  1. 0:00Darkness is not an affirmative force.
  2. 0:02It simply reoccupies the space vacated by the light.
  3. 0:06This is the Hamilton Corner on American Family Radio.
  4. 0:10It should be uncomfortable for a believer to live as a hypocrite.
  5. 0:15Delivery people out of the bondage of mainstream media.
  6. 0:18And the philosophies of this world.
  7. 0:20God has called you and me to be His ambassador.
  8. 0:23Even in this dark moment.
  9. 0:26Let's not miss our moment.
  10. 0:28And now the Hamilton Corner.
  11. 0:31Well, it is my pleasure to sit in for Abraham Hamilton III, dear friend of mine and great
  12. 0:38talk show host.
  13. 0:40I'll do my very best to do him justice and do you all justice too.
  14. 0:44But as always, I'm glad to be with you.
  15. 0:47Grateful to God and honored to be part of the AFR family.
  16. 0:50I do have a podcast.
  17. 0:51It's on post every Wednesday morning called the Awakening podcast.
  18. 0:56My program was called the Awakening when I was on the radio daily, but the podcast is called
  19. 1:00the Awakening Podcast.
  20. 1:02It posts every Wednesday morning.
  21. 1:04I'll be getting that ready for you tomorrow night for posting first thing Wednesday morning.
  22. 1:09So, please check it out.
  23. 1:11If you don't have a computer then or you don't do the online thing, so to speak, you'll have
  24. 1:17to wait until these opportunities to substitute come along.
  25. 1:21But I'm grateful to God for every one of them.
  26. 1:24I'm grateful to AFR.
  27. 1:26Again, folks, I don't know what this country would do
  28. 1:29without American family radio.
  29. 1:33Praise God for what is happening right now
  30. 1:36with, as a result, sadly, as a result of the sad and tragic
  31. 1:43death of Charlie Kirk by assassination.
  32. 1:46But I am thrilled with what is happening right now
  33. 1:49because it really does seem to be an explosion
  34. 1:53of expressions of faith in Jesus Christ.
  35. 1:57I heard JD Vance say,
  36. 1:58I don't talk about my religion,
  37. 2:00I've talked more about it in the last couple of days,
  38. 2:03and I was really glad to hear that,
  39. 2:05but you know that's interesting
  40. 2:06because the word of God says we're supposed to talk about it.
  41. 2:09The word of God says we're supposed to speak of Jesus
  42. 2:15every opportunity we have.
  43. 2:17We're supposed to be telling the whole world about him,
  44. 2:20But this horrible act by this nefarious leftist who decided that he was going to do
  45. 2:31something about the voice of Charlie Kirk seems to have awakened many in the
  46. 2:36church who were either asleep or silent and I'm glad to hear that but I will add
  47. 2:44this. AFR was here before this terrible incident. AFR will be here after this
  48. 2:51terrible incident and we will be a persistent and consistent and persevering voice for the
  49. 2:59truth of God's word. And I really am grateful to God for that. I mean, I'm glad for the result
  50. 3:08of this, not glad for what's happened, obviously, because this was a terribly evil act. But I'm
  51. 3:14I'm certainly glad for the response that we are seeing.
  52. 3:19But I'll tell you something, folks.
  53. 3:22AFR has been at this, and American Family Association
  54. 3:24has been at this for a long, long time,
  55. 3:27laying the groundwork, sewing the seeds for people
  56. 3:31like Charlie Kirk, who can find a ground that's
  57. 3:38been plowed in many ways, many of the kids who I'm sure
  58. 3:42followed him, they might not have been listening to AFR, but I guarantee you, many of their
  59. 3:49parents have, many of their grandparents have. And probably the seeds of faith were sewn
  60. 3:56into many of them. They caught up in that secular world and in the godlessness of Akadim
  61. 4:02and sort of forgot where they really came from. But one plants another waters and God gives
  62. 4:10the increase. And so, AFR has been planting and watering for a long, long, long time. And
  63. 4:17I, folks, I just can't say how grateful to God I am for that. Because I really believe
  64. 4:23in a very spiritual sense that without an AFR, without an American Family Association, there
  65. 4:31couldn't be a turning point USA. Without a brother Don Weillman, there wouldn't have been
  66. 4:39Charlie Kirk or an E.W. Jackson or an Abraham Hamilton III or at least that you would know
  67. 4:45about because he laid the groundwork for the work that so many of us are doing right now.
  68. 4:52So praise God for that.
  69. 4:55And now let me get into this then because like all of you, I was shocked when I first
  70. 5:02heard the news.
  71. 5:04I think I said this to you before, folks.
  72. 5:05When I first heard the news of the assassination,
  73. 5:09my brain really wouldn't process it.
  74. 5:12And I think that may be the first time
  75. 5:13I've had that experience where I just couldn't wrap my head
  76. 5:18around that being true.
  77. 5:20And so I was in a staff meeting.
  78. 5:22One of my staff members said,
  79. 5:25I just heard Charlie Kirk was shot and he's dead.
  80. 5:30And my response was, are you kidding?
  81. 5:33Now knowing the person who said this wouldn't joke like that,
  82. 5:36But I just didn't know how to respond.
  83. 5:40And then when they came back, knowing this is a serious person,
  84. 5:43and I got a joke like that, I think
  85. 5:45I just froze for a few minutes.
  86. 5:48And just kind of I'm trying to absorb this.
  87. 5:54And I think people across the country, particularly,
  88. 5:57those of us who admired his work, admired what he was doing,
  89. 6:03admired particularly, because turning point was not
  90. 6:07started as a faith organization, turning point USA faith, was then then became the
  91. 6:12kind of the faith arm and expression of Charlie Kirk's, what became ultimately
  92. 6:18his primary mission, which was sharing the truth of the gospel of Jesus Christ
  93. 6:24with people and using politics really as a vehicle to do that. That's what ultimately,
  94. 6:30that's what his organizational genius ultimately became.
  95. 6:36It became a vehicle for the gospel of Jesus Christ,
  96. 6:39which came up constantly.
  97. 6:40I'm sure you all saw that video of this person
  98. 6:43dressed in this satanic outfit coming up
  99. 6:46and muttering all of these, I guess,
  100. 6:48that's supposed to be incantations or spells or whatever,
  101. 6:52and Charlie Kirk said to him,
  102. 6:54I repudiate that spirit in the name of Jesus.
  103. 6:57And then as he walked away, he said,
  104. 6:59Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life.
  105. 7:04Now, I don't hear any of the mainstream,
  106. 7:11lame stream, leftist media acknowledging any of this.
  107. 7:17I really don't.
  108. 7:19And they're putting these people on,
  109. 7:20like Jasmine Crockett and AOC and quoting them
  110. 7:25and quoting some of these other people.
  111. 7:28And by the way, I'm sure you know,
  112. 7:30I have a list of them folks, lots of them, who have been suspended or fired from their
  113. 7:36jobs.
  114. 7:37Apparently Jimmy Kimmel is coming back.
  115. 7:38It will be interesting to see what he's got to say with his sorry self.
  116. 7:43Many of them.
  117. 7:44And these are in some cases doctors and nurses and college professors that shouldn't surprise
  118. 7:51us.
  119. 7:52But people in presumably responsible positions, presumably responsible people, at least one
  120. 7:59would have thought they were publicly denouncing Charlie Kirk in an effect publicly approving
  121. 8:09of his assassination.
  122. 8:14Now this is monstrous.
  123. 8:18You know I was thinking about this today folks.
  124. 8:22And this was the thought that I had.
  125. 8:26If you are willing to celebrate an assassination, you are willing to participate in an assassination.
  126. 8:35Me, right? If you're willing to celebrate an assassination, surely you're willing to participate
  127. 8:43in an assassination. You think what's been done is a good thing. If you consider yourself
  128. 8:49a good person and you think that killing someone was a good thing, then presumably you yourself
  129. 8:56would be willing to do that good thing as you see it. What does that say about the people
  130. 9:03who are reveling in Charlie Kirk's death.
  131. 9:07You know what it says to me?
  132. 9:08It says to me, these people are deeply evil, deeply evil.
  133. 9:13And I mean, we use that word to talk about people's
  134. 9:18ideological perspective and their perspective as evil,
  135. 9:21but when somebody literally figuratively,
  136. 9:24perhaps better said, dances on the grave
  137. 9:30of someone who has been brutally
  138. 9:32and in cold blood, gun down for nothing more than speaking his mind.
  139. 9:43And for you to celebrate that and think that that is a good thing,
  140. 9:48it really says something very, very dark and very wicked about the people who do that.
  141. 9:58And I'll tell you, Erica Kirk just really, she really established what the Christian
  142. 10:12faith is all about because she in yesterday's memorial said, I forgive Tyler Robinson.
  143. 10:20I forgive him.
  144. 10:23Now we're commanded to do that.
  145. 10:24You know, it's not a suggestion.
  146. 10:26Jesus doesn't say, well, you know, then think about it and sort of work through it.
  147. 10:32And if you really feel like, if you forgive the person,
  148. 10:35no, no, it is a command from the Lord advocate general,
  149. 10:40the church, the chief shepherd of the flock,
  150. 10:44the king of kings and the Lord of lords,
  151. 10:47who says, if you do not forgive, neither will your Father
  152. 10:52in heaven forgive you.
  153. 10:53Now, folks, I don't want any of that.
  154. 10:57And so I forgive.
  155. 11:00I'm not holding anything against anybody.
  156. 11:04Now mind you, I always have to make this distinction
  157. 11:08because I think sometimes it gets confused.
  158. 11:11There's a difference between forgiving and trusting.
  159. 11:15Because I forgive someone, doesn't mean I trust them.
  160. 11:19And there's a difference between forgiving someone
  161. 11:22and absolving them of the just desserts,
  162. 11:27what they deserve for what they've done.
  163. 11:30And so I joined her in forgiving Tyler Robinson.
  164. 11:33He has done a terrible thing,
  165. 11:36but that doesn't mean that the man should not be
  166. 11:39incarcerated for the rest of his life or executed.
  167. 11:45And those punishments should be carried out.
  168. 11:47Whatever the jury decides, the judge decides,
  169. 11:49but those punishments should be carried out.
  170. 11:53Notwithstanding anyone's personal forgiveness.
  171. 11:57So personal forgiveness doesn't mean
  172. 11:59you trust the person you've forgiven A,
  173. 12:01or that even you want a relationship with the person
  174. 12:03you've forgiven.
  175. 12:04All it means is you're not gonna seek vengeance.
  176. 12:07You don't want anything bad to happen to that person.
  177. 12:10I mean, you know, out of the norm of what do process demands
  178. 12:14when a person is done a thing like this.
  179. 12:16But you know, you're not saying,
  180. 12:17well, I hope he gets cancer,
  181. 12:18I hope he keels over and dies of a heart attack or whatever.
  182. 12:22You just, you don't think that way
  183. 12:23because forgiveness means you recognize as a human being,
  184. 12:27He is potentially redeemable.
  185. 12:29God loves him, wants to redeem him, and if he will repent of his sins, in spite of the
  186. 12:35fact he has to pay here on earth, he can end up in heaven.
  187. 12:39And you would want that for him, because you'd want that for any human being.
  188. 12:43God's not willing that any should perish.
  189. 12:45The worst of the worst of the worst, but that all should come to life.
  190. 12:50So she's forgiven him.
  191. 12:53I'm dressed that with the way people are talking about Charlie Kirk.
  192. 12:58Now look, she's forgiven this man and we know what he did, right?
  193. 13:01He went up on a roof, took a bolt action rifle, and blew Charlie Kirk's throat out.
  194. 13:08And as I've said before, I think he was dead instantly.
  195. 13:10I saw the film, I wish I hadn't seen it, frankly, but I did see it, saw the video, and I think
  196. 13:17he was dead instantly.
  197. 13:19She said when she saw him, he had a smile on his face because I think he was immediately
  198. 13:24translated into the presence of the Lord. But think about our expression of love and
  199. 13:31forgiveness for those who would do something as horrible as killing our husband that way.
  200. 13:38And think of the expressions of hatred that we've heard coming down from the Democrat
  201. 13:43party and people on the left who wouldn't even vote for resolution. That was really, it was
  202. 13:48not a political resolution at all. I mean, condemning political violence, who doesn't want
  203. 13:53to do that. I mean, that's essentially what it was doing. I have the wording of it in front
  204. 14:00of me, but I mean, it was not it was not an endorsement of Charlie Kirk's politics. And yet,
  205. 14:09and yet, after what was done to him, the people who witnessed that are still many of them are
  206. 14:21still spewing hatred toward him. Got to pray for our country folks. This is Bishop E. W. Jackson
  207. 14:28in for Abraham Hamilton III back in the morning.
  208. 15:00A discipleship minute with Joseph Parker.
  209. 15:04First Samuel chapter 17, verses 50 and 51.
  210. 15:08So David prevailed over the Philistine with a sling
  211. 15:11and with a stone and struck the Philistine and killed him.
  212. 15:15There was no sword in the hand of David.
  213. 15:17Then David ran and stood over the Philistine
  214. 15:19and took his sword and drew it out of its sheath
  215. 15:22and killed him and cut off his head with it.
  216. 15:25When the Philistines saw that their champion was dead,
  217. 15:28they bled. Every disciple of Jesus Christ would be wise to strive to become a kingdom warrior.
  218. 15:35I would define a kingdom warrior as a disciple of Christ who wisely and skillfully puts the
  219. 15:40word of God, the sword of the Spirit to work every day. All people everywhere are facing
  220. 15:46intense spiritual warfare facing at home, at school, at work, in public every day. We
  221. 15:54seat in the news in our government, in our culture, and all across the world.
  222. 16:05Shining light into the darkness. This is the Hamilton Corner, an American family radio.
  223. 16:13So this is about, I mean, it's very, very honorable, but it's innocuous. I mean, it doesn't, in the sense
  224. 16:23that, talking about the resolution, it doesn't agree with Charlie Kirk's politics. It doesn't say
  225. 16:30that everything Charlie Kirk says was right and everybody who signs off on this
  226. 16:36agrees with that. I mean here's two key aspects of the resolution it says,
  227. 16:42whereas leaders at every level, government, education, media, and beyond,
  228. 16:46must stand united in unequivocal to condemnation of political violence,
  229. 16:50regardless of their ideology. Then it goes on to say, whereas the tragic loss of
  230. 16:58Charlie Kirk must not be allowed to deepen the divides in our nation, but instead serve
  231. 17:02as a turning point to recommit ourselves to better angels and to the timeless American
  232. 17:08principles of liberty, governed by truth, and the virtues of peaceful dialogue."
  233. 17:14Now, folks, Jasmine Crockett went on a rant about the fact that there were some Democrats
  234. 17:26who voted present.
  235. 17:27They didn't oppose it.
  236. 17:28They voted present.
  237. 17:29I think she said, and I just caught this in passing, but I think she said only two of the
  238. 17:37people who voted for it were Caucasians, her word Caucasians.
  239. 17:43So she's turned us now into a racial issue.
  240. 17:47So somehow if you didn't oppose it and you were Caucasian, I guess, as she would put it,
  241. 17:59are somehow you are racist. Now, folks, I just want to say, I've really lost patience with
  242. 18:08this. I really have, because I have not heard a single person. And by the way, and I have
  243. 18:14no use for the for the mainstream media, because you would, it would seem to me, if you are
  244. 18:21a reporter, and you have even a centilla of intellectual curiosity. When a person says he
  245. 18:30He was a racist or he is a racist or whatever, however they put it, you would say, what did
  246. 18:37he say?
  247. 18:38What did Charlie Kirk say or do that convince you of this?
  248. 18:44And then wait for the answer because now I want to know you called him a racist, you called
  249. 18:49him a fascist, okay?
  250. 18:50You obviously have some evidence to point to.
  251. 18:54I never hear a single bit, not a shred of any evidence that anybody ever offers up to say,
  252. 19:04here's why I say that.
  253. 19:08Because folks, if they did that, I could at least say, okay, all right, now we can discuss
  254. 19:12now.
  255. 19:13We have something to talk about.
  256. 19:16But when you have nothing to offer other than just to call the man names, other than just
  257. 19:23labels that you can just pull out of nowhere, just pull out of thin air.
  258. 19:28I mean, I've lost patience with that.
  259. 19:30I really have.
  260. 19:31I just have no use for people who do this because really what they are is their demagogues.
  261. 19:40That's it.
  262. 19:41They are demagogues.
  263. 19:44And their demagogues are always filled with hate because they're demagoguing something or
  264. 19:49someone usually that they want others to hate with them.
  265. 19:53I mean, Hitler was a demagogue against the Jewish people.
  266. 19:57These people are demagogues now against Charlie Kirk and frankly, not to put too fine a point
  267. 20:04on it, but they're demagogues against anybody who they believe disagrees with their ideological,
  268. 20:11not craziness.
  269. 20:13And thirdly, they're demagogues against white people.
  270. 20:17I mean, you just have to say it, folks, because that's the truth of the matter.
  271. 20:22They have decided that they're going to villainize white people and turn them into the monster,
  272. 20:27the boogeyman, at every turn.
  273. 20:30Like I said, Charlie Kirk was clearly the worst of the worst in terms of his demographic
  274. 20:35category because on three counts, first he's white, then he's a man, and then on top of that,
  275. 20:45he's a Christian.
  276. 20:48So I mean, this guy's the tritecta.
  277. 20:52You couldn't find a better person to hate from their perspective.
  278. 20:56It's like what I said at the top of the hour, folks, is really that these people are deeply
  279. 21:06wicked.
  280. 21:07I mean, deeply wicked.
  281. 21:09It is profound.
  282. 21:10I mean, you know, I was looking through my Twitter feed.
  283. 21:16I do have a Twitter account, by the way, if you or somebody who follows Twitter.
  284. 21:21And I was looking for something else, and I got fairly deep into it, and I found a tweet
  285. 21:31that I wrote when Ruth Bader Ginsburg died.
  286. 21:38And I looked back on that, looked at that, and went, wow, you know what?
  287. 21:43Man, thank you, Lord, that I'm a Christian.
  288. 21:48In fact, I found a couple of them.
  289. 21:50Here's one about Joe Biden.
  290. 21:51This was back in May.
  291. 21:52as a Christian I am praying for former President Joe Biden
  292. 21:56because he is a fellow human being and a fellow American,
  293. 22:00I would not wish cancer on anyone may God heal him.
  294. 22:05Now I don't like Joe Biden,
  295. 22:07I don't like anything Joe Biden stands for.
  296. 22:10But I'm a Christian, I'm a human being,
  297. 22:14and I'm not wishing cancer on Joe Biden
  298. 22:18because I disagree with him.
  299. 22:20You know what I was praying for Joe Biden
  300. 22:22while he was in office, I was praying
  301. 22:24that God would change his heart A,
  302. 22:26and B, get him out of office.
  303. 22:28You know, so that he would not be able to inflict on us
  304. 22:32the madness that he was clearly inflicting on the country
  305. 22:35that was hurting us economically, hurting us socially,
  306. 22:37hurting us politically, hurting in terms of crime
  307. 22:41and safety and security.
  308. 22:43I mean, he was just hurting us on all kinds of bases.
  309. 22:48I hate it everything he was doing,
  310. 22:52but I didn't then and don't now hate him.
  311. 22:57Because you know, the truth of the matter is, folks,
  312. 22:59we wrestle not against flesh and blood,
  313. 23:02but against principalities, against powers,
  314. 23:04against the rulers of the darkness of this world,
  315. 23:07against spiritual hosts of wickedness in high places.
  316. 23:10And the answer is not to demagogue against a particular group
  317. 23:16of people or to villainize a particular group of people
  318. 23:18based on race or gender or whatever,
  319. 23:21the key is put on the whole armor of God
  320. 23:24that we may be able to stand against the wilds,
  321. 23:27strategies, the lying and deception of the devil and having done all to stand.
  322. 23:34That's the key.
  323. 23:37Then you look at human beings as human beings, knowing they all have fleet of clay, they all
  324. 23:43are subject to being deceived by the devil, particularly if they have not given their lives
  325. 23:48to God, they're really just a walking billboard for the devil, even if it's not obvious.
  326. 23:57Now, fortunately in our country, I've talked about my dad a lot.
  327. 24:02I say, when my dad took me out of foster care, took me to live with him, he was not saved.
  328. 24:08But he was so imbued with Judeo-Christian principles that were predominant in the culture that a
  329. 24:14lot of what he taught me, he would have taught me the same thing if he had been saved.
  330. 24:19He got saved later in life.
  331. 24:20He would have taught me the same thing if he had been saved, taught me respect for God,
  332. 24:25you know, that we all have to answer to God.
  333. 24:27Our father wasn't, he wasn't a born-again believer,
  334. 24:30but he used to say that, you know, everybody's gonna,
  335. 24:31we're gonna all have to answer to God.
  336. 24:36You know, but we've got people now
  337. 24:41who are basically trying to wrench from our culture
  338. 24:47that Judeo-Christian perspective
  339. 24:51so that we live in a world where anything goes.
  340. 24:57You know, in a Marxist world,
  341. 24:59it is not the heart of the person
  342. 25:02that is responsible for anything, it is the mechanism that allows them to do a certain thing.
  343. 25:08So for example, it is not the person who kills who is responsible, it is the availability of
  344. 25:17the gun that makes that is responsible.
  345. 25:22It is not the person who steals it is responsible, it is the maldistribution of economic wealth
  346. 25:29and power that makes it necessary for the person to steal.
  347. 25:33That is what's responsible.
  348. 25:35Human beings are not responsible for their own actions.
  349. 25:39See, that's a Marxist worldview.
  350. 25:41A biblical worldview says,
  351. 25:44you will answer for every deed and every word that you speak.
  352. 25:52Well, no, wait a minute, Lord, you can't hold me responsible
  353. 25:54because you don't understand where I came from.
  354. 25:58Oh, yes, God understands all that.
  355. 26:02But he also knows that we have prudential will,
  356. 26:08that we can make our own decisions,
  357. 26:13regardless of what the influences are around us.
  358. 26:18And when people choose to just go with the flow,
  359. 26:24go with whatever all their buddies are saying,
  360. 26:26go with everybody, in other words,
  361. 26:29when they choose to engage in mob behavior.
  362. 26:34Everybody else is doing it, me too.
  363. 26:37They're gonna find out that when accountability time comes,
  364. 26:41the mob won't be there.
  365. 26:44You're going to be all by yourself.
  366. 26:50But again, we're dealing with people,
  367. 26:52very obviously, who have no fear of God
  368. 26:55and no sense of accountability to God.
  369. 26:57And man, it's chilling.
  370. 27:03It really is.
  371. 27:05Because, and Jesus said this, he said that they will come
  372. 27:07when they will kill you and say that they've done God's service.
  373. 27:11No word say that, I did something good.
  374. 27:15And we'll have people around them saying,
  375. 27:17oh yeah, you did something good.
  376. 27:18You got rid of a fascist.
  377. 27:21How is he fascist?
  378. 27:24Duh.
  379. 27:26I mean, again, you ask these people to define what fascism is.
  380. 27:32they don't have a clue.
  381. 27:34They really don't.
  382. 27:37And if you tell most of them that fascism is really nothing more
  383. 27:42than the flip coin of communism,
  384. 27:44because Mussolini is considered to be the inventor of fascism,
  385. 27:47and Mussolini was a communist.
  386. 27:50And fascism was simply communism, a totalitarian state,
  387. 27:54with hyper-nationalism.
  388. 27:56In other words, communism posits the people,
  389. 27:59the proletariat, rule the nation,
  390. 28:02And then ultimately the whole world is under communism
  391. 28:05and you won't even have a need for the nation state,
  392. 28:07you know, this utopian nonsense.
  393. 28:10But fascism says no,
  394. 28:15our nation and this particular leader should rule the world.
  395. 28:23The world should bow to us because we are superior,
  396. 28:27we know better.
  397. 28:30Communism says the proletariat owns everything.
  398. 28:33Fascism says in effect,
  399. 28:35No, no, no, no, no, no.
  400. 28:36No.
  401. 28:37Everybody get on what they want to own.
  402. 28:39But you better believe that the real owner is the dictator,
  403. 28:44who can tell people to do whatever he wants them to do.
  404. 28:48So the property really is in effect.
  405. 28:50As I said, it's just like the ancient monarchies,
  406. 28:53where, yeah, you could have land,
  407. 28:55and you could have the state,
  408. 28:56as long as you were in the king's favor.
  409. 28:58And when you fell out of favor,
  410. 29:00he could take everything you had,
  411. 29:04including your life, on word.
  412. 29:10So these people are pointing the finger at Charlie Kirk,
  413. 29:14President Trump, and people like you and me
  414. 29:17and calling us Nazis and fascists,
  415. 29:19and little do they know,
  416. 29:20because they're so self-deceived,
  417. 29:23that if they wanna see what that really looks like,
  418. 29:25take a good, hard look in the mirror
  419. 29:29at their own thoughts and behavior,
  420. 29:32at what they are trying to accomplish.
  421. 29:36So let me say something about it.
  422. 29:39By the way, when we come back after this break,
  423. 29:41want to take your calls about this or anything else.
  424. 29:44There is some other news.
  425. 29:45I mean, the president did a big press
  426. 29:47conference today on autism.
  427. 29:48And that's a very important issue, folks.
  428. 29:50My wife and I have a school at our church, the maximum
  429. 29:53potential Christian Academy.
  430. 29:54She runs the school.
  431. 29:57And we've got an autistic child in our school.
  432. 29:59And everywhere I go, I see autistic children these days.
  433. 30:04And I think the president is right.
  434. 30:05The numbers of autism has increased so significantly
  435. 30:09that we have got to take a hard look at what might be causing it,
  436. 30:12and they're suggesting that Tylenol could be a factor.
  437. 30:16Now, I'm not a scientist, I'm not a researcher,
  438. 30:18or I'm not a pharmacologist, I don't know.
  439. 30:20But I'm glad that the discussion is being had,
  440. 30:24because something is clearly wrong,
  441. 30:26and something is clearly causing this.
  442. 30:29I'll leave it to others,
  443. 30:31and for them to determine and prove
  444. 30:33that they put their finger on the real cause here.
  445. 30:36but what we can't do is ignore this.
  446. 30:39So I wanna talk about that, feel free.
  447. 30:42But look, these folks like Jimmy Kimmel,
  448. 30:46who make these horrible statements,
  449. 30:48and then lose their jobs,
  450. 30:50and then the left cries, you know,
  451. 30:51Donald Trump got Jimmy Kimmel for a Donald Trump
  452. 30:54didn't get Jimmy Kimmel for it.
  453. 30:55Donald Trump said what he thought
  454. 30:57as he always does, doesn't he?
  455. 30:59I mean, that's partly why we appreciate him so much.
  456. 31:02There's no dishonesty in the man.
  457. 31:04I mean, he said after Erica Kirk said,
  458. 31:07I forgive him, Donald Trump said,
  459. 31:09that's where we disagree, I don't forgive him.
  460. 31:11I hate the people who hate me.
  461. 31:13Now the president's wrong about that.
  462. 31:16I mean, he's just flat out wrong about that.
  463. 31:19But I'll tell you what,
  464. 31:20you don't have any question about where he stands, do you?
  465. 31:24I mean, we never have to wonder how we need to pray
  466. 31:27for the president because he's gonna tell you
  467. 31:28exactly where he's coming from.
  468. 31:31And I love that honesty, you know, it's like what Jesus said
  469. 31:34about Nathaniel when Nathaniel approached him and Jesus said,
  470. 31:36but hold an Israelite in whom is no guile.
  471. 31:40In other words, in whom there's no deceit,
  472. 31:42there's no fainting, there's no hypocrisy.
  473. 31:44He is exactly who he says he is.
  474. 31:48And Nathaniel said, how do you know me?
  475. 31:51Well, he didn't understand he was talking to.
  476. 31:54So the same is true with President Trump.
  477. 31:56But I'm glad something is being done about the situation.
  478. 32:01But to get back to Jimmy Kimmel, so Jimmy Kimmel,
  479. 32:03is getting his job back.
  480. 32:06I'm not unhappy about that,
  481. 32:08but I would like to see Jimmy Kimball
  482. 32:11acknowledge that what he said was wrong.
  483. 32:14I'm not gonna watch him anyway, never have.
  484. 32:16It still won't.
  485. 32:19So folks, the numbers 888-589-8840,
  486. 32:22that's 888-589-8840.
  487. 32:25I'm in for Abraham Hamilton III.
  488. 32:26This is E.W. Jackson.
  489. 32:28We'll be back in a moment.
  490. 33:00Woring missions with pastors,
  491. 33:02Bert and Nathan Harper.
  492. 33:03When I became a Christian believer,
  493. 33:05I felt that God was calling me to go to North India as a witness.
  494. 33:11We focused on the most vulnerable in the metropolitan area.
  495. 33:16Operation Care International is starting in Dallas and now we have partnered with 52 countries.

  497. 33:30Some would say truth is relative and to the world that's right.
  498. 33:33What the world considers to be truth fluctuates depending on the narrative they're trying to promote.
  499. 33:39Of course, we know truth is found in scripture, and it never changes.
  500. 33:43The documentary, The God Who Speaks, proves the Bible's reliability as the source of real truth
  501. 33:49and reinforces our belief in it as our firm foundation. Watch it anytime at stream.afa.net.
  502. 33:57That's stream.afa.net.
  503. 34:03of the Christian worldview.
  504. 34:06The heinous murder of Charlie Kirk has caused people all across our country to hold vigils
  505. 34:11for this extraordinary young man.
  506. 34:13Many in the left, however, are revealing their unmerciful hearts, expressing their glee that
  507. 34:18Charlie Kirk was shot dead.
  508. 34:21How to explain the celebration of evil?
  509. 34:241 John 3 says, For what reason did Cain slay Abel?
  510. 34:28Because his deeds were evil and his brothers were righteous.
  511. 34:32who hates his brother is a murderer.
  512. 34:35The murderer and those who praise him hate what is good, and unrestrained hatred leads
  513. 34:40to violence and murder.
  514. 34:42They are lost and need Christ to save them.
  515. 34:45Here in most recent program with five observations on the murder of Trellie Kirk at the Christian
  516. 34:51World View.org and then tune in this weekend for another topic that will sharpen your worldview.
  517. 34:57Listen to the Christian worldview with David Wheaton.
  518. 34:59Saturday mornings at 8th Central on American Family Radio.
  519. 35:03The Hamilton Quarter Podcast and One-Bitted Common Terrets are available at AFR.net back
  520. 35:14to the Hamilton Quarter on American Family Radio.
  521. 35:18So this is why I am convinced folks that we are going to win the spiritual battle because
  522. 35:26Righteousness is going to triumph over evil.
  523. 35:30And when you had people like Erica Kirk standing up saying,
  524. 35:35I forgive the man who killed my husband,
  525. 35:38there is a power in that.
  526. 35:40That is beyond anything the left knows anything about.
  527. 35:43They can squeal and squall and curse,
  528. 35:48use drop F bombs, which they at one point remember,
  529. 35:51they said that's what they were gonna do.
  530. 35:53They thought that was an answer.
  531. 35:54They could do $20 million studies and why they can't speak to men.
  532. 35:59I mean, they just on and on and on and on and on.
  533. 36:02But what they're doing has no spiritual power, particularly not when there's a group of people
  534. 36:09who are willing to stand up with the righteousness of God.
  535. 36:13They simply cannot defeat that.
  536. 36:17And so the only question is, are we going to stand up?
  537. 36:20And I am hoping that what has happened, again, terribly evil act, but I'm hoping that one
  538. 36:27of the good things that will come out of it will, it will activate Christians all over
  539. 36:31this country who have not been voting, have not been participating in the process, have
  540. 36:37not been speaking up, have not been engaged in the debate.
  541. 36:41Because I've said many times, if the Christian community in America stood up together across
  542. 36:46all racial and cultural lines, which is what my debt organizations dedicated to helping happen,
  543. 36:51stood up together across all racial and cultural lines, just stood up for the word of God, just
  544. 36:57stood up for Jesus and we're going to stand up for the righteousness of God. It would be, the battle
  545. 37:02would be over. The war would be over folks. There's enough of us that we can lead this country
  546. 37:09into on the path of righteousness, but not enough of us fully participate. And that's why the
  547. 37:16left has been so successful.
  548. 37:17888-589-8840 is the number.
  549. 37:22You can, we can talk about this issue or anything else that you want to raise today is fine.
  550. 37:27Let's go to the calls.
  551. 37:30We've got Mike in West Virginia.
  552. 37:32Mike, welcome.
  553. 37:33Thank you for taking my call.
  554. 37:36It's nice for calling, Mike.
  555. 37:39What's on your mind today?
  556. 37:40The murder of Charlie Kirk, the whole Jimmy Kimmel thing, what percentage of the people
  557. 37:53and this country need to be committed to a mental institution?"
  558. 38:01Well, Mike, you raise a good question, and thank you for the call, thank you for the question.
  559. 38:09This is the distinction I always make.
  560. 38:11Generally speaking, mental illness does involve people disconnecting from reality and believing
  561. 38:18things that simply are demonstrably untrue, factually, physically untrue.
  562. 38:24for example, a person believing they can jump off a building and wave their
  563. 38:28flap their hands, flap their arms and fly. Well that's
  564. 38:32that's insane. That's mental illness. And yet there are people
  565. 38:36who actually are seeing things that are not there, hearing things that are not
  566. 38:40there. I think what we're dealing with though
  567. 38:44is not so much mental illness that people can't function physically in the
  568. 38:48world at large but moral illness. People have
  569. 38:54disconnected from moral truths. They disconnected from moral reality. And in doing so, they are in
  570. 39:02many ways insane, but they can still function. They can still go to work. They can still count their
  571. 39:07money. They can still pay their bills. But they are morally insane in a sense. And when you,
  572. 39:12for example, when you say that it's okay to inject a developing young child with hormones
  573. 39:21to block that child's puberty.
  574. 39:24In other words, to emasculate that child if it's a boy.
  575. 39:28And then when that child gets older,
  576. 39:30you can actually surgically remove that child's sexual organs
  577. 39:35or remove a young lady's breasts.
  578. 39:37And you think this is a good thing.
  579. 39:39You're doing that great.
  580. 39:40That's moral insanity.
  581. 39:44You may be able to go to work,
  582. 39:45you may be able to drive a car,
  583. 39:47but you are morally insane.
  584. 39:52Thanks for the call, Mike. Let's go to Kathy in Georgia. Kathy, welcome.
  585. 39:59Thank you for taking my call, Bishop. So good to hear you on the radio.
  586. 40:02Well, thank you. I was telling the man a few years ago when you were coming on the air,
  587. 40:08daily, you said you were reading a book about Antifa. What was the name of it? And it was all
  588. 40:16this talk about some lately I thought about you were saying that you had read this book. Do you
  589. 40:21You remember the title of it?
  590. 40:23And who voted?
  591. 40:24You know what?
  592. 40:24I don't, but I'll tell you one.
  593. 40:26The next break, I'll try to find it.
  594. 40:28It's been a few years since I read that book,
  595. 40:30but you're right.
  596. 40:30I read a book that described how Antifa started.
  597. 40:35You know, all the stuff that we see in Portland and Seattle,
  598. 40:38that's Portland is really where they got their start,
  599. 40:41that it really is a communist-slash-fascist group
  600. 40:46because they actually believe in using violence
  601. 40:50to accomplish their political ends.
  602. 40:53And the president, by the way, is right
  603. 40:54to have declared them a terrorist organization
  604. 40:57because they really do espouse openly espouse violence
  605. 41:02against their political opponents.
  606. 41:04I don't know if I can find it,
  607. 41:07but I'm gonna try to find it during the break, Cathy.
  608. 41:10But listen, thank you so much for the call,
  609. 41:13and it's great to be on.
  610. 41:15Let's go to Ronnie.
  611. 41:17And Ronnie's in Alabama, I believe.
  612. 41:19Ronnie, welcome.
  613. 41:21Thank you Bishop.
  614. 41:25Well first I wanna say that
  615. 41:27Brother Abraham and yourself,
  616. 41:29I consider y'all both national treasures,
  617. 41:32y'all are much needed in this country.
  618. 41:35But I wanted to comment on the Marxist influence,
  619. 41:39you know, in our education system.
  620. 41:42Now, Brother Abraham, one day last week,
  621. 41:46brought up a communist manifesto,
  622. 41:49and he was speaking about how violence
  623. 41:52that marks this tactic, which is very true.
  624. 41:58But not only that, there are many, many other tactics
  625. 42:02that Karl Marx wrote about,
  626. 42:04and every one of them are being utilized in our nation
  627. 42:09and have been utilized for years and years.
  628. 42:13So I think it'd be a good idea
  629. 42:15if somebody could go to these college campuses
  630. 42:18in our churches, in our Christian schools,
  631. 42:23and start teaching our young people
  632. 42:26about Karl Marx's communist manifesto.
  633. 42:30Hey, Ronnie, thank you so much for the call, brother.
  634. 42:34I'll tell you, man, you could not be more right.
  635. 42:38Our people and our young people particularly
  636. 42:41are ideologically ignorant.
  637. 42:43They really are.
  638. 42:45And they throw around terms like socialism
  639. 42:47because they don't have a clue what they're really talking about.
  640. 42:50Just like they don't have a clue what they're talking about when they talk about fascism.
  641. 42:53So you're right, we really need to educate people and then help them understand what these
  642. 42:59ideologies have wrought.
  643. 43:00In other words, not just do what these leftists do.
  644. 43:04That's a bad thing.
  645. 43:06Okay, why is it bad?
  646. 43:08Let me explain to you then, explain to these kids.
  647. 43:11Let me explain to you what communism produces.
  648. 43:16Look, capitalism is not perfect.
  649. 43:18We all know that because I really believe the only perfect system
  650. 43:23we're ever going to live in is heaven.
  651. 43:26And on earth until the kingdom of God comes into its fullness,
  652. 43:30everything is flawed.
  653. 43:31Now, this has been attributed to Churchill,
  654. 43:34and I think it was Winston Churchill who said it,
  655. 43:36but he said, I think he said, capitalism is the worst system
  656. 43:40in the world, except for all the others.
  657. 43:44And so if we know it's not perfect,
  658. 43:46but it is the very best, fairest, most equitable means of distributing goods and resources because
  659. 43:54it leaves people free to work where they want, to spend what they want, to engage in whatever
  660. 44:01transactions they want, to invent what they want, and to maintain the property and the
  661. 44:07rights to whatever they invent, whatever they create.
  662. 44:10And so, yeah, everybody's not going to be a millionaire or a billionaire, that's true.
  663. 44:16But it leaves open the door for everybody to live with a level of prosperity and comfort
  664. 44:24that the world had never saw in ordinary people before.
  665. 44:28So and our young people don't understand that.
  666. 44:31We use these polls now that show among young people, a majority in some of these age groups,
  667. 44:39with socialism over capitalism, that is sheer ignorance.
  668. 44:44If they knew what they were talking about,
  669. 44:45they wouldn't think that way.
  670. 44:46So you were absolutely right.
  671. 44:49We're gonna do that in the maximum potential
  672. 44:50Christian Academy.
  673. 44:51We're gonna teach our young people these different ideologies
  674. 44:56that have tended to govern various countries of the world
  675. 44:59and what they produced.
  676. 45:01So, brother, I could not agree with that more.
  677. 45:05Let's go back to the calls.
  678. 45:07Let's go to Doug in Georgia.
  679. 45:09Doug, welcome.
  680. 45:11Good afternoon, Bishop.
  681. 45:13It is great to hear your voice again.
  682. 45:15Thank you, Doug.
  683. 45:16I have a question.
  684. 45:18Your welcomes are since President Trump
  685. 45:20is term limited after this term.
  686. 45:23Who do you think is the next best hope to carry the banner
  687. 45:27of the Republican Party after this?
  688. 45:30Wow, Doug.
  689. 45:31That is a great question.
  690. 45:34And thank you for the call.
  691. 45:36And thanks for the encouraging words.
  692. 45:38I always appreciate hearing from you all.
  693. 45:40Look, I don't know yet.
  694. 45:46I don't know yet.
  695. 45:49And I think it's going to take a little bit more time to see.
  696. 45:54I have to tell you that everybody around the president right now, I have some good feelings
  697. 46:04about and some reservations about.
  698. 46:06I got good feelings about JD Vance.
  699. 46:09Got some reservations about JD Vance.
  700. 46:11Got some good feelings about Marco Rubio.
  701. 46:16Some reservations about Marco Rubio.
  702. 46:18So, you know, I think we'll just have to see
  703. 46:22and watch these various leaders around the president
  704. 46:27how they conduct themselves.
  705. 46:30Let me also add this, folks,
  706. 46:34there's not gonna be another Donald Trump.
  707. 46:36So I mean, we just might as well settle in on that one.
  708. 46:41I mean, each of us is unique in God.
  709. 46:43Each of us brings our own perspective and abilities
  710. 46:47and talents and all of that.
  711. 46:50What Donald Trump is probably unique among the unique,
  712. 46:55he is just something else.
  713. 46:57He really is.
  714. 47:00And so I think if we're looking for Donald Trump,
  715. 47:03we're gonna probably all be disappointed.
  716. 47:05I think we've got to look for somebody who's got the courage and the conviction to follow
  717. 47:09through on the policies that the president implemented.
  718. 47:14And I'm not sure who that person.
  719. 47:15Oh, Rick DeSantis.
  720. 47:16I've got some good feelings about Rick DeSantis and some reservations about Rick DeSantis, particularly
  721. 47:21based on the last campaign.
  722. 47:23So, I think it remains to be seen.
  723. 47:25But those are three people, obviously, that I think are in the mix.
  724. 47:29Thanks for the call, Doug.
  725. 47:30Let's go to Bruce in Arkansas.
  726. 47:34Bruce, welcome.
  727. 47:35Hey, good afternoon, Bishop.
  728. 47:37Good to hear you again.
  729. 47:38Thank you, Bruce.
  730. 47:39Hey, and you're commenting about Donald Trump.
  731. 47:42So I'm in my mid-70s, and I've been around long enough
  732. 47:45to kind of see a lot of this up until Obama, when you know,
  733. 47:50I kind of had, I think I, in a lot of the country,
  734. 47:53you felt like we were kind of basically a good country
  735. 47:55and everybody was gonna do the right thing.
  736. 47:58But that crew, they just led the country over the cliff
  737. 48:02in terms of turning their back on morality and biblical worldview.
  738. 48:06And I think the wonderful thing about Donald Trump is he draws them out and makes them expose
  739. 48:10themselves and it just stays crazy.
  740. 48:13But it also is easy to see that when the rapture comes, anybody who has a biblical Christian
  741. 48:22perspective and moral view is going to be gone and it's very easy now to see what kind of
  742. 48:27of a horrific world it's going to be in the absence of a
  743. 48:31by a spiritual Christian. What you're thinking about that?
  744. 48:35Well, Bruce, I think that is a very powerful spiritual point.
  745. 48:39Thank you for the call, my friend. I think that is a very
  746. 48:41powerful spiritual point. And I think, you know, that's when
  747. 48:44America no longer is America, because everybody said earlier
  748. 48:49today, part of what the assassination of Charlie Kirk is
  749. 48:53done is to make all of us, those of us who knew it already
  750. 48:57reminds us those who didn't maybe make them rethinking Christianity is the foundation of American culture.
  751. 49:04I mean it really is. It's the foundation of Western civilization. And without Christianity,
  752. 49:11you can't have the kind of civilization that we have. And you're right, when Christians are gone,
  753. 49:17when the Holy Spirit withdraws his influence, his restraining influence on evil. Think about this,
  754. 49:22The Holy Spirit is actually restraining evil in the world today.
  755. 49:26When he ceases to do that, you're right.
  756. 49:31I cannot imagine what is going to happen, but America will not be the America we know it
  757. 49:39to be today.
  758. 49:41I am almost out of time.
  759. 49:43In fact, I am out of time.
  760. 49:46I was going to try to squeeze you in there, Chris.
  761. 49:49I'll be back again tomorrow, by the way, folks, sitting in for Abraham Hamilton the
  762. 49:52So please make sure to tune in.
  763. 49:55Look, I just praise God for that he works all things according to the Council of His Will.
  764. 50:03And in the meantime, that's exactly why you and I, no matter what happens or how horrific
  765. 50:07it seems to be or terrible it seems to be, we've got to continue to stand up, step up,
  766. 50:12speak up, and refuse to back up, knowing that we cannot be defeated if we will not quit
  767. 50:17because we are on God's side.
