  4. 0:11It should be uncomfortable for a believer to live as a hypocrite.
  5. 0:15Delivery people out of the bondage of mainstream media.
  6. 0:18And the philosophies of this world.
  7. 0:21God has called you and me to be his ambassador.
  8. 0:24Even in this dark moment.
  9. 0:27Let's not miss our moment.
  10. 0:29And now the Hamilton Corner.
  11. 0:33Good evening, everyone.
  12. 0:34Welcome to the Hamilton Corner here on American Family Radio.
  13. 0:37I'm your host, Abraham Hamilton III, joined by the corner contingent.
  14. 0:42Right across from me, my man and a hundred grand Mr Bobby
  15. 1:00We'll be right back
  16. 1:01as soon as we can.
  17. 1:03We're joined by producing
  18. 1:05extraordinaire often imitate it
  19. 1:06never duplicated right now.
  20. 1:08He's going around with a live
  21. 1:10video stream feed.
  22. 1:12The real Jay Mac ladies and
  23. 1:14gentlemen he's in the screening
  24. 1:16room quite perturbed at the
  25. 1:18moment but he'll be all right.
  26. 1:19We're going to be all right as
  27. 1:20we go forward with today's
  28. 1:22edition of the program at this
  29. 1:24very moment many of you if not
  30. 1:26most of you are making your
  31. 1:28transition from your part time
  32. 1:30jobs where you generate an income to your full time jobs where you cultivate an outcome.
  33. 1:35And as you do so, I want to remind you to do so with intentionality, understanding the
  34. 1:43primacy that God places on family.
  35. 1:47I will continue to emphasize this because it is vitally, vitally important that we have
  36. 1:53a proper calibration in our minds and our hearts as to what is and what must remain
  37. 1:59primary. I don't point this out to ignore or to denigrate other stations of life and other
  38. 2:08relational makeups. Now, let me be clear, when I say other relational makeups, I'm not talking
  39. 2:12about counterfeits of marriage and things of that nature. I'm talking about God knows when
  40. 2:18we are in a stage of singleness. God knows when we are widowed or widower or we're empty
  41. 2:26He nesters the various stages of life that comport with his natural order, but make no
  42. 2:34mistake about it.
  43. 2:35He has ordained family as the foundation of society.
  44. 2:42Family with marriage at the center of it is the first human institution that God has ordained
  45. 2:46and established.
  46. 2:48He did that intentionally.
  47. 2:53He did that understanding that the primary unit that will result in world shaping is the
  48. 3:03home.
  49. 3:04It is the family.
  50. 3:08We know this for many different reasons.
  51. 3:10This is why mental health professionals, you to begin all types of sessions, no matter what
  52. 3:15the issue is with one question.
  53. 3:17Tell me about your relationship with your father, whether it's a man, whether it's a
  54. 3:20woman, no matter who it is, because God ordained father is to make this outsized imprint on
  55. 3:25the lives of individual.
  56. 3:28God ordained mothers to make this outsized imprint.
  57. 3:32You have grown people become athletes.
  58. 3:34Oh, what do you want to do?
  59. 3:35I want to buy my house.
  60. 3:37It's a part of what God designed us to be.
  61. 3:39And of course, society works, to devil works, to flesh works,
  62. 3:42to pervert God's good and glorious design.
  63. 3:45But we must understand that.
  64. 3:46So as you are making your transition to your full time jobs,
  65. 3:49as you are listening to me,
  66. 3:51and I thank you for doing so,
  67. 3:54there's so many different things available to you now.
  68. 3:56you're certainly not obligated to tune in here, but I'm grateful what you're doing.
  69. 4:00So I would ask that you would share the program with your friends, your family members, your
  70. 4:06loved ones to inform them about what you are enjoying.
  71. 4:12It is vitally important.
  72. 4:20It helps to grow the program for you to share it.
  73. 4:26So we're looking forward to that happening.
  74. 4:28And as you're making your transition to your part time job, understand the
  75. 4:33primacy that God places on family and welcome his primacy to inform your
  76. 4:37engagement.
  77. 4:40And I tell moms, you know, the whole notion of I'm just a mom is a non
  78. 4:45sequitur.
  79. 4:46No such thing as just a mom, fathers and mothers shaped the world.
  80. 4:52I'm telling you straight up, the enemy works over time to deceive us of that notion
  81. 4:58and to get us to seed our authority and allow antichrist position holders to shape the hearts and
  82. 5:07minds of our future generations, of our current generation. We resist that, man. To the word of God,
  83. 5:15we go. Genesis chapter 1 verse 28, I want to go to one particular portion of scripture,
  84. 5:21and I want to connect this to what we talked about yesterday, reading from the Declaration of
  85. 5:25of independence and recognizing that the idea of unalienable right supplies to individuals.
  86. 5:35And that flows from the understanding of the Amago dei. The concept of individual liberty
  87. 5:39is directly connected to the theological reality of the Amago dei, the Latin phrase for image
  88. 5:45of God, human beings are made in God's image. Genesis 128 is the first command that God
  89. 5:55articulates two mankind and it says this, God blessed them.
  90. 5:59And this is the human kind that he made his own image.
  91. 6:04He made them male and female.
  92. 6:07God did that. That is why there is no such thing as
  93. 6:13256 quote unquote genders. He made them both male and female.
  94. 6:17God did that. Which is why we can discern this fact
  95. 6:21at the cellular level in biology. We've talked before, you can
  96. 6:25to zoom a skeleton, the skeletal remains
  97. 6:28that do not have any visible organs,
  98. 6:30and we can determine whether or not that is a male
  99. 6:32or a female because God designed us that way.
  100. 6:36Then verse 28, God blessed them,
  101. 6:38and God said to them, be fruitful, multiply,
  102. 6:43fill the earth and subdue it,
  103. 6:45and rule over the fish of the sea,
  104. 6:47and over the birds of the sky,
  105. 6:48and over every living thing that moves on the earth.
  106. 6:54Now, I would have spent some time on the latter part,
  107. 6:58subduing the earth and ruling over every living thing.
  108. 7:03The flying creatures, the birds of the sky,
  109. 7:07the swimming creatures, the fish of the sea,
  110. 7:11every living thing that moves on the earth.
  111. 7:16This is the four part command we've talked about before,
  112. 7:19each component building upon the next component,
  113. 7:21each subsequent component requiring the prior component.
  114. 7:25Multiplication requires fruitfulness.
  115. 7:27Filling the earth requires multiplication.
  116. 7:29Subdling the earth requires the earth being filled, etc.
  117. 7:31That's how it works.
  118. 7:33I explained before that the Hebrew word for subdue,
  119. 7:36the earth is kavosh.
  120. 7:38It means to make the earth subservient,
  121. 7:41or to make it conducive to maximize human flourishing.
  122. 7:44God from the very beginning was invested in His earth being cultivated
  123. 7:50for the express purposes of maximized human flourishing.
  124. 7:55God was invested in that from the very beginning.
  125. 7:58This is why He imputed to His image bearers the capacity to do so,
  126. 8:04describing them as being made in His very own image,
  127. 8:08in the seleem and the demooth of God Himself.
  128. 8:13This is why, ladies and gentlemen, we should never be surprised
  129. 8:18that, well, what is the nation and the history of the world
  130. 8:22that served as the seat for the most earth-shaking innovations in all of world history. Well, that
  131. 8:30would be the one nation that is committed from its foundational level to the preservation of these
  132. 8:40rights that are unalienable. To see this differently, we should not be surprised that flourishing has
  133. 8:46been maximized in the place where mankind's freedoms are most protected. It shouldn't be
  134. 8:55surprising. The converse is also true. The places where mankind's freedoms are most constrained
  135. 9:02always become the places that are the most soul crushing for mankind, which is why you have very
  136. 9:08little innovation coming from those nations historically. And I'm saying historically,
  137. 9:13because I want you to have a broad scope assessment of this notion that I'm presenting
  138. 9:18to you, not just a microcosm, not just a two year window, a five year window. I'm talking about over
  139. 9:22or the span of human history.
  140. 9:25It's not a surprising thing,
  141. 9:27because God designed mankind from the very beginning,
  142. 9:30having made us in his likeness and image,
  143. 9:32to be able to kavash his earth,
  144. 9:34to be able to make his earth conducive
  145. 9:39to maximize human flourishing.
  146. 9:44This is why historically,
  147. 9:46the communist nations have not been very good at innovation.
  148. 9:50Usually, when there is innovation,
  149. 9:51it's the product of espionage,
  150. 9:53because they've stolen something from a more free people.
  151. 9:58And the same thing is happening today.
  152. 10:01Then I want you to note this next component
  153. 10:03and to rule over the fish of the sea, the swimming creatures,
  154. 10:06the birds of the sky, the flying creatures,
  155. 10:07and over every living thing that moves on the earth.
  156. 10:09Notice the Lord didn't say,
  157. 10:13unless they're bigger than you,
  158. 10:16unless their size is more intimidating.
  159. 10:18No, big creatures, small creatures,
  160. 10:20God has given mankind the capacity to rule over them.
  161. 10:26It's a feature of God's good design.
  162. 10:29So when you have the notions of free expression,
  163. 10:37you recognize that free expression,
  164. 10:39mankind's liberty in communicating ideas
  165. 10:44without fear of government reprisal,
  166. 10:47often corresponds with man's greatest innovations,
  167. 10:52greatest innovation.
  168. 10:55And the opposite is true.
  169. 10:57Because of God, the creator,
  170. 10:59and I talk to my children about this all the time,
  171. 11:01because we are made in this image,
  172. 11:03God's people, especially those of us who are born again,
  173. 11:05we don't need to copy stuff from the world.
  174. 11:09If you are in Christ,
  175. 11:10you should be among the greatest creatives,
  176. 11:13whether you are musically inclined,
  177. 11:15whether you are poetically inclined,
  178. 11:17whether you are a filmmaker,
  179. 11:19whether you are a manufacturer,
  180. 11:21a designer, an architect,
  181. 11:24whether you are one given to the mathematics
  182. 11:26and given to the sciences,
  183. 11:28coding and linguists,
  184. 11:35We haven't been plugged into the vine abiding in the vine.
  185. 11:39We are tapped in to the ultimate source of creativity.
  186. 11:44The greatest artist that ever is,
  187. 11:46ever was, ever will be, is the creative self.
  188. 11:51And those of us who abide in the vine,
  189. 11:54we have access to similarly create.
  190. 11:59So I'm explaining all of this to talk about, yes,
  191. 12:02these macro assessment of the phenomenon of creativity
  192. 12:07and innovation.
  193. 12:09This is why the concept of hyper and overregulation,
  194. 12:13stymies, economic activity, stymies, innovation,
  195. 12:18stymies, those things.
  196. 12:21The removal of those regulations allows industry to flourish.
  197. 12:26And to drill this down to the individual,
  198. 12:28many of you are listening to me,
  199. 12:29you have desires to make things shake,
  200. 12:32to make different moves in this year,
  201. 12:33I wanna tell you that you won't be able to pursue those moves
  202. 12:37by turning away from the Lord.
  203. 12:40There's no way you can untether to dislodge yourself from the vine
  204. 12:45and expect to thrive.
  205. 12:48It ain't gonna happen.
  206. 12:50If you have ideas, you wanna see them come to fruition.
  207. 12:53There are songs you need to write.
  208. 12:54There are businesses you need to start.
  209. 12:56There are ideas that you have locked up in you.
  210. 12:57You're not gonna have those things realized
  211. 12:59by turning away from the Lord, not possible.
  212. 13:07The only way for those things to truly meet fruition
  213. 13:12is by plugging into the vine,
  214. 13:15which is why Jesus said it himself.
  215. 13:18He is the vine.
  216. 13:20We are the branches.
  217. 13:22Apart from him, success is not your future.
  218. 13:29So if you desire these things to come to fruition,
  219. 13:35especially those who are listening to me,
  220. 13:36you might have strayed a bit,
  221. 13:39you know, you've become a bit slack,
  222. 13:42different things have happened in life,
  223. 13:43and now you're a bit distant, maybe not,
  224. 13:45anchored in the local church.
  225. 13:48The only way forward and fullness is to return to the Lord.
  226. 13:53He's returned to the Lord.
  227. 13:54If you're listening to me and you're not a believer,
  228. 13:59I want to encourage you to refuse to resist the Lord's drawing
  229. 14:05because he's faithful, the Lord draws,
  230. 14:08refuse to reject the call of the gospel.
  231. 14:13Today is the day of salvation
  232. 14:16because God is long suffering, but long is not forever.
  233. 14:23You should surrender your life to the Lord
  234. 14:26while you have the opportunity.
  235. 14:28Jesus said, work while it is day
  236. 14:30because there's a time coming when it's nightfall
  237. 14:33and no man will be able to work.
  238. 14:39It's not surprising that where freedom abounds,
  239. 14:43innovation tends to abound likewise.
  240. 14:47The reason for that, folks, is because God made mankind
  241. 14:51in His image.
  242. 14:51We are made in the likeness and the image of God.
  243. 15:00A discipleship minute with Joseph Parker.
  244. 15:04Psalm one, beginning at verse one.
  245. 15:06All the joys of those who do not follow the advice of the wicked,
  246. 15:11or stand around with sinners, or join in with mockers,
  247. 15:14but they delight in the law of the Lord,
  248. 15:17meditating on it day and night.
  249. 15:19They are like trees planted along the riverbank,
  250. 15:22bearing fruit each season.
  251. 15:24Their leaves never wither and they prosper in all they do,
  252. 15:27but not the wicked.
  253. 15:29They are like worthless chafes scattered by the wind.
  254. 15:32They will be condemned at the time of judgment.
  255. 15:34Centers will have no place among the godly,
  256. 15:36For the Lord watches over the path of the God,
  257. 15:38over the path of the wicked leads to destruction.
  258. 15:42Hebrews, chapter 4, verse 12,
  259. 15:43for the word of God is living and active,
  260. 15:45sharper than any two edged sword,
  261. 15:48piercing to the division of soul and of spirit,
  262. 15:50of joints and of marrow,
  263. 15:52and desiring the thoughts and intentions of the heart.
  264. 15:55Again, Hebrews, chapter 4, verse 12.
  265. 16:05Shiting light into the darkness,
  266. 16:07this is the Hamilton Corner,
  267. 16:09an American family radio.
  268. 16:11Welcome back to the Hamilton Corner Abraham Hamilton.
  269. 16:13A third here.
  270. 16:14Thank you so much for tuning into the program.
  271. 16:16I want to let folks know if you are in the Hope, Arkansas area.
  272. 16:23I'm coming your way March 1st, Saturday, March 1st, 2025.
  273. 16:28I will be joining the Garrett Memorial Christian School family for their fundraising
  274. 16:33gala tune in.
  275. 16:35I'm going to be sharing information as to how you can get tickets to the event.
  276. 16:39I am looking forward to this will be my second time.
  277. 16:41and hope Arkansas looking forward to that.
  278. 16:45See the family of God there and the people coming out to support Christian pedagogy, which
  279. 16:51is vitally important.
  280. 16:52We have to understand that the call to make disciples includes cultivating the mind.
  281. 16:56Jesus himself said, you are to love the Lord your God with all your heart, soul and your
  282. 17:02mind.
  283. 17:03And just strength for far too long, we've seated the area of the mind to God haters.
  284. 17:10Look at our nation. See every tree bears fruit, the type of tree is made evident by the fruit that's born.
  285. 17:22And for far too long we've allowed our young people to be to be discipled having their minds cultivated by people who hate God.
  286. 17:31We shouldn't be surprised then that those who have been discipled into that direction live a lifestyle that indicates God hatred at its various levels,
  287. 17:41levels, which is why it's far more prevalent for the notion of nominal Christianity at
  288. 17:49best, if not outright, Christ rejection, because we've had generations of our fellow Americans
  289. 17:59who've been discipled by the world. But Christian pedagogy, and not Christian because you have
  290. 18:06Christians doing it, but because of the content and the substance of what is conveyed is anchored
  291. 18:11in a biblical worldview, vitally vitally important.
  292. 18:16So mark your calendars, March 1st, 2025,
  293. 18:19Garrett Memorial Christian School in Hope, Arkansas.
  294. 18:22We will be there.
  295. 18:23All right, so much to get to today.
  296. 18:28So the Lake and Riley Act passed by Congress.
  297. 18:30We'll get to that if we have time.
  298. 18:35But I'm gonna start here.
  299. 18:36This is very interesting to me.
  300. 18:37And I'll set up this portion of the program
  301. 18:40by asking you, hmm, do you trust this?
  302. 18:45So you have all of these tech giant leaders and all they all, you know,
  303. 18:49they flying to Mar-a-Lago. They want to gain an audience.
  304. 18:53You want to gain an audience with one Donald Trump? See,
  305. 18:57he's because before you were against the family. And interestingly,
  306. 19:06day before this announcement,
  307. 19:11Mark Zuckerberg announces that the meta board of directors,
  308. 19:15which no matter is the parent company that owns Facebook and
  309. 19:18Instagram and WhatsApp. They announced new board members, UFC president, very well-known
  310. 19:28Trump supporter Dana White is now a member of the board of directors for meta into the
  311. 19:36Santa. You know, the CEO and president of USC. You also have the the Stellantes and Ferrari
  312. 19:43chairman, John Elkin added to Metas Board of Directors as well as Charlie Sunghurst, former
  313. 19:50general manager and head of global corporate strategy at Microsoft added to the board of directors and then
  314. 19:58following the announcement of these gentlemen being added to the board of directors at meta
  315. 20:04then you have Mark Zuckerberg's. Zuckerberg's came out with the vigil where he decried the
  316. 20:16the prevalence of the censorship of speech on his platforms and promised, I promise you,
  317. 20:27hope Arkansas is my mind. I did not. Promises less censorship needs to return to free expression.
  318. 20:42You know, that is what drove the establishment of Facebook, which became meta in the first
  319. 20:47place to go into the zucker box. He announced the plan to do away with fact checkers. He
  320. 20:54also noted and by the way, the election seems to be a result that showed that people are
  321. 21:02far more interested in free expression and free speech. So we're going to get rid of fact
  322. 21:11checkers in and we're going to go to a to a model kind of like the artist formerly known
  323. 21:16as Twitter. X he didn't say that the artist from the 20s and I said he just said X.
  324. 21:20When they use community notes, you know, we're not gonna have fat checkers that are as active things of that nature
  325. 21:26I want you to hear for yourself
  326. 21:29Listen to and watch Mark Zuckerberg
  327. 21:33Explaining that we've now reached a cultural tipping point once again prioritizing
  328. 21:37Speech clip number one clip number one go
  329. 21:40Hey everyone
  330. 21:41I want to talk about something important today because it's time to get back to our roots around free expression on Facebook and Instagram
  331. 21:48I started building social media to give people a voice.
  332. 21:52I gave a speech at Georgetown five years ago about the importance of protecting free expression,
  333. 21:57and I still believe this today.
  334. 21:59But a lot has happened over the last several years.
  335. 22:01There's been widespread debate about potential harms from online content.
  336. 22:05Governments and legacy media have pushed to censor more and more.
  337. 22:09A lot of this is clearly political, but there's also a lot of legitimately bad stuff out there.
  338. 22:14Drugs, terrorism, child exploitation.
  339. 22:17These are things that we take very seriously, and I want to make sure that we handle responsibly.
  340. 22:22So we built a lot of complex systems to moderate content.
  341. 22:25But the problem with complex systems is they make mistakes.
  342. 22:29Even if they accidentally censor just 1% of posts, that's millions of people.
  343. 22:34And we've reached a point where it's just too many mistakes and too much censorship.
  344. 22:39The recent elections also feel like a cultural tipping point towards once again prioritizing speech.
  345. 22:45So we're gonna get back to our roots and focus on reducing mistakes, simplifying our policies,
  346. 22:51and restoring free expression on our platforms.
  347. 22:53Now I know that this substance I'm gonna get to, but y'all don't think I'm just gonna let
  348. 22:59it pass that Mark Zuckerberg sitting up there letting his throat grow.
  349. 23:04With his black t-shirt, his gold chain swinging, y'all don't think I'm gonna let that just go
  350. 23:08by without a mention do you?
  351. 23:10It'll look like Mark Zuckerberg went down to Southern California, hook up with Tony Lo,
  352. 23:15you know?
  353. 23:16Hey, love.
  354. 23:19Zuckabucks letting his throw out, you know?
  355. 23:21Zuckabucks, I bet Zuckabucks got a pick
  356. 23:25with the fist clinch, just a little bit to his left.
  357. 23:28I promise you.
  358. 23:31Zuckabucks saying, I'm gonna do a little,
  359. 23:35I'm gonna do some mixed martial arts,
  360. 23:36you know, I'm gonna get into some farming,
  361. 23:38and I'm gonna let my throw grow,
  362. 23:42and I'm gonna get my elbows up and start rocking.
  363. 23:47You see that chain he had on, Jeff?
  364. 23:52Oh, Zuckerberg, boy, you are hilarious.
  365. 23:56Heh heh heh heh heh heh heh, I didn't see no smart watch on his wrist, you know?
  366. 24:03You let him keep talking, he gonna say, hey man, hey man, hey homie.
  367. 24:06Hey homie, see what it is homie.
  368. 24:08You know I had to go to Mar-a-Lago homie and we talked to Don, man.
  369. 24:13We talked to Don Cuz.
  370. 24:15We talked to Don Cuz and see what it is homie.
  371. 24:17We tired of people telling us we can't say nothing, Chief.
  372. 24:20We tired of it.
  373. 24:22Are you tired of it low?
  374. 24:29All right, back to what's important.
  375. 24:34I, maybe it was just me, maybe I don't even want to
  376. 24:36saw that.
  377. 24:37So my question for all of you,
  378. 24:43hey, do you think this is real from Zuckerberg?
  379. 24:46That's a no from Bobby.
  380. 24:48What say you Jeff?
  381. 24:49Do you think this is real?
  382. 24:51It's a no from Jeff.
  383. 24:53So if it's a no, what do you think is really up here?
  384. 25:00It was, ah, Bobby is rubbing the finger
  385. 25:03to get Bobby saying money money money money.
  386. 25:07What money, what's the coming from?
  387. 25:09What's the deal?
  388. 25:10What's going on?
  389. 25:11From the government.
  390. 25:13Ah, research and development funds.
  391. 25:16All right, I see you.
  392. 25:18I hear you.
  393. 25:19So this is what he's saying.
  394. 25:21That when I go back to speech and he goes through a whole, this video was about five
  395. 25:25minutes long and some change and he goes through things that it's saying.
  396. 25:31It seems rather convenient to me, you know, rather convenient to me.
  397. 25:37This is happening.
  398. 25:38You want to know what I think is really happening in addition to what you're talking about?
  399. 25:43I think he's realizing other platforms are beginning to outpace him in authentic engagement,
  400. 25:53beginning moving in such a direction that if he doesn't make a move, uh-huh, uh-huh,
  401. 25:59If he doesn't make a move, that ultimately will result.
  402. 26:04Because one thing Zuckerberg knows,
  403. 26:07is technological innovation.
  404. 26:08One thing he knows, is the proverbial,
  405. 26:12a maxim for entrepreneurship, change or die.
  406. 26:20And notice, and maybe I hadn't played that clip yet,
  407. 26:22I'll play it next.
  408. 26:24He said, we need to go to a format,
  409. 26:25a little bit more like X.
  410. 26:28Is that a fact checkers?
  411. 26:29We need to use more of a community notes kind of program.
  412. 26:33Listen to a watch clip number two, clip two, go.
  413. 26:36More specifically, here's what we're going to do.
  414. 26:39First, we're going to get rid of fact checkers
  415. 26:42and replace them with community notes similar to X,
  416. 26:45starting in the US.
  417. 26:47After Trump first got elected in 2016,
  418. 26:50the legacy media wrote nonstop
  419. 26:52about how misinformation was a threat to democracy.
  420. 26:55We tried in good faith to address those concerns
  421. 26:57without becoming the arbiters of truth.
  422. 27:00But the fact checkers have just been too politically biased
  423. 27:03and have destroyed more trust than they've created,
  424. 27:05especially in the US.
  425. 27:07So over the next couple of months,
  426. 27:09we're gonna phase in a more comprehensive
  427. 27:11community note system.
  428. 27:15See, I have this small problem that I listen
  429. 27:17when people are speaking.
  430. 27:19See, you can't just get this past me like this,
  431. 27:23Mr. Zuckerberg.
  432. 27:24You say that the legacy media, not me, y'all, not me,
  433. 27:29the legacy media was over there
  434. 27:31talking about, oh, with Trump's election in 2016,
  435. 27:34we need to be on the lookout for misinformation.
  436. 27:38Misinformation.
  437. 27:40And then he said an exact same voice,
  438. 27:42and we try to respond to that.
  439. 27:44We try to respond to that concern
  440. 27:45without being the arbiter of truth.
  441. 27:48Sir, sir, that is an oxymoronic statement.
  442. 27:53How can you?
  443. 27:54It's been a recom-
  444. 27:55How can you respond to the legacy medius concern
  445. 28:02about misinformation?
  446. 28:05And then the question we go should be,
  447. 28:07you said it yourself, the misinformation concern
  448. 28:12corresponded with President Trump's election.
  449. 28:14Huh, why wasn't there concerned
  450. 28:17about misinformation before?
  451. 28:20Point one, point two, how are you going to be a platform
  452. 28:25for people to convey information yet at the exact same time
  453. 28:29you say, but we want to express our concern
  454. 28:31and implement things to prohibit the spread
  455. 28:35misinformation while at the exact same time saying, but we're not going to be the arbiters
  456. 28:39of truth.
  457. 28:40That the very operation makes you the arbiter of what you believe, not only of what is true,
  458. 28:47but what is worth being disseminated on your platform, chief.
  459. 28:53See, I have this funny other penchant because I understand the foundational, unalienability
  460. 29:00of the freedom of speech.
  461. 29:03I don't trust people who exhibit a willingness to curtail that freedom of speech and then
  462. 29:07all of a sudden go, oh, my bad.
  463. 29:10I didn't mean it because you know what it means?
  464. 29:11That you didn't really understand the foundational
  465. 29:13enduring notion of freedom of speech to begin with.
  466. 29:16See, if as any errors that should take place,
  467. 29:18there should be an airing on the side
  468. 29:20of the unalienability of the rights,
  469. 29:23not an airing on the side.
  470. 29:24Well, like it's immediate, there's misinformation
  471. 29:26and we must go along with it.
  472. 29:28Then of course, I'm not gonna leave out
  473. 29:30the whole little small detail
  474. 29:32that the misinformation concern was also expressed
  475. 29:35to him by government officials.
  476. 29:38Now, I'm not gonna leave that out now, am I?
  477. 29:40When you have the FBI rolling up and saying,
  478. 29:41Hey, hey, hey, I just wanna let you know, oh, Mark.
  479. 29:45Hey, Mark, there's something that could be coming,
  480. 29:47you know, with something.
  481. 29:48I won't know what it is.
  482. 29:49It could be something kind of like a laptop, you know,
  483. 29:52and it might have some things on it
  484. 29:54that could be bad for Joe's advisory election.
  485. 29:56I just wanna tell you it could come out like that.
  486. 29:59And if it does, I just want you to know
  487. 30:01that it's Russian misinformation very likely.
  488. 30:04And then Mark goes, oh, golly gee.
  489. 30:07What do you know?
  490. 30:09Sure as the big bad government officials told us,
  491. 30:12look at what's, see, my point folks,
  492. 30:15and I'm kind of, my point here is that you are either
  493. 30:20a first amendment embrace or you're not.
  494. 30:23This is one of those things where there's no middle ground.
  495. 30:26And the first amendment, we've talked about this before,
  496. 30:28it's not an unlimited phenomenon.
  497. 30:34You can't do illegal things, shout fire into things
  498. 30:37that nature doesn't give you license to lie about others. That's why we have laws against
  499. 30:42defamation and things of that nature. But when you understand the foundational rock rib notion
  500. 30:47of freedom of speech and freedom of expression, you don't have these, you know, I don't know
  501. 30:52what it was. We just had this eight year affair with being the ones who were the arbiters of
  502. 30:57truth. But now all of a sudden, you know, Zuckerberg's even went down south with sewn tone low,
  503. 31:04you know, so sea walking and things. And now he's like, you know, now, now we're going
  504. 31:08to get rid of the fact checkers.
  505. 31:11He was in, hey, and by the way, we're going to move
  506. 31:12a portion of our accountability functions away from
  507. 31:16California, we're going to relocate into Texas, you know,
  508. 31:18because we don't want to have our operations questions
  509. 31:21based on the location of our operations
  510. 31:23for certain portions of the medicine business.
  511. 31:29So all in all, I hear what you're saying, Zuckerbucks,
  512. 31:32but I might not be from Missouri,
  513. 31:37but you better show me.
  514. 31:39We'll see.
  515. 31:42I don't think Zuckerberg's announcements are motivated
  516. 31:44some revelation, some altruistic, uh, uh, epiphany that is transpired.
  517. 31:50I think something else is going.
  518. 31:53I think something else is going.
  519. 31:57And I think the ultimate thing is that he wants to keep meta
  520. 32:01competitive with others.
  521. 32:06He mentioned X.
  522. 32:07I didn't mention he mentioned X, but I also think he's trying to
  523. 32:11curry favor with the incoming administration.
  524. 32:15You don't just all of a sudden lose your penchant for shall I say it's
  525. 32:22Stalinist information dissemination.
  526. 32:28So we'll see.
  527. 32:30We'll see.
  528. 32:33You're listening to and watching the Hamilton Corner,
  529. 32:35we have more to get to.
  530. 32:37When we come back from the break,
  531. 32:38I'll ask another question.
  532. 32:40I know the acronym for the political phrase,
  533. 32:42MAGA was Make America Great Again, but who knew?
  534. 32:45Could Make America Great Again also include Make America?
  535. 32:48Add Greenland?
  536. 32:50We'll get into it.
  537. 32:52We'll make come back from this break.
  538. 32:59Will you help us send persecuted Christians
  539. 33:01around the world exactly what they're praying for, and that's a Bible to be able to endure
  540. 33:05and persevere.
  541. 33:06Hey, it's Michael Wolworth with Bible International.
  542. 33:08It wasn't too long ago that I was in Indonesia, the largest Muslim majority country in the
  543. 33:13world where a local evangelical church was introducing Muslims to Jesus Christ.
  544. 33:17They want people not to just go to church, but to really understand who Jesus is.
  545. 33:23That's why they started to go from house to house to door.
  546. 33:26They lovingly shared the gospel, but this happened.
  547. 33:29Because they didn't like it, they started to throw bombs to the church.
  548. 33:33People threatened to kill them.
  549. 33:34But persecuted believers, they loved their enemies and they counted all joy to suffer
  550. 33:38for the Lord Jesus.
  551. 33:39They didn't give up because they know that God will be there for them.
  552. 33:43Help us bless persecuted believers with their very own copy of the Bible by the end of January
  553. 33:48at $5 a Bible, $100 since 20.
  554. 33:51Call 800-Yes Word, 800-Yes Word or give at SendBiblesNow.org.
  555. 34:29The Hamilton Quarter Podcast and One-Minute Common Terrets are available at aFR.net back
  556. 34:40to the Hamilton Quarter on American Family Radio.
  557. 34:44Welcome back to the Hamilton Corner, Abraham Hamilton, the third here.
  558. 34:48Well, during the campaign, and I heard lots of it, many of you did as well.
  559. 34:53President Trump's saying a bunch of things.
  560. 34:55And America needs to take back control of the Panama Canal.
  561. 34:59Canada needs to be the 51st state of the United States of America, which, oh, Kaiser Trudeau
  562. 35:06hit the he chunked the deuces, huh?
  563. 35:10But he also mentioned the desire to purchase Greenland.
  564. 35:16Now, I'll tell you, I didn't really take that seriously until today.
  565. 35:24I didn't take it seriously because it's easy to talk, you know, you know, President Trump
  566. 35:28is going, you know, I mean, well, some people say, yeah, that, and I've been the great guy
  567. 35:34greatest person ever to live. Some people say I would never say to myself, but some people
  568. 35:36say it, you know, you know, it's quite, quite bombastic. This presentation is someone say
  569. 35:41Jeff, some would say you're very good. The best, best producer ever that ever. Some would say
  570. 35:47Jeff would never say to himself. Some would say, you know, but today Donald Trump, Jr.
  571. 35:57landed in Greenland with Charlie Kirk on President Trump's private plane that he likes
  572. 36:05to refer to as Trump Force One, which made me think, you know, private plane flights are
  573. 36:16not cheap. Fuel that you employ are not cheap. It made me think, could there be something to
  574. 36:26this? And I'll tell you why I am thinking this. But before I explain why I'm thinking,
  575. 36:33it could be something to this more than I thought previously. Because I before today, before this
  576. 36:38day, I wasn't taking President Trump seriously about the whole Greenland thing. But now
  577. 36:43I'm like, that sure is a lot to go through.
  578. 36:47He ain't like rolling up in the garbage truck
  579. 36:49during the election because Mr. Robinette said,
  580. 36:53you got it.
  581. 36:54And all of y'all support us all too.
  582. 36:56The wicked witch.
  583. 36:56He regulated on to you, too.
  584. 36:59Rolling up in the garbage truck.
  585. 37:01That's a low threshold.
  586. 37:02I don't take much of rolling up in the garbage,
  587. 37:03but you got a contingent dispatch to Greenland.
  588. 37:09Listen to him watch clip number three,
  589. 37:11this is Donald Jr. in Greenland today.
  590. 37:15Clip 3.
  591. 37:16Go.
  592. 37:17I'm just really excited to be here.
  593. 37:19Awesome country.
  594. 37:20The scenery coming in was just spectacular.
  595. 37:22Just very excited to be here today.
  596. 37:23Do you have anything from your father?
  597. 37:25He says hello.
  598. 37:26Okay.
  599. 37:27To who?
  600. 37:28We were talking to him yesterday.
  601. 37:29So he says hello to everyone in Greenwood.
  602. 37:32Okay, are you still interested in buying Greenwood?
  603. 37:34Thank you so much for the reaction.
  604. 37:36No, we're not meeting any politicians here.
  605. 37:38So that's not on the schedule.
  606. 37:39We're just here as tourists looking at it.
  607. 37:42Could you tell me about the American interest?
  608. 37:44the American interest in that. That's not for me to talk about. That's for others to talk
  609. 37:48about. But we're just excited to be here. Thank you guys.
  610. 37:58That is it. Bobby asked the question that I'm assuming that he expected the reporter to
  611. 38:02ask. Why would you be there? You know, Donald Jr. said we're not meeting any politicians.
  612. 38:09According to Mr. Trump, he's there on a an interest mission. That's what his father Donald
  613. 38:18Trump's senior said while president Trump is that Mar-a-Lago he's asked and we know
  614. 38:26that your son landed in greenland today president Trump said it straight up didn't
  615. 38:29mark needs to give it up didn't mark needs to give greenland up can I tell you
  616. 38:37why I think he's taking it seriously now before today I told you I didn't think
  617. 38:41it was you serious I think it's serious now and this is why by conservative
  618. 38:48estimates. United States of America is 30 trillion approaching 50, 30 plus trillion approaching
  619. 38:5650 trillion dollars in debt. The biggest driver of that debt has been a bipartisan project
  620. 39:04of the last several decades to spend into oblivion. I am grateful for Doge and even
  621. 39:14bringing the issue of the need to cut spending back to the surface. However, I'm going to tell you,
  622. 39:19You know what I mean?
  623. 39:21The biggest doge fight, pun intended, that's going to take place is Republicans and Democrats
  624. 39:27who are not going to allow spending cuts in the significant and substantive levels that
  625. 39:31need to take place.
  626. 39:32Now, I think the American people have a role to play in that, that we need to put pressure
  627. 39:36on the Congress to do it.
  628. 39:37But let's be frank, another contributor, because we like to talk about the politicians,
  629. 39:44the bipartisan spending frenzy.
  630. 39:46You know why they spend like that?
  631. 39:48Because American people like it.
  632. 39:49That's why a lot of some people want to talk spending cuts until their benefits have to
  633. 39:56be reduced.
  634. 39:58All right.
  635. 39:59So if you are president Trump, you recognize you have one term to make significant impact,
  636. 40:05make a significant impact.
  637. 40:06And really you only have two years because the campaigning in earnest and Congress is
  638. 40:10going to begin in 2026.
  639. 40:15Straight up.
  640. 40:17What would you consider?
  641. 40:18Well, for those who made an understand that it's not a look, well, I'm telling we have
  642. 40:23some brilliant people who will listen to a watch this show comment from a viewer.
  643. 40:31It's not what's on the surface of Greenland, but below.
  644. 40:35Trump is not known for doing things nearly willy.
  645. 40:41You just run the bell.
  646. 40:42Let me tell you why.
  647. 40:44Why do I think President Trump is serious about Greenland in addition to their the physical
  648. 40:47presence today made it a real deal for me?
  649. 40:52You want to know what Greenland is known to have an abundance?
  650. 40:56I'll just read it to you.
  651. 40:59is known to hold excellent potential for a host of natural resources including
  652. 41:07zinc, lead, heavy light and rare earth minerals, copper, but here's some of the
  653. 41:16biggies. Iron ore, gold, oil and gas deposits. Greenland, which is currently a
  654. 41:31a territory of Denmark has not had much natural gas, oil, and elemental exploration.
  655. 41:44It's almost like an untapped resource of pretty significant land size.
  656. 41:51So if you are a potential, let's put you in a position of Commander-in-Chief, and you
  657. 41:57You need to make, let's say, big moves into reducing inflation, having sources of valuable
  658. 42:07materials and resources that could aid in the economic despair of your nation.
  659. 42:15You study world history is either you got it or you go get it.
  660. 42:20I believe President Trump is serious about this in light of what transpired here today.
  661. 42:34Now the Prime Minister of Greenland said Greenland is not for sale.
  662. 42:38All right.
  663. 42:42I'll just say it this way.
  664. 42:43The not for sale term has been used plenty of times as a bargaining chip.
  665. 42:48A lot of us when we realize you don't take we did buy Alaska from Russia because of the
  666. 43:00natural resources that are present in Greenland.
  667. 43:02I really think President Trump is serious about this.
  668. 43:07I think he's serious about it.
  669. 43:09And you know, you know, as well as I know how he wants to make an impact this term, not
  670. 43:20to mention the strategic location of Greenland in terms of having, oh, I don't know military
  671. 43:25resources back in anywhere, anywhere around the world quite quickly.
  672. 43:35I think he's serious.
  673. 43:37Now I think he's, I didn't think he was serious before today.
  674. 43:40I think he's serious today.
  675. 43:42When you consider the bevy and there are things that are available, you can see plotted maps
  676. 43:47where gold is located, where things are located.
  677. 43:50And you can see it's proximity to, shall I say,
  678. 43:55the unfriendly guys in the school box,
  679. 43:59I think it's a big deal.
  680. 44:00And you know, if President Trump can pull this off,
  681. 44:03this would be a big deal for our nation.
  682. 44:06It would be a big deal for our nation.
  683. 44:09All right, a lot of things that happen
  684. 44:12if an ice cream man or the people that are handling
  685. 44:14the ice cream man, that in my view,
  686. 44:17they are being done intentionally,
  687. 44:19not merely to sabotage President Trump's attempt to sabotage President Trump's assuming of the
  688. 44:24Oval Office, but also frankly, to make the world a less stable place. If you can even imagine that,
  689. 44:30I mean, the overwhelming amount of the usage of the pardon power, the release of Gitmo inmates,
  690. 44:40the unilateral proclamation of a permanent ban on oil and gas exploration across 625 million
  691. 44:50acres of federal land. It's not going to stand, but he's going to try to do it. And then this
  692. 44:57one, and this one will seem on its surface and I know the spin will be, oh, we need to
  693. 45:02protect an American corporation. What am I talking about? There is a Japanese company,
  694. 45:08Nippon Steel, NIPP ON Steel, that has been negotiating to acquire US Steel for $14.1 billion. The
  695. 45:17The acquisition will require for the US Steel company's operations to continue on US soil
  696. 45:23to keep every one of US Steel's employees continually working.
  697. 45:27It is more of a collegial merger between US Steel and Nippon Steel as opposed to a hostile
  698. 45:37or even simply a takeover of US Steel.
  699. 45:42This deal has been in negotiation for quite some time.
  700. 45:45All of a sudden, all of a sudden, Mr. Joseph Robinette Biden or should I say whoever is
  701. 45:56doing the weekend at Bernie's dance and Mr. Robinette's dead, as all of a sudden announced
  702. 46:03that Mr. Biden is going to use executive action to oppose this deal.
  703. 46:09The spin of course is, oh, we need to preserve this for America.
  704. 46:14But of course, as you always know, you got to get into the details.
  705. 46:16Listen to and watch clip number four, clip four, go.
  706. 46:21A 14.9 billion with a B, a dollar takeover of US Steel by
  707. 46:27Napaan Steel, a decision that comes after weeks and months of speculation here.
  708. 46:33This is an iconic American company who is sale to a foreign buyer.
  709. 46:38The president has at least subtly signaled that he is opposed to now for weeks.
  710. 46:43But the decision coming today.
  711. 46:44I want to read to you part of that statement that we just showed to viewers.
  712. 46:48The president saying a strong domestically owned and operated steel industry represents
  713. 46:53an essential national security priority.
  714. 46:56And it's critical for resilient supply chains.
  715. 46:58He goes on to say that he's taking action to block the deal because, of course, his solemn
  716. 47:03responsibility as president is to ensure that now and long into the future America has
  717. 47:08a strong domestically owned and operated steel industry.
  718. 47:12just exercising an enormous amount of executive power here. The timing is also
  719. 47:17notable as of course the president will depart the White House in just a few weeks.
  720. 47:23Now that's the spin they're going with. Oh this is a Protect American industry. Now
  721. 47:27when have you known Mr. Joseph Robinette to commit himself to dare I say it, make
  722. 47:32America great again? To have an America first disposition? Let me just get right to it.
  723. 47:40Let's toggle over to what Chinese media is saying about this.
  724. 47:45Mm hmm.
  725. 47:46The South China Morning Post, which is owned by a Chinese tech company that's committed
  726. 47:50to quote, improving China's image overseas and combating what it sees as anti-China bias
  727. 47:56in foreign media.
  728. 47:59They publish an argument.
  729. 48:00They publish an article saying, cooperative Tokyo finds America a demanding but ungrateful
  730. 48:05boss.
  731. 48:08The sub header in their story goes on and insult both the US and Japan saying the deal is
  732. 48:14dead.
  733. 48:16Everything Japan did to accommodate its American partner.
  734. 48:19Now they're getting rejected.
  735. 48:21Chinese media is celebrating Joseph Robinette Biden's rejection of the Nippon steel US steel
  736. 48:29merger.
  737. 48:30Why'd you ask?
  738. 48:33Just a little fact for your information.
  739. 48:38You know who's a global dominant party in steel production?
  740. 48:42China.
  741. 48:44China produces as much steel as every other country combined.
  742. 48:50You know where most of China's steel goes?
  743. 48:52Right in its own country.
  744. 48:54The overwhelming majority of Chinese steel never leaves the country, but the very small
  745. 48:59amount, the very small amount of exported Chinese steel exceeds the total amount of
  746. 49:05of steel produced by the US or Japan.
  747. 49:10China knows if Nippon merges with US steel,
  748. 49:13they immediately become the second largest steel company
  749. 49:16in the world, which begins to rival the global domination
  750. 49:20that China has on steel.
  751. 49:23So while they're trying to sell domestically,
  752. 49:25that Mr. Robinette is trying to protect
  753. 49:27an American company, it's actually the opposite.
  754. 49:32He's trying to help China.
  755. 49:35And what was that about that email?
  756. 49:37That was in that laptop that said,
  757. 49:39waiting minute got something the big guy well where was that deal coming from again
  758. 49:42but oh that's right that was a deal with China so while you use in the public
  759. 49:50spin and say this is protected American company you dig into the details of the
  760. 49:53deal the merger was going to protect the American company the thwarting of the deal
  761. 49:57hurts us deal and helps China isn't that an interesting conundrum in the last few
  762. 50:05waiting hours of the Biden administration the views and opinions expressed in this
