that he admitted that it wasn't a wet-market
495. 35:42phenomenon.
496. 35:43Well, during his hearing today, Anthony Fauci played the fifth over a hundred times.
497. 35:50Yeah.
498. 35:51Now, I just want to explain something to you legally that most of you understand, I should
499. 35:58say many of you understand, but just in case you don't understand this, uh, Mr. Ice cream
500. 36:04man, what is auto pin gave Anthony Fauci abroad non specific pardon, right? Anything you've
501. 36:13done over this time period is, is done. You know, it cannot be criminally prosecuted for
502. 36:19that. The fifth amendment to our U S constitution grants to the invoker, the privilege against
503. 36:26self-incrimination, which means that a person cannot be compelled to divulge testimony that
504. 36:34could result in their criminal prosecution and conviction.
505. 36:39So when the Fifth Amendment is invoked, the statement is that what is being said is that
506. 36:46thankfully, because of our Fifth Amendment, I cannot be compelled to offer verbal testimony
507. 36:52that could be used to prosecute me criminally.
508. 36:55All right?
509. 36:56So when Anthony Fauci invokes the Fifth Amendment
510. 36:58over a hundred times,
511. 36:59here's what he's actually saying.
512. 37:02Because anything he did that is covered
513. 37:04by the auto-pin pardon
514. 37:06is something that he cannot be criminally prosecuted for.
515. 37:10Which means that there is no Fifth Amendment privilege
516. 37:12against anything related to that information
517. 37:15because you cannot be prosecuted for it because of the pardon.
518. 37:20So when Fauci invokes the Fifth Amendment,
519. 37:22He's saying this, I am not going to offer a verbal answer in this hearing because these are
520. 37:31the two primary outcomes. Either my answer to you now will contradict what I said to you previously,
521. 37:40and that contradiction would mean that I either lied to you previously in which my divulging now
522. 37:49would completely eviscerate my legacy. Or it means I would have to lie to you now,
523. 37:56which would be a new crime of lying under oath. Y'all follow me? Did that make sense?
524. 38:03Did I confuse everybody? By invoking the Fifth Amendment, he's saying, because I previously
525. 38:08testified under oath, I'm not going to say anything now because if I say something that
526. 38:14contradicts what I said previously, and what I said previously was a lie, but this is the truth that
527. 38:22that I'm saying to you today, then what I'm saying to you today will completely
528. 38:26eviscerate my previous lies for which I cannot be prosecuted. Or if I say today,
529. 38:36what I said to you previously under oath and what I said to you previously was a
530. 38:41lie. And if I repeat the lie today, it will be a new instance of lying under
531. 38:46oath for which I can be criminally prosecuted now. Yeah, yeah, yeah, still
532. 38:53Yeah, is there a Fifth Amendment for you, Dr. Fauci? No, no, there's not. In other words,
533. 39:03for all American people, he's using legalese to admit that he's a liar. That's what he's
534. 39:08telling you. That's what he's telling you. By evoking the Fifth Amendment, he's attempting
535. 39:13to protect himself against the prospect of either eviscerating his entire legacy or
536. 39:19being prosecuted afresh. Then here's the other thing. He's even willing to be risked being
537. 39:25held in contempt of Congress, which in and of itself could come with a one full year in
538. 39:30prison for not complying with the parameters and the parietal requirements of his subpoena,
539. 39:35for which Rand Paul said, I'm going to play the audio for you in a moment, they said that
540. 39:39the committee is going to meet next week to vote whether or not it's whether he'll be
541. 39:42held in contempt.
542. 39:43So by invoking the Fifth Amendment with his lawyers' consultation, we had over half dozen
543. 39:48lawyers in the hearing room with him today that he is willing to risk and face one year
544. 39:53in prison to protect his lies.
545. 39:57I think that's something.
546. 40:01Purdue will be up to five years, contempt of Congress could be up to a year.
547. 40:04I think it was Bannon was in prison for contempt of Congress.
548. 40:15That's where we are, folks.
549. 40:16I want to give you a flavor of the hearings.
550. 40:19I know some of you have gotten answers and seen some of this.
551. 40:26I want to give you a flavor from what happened today.
552. 40:32And Rand Paul came out swinging from the very beginning.
553. 40:35He came up from the very beginning and explained to Fauci that the loss of trust will be his
554. 40:43enduring legacy if he refuses to correct the record.

556. 40:48You read it.
557. 40:49The committee asked for your voluntary cooperation to come today.
558. 40:53Your appearance had to be compelled by subpoena.
559. 40:57You're here today under duress.
560. 40:58You're here today because of the court ordering it.
561. 41:02Biden issued a sweeping pardon, extending back to 2014, the same pardon he gave to his son, Hunter.
562. 41:10A pardon may protect a person from criminal prosecution, doesn't rewrite history.
563. 41:16It does not erase documents. It does not convert a misleading statement into a truthful one.
564. 41:21And it does not prevent Congress from establishing what happened. There will be another pandemic,
565. 41:26there will be another crisis. And there will again be officials who insist that uncertainty
566. 41:31He must be hidden for the public's own good.
567. 41:34They will demand obedience.
568. 41:36They will invoke science.
569. 41:38I am the science, as though it were a commandment.
570. 41:41They will argue that government officials cannot be questioned because questioning them
571. 41:44would undermine public trust.
572. 41:47They have it backwards.
573. 41:49It is secrecy that destroys trust.
574. 41:51It is arrogance that destroys trust.
575. 41:54It is censorship that destroys trust, and it is the refusal to admit error that destroys
576. 42:00trust.
577. 42:01That loss of trust may be your most damaging legacy.
578. 42:05Trust can't be ordered.
579. 42:06It has to be earned.
580. 42:08Scientists is above scrutiny.
581. 42:10No government officials beyond accountability.
582. 42:14And no public servant has the right to treat the suffering of millions of Americans as a
583. 42:18footnote to his preferred version of history.
584. 42:24He spat on.
585. 42:25And you know, this is gut wrenching to watch.

587. 42:37The absurdity of Anthony Fauci pleading the Fifth Amendment was demonstrated in one line
588. 42:43of questioning by Senator Josh Howley.
589. 42:47I mean, Josh Howley is clearly asking questions to Dr. Fauci that would not implicate any types
590. 42:54of criminality for which the Fifth Amendment should be invoked.

614. 44:47It's against the law to obstruct an investigation of Congress. There will be repercussions to your
615. 44:53refusal to testify today. Senator Peters, you're not recognized. You're not recognized. If you
616. 45:07are unruly, you will be removed from the proceeding. You are not you are not recognized. And you
617. 45:13You are not recognized, sir.

659. 46:56lawyer there to tell all kinds of lies, all kinds of pews, all kinds of arguments, so he

662. 47:04These are stupid games because frankly he's not remorseful.

690. 48:54debacle. How many people were denied things like Ezitro Mysen, the Z-Pac, because of his pushing
691. 49:03Remdesivir. How many people? Yet this is how he responds to an opportunity to apologize to the
692. 49:16American people, to be transparent with the American people, to aid us by putting us in a
693. 49:21position to where we won't have a repeat of this should another circumstance like the
694. 49:28pandemic develop. How many people would deny that I've remecked him because of Frauichi?
