  4. 0:20It should be uncomfortable for a believer to live as a hypocrite.
  5. 0:24Delivery people out of the bondage of mainstream media.
  6. 0:27And the philosophies of this world.
  7. 0:29God has called you and me to be His ambassador.
  8. 0:33in this dark moment. Let's not miss our moment. And now the Hamilton Corner. Good evening everybody.
  9. 0:43Welcome to the Hamilton Corner. My name is Abraham Hamilton the third. Glad to be back in studio.
  10. 0:48I had a plumbing issue at my house yesterday that kept me from coming getting on the air
  11. 0:57live. But thankfully, we were able to resolve that issue. And so I'm back with you. This very
  12. 1:04moment. I am joined. Abraham Hamilton the third is my name. I'm joined by the corner contingent
  13. 1:10right across from me. Our friendly neighborhood would a holic. Mr. Marty Sparks is lighting up the
  14. 1:14dark from behind the board today. Ladies and gentlemen and in the screening room we have produced
  15. 1:20extraordinary never often imitated but never duplicated. The real Jay Mac ladies and gentlemen
  16. 1:27often duplicated but rarely imitated. I don't know that CRISPR technology that they're using
  17. 1:34in China they try to have J. Max and we're not talking about laptop computers.
  18. 1:41But we are ready to rock and roll with today's edition of the program on this day after
  19. 1:49off-year elections across the country, New York City, New York City, Zip It Cookie,
  20. 1:56Virginia, New Jersey, you had we had some elections in Arizona and different places. But we are
  21. 2:07at an interesting juncture in American history, ladies and gentlemen, a very interesting juncture.
  22. 2:13While those things are transpiring on electoral front, we are in what day 36, we are now in the
  23. 2:19longest government shutdown in American history, the longest. Very interesting. I have much to say
  24. 2:28about all of those things.
  25. 2:30But before we do any of that,
  26. 2:31you all know we must go to the Word of God.
  27. 2:34And I will tell you this on the outset of this program,
  28. 2:41while the electoral results across the country
  29. 2:44were disappointing in many ways yesterday.
  30. 2:46There are some bright spots,
  31. 2:47but generally disappointing.
  32. 2:50I am still hopeful because God remains on the throne.
  33. 2:53And we have not reached a place to where,
  34. 2:57For example, the people are in England and the United Kingdom.
  35. 3:02I don't think they have the wherewithal to do anything
  36. 3:04electorally in their nation because of how far gone they are currently.
  37. 3:10If we are wise and diligent and if God is gracious to us, we can make a turn.
  38. 3:18But we must be, as I said, wise and diligent, vigilant even with an urgency to accomplish
  39. 3:26what God has called us to.
  40. 3:28are things that we can do electorally about, but what we should recognize, what we should
  41. 3:33recognize is that we do all of the canvassing, all the preparations you want to do electorally.
  42. 3:40But if we are not proclaiming the gospel and making disciples, we are missing the boat.
  43. 3:46We are missing the boat.
  44. 3:48There have been lots of people talking about, well, younger people are frustrated with the
  45. 3:52communication of values from their, from previous generations and those things are no longer
  46. 3:56working.
  47. 3:58not that the values are no longer working. The reality is the Bible told us the way the transgressors
  48. 4:03are when we reject God's ways, we do so to our own detriment. We do so to our own detriment.
  49. 4:10We're not going to get too far into this right now, but there's been a lot of people talking about
  50. 4:13how people are no longer getting married and things of that nature. But there's no shortage of fornication.
  51. 4:19People want the benefits of matrimony, but they don't want to pursue matrimony.
  52. 4:24Why is that? We'll have some things to say later on this week,
  53. 4:27because we're not in previous generations, many of the younger people, millennials, and Gen Z,
  54. 4:37most of them, today most of them come from broken homes, most of them, statistically.
  55. 4:44I don't mean that as a majority, I mean statistically. So when we're talking about,
  56. 4:49you know, as is common described as family values, well, what is that? How does that resonate with
  57. 4:55people who all they've seen is brokenness according to what the Bible says.
  58. 5:00So we're going to get into that.
  59. 5:03But before we do any of that, I want to remind you what goes on in your house is far more
  60. 5:08important than what goes on in the White House.
  61. 5:10Far more important.
  62. 5:11And we have the opportunity right where we are to be the hands and feet of Jesus and
  63. 5:17work outwardly from there.
  64. 5:19And we will not get to where we need to be by turning away from God's word.
  65. 5:24We must return to the truth and the authority of God's word, humble ourselves and submit
  66. 5:29to him and put into practice what he has instructed to us, instructed for us.
  67. 5:34To the word of God we go.
  68. 5:36Ezekiel chapter 18, Ezekiel chapter 18, verses 30 through 32, I want to present to you for
  69. 5:44your consideration and I'll tell you why I want to do so.
  70. 5:49And this is a source of scripture that gives me great hope and I'm going to explain why.
  71. 5:54of all, I want to remind you that Ezekiel is the priest whom God transitioned into prophetic
  72. 5:59ministry during the Babylonian exile of the Southern Kingdom of Judah. Judah is in exile.
  73. 6:07Ezekiel is in Babylon when God calls in to be a prophet. He begins his prophetic ministry
  74. 6:12in Babylon at about 593, 592 BC. Remember BC you count down to zero. Alright? And it is
  75. 6:21is while the Jews are exiled experiencing judgment
  76. 6:26as prophesied from Deuteronomy 28
  77. 6:29and from many, many prophets between Deuteronomy 28
  78. 6:32and Ezekiel 18.
  79. 6:33But I want you to notice something
  80. 6:35that even in the context of exile,
  81. 6:40while they are suffering under Babylonian oppression,
  82. 6:47God calls his people to his grace through repentance.
  83. 6:53through repentance. Check this out. Ezekiel chapter 18, verses 30 through 32.
  84. 6:57Therefore, verse 30, I will judge you a house of Israel, each, each according to his conduct
  85. 7:04declares the Lord. Repent and turn away from all your transgressions so that iniquity may not become
  86. 7:14a stumbling block for you, a stumbling block to you. Cast away from you all your transgressions,
  87. 7:22which you have committed, which you have committed and make yourselves a new heart and a new spirit
  88. 7:33for why will you die your house of Israel? For I have no pleasure in the death of anyone who dies
  89. 7:39declares the Lord. Therefore repent and live. I want you to ponder this guys. Here you have
  90. 7:48have Yahweh conveying through his prophet Ezekiel to the Jewish people who are in exile in Babylon.
  91. 8:02Nevertheless, God appeals to his people saying, though you are in this circumstance, though
  92. 8:10you are in this context, I am nevertheless calling you to repentance, put away from you,
  93. 8:17transgressions. And he says it, the transgressions that you have committed. He's not missing words,
  94. 8:24he's not acting as if, well, you know, we'll act like nothing has gone wrong,
  95. 8:28which is very, very important for us to come face to face with. We cannot act as if nothing has
  96. 8:34gone wrong in the United States of America. We cannot act as if God has not blessed us in this current
  97. 8:40context in the 21st century as the inheritors of the greatest nation and the history of the world.
  98. 8:50And what have we done with it? He's blessed us with material wealth,
  99. 8:55unknown in generations prior and in nations prior. He's blessed us with freedoms,
  100. 9:00previous generations of humankind couldn't fathom to experience and what have we done with it.
  101. 9:08And I'm just, I'm just cutting it straight.
  102. 9:12We have taken these freedoms.
  103. 9:14We have taken this prosperity and has as Jose 10 one says, and, and, and
  104. 9:18dude, Ronnie, eight says we have allowed that wealth and that freedom and that
  105. 9:23peace to manipulate us into a comfortable rebellion, a comfortable rebellion.
  106. 9:37That comfortable rebellion has manifested itself in various policy
  107. 9:43adoption. Oh, hey, yeah.
  108. 9:45Grant to China permanent normal trade relations.
  109. 9:47Oh, yeah.
  110. 9:49Let's export all of our domestic factory capacities
  111. 9:53and manufacturing capacities.
  112. 9:55Oh, because, you know, profitability is the only thing
  113. 9:58that should be considered.
  114. 9:59Oh, yeah. Let's do it. Hey, you know what?
  115. 10:02Diseases abound.
  116. 10:03Let's find a way to chemically curtail
  117. 10:06the physical repercussions of these diseases.
  118. 10:09And let's continue living in rebellion.
  119. 10:11Hey, you know what?
  120. 10:15We want to have the benefits of physical intimacy, but we want none of the covenant to context,
  121. 10:19nor the responsibilities connected to it. So how about we just murder the children that are produced
  122. 10:24as a result of physical intimacy? How about that? Oh, yeah. And let's make it, let's make it a
  123. 10:29constitutional right. You know what? Let's redefine pornography. And let's make a distinction between
  124. 10:36what is first amendment protected and obscenity. We can go on and on and on and on through these
  125. 10:42Let's normalize the dehumanization of fellow image bearers. We've done that generation after generation after generation
  126. 10:49In the way we have lived as been as if what the Lord said through the Apostle Peter
  127. 10:55You know some are saying where is the hope of his coming?
  128. 10:59You know we keep hearing he's coming and Peter had to say
  129. 11:03Listen the Lord is not slack and son of his promises that some men comes slackness
  130. 11:07We've had this nation that God and his divine providence and sovereign grace allowed to ascend
  131. 11:16from a ragtag band of militias,
  132. 11:23even overcoming the atrocities that flowed
  133. 11:27from the Articles of Confederation,
  134. 11:30to be blessed with a constitution
  135. 11:32to implement the vision from our Declaration of Independence.
  136. 11:36And while we've had, and I saw this Bob Woodson said this,
  137. 11:38I saw this on social media was profound.
  138. 11:43He said, I'm told people have tried to build,
  139. 11:46even empires around Jesus' crucifixion,
  140. 11:49but the truth is the significance
  141. 11:51the crucifixion is found in the resurrection.
  142. 11:56The most enduring reality from the crucifixion
  143. 12:00is found in the resurrection.
  144. 12:04And now, when the Lord has blessed us
  145. 12:05in untold ways as a nation,
  146. 12:09America's original sin is slavery.
  147. 12:12But that wasn't a hiccup in our nation's history.
  148. 12:14That's not defined our nation.
  149. 12:16Our nation's story is not the eras we've had historically.
  150. 12:20Look at what we've overcome as a nation.
  151. 12:25What we've grown through,
  152. 12:28the pain and the trauma and the turmoil. But what have we done? No, we've taken that inheritance
  153. 12:33generally and we spat upon it by increasingly metastasizing into wickedness. But here's the
  154. 12:41beautiful thing that the God that we serve is merciful. It's a part of our canonical text
  155. 12:49that a broken spirit in a contract heart that our King will in no ways despise,
  156. 12:56similar to what I just outlined and actually in for centuries even far longer than ours,
  157. 13:02The northern kingdom of Israel was in rebellion, it was annihilated.
  158. 13:06The southern kingdom of Judah was in rebellion, was exiled, judged.
  159. 13:10But here you have Yahweh still inviting them to repent and expressing.
  160. 13:16I take no pleasure in the death of them who died.
  161. 13:20But you put away your transgressions.
  162. 13:24The end of verse 32, therefore repent and live brothers and sisters.
  163. 13:30We have the opportunity as a nation.
  164. 13:34what it requires is that for those of us who know the Lord to proclaim this, you're not
  165. 13:39going to get this on Fox News.
  166. 13:40They're going to talk about electoral, demographic data.
  167. 13:43They're going to talk about what is the Republican Party does wrong.
  168. 13:46And none of them are going to say the major issue we have in our nation is that we have
  169. 13:50turned to being rebels, a comfortable rebellion against the high and holy God.
  170. 14:00And we must, we must have those whose feet are shot with the gospel of peace that will
  171. 14:06to proclaim the truth in the highways and byways of our society,
  172. 14:14and communicate the reality that God is gracious.
  173. 14:20But we must proclaim the truth while we still can.
  174. 14:25Because if you are discerning, look at what's happening.
  175. 14:29Whether the Lord prophesied through Isaiah, foreigners,
  176. 14:32invade your land, and devour your crops.
  177. 14:36Don't look now, less than 25 years after September 11th,
  178. 14:44in New York City, where Islamic jihadists
  179. 14:49trashed into the Twin Towers.
  180. 14:53New York City just elected an Islamianist.
  181. 14:59We must understand the times that we're living in
  182. 15:02and know what we ought to do.
  183. 15:09A discipleship minute with Joseph Parker,
  184. 15:12our words are powerful, much more so than we as human beings
  185. 15:16typically understand.
  186. 15:17A saying that used to be popular years ago stated,
  187. 15:21Sticks and stones may break my bones, but words will never harm me.
  188. 15:25This is possibly one of the biggest lies you will ever hear.
  189. 15:29Words can hurt to an extreme degree,
  190. 15:32and people use them to hurt others every single day.
  191. 15:36Yet for us as believers, followers of Christ,
  192. 15:39our goal is to use our words every day to bless others,
  193. 15:43and point them to Christ.
  194. 15:46Our words should bless others, promote healing in people's lives,
  195. 15:50Grace and encouragement in the lives of those around us.
  196. 15:53We should habitually lift others up by our words.
  197. 15:57It is in fact relatively easy to bless others and encourage people with our words
  198. 16:02if we wisely and very deliberately seek to do so.
  199. 16:08So right now may be the perfect time for you to rethink how you pay for health care.
  200. 16:14And here's why.
  201. 16:15This time of year is decision time for a lot of people,
  202. 16:17but it's also when you can join MetaShare and save even more than usual
  203. 16:22For many families, joining Metashare means saving about 500 bucks a month, which is a game changer for a lot of people.
  204. 16:28But what's more, Metashare members like it.
  205. 16:31We know this from member surveys. They like it a lot. It's a proven thing now.
  206. 16:36Metashare has been around for over 30 years. It's a Christian community of hundreds of thousands of people now.
  207. 16:41And here's the thing too. If you joined before November 15th and you mentioned the promo code SHARE,
  208. 16:47they will waive your application fees. You save 100 bucks right off the bat.

  211. 17:01Call 834-Bible. That's 834-Bible. 833-44-Bible.
  212. 17:14Shiting light into the darkness. This is the Hamilton Corner, an American family radio.
  213. 17:21Welcome back to the Hamilton Corner. Abraham Hamilton the third here.
  214. 17:26I have questions and this won't be your conventional post-election political analysis.
  215. 17:35I know this is not politically correct, but if you listen to the show, you've been watching
  216. 17:41the show for a while, you know I don't care. I don't care if it's politically correct or not.
  217. 17:46So several things have been on my mind and if you've been listening to the shows that I've
  218. 17:50been doing, you know some of these things I've been pondering quite a bit and talking about
  219. 17:54them lately. The first thing I'll start here, I'll start here with Zoramam Dani in New York City,
  220. 18:07the mayor elect now in New York City. During his speech is amazing, you know, it's funny Van
  221. 18:16Jung's was surprised. What happened to the Zoramam Dani he was such a united and so peaceful on a
  222. 18:22campaign trail. He was he was surprised. He's like, this is another Zoram. Where did this come from?
  223. 18:29I'm like, oh, you surprised?
  224. 18:32I'll play that clip for you in a moment before I do.
  225. 18:35Questions, okay.
  226. 18:37During his speech, he said he was a Muslim
  227. 18:42and he was a socialist.
  228. 18:43He said it to him, so I'm a Democratic socialist.
  229. 18:46I mean, he, in his victory speech,
  230. 18:49he said he quoted Thomas Jefferson and George Watts,
  231. 18:51and nah, bro.
  232. 18:53Nah, he quotes Eugene Debs.
  233. 18:55Somebody like, who Eugene, who?
  234. 18:57Exactly.
  235. 18:58Eugene Debs ran for president at the five times
  236. 19:06as the candidate for the socialist party of America.
  237. 19:09And he also quoted this Indian Marxist,
  238. 19:12let me get his name, Jara Hall Nehru.
  239. 19:16Some of you are like, who exactly?
  240. 19:21Jara Hall Nehru.
  241. 19:24Yeah, yeah, these are people you refer to.
  242. 19:27But the question that I have, he's running as a socialist,
  243. 19:30advocating for all the greatest, should I say,
  244. 19:33not so great hits from the regressive Democrat party, you know, you know, they support homosexuality,
  245. 19:40trans everything, pay for trans this, you know, the whole deal in addition to being a socialist.
  246. 19:45But then he says he's a Muslim. I'm like, you can't be both chief. You can't be a devout Muslim
  247. 19:52and support homosexuality. You cannot be a devout Muslim and support transgenderism.
  248. 20:01Could there be something else going on here?
  249. 20:07And I think Van Jones got a little taste of it, honestly.
  250. 20:11Could there be something else going on here?
  251. 20:12You see, I know people don't like to talk about this,
  252. 20:16but this is simply true.
  253. 20:17There is an Islamic doctrine called teqia.
  254. 20:22The Islamic doctrine called teqia says
  255. 20:27that it is allowable for Muslims to lie
  256. 20:30in order to advance the cause of Islamic dominance.
  257. 20:36To advance the cause of this.
  258. 20:37That's, you can go look that up for yourselves,
  259. 20:41go look that up for yourselves, that is true.
  260. 20:44I cannot help but wonder aloud.
  261. 20:46And you see this, like for example,
  262. 20:47the mayor of Dearborn, Michigan,
  263. 20:50identifies himself as a Democrat.
  264. 20:53We've been talking on this show,
  265. 20:54is your way, I'm gonna show,
  266. 20:55talking about how in Dearborn,
  267. 20:57it's not formal Sharia law, but it's functional Sharia law.
  268. 21:00Why would those who are advocating for a Muslim society,
  269. 21:05for example, the one that calls a Dearborn mayor
  270. 21:07tell the Christian resident that he's not welcome in the city and they would throw a parade.
  271. 21:13He would organize a parade when the Christian resident moved out of town.
  272. 21:18Why would that mayor be a Democrat?
  273. 21:24And I'm not talking about partisanship here.
  274. 21:25I'm talking about worldview and ideological understandings.
  275. 21:33Ken Zoramam-Dani be a true Muslim and be a card-carrying member of the Democrat party.
  276. 21:43I'm gonna ask the additional questions.
  277. 21:44I mean, you don't have to be a brain surgeon
  278. 21:47to understand that wherever socialism
  279. 21:49has been tried, it's failed tremendously.
  280. 21:52If he is a true Muslim using the doctrine of Takia
  281. 21:56to gain power, what would be the purpose of gaining
  282. 21:59that power if you're using a doctrine of Takia
  283. 22:01would be to punish the infidel, right?
  284. 22:04To destroy what the infidel has so you can take over
  285. 22:08and make the infidel subordinate to the Uma.
  286. 22:15Could that be partially what's motivating things like,
  287. 22:18oh, I don't know, free buses for everybody.
  288. 22:23Hey, the top earners in New York City already pay
  289. 22:26over 50% of their revenue income.
  290. 22:28How about let's tax them some more?
  291. 22:31Free childcare, city run grocery stores,
  292. 22:34which oh, by the way, the city run grocery stores,
  293. 22:36they're not gonna sell cigarettes
  294. 22:38and they're not gonna sell lottery tickets
  295. 22:39because that's haram, you see, you see.
  296. 22:43Now he's not saying they're not doing it because it's a rom.
  297. 22:45He's saying, we're not gonna sell that.
  298. 22:47and the city running grocery stores on the virus.
  299. 22:50Guys, look, I know this is not polluted correct,
  300. 22:52and I know this is not what a lot of people are thinking about,
  301. 22:54but I can't help but think about it
  302. 22:55because I'm recognizing what is happening,
  303. 22:59not just that election, consider, man,
  304. 23:04consider what's happening in Hamtram, Michigan.
  305. 23:07Current data suggests over 60% of the population
  306. 23:11is our Muslims.
  307. 23:14If you travel in the area,
  308. 23:16and I'm gonna be in Michigan next year,
  309. 23:18actually I'm speaking at the conference there,
  310. 23:19I'm planning on taking the trip.
  311. 23:20Cause I'm gonna see it first day.
  312. 23:22Probably gonna bring some cameras.
  313. 23:24I'm gonna bring some security too.
  314. 23:25But,
  315. 23:27cause I'm gonna see it for myself.
  316. 23:29No, it's not gonna be Jeff.
  317. 23:32Jeff, you coming?
  318. 23:34All right, Jeff, he's coming.
  319. 23:36All right.
  320. 23:37You can't bring your friend though.
  321. 23:40I'm just messing with him.
  322. 23:42Ham tramaking 60% Muslims.
  323. 23:45And this, according to people who are there,
  324. 23:49who live there.
  325. 23:50Most of the advertised markets and things that,
  326. 23:54Halaal, this, halaal, that.
  327. 23:55Now I'm not talking about the practitioners,
  328. 23:58I'm talking about what is happening to our country.
  329. 24:01Some people don't know
  330. 24:02and I had the opportunity to cover it,
  331. 24:03did you know on October 31st,
  332. 24:05there was a terrorist attack directly connected to ISIS
  333. 24:09with young men in Dearborn, did you know that?
  334. 24:12And it's funny, most of the news reports
  335. 24:13talked about a terror attack.
  336. 24:14They didn't even mention ISIS when the criminal complaint
  337. 24:18talked about ISIS and the direct connection to ISIS
  338. 24:20and how they wanted to murder Americans
  339. 24:23and murder American infidels on pumpkin day,
  340. 24:28the further ISIS, ISIS is objectives in America.
  341. 24:35Dearborn doesn't have the percentage that Hamtramic does,
  342. 24:38but Dearborn has a majority Muslim population.
  343. 24:41And now the mayor has the confidence and the bonus to say,
  344. 24:44oh yeah, you're not welcome here.
  345. 24:47Though the five times a day called a prayer
  346. 24:50in the early mornings, five something in the morning
  347. 24:52violate the municipal ordinances,
  348. 24:54they have no problem doing it anyway.
  349. 24:59I'm seeing what's happening in Nigeria and Sudan
  350. 25:02and the Democratic Republic of Congo.
  351. 25:04Am I supposed to not act like there's a similar ideology
  352. 25:06covering all of this?
  353. 25:09Can we talk about how much of what's happening in the Sudan
  354. 25:12that the Muslim terrorists in the Sudan are being funded,
  355. 25:16are being funded by the UAE?
  356. 25:21Or I can't talk about these things.
  357. 25:23I can't discuss these things
  358. 25:25and have a little bit of concern what's happening.
  359. 25:29And then on top of that, if you study history, study history, and you notice how Spain, for
  360. 25:37protracted amount of time, was Muslim North Africa became Muslim.
  361. 25:42How did that happen?
  362. 25:43Now what's a pattern?
  363. 25:44The pattern went a little something like this.
  364. 25:45Hit it.
  365. 25:47Have a massive amount of Muslim migration.
  366. 25:50The initial iterations of the migrants are very peaceful.
  367. 25:52Oh, no, very, very, very respectful, you know, very neighborly.
  368. 26:01step one, step two, increase the critical mass of the population of Muslims in the area.
  369. 26:08And those still minorities begin to make demands for accommodations that are based in religion.
  370. 26:15Step three, the critical mass grows to the point to where you're now, you are the majority.
  371. 26:20Will you begin to impose Islamic preferences upon the nation that you formerly were migrants
  372. 26:28to now you're claiming as your own?
  373. 26:30Then the next stage is to dominate the region.
  374. 26:33Am I supposed to act like I didn't see all of the videos of people last night saying yes, sure real laws here
  375. 26:38I'm I shouldn't I know that I know that it showed him on Fox News
  376. 26:43I know this show those videos on CNN. I know I know that it show him on MS
  377. 26:48D&C I know didn't show him, but I saw and then you have supporters of mom Donnie like Van Jones who said
  378. 27:00We haven't seen this mom Donnie through the entire campaign
  379. 27:04yet when he wins in his victory speech,
  380. 27:07I noticed a character switch.
  381. 27:10This is what Van Jones said.
  382. 27:12Listen to him watch clip number three, clip three, go.
  383. 27:16So that speech appealed to some,
  384. 27:19but I think he missed an opportunity.
  385. 27:21I think the mom Donnie that we saw in the campaign trail,
  386. 27:25who was a lot more calm,
  387. 27:28who was a lot warmer,
  388. 27:30who was a lot more embracing,
  389. 27:32was not present in that speech.
  390. 27:34And I think that mom dying is the one you need to hear from tonight.
  391. 27:37There are a lot of people trying to figure out,
  392. 27:39can I get on this train with him or not?
  393. 27:41Is he going to include me?
  394. 27:44Is he going to be more of a class warrior, even in office?
  395. 27:49I think he missed a chance tonight to open up and bring more people into the tent.
  396. 27:54I think his tone was sharp.
  397. 27:57I think he was using the microphone in a way that he was almost yelling.
  398. 28:02And that's not the mom thought that we've seen on TikTok and the great interviews and stuff like that
  399. 28:06So I felt like it was a little bit of a character switch here where the the warm
  400. 28:11Open embracing guy that's close to working people was not on stage tonight. There were some some other voice on stage
  401. 28:19There was some other voice on stage
  402. 28:25Huh, I guess all we were missing was the dr. Dre beat hi. My name is
  403. 28:31Will the real Zoram I'm Donnie, please stand up
  404. 28:33Am I supposed to act like I didn't see that?
  405. 28:38Van Jones is shocked.
  406. 28:40Oh my, who is this guy?
  407. 28:42We didn't see this guy the entire campaign.
  408. 28:47But now he's won the election.
  409. 28:48There's a new tone.
  410. 28:49It's sharper.
  411. 28:51It's not uniting.
  412. 28:54It's calling out enemies.
  413. 28:55Oh, it's, dare I say it, dominating sounding.
  414. 29:05So it, again, am I supposed to act like I don't see this?
  415. 29:11Well, I'm not going to act like I don't see it.
  416. 29:14I'm not going to act like I don't see it.
  417. 29:18It's happening.
  418. 29:19This is happening right before I vary eyes, guys.
  419. 29:23And I am articulating this because by God's grace,
  420. 29:33my hope and prayer that this audience and beyond that we
  421. 29:37will not have our heads in the sand before it's too late.
  422. 29:43If you wondered how entire portions of England
  423. 29:49had become no-go zones for, you know, like the English police and others.
  424. 29:53Guys, this is how it happens.
  425. 29:55Remember, we talked about how the police and Dearborn have this comfortable, wink and not
  426. 29:59agreement.
  427. 30:00They don't go on Dearborn and bother them.
  428. 30:01Let that Dearborn police themselves.
  429. 30:03Do you realize that's the exact same thing that happened in portions of London and portions
  430. 30:07of England and portions all over other places?
  431. 30:14Guys, this is happening right now.
  432. 30:19This is happening right now.
  433. 30:21I'm not like saying this is hopeless through your hands up and I know some people are saying
  434. 30:27Well good. I'm glad I don't live in New York guys
  435. 30:31I'm an American. I have compassion for my fellow Americans
  436. 30:35Do you think this is going to stay in New York?
  437. 30:38Do you it's already not staying in New York? I mentioned Michigan. I didn't even gotten to you know, Minneapolis. Oh in Minnesota
  438. 30:53Campaign stops waving some all in flags
  439. 30:55My, my concern is that if we try to truncate this and to minimize it to, or this is mere
  440. 31:03politics, you know, a blue States, they normally in blue areas, they normally go against the
  441. 31:08sitting president.
  442. 31:10I, I, I, I'm concerned that you don't recognize what's happening.
  443. 31:13It's a great point.
  444. 31:14France.
  445. 31:15Remember France and we're Charlie Hebdo?
  446. 31:16That was in France.
  447. 31:18Has another one.
  448. 31:22Epic City, Texas, the North Dallas area.
  449. 31:29I'm concerned that with the, you know, the, the, the kind of the cloud following the George
  450. 31:35W. Bush, religion, a peace conversation that many Americans have become conveniently ignorant
  451. 31:41about what political Islam truly is.
  452. 31:46And Brigitte Gabriel right here on this program, say what you guys got to understand, it doesn't
  453. 31:51have to be a majority.
  454. 31:54always begins with an energetic minority who wake up and attempt to actually employ the
  455. 32:07full scope of what? The full scope of Islamic teachings. I employ everybody in this audience
  456. 32:17to study the history, study the history, study the history and in doing, in so doing, I believe
  457. 32:31you will begin to recognize that there needs to be much more conversation about this because
  458. 32:36what needs to happen is that it doesn't need to be concealed.
  459. 32:38I'm sorry, I need to be concealed.
  460. 32:40The true reality needs to be exposed.
  461. 32:42We need to be able to have open conversations
  462. 32:45about the doctrines of political Islam publicly.
  463. 32:52Because there's too many people that don't really understand
  464. 32:54and don't know.
  465. 32:56I was talking to a guy that I mentioned, the demi-tootie,
  466. 32:58he said, what?
  467. 33:00Oh, well, what?
  468. 33:01You said, I had a bad attitude.
  469. 33:02I said, no, do you know what a demi is?
  470. 33:04D-H-I-M-M-I, it's like, nah.
  471. 33:08We need to know what's going on.
  472. 33:10because I think it is a fool's errand
  473. 33:13to merely assess this in terms of politics.
  474. 33:17Well, you know, New York is going New York.
  475. 33:19Yeah, this is something that's a little different.
  476. 33:22We ain't been this way before, Dorsey.
  477. 33:26This is something that's a little different
  478. 33:27that's going on here.
  479. 33:30Even Van Jones was caught off guard
  480. 33:33and sounded a little worried.
  481. 33:38I don't really like this sounding.
  482. 33:40People are mentioning the other areas.
  483. 33:41Guys is happening all around the country.
  484. 33:47And we need to be aware of what's happening.
  485. 33:51We don't need to have individual hostility towards anybody,
  486. 33:55but we need to understand the worldviews
  487. 33:57because we need to cast down vain imaginations
  488. 34:00that would dare exalt themselves against the truth of Christ.
  489. 34:10If we lose this cultural war,
  490. 34:12we're gonna have a hedonistic humanistic society.
  491. 34:15Discover the story of the culture warrior, Don Wildman,
  492. 34:18and how he went head to head with Hollywood,
  493. 34:21Playboy, the homosexual agenda, and the Disney Empire.
  494. 34:26The movement Don started paved the way for Christians to boldly stand for truth and righteousness

  501. 34:52Christ is our duty.
  502. 34:53For too long, the pulpits of America have been silent on the important issues, such as marriage
  503. 34:58and family and assault on liberty.

  506. 35:09We'll Allah save the King?
  507. 35:12This is David Wheaton, host of The Christian World View.
  508. 35:15For nearly 1500 years, Britain has been a Christian nation known for preachers like Charles
  509. 35:20Spurgeon in the shaping of Western civilization.
  510. 35:23But after decades of welcoming millions of Muslim immigrants into their land, Britain's
  511. 35:28society has changed.
  512. 35:30The most popular baby name is Muhammad, and the mayors of nine major cities, including
  513. 35:34London, are Muslim.
  514. 35:36Meanwhile, the government has arrested thousands of people for social media posts deemed offensive.
  515. 35:41Societal suicide based on flawed human reasoning is tragic.
  516. 35:45The Bible says, has not God made foolish the wisdom of the world?
  517. 35:51Pray for Britain and for America.
  518. 35:53Here are most recent programs on this topic at TheChristianWorldView.org and then tune in
  519. 35:58this weekend for another topic that will sharpen your worldview.
  520. 36:01Listen to The Christian World View with David Wheaton, Saturday mornings at 8 Central on American
  521. 36:06Family Radio.
  522. 36:07The Hamilton Quarter Podcast and One-Minute Common Terrors are available at aFR.net.
  523. 36:19to the Hamilton Corner on American Family Radio.
  524. 36:23Welcome back to the Hamilton Corner, Abraham Hamilton,
  525. 36:25the third year, something else I wanted to just mention.
  526. 36:27And this is something to keep in the back of your minds.
  527. 36:33So you had, we had Jay Jones and Virginia
  528. 36:39candidate for attorney general who was running along
  529. 36:42with Abigail Spamberger.
  530. 36:45And he literally wished for the death
  531. 36:49of his political opponent, his children,
  532. 36:55wish that his children's mother would have to hold
  533. 37:00their children's dead body in their arms
  534. 37:04and express his desire to desecrate their graves
  535. 37:11and he got elected, he got elected, he got elected.
  536. 37:18I shared a post earlier from Mike Ferris,
  537. 37:21who founded HSLDA in Patrick Henry College
  538. 37:24And I shared this on the book of faces.
  539. 37:28And it was his post, I just shared what he said,
  540. 37:30but he said he ran for Lieutenant Governor in Virginia in 1993.
  541. 37:34And he'd written a book, talked about the horrors
  542. 37:37of the public education system.
  543. 37:39And that was considered by the voters in Virginia 1993
  544. 37:42as disqualifying for him to be elected statewide.
  545. 37:45Yet here we are in 2025, where you have Jay Jones
  546. 37:49who wished for the death of his political opponents.
  547. 37:54but that wasn't disqualifying for him
  548. 37:56to the Virginia Electric Group.
  549. 37:58We ain't in Kansas anymore, Dorothy.
  550. 38:00There's some new voters in Virginia, I would say.
  551. 38:06That's wild to think about that.
  552. 38:07Like think about that.
  553. 38:08In terms of things that would be politically disqualifying,
  554. 38:12in the following Charlie Kirk's assassination
  555. 38:16in front of the world and seeing turn the page,
  556. 38:21dude who wished death on his political opponents
  557. 38:23gets rewarded with an election.
  558. 38:27Something to consider, man.
  559. 38:31They don't want him to talk about this.
  560. 38:33We're now in the longest government shutdown
  561. 38:38in American history, the longest.
  562. 38:51And, you know, President Trump is calling
  563. 38:54for nuking the filibuster and all of these things.
  564. 38:56And I just, if you know the history of the filibuster,
  565. 39:06you know, one, it is not in the Constitution.
  566. 39:11It's not in the Constitution.
  567. 39:14The founders could have very easily put something like that
  568. 39:17in the Constitution.
  569. 39:18it didn't. It is true that the founders intended for the Senate to be a deliberative body, but
  570. 39:26that was something that happened in the progressive era, where they amended the Constitution to
  571. 39:35change the way that the Senate would be, we will be elected. The founders envisioned for
  572. 39:41the Senate to be comprised of those who are elected by their states, the very state legislatures,
  573. 39:48another statewide popular vote, but that's what it was amended to.
  574. 39:54And so a couple of weeks ago, I think this is back on October 10th, John Thune was talking
  575. 39:59about this, Senator John Thune, who the Republican majority leader in the Senate.
  576. 40:06And he was talking about the necessity of preserving the filibuster and the things that
  577. 40:11the filibuster have stopped over time, which all of those things are accurate statements.
  578. 40:16Then he said something, I was like,
  579. 40:20come on, Senator Thune,
  580. 40:21which I'm no fan of Senator John Thune,
  581. 40:24but I'm like, when you make statements like this, man,
  582. 40:28it undermines your credibility
  583. 40:32because you're making statements,
  584. 40:34but unless people understand some of the details,
  585. 40:37they may not be aware of how deceptive
  586. 40:39this portion of your statement is.
  587. 40:41Now, the majority of what he said was accurate,
  588. 40:42I 100% agree with, but then he said,
  589. 40:45you know, the founders are the ones
  590. 40:47who gave us the filibuster.
  591. 40:48And I was like, I'll let you hear it for yourselves.
  592. 40:55And then I have to discuss this.
  593. 40:59Listen to and watch Senator John Thune, this is from October 10th, and he's talking
  594. 41:04about the filibuster's clip number two, clip two, go.
  595. 41:07Well, that's the filibuster, as you know, super majority requirement is something that
  596. 41:14makes the Senate the Senate.
  597. 41:16And honestly, if we had done that, there's a whole lot of bad things that could have
  598. 41:23been done by the other side.
  599. 41:25The 60th vote threshold has protected this country.
  600. 41:28And frankly, that's what I think this last election was largely about because if the Democrats
  601. 41:33had won the majority, they probably would have tried to nuke the filibuster.
  602. 41:37And then you'd have four new United States senators from Puerto Rico and the District
  603. 41:42of Columbia.
  604. 41:43You'd have a PAC Supreme Court.
  605. 41:45You'd have abortion on demand, a whole bunch of things that were on that laundry list.
  606. 41:49They had about six or seven things that they were going to do when they knew the filibuster.
  607. 41:53And so the filibuster protects.
  608. 41:55It's been a voice for the minority.
  609. 41:57It gives the minority a say in what happens is the country, the founders created the Senate
  610. 42:02uniquely that way for that specific reason.
  611. 42:05And so it's not, it's just really not that complicated.
  612. 42:10All it takes is a little backbone, a little courage on behalf of five Democrats.
  613. 42:15to do what they have done and what we've done for decades when it comes to funding the government.
  614. 42:23Boy, here we go.
  615. 42:25So most of what John Thune said is true, said there is true, and I agree with the filibuster
  616. 42:31stopped all kind of insanity.
  617. 42:35Very true.
  618. 42:36But then he goes on to say to give the inference that the founders created the filibuster one
  619. 42:44And two, to create the filibuster to function
  620. 42:47the way it's functioning right now.
  621. 42:50And guys, I just have to call flat file on the plate.
  622. 42:53Throw the flag, yellow flag.
  623. 42:55John Thune, that is not true.
  624. 42:57That is not true.
  625. 42:58And then this is the problem.
  626. 42:59When you say things like that that aren't true,
  627. 43:01you undermine your own credibility.
  628. 43:04Point one, the founders did not create the filibuster
  629. 43:08in the Constitution.
  630. 43:09That's just the fact.
  631. 43:11The filibuster is a Senate rule.
  632. 43:14It's a rule that the Senate made to govern itself.
  633. 43:18It does not exist in the Constitution.
  634. 43:22Fact number two, because the filibuster is a Senate rule,
  635. 43:27the Senate rule can be changed by the Senators.
  636. 43:32Fact three, the Senate rule,
  637. 43:35the filibuster is currently governed by Senate rule 22,
  638. 43:39can be changed by a majority of the Senators in the chamber.
  639. 43:46Guess what?
  640. 43:48It's a hundred senators total.
  641. 43:49You want to know how many Republican senators there are?
  642. 43:5253.
  643. 43:5353.
  644. 43:54You know what that means?
  645. 43:59The Republicans in the US Senate can change the filibuster without Democrat participation
  646. 44:05at all.
  647. 44:08The House of Representatives have already passed a bill to temporarily fund the government.
  648. 44:13It's stalled in the Senate, which is why we have this government shutdown.
  649. 44:17Not to mention, I've explained numerous times.
  650. 44:19It's no doubt.
  651. 44:20It's Democrats are shutting it down.
  652. 44:23The Senate has voted 15 times on the weather or not.
  653. 44:27They would pass the temporary funding resolution that the House has already passed.
  654. 44:34The 53 Republicans have already been joined in previous votes by two Democrats.
  655. 44:40So they have had 55 votes to fund the government.
  656. 44:44Now, this is where I get upset.
  657. 44:47In addition to what I've already said to you, do you want to know every time the filibuster
  658. 44:52rules have changed, they have always been changed by Democrat senators to the benefit
  659. 44:58of Democrats. Did you know that? Did you know that? It's kind of like prior to Mitch McConnell
  660. 45:06finally making an adjustment for how Supreme Court justices would be elected because Harry
  661. 45:13Reid was the first one. Democrat senators to benefit Democrat presidents and the Democrat
  662. 45:17party changed the rules concerning how federal judges will be elected for district court and
  663. 45:23appellate court in particularly. They didn't change the concern in the Supreme Court. Why?
  664. 45:27because he wanted to benefit the Obama presidency.
  665. 45:32So Mitch McConnell then looked at it with the Democrats and was,
  666. 45:34well, hey, well, we're going to do it for the republic.
  667. 45:36It's all always responding to whatever the Democrats do.
  668. 45:39So get let me get back to the filibuster.
  669. 45:42When the filibuster was first implemented, the word filibuster
  670. 45:47comes from a combination of Dutch words and Spanish word,
  671. 45:49the banister of filibuster wrote it.
  672. 45:50You have to speak.
  673. 45:52It was a speaking objection.
  674. 45:55You had to continuously speak in order for a filibuster to be
  675. 45:57act. Because you know who changed you to where it's no longer a speaking objection.
  676. 46:02You got y'all want to guess who changed that? You've been able to just follow Bill
  677. 46:06hey by the way I'm doing a filibuster. Alright I'm see y'all I'm gonna go travel.
  678. 46:09You don't know who did that. And then how about this? The Democrats in 1917 adopted
  679. 46:20Rule 22 at that time in 1917 under Woodrow Wilson, Democrat president. The
  680. 46:26The Democrat Senate, the vote number required an order to invoke cloture and then proceed
  681. 46:32to the bill on the merits was two thirds of the Senate.
  682. 46:35That number was 66 senators.
  683. 46:37Did you know that?
  684. 46:39Did you know that?
  685. 46:41Democrat senators used the filibuster, you know, to oppose civil rights legislation and
  686. 46:47anti-lynching bills.
  687. 46:48Democrats used the filibuster for that, but then something happened.
  688. 46:51Democrats began to lose elections to where they only had 60 senators and they no longer
  689. 46:56could have a filibuster proof majority in the Senate.
  690. 46:59Y'all want to know what the Democrats did?
  691. 47:01Y'all want to know?
  692. 47:02Y'all want to get what they did?
  693. 47:05Let's go to 1975.
  694. 47:06We got into Michael J. Fox DeLorean, Marty McFly.
  695. 47:10We went to 1975.
  696. 47:11Y'all want to know what happened in 1975?
  697. 47:13The Democrats used a majority of Senate Democrats to change the filibuster threshold to no longer
  698. 47:19require 66 votes to invoke cloture, but now they would only need 60 votes to invoke cloture.
  699. 47:27The Democrats lowered the threshold for the filibuster from 66, which is what it was, to
  700. 47:3760.
  701. 47:38Do y'all recall?
  702. 47:39And maybe because I wasn't alive in 1975, that's a part of it.
  703. 47:43But I don't recall a lot of Republicans kicking up a lot of dust over that.
  704. 47:47So why want the Republicans?
  705. 47:48And I understand that you want to have the deliberative body.
  706. 47:51Now I appreciate that the minority has an outsized opportunity to influence policy in the US Senate.
  707. 47:57Well the Republicans have 55 votes right now to open the government
  708. 48:02Somebody don't want to explain to me why the Republicans simply don't load a threshold to 55
  709. 48:05Huh somebody want to explain that to me?
  710. 48:08Why don't you make the threshold 55?
  711. 48:11And you know what because you have the majority of the senators in the Senate
  712. 48:14You can make it 55 for this vote only and then put it back up to 60 if you want to and guess what the Democrats can do about it
  713. 48:22Not a thing
  714. 48:24Can't do a thing about it
  715. 48:27Now I'm not using this time to talk about the pros and cons of getting rid of the filibuster
  716. 48:31But the thing that bothers me is I said this earlier.
  717. 48:34Why is it that the Republican Party seems to only respond to what Democrats do?
  718. 48:39It's almost like controlled opposition.
  719. 48:44President Trump has been calling for what he called nuking the filibuster.
  720. 48:47If you don't want to get rid of the filibuster entirely fine,
  721. 48:51just lower the threshold to 55.
  722. 48:53Guess what happens if you have 55?
  723. 48:55You still have the capacity for a minority in the Senate to still influence policy.
  724. 49:00You still have the capacity that it requires 55 votes in order to get to a vote on the measure on the merits
  725. 49:06It all you still have the ability to have 55 senators that are necessary to invoke cloture
  726. 49:11And if you don't want it to be 55 you could change it to 55 to get the government back open and then put it back up to 60
  727. 49:19Rocking surgery what the Republicans have access to read the rules just like the Democrats do
  728. 49:29But you have all this hand-ringing and John Thune. Whoa, you know the founders John
  729. 49:34The town founders didn't create the filibuster. Y'all made that in the Senate.
  730. 49:38Not you in particular. You didn't create the filibuster in the Genesis.
  731. 49:41But make no mistake about it, Republicans in the Senate right now are making the decision
  732. 49:47to refuse to do anything with the filibuster because this is their continuous excuse.
  733. 49:51We don't want to do it because what would the Democrats do?
  734. 49:53I know what the Democrats are gonna do because they've done it every time the filibuster rules have been changed.
  735. 49:57If they don't have the votes to accomplish their agenda legislatively,
  736. 50:01legislatively they're going to change the filibuster rules to accommodate their party.
  737. 50:05That is what they're going to do. That's the simple reality. You could change the vote and you can make
  738. 50:13the case of the American people because we need to get the government back open as it pertains to
  739. 50:18this fiscal bill. We can do, we're going to do this to get the government back open but we're
  740. 50:24going to put the filibuster back up to 60 for everything else. Well, keeping for 60 even for
  741. 50:29this thing's going forward but we cannot afford to allow this longest in history,
  742. 50:34governments shut down to continue if you wanted to. If you want, so I want y'all to know. That's why
  743. 50:41I'm saying this and it's to you. I want y'all to know because I gave the Republicans long enough
  744. 50:46time. They know the they can read the rules and you can do this without the Democrats'
  745. 50:56precision participation if you want to. And you can say this is not nuking the filibuster.
  746. 51:03We're just changing the voting threshold because the American people's agenda is far
  747. 51:08more important than the political infighting.
  748. 51:10And we're doing this to encourage the Democrat party to do what they've done the previous
  749. 51:14thirteen times we've had the vote on CRs and then we'll do it.
  750. 51:20And this is not a house thing.
  751. 51:22This is the Senate.
  752. 51:23This is John Thune and the Senate.
  753. 51:28You don't want to nuke it fine.
  754. 51:30Reduce the threshold.
  755. 51:31Oh wait, that's still nuking it.
  756. 51:33If you want to say it that way, you can, but it's not.
  757. 51:35preserving the filibuster, you're just loing the number of votes necessary to circumvent it.
  758. 51:42I'm going home and hug my children. Y'all have a great evening.
