  4. 0:11It should be uncomfortable for a believer to live as a hypocrite.
  5. 0:15Delivery people out of the bondage of mainstream media.
  6. 0:18And the philosophies of this world.
  7. 0:20God has called you and me to be his ambassador.
  8. 0:24Even in this dark moment.
  9. 0:26Let's not miss our moment.
  10. 0:29And now the Hamilton Corner.
  11. 0:33Good evening, everyone.
  12. 0:34Welcome to the Hamilton Corner.
  13. 0:36My name is Abraham Hamilton.
  14. 0:37The third joined by the corner contingent right across from me, my man.
  15. 0:42A hundred grand, Mr. Bobby.
  16. 0:45Rosa.
  17. 0:46We switched offices in the building.
  18. 0:48I said, where did he go?
  19. 0:48Where's the boy talk?
  20. 0:50He was in the new office.
  21. 0:53And in the screening room, produce extraordinaire often imitated, never duplicated the real J.
  22. 0:57Mac, ladies and gentlemen, and we're ready to rock and roll with today's edition of the
  23. 1:03program at this very moment.
  24. 1:04Many of you, if not most of you, are making your transition from your part-time jobs where
  25. 1:09you generate an income to your full-time jobs where you cultivate an outcome.
  26. 1:13And as you do so, I want to remind you to do so with intentionality, recognizing the primacy
  27. 1:20that God places on the family.
  28. 1:23I know for some of you, it's like a metronome that I say this daily, but I'm going to continue
  29. 1:30to say it daily because we must recognize that we cannot step over our homes in an effort
  30. 1:40to be faithful everywhere else.
  31. 1:43You want to serve God faithfully, you want to honor Him, you want to glorify Him.
  32. 1:48Well that begins by how you comport yourself within your families, within your homes.
  33. 1:55too often we have people that want to place emphasis and you know we need courts to rule
  34. 2:00certain ways we need legislatures to rule certain ways we need to pass certain laws we
  35. 2:05need certain candidates to be elected and all of those things are important but they're not
  36. 2:08more important what's happening at home guys it's not more important what's happening at home
  37. 2:13what good is having the freedom to choose our servant leaders if our populace is continuously
  38. 2:23wicked. In contrary to popular practice and belief, the primary responsible parties for what transpires
  39. 2:33with our children are the parents. It's our job as parents to batten down the hatches at home.
  40. 2:43It's our job as Christ followers to live the lifestyle of worship starting at home.
  41. 2:50If God could grab a hold of us and our families, there's no telling what would transpire in the world.
  42. 2:58So as you're making your transition, my hope and prayer for you is that you resolve it in yourself,
  43. 3:08that you're going to exalt the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords in your home, that all of
  44. 3:12the virtues of Christ's following, they'll be evident in your home, the fruit of the Spirit,
  45. 3:17that should abound in the life of every believer, it should abound in your home.
  46. 3:22I was telling the men at our local church not too long ago at our men's meetings,
  47. 3:25they said, man listen, your godliness should first impact your wife. That should be the most immediate,
  48. 3:31it external outlet for the impact of your godliness. Vice
  49. 3:39versa. For wise, the most immediate impact of your god
  50. 3:43and it should be your husband and for those who are married. But
  51. 3:48we get it twisted up so so many ways and so many times.
  52. 3:52To where we play significance everywhere else to the
  53. 3:54neglect of our homes, I'm simply encouraging us to reverse
  54. 3:56that trend. So as you make your way to your full time jobs, I
  55. 4:02want you to understand that income generation is part as a
  56. 4:04part-time thing, outcome cultivation is the full-time investment.
  57. 4:11And that is what is required of those who know the Lord.
  58. 4:14If you're listening to me and you have not yet placed your faith in Jesus Christ
  59. 4:17to return to salvation, but today be the day where you do so.
  60. 4:21Do not hearten your heart.
  61. 4:23You're listening to this program.
  62. 4:25It's no secret.
  63. 4:26I read the Bible every day on this show.
  64. 4:28The reason why you're listening to this program is because God is drawing you.
  65. 4:32I want to tell you plainly because God is drawing you.
  66. 4:35And if that is you, then don't harden your heart.
  67. 4:39Don't harden your heart.
  68. 4:41There are some you might have been raised in a Christian-friendly environment, but you're
  69. 4:46straight away.
  70. 4:47Yet you tune into this program daily and you know we're going to open the scriptures.
  71. 4:51That's because the Lord is drawing you as well.
  72. 4:54Now, let's have the courage to humble yourself before the King of Kings.
  73. 4:58Confess the reality of your sinfall and condition.
  74. 5:04Confess the reality that you need a Savior.
  75. 5:08And salvation is available to you.
  76. 5:11It's not the product of works.
  77. 5:13We are saved by grace through faith alone.
  78. 5:18Surrender, surrender, and see what God builds in you
  79. 5:24in terms of your life, witness, and testimony.
  80. 5:27To the word of God, we go first Peter chapter five
  81. 5:29is what we're gonna begin the program today.
  82. 5:32First Peter chapter five, verses six through nine
  83. 5:35is what I'm gonna focus on.
  84. 5:371 Peter, chapter 5, verses 6 through 9.
  85. 5:41By way of reminder, Peter's epistle, 1 Peter is written in the early to mid 60s AD, he's
  86. 5:50writing to a church that is being persecuted.
  87. 5:54The epistle is addressed to areas that are largely comprised by Gentile believers.
  88. 6:00It also includes messianic believers, Jewish believers as well.
  89. 6:05but I want to reiterate that this is addressed to a people
  90. 6:08who are facing persecution.
  91. 6:09If you can imagine this,
  92. 6:12these are people who had loved ones
  93. 6:13who had been arrested by Rome,
  94. 6:17that have friends and family members
  95. 6:19who have been detained by the state
  96. 6:20because they refuse to worship Caesar as God.
  97. 6:25Many of them are being arrested on false charges
  98. 6:28of anti-social behavior and being atheists.
  99. 6:32Yeah, you heard me right, being atheists.
  100. 6:34not because they have no faith, but because they refuse to worship the Roman pantheon of
  101. 6:40pagan deities, again, including Caesar.
  102. 6:43And this is the environment that the Epistle is being disseminated within, as Sylvanas is
  103. 6:50serving as a trusted courier circulating the Epistle from the Apostle Peter.
  104. 6:58And in this first Epistle, chapter 5, verse 6, to a persecuted first century church, the
  105. 7:06Spirit of God writes through our brother, Apostle Peter, humble yourselves, therefore under
  106. 7:14the mighty hand of God so that at the proper time he may exalt you, casting all your cares
  107. 7:23or your anxieties on him because he cares for you.
  108. 7:30Be sober minded, be watchful or be vigilant.
  109. 7:36adversary, the devil prounds around like a prowls around like a roaring lion seeking someone to devour,
  110. 7:45resist him, firm in your faith, knowing that the same kinds of suffering are being experienced by
  111. 7:52your brotherhood throughout the world. Now this is a very familiar passage of scripture,
  112. 8:01but again, envision you being a believer and you're a member of the church in the first century and
  113. 8:07and the words of the apostle Peter being circulated
  114. 8:10and you come across this verse six and says,
  115. 8:12humble yourselves.
  116. 8:17It seems almost counterintuitive
  117. 8:19that in a time of overt physical hostile persecution,
  118. 8:23the Lord would send word to remind you
  119. 8:27that humility is required.
  120. 8:32Because you can envision, I certainly can,
  121. 8:34that my immediate disposition wouldn't be probably thinking
  122. 8:38about humility, I'm thinking about many coming in here,
  123. 8:40where my guns, you know, where I got to make sure that I have magazines placed properly.
  124. 8:46I need to, you know, make sure I got these things all put in place.
  125. 8:50But because the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords is the founder, author and finisher
  126. 8:57of a peculiar new genus of kings and priests, the Lord will remind us that humility is still
  127. 9:06required.
  128. 9:09is still required and that humility is not a lost investment because it is God who exalts
  129. 9:20at the proper time. Then verse seven and I know this is, you know they've been songs about this,
  130. 9:25they've been sermons preached about this but when you strip this from its context I believe
  131. 9:29it lose some of its weight, it loses some of its weight. But in the face of the overt physical
  132. 9:35hostility and persecution being aware that the Roman Gestapo could come at any moment to try to
  133. 9:40You'll bang on your door, require you to pour out libations to Caesar.
  134. 9:45The Lord accompanies his exhortation to humble yourselves with verse 7.
  135. 9:50Cast all your anxieties, cast all your cares upon him.
  136. 9:54Who he cares for you if you were wondering, man, how can I be humble in this environment?
  137. 10:00The Lord again reminds you, hey, I'm a big God.
  138. 10:03Cast your anxieties upon me.
  139. 10:06Cast your cares upon me.
  140. 10:08Why?
  141. 10:09Because I care for you.
  142. 10:10Did he look at verse eight?
  143. 10:12While you are casting your cares upon the Lord,
  144. 10:16be sober minded, be vigilant, be sober minded, and be vigilant.
  145. 10:22Now this again seems to be, wait a minute,
  146. 10:25contrast and kind of notions, but they're not.
  147. 10:28And not at all.
  148. 10:30Humble yourself, why and how?
  149. 10:32Because our cares are cast upon the Lord.
  150. 10:35While our cares are cast upon the Lord,
  151. 10:36and we're embracing His command and instruction
  152. 10:38to humble ourselves, we are simultaneously sober-minded.
  153. 10:43We are simultaneously vigilant, but notice the vigilance is not a humanistic,
  154. 10:48pugilistic disposition. The vigilance is not staying on guard,
  155. 10:52so you can pop off the next Roman soldier who comes around the corner.
  156. 10:55The vigilance is to remain spiritually vigilant, to make sure that the environment doesn't lull you,
  157. 11:02doesn't induce you into an internal heart disposition that is far into your king,
  158. 11:07To where the context loaves you seduces you into a sinful heart condition.
  159. 11:13No, no, remain sober and vigilant because there's a devil who lurks.
  160. 11:18There's a devil who would love to cause you to err on one side of the road into a ditch
  161. 11:24or on another side of a road into another ditch, to err on the one side to where you become
  162. 11:28racked with fear, entrepidation, to the part where you become a lapse to where you lapse
  163. 11:33in your faith, that the intensity of the persecution and even the threat of it is too
  164. 11:37strong for you to remain faithful to Him or you go in the other side to where you want
  165. 11:42a strong arm, this context in the flesh to where you become.
  166. 11:48I got some for them.
  167. 11:50We, we, we, we, yeah, they come around this corner.
  168. 11:53We, we're going to do, we want to pop.
  169. 11:54No, no, we don't air in any direction.
  170. 11:58The sober mindedness and the vigilance is to make sure you remember that you have an
  171. 12:03adversary.
  172. 12:05Your adversary is not flesh and blood.
  173. 12:07Surely the adversary uses flesh and blood to accomplish his objectives, but make no mistake
  174. 12:13that you don't forget who the adversary who the adversary truly is.
  175. 12:17And this adversary walks about as a roaring lion.
  176. 12:21I love how the apostle Peter is moved by the spirit of God to employ the simile.
  177. 12:26He walks about as a roaring lion because he's not a roaring lion.
  178. 12:31He has a presentation that appears more fierce than the reality.
  179. 12:35He wants to deceive you and persuade you to embrace him as something that he is not.
  180. 12:43He roars about as a roaring lion seeking whom he may devour, which also indicates that
  181. 12:51devouring is not an automatic.
  182. 12:53I mean, you don't, you don't have to succumb to the wicked wiles.
  183. 12:59You don't have to yield.
  184. 13:00You don't have to dumb down the reality of your peculiarity.
  185. 13:03You don't have to succumb to its tactics.
  186. 13:06No.
  187. 13:07The Lord says to the apostle Peter antihistamine the devil resist him
  188. 13:13Firming your face
  189. 13:14But I'm saying brothers and sisters the enemy would love to use all kind of context to get us off of our post to get us
  190. 13:21Moved away from where we're supposed to be kind of like man. We just experienced
  191. 13:28The auto pen presidency
  192. 13:30They try to run she was never be president the remix people talking about they're democratic
  193. 13:34But they just gonna ignore all votes all they just gonna just put somebody in place
  194. 13:40And then we, as professing believers,
  195. 13:42we're only assessing these things in terms of natural phenomenon,
  196. 13:45in terms of political phenomenon,
  197. 13:46and we become conveniently ignorant of the fact
  198. 13:49that, wait a minute, man, the true source of our wrestling
  199. 13:54is not against flesh and blood,
  200. 13:59but we are engaged in spiritual warfare,
  201. 14:03sober mindedness, clearhearted, clear-eyed,
  202. 14:06vigilance, being aware, the no, no, no, no, no, no, no.
  203. 14:10We're not gonna allow the context to cause us
  204. 14:12to be moved away from where we're supposed to be fixed,
  205. 14:15Resist him, firm in your faith, knowing that the same kinds of suffering are being experienced
  206. 14:20by your brotherhood throughout the entirety of the world.
  207. 14:24As we are aware of the genocide against the brethren in Nigeria is taking place and the
  208. 14:29Islamic assault against believers in Sudan and in the Congo and in Iran and there's a
  209. 14:33story today that's an uptick of persecution in China.
  210. 14:37Don't think that the enemy does not want to assault the believer here in our country.
  211. 14:43The tactics may be different, but the objectives are still the same.
  212. 14:46No, the Lord has ordained His remnant for this time so that even in the face of everything
  213. 14:50we're confronting, we are still effective as salt and light and advocates.
  214. 14:55Executors of the Great Commission.
  215. 15:00A discipleship minute with Joseph Parker.
  216. 15:04Psalm 92, beginning at verse 1.
  217. 15:07It is good to give thanks to the Lord, to sing praises to the Most High.
  218. 15:13It is good to proclaim your unfailing love in the morning,
  219. 15:16your faithfulness in the evening,
  220. 15:18accompanied by a tin-stringed instrument,
  221. 15:20a harp and the melody of a liar.
  222. 15:23You thrill me, Lord, with all you've done for me,
  223. 15:27I sing for joy because of what you've done.
  224. 15:30O Lord, what great works you do,
  225. 15:33and how deep are your thoughts?
  226. 15:36Only a simpleton would not know,
  227. 15:38and only a fool would not understand this.
  228. 15:40though the wicked sprout like weeds and evildoers flourish,
  229. 15:44they will be destroyed forever.
  230. 15:46But you, O Lord, will be exalted forever.
  231. 15:48Your enemy's Lord will surely perish.
  232. 15:51All evildoers will be scattered.
  233. 15:54But you have made me as strong as a wild ox.
  234. 16:05Shiting light into the darkness,
  235. 16:07this is the Hamilton Corner, an American family radio.
  236. 16:11Welcome back to the Hamilton Corner, Abraham Hamilton.
  237. 16:14third here. I want to remind you, if you are in the Farmerville, Louisiana area, you are
  238. 16:21welcome to join the Saints of God at Darbonne Church of Christ, located at 1148 Stirlington
  239. 16:32Highway in Farmerville, Louisiana, zip code 71241. I will be joining them this weekend,
  240. 16:40Friday evening, Saturday evening, and Sunday morning to spend some time together delving
  241. 16:46to all the words word, articulating from scripture and showing evidences and other sources, research
  242. 16:53and other areas about the reality that the family is central to God's plan for his kingdom.
  243. 17:00And if you're in the area or willing to come to the area, you are invited to do so.
  244. 17:04There is no charge or anything like that.
  245. 17:07just gonna break open a word of life, spend some time together and I pray that we all will
  246. 17:12leave refined and resolved to serve the Lord with every breath he gives us, man. And we
  247. 17:18exalt him starting in our homes and working outwardly from there. That will be this Friday,
  248. 17:22Saturday and Sunday, October 17th, 18th and 19th at Darbonne Church of Christ in Farmerville,
  249. 17:28Louisiana, 1148 Stirlington Highway. I'd love to see you there. All right. I've mentioned
  250. 17:35this already, but we are in the final weeks in the run up to the odd year gubernatorial
  251. 17:45election in Virginia to where it is tightened up significantly between Abigail Spanberger,
  252. 17:52who is a Democrat nominee for the the governorship in Virginia. And she is facing off against
  253. 17:58a winsome seers who is the lieutenant governor, the current lieutenant governor, who is a Republican
  254. 18:04candidate for the governorship in Virginia.
  255. 18:08The state law in Virginia requires one term only for the governor's also noteworthy that
  256. 18:15Jason Miyarez, the current attorney general in the state of Virginia, is facing off against
  257. 18:20the Democrat nominee for attorney general J. Jones.
  258. 18:24And it's J. Jones who has been revealed as the one basically wishing for death for his
  259. 18:32Republican opponents in the state house,
  260. 18:34and even wishing a death upon on them
  261. 18:37to desecrate their graves with micturation,
  262. 18:40as I mentioned the other day,
  263. 18:41and even call it for their children to be killed.
  264. 18:44And justifying it and saying sometimes,
  265. 18:46in order for people to change their position on policy,
  266. 18:49they have to suffer personally.
  267. 18:51It's like, whoa.
  268. 18:53So are you advocating for political violence?
  269. 18:55It seems like, yep, straight up.
  270. 18:58Of course, he didn't expect that to come around
  271. 19:01when he's running for Attorney General in the state.
  272. 19:05Well, he was one of the closest
  273. 19:07surrogates, if you will, for Abigail Spannberger.
  274. 19:11And during their recent debate
  275. 19:13between Win some Sears and Abigail Spannberger,
  276. 19:16Win some Sears called for Abigail Spannberger
  277. 19:18to call for Jay Jones to step out of the race.
  278. 19:21You know, cause I don't know if you heard yet,
  279. 19:22but you know, Charlie Kurt, who the world watch,
  280. 19:26get gunned down for communicating his beliefs.
  281. 19:30First and foremost is Faith in Jesus Christ.
  282. 19:32Secondarily is advocacy for, I would say,
  283. 19:37biblical principles applied to public life
  284. 19:41in Abigail Spamburger, refuses to call for them.
  285. 19:47So now, when some serious is describing Spamburger
  286. 19:50as silent Abigail, listen to and watch clip number one,
  287. 19:54clip one, go.
  288. 19:57What it take and pulling the trigger,
  289. 19:58is that what would do it?
  290. 20:00And then you would say,
  291. 20:01he needs to get out of the race, Abigail.
  292. 20:04You have nothing to say.
  293. 20:06Abigail, what if he said about your two children,
  294. 20:10your three children?
  295. 20:12Is that when you would say he should get out of the race,
  296. 20:15Abigail?
  297. 20:18You're running governor.
  298. 20:20Ms. Earl Sears.
  299. 20:21I mean, we're talking about murder.
  300. 20:23We're talking about someone's life being taken from them.
  301. 20:27Have you nothing to say about that?
  302. 20:30Are you not going to address it?
  303. 20:33Really, you can't go any further.
  304. 20:35You're a governor.
  305. 20:36You're supposed to stand up for all the people.
  306. 20:38Are you saying political murder is all right?
  307. 20:43Have some political courage.
  308. 20:44What you have done is you are taking political calculations
  309. 20:48about your future as governor.
  310. 20:50Well as governor, you have to make hard choices.
  311. 20:53And that means telling Jay Jones to leave the race.
  312. 21:00Now you heard the music I was playing
  313. 21:03when some Sears took that exchange from their debate
  314. 21:06and turned it into an ad.
  315. 21:10And the only thing that was added into there was the music,
  316. 21:13but that literally came straight from the debate.
  317. 21:15And it was very odd that their debating
  318. 21:18and Abigail Spamburger refused to look at when some serious,
  319. 21:21did y'all notice that?
  320. 21:22Refused to look at her.
  321. 21:24How weird is that?
  322. 21:26How odd is that?
  323. 21:28How Tesla robotic, optimist like is that?
  324. 21:38And literally she said nothing.
  325. 21:40She wouldn't say anything.
  326. 21:45She refuses to call for Jay Jones to step out of the race.
  327. 21:48Others have, but she hasn't.
  328. 21:53And the simple clear reasoning is,
  329. 21:57because Spamburger is afraid of the most radical elements
  330. 22:03of her party.
  331. 22:07So she refuses to say,
  332. 22:08Jay Jones needs to step out of this race.
  333. 22:11Refuses to say so.
  334. 22:14In addition to that,
  335. 22:16Spamburger is,
  336. 22:18and she embraces all things regressive.
  337. 22:20She supports men and women's sports,
  338. 22:23and boys and girls restrooms and gives,
  339. 22:27you know, a word salad only she would never be present
  340. 22:31at the remix could appreciate when asked direct questions.
  341. 22:36And she refused to answer simply.
  342. 22:38When some serious asking,
  343. 22:39what are you gonna ask him to step out of the race?
  344. 22:42I mean, this is your man,
  345. 22:43y'all went all across the state campaigning together.
  346. 22:48And so it's showing a stark, a very, very stark contrast.
  347. 22:51And this is at a moment where the nation,
  348. 22:54not to mention Virginians. I said, whoa, political violence is a step too far. I mean, literally,
  349. 23:02old boy was calling for the Republican speaker of the House of Delegates, delegates to be killed.
  350. 23:10He said he would, you know, desecrate his grave, saying that his wife needs to see her children
  351. 23:18be killed and yet the Democrat governor for Democrat candidate for governor won't say anything.
  352. 23:31It's kind of odd and the polls are showing a change because prior to the last what month
  353. 23:37of this election, Spamberger was projected to have a pretty significant lead where now
  354. 23:43the polls are projecting this racist within the margin of error. And this is just a simple
  355. 23:49moment like, you know, forget R's and D's for a moment. You can't as a human being condemn
  356. 23:54somebody advocating for murdering someone because they have a difference of opinion on the policy
  357. 23:59matter. Forget R's and D's. Just as human beings, man, basic people. You can't say, well, that's
  358. 24:05aligned too far. I don't care what part of you affiliated with. You call them for people and
  359. 24:09their children to be killed to make a political point. And I've explained this story before,
  360. 24:17He started off in text messages, then got on the phone saying this stuff on the phone.
  361. 24:24The person who's on the phone would hung up on him because they were disgusted by what he was
  362. 24:28saying, J Jones, that is. And then he confirmed that he maintained that same position and follow
  363. 24:36up text messages after the phone calls saying, yep, that's what I'm calling for. And this woman
  364. 24:41who wants to be governor won't even say, you know, that's a bridge too far. It really gives you
  365. 24:46Tonight, you know, gives you a snapshot into the window of the type of, you know, partisan
  366. 24:53coalition that exists where you can't even say out loud in public, nah, you need to be out
  367. 24:58of the race.
  368. 24:59That there's no room.
  369. 25:00And dude is running for attorney general and talking about who needs to be killed.
  370. 25:07You can't say, nah, we don't need anybody serving as the top law enforcement officer in our
  371. 25:12state who's cool with political violence.
  372. 25:22Speaking of political violence.
  373. 25:25As promised, President Trump awarded Charlie Kirk the presidential medal of freedom posthumously.
  374. 25:34Following Charlie's, frankly, his martyrdom, President Trump said he would award Charlie
  375. 25:44Kirk the presidential medal of freedom. It's noteworthy that he does so today because today
  376. 25:51would have been Charlie Kirk's 32nd birthday. And so President Trump divided his wife to the
  377. 25:57the White House to receive the presidential medal of freedom, which is the highest civilian
  378. 26:04honor that can be granted in our nation.
  379. 26:07Was granted posthumously to Charlie Kirk, listen to and watch clip number two, clip number two,
  380. 26:12go.
  381. 26:13Today we're here to honor and remember a fearless warrior for liberty, beloved leader who galvanized
  382. 26:20the next generation like nobody I've ever seen before.
  383. 26:24an American patriot of the deepest conviction, the finest quality in the highest caliber,
  384. 26:31the late great Charlie Kirk.
  385. 26:37He was assassinated in the prime of his life for boldly speaking the truth, for living his
  386. 26:44faith and relentlessly fighting for a better and stronger America.
  387. 26:48He loved this country.
  388. 26:50And that's why this afternoon it's my privilege to, presumably, award Charles James Kirk, our
  389. 26:56nation's highest civilian honor, the presidential medal of freedom. Thank you.
  390. 27:06That's wow. President Trump, they say that man doesn't really sleep that much.
  391. 27:12I mean, he just got back from the Middle East and I was granted Charlie Kirk the presidential
  392. 27:18medal of freedom. You know, it's things like this, like you look at Charlie Kirk's assassination
  393. 27:27and you have people like, you know, Abigail Spamberger,
  394. 27:32who can't even say, you know, Jay Jones,
  395. 27:36he's step out of the race.
  396. 27:38She keeps saying, well, the voters can decide,
  397. 27:40the voters can decide, it's like, nah,
  398. 27:41but what do you say?
  399. 27:43Surely the voters will decide, you know?
  400. 27:46You saying that he should step out of the race,
  401. 27:48doesn't guarantee he's gonna do it,
  402. 27:49but the voters will decide ultimately,
  403. 27:51if he stays in the race, but you are okay?
  404. 27:55with and again, if you become governor,
  405. 27:58he will be your attorney general if he won the race.
  406. 28:01You're okay with him being your attorney general
  407. 28:03knowing this is how he feels.
  408. 28:06It just shows man, when the Bible says
  409. 28:07the God of this word has blinded their eyes,
  410. 28:10this is the kind of stuff that the Lord is talking about.
  411. 28:17You know, it is really exhausting
  412. 28:21that things are often so politicized
  413. 28:24that we just completely deny any human decency, any.
  414. 28:35And it is sad to see that.
  415. 28:40Then I'm thinking about Charlie Kirk, man.
  416. 28:43He would have been 32 years old today.
  417. 28:48Dude did a lot in a short amount of time.
  418. 28:52You know, in a short amount of time.
  419. 28:55And I've said before, there are lots of people
  420. 28:56who have been saying, well, who's gonna be
  421. 28:58the next Charlie Kirk?
  422. 28:58And frankly, I don't think that should be the response.
  423. 29:02while I am grateful because the Lord in his divine providence,
  424. 29:06certainly he anoints and exalts certain people
  425. 29:09in certain ways and elevates them
  426. 29:11to allow them to have large platforms.
  427. 29:14And we need godly people who are elevated
  428. 29:17to large platforms certainly,
  429. 29:19but not to the neglect of what each of us
  430. 29:22are supposed to be about.
  431. 29:24You know, one of the downsides
  432. 29:26to having you know, singular individuals
  433. 29:32is that others become spectators and just,
  434. 29:37yeah, go run, Bobby, run.
  435. 29:40You know, you won't run, you just won't Bobby to run.
  436. 29:43You know, I truly believe, man, God's desire for us
  437. 29:52is that every one of us responds to what God is calling us to do,
  438. 29:59regardless of the size of our, you know, so-called platforms
  439. 30:02or the expansiveness of our perceived impact.
  440. 30:05And I say perceived impact intentionally
  441. 30:11because you don't know how broad the impact
  442. 30:14of your obedience will be, but God does.
  443. 30:21And so I truly hope that as Charlie Kirk is awarded
  444. 30:24this Presidential Medal of Freedom posthumously,
  445. 30:26and I'm already seeing evidence of it,
  446. 30:29that there are others that are picking up the mantle,
  447. 30:31people are pressing forward, they are expanding,
  448. 30:35that's wonderful, but they have the type of endurance
  449. 30:40that is necessary, that it cannot merely be
  450. 30:43an emotional response to a moment.
  451. 30:45As I was saying yesterday, boldness that I'm talking about
  452. 30:49is produced by the Spirit of God.
  453. 30:50It's not volume based, it's not loud.
  454. 30:53It is a steady burn that is produced as a result
  455. 30:57of the Spirit of God inside of us.
  456. 30:58It manifests itself like Jeremiah,
  457. 31:01who was facing all kinds of hostility.
  458. 31:03People didn't listen to Jeremiah.
  459. 31:05That's why he's described as a weeping prophet.
  460. 31:08He writes the book of lamentations
  461. 31:10because although he appeals and he appeals and he appeals,
  462. 31:13people are not listening to him.
  463. 31:14And naturally, you can imagine the type of discouragement
  464. 31:17that they can be produced.
  465. 31:19But then Jeremiah says,
  466. 31:20but how can I not speak with us as the Lord?
  467. 31:25Because it's like a fire shut up in my bones.
  468. 31:28It's not a fire, he's trying to kindle on the outside.
  469. 31:31There's a burn that is welling up from the inside of him
  470. 31:34that's produced by the Lord God Almighty.
  471. 31:38How can we not respond?
  472. 31:40It's like fire shut up in our bones.
  473. 31:44How can I not knock on my neighbor's door
  474. 31:46to see whether or not my neighbor has eternal life?
  475. 31:49How can I not take full advantage
  476. 31:51of the neighborhood while I'm placed?
  477. 31:53You know, if you're in a gated community,
  478. 31:55man, may the Lord lead you to point the way
  479. 32:00in your gated community.
  480. 32:01If you happen to be on the block
  481. 32:03in a not so gated community,
  482. 32:06wherever God is planted you,
  483. 32:08man, let's bloom where God is planted us
  484. 32:12and live from eternity for eternity,
  485. 32:16which drives us to be willing to be poured out
  486. 32:19like drink offerings and service to our lowest purposes
  487. 32:21in our time, that we live the truth.
  488. 32:24We love the truth and we tell the truth
  489. 32:30because this is what our God requires.
  490. 32:33Oh man, this is our time guys.
  491. 32:36Let's not miss our moments folks.
  492. 32:38Let's not miss our moment.
  493. 32:41We're gonna continue with the program
  494. 32:42on the other side of this break.
  495. 32:45We're gonna talk about, there's a ceasefire deal
  496. 32:48where the moths is crawling out of the tunnels
  497. 32:51to make statements nonetheless.

  541. 35:04The Hamilton Quarter podcast and one-minute common
  542. 35:07terits are available at AFR.net.
  543. 35:10Back to the Hamilton Quarter on American Family Radio.
  544. 35:14Welcome back to the Hamilton Corner, Abraham Hamilton
  545. 35:17the third here.
  546. 35:18So we saw the 20 remaining living hostages
  547. 35:22return to Israel.
  548. 35:24We saw the ceasefire deal signed not only by President
  549. 35:30Trump and Israeli Prime Minister,
  550. 35:32Beebein and Yahoo, but all of the other world leaders
  551. 35:35in the Middle East, as well as beyond in the Middle East,
  552. 35:41yet as the ceasefire deal was being announced,
  553. 35:47Reuters has reported that on the same day
  554. 35:51that this is happening, Hamas took advantage
  555. 35:55of the circumstances to execute, quote unquote,
  556. 35:58alleged collaborators, those who are fellow Arabs
  557. 36:02in Gaza, who they are accusing or have accused of collaborating with the Israeli government.
  558. 36:11For example, here's what Rortus has reported, quote, for now the show of power from a group
  559. 36:16the peace plan says will disarm is aimed at rival militias, potential threats inside Gaza
  560. 36:24and a stark assertion of Amaz's return fighters executed men they accuse of collaborating
  561. 36:29with Israeli forces with Israeli forces. In one video circulated late Monday, Hamas fighters
  562. 36:35dragged seven men into a circle of people in Gaza city, forced them to their knees and
  563. 36:41shot them from behind. The Washington in quote, that's the Reuters report report. The Washington
  564. 36:48free beacon has reported that the attackers were members of Hamas's arrow unit known for
  565. 36:55its harsh crackdowns on dissent.
  566. 36:58Researcher Joe Truesman from the Foundations with
  567. 37:00Offensive Democracy said the group was quote,
  568. 37:03settling scores after resurfacing from hiding.
  569. 37:12Hamas is circulating propaganda, I would say.
  570. 37:18Information and the whole point is to make a statement.
  571. 37:24Oh yeah, disarm, you say.
  572. 37:28All right.
  573. 37:29analyst Ahmad Sharawi said this quote after two years of war,
  574. 37:35Hamas fighters have crawled out of their tunnels
  575. 37:38to confront those who opposed them.
  576. 37:41Clans and militias have challenged Hamas' rule
  577. 37:44and its decision to bring ruin to Gaza,
  578. 37:47but Hamas clearly plans to keep its weapons,
  579. 37:50an issue that must be addressed
  580. 37:52when disarmament talks begin in quote.
  581. 37:55Now, if you are familiar, and I know the lying media
  582. 37:59certainly wouldn't have you with it. This wouldn't be anything new if you recognize how Hamas came
  583. 38:05to power in Gaza in the first place, because these are the same taxes they employed to take over
  584. 38:10from the Palestinian Authority in the first place. All right. Today, again, Pastor Carl,
  585. 38:18when does President Trump sleep? And if you have paid attention to history, you won't be surprised
  586. 38:26that a master's doing this.
  587. 38:28You won't be surprised about the doctrine of Tkia.
  588. 38:33I know, I know, you're not supposed to say that out loud,
  589. 38:35Abe, you're not supposed to say Tkia out loud.
  590. 38:40Tkia is an Islamic doctrine that is used by terrorists
  591. 38:44that says you can flat out lie as long as it advances
  592. 38:49the cause of the Uma.
  593. 38:51As long as it advances the cause of Islamic domination.
  594. 38:59I'm supposed to act like that.
  595. 39:00That doesn't exist.
  596. 39:04Well, President Trump was asked about this,
  597. 39:06not the specifics of this attack,
  598. 39:09but was asked about Hamas's disarmament,
  599. 39:12because among the peace deals provisions,
  600. 39:16the return of the Israel's hostages,
  601. 39:21that Hamas is supposed to disarm as well,
  602. 39:23to which I say, well, why are they demanding these?
  603. 39:26Dudes who was convicted of murder already?
  604. 39:29How's that a part of it?
  605. 39:31President Trump was asked today at the White House during a roundtable where Argentinian
  606. 39:38President Malay was at the table and he was said, well, what's the timeline for Hamas to
  607. 39:46disarm?
  608. 39:48And I want you to feast your eyes and ears on President Trump's response and you listen
  609. 39:53for yourself, but it sounds like to me, he means what he says.
  610. 39:56Listen to when watched clip number five, clip five, go.
  611. 40:00I'm not going to take Hamas to disarm and can you guarantee that is going to happen?
  612. 40:05Well, I'm going to disarm and because they said they were going to disarm and if they
  613. 40:08don't disarm, we will disarm them.
  614. 40:11How do you do that?
  615. 40:12I don't have to explain that to you.
  616. 40:14But if they don't disarm, we will disarm them.
  617. 40:17They know I'm not playing games.
  618. 40:23They will disarm or we will disarm them.
  619. 40:30They know I'm not playing games.
  620. 40:32Now I have no doubt, President Trump means what he said,
  621. 40:39but I think President Trump's comments
  622. 40:41reveals a little something that I think deep down,
  623. 40:45he knows that they said they're disarm,
  624. 40:50but the potential exists that they will have to be disarmed.
  625. 40:56And if they have to be disarmed, what will that take?
  626. 41:03The reporter said, how will you do that?
  627. 41:04He said, well, I'm not gonna tell you, which of course,
  628. 41:07Emi, hey, reporter, this is our plan.
  629. 41:11This is how we're gonna go about doing it.
  630. 41:13Of course not, but it certainly does,
  631. 41:16causes my left eyebrow to go, hmm?
  632. 41:22And this is a part of the problem
  633. 41:24when you negotiate with terrorists.
  634. 41:27He said, first, well, they said they will disarm.
  635. 41:31That's on one side.
  636. 41:32Then he says, but if they will not disarm,
  637. 41:35then we will disarm them.
  638. 41:37But which one is it?
  639. 41:40And this is a part of the complications, man,
  640. 41:44when you have these conversations with these people.
  641. 41:46Now, for all of those, all of those people who are talking about, you know, the Israelis
  642. 41:54are imposing genocide on Hamas.
  643. 41:57You think they're going to tell you anything about Hamas executing other Arabs in Gaza?
  644. 42:02You're going to say anything about that?
  645. 42:05You think they're going to say anything about that?
  646. 42:12No, you won't.
  647. 42:14Because one, a lot of the line media is not going to report it.
  648. 42:19And two, some of the sycophants have already made their commitments and they're going to
  649. 42:22believe what they want to believe no matter what anybody says to you, says to them.
  650. 42:28But if you just objectively follow the facts, say, wait a minute, there are people in Gaza
  651. 42:36who don't want Hamas running Gaza, but they can't speak up because this is what happens to them.
  652. 42:46And that's why they're doing it publicly. They're trying to re-assert themselves by instilling fear
  653. 42:50in other Arabs first. So I think it's it's worthy of discussing that President Trump
  654. 43:04seems to be aware. He says they will either disarm or they will be disarmed. That indicates,
  655. 43:10to me, that he's aware that an external imposition of disarmament may be necessary.
  656. 43:19I would suggest to the president, you know, if, if, y'all know, I'm, I'm known to get free advice,
  657. 43:25you know, he asked me what I would suggest to the president that history indicates
  658. 43:31that Hamas is not going to disarm willingly. I would say to the president, recent events,
  659. 43:39indicate Hamas is not going to willingly disarm. So the whole they disarm or they will be disarmed.
  660. 43:52I think there needs to be a little bit more leaning leaning on that be disarmed edge.
  661. 44:02Not the interesting thing though is this is the wrong time for them to be playing games
  662. 44:08because because President Trump is not auto pin and he's demonstrated that and I'm not certainly
  663. 44:14I'm not advocating for American boots on the grounds and things of that nature.
  664. 44:17I don't think Prime Minister Netanyahu would have any hesitation to utilize the IDF to help
  665. 44:32Hamas honor their agreement.
  666. 44:34All right, this story man is heartbreaking because I'm hearing it through the eyes of a
  667. 44:41daughter, a young lady by the name of Grace Jin, who is an American citizen.
  668. 44:47She is the daughter of a Chinese pastor, a man by the name of Mingri Ezra-Jin.
  669. 44:54He calls himself Ezra.
  670. 44:59Pastor Jin became a Christian in 1989 following the Tiananmen Square Massacre in China.
  671. 45:07He after getting saved, he first was a pastor in the government sponsored churches of China.
  672. 45:17But then shortly after being a pastor there, he realized that he cannot practice Christianity
  673. 45:24faithfully in a Chinese controlled government church.
  674. 45:29One of the primary reasons why is that he could not proclaim the gospel in that eternal
  675. 45:35life is available to Jesus Christ because the Chinese government required him to use
  676. 45:40the pulpit of a Christian church to promote communism and to promote the Chinese Communist
  677. 45:49Party. And he was specifically prohibited from preaching the gospel and preaching salvation
  678. 45:55in eternal life in Jesus Christ. Because the Chinese government said China is already a utopia.
  679. 46:03So you don't need to preach to Chinese citizens that there is heaven awaiting you because China
  680. 46:07already a utopia. It's kind of like the Beijing version of your best life now.
  681. 46:12Doesn't it kind of sound like that? Isn't that something? Honestly, if I was
  682. 46:17Joel Osteen reading that, it would cause me to rethink a few things. Sidebar. I'm
  683. 46:22just saying. The Chinese government prevented passage in from preaching
  684. 46:27salvation in Jesus Christ specifically because they said China's already
  685. 46:32utopia. They don't need to have hope and nothing else. We, your best life is already
  686. 46:37here. Boy, oh boy. Well, in 2017, after coming to the U.S. for theological training, Pastor
  687. 46:49Jin started the Zion Christian Church Network in China, which is the largest network of underground
  688. 46:57churches to date in China. He started that in 2017. Well, I'm bringing this to your attention
  689. 47:03today because he in dozens of Christian pastors from a wide geographical region in China, some,
  690. 47:13you know, miles and miles apart from one another, they were all arrested on the same day in a
  691. 47:18coordinated government crackdown.
  692. 47:21Grace Jen, Pastor Jen's daughter said that she's afraid that this is indicative of more
  693. 47:30government hostility against Christianity in the country because it was so coordinated.
  694. 47:34That you had all of these passes from all across China, sometimes 1,200, 1,500 miles away from
  695. 47:42where they live and where they live, passes in other areas of the country where all arrested
  696. 47:48at the exact same time, they were all brought to one central location hundreds of miles away
  697. 47:54from their hometown.
  698. 47:56These gens grandmother attempted yesterday to bring a Bible and diabetes medicine to Pastor
  699. 48:01Jin, but the government authority refused, government authorities refused to allow grandma
  700. 48:07to give the medicine to Pastor Jin.
  701. 48:12The charge from the Chinese government, y'all gonna get, this is, this is amazing.
  702. 48:18The charge from the Chinese government is that all of these pastors are accused of illegally
  703. 48:22disseminating information online.
  704. 48:25That's it.
  705. 48:27the charge illegally disseminating information online? Could this be another wave of persecution
  706. 48:37of Christians in China? Grace Jen believes it is primarily because of the coordination.
  707. 48:44She says it was organized. The arrests all across the country were executed at the exact
  708. 48:49same time. And it also shows that the government has been spying on these pastors for quite some
  709. 48:55time because as I mentioned, these are underground churches.
  710. 48:58You know, the Chinese government had already physically closed down the Zion, the Zion church's
  711. 49:07physical building years ago, which is what forced them underground years ago.
  712. 49:14But now they have arrested all these pastors, all at once.
  713. 49:20We've witnessed this in China before, waves of persecution have been followed by an explosion
  714. 49:25of conversions and salvation in the country.
  715. 49:28I expect the same thing to happen now
  716. 49:31as it's been observed by church fathers
  717. 49:35along before that persecution and martyrdom
  718. 49:38tended to fuel the expansion of the Christian faith.
  719. 49:45But in the meantime, I ask that you would pray
  720. 49:47for grace, Jen, and the families about these pastors
  721. 49:49because this is China, there's no due process rights
  722. 49:53and things of that nature, they don't know when,
  723. 49:54or if they're able to see their family members again.
  724. 49:57And so this is a difficult time to be a Christian in China.
  725. 50:00One of the most hostile nations of Christianity in the world.
  726. 50:05Open doors, I believe, ranks them as 15th,
  727. 50:07the 15th most hostile nation in the world.
  728. 50:10Secretary of State Marco Rubio immediately condemned
  729. 50:14China's actions and called for the Chinese Communist Party
  730. 50:18to release passage.
  731. 50:19And Marco Rubio said specifically, quote,
  732. 50:22This crackdown further demonstrates how the CCP exercises hostility towards Christians
  733. 50:29who reject party interference in their faith and choose to worship at unregistered house
  734. 50:33churches and call for passages in immediate release.
  735. 50:35Please pray for the Church in China and around the world.
