  9. 0:26Let's not miss our moment.
  10. 0:29and now the Hamilton Corner.
  11. 0:31Good evening, everyone.
  12. 0:35Welcome to the Hamilton Corner here on Election Day 2024.
  13. 0:39Eve, by this time tomorrow when we open these phone lines,
  14. 0:44nearly all of you will have cast your votes
  15. 0:49in this pivotal election in our nation's history
  16. 0:53at this particular juncture.
  17. 0:55Thank you for tuning into the program.
  18. 0:56My name is Abraham Hamilton, a third.
  19. 0:58I am the host of the Hamilton Corner.
  20. 1:00I am joined by the corner,
  21. 1:02contingent right across from me.
  22. 1:04This evening is your friendly neighborhood recovering.
  23. 1:10What a holic who leaps tall stacks of birch and a single bound.
  24. 1:17Mr. Marty Sparks, ladies and gentlemen, Mr.
  25. 1:20Rosa decided to avoid the studio for this week.
  26. 1:25He'll be out this whole week.
  27. 1:28And in the screening room, we have produced extraordinary, often
  28. 1:30imitated, never duplicated.
  29. 1:32the real J. Mac, and we are ready to rock and roll with today's edition of the program at
  30. 1:37this very moment. Many of you, if not most of you are making your transition from your part
  31. 1:40time jobs where you generate an income to your full time jobs where you cultivate an outcome.
  32. 1:49As you do so, I want to remind you to do so with intentionality.
  33. 1:58Understanding the primacy that God places on the family.
  34. 2:04This truly is the day that the Lord has made and I will rejoice and be glad in it.
  35. 2:10A lot is going on all over the world, but frankly, the world is focusing on what is happening
  36. 2:17here in our country.
  37. 2:18I mean, did you see the parade floats in Japan where they had these huge Trump parade floats
  38. 2:25in Japan and people in other parts of the world talking about what's going to happen
  39. 2:30here in our country?
  40. 2:31know at this juncture really nearly not quite half but probably 40% of the American electorate
  41. 2:41those who are going to participate have cast votes cast their ballots in the early voting
  42. 2:47and there's a lot that is to transpire clearly by tomorrow.
  43. 2:53I hope you all have your plans if you are an election day voter.
  44. 2:59I hope everybody in the Hamilton Corner audience is taking full advantage of our citizenry and
  45. 3:06using our civic participation as a means, not the exclusive means, but as a means of discharging
  46. 3:16faithfulness to our Lord, that we are good stewards over our citizenship.
  47. 3:20God could have planted us in any other country, but He's planted us here with all of the features.
  48. 3:27she's not surprised that we have a constitutional Republican form of government guaranteed to
  49. 3:32us by Article 4 of the US Constitution.
  50. 3:36And we are at a place where we will have clear a clear trajectory as to what we can and should
  51. 3:46expect our nation to be going forward.
  52. 3:50As always, we will turn to the Word of God to begin the program this evening.
  53. 3:57I will be a part I'll have I'll be a guest during portions of a F R's
  54. 4:03coverage election night coverage.
  55. 4:06I'll also be appearing on a couple or at least one I know right now of the
  56. 4:11television networks election night coverage that'll be interesting.
  57. 4:16But we're here we're here as I was praying and pondering.
  58. 4:23This moment that we're in and our nation's history the Lord brought me to the
  59. 4:29book of Deuteronomy and I want to share that with you where the Lord brought me. It's interesting
  60. 4:36that we're at this place. I also want to reiterate the encouragement to continue fasting and praying,
  61. 4:44not only through tomorrow but to Wednesday, November 6th, because it is vitally, vitally important
  62. 4:50that we understand what will we be and what will we do after this election is over. Deuteronomy
  63. 4:58chapter 17. I'm going to focus on verses 18 through 20, Deuteronomy chapter 17 verses 18 through 20.
  64. 5:05This is for those of you who are new to the program, the book of Deuteronomy, the root word
  65. 5:10of Deuteronomy is Deuter, which means to, this is the second telling, the word Deuteronomy literally
  66. 5:16means second telling, this is the second of or the Deuterocanical expression of Moses, as he is
  67. 5:22preparing the second generation of wilderness Israelites to enter the promised land. The scripture
  68. 5:28bears out that those who exited Egypt through the Red Sea, all of them, except for Joshua and Caleb,
  69. 5:36expired in the wilderness. All right. And so now we have the second generation of wilderness
  70. 5:44Israelites, which will include people who were born in the wilderness who became adults in the
  71. 5:50wilderness. You know, remember, they were 40 days, 40 days, 40 years in the wilderness.
  72. 5:56And this portion of the text, Moses is prophetically warning the Israelites as to what they will
  73. 6:03expect because they will come to a place where they will opt for a king. And Moses is giving warning,
  74. 6:12warning them as to what a king will do, but also giving the people of God a responsibility concerning
  75. 6:19monarchs and this is what Moses warned the people of Israel.
  76. 6:24Deuteronomy, chapter 17, verse 18.
  77. 6:28Now let's shout.
  78. 6:28Now it shall come about when he sits on the throne of his kingdom.
  79. 6:34He shall write for himself a copy of this law on a scroll in the presence of the
  80. 6:42Levitical priests.
  81. 6:45It shall be with him and he shall read it all the days of his life.
  82. 6:50that he may learn to fear the Lord his God by carefully observing all the words of this law and these statutes,
  83. 7:00that his heart may not be lifted up above his countrymen, and that he may not turn aside from the commandment to the right or the left,
  84. 7:09so that he and his sons may continue long in his kingdom in the midst of Israel.
  85. 7:17This is a part of the Mosaic Law.
  86. 7:22This is a part of the writings of Moses.
  87. 7:25This is the Word of God conveyed not merely to the King,
  88. 7:32not merely to the Levitical priests,
  89. 7:35but this is a warning that was given an instruction that was given
  90. 7:40to all of the Israelites.
  91. 7:44A couple of the highlights again.
  92. 7:47Now let's y'all come to pass when the king sits on the throne of his kingdom.
  93. 7:51He shall write for Himself a copy of this law.
  94. 7:55The King was instructed by God through Moses
  95. 7:59to hand-write His own personal copy of the law of God.
  96. 8:05Not only that, the Scripture instructs.
  97. 8:08He is supposed to do this, verse 18,
  98. 8:11on a scroll in the presence of the Levitical priests.
  99. 8:18The priests were supposed to provide a standing audience before whom the king is supposed to handwrite his own copy of the law of God.
  100. 8:29Then the Lord explains why.
  101. 8:33So that the king's heart is not lifted up above his countrymen.
  102. 8:39And that he may not turn aside, that he may not stray from the commandment of God from the right or to the left.
  103. 8:45Guys, this is amazing.
  104. 8:48Now, if you contrast this with what we have recorded for us in 2 Kings 22, in 2 Kings 22,
  105. 8:59many years later, things deteriorate so much so in the nation of Israel to where not only
  106. 9:07has a nation been divided at this juncture, there is no more northern kingdom of Israel.
  107. 9:13Josiah becomes king at eight years old as a boy in the 18th year of his reign.
  108. 9:19at 26 years old, we learn what is recorded for us in 2 Kings 22 verses 8 through 13, then
  109. 9:29He'll Kiah the High Priest said to Shaeph and the scribe, I have found the book of the law
  110. 9:34in the house of the Lord. And He'll Kiah gave the book to Shaeph and who read it. Shaeph
  111. 9:39and the scribe came to the king and brought back word to the king and said, your servants
  112. 9:42have emptied the money that was found in the house and have delivered it into the hand of
  113. 9:46the workmen who have oversight of the house of the Lord. Moreover, Shaeph and the scribe
  114. 9:50told the king, he'll Kiah the priest gave me a book and Shafen read it in the presence of the king.
  115. 9:56When the king heard the words of the book of the law, he tore his clothes. Then the king commanded
  116. 10:02he'll Kiah the priest, a hicom, the son of Shafen, Akbar, the son of Makiah, Shafen described and
  117. 10:08aside the king's servants saying, go inquire the Lord for me and the people and all Judah
  118. 10:15concerned in the words of this book that has been found for greatest wrath of the Lord that burns
  119. 10:19against us because our fathers have not listened to the words of this book to do according to
  120. 10:23all that is written concerning us. Look at that contrast. The Lord required the king
  121. 10:35that at the inauguration, you know, it's akin to our January 22nd inauguration that on
  122. 10:44inauguration day, the king is supposed to stand in the presence or sit where in the presence of the
  123. 10:50Levites in hand copy his own personal copy of the law of God. The whole nation was instructed
  124. 10:58in this manner. Moses gave this instruction to everybody who was about to enter the Promised
  125. 11:05Land. Yet time passes. Calendar's turn. Years go by and we come to a point in Israel's history
  126. 11:15to where the king of Judah is surprised that there is such a thing called the book of the
  127. 11:19law. How does this happen? But
  128. 11:23Capravers tells us, sin grows as a
  129. 11:25man travels. If you wonder how
  130. 11:27this has happened, I would
  131. 11:30submit to you that you're living
  132. 11:31in it. We are living in a nation
  133. 11:35that our official severance
  134. 11:37papers from the United Kingdom
  135. 11:39include that because of the laws
  136. 11:43of nature's and nature's God,
  137. 11:47because man has unalienable
  138. 11:49rights, that man doesn't have the
  139. 11:52quality nor the capacity to give
  140. 11:53of rights to men, God is the one who gives men rights.
  141. 11:57And because of the usurpations and the encroachments
  142. 12:00of the British crown, British, British crown,
  143. 12:02we are justified before God in separating from you.
  144. 12:07We have now gotten to the place where we're actually debating
  145. 12:10whether or not a boy is actually a boy.
  146. 12:12We're actually living in a time where our highest court
  147. 12:16in the land has ruled that the Bible has to be excluded
  148. 12:20from official curricula in our nation.
  149. 12:23What I'm saying to you is that we can look in the scripture and say,
  150. 12:28man, how did that happen?
  151. 12:30But we're living in it now.
  152. 12:32And what is going to happen in our nation as it will be recorded tomorrow will be a
  153. 12:36clear indication whether or not we will have the opportunity to have a
  154. 12:43reprieve and reverse course as what transpired under Joe Sides leadership.
  155. 12:51Or will we go headlong in the direction that allows for the book of the
  156. 12:55law to remain buried.
  157. 12:59But there's one major difference with us.
  158. 13:01It's not as if the book of the law is lost.
  159. 13:03We are intentionally attempting to hide it, societally.
  160. 13:08And here's the point I want to make to you.
  161. 13:11It's very easy to point to the kings and say,
  162. 13:13man, the kings of Israel became increasingly wicked
  163. 13:16and they strayed, but I wanna remind you of something.
  164. 13:19This instruction for Deuteronomy 17
  165. 13:21was given to the entire Israelite assembly,
  166. 13:25The entire nation was made aware that you are being informed here and now, that your kings
  167. 13:32must begin their rule with a hand copy of the Lord's Law, with express purposes of making
  168. 13:38sure that they don't get too puffed up, don't become too high on the hog, don't see themselves
  169. 13:43higher than they should, don't elevate themselves above the people, and so that the king does
  170. 13:49not strain.
  171. 13:50Likewise, the Levites, the Levitical priests who I remind you,
  172. 13:55that Moses himself was up the Levitical tribe
  173. 13:59of Levi.
  174. 14:01The Levites had a responsibility in making sure
  175. 14:05that the kings did this.
  176. 14:06When I'm saying that the drift was not isolated
  177. 14:09into one segment of Israelite society,
  178. 14:12the entire nation was accountable for it.
  179. 14:14My question for us is what will we be?
  180. 14:18In the Lord's bride and our nation,
  181. 14:20who the Lord said he deposited to be the pillar
  182. 14:21ground of truth. Will we be something like in our land and be a portion of the remnant
  183. 14:27that God employs to redirect the course of our nation? Or will we become like the state
  184. 14:39church of Germany that has the trains, transporting people to the gas chambers and churches were
  185. 14:47near the tracks. They just sing a little louder to drown out the screams of the ones who are
  186. 14:53headed to the gas chambers.
  187. 14:56Election night coverage 2024.
  188. 15:02Starting at six o'clock central time on election night.
  189. 15:07The polls, of course, on the eastern side of the country,
  190. 15:11seven o'clock there will be closing in several key states,
  191. 15:15like Pennsylvania, like Michigan, North Carolina.
  192. 15:20We'll be looking at those right off the bat on election night.
  193. 15:23It's election night coverage 2024.
  194. 15:26on American Family Radio.
  195. 15:34Shiting light into the darkness,
  196. 15:36this is the Hamilton Corner, an American Family Radio.
  197. 15:40Welcome back to the Hamilton Corner, Abraham Hamilton the third here.
  198. 15:45What country will we be?
  199. 15:49What kind of country will we be tomorrow?
  200. 15:54Will we have an adjustment?
  201. 15:59I mean, again, it's not lost on me.
  202. 16:02Dating back to Deuteronomy 17,
  203. 16:04the instruction was given to all of Israel.
  204. 16:07The king had a role to play clearly,
  205. 16:12but the Levi's had a role to play.
  206. 16:14Levi's had a role to play.
  207. 16:17We have a role to play.
  208. 16:21It's gonna be instructive for us to see what happens.
  209. 16:25Now, these things are always interesting to me.
  210. 16:28In the final run up to election day,
  211. 16:31and I'm seeing reports now that over 78 million Americans
  212. 16:36have cast ballots in early voting already.
  213. 16:38The monitors in the studio have all kind of new stuff going on.
  214. 16:44on in that's been reported.
  215. 16:48You know, only about 150, 160 million people usually vote in total.
  216. 16:52So that's more than half of the electorate assuming norms hold true in terms of total
  217. 17:01vote quantities.
  218. 17:05You know, after remember that the established narrative is that Mr. Robinette got 81 million
  219. 17:11votes and Mr. Trump got 76 million.
  220. 17:16You do quick math.
  221. 17:17157 million votes. So it's nearly 80 million people have voted already.
  222. 17:25Now, I've also seen some reports. For example, this morning in Maricopa County, in Arizona,
  223. 17:32the largest county in Arizona, that early voting where you have Republicans have outpaced the
  224. 17:38Democrats in Maricopa County by 200,000 votes, which is unique because in terms of early voting,
  225. 17:44usually or historically Democrats have voted numerically in higher quantities.
  226. 17:52And so many are saying that it's an indication of which way America will go.
  227. 17:56You see similar things in other places around the country.
  228. 18:01We have higher totals of Republicans early voting now.
  229. 18:08It will be interesting.
  230. 18:12Now, something that just came to my attention and I want you guys to see this
  231. 18:16because when I saw this, my next reaction was, yeah, I know this is happening, but CNN is reporting this.
  232. 18:24What is going on here? So there was a late report and CNN is doing this thing. They call it their K file, K file investigations.
  233. 18:33I was like, whoa, this is this is pretty interesting to where, I mean, again, not surprising to me, but the
  234. 18:41Harris campaign is offering two different messages on the same topic of different parts of the country.
  235. 18:45And, um, Michigan, where you have a high quantity of Arab and Muslim voters, you have Kamala Harris
  236. 18:56taking a particular attack as it retains the Israel. But then in Pennsylvania, which is both of these two
  237. 19:03being battleground states, we have a larger contingent of Jewish voters, you have a decidedly
  238. 19:08different and highly edited message that's being presented there.
  239. 19:14And as I said, that doesn't surprise me.
  240. 19:18But CNN is calling this out.
  241. 19:21Would major boy go, hmm, listen to and watch clip number one.
  242. 19:27Go tonight.
  243. 19:28Mixed messages, a K file investigation this hour finds Kamala Harris is targeting
  244. 19:34crucial battleground voters with vastly different messages on Gaza and Israel.
  245. 19:38This ad is running in Michigan, which has the largest Arab population in America.
  246. 19:46What has happened in Gaza over the past nine months is devastating.
  247. 19:50We cannot allow ourselves to become numb to the suffering, and I will not be silent.
  248. 19:58Alright, well, it's a very different story for an ad in Pennsylvania targeting Jewish voters.
  249. 20:03Let me be clear.
  250. 20:07I will always stand up for Israel's right to defend itself, and I will ensure Israel
  251. 20:16has the ability to defend itself, because the people of Israel must never again face
  252. 20:24the horror that a terrorist organization called Hamas calls on October 7th.
  253. 20:30Huh, that's kind of different.
  254. 20:36And you know, as you can see, the second Pennsylvania ad
  255. 20:41is drawn from the DNC speech.
  256. 20:45But as you're about to see it,
  257. 20:46and I'm about to show you this,
  258. 20:47even that speech was highly edited.
  259. 20:49To make it seem like she is saying something
  260. 20:50completely opposite of what she's saying,
  261. 20:52but it's like, y'all ain't slick.
  262. 20:57At the exact same time,
  263. 20:58you're sending two different messages,
  264. 20:59two different groups, you know,
  265. 21:02which some may call it, hey, that's true,
  266. 21:04politicking, others will say, man, that's pandering.
  267. 21:07Like, if it wasn't for double standards,
  268. 21:10you would have no standards at all.
  269. 21:12Hahahaha.
  270. 21:15But again, the thing that's just stuck out to me is that,
  271. 21:19what is going on, CNN?
  272. 21:21Listen to them watch clip number two
  273. 21:22as they go on to analyze this in a bit more detail.
  274. 21:26Clip number two, go.
  275. 21:28Different message.
  276. 21:28Andrew Kaczynski is out front now.
  277. 21:30So Andrew, those obviously do sound starkly different.
  278. 21:33to say the least. Tell me more about what you found.
  279. 21:35Yeah, that's right. And this look, this really illustrates the sort of fine line that the Harris
  280. 21:39campaign is trying to walk here in the closing weeks, closing days of this campaign on the
  281. 21:44issue of Israel here. You have two entirely different constituencies and they are getting
  282. 21:48two entirely different messages. There are often times these constituencies have very opposing
  283. 21:53views on this. If you are a Jewish person in Pennsylvania, you saw that ad that you're
  284. 21:57getting. You are getting that ad that talks about how strong strong she is in Israel. If
  285. 22:01if you're a Muslim voter in Michigan,
  286. 22:03you are getting that ad on Facebook that's talking about,
  287. 22:08talking about how she won't be silent on the issue of Gaza.
  288. 22:11Now what's really interesting here is that ad
  289. 22:14that we just played the one that's going to Jewish voters
  290. 22:17in Pennsylvania.
  291. 22:18Now it sort of sounds like those two clips
  292. 22:19of her talking about Israel are together,
  293. 22:22but they actually cut part of it out.
  294. 22:23Take a listen to what they cut.
  295. 22:27What has happened in Gaza over the past 10 months
  296. 22:30is devastating.
  297. 22:32President Biden and I are working to end this war,
  298. 22:35such that Israel is secure, the hostages are released,
  299. 22:40the suffering in Gaza ends,
  300. 22:42and the Palestinian people can realize their right
  301. 22:46to dignity, security, freedom.
  302. 22:54And you've seen too that she,
  303. 22:57obviously could they cut out that portion of the ad
  304. 22:59where they talked about Gaza from her DNC speech,
  305. 23:02those two ports were together, they sliced them,
  306. 23:04they cut that part out.
  307. 23:05Now look, she's also getting hammered a lot on this issue by Republicans.
  308. 23:09We talked just a couple of days ago about how those robo calls were airing in Wisconsin
  309. 23:12that are made to sound like they're in support of Jill Stein talking about her position on
  310. 23:17Gaza saying that they're highlighting her pro-Israel position and they're sort of trying
  311. 23:22to siphon those votes away from her.
  312. 23:24So this is a really delicate issue for her.
  313. 23:25Oh, it certainly is.
  314. 23:26I mean, the policy and people can realize their right to dignity, security, freedom and
  315. 23:28self-determination are being cut out.
  316. 23:30It's important to notice that.
  317. 23:32So you have this
  318. 23:37You have the ads we're running to Michigan and try to make it sound like
  319. 23:43Kamala Harris is championing
  320. 23:46The cause of the Palestinians in Gaza then you have the exact same candidate
  321. 23:52Attempting to appeal to voters in Pennsylvania including a Jewish population by saying she's defending Israel and they're severely editing her speech to do so
  322. 24:00So what the thing, and I get it.
  323. 24:04I know CNN is trying to get caught doing a little bit of journalism.
  324. 24:06They're trying to get caught doing a little journalism, but I'm like, hold up now.
  325. 24:14So y'all trying to make it seem like y'all haven't been in the tank for
  326. 24:19Campbell Harris this whole time.
  327. 24:20I'm saying, are the CNN polls that y'all doing indicating to you that you
  328. 24:29You probably need to carry up to snuggle up to Mr. Trump.
  329. 24:34This is what's going on here.
  330. 24:37Because you guys are suspect.
  331. 24:40Now again, I'm not surprised it's happening.
  332. 24:42I mean, I could try to be kind, but the lies have been spewing
  333. 24:48for a long time.
  334. 24:50So that doesn't surprise me.
  335. 24:53But the thing, again, I'm just like, hmm.
  336. 24:59And of course, you can get into the meat of everything.
  337. 25:04And this is one of the things that
  338. 25:05calls me about the hair's campaign is that she consistently says he thinks like we need
  339. 25:11to turn the page.
  340. 25:12I'm like, ma'am, you are in, you are the page.
  341. 25:15You are in office now.
  342. 25:18When you say turn the page, you're saying turn away from what I am doing currently.
  343. 25:21Is she not?
  344. 25:27You are the page.
  345. 25:30What is it that you would do differently from the Biden administration?
  346. 25:34Nothing comes to mind.
  347. 25:35I'm so sorry.
  348. 25:41and comes to mind as she would do differently.
  349. 25:44So what page are you turning?
  350. 25:46You're not turning any page.
  351. 25:50And the thing that again gets me one of the things with this
  352. 25:53is that it shows the other antipathy they have towards
  353. 25:57American people, they think the American people are just
  354. 26:00rubes that she can get away with that.
  355. 26:03Turn the page, man, you are the page.
  356. 26:07You are the page.
  357. 26:12We've done things to try to lower illegal border crossings.
  358. 26:15Yeah, after you've done things to make the border crossings,
  359. 26:18illegal border crossing, skyrocket!
  360. 26:23Including, a lot of the illegal to come in,
  361. 26:26just another way.
  362. 26:35I mean, the scripture told us, man,
  363. 26:36in the last days, evil, evil, evil, evil, people and seduces
  364. 26:42will go from bad to worse, deceiving and being deceived.
  365. 26:50As that's just wild to me, that's just wild.
  366. 26:57Now, I'm gonna step away from the election for a moment,
  367. 27:00And I want to bring a story to your attention that just presents a broader, a broader assessment
  368. 27:08of the reality of what kind of country we're going to have.
  369. 27:12Houston Porter is a man.
  370. 27:14He's a 28 year old man who had, you know, scraped and saved his family.
  371. 27:19You know, they were hustling to get Houston into law school.
  372. 27:22All right.
  373. 27:23He's a Westchester, New York resident.
  374. 27:27That's where his family lives.
  375. 27:29And he enrolled in, in Pace University's law school in New York.
  376. 27:34He happens to be a conservative law student, a member of the Federalist Society, and he
  377. 27:41or he participated in and co-moderated a panel discussion concerning New York state's Proposition
  378. 27:491 ballot measure.
  379. 27:51What Proposition 1 is New York, simply put, it is a ballot measure to determine whether
  380. 27:58or not New Yorkers, the state of New York, will amend their state constitution to include
  381. 28:03gender identity and gender expression as protected classes in New York State's
  382. 28:09Civil Rights Panoply of protected classes. All right. He was a co-moderator of the debate.
  383. 28:16He thought the debate was going well. I mean, we're a law student. We're in a law school.
  384. 28:20You have law professors that are in attendance for the panel. You have lawyers who are participating
  385. 28:28in the panel, candidates for state office in the state of New York participating in the panel.
  386. 28:33this all happened when I have the date October 15 October 15
  387. 28:41what the audacity why after some of the substantive portions of the debate took
  388. 28:48place Houston Porter and his co-moderator opened up for questions from the audience
  389. 28:54and then all Gehenna broke loose you know one law professor is accused of having
  390. 29:01rushed the stage another law professor at the law school is is accused of shouting
  391. 29:06from the audience, you know, ultimately, and this is what I want you to see, Houston Porter
  392. 29:15received an email from his law school. The email title said notification letter. He says,
  393. 29:25quote, I felt scared. I felt like time stopped. I was shocked. When he expanded the email,
  394. 29:31he saw a PDF attachment from Bernard Dufresne, who is the school's title nine coordinator.
  395. 29:39What was in the email to Houston Porter the email from the title nine coordinated
  396. 29:46Coordinator at the school stated that Houston Porter is being investigated for a potential act of
  397. 29:53sex-based discrimination against a transgender student
  398. 29:58Who said that Porter aggressively pointed?
  399. 30:04Yes
  400. 30:05Y'all could think I'm joking, but I'm not he is accused of aggressively pointing at a transgender student
  401. 30:12And he is accused of misgendering a transgender student who is a male, but is identifying himself as a female.
  402. 30:26Now, Houston Porter is very concerned because he is enrolled in law school through a combination of scholarships, money he saved up from diswashing jobs he had between undergrad and starting law school, some of his family savings, and some loans he's taken out.
  403. 30:44The investigation could result in him being suspended,
  404. 30:51being expelled, being assessed community service,
  405. 30:55and he has to find out because he has to now
  406. 30:57participate in a disciplinary hearing.
  407. 30:59This is happening right now, guys.
  408. 31:01This has not been resolved.
  409. 31:03So he was notified that he has to attend
  410. 31:05a disciplinary hearing where he will learn his fate.
  411. 31:08Now, one of the things that he's concerned about,
  412. 31:10a lot of the lawyers are listening to me right now,
  413. 31:12they'll be able to test to this,
  414. 31:14is that to sit for the bar, the state bar in New York,
  415. 31:18as in states around the country,
  416. 31:20applicants for the bar have to pass
  417. 31:22what's called the character and fitness examination.
  418. 31:25For one of the things that will be examined,
  419. 31:27is whether or not there you have any disciplinary
  420. 31:29or ethical marks on your record.
  421. 31:34He's concerned that this could prohibit him
  422. 31:36from fulfilling his lifelong dream of becoming an attorney
  423. 31:40by passing the state bar examination.
  424. 31:43I will remind you, the notice that he received
  425. 31:45that he's being subjected to a Title IX investigation
  426. 31:49for sex-based discrimination.
  427. 31:53Title IX is the law that you'll recall,
  428. 31:55the 1970s law, the Amendment to the Civil Rights statute,
  429. 31:59that led the way for athletic participation by women
  430. 32:07as well as other applications of protections
  431. 32:11for women against discrimination because there are women.
  432. 32:16This is yet another application,
  433. 32:18dare I say perversion of the title non-law,
  434. 32:21to extend it to the gender identity, panoply.
  435. 32:29Those who place their faith in Jesus
  436. 32:31are elevated to an extraordinary position.
  437. 32:34As co-heirs with Christ, we share in His inheritance.
  438. 32:37The gospel is the ultimate dignity giver,
  439. 32:39elevating the unworthy to unimaginable heights.
  440. 32:43Our lives should reflect this dignity,
  441. 32:45empowering us to extend the same grace and love to others
  442. 32:48has been so generously given to us.
  443. 32:51I'm Jordan Shambly and you can read the rest of the Gospel
  444. 32:54Dignified on TheStand.net.
  445. 32:57The Hamilton Quarter Podcast and One-Minute Common
  446. 33:05Terrets are available at AFR.net back to the Hamilton
  447. 33:09Corner on American Family Radio.
  448. 33:13Welcome back to the Hamilton Corner, Abraham Hamilton the
  449. 33:15Third.
  450. 33:16I just want to return back to the story about Houston
  451. 33:18Porter.
  452. 33:19And by the way, the story is available in the free
  453. 33:21press. This is Barry Weiss's is publication, her news outfit, many may recall that Barry
  454. 33:27Weiss was a long term, long time New York Times reporter. And she just can't take it anymore.
  455. 33:33So biased. It's so non journalistic and she ended up leaving the New York Times and starting
  456. 33:39our own thing, which is good for her. So this is one of the sources I use, I refer to for
  457. 33:44stores and things that aren't covered in our American prob the apparatus. So that's a good one,
  458. 33:52another one that I certainly recommend to use, americanfamilynews.afn.net, to where you can get
  459. 33:57your news in court in addition to things that will be interesting to you from a biblical worldview
  460. 34:05and you have your news, not just curated, but you have your news that will be communicated to
  461. 34:11to you from that perspective as well.
  462. 34:13But getting back to this story,
  463. 34:16you know, in one moment, one thing,
  464. 34:18and here he is attempting to facilitate dialogue and discussion
  465. 34:22over an issue that is pertinent legally, generally,
  466. 34:25but also pertinent in the state where his law school is
  467. 34:28because it is ballot proposition.
  468. 34:30And now he's accused and subjected to a school investigation
  469. 34:33that very well could impact his record.
  470. 34:37And he's right to say that, man,
  471. 34:39And this could have an impact on my character and fitness portion of my bar exam application.
  472. 34:45And with the character and fitness portion is again, he has to submit information that indicates
  473. 34:50whether or not he has the ethical chops, if you will, to not be a reproach upon the state
  474. 34:58bar.
  475. 35:03Well, where does this idea come from?
  476. 35:04That Title IX is a basis to protect people from gender discrimination.
  477. 35:12is the tortured expansion of a word sex to include transgenderism, which does not exist
  478. 35:20in the text itself, even in the grotesque Bostock opinion that I warned you guys that the Bostock
  479. 35:27opinion is supposed to be limited to the employment context to where the term sex is expansively
  480. 35:35interpreted. But it expresses these states that this does not apply to the entire School of
  481. 35:40of a rights law. Well, Pace Law School ain't listening to Bostock having limits. Pace Law School
  482. 35:51is applying the same rationale that the Harris-Bide administration employed when it unilaterally announced
  483. 35:58that its departments of education and the Department of Justice under the Harris-Bide
  484. 36:04administration would expansively interpret Title IX as well. Do you guys remember we talked about
  485. 36:11about that on this show, to where, like, with a magic wand,
  486. 36:15the Harris Biden administration just said,
  487. 36:17nope, now we're gonna apply Title IX in this way.
  488. 36:21The legislature didn't do it, the Congress didn't pass any law.
  489. 36:24And there have been lawsuits all over the country,
  490. 36:26simply saying that, yo, we have a separation of powers
  491. 36:28in the United States of America.
  492. 36:30If you want to amend legislation,
  493. 36:33there's a vehicle to do so, it's called Congress.
  494. 36:39The Harris Biden administration at the executive branch
  495. 36:41does not get to unilaterally reinterpret
  496. 36:43congressional statute, but it sure don't stop it from trying.
  497. 36:48Which is why I bring this conversation full circle.
  498. 36:50What kind of country do you want to live in?
  499. 36:54Do you want a country where the executive branch
  500. 36:56of the administration will do what the Harris
  501. 36:59Biden administration did in Tennessee?
  502. 37:01And by the way, Tennessee is just used as the tip
  503. 37:04of the spear, but it intervened in Tennessee
  504. 37:06because it wants to send a shot across the bow
  505. 37:08for the entire country.
  506. 37:11This is a state of Tennessee that made the decision
  507. 37:13to protect its minor citizens from surgical mutilation
  508. 37:16and chemical castration in the name of Trans Insanity.
  509. 37:20The hair's by administration says not so fast, Tennessee.
  510. 37:24I mean, we know we have a constitution and everything,
  511. 37:26but we're not gonna let you protect your children.
  512. 37:28This is the thing that's mind boggling.
  513. 37:30It's about the children.
  514. 37:32Tennessee says nothing about adults,
  515. 37:33I wanna do those things.
  516. 37:34If adults wanna do it, fine.
  517. 37:36But what we're saying is that children don't have
  518. 37:40the maturity, you know, the same children that we don't like
  519. 37:42going to, that we don't allow going
  520. 37:43to the radio movies by themselves,
  521. 37:45the same children that we don't allow to drive cars
  522. 37:47until certain ages.
  523. 37:48The same children we don't allow to do a whole lot of stuff.
  524. 37:51Tennessee is saying we don't think it's good for children
  525. 37:53to permanently decide that they can eliminate
  526. 37:56their reproductive capacity.
  527. 37:58We don't think it's right for children,
  528. 38:00even if they have deluded parents.
  529. 38:03We don't think it's right for them to be able
  530. 38:05to permanently mutilate their bodies.
  531. 38:11With medically assisted self-harm.
  532. 38:15If you wanna do it, you gotta wait until you grow.
  533. 38:17That's all Tennessee is saying.
  534. 38:22There's vitamin and the stress is saying, nah, nah,
  535. 38:24Children not with children need to be able to that's evil guys. I'm sorry. That's evil
  536. 38:34these are the cop this
  537. 38:37These are the kind of things guys
  538. 38:40When I'm talking about the trajectory of our nation
  539. 38:43This is what I'm talking about well
  540. 38:45We have a country to where you have people in the at the executive branch of our federal government who say yeah
  541. 38:49I think it's a good idea for children to be able to mutilate their bodies permanently
  542. 38:53For children to be able to cut off their capacity to reproduce
  543. 38:57That's absurd and insane.
  544. 38:59But I remember reading good would be called evil and evil would be called good.
  545. 39:17This is where we are.
  546. 39:18I've said before to 2024 very well may be to America as what 1998 was to Venezuela.
  547. 39:29You only get to vote for socialism once and you see the consistent drum beat and I'm
  548. 39:37under no delusions.
  549. 39:38I understand the Republican Party in many in many areas is drifting as well, but make
  550. 39:42no mistake about it, there is no moral equivalence. It's no moral equivalence. It's not the same
  551. 39:50in intensity, in trajectory, in fidelity, in commitment. It's not the same. And come what
  552. 40:04me as I've been saying, man, what will we be on November 6? What will we be on November
  553. 40:116? You want some more information? I'll give you some more information. A report that just
  554. 40:17came out Friday. It turns out that the Harris-Bite administration participated in a program
  555. 40:28program called the Safe Mobility Initiative in coordination with the United Nations.
  556. 40:36The Hairs Biden Administration's 2023 Safe Mobility Initiative works with the United Nations
  557. 40:43High Commission for Refugees, UNHCR, to aid migrants in bypassing the American Southern
  558. 40:50border yet gaining entry to the United States of America.
  559. 40:56The report reveals, quote, under President Biden, Vice President Harris in June, 2023,
  560. 41:01The State Department announced its Safe Mobility Initiative, which allows aliens to side-step
  561. 41:06the Southwest border and, according to the United Nations High Commission for Refugees, avoid
  562. 41:11the risks associated with onward movement.
  563. 41:14In other words, the New Harris-Biden program fast-tracks aliens into the United States out
  564. 41:20of sight of the American people and without the politically damaging optics at the border.
  565. 41:26They just allocated in the year 2023 just a smidget $80 million.
  566. 41:32just in 2023, just 80 million, just 80 million. The report goes on then quote the initiative
  567. 41:40safe mobility offices SMOs is to acronym by the way, the initiatives SMOs allow aliens
  568. 41:47outside the United States to consult with foreign national employees from the United
  569. 41:52Nations High Commission for refugees through their international organization for migration
  570. 41:58who then provide the aliens with several options to resettle in the United States,
  571. 42:03including through Family Communication Parole, Labor Pathways, and additional expansions of the
  572. 42:09Harris Biden administration's illegal abuses of humanitarian parole."
  573. 42:14Now remember I was talking to you guys about the parole program and I was being
  574. 42:24manipulated because there was a PR nightmare for certain persons in office concerning what was
  575. 42:31was happening at the border.
  576. 42:33And so you literally have the Harris-Biden
  577. 42:35ministration saying,
  578. 42:36your legal border crossings are down
  579. 42:38while they are allocating funds to bring people
  580. 42:41into the country by circumventing the border.
  581. 42:47What kind of country do you want?
  582. 42:52I told you how, you know, I was traveling one time
  583. 42:55and I saw this and I saw news stories,
  584. 42:56you got these big black curtains up in certain airports
  585. 43:00and I showed you, oh, oh, hair, Chicago airport.
  586. 43:05You look behind the curtain.
  587. 43:06Get back.
  588. 43:07You got police, garden, what?
  589. 43:08I said legal immigrants.
  590. 43:10They ain't crossing the border no more.
  591. 43:11They fly and into the country.
  592. 43:14But they got to stay at the airport
  593. 43:16until their parole assignment is,
  594. 43:21that's the kind of country you want.
  595. 43:22Like the same people,
  596. 43:25man, I'm telling you, this is galling,
  597. 43:27who know Americans are suffering with inflation.
  598. 43:32It will take the pain that was set a flame by them.
  599. 43:38When Americans are saying,
  600. 43:39man, I can't even buy groceries no more from my family.
  601. 43:42And they'll say, we know you we hear your pain will
  602. 43:43plant past inflation reduction act.
  603. 43:45And I warned you that's it's not going in.
  604. 43:47It's not targeted to reduce inflation at all.
  605. 43:49And then they come out doing a campaign and admit
  606. 43:52and Kamala Harris thought she was doing big time work.
  607. 43:54My values have not changed.
  608. 43:56You see, I'm just as committed now as I've been committed
  609. 44:00to things like climate change
  610. 44:01because any inflation reduction act,
  611. 44:02I was like, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait,
  612. 44:04the inflation, you use inflation reduction act
  613. 44:07to pass the Green New Deal?
  614. 44:09That's what she said.
  615. 44:10In inflation, not reduction act,
  616. 44:12We accomplish all of the objectives of the Green New Deal.
  617. 44:16Boy, that's what...
  618. 44:19So you wanna talk about galling,
  619. 44:21you use the pain that Americans are suffering.
  620. 44:25Then you use that pain to give comfort
  621. 44:26for your nefarious agenda that you know is not popular.
  622. 44:29And you do that anyway.
  623. 44:30You know the American people are concerned
  624. 44:32about illegal aliens entering our country.
  625. 44:35And the border was one major point, and you go,
  626. 44:38I know they concerned about their border,
  627. 44:40let's get them in another way.
  628. 44:46Guys, this is sick.
  629. 44:48This is sick.
  630. 44:53What kind of country will we be?
  631. 45:01That's, I told you,
  632. 45:02that's the cloud pivot strategy applied to this on the board.
  633. 45:05That's not a formula for a strong and healthy America.
  634. 45:08That's a formula to fundamentally change us
  635. 45:10into something we've never been.
  636. 45:14And frankly, which is what has been happening.
  637. 45:18The question is, will we put a stop to it?
  638. 45:23Or will it continue to occur?
  639. 45:25Do I even need to get to the thousands of illegal aliens
  640. 45:29who've entered who are criminals,
  641. 45:32who not only have been criminals before they enter the country,
  642. 45:35but who have committed crimes in our country, and it's still here.
  643. 45:42I got this one for you,
  644. 45:43this is just a little chuckle on the way out.
  645. 45:45They have some young dudes who,
  646. 45:49they dressed up as Harris Campaign supporters,
  647. 45:53and they found others who seem to be Harris Campaign supporters,
  648. 45:57and they knocked on their doors,
  649. 45:58say, you support Harris, oh yeah, yeah, we support him.
  650. 46:02And you know what's going on with the door,
  651. 46:04oh yeah, yeah, we want to make sure we welcome immigrants.
  652. 46:07So they say, well, we got a bus right here, a car over here.
  653. 46:10Well, the immigrants, we just want to know if you let them
  654. 46:11stand in your house.
  655. 46:12Look at how they responded.
  656. 46:16It's clip number three.
  657. 46:17Clip number three.
  658. 46:18Go.
  659. 46:19I dressed up like I worked for Kamala's campaign.
  660. 46:21And now I'm going to deliver immigrants to her supporters.
  661. 46:24No!
  662. 46:25We are voting for you.
  663. 46:26Don't worry.
  664. 46:27Are you?
  665. 46:27Of course.
  666. 46:28We do have a surprise, if that's OK.
  667. 46:29It's just real fast.
  668. 46:32We're looking for a place for them to stay.
  669. 46:34They just came across.
  670. 46:35They'll sleep on floors.
  671. 46:37I mean, they're not picky, you know.
  672. 46:39They have like a two-year-old, so.
  673. 46:41Hector's good with kids.
  674. 46:42Sorry, we just can't.
  675. 46:43Could they just like sleep on your lawn?
  676. 46:44They need a place to stay.
  677. 46:45They just came across.
  678. 46:46My teenagers love what they are.
  679. 46:48Oh, that's fine.
  680. 46:49Hector, he was dating a teenager like a little bit ago, so.
  681. 46:52I'm a cook.
  682. 46:52They just came across.
  683. 46:53They don't have papers.
  684. 46:54You're in support of like the whole border situation,
  685. 46:57and we're just trying to get them a floor to sleep on.
  686. 46:59Where the house is going?
  687. 47:00You guys want COVID?
  688. 47:01They said they could survive it.
  689. 47:02No, we didn't have a favorite name.
  690. 47:04We work with her, so we know how to say her name.
  691. 47:05You said Kamala way she pronounces her name is Kamala
  692. 47:09See that car we have three dudes who just came across the border. We're trying to find them a home
  693. 47:13Just say I'm voting for Donald Trump without saying it, okay
  694. 47:20So you're voting Kamala
  695. 47:22We're a house of COVID. Hey guys. Do you want COVID they say they could survive it I
  696. 47:33Have house for the teenagers
  697. 47:35Hector was the thing.
  698. 47:37Of course, this is a joke, but you get the point of them making out.
  699. 47:41It's very similar to the whole mall, the Spaniard situation.
  700. 47:44We are a sanctuary city.
  701. 47:46What gives sanctuary then?
  702. 47:47Nah, we're gonna need y'all to move on.
  703. 47:49We gonna need y'all to move elsewhere.
  704. 47:53That was funny.
  705. 47:54That was funny.
  706. 47:57Man, glory be to God that we are not in this alone, that the Lord remains on his throne.
  707. 48:02We have the opportunity to be his hands and feet.
  708. 48:05I am actually encouraged and confident that there is nothing many can do that will usurp
  709. 48:14the sovereignty of our God, which is why I am hope filled. Hope is not synonymous with wishing.
  710. 48:21Hope biblically is a confident expectation of an anticipated end. All right. So my commitment
  711. 48:29is not only to see what occurs tomorrow, but to be ready on November 6th.
  712. 48:35The views and opinions expressed in this broadcast may not necessarily reflect those of the American
