  2. 0:03It simply reoccupies the space vacated by the light.
  3. 0:07This is the Hamilton Corner on American Family Radio.

  5. 0:15Delivery people out of the bondage of mainstream media.
  6. 0:18And the philosophies of this world.
  7. 0:20God has called you and me to be his ambassador.
  8. 0:24Even in this dark moment.
  9. 0:26Let's not miss our moment.
  10. 0:28and now the Hamilton Corner.
  11. 0:33Welcome to the program.
  12. 0:35Alex McFarland here.
  13. 0:36Very honored to be sitting in on the Hamilton Corner
  14. 0:39for attorney, pastor, broadcaster,
  15. 0:41Abe Hamilton III.
  16. 0:43And if you recognize my voice, it
  17. 0:45might be from a show called Exploring the Word, which
  18. 0:48is heard daily on the American Family Radio Network.
  19. 0:51Now in its 15th year, to God be the glory.
  20. 0:55But I'm very honored to be with you tonight.
  21. 0:57We have a great show.
  22. 0:57There's a lot going on in the news.
  23. 1:00Not the least of which is news about allegedly the Obama administration and the Obama DOJ
  24. 1:09was harnessed to craft and promote the hoax of the Russian collusion that Donald Trump
  25. 1:18was using Russian operatives to try and prevail in the 2016 election.
  26. 1:26We'll talk about that.
  27. 1:27And what are the likely hoods of prosecution of past well-known leaders, even a past president,
  28. 1:36perhaps facing charges over the Russian hoax and other things?
  29. 1:43But we're going to have a couple of guests, both of whom are attorneys.
  30. 1:47The first is a longtime friend and colleague, Richard Harris.
  31. 1:51You've heard him on Truth in Liberty, which is just a growing show that God has used in
  32. 1:56in so many ways.
  33. 1:57He and I have taught together at Karis Bible College
  34. 2:01and shared the stage at a couple of places around the nation,
  35. 2:05like the Pray Vote Stand event with Tony Perkins in Washington.
  36. 2:09But he's a trusted voice on legal and political matters
  37. 2:13and a lot of other things as well.
  38. 2:14But attorney Richard Harris,
  39. 2:17welcome to the American Family Radio Network.
  40. 2:21Hey, Alex, it's great to be with you.
  41. 2:23Thanks for having me on.
  42. 2:24Well, it's good to be with you.
  43. 2:26You know, I know our time is limited and I want to dive into some headlines and issues,
  44. 2:31but what's before we do, just tell us about your ministries and truth and liberty and
  45. 2:37bring people up to speed on all that God is doing through your work.
  46. 2:41Wow, well, absolutely, man, it's just we've got our plate is full here at Andrew Womack
  47. 2:48Ministries, you know, it's amazing.
  48. 2:49All the great things that God is doing.
  49. 2:51You know, Truth in Liberty is the arm of Andrew Womack Ministries, Alex, you know this, that
  50. 2:57is the cultural and political outreach arm.
  51. 2:59So our mission is to unify and activate and mobilize the church to stand for truth in the
  52. 3:05public square.
  53. 3:06So we do that with our own twice a week program, which you host sometimes as well as me and others,
  54. 3:13and we provide resources to the church via our website and through various forms of digital
  55. 3:20media and engagement and collaborate with other organizations. You know, there's so many great
  56. 3:25organizations out there. The problem we've got on the right is that the left hand doesn't know
  57. 3:29what the right's doing. So many groups not working together and we aim to change that.
  58. 3:34And so a lot of great things happening. Our conference is coming up September 11th through the
  59. 3:3913th in Woodland Park and the annual Truth in Liberty conference and Charlie Kirk is going to be
  60. 3:44one of our speakers, so we're very excited about that. Everybody can register to attend the free
  61. 3:49event on our website at truth on liberty.net and it's going to be a great time.
  62. 3:54Amen. I've got Charlie Kirk coming to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, August 21 for a one-night
  63. 4:02speech that he'll be bringing and he and I will be doing some Q&A with the audience. So,
  64. 4:07So Charlie Kirk is a powerhouse.
  65. 4:10In the 2024 election, they said that unprecedented numbers of young adults voted and voted Republican.
  66. 4:20And Richard, I think Charlie Kirk was a big reason that a lot of young people have gotten
  67. 4:27on the conservative political movement.
  68. 4:32You know, I think that's absolutely right.
  69. 4:34There's no question in my mind about that.
  70. 4:37He's drawing crowds on college campuses that are just kind of mind-blowing.
  71. 4:42College students lined up as far as the eye can see just to hear him number one, but some
  72. 4:46of them to get a chance at the microphone.
  73. 4:50He came out here last year in October and we had a thing called Freedom Night with Charlie
  74. 4:55Kirk and it was some of the most highest online views that we've ever seen.
  75. 5:01In fact, it had been the highest.
  76. 5:03of the videos went viral and so yeah he's just I think he's called of God to do what
  77. 5:09he's doing and it's part of the Great Awakening that's happening as he's God's using him to
  78. 5:13open the minds of young people to the woke mind virus if you will to the truth you know
  79. 5:20and other things so we're really thankful for him and his ministry.
  80. 5:24You know I've got to say this and then we'll segue into some headlines but last summer
  81. 5:29I had the great privilege of being at the Republican National Convention in Milwaukee,
  82. 5:35but what was going on, probably 250, 275 teenagers that were mostly the children of delegates to
  83. 5:46the convention. Charlie Kirk and I spoke to them. And I knew who he was. I'd watched tons of his
  84. 5:51videos that were largely political. But when we were, for a couple of days, I was teaching
  85. 5:59biblical worldview to these teenagers. And again, most of the kids, their parents were
  86. 6:04like delegates. But I heard Charlie Kirk in multiple, multiple sessions, teaching the Bible.
  87. 6:11And I want to tell you, he is a deep, deep Christian thinker and a very godly man. And
  88. 6:17just hearing what he was imparting to the teenagers, I mean, it was not at all political. It was
  89. 6:23discipleship. I have so much respect for him and so folks if you're not completely
  90. 6:29familiar with who Charlie Kirk is, if you're out west and you can go to Richard's event,
  91. 6:34give us the dates of your, I've been, it's excellent folks. The Truth in Liberty Conference, when is
  92. 6:40that again Richard? Yeah thanks Alex. It's September 11th through the 13th. We always have it as close
  93. 6:47as we can to the 9-11 remembrance, you know, to 9-11. So September 11th through the 13th,
  94. 6:55we'll have a live dramatic performance on Saturday morning. We are going to actually have Pastor
  95. 7:00Lorenzo Sewell, who was the African American pastor that prayed at Donald Trump's inauguration.
  96. 7:07He's going to be with us. And then also wanted to mention we're going to have the candidates
  97. 7:13for governor for the state of Colorado are going to have a candidate form on Saturday afternoon.
  98. 7:18I'll be speaking, Andrew Womack will be speaking. It's going to be a great time.
  99. 7:21Andrew Womack Sure. Well, hey, I want to ask you something because even as we're speaking,
  100. 7:27they're breaking headlines about Russia, gate, evidence, quote, directly points to Obama,
  101. 7:34the DOJ that was kind of leveraged in ways that have quote criminal implications. First of all,
  102. 7:45attorney Richard Harris, talk about when we hear this phrase, the weaponization of the
  103. 7:50Department of Justice. Well, what does that actually mean? The weaponization of the DOJ, Richard,
  104. 7:56help us weigh in on this.
  105. 7:59Well, let me begin by saying that, you know, under our Republican small R, form of government,
  106. 8:08the American system is built on a concept called the rule of law, Alex, you know this.
  107. 8:14And the rule of law is the idea that the law exists separately from the people who are making the laws
  108. 8:20and from the people who are enforcing the laws.
  109. 8:23and that we have a loyalty to the law and a duty to enforce it and apply it impartially.
  110. 8:31It applies without regard to a person's position, status, political party, wealth, name, religion,
  111. 8:36any of these kinds of things because we are all equal under the law.
  112. 8:40And what happens political corruption enters in and politicians are tempted to use the apparatus
  113. 8:46of government for political purposes. In other words, specifically when it comes to law enforcement,
  114. 8:51they apply the law in ways that are biased in order to advance their position or their
  115. 8:58power.
  116. 8:59And in the case of Joe Biden, in my opinion, it's probably the worst politicization of law
  117. 9:05enforcement that this country has ever seen.
  118. 9:08As he used the apparatus of federal law enforcement, the Justice Department, the FBI, and even
  119. 9:13the intelligence agencies, he and Barack Obama both to pursue and punish political opponents,
  120. 9:20I'm merrily Donald Trump, but also his supporters.
  121. 9:24And that is a recipe for disaster.
  122. 9:26A republic cannot exist under those conditions.
  123. 9:32This is what banana republics are made of.
  124. 9:34It's what tyrants do.
  125. 9:36And it is a direct threat to democracy and a republican way
  126. 9:41of government.
  127. 9:42So really terrible what happened under the Biden
  128. 9:45administration.
  129. 9:47Yeah, and you know, and I don't want to deviate from that topic, but also just my heart has been
  130. 9:53heavy in recent weeks about hearing about the just open accessibility of the auto pin that,
  131. 10:02you know, you'll remember in the last months of Biden's administration, there are so many
  132. 10:07executive orders and pardons. I mean, talking about the rule of law, pardons for past crimes and any
  133. 10:16future possible crimes that may or may not be. I mean, is it even legally coherent to pardon
  134. 10:25somebody for whatever they might or might not do in the future? I mean, that's...
  135. 10:31Well, only liberal woke progressives could even think of such a thing. Alex, it's never
  136. 10:41been done before. Clearly, it's not, I think you could say it was not within the intention
  137. 10:46the founding fathers when they gave the president the power to pardon to pardon future offenses.
  138. 10:52That's called a carte blanche to commit a crime. That's not a pardon. That's just insane.
  139. 10:57I mean, we don't prosecute people for crimes that haven't been committed yet. How can we
  140. 11:02pardon them for crimes which haven't been committed?
  141. 11:04Thank you. Thank you.
  142. 11:06Brilliant.
  143. 11:07It's just insane.
  144. 11:08But the other thing that issues always the unauthorized use of the auto pin. So, yeah,
  145. 11:15I mean, do you think, will we ever know how many different people use the auto pin during
  146. 11:22Biden's time in office?
  147. 11:26Well we might get a pretty good sense of it, Alex.
  148. 11:30Donald Trump has assigned a team to investigate that and they are reviewing according to the
  149. 11:36administration, they're reviewing just about every record generated by the Biden administration
  150. 11:42using the auto pin.
  151. 11:44The Heritage Foundation has done a study and issued a memo on this.
  152. 11:48This is what got the ball rolling where they're comparing different signatures.
  153. 11:52You can tell when Joe Biden actually signed it, what we call a wet signature, and where
  154. 11:57the auto pin was used.
  155. 11:58And there's two different auto pin machines, I suppose, and we can even tell the difference
  156. 12:01between the two.
  157. 12:03Biden was questioned about this recently, and he basically conceded that these pardons
  158. 12:10were issued without, he was not authorizing them on an individual basis. He claims that
  159. 12:16he gave basic guidelines to his staff, oh people with this kind of offense, yeah let's
  160. 12:23pardon them. And then it was executed without him actually signing the pardons. And so there
  161. 12:31are instances where the presidents have used the auto pen for lots of different things over
  162. 12:37many decades now. It's actually an old technology. But many times it's for ceremonial functions,
  163. 12:45or a commendation, or this sort of thing. When it comes to an actual executive order, or a pardon,
  164. 12:50or an official act of the President of the United States that has legal consequences,
  165. 12:55though, I'm not sure how much precedent there is for the use of the auto pen. And when it's used,
  166. 13:01if this were not the President of the United States, if it were just say a court of law or
  167. 13:04or something like that.
  168. 13:06We lawyers, if I was going into court
  169. 13:08with a machine signed document,
  170. 13:11I would have to show some kind of paper trail
  171. 13:14demonstrating that the person purporting to sign it
  172. 13:17actually in fact gave his consent and instructions
  173. 13:20to the person who pushed the button and made it sign.
  174. 13:23It's like if you've ever used an e-signature thing,
  175. 13:25docu-sign or one of these platforms online,
  176. 13:28you have to authorize it.
  177. 13:30It's not valid if someone does it without your knowledge
  178. 13:33or without your direct instructions,
  179. 13:35and that's what we're facing.
  180. 13:36At the highest level of our government,
  181. 13:38it's absolutely amazing what's happened.
  182. 13:40Have you heard about the Biden Act?
  183. 13:43There's legislation coming down the pipe.
  184. 13:45It's called the Biden Act,
  185. 13:47which would really rein in and put some heavy protocols
  186. 13:51and parameters around the use of an auto pin.
  187. 13:56I had not heard that.
  188. 13:58That's probably a good idea though.
  189. 14:01Yeah, what a legacy.
  190. 14:02I mean, a former president that something
  191. 14:04to ostensibly curtail abuse and dishonesty, the Biden Act,
  192. 14:10I mean, that's things that are really malfeasance
  193. 14:16are the legacy to which his name will be attached.
  194. 14:20Yeah, it's a shame, isn't it?
  195. 14:22Yeah, it is.
  196. 14:23Richard Harris, attorney, the face and the voice of truth
  197. 14:27and liberty, a longtime friend and colleague,
  198. 14:30Can you stay with us for part of the next segment there, Richard?
  199. 14:33Sure, absolutely.
  200. 14:35Thank you.
  201. 14:36Alex McFarland here, the Hamilton Corner on the American Family Radio Network.
  202. 14:40We're going to come back and talk about how likely might it be that Obama would actually
  203. 14:46face charges for things done during his time in office.
  204. 14:51This is the American Family Radio Network.
  205. 14:53A brief break.
  206. 14:54Stay tuned.
  207. 14:55We'll be right back after this.
  208. 15:01A discipleship minute with Joseph Parker.
  209. 15:05The Gospel of Matthew, chapter 28,
  210. 15:06starting in verse 18, it tells us these words,
  211. 15:09and Jesus came and spoke to them saying,
  212. 15:11all authority has been given to me in heaven and on earth.
  213. 15:15Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations,
  214. 15:17baptizing them in the name of the Father
  215. 15:19and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit.
  216. 15:22Teaching them to observe all things
  217. 15:23that I've commanded you and lo, I'm with you always,
  218. 15:26even to the end of the age, amen.
  219. 15:29That contains what we call the Great Commission.
  220. 15:32God calls us to be a disciple and to make disciples.
  221. 15:36And that's a command God lays before us each and every day.
  222. 15:39Every day is a day for us to follow Jesus Christ
  223. 15:42and to be involved in the work of helping
  224. 15:44and teaching and encouraging others
  225. 15:45to follow Jesus Christ as well.
  226. 15:48Ask someone how you can pray for them.
  227. 15:50Encourage someone to read three chapters
  228. 15:53in the Bible every day.
  229. 15:54Pray for God to help you to both be a faithful disciple
  230. 15:57and to make disciples as well.
  231. 16:06Shining light into the darkness. This is the Hamilton Corner on American Family Radio
  232. 16:12Welcome back to the program. We're continuing our conversation with attorney pastor broadcaster Richard Harris and
  233. 16:20Later on in the show we're going to speak with attorney Jason Sullivan of the gateway pundits
  234. 16:25So stay tuned but right now Richard Harris
  235. 16:29You know it seems I'm just gonna say this and and it won't be smoother
  236. 16:35they're elegant, but it seems like a lot of the people on the left are impervious to prosecution
  237. 16:44for crimes that they are alleged to have committed.
  238. 16:49I think about the Clintons.
  239. 16:50I think about the Clintons.
  240. 16:53I mean, for all the decades that America has known about Bill and Hillary Clinton, there
  241. 16:59have been insinuation of crimes and Hillary Clinton when she was Secretary of State.
  242. 17:04At one point was said to have had a housekeeper go out and make copies of classified documents.
  243. 17:12I mean, there's a hard drive that was taken out of White House premises.
  244. 17:20So it was the security of which was compromised.
  245. 17:23And then I think about Nancy Pelosi that she and her husband were accused of routinely
  246. 17:30doing insider trading that gave them many millions of dollars and then she would legislate
  247. 17:39based on what was good for her own stock portfolio, just things like this.
  248. 17:44Today the idea that because of the Russia gate hoax, former President Obama might face charges.
  249. 17:57I guess my question would be, what is the likelihood that actual crimes were committed
  250. 18:06and are actually chargeable and prosecutable? Because it seems like those on the left never,
  251. 18:13ever have a day of reckoning. It does feel that way, doesn't it? You know, there are times when we
  252. 18:21see politicians prosecuted, you know, there was Senator Bob Menendez in New Jersey who's been
  253. 18:27convicted now and you might remember the Rob Blavoyevich or however you say
  254. 18:34I remember yes yeah governor of Illinois I think it was and so a logo they called
  255. 18:40them yeah and and at times we do see this happen but it's probably not often
  256. 18:46enough that we that we see this now at the various very highest level of
  257. 18:51government, the president, you know, I think we have historically, as a nation, been very
  258. 18:58hesitant to go there.
  259. 19:01And I think it's a pretty good reason.
  260. 19:03And the reason is that you don't want an incoming president turning and prosecuting the outgoing
  261. 19:10president because, again, back to this banana republic thing, the appearance of that you're
  262. 19:15You're doing it for political reasons to eliminate a political opponent, to silence the opposition.
  263. 19:22This just feels like things that undemocratic, non-free nations do.
  264. 19:28You remember when Trump was running in 2016 and he had the famous line during the debate
  265. 19:33with Hillary Clinton where he said, you know, you'll be in jail.
  266. 19:38And then he won the election and nothing ever happened over the server where she had 30,000
  267. 19:45emails and I think a lot of conservatives really were disappointed in that.
  268. 19:49We thought that he might do something, but I said, and I don't know why he didn't, but
  269. 19:52I suspect it was in part because we don't want the appearance of the politicization of law
  270. 19:58enforcement, so we're going to let it slide.
  271. 20:01It could also be that when it comes to actions of a political officer in the course and scope
  272. 20:09of their performance of their duties, they have levels of immunity from personal liability
  273. 20:17for these things, even though it may be a breach of standards, is it a crime for them if they
  274. 20:22didn't profit, you know, personally from it and so on. So we have to look at each case
  275. 20:27on its own. In the Barack Obama situation, this is absolutely, I think, a bombshell,
  276. 20:33happen with Tulsi Gabbard referring the matter over for criminal charges.
  277. 20:38And I believe it should happen, but I'm going to hedge my bet a little bit, Alex, because
  278. 20:47taking on the former very popular president of the United States in a criminal prosecution
  279. 20:52has a real chance of tearing the nation apart.
  280. 20:54We're already divided enough, and it would be just an incredible thing to happen if Barack
  281. 21:00Obama were put on trial. I have no doubt that he did it. I have no doubt that he
  282. 21:06acted improperly and illegally. I think it might be hard to make the charges
  283. 21:12stick honestly though because he is so adept and skillful at hiding his actions
  284. 21:17and having underlings do it. But somebody needs to pay the price for that
  285. 21:22because it was just the worst possible thing that you could do and we need to
  286. 21:28draw a line in the sand and say we're not going to tolerate this as a country. So I do hope something happens from it.
  287. 21:33I just don't look forward to the process. Yeah, and and I'm with you that it would be
  288. 21:40Incredibly divisive, wouldn't it? Yes, it would. Yeah, I think especially for black Americans many black Americans
  289. 21:48Yes
  290. 21:49Really looked up to Obama as a hero and so forth and that this would be a white president going after the black only black president in the United States
  291. 21:57It'll be politicized and I have a hard time imagining Donald Trump winning that PR War.
  292. 22:05I honestly do.
  293. 22:06You're right.
  294. 22:07I know Time Fleet's way and I want to thank you for being with us briefly.
  295. 22:15On a good note, last week it was announced in the news that the IRS has new protocols
  296. 22:25that would enable ministers, churches, and ministries to, yes, endorse political candidates.
  297. 22:33So I guess I have a twofold question.
  298. 22:35Is this the good news that we think it is?
  299. 22:37Because it surely sounds good.
  300. 22:39And is this effectively a rescinding of the 1954 Johnson Amendment?
  301. 22:48That is a big question.
  302. 22:51It is a big development, a very important development.
  303. 22:53IRS has basically announced an interpretation of the Johnson Amendment that has not ever
  304. 22:59been on the books before, where they said that we do not believe the Johnson Amendment prohibits
  305. 23:06churches that our 501c3 organizations does not prohibit them from endorsing candidates or opposing
  306. 23:14candidates for public office. So they're carving out an exception to the Johnson Amendment for churches.
  307. 23:21There is language in the announcement. It's a settlement really. It's a motion for a consent
  308. 23:26decree in a court case. And there's language in there that limits it. It has to be through
  309. 23:31traditional means of communication and it has to be for good faith purposes and directed to
  310. 23:37the flock, directed to the members of the church in a general sense, I think.
  311. 23:43So we don't know what all those limitations mean in a practical sense. That's going to have to be
  312. 23:47flushed out. But what we do know is that pastors no longer have to be afraid of the church losing
  313. 23:54its 501c3 status if they stand up and preach a strong sermon on politics. And they can talk
  314. 23:59about anything they want. It's full game now for pastors to endorse, to oppose, to talk
  315. 24:06about any issue whatsoever, to talk about any legislation, to really get down in there and
  316. 24:12help the church understand biblical values as it applies to political issues and candidates.
  317. 24:18So as I like to say now, pastors, you have no more excuse. You've got to go for it. You've
  318. 24:22got to stand up and speak the truth with boldness. Amen. Amen. Well, Richard Harris, we certainly
  319. 24:28appreciate you. You are the personification of that and give the website for truth and liberty
  320. 24:34if you would. Sure, brother. It's truthandliberty.net. Truthandliberty.net. We'll listen. Let's
  321. 24:42converse again very soon in the meantime Godspeed my friend.
  322. 24:46All right we'll do see you soon Alex. Dido dido. Alex McFarland here and we're going to segue and
  323. 24:52visit with attorney Jason Sullivan. I do want to remind everybody that we have Charlie Kirk coming
  324. 24:59August 21 to Myrtle Beach just one of the great resorts in America so there's a lot to do here
  325. 25:05But August 21, it's a Thursday night. There will be open forum Q&A. I'll be there
  326. 25:12and Charlie Kirk is our guest. The website is AlexMcFarland.com slash
  327. 25:18conversations. It's part of our speaker series conversations that matter. So
  328. 25:23please check it out and come if you can. But right now I want to bring to the
  329. 25:29microphone Jason Sullivan. He's a contributor at large for the Gateway
  330. 25:33pundit and he is the publisher and the founder of Unleashed News and he is just a great voice
  331. 25:41and I want to, a lot of topics that I want to pick his brain about but Jason Sullivan,
  332. 25:48thank you for holding and welcome to the American Family Radio Network.
  333. 25:52Alex, what a pleasure to be on the American Family Network. You know, this is a great
  334. 25:58honor for me and I was glad that Jackie was able to put us together.
  335. 26:02Indeed, indeed.
  336. 26:04Hey, I want to, there's so many headlines and issues
  337. 26:07that I want your opinion on, but tell us about the work
  338. 26:12that you do and where we can find you online.
  339. 26:16That's wonderful, I appreciate that.
  340. 26:17And I do have to give you full disclosure.
  341. 26:18I believe that you announced me as an attorney.
  342. 26:21I am not an attorney, however I did stay in Holiday Inn.
  343. 26:24Ah, ah, ah, okay.
  344. 26:27I'm sorry, I must have gotten that wrong in the emails,
  345. 26:31but welcome.
  346. 26:32All good, all good.
  347. 26:33I do work for an attorney.
  348. 26:35I work for a Trump attorney.
  349. 26:37I work for a Trump attorney that is known, President Trump,
  350. 26:41and they've been friends since age 14
  351. 26:44when they were roommates together in military high school.
  352. 26:47So Peter Tickton, I work at the Tickton Law Group
  353. 26:50as the chief investigator for Peter Tickton,
  354. 26:52who I would dare to say is the chief civilian
  355. 26:56to watch your back guy for President Trump.
  356. 26:59And so I have the great privilege and the honor
  357. 27:02to investigate multiple different cases.
  358. 27:04I was initially brought on board by the Trump legal team
  359. 27:07via Peter Tickton to help investigate
  360. 27:10what truly happened on January 6th.
  361. 27:13And we had a lot of Eureka's throughout that process,
  362. 27:17of course.
  363. 27:18Later on, I was engaged by Lara Logan.
  364. 27:21If you know Lara Logan, she's a world renowned fearless
  365. 27:26reporter and journalist that has been behind enemy lines,
  366. 27:28literally with bullets whizzing past her head.
  367. 27:32I also helped her investigate January 6 as well.
  368. 27:35So that's kind of how I got involved with Peter Tickton
  369. 27:37and Lara at the beginning.
  370. 27:40I go through open source intelligence back all the way back
  371. 27:46to 2014 when I started using that, our techniques,
  372. 27:50to help in federal level in elections.
  373. 27:56I cut my teeth providing information for a candidate who was running against Senator
  374. 28:00Al Franken and we exposed and kind of opened up Pandora's box on him and he's no longer
  375. 28:06in office.
  376. 28:07So that's how we cut our teeth.
  377. 28:08I cut my teeth.
  378. 28:09I really appreciate the work you're doing.
  379. 28:12Forgive me for interrupting there, Jason, but I so appreciate the work you're doing because
  380. 28:17really, and this is an understatement, the last 25, 30 years in American politics,
  381. 28:26Left versus right, it has taken this kind of reconnaissance, intelligence strategy,
  382. 28:37because it's not just simply true versus false. I mean, the Left has become so engaged in malice
  383. 28:45and subterfuge to bring down their ideological opponents. I mean, it sounds like the Cold War
  384. 28:53all over again within the USA, doesn't it?
  385. 28:57Alex, we are indeed in a real live information war.
  386. 29:01I mean, that's the war that we are in. You might want to call it World War III.
  387. 29:05We are in a war. There is no question about that.
  388. 29:09And what really got me involved in to the level
  389. 29:14and the depth where I currently
  390. 29:18is along the way, you know, building
  391. 29:22Real-time social media intelligence tools that we were able to exploit online networks,
  392. 29:27including Twitter when it was Twitter, and being able to read real-time actionable insights
  393. 29:33to determine who was on first, what was on second, good, better, ugly, friend or foe,
  394. 29:38which fights we need to be in now, which ones are the ones that actually matter, who are
  395. 29:42the key influencers that are responsible for driving the narrative on either side, who
  396. 29:47are the individuals that we want to recruit to help us amplify our messages on behalf of
  397. 29:51President Trump, who became President Trump in 2016. That's where I got involved behind the scenes
  398. 29:56in a 2016 campaign as well. I got to play a small role there. But we tipped the needle. And bottom
  399. 30:05obvious, over the years, you start to identify as you're looking at, it's almost like the matrix,
  400. 30:10right? You're looking at all these codes coming down and the streams coming down. And these are
  401. 30:14the people that are responsible for driving this. And you start to identify their networks. And
  402. 30:19these are the people that they're coordinating with and this is the verbiage that they're using
  403. 30:24basically cut and paste so you can tag all of them together, you know who's working together and
  404. 30:28you start to quickly identify information operations and this is something I didn't even realize existed
  405. 30:34when I was green, okay? And so you know especially you know during the 2016 campaign I started
  406. 30:43identify information operations and then that gave me the experience that I needed to be engaged by
  407. 30:48the Tiktun Law Group, you know, President Trump's legal team via Peter Tiktun, to identify information
  408. 30:55operations that took place on January 6. And there were information operations that were taking place
  409. 31:02on January 6, people that were responsible for driving a narrative intentionally, systematically,
  410. 31:08strategically, to pin a narrative, a false narrative on President Trump that he was
  411. 31:14colluding to overthrow his own government.
  412. 31:17You know, let me jump in here for a second.
  413. 31:20And this is so important, folks, and we've got a brief break.
  414. 31:24But folks, we're talking with Jason Sullivan.
  415. 31:26And Jason, January 6, the narrative crafted and hammered
  416. 31:32ad infinitum is just some of the mantras of the left,
  417. 31:37like, health care is a right.
  418. 31:39You know, climate action is essential.
  419. 31:42And one of the narratives has been our democracy is at risk, an existential threat to our democracy.
  420. 31:50First of all, we're not a democracy people. We're a Judeo-Christian representative republic.
  421. 31:56We're a Judeo-Christian constitutional representative republic. But Jason Sullivan, when we come back,
  422. 32:04let's talk about the January 6 narrative and some of the mantras that the left just repeats
  423. 32:12over and over. Before we take a brief break, give us your website or websites to which you would
  424. 32:19refer us. I really appreciate that, Alex. You know, I am a contributor at large for the Gateway
  425. 32:24Punnet. It is arguably the nation's largest grassroots conservative organization or publication.
  426. 32:32So the gatewaypunnet.com, you can type my name in there under the search and you'll find a lot of
  427. 32:36of my articles and also I'm the founder of Unleash.News,
  428. 32:41which is Unleash.News instead of.com.
  429. 32:44Sure.
  430. 32:45And I work there.
  431. 32:46Oh, thanks very much.
  432. 32:47Hold that thought.
  433. 32:48Jason Sullivan and more on this edition of The Hamilton
  434. 32:51Corner.
  435. 32:52Alex McFarland saying stay tuned.

  458. 34:14Welcome back to the program,
  459. 34:17Alex McFarlane here, interviewing people, meeting researchers and subject matter experts.
  460. 34:24Every now and then you meet somebody and you are just so grateful and you just want to
  461. 34:28listen to them because you learn.
  462. 34:31And Jason Sullivan is one such person.
  463. 34:34He's a high level open source intelligence forensic data specialist.
  464. 34:40He's a guy who knows what's going on really.
  465. 34:43And I want to say Mr. Sullivan, thanks for being with us on the American Family Radio Network.
  466. 34:47But really, thank you for using your skills to help preserve our constitutional republic.
  467. 34:58That's what you're doing.
  468. 34:59I look at you as a protector of America, the constitutional republic.
  469. 35:05And I thank you.
  470. 35:06God bless you.
  471. 35:08I like to say that.
  472. 35:09That's very kind of you to say that.
  473. 35:12I'm just a humble servant here, trying to do a little job.
  474. 35:17We all try to pay attention from time to time.
  475. 35:20We have to.
  476. 35:20We have to pay attention to what the big man upstairs is asking
  477. 35:24us to do.
  478. 35:25And I choose to walk through that door when he calls.
  479. 35:30Amen.
  480. 35:30Before the break, I was talking about, OK, the left.
  481. 35:34And certainly, the left has the traditional media
  482. 35:38like CNN in their pocket, the talking heads like Stephen Colbert have been just these evangelists
  483. 35:49for the woke left.
  484. 35:50And there have been these mantras like, healthcare is a human right.
  485. 35:55AOC said, access to Wi-Fi is quote a human right.
  486. 36:01And then of course, January 6th, January 6th, Trump was accused of trying to have an insurrection
  487. 36:10against US government.
  488. 36:11Let's talk a little bit about this, these narratives.
  489. 36:15And if you would comment on really what should the history books say about January 6th, 2021?
  490. 36:23Well, history, as you know, is written by those who win.
  491. 36:31And the opposition made one mistake.
  492. 36:33Okay. They lost the election. Okay. So that means, and I have to give credit to Peter
  493. 36:41Tickton for that quote, my friend, my mentor, my boss, President Trump's local counsel in
  494. 36:48the state of Florida, and his friend for many, many years. But that is the mistake that they
  495. 36:53made. And so that means that now the people that were harmed, the people that they stole
  496. 37:00the elections from are now in charge of the Department of Justice. And that means that those
  497. 37:07individuals, those people, President Trump's administration gets to look into everything.
  498. 37:15And that means that we get to find everything. And the truth does out, you know, that's a famous
  499. 37:22thing, the truth out, the truth will out. I think it was Rush Limbaugh that used to say that.
  500. 37:26I've had the great privilege of becoming friends with his sidekick, Bo Snurdly, James
  501. 37:34Golden.
  502. 37:35Oh really?
  503. 37:36Oh my goodness.
  504. 37:37Wonderful guy.
  505. 37:38How is Bo Snurdly doing?
  506. 37:41Bo is awesome.
  507. 37:43As always and very cool.
  508. 37:46Well please, hey, I got to say this folks, I'm going all like a fan here.
  509. 37:51I remember, I well remember when Rush Limbaugh first came on, I don't know, maybe 89 or 90.
  510. 37:58And he wrote this book, folks, you really, to get up to speed, go back and find Rush's
  511. 38:03book.
  512. 38:06The title of it was, the first one was, The Way Things, Odd to Be.
  513. 38:13That was the title of Rush's first book.
  514. 38:16And listen, Jason, I don't mean to interrupt.
  515. 38:18I remember when that book released, the way things ought to be, I was in graduate school,
  516. 38:25there was a bookstore, Amazon.com was not around in 1990.
  517. 38:30And there was a line of probably 200 people waiting at like 10 a.m. when the bookstore was
  518. 38:38going to open to get a copy of Rush Limbaugh's book, the way things ought to be.
  519. 38:43And if that book didn't infuriate the left enough, then there was a sequel called See
  520. 38:50I Told You So.
  521. 38:53And I remember listening to Rush Limbaugh, and he should not be forgotten, and his call
  522. 39:00screener and also contributor, Bo Snurley.
  523. 39:04I'm amazed that you know him and please convey our love and regards to this great patriot,
  524. 39:11Bo Snurley.
  525. 39:12I will definitely do that.
  526. 39:14God's good time and chance.
  527. 39:16You know, sometimes I just find myself meeting some of the most incredible people.
  528. 39:20Did you ever meet Rush?
  529. 39:22No, unfortunately I didn't have that opportunity.
  530. 39:26But I used to listen to him on the radio when I was a kid.
  531. 39:29I used to detail cars for the radio stations and the TV stations when I was a kid.
  532. 39:34And I had the radio on what we were working on the car so I'd always hear his shows.
  533. 39:39That's how I first was exposed to him very good.
  534. 39:42and very beginning of those days.
  535. 39:45Exactly.
  536. 39:46Well, tell us about J6.
  537. 39:48What should the history books say about January 6?
  538. 39:52Good track.
  539. 39:54What it should say, what it will say, because we're the winners, okay, will be the truth.
  540. 40:05And the truth is January 6 was a setup.
  541. 40:09And everybody in their heart of hearts, at least on our side and the conservative side
  542. 40:14of things and people that have analytical way of thinking, the contemplate, the digest,
  543. 40:23the gnaw on facts have known in our heart of hearts that there was something wrong here.
  544. 40:31That doesn't even begin to describe it.
  545. 40:34January 6 was intended to be the nail in the coffin for President Trump so that he could
  546. 40:39never ever run for office ever again.
  547. 40:43That was the intent of January 6 because they already stole the election.
  548. 40:49And we do know for fact that they stole the election.
  549. 40:51That's all coming out.
  550. 40:52Look what Tulsi Gabbard has just recently come out with.
  551. 40:55She's giving...
  552. 40:56These are things that we already knew.
  553. 40:58We've known this the entire time.
  554. 41:00However, it takes time to investigate things.
  555. 41:03It takes time to dig and to call and to read through information and to analyze information.
  556. 41:11Beyond just information you were talking, you know, I mean we ran facial recognition
  557. 41:16You know there's teams of people that ran facial recognition on every individual that was in Washington DC on January 6th
  558. 41:23And then around you know the capital and all of the you know
  559. 41:26All the the video hasn't yet still to this day been released regarding the closed circuit television
  560. 41:31Which is completely wired around the capital for some reason they they don't want to release all of that
  561. 41:35We know why
  562. 41:37But there's a little thing called mobile devices
  563. 41:40Now everybody can become a citizen journalist.
  564. 41:44And there were mobile devices from thousands and thousands of vantage points from every
  565. 41:48vantage point you can possibly imagine on January 6.
  566. 41:51And when you start tying all those images and videos and comments and actionable insights
  567. 41:56and information and you start connecting dots and then you start going further in and you
  568. 42:01start accessing body cam footage from Metropolitan DC Metropolitan Police Officers Body Camps.
  569. 42:08and you start accessing police footage from body cams
  570. 42:12from the Capitol Police departments.
  571. 42:14And you start correlating all of these videos
  572. 42:17from all these different angles, including body cam footage.
  573. 42:20And you start to see an entire whole picture.
  574. 42:24There's no question that up.
  575. 42:26Okay. And we exposed through our investigations
  576. 42:31with the Tick-Tick-N-Law group
  577. 42:32under the direct direction of the President of the United States.
  578. 42:36Peter Tick-N-Wizz tapped personally
  579. 42:38by President Trump to run and spearhead the parallel investigation into what really happened
  580. 42:44on January 6th.
  581. 42:46And I had the great privilege of being that chief investigator by Peter's side.
  582. 42:50So there is a tremendous amount of information that was uncovered, that was still be exposed
  583. 42:56as we hit the right timing along the way, timing everything sometimes.
  584. 43:04And then also, Larry Logan, I have to, you know, hats off to Larry Logan.
  585. 43:07I've never seen anybody with the drive and the commitment
  586. 43:10and just pure perseverance and absolute void of fear.
  587. 43:18She did a tremendous job on her show, on her series,
  588. 43:22the rest of the story.
  589. 43:23And yours truly was also her chief investigator
  590. 43:25for about five of those episodes,
  591. 43:27all of them in which were revolved
  592. 43:29around the January 6 case.
  593. 43:30So you've got a lot of confidential human sources
  594. 43:34that were there and we've exposed quite a few of them.
  595. 43:37name them out at their names. Okay. And we also have undercover police officers from the
  596. 43:42Metropolitan Police Department that were there running undercover operations. And we got their
  597. 43:47body cam footage and we discovered what they were doing. And they were literally, we have
  598. 43:53incidences where these officers are literally pushing, physically pushing, ordering forcefully
  599. 44:00and nudging and encouraging people to go up and into the Capitol.
  600. 44:04Oh, yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I have talked to people, Jason, in my travels as a speaker,
  601. 44:10listen in at least three or four states, I have met people. And this is so wild in America. Check
  602. 44:18this out. All right. People telling me things that they happen to be in Washington the morning
  603. 44:25of January 6th, they were out taking a walk and uniformed officers were urging them to go into
  604. 44:31to the Capitol. Hey, come on, come on. And several people, it's funny, nervously their
  605. 44:39eyes darting right and left as if they're in communist Russia afraid they're going to be
  606. 44:45heard. And two men, I was at a major event a year ago on the East Coast. Two men were telling
  607. 44:53me that they were in Washington DC and they got up there walking around. They were forcibly
  608. 45:00pushed with a crowd against their will, pushed into the capital and they just in the nick of time
  609. 45:08were able to extricate themselves. And my point being, to your point is, it was all a setup. And
  610. 45:17so the left, their narrative, oh, this was a big insurrection, you know, this was a big
  611. 45:22encouragement to riot and chaos.
  612. 45:27There were hundreds and hundreds of Americans that were just, they were set up.
  613. 45:33They were in the wrong place at the wrong time.
  614. 45:35But it was a well-crafted event to try and
  615. 45:39implicate the president of insurrection, wasn't it?
  616. 45:42It absolutely was.
  617. 45:45And I'm going to ask Alex, if you and your audience would actually like to know the true crux of the why all of this took place.
  618. 45:52took place. What is behind this entire story? What caused these series of events to take
  619. 45:58place? And this is the story that the general public does not know and does not fully understand.
  620. 46:03They all know in their heart of hearts that something was wrong. No question. They know
  621. 46:06there was crossfire hurricane that's all been exposed. They know what Tulsi Gabbard is starting
  622. 46:11to expose. They suspected it, but she's actually laying out the receipts, you know, that actually
  623. 46:15the breadcrumb trail that we'd write back to Obama's desk, which we knew, okay?
  624. 46:21But this all goes back to, are you ready? Yeah, yeah.
  625. 46:27This all goes back to a big chess board, okay? Imagine a global chess board. I don't know if you're
  626. 46:34a chess player or not, but when you play chess, they say he or she who controls the center square
  627. 46:40controls the game. Well, in globalism, endless wars are part of that chessboard. And the center
  628. 46:49square of this chessboard currently that is still has our whole world in a situation right now,
  629. 47:01where there's a lot of imbalance and there's a lot of uncertainty. That center square is Ukraine,
  630. 47:07the proxy war in Ukraine, okay, with Russia. So I'm going to take you audience all the way back to 2014 under the Obama administration,
  631. 47:17especially under the light that Tulsi Gabbard is now exposing Obama being the one helping to orchestrate this fake Russia-Russia
  632. 47:26Russia narrative and I'll tell your audience that if you start to replace the words Russia,
  633. 47:30Russia, Russia with Ukraine, Ukraine, Ukraine, a lot of answers will start to come and prevail
  634. 47:37themselves, reveal themselves. Okay. Go back to 2014 under the Obama administration
  635. 47:44with a State Department under Victoria Newland and you will find that the Obama administration
  636. 47:50orchestrated a coup, very similar, eerily similar, to January 6, but in Ukraine.
  637. 48:00There was a coup that orchestrated in Ukraine in 2014 to on see a duly elected president
  638. 48:05named Viktor Yanukovych.
  639. 48:07Viktor Yanukovych was Russian and therefore leaned to support Russia, so the US and the
  640. 48:14EU couldn't have that.
  641. 48:16But at the same time, this Viktor Yanukovych, he was duly elected and the United States
  642. 48:20in the EU also recognized that it was a fair, legitimate election.
  643. 48:24So therefore, they had to get rid of them because he wanted to remain neutral between Russia
  644. 48:29and the United States and the EU.
  645. 48:31He wanted to sovereign Ukraine.
  646. 48:32That's all he cared about.
  647. 48:33Now he wasn't interested in it.
  648. 48:34Hey, forgive me because time fleecs where I've got to ask you, give me the one minute synopsis
  649. 48:39of Zolinsky.
  650. 48:40Well, Zolinsky was manufactured by an oligarch named E. Horkolomoysky.
  651. 48:46E-Hort Kolomoysky is arguably one of the top three or four most dangerous oligarchs in all of Ukraine.
  652. 48:53Currently languishing in prison under Zelensky because now Zelensky no longer owes him anything because he's in that prison.
  653. 49:00But bottom line is E-Hort Kolomoysky in one minute was the owner of oil and gas, the kingpin in Ukraine,
  654. 49:09and also the owner of multiple different industries, banking, he had the largest bank in all of Ukraine.
  655. 49:14I beg your forgiveness.
