  10. 0:28And now the Hamilton Corner.
  11. 0:31Good evening, everybody.
  12. 0:34Welcome to the Hamilton Corner here on American Family Radio.
  13. 0:37I am your host Abraham Hamilton III.
  14. 0:40I am excited to be with you for today's program.
  15. 0:46One of the biggest things that's happening all around the world
  16. 0:49is that the remaining living hostages that were in Hamas,
  17. 0:55that were being held captive by Hamas
  18. 1:00were returned to Israel today.
  19. 1:02And I say today it was Monday in Israel.
  20. 1:05They're about eight hours ahead of us
  21. 1:07in the central time zone, time zone in the United States
  22. 1:10of America, or seven hours ahead of those
  23. 1:13who might be in the eastern time zone in America.
  24. 1:19And it's just, it's a little overwhelming.
  25. 1:23It's overwhelming thinking about the scores,
  26. 1:28the 20 people ranging in age from early 20s to late 40s.
  27. 1:36I can't imagine being a parent and waiting with baited breath for confirmation that your
  28. 1:45young adult child is alive.
  29. 1:49You know what I mean?
  30. 1:50We're going to get into that a bit.
  31. 1:55Then we'll traipse over to California where Governor Gavinito Newcilini once again affirms
  32. 2:02his utter hostility for parents. And it is sickening how much people lie because he is
  33. 2:11positing his disdain for parents is actually a tool to help parents. I'll explain all of
  34. 2:17that with the signing of Assembly Bill 495. And to law last yesterday, just yesterday,
  35. 2:24you know, people like me, you probably, many of you were observing the Lord's day, worshiping
  36. 2:29the Lord and O'Gavonito took out his pen and I want to explain what's happening there because
  37. 2:36you guys know how things work with the laboratories of liberty that we have in our individual states.
  38. 2:42Once something is done in one state, there's usually an effort to kind of cascade that across
  39. 2:48our nation.
  40. 2:49So I want you to be aware of that.
  41. 2:51But before we get to any of that, at this very moment, many of you, if not most of you
  42. 2:56you're making your transition from your part time jobs
  43. 2:59where you generate an income to your full time jobs
  44. 3:02where you cultivate an outcome.
  45. 3:03And as you do so, I want to remind you
  46. 3:05to do so with intentionality.
  47. 3:07I want to offer an encouragement from scripture today
  48. 3:11that I've just been meditating on myself, pondering
  49. 3:15where we are in world history, where we are in biblical history.
  50. 3:21And I pray this is encouraging to you.
  51. 3:27But we must take full advantage of the opportunities that we have that God affords us.
  52. 3:32The overwhelming majority of our listeners here are American citizens as I am, though.
  53. 3:37We do have foreign citizens, Canada stand up who listen and watch, listen to the show and watch the show.
  54. 3:43We have those in the UK who listen to watch the show, we've learned we have some in France who listen to and watch the show.
  55. 3:50and we have some in other nations around the world as well.
  56. 3:53But the bulk of our audience here is American.
  57. 3:57And we must refuse to allow our context to manipulate us,
  58. 4:04but we utilize the context that God has given us for His glory,
  59. 4:08that we live as a people who have been captured by the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords,
  60. 4:13and who willingly and responsibly render the seasonstance you to say
  61. 4:19when I was a young boy, the Dubenevolence unto our Lord,
  62. 4:22rendered the Dubenevolence unto our Lord,
  63. 4:24which is living the lifestyle of worship.
  64. 4:25So as you're making your transition from your part time job
  65. 4:28to your full time job, guys, let us redeem the time.
  66. 4:33Let us work while it is day.
  67. 4:35Let us welcome Christ to well up in our hearts
  68. 4:41that we respond with the appropriate appreciation
  69. 4:44for who he is and for the salvation that he has secured
  70. 4:48For us, the free gift that's not the product of works,
  71. 4:53being able to have our conscience is cleared
  72. 4:55and have the confidence of eternity in his presence
  73. 4:59is not by any works in which any man should boast,
  74. 5:03but it's because of the free gift of salvation.
  75. 5:05In the light of being recipients
  76. 5:07and beneficiaries of that free gift,
  77. 5:09there's only one appropriate response, man,
  78. 5:12to move from merely giving offerings to becoming the offering,
  79. 5:16to where all that we are is his,
  80. 5:18to the word of God we go,
  81. 5:19Revelation chapter 21. I think I list it. Yeah, I want to go to verse 5. This is toward the latter
  82. 5:29part of the book of Revelation. Notice there's no S there. The Greek word for Revelation is apocalypsis,
  83. 5:35which means to reveal, to reveal that contrary to popular acclaim, the book of Revelation is not
  84. 5:42a scary book. In fact, it would only be scary for those who are not in covenant relationship with Jesus
  85. 5:48Christ. In this book, Jesus is revealing and the apostle John is the recorder of what Jesus
  86. 5:59is revealing. In Revelation chapter 21 verse 5, I'm going to read all the way to verse 8,
  87. 6:06but this is what the word of God says, and he who sits on the throne said,
  88. 6:11Behold, I am making all things new. And he said, right for these words are faithful and true. So
  89. 6:19So you have God directing John to record what he's seeing, what is being revealed to him
  90. 6:26in this apocalypsis.
  91. 6:28All right.
  92. 6:30Right for these words are faithful and true.
  93. 6:32Then he said to me, this is John saying this, then he said to me, it is done.
  94. 6:37I am the alpha and the Omega, the beginning and the end.
  95. 6:43I will give to the one who thirsts from the spring of water of life without cost.
  96. 6:50I want to make sure that you see the reference to being the alpha in the Omega.
  97. 6:55This is the reference to the Greek alphabet, the coin a Greek alphabet, which was conversational
  98. 7:00Greek in the first century.
  99. 7:02The first letter is alpha.
  100. 7:03The last letter in the alphabet is Omega.
  101. 7:06So it will be akin to us saying from I am the A and the Z.
  102. 7:10Okay.
  103. 7:11When the expression is rendered, I am the alpha and the omega, the beginning and the end, it is like saying,
  104. 7:20it is like saying, I am the end of the Z.
  105. 7:26All right, I am the beginning and the end.
  106. 7:28I will give to the one who thirsts from the spring of water of life without cost.
  107. 7:34He who overcomes will inherit these things.
  108. 7:40And I will be his God, and he will be my son, but for the cowardly and unbelieving and abominable
  109. 7:52and murderers and immoral persons and sorcerers and idolaters and all liars, their part will
  110. 8:03be in the lake that burns with fire and brimstone, which is the second death.
  111. 8:09Now I want to point out to you, there's much discussion, there has been much discussion
  112. 8:19about the Lake of Fire.
  113. 8:21And you notice this list of those who qualify for the Lake of Fire, the sexually immoral,
  114. 8:28the unbelieving, the abominable, murderous liars.
  115. 8:33But it is instructive for us that the first category of people mentioned in this list, in
  116. 8:40Revelation chapter 21 verse 8 before you get to the sexually immoral, before you get to the
  117. 8:45murderers and to the liars and the abominable, the first category that you get to is the cowardly.
  118. 8:54It is the cowardly. I've been chewing on this and pondering this for quite some time because we
  119. 9:02are in a moment guys, but courage is not optional. All right, we are in a moment where courage is
  120. 9:15not optional. In fact, cowardice is mutually exclusive from Christ following. You cannot
  121. 9:24be a Christ follower and cowardly at the same time. We simply cannot be. Now, when I say cowardice
  122. 9:33contrasted with courage, I'm not discussing merely a humanistic emotional arousal, you
  123. 9:41to where we're stirred up emotionally,
  124. 9:44you know, getting ourselves hyped up to go and play a game.
  125. 9:48There is a boldness, Proverbs 28, one says,
  126. 9:51for the righteous are as bold as a lion,
  127. 9:53actually in contrast to wicked,
  128. 9:55the wicked flee when no one pursues.
  129. 9:56But the righteous are as bold as a lion.
  130. 9:59Guys, one of the things that the Holy Spirit does
  131. 10:01as he indwells us is that he emboldens us.
  132. 10:07I've said it before and I'll say it again, boldness is not
  133. 10:13There's no requirement for volume when you're bold.
  134. 10:17Boldness that mean you're louder than everybody else.
  135. 10:19That doesn't mean you're bold.
  136. 10:21Boldness doesn't mean that you quarrelsome
  137. 10:23or pugilistic, that you're picking fights,
  138. 10:25looking for fights.
  139. 10:27That's not boldness.
  140. 10:28In fact, the Bible says the man of God
  141. 10:30must not be quarrelsome.
  142. 10:32Boldness, may I submit to you,
  143. 10:36is it is produced by the indwelling of the Spirit of God
  144. 10:41and that production is more akin to resolved.
  145. 10:47It's akin to the Apostle Paul saying,
  146. 10:49for I am fully persuaded.
  147. 10:52You know, one of the insidious features of this movement,
  148. 10:56you know, from modernity to post-modernism
  149. 10:58to a post-truth culture is that our culture
  150. 11:02lionizes uncertainty.
  151. 11:04You know, you are an elevated soul.
  152. 11:07You are a area that you are wise
  153. 11:09if you are willing to express your uncertainty.
  154. 11:13Your lack of resolve on any matter on any front is demonstration of your superiority as a human being.
  155. 11:20Guys, I would simply encourage you to reject that. There is a reality that we can be fully
  156. 11:30persuaded. There is a resolution that would allow you to love not our own lives, even unto death,
  157. 11:37because we know who we are and who's we are. This boldness that I'm talking about, that is produced
  158. 11:45by the Spirit of God is a resolution.
  159. 11:49Is it faces set like Flint.
  160. 11:53It is a love-based resolution, I would argue, as well.
  161. 12:00It is anchored in a love for God,
  162. 12:02which manifests itself in the love for our fellow men.
  163. 12:05That says love doesn't rejoice in wickedness,
  164. 12:08love rejoices in truth.
  165. 12:11How then can we be loving if we are willingly incapable
  166. 12:17incapable of articulating what is truth.
  167. 12:24Jesus was described, behold him,
  168. 12:26full of mercy and truth.
  169. 12:32The resolution that I'm describing,
  170. 12:36the boldness that I'm describing,
  171. 12:38it's not optional in our day.
  172. 12:41It's not optional in our moment.
  173. 12:44It's not optional.
  174. 12:46Boldness, boldness, boldness is required.
  175. 12:53Boldness manifests itself in courage.
  176. 12:58C.S. Lewis wrote that courage is the fullest manifestation of all is it is the full manifestation
  177. 13:04of every virtue in its fullest extent.
  178. 13:08Like every virtue has its most robust expression through courage.
  179. 13:13To say it differently.
  180. 13:18What good is truth veritas if there's no courage to articulate that truth, to contend for the
  181. 13:25the truth. The entire world, everybody is coming out of the
  182. 13:30closet with every single pathology and deception and I'll
  183. 13:33say in the biblical terms and every high thing that exalts
  184. 13:36itself against the knowledge of God. Why then would the people
  185. 13:44of truth keep the truth in the closet? It's compassionate to
  186. 13:51to leave room and space for every worldview except the
  187. 13:55biblical worldview. No, no, you dare bring the biblical worldview
  188. 13:59into the public square, then you are unloving brothers and sisters, I simply would say
  189. 14:07cowardice is not optional for the believer. It's not optional. We must be people of courage.
  190. 14:16And again, I'm not talking about a humanistic emotion that is that is self-induced. I'm talking
  191. 14:24about a product of the Spirit of God indwelling us. The results in clear eyes and full hearts that
  192. 14:35causes us to live things like the Apostle Paul Road, for I am not ashamed of the gospel of Jesus Christ.
  193. 14:43For it is the power of God unto salvation. Brothers and sisters, let us be people of boldness,
  194. 14:51that the love of God flows in us and through us with the truth of God. A discipleship minute
  195. 15:02with Joseph Parker. It's like all of creation was screaming, God is good. His goodness just flows
  196. 15:09from everything he created. But when the devil came to the garden, tempted Adam and Eve,
  197. 15:16his approach was, is God really good? And sadly, they kind of went along with his deception.
  198. 15:23They fell into sin. But the reality is God's creation is good and God is totally good.
  199. 15:30And so he can be totally trusted. So our worship and praise is acknowledging that he's good,
  200. 15:34But even when we don't fully recognize or see what he's doing, on the other hand complaining
  201. 15:39is God you're messing up.
  202. 15:42I'm not sure if you really are good in this situation.
  203. 15:44So I think clearly it's important.
  204. 15:47Complaining is never a good thing.
  205. 15:48It really is a way to curse something.
  206. 15:51Praise and worship, even though we may not fully understand what all is going on, it's
  207. 15:55so productive.
  208. 16:05Shiting light into the darkness, this is the Hamilton Corner, an American family radio.
  209. 16:11Welcome back to the Hamilton Corner, Abraham Hamilton III here.
  210. 16:14Just in case y'all may not be aware, we are in the building with the corner contingent right
  211. 16:18across from me, my man, 100 grand.
  212. 16:21Mr. Bobby Arroosa is here and produce extraordinary of the real Jay Mac is in the screening room.
  213. 16:27And we are ready to rock and roll with the program as we've already started it.
  214. 16:31But let me mentioned, mentioned this weekend, I will join the Darbonne Church of Christ family
  215. 16:38and North Louisiana in Farmerville, Louisiana.
  216. 16:41In fact, we will be there Friday, Saturday and Sunday
  217. 16:46by God's grace and the church is located at 1148,
  218. 16:51Sturlington Highway in Farmerville, Louisiana,
  219. 16:54zip code 71241.
  220. 16:57I'll mention it again.
  221. 16:58It is that Darbonne Church of Christ located at 1148,
  222. 17:02Sturlington Highway in Farmerville, Louisiana,
  223. 17:06zip code 71241.
  224. 17:08I'm looking forward to returning to Farmerville.
  225. 17:12This will be my second time at this church.
  226. 17:15We had an amazing time last year
  227. 17:18and they were so gracious to invite me back.
  228. 17:22And some of y'all are like,
  229. 17:23well, they must be crazy to invite you back, eh?
  230. 17:25But it's gonna be an amazing time.
  231. 17:29The services will be Friday evening,
  232. 17:32Saturday evening and there's going to be
  233. 17:33a Sunday morning service.
  234. 17:35If you're in the area,
  235. 17:36We're willing to come to the area.
  236. 17:38I'd love to meet you there.
  237. 17:39I was told we can invite you.
  238. 17:41So I would love to meet you there.
  239. 17:43That'll be this Friday, Saturday and Sunday, October 17th,
  240. 17:4718th and 19th at Darbonne Church of Christ
  241. 17:51in Farmerville, Louisiana.
  242. 17:531148 Stirlington Highway, Farmerville, Louisiana,
  243. 17:5671241 is the zip code.
  244. 18:00All right.
  245. 18:02I've already alluded to it today,
  246. 18:06Monday, but Monday in Israel, the 20 remaining living hostages were returned to Israel.
  247. 18:17That brings a total, and I want to explain this, and I want to talk about this a little
  248. 18:22bit because it has been greatly bothersome to me, that in the midst of much of the conversation
  249. 18:29surrounding Israel and Hamas, there are lots of people in our nation here in America that
  250. 18:34acts as if October 7th didn't happen.
  251. 18:36You know, like, oh, Israel is attacking Hamas.
  252. 18:41Okay.
  253. 18:42Why?
  254. 18:45Why?
  255. 18:46What?
  256. 18:47On October 6th, 2023 was Israel attacking Hamas?
  257. 18:51What happened?
  258. 18:54With the return of the 20 hostages who returned Monday today, that brings the total of 168
  259. 19:04hostages who returned home alive.
  260. 19:07Hamas slaughtered over 1200 people on October 7th, 2023.
  261. 19:14They abducted 251 people that day.
  262. 19:23Of the 251 to date, only 168 have been returned home alive.
  263. 19:29They've returned bodies so far of 58 Israelis
  264. 19:35who were abducted on October 7th.
  265. 19:37And I hate the way the media covers this.
  266. 19:40They say that these 58 died in Hamas custody.
  267. 19:47Really?
  268. 19:50They just randomly died.
  269. 19:53Nothing was going on.
  270. 19:54We know that's not true because we have the testimonies
  271. 19:57of some of the living hostages who've returned
  272. 20:00and they endured starvation and torture and rape,
  273. 20:09repeated rape, we know.
  274. 20:13And if they're young ones that are listening,
  275. 20:16I would encourage you to ask your parents now
  276. 20:18if you can continue listening.
  277. 20:19Cause I want to describe some of this stuff,
  278. 20:21not to be unnecessarily graphic,
  279. 20:25but to communicate the reality of what has happened.
  280. 20:30These additional people didn't just die in a mosque custody.
  281. 20:34Many of them were tortured to death.
  282. 20:36They were murdered with this ceasefire deal.
  283. 20:40Hamas said, we need to, we don't know where all the bodies are.
  284. 20:43We have to find the bodies.
  285. 20:44Gee, I wonder why you don't know where all the bodies are.
  286. 20:56We have documented reports and evidence.
  287. 21:00And I don't want to be too graphic,
  288. 21:03but on October 7th itself,
  289. 21:05when we talk about the over 1,200 people who were murdered,
  290. 21:10sometimes people forget that they weren't all just
  291. 21:13murdered immediately.
  292. 21:13A lot of the people were tortured,
  293. 21:16were raped, they found women's bodies with objects
  294. 21:20protruding from their bodies if y'all get what I'm saying.
  295. 21:23They found evidence of rape with seminal fluid on the bodies.
  296. 21:35Where you had scores of young women whose bodies
  297. 21:38were recovered with portions of their attire
  298. 21:41completely torn off of them, tops and or bottoms.
  299. 21:45They found mutilated bodies where you had
  300. 21:48healthy mammary gland tissue that was physically
  301. 21:50cut off with box cutters.
  302. 21:57Can you imagine going through the recovery of bodies
  303. 22:00and coming across time after time after time after time,
  304. 22:04women's bodies were their objects protruding from the corpses?
  305. 22:10Well, you had in some of the kibbutzes,
  306. 22:11you had a mother whose body was found
  307. 22:14with her hands cuck behind her back
  308. 22:16and her daughter's body is about three feet away from her
  309. 22:20where her undergarments were removed.
  310. 22:26Guys, this is sick and the evidence shows
  311. 22:28that Hamas intentionally used rape
  312. 22:32and genital mutilation and physical mutilation as a tactic as a tactic throughout history.
  313. 22:45There have been incidences of Islamic terrorist aggression is your response.
  314. 22:51And then the terrorists go, Oh, this is a track.
  315. 22:54This is genocide.
  316. 22:57Who flew in hang gliders into a music festival?
  317. 23:06Guys, this is this is this is sadism.
  318. 23:09This is demonic is what I'm saying.
  319. 23:11And when I say it's demonic, I'm not saying it's demonic in order to absolve the perpetrators
  320. 23:18of their responsibility.
  321. 23:19I'm saying it's demonically inspired to where these terrorists use terror as a vehicle to
  322. 23:29accomplish their objectives.
  323. 23:35While I rejoice with the families who have received their family members back prior to the release
  324. 23:41of some of the hostages they were allowed to have, you know, like FaceTime calls, a video
  325. 23:46calls where you had masked Hamas terrorists standing in the video shots, you know, it's
  326. 24:00sick man. It's sick. And frankly, it's disgusting to see how the many in the American media try
  327. 24:05to do this kind of equivalency thing, kind of both sides, everything to death. Guys, miss
  328. 24:12me with all of that. You know, I just asked, I asked one dude, I was talking to him a simple
  329. 24:15question. I said, how many Muslims are there in Israel's connective? This person clearly
  330. 24:23was ignorant. We didn't know that you literally have Muslims in Israel in Israel's
  331. 24:28connected. I said, what would happen to an Israeli who just decided to want to take a walk in a
  332. 24:36mosque control Gaza? What would happen to them? Just stop the madness, man. Stop the madness. Babies
  333. 24:42with their heads cut off. This is insane. And so you have, and as I've described this before,
  334. 24:50you have this peace deal, whereas I mentioned to you before, Israel has agreed to release
  335. 24:59250 prisoners. So these are people who have been arrested, tried and convicted and were
  336. 25:05serving life sentences in Israel. In fact, they were in Jerusalem. I mean, they were
  337. 25:14in custody because they had been tried and convicted for murder. Then you had another 1,722
  338. 25:22Gazans who were detained by the IDF during their incursion into Gaza because these people were
  339. 25:31fighting and harboring and things they wanted to basically keep them off of the battlefield. So
  340. 25:35though these are people who hadn't necessarily been tried but they were detained by the IDF in
  341. 25:40the process of the wars prosecution. So of the 250 prisoners, 15 will be released in Jerusalem,
  342. 25:48100 will be released in the West Bank and like the description of the West Bank, that's Judea
  343. 25:52in Sumeria is described as West Bank because it's west of the Jordan River, but it's technically
  344. 25:57in the eastern portions of Israel. Then another 135, the remaining 135 will be deported to Gaza
  345. 26:08or elsewhere abroad in this peace deal. I've done it before, but I'm going to do it again and talk
  346. 26:20about the historical realities in Israel. How do you how have you gotten to this place to
  347. 26:25utilization of the term Syria,
  348. 26:26Palestinian, where did that come from?
  349. 26:33Where did these descriptions come from?
  350. 26:36I'm going to do that again, because, you know, unfortunately,
  351. 26:39there are people who are not aware of it.
  352. 26:42There are documentaries that are available that show one that comes to mind,
  353. 26:46screams before silence.
  354. 26:48That one comes to mind that shows kind of the horrendous reality
  355. 26:53that is transpired.
  356. 26:54And it's just as I processed and reflected on the peace dealing watched the tears that were shared by Israeli families as they received their loved ones that are still alive.
  357. 27:10I couldn't help but think about those who whose loved ones have passed away.
  358. 27:17And I've said before, I don't feel like I need to say it.
  359. 27:19I my heart breaks also for innocent, you know, Arabs who have passed away, but there needs to be a discussion about what is innocence.
  360. 27:29You know, do we truly have an appropriate understanding of what percentage of Arabs that are in Gaza and other places
  361. 27:39that are
  362. 27:43complicit with Hamas that are
  363. 27:45similar to a mosque in ideology that are
  364. 27:48supporters of a mosque even if they're not on the front lines firing shots and
  365. 27:52Then what percentage of the population is on the front line firing shots
  366. 27:56that that needs to be a conversation and
  367. 27:58and needs to be a conversation.
  368. 28:03Along with the release of the hostages,
  369. 28:06President Trump addressed Israel's Knesset
  370. 28:10and Prime Minister Bibi Netanyahu addressed Knesset as well.
  371. 28:14And it's just amazing to see how President Trump
  372. 28:19was embraced, frankly, not just embraced, celebrated in Israel,
  373. 28:25in the streets in Israel, but also in Israel's Knesset,
  374. 28:31Prime Minister Bibi Netanyahu addressed Knesset
  375. 28:33in Hebrew, but then offered the address again thereafter in English.
  376. 28:39I want to give you a small snippet, snippet, Prime Minister Netanyahu's references, frankly,
  377. 28:46to President Trump during his address.
  378. 28:47Listen to and watch clip number three, clip three, go Donald Trump is the greatest friend
  379. 28:54that the state of Israel has ever had in the White House.
  380. 29:03No American president has ever done more for Israel, and as I said in Washington, it ain't
  381. 29:11even close.
  382. 29:12It's really not a match.
  383. 29:15Mr. President, today we welcome you here to thank you for your pivotal leadership in putting
  384. 29:22forward a proposal that got the backing of almost the entire world.
  385. 29:28A proposal that brings all our hostages home.
  386. 29:38A proposal that ends the board by achieving all our objectives.
  387. 29:46A proposal that opens the door
  388. 29:49to an historic expansion of peace in our region
  389. 29:52and beyond our region.
  390. 29:54Mr. President, you are committed to this peace.
  391. 29:58I am committed to this peace.
  392. 30:00And together, Mr. President, we will achieve this peace.
  393. 30:08In this speech, Prime Minister Yahoo went on to highlight
  394. 30:11some of the things that President Trump has accomplished.
  395. 30:14And I'm sharing this for a reason
  396. 30:16because we've had lots of lip service about
  397. 30:19Israel, all this kind of stuff.
  398. 30:20But President Trump acted to put feet to a lot of these things.
  399. 30:23And he should be applauded for these things.
  400. 30:27All right, he should be applauded for these things.
  401. 30:31It's what an indictment.
  402. 30:33Barack Hussein Obama got to Nobel Peace Prize
  403. 30:36before he even, you know, before he even got his, got the over office, over office warm,
  404. 30:42you know, some of the things President Trump did. One, recognized Jerusalem as Israel's capital
  405. 30:51and moved the U.S. embassy to Jerusalem, to which all of the experts were like, Oh, no,
  406. 30:57don't do that. Oh, it's going to be terrible. And what happened? Crickets. Second, recognize
  407. 31:03Israeli sovereignty over the Golan Heights. Third stood up against the lies that were
  408. 31:10forced against Israel in the United Nations, recognize his 2020 peace plan, Israel's rights
  409. 31:17in Judea and Samaria as the ancestral homeland of the Jewish people. Fifth, President Trump
  410. 31:24broke with the historic Abraham accords. I can't wait, I can't like that didn't happen at all.
  411. 31:30And it's so funny to me, all of the people that was President Trump, he's gonna, he's
  412. 31:34And the war is going into really six president Trump withdrew from that
  413. 31:40disaster is JCPOA, the Iran nuclear deal.
  414. 31:44Seventh, he supported Israel's operation rising lion.
  415. 31:47That is when they responded to October 7th.
  416. 31:51And then, and then you can't forget about this, president Trump's decision to
  417. 31:56launch operation midnight hammer when the B2 bombers dropped the bunker
  418. 32:01busters on Iran.
  419. 32:03Don't forget the couple of them flew out west to don't forget that part.
  420. 32:07Don't forget that part.
  421. 32:08Then you had President Trump was really leading and putting pressure on Hamas to release the remaining hostages, which you have to understand that was Hamas's biggest leverage.
  422. 32:24So, I mean, I'm just saying a couple of these things. And as you heard, Prime Minister Netanyahu said,
  423. 32:31The new American president has done more for Israel.
  424. 32:33And as I said in Washington, it ain't even close.
  425. 32:37Guys, objectively, that is a true statement.
  426. 32:41And if you look again objectively,
  427. 32:43October 7th was to Israel 13 times more deadly
  428. 32:50than September 11th was to us here in America.

  467. 35:04The Hamilton Quarter podcast
  468. 35:06and one-minute commentaries are available at EFR.net.
  469. 35:10Back to the Hamilton Quarter on American Family Radio.
  470. 35:15Welcome back to the Hamilton Corner, Abraham Hamilton III.
  471. 35:17Man, we're already in the final segment,
  472. 35:22this respectful clock.
  473. 35:24So I mentioned this in,
  474. 35:26in as many of us were breaking bread
  475. 35:32and fellowshiping with the saints
  476. 35:33and worshiping together and minding our business
  477. 35:35and going about California governor,
  478. 35:40Gavonito Nusilini, just once again shows
  479. 35:44his utter disdain for parents.
  480. 35:46And it's, man, it's such a slap in the face of the public
  481. 35:52because people like him, politicians like him,
  482. 35:57and others continue to do these things simply
  483. 36:00because they do not expect the populace
  484. 36:05to pay attention.
  485. 36:06Many of them, many of them don't expect the populace
  486. 36:09to pay attention.
  487. 36:10In addition to that, you know, you do have, you know,
  488. 36:14frankly, one party rule in California,
  489. 36:16so we shouldn't minimize the significance there.
  490. 36:21But one of the demonically inspired, regressive tenants
  491. 36:26has always been to seek to destroy the nuclear family.
  492. 36:33nuclear family. You have the hostility to children. You have the efforts to disintegrate the covenantal
  493. 36:50marital bond between a husband and wife. You see the continued effort to destroy the God
  494. 36:58breathe covenantal relationship between parents and children, husbands and wives, and the offspring
  495. 37:05that is produced from husbands and wives. You continuously see efforts to destroy that. You
  496. 37:12have the outright blunt forced application to the union. And then you have the subtle
  497. 37:18attacks from the, you know, death by a thousand cuts kind of phenomena. Assembly Bill 495
  498. 37:28in California was a broad side against the family. Gavonito Newcilini describes the bill
  499. 37:43as one that safeguards parental authority.
  500. 37:46Think about that.
  501. 37:48Now the only way you can describe this measure
  502. 37:50as a safeguard to parental authority
  503. 37:53is that you're assuming the people
  504. 37:55to whom you describe in the measure,
  505. 37:57they will not read the actual measure.
  506. 37:59So let's talk about it a little bit.
  507. 38:01Now the bill was way worse in its original form.
  508. 38:04You had several amendments that were made to the bill,
  509. 38:06but it didn't change the fact that the bill remained,
  510. 38:09remained hostile to the family.
  511. 38:16What Assembly Bill 495 does, it fundamentally undermines parental rights,
  512. 38:20as I've mentioned, and it opens the door for abuse, kidnapping,
  513. 38:27and governmental interference in family life.
  514. 38:30Oh, wow.
  515. 38:31It proclaims to protect parents and children.
  516. 38:36The bill, which now can no longer be described as a bill because yesterday,
  517. 38:40Gavin Newsom signed the bill into law.
  518. 38:41So now it is the law in the state of California.
  519. 38:44And at the end of this, I'm going to give some recommendations for those who
  520. 38:47in California, if you have friends or family members in California to try to protect themselves
  521. 38:51against this evil monstrosity. The bill, according to the text, the black letter text of the law,
  522. 39:03it allows any adult, any adult without verification, without parental consent, and without even,
  523. 39:16without even notifying the parents, it allows any adult to make medical and educational decisions
  524. 39:23for a child. Any adult, any adult, I want to repeat that. The bill allows any adult without
  525. 39:32verification, without parental consent, without even notifying parents, notifying parents
  526. 39:38to make medical and educational decisions for a child. Now think about what I'm saying,
  527. 39:44medical, they can make educational decisions for a child. They can also make medical decisions
  528. 39:50for a child medical decisions. Now think about this. We're talking like California.
  529. 39:55Do they describe the slaughter of an unborn child as a medical decision?
  530. 40:01How do they describe chemical castration drugs? How do they describe general mutilation surgeries?
  531. 40:07How do they describe double mastectomies? Don't they describe all of those things as medical decisions?
  532. 40:13I want you to hear what I said again. The law allows any adult without verification. I'm going
  533. 40:19explain what I mean when I say any adult and without verification. Because the law allows or sorry creates
  534. 40:31authority for any adult by using what's called a caregiver's authorization affidavit. So the
  535. 40:41quote unquote caregiver fills out an affidavit. Now you want to talk about insane. The affidavit
  536. 40:48does not require a parental notification. So the parents, the biological parents or the child,
  537. 40:52do not have to be made aware of what's going on.
  538. 40:55All right.
  539. 40:59The caregivers authorization affidavit does not require
  540. 41:05the parents to be notified.
  541. 41:07The caregiver does not have to be verified
  542. 41:10that they are who they say that they are.
  543. 41:13They are, for example.
  544. 41:14What do you think are some normal safeguards that exist?
  545. 41:19You know to ensure that you have a person
  546. 41:21that is attempting to assert some type of law
  547. 41:23for the authority based on a document.
  548. 41:24What is some of the normal safeguards you would expect?
  549. 41:27You know, things like, you know, getting a notarized affidavit, you know?
  550. 41:32Hey, I want to transfer the license from this, the title from this car.
  551. 41:37I want to give this car to my sister.
  552. 41:40I'm going to transfer title to this vehicle.
  553. 41:42Title transfers require notarized affidavits.
  554. 41:47But in the context of dealing with a minor child,
  555. 41:49you can have a caregiver's authorization affidavit.
  556. 41:52It does not even have to be notarized, guys.
  557. 41:55Do you understand what I'm saying?
  558. 41:58There is no requirement that the adult who seeks to have this caregiver's authorization
  559. 42:05affidavit, it doesn't have to be notarized.
  560. 42:09Hence my description that the law allows for any adult without verification to assert authority
  561. 42:16in a child's life.
  562. 42:18So according to the law in the state of California, an adult who shows up with this caregiver's
  563. 42:24authorization affidavit, they can enroll a child in certain schools. They can take a child to certain
  564. 42:34medical facilities for procedures because they have this caregivers authorization affidavit, of course.
  565. 42:42Jonathan Kellerton, president of the California Family Council said this quote,
  566. 42:45AB495 strips parents of their constitutional rights, and hands them over to unverified strangers.
  567. 42:51It is unconstitutional. It is illegal. And no school or medical facilities should recognize
  568. 42:57or accept the authority of a caregiver's authorization affidavit without a verified
  569. 43:01signature from a parent or legal guardian."
  570. 43:03End quote.
  571. 43:04Now, let me explain though.
  572. 43:07The law doesn't require the parents' signature though.
  573. 43:10See, Mr. Keller is saying that no school or no hospital or no medical provider should accept
  574. 43:15this affidavit, but the law only says the adult needs to have the affidavit.
  575. 43:20That's it.
  576. 43:26The law allows any adult to use this caregiver's authorization affidavit and it is quote sufficient
  577. 43:32to authorize enrollment of a minor in school and authorize school related medical care and
  578. 43:38any adult claiming to be a relative within five degrees of kinship that can sign the caregiver's
  579. 43:44authorization affidavit giving them the ability and control over medical care.
  580. 43:49Now I want you to see that.
  581. 43:51The law says that the caregiver needs to be within five degrees of kinship.
  582. 43:56So how do you verify that?
  583. 43:59There's no requirement for verification.
  584. 44:01It's just because they say they are who they are.
  585. 44:03Now, this is in California.
  586. 44:05Can you imagine?
  587. 44:06There are some who are describing this as a sex trafficker and a child abusers dream
  588. 44:11law.
  589. 44:14Imagine you, I don't know, kidnap a child and then you get a caregiver's authorization
  590. 44:21affidavit and you do what with...
  591. 44:24Guys, this is sick.
  592. 44:25This is sick.
  593. 44:26This is sick.
  594. 44:27This is sick.
  595. 44:28This is sick.
  596. 44:30Gavinito, New Salini thought it was slick because the bill passed in the state legislature
  597. 44:37in September.
  598. 44:38So it just sat on the governor's desk and this joke awaits until a Sunday to sign it
  599. 44:45into law.
  600. 44:52Dean Broils, the president and chief counsel of the National Center for Law and Policy
  601. 44:56said this, quote, Governor Newsom deceptively describes AB 495 as a caregiver planning
  602. 45:02tool for undocumented parents.
  603. 45:05It is more accurately described as a child trafficker and trial predator's dream bill."
  604. 45:10See, I got to explain how Gavin E. Joe Newcilini is selling it.
  605. 45:14This is how he's trying to sell it in California.
  606. 45:16Well, with all that ICE is doing, with undocumented, this is what he says.
  607. 45:21Let me say it my way.
  608. 45:22With all that ICE is doing, detaining illegal aliens, there needs to be some other family
  609. 45:26members around that can make decisions for the child.
  610. 45:29That's how he's selling it.
  611. 45:31Now y'all wanna know something?
  612. 45:32Do you think that this law has any limiting principle in it
  613. 45:36that says this is limited to the children
  614. 45:38of your legal aliens?
  615. 45:42I'll answer that for you, no.
  616. 45:44So while he's saying that illegal aliens
  617. 45:47is what he's trying to address,
  618. 45:49that's no way in the law, nowhere in the law.
  619. 45:54Guys, this is a pimp in a child traffickers dream.
  620. 45:58Wait, you mean to tell me, guys, this is sick.
  621. 46:03This is sick.
  622. 46:05Dean Broils continued and said,
  623. 46:06quote, its sweeping application is not limited to immigrant families.
  624. 46:10It does not require any parental notice or consent and lacks even the most basic
  625. 46:14safeguards to protect children.
  626. 46:16Anyone falsely claiming kinship can easily sign the affidavit, access a child,
  627. 46:23obtain medical care and enroll them in another school.
  628. 46:27Even the most basic safeguard of a notary is not required to confirm the true
  629. 46:32identity of the person accessing the child.
  630. 46:36And because this is, this is sick.
  631. 46:42This is sick.
  632. 46:44This is diabolical.
  633. 46:46You had Californians who came out in droves
  634. 46:48against this measure.
  635. 46:52You had Californians who opposed this wickedness,
  636. 46:54which is why Gavinito, no Salini,
  637. 46:56tries to do it on a slick.
  638. 46:57When many of the people who oppose a measure,
  639. 46:59he knows that they were at church on Sunday.
  640. 47:02He knows that.
  641. 47:03That's why he will quietly try to, oop, now it's law.
  642. 47:10Couple of recommendations.
  643. 47:11If you are in California first,
  644. 47:14Update the emergency contact lists.
  645. 47:16I'm sorry, update the emergency contact lists
  646. 47:19for your children.
  647. 47:21All right, if your children are in school,
  648. 47:22update those lists.
  649. 47:24If your children have doctors,
  650. 47:26update your emergency contact lists
  651. 47:28to include only, only the adults that you know and trust
  652. 47:36to have access to your child.
  653. 47:37Because what has to happen now is that parents
  654. 47:40are gonna have to appeal to their own community stakeholders,
  655. 47:44their schools, their doctors and things of that nature.
  656. 47:46and say, listen, no other adults are allowed to access my child.
  657. 47:51And to set the course to challenge and have this stupid
  658. 47:53loss in this wicked loss struck down as unconstitutional.
  659. 47:56Update your emergency contact lists
  660. 47:58to make sure that only yourselves and the adults you know
  661. 48:04and trust are allowed access to your child.
  662. 48:06Next, submit written directives.
  663. 48:09Submit written directives.
  664. 48:12Stayed in that no one outside of your listed contacts
  665. 48:15is authorized to pick up or make decisions for your child.
  666. 48:20submit written directives.
  667. 48:28Yes, Pamela says, so from what you're saying,
  668. 48:30they only have to have that form to check out these children
  669. 48:32that they have no right to check out.
  670. 48:33That's absolutely right.
  671. 48:34According to the law, AB495,
  672. 48:37all that any adult would need,
  673. 48:39they would need to say in the form that,
  674. 48:40yeah, I'm within five degrees of kinship to this child,
  675. 48:43and I have this caregiver's authorization after Davis.
  676. 48:46See, I have this document, so I can get this child.
  677. 48:51Guys, that is diabolical.
  678. 48:54That is diabolical.
  679. 48:56Diabolical.
  680. 48:57And thirdly, of course, if you're in California, support every effort to get this law repealed.
  681. 49:01Now I know some attorneys in California, they're already planning to challenge this wicked law.
  682. 49:09But in the meantime, in the meantime, these are steps you can take to try to protect your
  683. 49:13family.
  684. 49:15Now I know there are many people, and I get it.
  685. 49:17I know there are many people that are like, man, you got to get out of California.
  686. 49:20And I understand the sentiment behind that.
  687. 49:22But there are some people who are in the state that God is calling to fight in their state.
  688. 49:30There's so many people out of the talk that says,
  689. 49:32Abe Sacramento, the legislature Sacramento,
  690. 49:35and the population in Southern California,
  691. 49:37and in San Francisco, they do not represent
  692. 49:42all of California.
  693. 49:47But I wanted everybody to be aware of this.
  694. 49:49If you have friends and family members in California,
  695. 49:52notify them immediately.
  696. 49:54Because the Gavin Ito, New Salini, tried to be slick.
  697. 49:56He tried to sign this on the slick.
  698. 49:58So there's some who may not know
  699. 50:00that this has been signed into law.
  700. 50:06And in this moment, New Salini is allowing himself
  701. 50:09to be an instrument of evil as he seeks to erode the God or
  702. 50:15day in relationship between parents and children. This is
  703. 50:23evil, man. But people need to be aware what's going on. As I
  704. 50:27said, share this with your friends and family members, let
  705. 50:29them know what's going on if they're in the state of
  706. 50:31California and be on the lookout because they want to try to
  707. 50:33export this nonsense to other states around the country.
  708. 50:39The views and opinions expressed in this broadcast may not
  709. 50:42necessarily reflect those of the American Family Association
  710. 50:46or American Family Radio.
