  11. 0:31Good evening, everybody.
  12. 0:36Welcome to the Hamilton Corner.
  13. 0:38Abraham Hamilton III is my name.
  14. 0:40I'm the host of this program
  15. 0:43joined by the corner contingent
  16. 0:45right across from me, my man, 100 grand.
  17. 0:48Mr. Bobby,
  18. 0:49Aroosa and in the screening room a friendly neighborhood
  19. 0:56would a haulik perpetually in recovery Mr Marty sparks is lighting up the dark
  20. 0:59from there
  21. 1:00day Mac will join him soon enough
  22. 1:04I am
  23. 1:08striking a sober
  24. 1:10and somewhat sombre tone
  25. 1:12because frankly my heart is heavy and my heart is really really heavy
  26. 1:17uh...
  27. 1:23I see once again
  28. 1:26uh... frankly
  29. 1:30the enemy using a combination of ignorance and an effort to make skin color based victimization
  30. 1:44a generational inheritance that is once again, taken the reality of what we are all witnessing
  31. 1:54as a nation right now and quite clumsily and unsanctimoniously reducing it down to skin
  32. 2:11color based strife.
  33. 2:17I saw preacher after preacher after preacher with more melanin in their skin display using
  34. 2:29the pulpit, frankly, to say false things about Charlie Kirk. I have seen people, some who
  35. 2:43I don't know personally, many of whom I know personally, that they cannot assess the reality
  36. 2:51of the evil that we're witnessing because they are blinded by skin color idolatry and
  37. 2:59partisan idolatry. And it's grieving to me. It's grieving to me.
  38. 3:05During yesterday's program, I walk through portions of the communist manifesto
  39. 3:11simply to highlight the reality that amongst regressives
  40. 3:17violence finds a comfortable landing spot. I know for a fact that there are crackpots all over the fruited plain.
  41. 3:26But let's be honest about something. When you have people who, like for example, when you have the person who
  42. 3:38who is purported, who is alleged to have
  43. 3:41murder the mini app, the Minnesota state representative, that that person did so in violation of
  44. 3:50constitutionalist principles. You understand what I'm saying? Like, for example, I oppose
  45. 3:58the premeditated slaughter of children before they're born. I similarly invigorously opposed
  46. 4:05the murder of the doctors who perform murder on these children. And nearly every constitutionalist
  47. 4:13does as well. There is no one who will say, yes, we support that, but it's striking to see
  48. 4:22how many people who I will describe as regressive. They are very comfortable with violence. And
  49. 4:30the simple reality is, because as I said yesterday, it is a tactic of the world view advocacy.
  50. 4:37So when you see no cities burned, you know, no stores were looted, no massive protest to
  51. 4:50destroy any particular population or or or population center following Charlie Kirk's
  52. 4:57murder, that's because those things are foreign to a constitutionalist orientation, but it's
  53. 5:05not foreign to a regressive orientation.
  54. 5:11And then I've seen these people repeatedly attempt to assert that, you know, Charlie Kirk
  55. 5:18is a racist and I'm telling you majority of these people, they have no clue what Charlie
  56. 5:22Kirk stand for.
  57. 5:23They're stood for their repeating what they've heard and they're taking edited clips out of
  58. 5:30context, not even bothering themselves with the bulk of his public witness.
  59. 5:35And yet they're willing to be emotionally aroused around a narrative concerning skin color and it's a combination
  60. 5:44As I said of ignorance and I don't mean that as a pejorative
  61. 5:47I mean literally you have people who do not know who do not know and it's just heartbreaking to me that the same old okey-doke seems to
  62. 6:05Continuously be effective and so is heavy on my heart man
  63. 6:07But thanks be to God that the Word of God is true and it's free to God opens blind eyes
  64. 6:16So to that point, let us turn to the Word of God.
  65. 6:20Colossians 2, Colossians 2, verses one through eight.
  66. 6:30We would say, Abe, some people were hurt by some
  67. 6:34of the words that Charlie Kirk said, and I just should,
  68. 6:36we would say, okay, what are those words?
  69. 6:38And why do they hurt you?
  70. 6:40And usually, to those two questions,
  71. 6:46you get very unsatisfactory responses.
  72. 6:50Well, not even satisfactory.
  73. 6:51You get very, very thin responses.
  74. 6:57My heart's cry for the body of Christ, man, is that we understand that the cross is what
  75. 7:09makes us family, the cross.
  76. 7:16We have to stop trying, trying to force kingdom living into a, a socio-political, you know,
  77. 7:26political gangsterism framework, the kingdom of God and love of Christ transcends all of
  78. 7:32that.
  79. 7:34Colossians chapter two, verses one through eight, the Apostle Paul is writing to the church
  80. 7:38Colossae and he says this, by the Spirit of God, for I want you to know how
  81. 7:44greater struggle I have on your behalf and for those who are at Leodicea and for
  82. 7:48all those who have not personally seen my face, that their hearts may be encouraged
  83. 7:53having been knit together in love and attaining to all the wealth that comes
  84. 8:02from the full assurance of understanding resulting in the true
  85. 8:06knowledge of God's mystery that is Christ himself, in whom are hidden all the treasures of wisdom
  86. 8:14and knowledge. I say this so that no one will delude you with persuasive argument. For even though I
  87. 8:25am absent in body, nevertheless I am with you in spirit, rejoicing to see your good discipline
  88. 8:32and the stability of your faith in Christ.
  89. 8:36Therefore, as you have received Christ Jesus the Lord,
  90. 8:41so walk in Him, having been firmly rooted in now being built up in Him,
  91. 8:48and established in your faith, just as you were instructed and overflowing with gratitude,
  92. 9:01see to it that no one takes you captive through philosophy and empty deception
  93. 9:06according to the tradition of men, according to the elementary principles of the world, rather
  94. 9:13than according to Christ.
  95. 9:16I have discussed this portion of Scripture frequently in different environments, but the
  96. 9:29words are so alive.
  97. 9:31They're so alive.
  98. 9:35Here you have the Lord warning His body through the Apostle Paul.
  99. 9:40I'm writing so that you would not be deluded or some translations there say beguiled.
  100. 9:48That delusion or that beguilement is a deception, but it's not merely deception.
  101. 9:53It is a deception that is executed via seduction.
  102. 9:59It is a seductive deception.
  103. 10:07It's very similar to what the Apostle James talks about that sin being conceived as a result
  104. 10:13of a lure that beguilement, that delusion, if not arrested, subdued, and overthrown, that
  105. 10:32delusion has the capacity to metastasize into full-blown captivity.
  106. 10:42The Apostle Paul explained it, the mechanism of the deception is a seduction.
  107. 10:50And what does it mean to his execution?
  108. 10:53sounding and persuasive argument, argument, expressed ideas that have a ring of truth,
  109. 11:06but upon further examination, according to the white, hot scrutiny of the word of God,
  110. 11:13the deception is laid bare.
  111. 11:19But there are many in the Apostle Paul explained this to Timothy, who have itching ears.
  112. 11:25a desire to hear certain things. There's a desire to be stroked in a particular way.
  113. 11:32And what many of us don't realize, and remember, Paul wrote this epistle to the church at Colossae,
  114. 11:39which communicates that this phenomenon has the capacity to ensnare believers.
  115. 11:52Paul affirms this reality to the church at Colossae, I am saying this to you so that no one takes
  116. 11:58you captive. What begins at the level of delusion. What begins at the level of
  117. 12:05beguilement. What begins at seductive deception, if not arrested and overthrown, it
  118. 12:13converging into full-blown captivity. If you wonder, man, how can an entire
  119. 12:19denomination become heterodox? How can an entire, millions of people just
  120. 12:24reject what the scripture says, then you find us not millions.
  121. 12:32How can people be so willing to subjugate the Word of God to something else?
  122. 12:39Guys it doesn't begin with the massive evidential demonstration of deception.
  123. 12:44It begins with the beguilement.
  124. 12:50We are living in, we are living in a clash of worldviews.
  125. 12:57We're living in a clash of worldviews.
  126. 13:03The scripture conveys to us the reality of the parental involvement in establishing disciples.
  127. 13:12But for generation after generation after generation we allow what is clearly anti-Christ
  128. 13:22to become the overwhelming dominant influence in the marketplace of ideas.
  129. 13:31How long have you had the expression, you know, constitutionalism and a Christian conviction,
  130. 13:35Oh, you're, you're, you're, you're, it's a silent majority.
  131. 13:39How many times have you heard that?
  132. 13:44How many times?
  133. 13:46Does the word of God, let me say it better.
  134. 13:48Does God give his body the out of being silent in the face of wickedness?
  135. 14:01I'm not talking about political persuasion.
  136. 14:06I'm talking about making disciples, man.
  137. 14:11What Paul warned by and large is what we've experienced in the United States of America,
  138. 14:17because our nation's secularization did not come because you've had these passionate evangelists
  139. 14:22who've gone accumulating or following for themselves largely what has happened is that people with very
  140. 14:29good church attendance have become secularized and the unfortunate reality is and it's almost
  141. 14:37occurred without many people being aware it's happening. Ideas have consequences guys.
  142. 14:48Bad ideas create casualties.
  143. 14:51horrendous ideas have grave consequences.
  144. 15:00A discipleship minute with Joseph Parker.
  145. 15:03The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy.
  146. 15:07I came that they may have life and have it abundantly.
  147. 15:10I am the good shepherd.
  148. 15:12The good shepherd lays down his life for the sheep.
  149. 15:15Verses 10 and 11 of John's chapter 10.
  150. 15:18Jesus is the good and the great shepherd.
  151. 15:20He's the greatest shepherd there ever was.
  152. 15:23He's a shepherd that can be trusted.
  153. 15:24John chapter 12 verse 49.
  154. 15:27For I have not spoken on my own authority,
  155. 15:30but the Father who sent me gave me a command,
  156. 15:34what I should say and what I should speak.
  157. 15:36The Lord Jesus Christ himself and his earthly ministry
  158. 15:39continually trusted his heavenly Father.
  159. 15:42His heavenly Father, his great shepherd,
  160. 15:45for wisdom, for guidance and direction
  161. 15:47at every step of his life.
  162. 15:49He wasn't trying to do his own thing.
  163. 15:51It was simply trying to follow his Heavenly Father.
  164. 15:54And Jesus again, stands as a great role model for each of us.
  165. 16:05Shiting light into the darkness, this is the Hamilton
  166. 16:08Corner, an American family radio.
  167. 16:12Welcome back to the Hamilton Corner, Abraham Hamilton III here.
  168. 16:16So probably about a couple hours before coming on to the air,
  169. 16:23Utah County Attorney Jeffrey Gray
  170. 16:26led a detailed and in very informative, in my view, press conference, announcing the formal
  171. 16:34charges against the person, you guys not all like saying murderers names, I'll say it once.
  172. 16:43And I know in some of the clips is going to be stated, but it's Tyler Robinson, who is
  173. 16:5022 years old and who was arrested for murdering Charlie Kirk, he's in custody.
  174. 16:58lots of factual information and I wanted to present as much of that to you as I can. So this
  175. 17:04show is going to be a little bit different. It's going to be a bit more bit more heavy than usual
  176. 17:08on clips because I want to bring you into the actual press conference itself. The first thing to note
  177. 17:17is that the state of Utah is a state that doesn't require grand jury proceedings even to
  178. 17:29to formally charge capital felonies, which is unique.
  179. 17:36They use what's called a criminal bill of information
  180. 17:38that simply is a formalized document
  181. 17:41that articulates the basis, the probable cause basis
  182. 17:47for the allegations made against the charge party
  183. 17:50and to bring the charges formally into court.
  184. 17:56This was filed in the fourth judicial district in Utah
  185. 18:02and in the Utah County. Now it is quite detailed, which was a bit interesting to me because
  186. 18:10charging documents don't have to basically be what's called like speaking, a speaking indictment
  187. 18:16or a speaking charging document. And hearing the extensive factual presentation did cause my
  188. 18:24eyebrow to be raised saying you could end up with a defense filing for a motion to remove to a new
  189. 18:30venue because you always run the risk of what's called tainting the prospective jury pool by
  190. 18:37having too much of the factual assertions in the public square now within public communication.
  191. 18:46That being said, much of the evidence itself was not disclosed, but allusions, not even
  192. 18:54It was directly stated the evidence that the state has in the state of Utah currently,
  193. 19:03and I would expect more will be accumulated over time.
  194. 19:07Now I want to be clear about something that nothing that the Utah attorney did is illegal
  195. 19:13necessarily.
  196. 19:15Nothing is illegal.
  197. 19:17It just caused me to have an eyebrow raise as simply a threshold question, not a conclusion,
  198. 19:22But the question is whether or not this could be problematic down the line.
  199. 19:26That being said, as the information is publicly available, I want to make sure this audience
  200. 19:32is up to speed.
  201. 19:33So I'm going to begin with the beginning of Utah County Attorney Jeff Gray's announcements
  202. 19:38of the formal charges against the suspect in Charlie Kirk's murder, which also includes
  203. 19:49his statement that the charges are being pursued in state court as opposed to a federal prosecution
  204. 19:55and that the state is intending to seek the death penalty in the event or should I say seek the death
  205. 20:02penalty upon conviction for the charges asserted in this case. Listen to and watch clip number two,
  206. 20:09clip two go. Today after reviewing the evidence that law enforcement has collected thus far,
  207. 20:15I am filing a criminal information
  208. 20:19charging Tyler James Robinson, age 22,
  209. 20:23with the following crimes.
  210. 20:25Count one, aggravated murder, a capital offense,
  211. 20:30for intentionally or knowingly causing the death
  212. 20:34of Charlie Kirk under circumstances that created
  213. 20:37a great risk of death to others.
  214. 20:41Count two, felony discharge of a firearm,
  215. 20:45causing serious bodily injury, a first degree felony.
  216. 20:51The state is further alleging
  217. 20:52aggravating factors on counts one and two
  218. 20:57because the defendant is believed to have targeted Charlie Kirk
  219. 21:02based on Charlie Kirk's political expression
  220. 21:05and did so knowing that children were present
  221. 21:08and would witness the homicide.
  222. 21:14The state is also charging defendant
  223. 21:17with count three, obstruction of justice,
  224. 21:21a second degree felony for moving and concealing
  225. 21:26the rifle used in the shooting.
  226. 21:28Count four, obstruction of justice,
  227. 21:31a third degree, a second degree felony
  228. 21:34for disposing the clothing he wore during the shooting.
  229. 21:39Count five, witness tampering, a third degree felony
  230. 21:43for directing his roommate to delete
  231. 21:46his incriminating texts.
  232. 21:49Count six, witness tampering, a third degree felony
  233. 21:53for directing his roommate to stay silent,
  234. 21:56if police questioned him.
  235. 21:58And count seven, commission of a violent offense
  236. 22:02in the presence of a child, a classy misdemeanor,
  237. 22:06for committing homicide, knowing that children were present
  238. 22:10and may have seen or heard the murder and did so
  239. 22:14based on Charlie Kirk's political expression. Also, following the press conference, I am filing
  240. 22:22a notice of intent to seek the death penalty. I do not take this decision lightly and it is a decision
  241. 22:31I have made independently as county attorney based solely on the available evidence and circumstances
  242. 22:39and nature of the crime. Because we are seeking the death penalty, the defendant will continue
  243. 22:46to be held without bail in the Utah County jail. Now they continue. Jeff Gray continues in this
  244. 22:57press conference and he begins to discuss some of the evidence that was recovered from the scene.
  245. 23:03They recovered DNA evidence from the rifle itself that was recovered as well as the towel that had
  246. 23:10been wrapped in. That's going to come a little bit later in the press conference, but listen
  247. 23:14to this portion where Jeff Gray announces that the law enforcement officers upon forensic
  248. 23:23examination were able to recover DNA matching the accused DNA from the trigger on the bolt
  249. 23:33action 30 out of six caliber rifle. Listen to and watch clip number three, clip three,
  250. 23:37These are the allegations. On September 10th 2025 at approximately 12 23 p.m.
  251. 23:48Charlie Kirk was shot and killed while speaking to a large crowd on the campus
  252. 23:54of Utah Valley University in Orm, Utah. Police found the suspected murder weapon
  253. 24:00a bold action 30-0-6 rifle nearby. Over the next approximately 33 hours, police conducted
  254. 24:11a manhunt for the shooter until the evening of September 11, 2025, when Tyler James Robinson
  255. 24:20surrendered to police at the Washington County Sheriff's Office. DNA consistent with Robinson
  256. 24:27was found on the rifle's trigger. After shooting Mr. Kirk, Robertson hid the gun,
  257. 24:34discarded the clothing he wore when he fired the rifle, and told his roommate to delete
  258. 24:41incriminating text messages and not talk to police. Children were present at the time of the shooting.
  259. 24:50Now one of the things you're going to find just now he mentioned the DNA recovered from the rifle
  260. 24:58itself. Today, we had the first formal confirmation, and I say formal confirmation, because there
  261. 25:07have been speculation prior to this moment, but first formal confirmation from the state
  262. 25:13that this dude had started a romantic relationship with his roommate, who is a biological male.
  263. 25:21So basically, you have them involved in a homosexual relationship. And the roommate, who
  264. 25:30Of course, have we going undergoing transitioning to becoming a woman which you all know is not
  265. 25:34possible.
  266. 25:35Um, and you're going to hear later on in the show where this suspect's own mother says within
  267. 25:47the last year, he became increasingly engaged in politics and was becoming more and more.
  268. 25:56And this is a mom's words.
  269. 25:57According to the state left leaning gay and trans oriented.
  270. 26:03what his own mom says. And according to the state's evidence that they report to produce
  271. 26:12that trial that this murderer admitted that he did so because he didn't like Charlie Kirk's
  272. 26:20rhetoric. Generally, as he described as hateful, I wonder where he got that idea from Bobby,
  273. 26:26I wonder where he got that from. And he specifically has to pertain suit homosexuality and transgenderism
  274. 26:35and he had to stop the hate you see because some some people's hate can't be conditioned
  275. 26:40out of them. These are the words he rewarded to have said. There's another speculation that
  276. 26:45the shooter was some 200 yards away. Jeff Gray, county attorney for Utah counties,
  277. 26:52announced today during the press conference that the shooter was about 160 yards away,
  278. 26:58about 160 yards away. Listen to and watch clip number four, clip four, go.
  279. 27:02So at the moment of the shot, a UVU police officer was watching the crowd from an elevated
  280. 27:09vantage point. As soon as he heard the shot, he began to scan the area for threats.
  281. 27:15Believing the shot came from a rifle because of its sound, he looked for
  282. 27:20potential sniper positions. He noted a roof area approximately 160 yards away
  283. 27:27from Mr. Kirk as a potential shooting position and rushed there to look for
  284. 27:34The UV officer climbed over the railing and down onto the roof.
  285. 27:40He then walked to the suspected shooting position and confirmed a clear shooting corridor between
  286. 27:46the position and Mr. Kirk's seat.
  287. 27:50He also noticed markings in the gravel rooftop, consistent with a sniper having lane on the
  288. 27:57roof, impressions in the gravel, potentially left by the elbows, knees and feet of a person
  289. 28:05in a prone shooting position.
  290. 28:10Not only you have that,
  291. 28:13so I wanted to make sure this audience was aware of that,
  292. 28:17because when you consider the distance
  293. 28:19being less than 200 yards,
  294. 28:21that makes it in for trained marksmen and snipers,
  295. 28:27it makes it even more cogent
  296. 28:29that you don't have to be an expert to be able to make that shot.
  297. 28:32With that kind of rifle, with that kind of scope,
  298. 28:35I've heard experts say that you could train a child who has no shooting experience to make
  299. 28:41a shot of that from that distance with that kind of rifle with that kind of scope in an
  300. 28:44hour.
  301. 28:45This is what he's saying in an hour.
  302. 28:49In addition to that, Mr. Gray confirms that the state secured additional evidence, DNA evidence
  303. 28:55from the items recovered in this investigation.
  304. 28:58This is a short clip 19 seconds clip number five, clip five, go.
  305. 29:01The rifle, ammunition rounds and towel were sent for forensic processing.
  306. 29:07DNA consistent with defendant was found on the trigger, other parts of the rifle, the
  307. 29:15fired cartridge casing, two of the three unfired cartridges and the towel.
  308. 29:25This next one, this is where we start to get into the heavy and I want to have sufficient
  309. 29:28time to do this.
  310. 29:30And again, I want you to have all of the information that you can as you're processing, as I'm processing this, frankly, evil of foot in our country.
  311. 29:46Listen to County Attorney Gray recount the defendant's mom's statement to police officers.
  312. 29:57Clip number six, clip six, go.
  313. 30:01On the evening of September 11th, 2025,
  314. 30:04as law enforcement continued their investigation,
  315. 30:08Tyler James Robinson went to the Washington County Sheriff's
  316. 30:12office with his parents and a family friend
  317. 30:15to turn himself in.
  318. 30:18Robinson's mother stated the following to police.
  319. 30:23On September 11th, 2025, the day after the shooting,
  320. 30:28Robinson's mother saw the photo of the shooter in the news
  321. 30:31and thought the shooter looked like her son.
  322. 30:35Robinson's mother called her son and asked him where he was.
  323. 30:43He said he was at home sick
  324. 30:46and that he had also been at home sick on September 10th.
  325. 30:51Robinson's mother expressed concern to her husband
  326. 30:54that the suspect shooter looked like Robinson.
  327. 30:57Robinson's father agreed.
  328. 31:00Robinson's mother explained that over the last year or so,
  329. 31:03Robinson had become more political
  330. 31:07and had started to lean more to the left,
  331. 31:10becoming more pro-gay and trans rights oriented.
  332. 31:15She stated that Robinson began to date his roommate,
  333. 31:18a biological male who was transitioning genders.
  334. 31:24This resulted in several discussions with family members,
  335. 31:28but especially between Robinson and his father,
  336. 31:31who have very different political views.
  337. 31:37Now I got a park right there for a little bit.
  338. 31:41I got a park right there for a little bit.
  339. 31:46According to what County Attorney Gray said,
  340. 31:51the defendant's mom says she noticed
  341. 31:57her son became more politically engaged
  342. 32:00within the last year.
  343. 32:03Three gain leaning more to the left,
  344. 32:06becoming more pro-gay and trans-rights-oriented.
  345. 32:16In a year, you become so changed
  346. 32:25that within a year, you become willing to kill,
  347. 32:28willing to murder?
  348. 32:34This is based on what she perceived according to the reports.
  349. 32:40Do you think this happened in just one year?
  350. 32:43Or do you think something else could have been stirring
  351. 32:49prior to a year. We'll dig into this a bit more from the other side of the brink.

  370. 34:11Back to the Hamilton Quarter on American Family Radio.
  371. 34:17Welcome back to the Hamilton Corner.
  372. 34:22I have so many thoughts going through my mind right now.
  373. 34:28You have Utah County Attorney Jeff Gray,
  374. 34:31who announced that a part of the investigation
  375. 34:33included the defendant's mother,
  376. 34:37saying quote, he had become more political and it started to lean more to the left, becoming
  377. 34:42more pro-gay and trans rights oriented, that he began to date his roommate was a biological
  378. 34:51male, end quote. And I asked the question before the break, do you think, and obviously
  379. 34:59I'm not in the dude's head, do you think that a person goes within a year, and I'm not saying
  380. 35:09is not possible to political changes to willing to shoot somebody to murder them in a year
  381. 35:18or with something else afoot earlier.
  382. 35:27Trying to keep Kirk began his organization as a young man himself in an effort to appeal
  383. 35:32to young people.
  384. 35:38Many of us have observed and even opined on what was happening with younger people in
  385. 35:44our country.
  386. 35:48I want you to think back to what I read from Colossians 2 about how persuasive argument
  387. 35:54and then verse eight in Colossians 2, which says,
  388. 35:57human reasoning served as a mechanism to take people captive.
  389. 36:17Frankly, I'm sick and tired of the devil
  390. 36:19seeming to have so much impact in shaping the hearts and minds
  391. 36:22of our nation, especially in including our younger people.
  392. 36:30In your own lives, when the younger people in your lives
  393. 36:32that you interact with, would you say that more of them
  394. 36:37are anchored by biblical view of the world and life or not.
  395. 36:46When you get down to brass taxes,
  396. 36:47and again, the world is not gonna wanna talk about this,
  397. 36:50but when you get down to brass taxes,
  398. 36:52oh boy, didn't try to shoot, didn't shoot Charlie Kirk,
  399. 36:56generally for his political positions.
  400. 36:58The thing that had in most upset,
  401. 37:01according to the evidence that we have currently,
  402. 37:03was Charlie Kirk's positions on God's design for mankind,
  403. 37:08for human sexuality and identity.
  404. 37:11Why are there so many young people
  405. 37:16that have been persuaded to reject God's design?
  406. 37:20I understand that there are overwhelming influences
  407. 37:27in terms of their prevalence in our society.
  408. 37:31But should we, and especially for the body of Christ,
  409. 37:42shouldn't we seek to establish a fortification
  410. 37:50to where the lies, and that's simply what they are?
  411. 37:52Guys, when you have, and I've talked about this before,
  412. 37:54when you have people spouting it with a professional certainty and affirmation that
  413. 37:59this is a gender assigned at birth, that's just a dumb statement. It's factually
  414. 38:02inaccurate, it's scientifically inaccurate, and frankly it is practically
  415. 38:07inaccurate because everybody who's ever been around a baby, who's ever fathered, or
  416. 38:11delivered a baby, everybody knows that the sex of the child in the year of our
  417. 38:15Lord 2025 is available to us long before it is out as born. This is dumb.
  418. 38:20It's scientifically dumb, it's factually dumb, it's practically dumb.
  419. 38:24Yet, folks keep saying it.
  420. 38:28And other folks, including another young folks, say what I just said to you, it's hateful.
  421. 38:35It's hateful for me to say that a man can never be a woman.
  422. 38:39It's hateful for me to say that a man can't never have a baby.
  423. 38:42It's hateful for me to say a woman can't never be a man that's hateful.
  424. 38:50When did it come to the place where it's culturally orthodox to say that it's hateful?
  425. 38:56I'm not hateful.
  426. 38:58I'm just taking a fact and listen, facts and the kind of things that you can't disagree
  427. 39:02with that just facts.
  428. 39:04You can reject facts, but you can't really disagree with them.
  429. 39:07If I say to you that a man is a man at the biological level, but most regressive will say,
  430. 39:13well, no, you're conflating sex with gender identity.
  431. 39:19And how long has we of a society discussed gender identity as a salient concept?
  432. 39:24That's new language.
  433. 39:25Just like math is racist.
  434. 39:32is I'm gravely concerned that there are not enough people in our society who understand
  435. 39:41the insidious nature of wicked ideas.
  436. 39:47This is why with the young lady at Texas A&M University, standing up and saying in her children's
  437. 39:51literature course and saying, hey, you shouldn't be teaching me to use a gender unicorn for
  438. 39:55three-year-olds.
  439. 39:57We need more of that, not less of that, not from a hateful disposition.
  440. 40:03In fact, you do so because we love.
  441. 40:15Let me try to get through this.
  442. 40:18The dad made a statement to police.
  443. 40:22According to what Utah County Attorney,
  444. 40:25Jeff Gray here today.
  445. 40:27Listen to and watch.
  446. 40:28Clip number seven, clip seven, go.
  447. 40:31Robinson's father reported that when his wife showed him
  448. 40:34the surveillance image of the suspected shooter in the news,
  449. 40:38he agreed that it looked like their son.
  450. 40:41He also believed that the rifle that police suspected
  451. 40:43the shooter used matched a rifle that was given
  452. 40:48to his son as a gift.
  453. 40:50As a result, Robinson's father contacted his son
  454. 40:54and asked him to send a photo of the rifle.
  455. 40:57Robinson did not respond.
  456. 40:59However, Robinson's father spoke on the phone with Robinson.
  457. 41:03Robinson implied that he planned to take his own life.
  458. 41:08Robinson's parents were able to convince him
  459. 41:11to meet at their home.
  460. 41:13As they discussed the situation, Robinson implied
  461. 41:16he was the shooter and stated that he couldn't go to jail and just wanted to end it.
  462. 41:21When asked why he did it, Robinson explained there is too much evil and the guy referring
  463. 41:28to Charlie Kirk spreads too much hate.
  464. 41:37Investigation also included, apparently, the sexually confused roommate is cooperating with
  465. 41:44law enforcement with which if the evidence is true, that he really could be charged to
  466. 41:49crime himself, but it seems most prudent at this juncture if he's cooperating to allow him
  467. 41:55to cooperate to effect a successful prosecution. Listen to and watch clip eight that details
  468. 42:01the portion of the investigation concerning the sexually confused roommate clip eight go.
  469. 42:07The roommate police interviewed Robinson's roommate, a biological male who was involved
  470. 42:16in a romantic relationship with Robinson.
  471. 42:20The roommate told police that the roommate received messages
  472. 42:23from Robinson about the shooting,
  473. 42:26and he did provide those messages to police.
  474. 42:30On September 10th, 2025, the roommate received a text message
  475. 42:35from Robinson which said, drop what you're doing.
  476. 42:39Look under my keyboard.
  477. 42:41The roommate looked under the keyboard
  478. 42:43and found a note that stated, quote,
  479. 42:46I had the opportunity to take out Charlie Kirk and I'm going to take it. Police found a photograph
  480. 42:54of this note. The following exchange, the text exchange then took place. After reading the note,
  481. 43:02the roommate responded, what? You're joking, right? Robinson. I am still okay, my love,
  482. 43:10but I'm stuck in or I'm for a little while longer yet.
  483. 43:14Shouldn't be long until I can come home,
  484. 43:17but I gotta grab my rifle still.
  485. 43:20To be honest, I'd hoped to keep this secret till I died of old age.
  486. 43:24I am sorry to involve you.
  487. 43:27I embrace the journey.
  488. 43:32Oh, we're there each moment.
  489. 43:34Rumate.
  490. 43:35You weren't the one who did it, right?
  491. 43:38Robinson, I am, I am, I'm sorry.
  492. 43:42Rumate, I thought they caught the person.
  493. 43:45Robinson, no, they grabbed some crazy old dude, then interrogated someone in similar clothing.
  494. 43:52I had planned to grab my rifle from my drop point shortly after, but most of that side of town got
  495. 43:58locked down. It's quiet, almost enough to get out, but there's one vehicle lingering.
  496. 44:05roommate, why? Robinson, why did I do it? roommate, yeah. Robinson, I had enough of his hatred. Some
  497. 44:15Some hate can't be negotiated out.
  498. 44:17If I am able to grab my rifle and scene, I will have left no evidence.
  499. 44:26Going to attempt to retrieve it again, hopefully they have moved on.
  500. 44:30I haven't seen anything about them finding it.
  501. 44:34Roommate, how long have you been planning this?
  502. 44:37Robinson, a bit over a week, I believe.
  503. 44:40I can get close to it, but there is a squad car parked right by it.
  504. 44:45I think they already swept that spot, but I don't want to chance it.
  505. 44:51Now, so you have the murderer referring to his grandfather's rifle,
  506. 44:59having apparently two sources of confession, one to his dad, one to this confused person,
  507. 45:06trying to see how much I can get into.
  508. 45:08I have one more clip concerning this sexually confused dude.
  509. 45:15Both of them clearly are confused.
  510. 45:16And then just a disgusting response from an ABC reporter that just indicates what I'm talking
  511. 45:24about of this clash of worldviews.
  512. 45:27Listen to and watch clip number nine, did I have one more to go?
  513. 45:30One more to go clip number nine, go.
  514. 45:32Robinson again, I'm wishing I had circled back and grabbed it as soon as I got to my vehicle.
  515. 45:38I'm worried what my old man would do if I didn't bring back grandpa's rifle.
  516. 45:45IDEK if it's had a serial number, but it wouldn't trace to me.
  517. 45:51I worry about prints.
  518. 45:52I had to leave it in a bush where I changed outfits.
  519. 45:56Didn't have the ability or time to bring it with.
  520. 45:59I might have to abandon it and hope they don't find prints.
  521. 46:04How the F will I explain losing it to my old man?
  522. 46:09Only thing I left was the rifle wrapped in a towel.
  523. 46:14Remember how I was engraving bullets?
  524. 46:17The AFN messages are mostly a big meme.
  525. 46:21If I see, notice, bulge, UWU on Fox New,
  526. 46:27I might have a stroke all right.
  527. 46:29I'm gonna have to leave it.
  528. 46:31That really, AFN sucks.
  529. 46:34Judging from today, I'd say Grandpa's gun does just fine IDK.
  530. 46:39I think that was a two K dollar scope.
  531. 46:46Wink, wink.
  532. 46:49Robinson, Robinson again, delete this exchange.
  533. 46:55Again, Robinson, my dad wants photos of the rifle.
  534. 46:58He says, grandpa wants to know who has what.
  535. 47:02The feds released a photo of the rifle, and it is very unique.
  536. 47:06He's calling me, R.N., not answering.
  537. 47:10Robinson, since Trump got into office, my dad has been pretty die-hard, MAGA.
  538. 47:16Robinson, I'm going to turn myself in willingly.
  539. 47:21One of my neighbors here is a deputy for the sheriff.
  540. 47:25Again, you are all I worry about.
  541. 47:28Love that came from Robinson roommate.
  542. 47:30I'm much more worried about you, Robinson.
  543. 47:34Don't talk to the media, please.
  544. 47:36Don't take any interviews or make any comments.
  545. 47:40If any police ask you questions,
  546. 47:43ask for a lawyer and stay silent.
  547. 47:46Now you want to talk about a class of worldviews?
  548. 47:50ABC's Matt Gutman described what I just shared with you and I want you to listen to how he described it
  549. 47:56In see whether or not they get off the couch ministry is in order clip one go
  550. 48:01We have seen an alleged murder
  551. 48:04With such specific text messages about the alleged murder weapon where it was hidden how it was placed
  552. 48:11What was honored but also it was very touching in a way that I think many of us didn't expect a very intimate portrait
  553. 48:17into this relationship between the suspects roommate
  554. 48:21and the suspect himself with him repeatedly calling his roommate
  555. 48:25who was transitioning, calling him my love,
  556. 48:28and I want to protect you my love.
  557. 48:30So it was this duality of someone who the attorney said
  558. 48:33not only jeopardized the life of Charlie Kirk and the crowd,
  559. 48:36but was doing it in front of children,
  560. 48:38which is one of the aggravating circumstances of this case.
  561. 48:40And on the other hand, he was speaking so lovingly about his partner.
  562. 48:44So very interesting and as Pierre said riveting press conference David.
  563. 48:49That's absolutely disgusting. Absolutely disgusting.
  564. 48:54You want to know what I'm talking about in the class of worldviews?
  565. 48:56That's exactly what I'm talking about.
  566. 48:58When a man got murdered in front of the world, his wife and his children no longer have a husband
  567. 49:05and father respectively. But this dude gets on camera to declare what the word of God says
  568. 49:16is abominable and unless you repent will send you to hell.
  569. 49:21But he says it's very touching.
  570. 49:25It's very loving.
  571. 49:28Get off the council ministry, it's taking applications
  572. 49:32because we're living as it were in the days of no one.
  573. 49:40The views and opinions expressed in this broadcast
