  11. 0:31Good evening, everyone.
  12. 0:34Welcome to the Hamilton Corner here on American Family Radio.
  13. 0:37I'm your host, Abraham Hamilton III.
  14. 0:39Joined by the corner contingent right across from me, Mr. Mr. Mr. Why did I say that?
  15. 0:45My man, a hundred grand, Mr. Bobby.
  16. 0:48And in the screening room, produced extraordinaire often imitated, never duplicated the real Jay
  17. 0:55Mac ladies and gentlemen until my right.
  18. 0:58Yes, I should call everyone Mr. Today and to my right a young man who is enjoying a consistent diet of Supreme Court opinions
  19. 1:06He's learning
  20. 1:09Not too far to some of these justices here mr. Abe
  21. 1:15Double R ladies and gentlemen read Ritter is in studio with us and we are ready to rock and roll with today's edition of
  22. 1:21The program at this very moment many of you if not most of you are making your transition from your part-time jobs where you generate an income
  23. 1:27to your full time jobs where you cultivate an outcome.
  24. 1:30And as you do so, I want to remind you to do it
  25. 1:33with intentionality, recognize the primacy
  26. 1:35that God places on family.
  27. 1:39We will never out politic, out vote,
  28. 1:42or even out church deficiencies that abound in the home.
  29. 1:46I've said before, and I'll say again,
  30. 1:47if you look at the cascading expansion
  31. 1:51of the Leviathan state, it's almost like the way
  32. 1:53the scripture describes hell, ever enlarging itself.
  33. 1:56You know, if you look at it, it corresponds with retrenchments in the family.
  34. 2:01Every place where the family steps back, every place where the family is disintegrated, government
  35. 2:06is enlarging itself.
  36. 2:09You know, that's a real phenomenon that we need to recognize.
  37. 2:14Instead of allowing that to continue, we should embrace God's view of the family.
  38. 2:20The first human institution that God established before moderate iterations of civil government,
  39. 2:24before even the New Testament church, the first human institution that God established, was
  40. 2:29the family with marriage at the center.
  41. 2:32He did that intentionally because the family is centered on God's plan for his kingdom.
  42. 2:37Unsurprisingly, the foundational building block for any stable society is the family.
  43. 2:44We would do well to recognize that, which is why I say often, and this is simply the truth.
  44. 2:48What goes on in your house is far more important than what goes on in the White House.
  45. 2:52I say that not to diminish the significance of what happens in the White House, but simply
  46. 2:56to communicate these significance of what happens in your home.
  47. 2:59You and I cannot dictate what President Trump does with tariffs.
  48. 3:06You and I cannot dictate who will become the new nominee to take the position over the seventh
  49. 3:13fleet or that Donald is up for, that he's not up for any longer.
  50. 3:20You and I can't determine that.
  51. 3:21We can't determine what names will go on, our battleships.
  52. 3:26None of those things do we have direct control over,
  53. 3:27but what we do have direct control over
  54. 3:30is what happens in our home.
  55. 3:31What do we do with our time?
  56. 3:33We all have the same 24 hours in the day.
  57. 3:35What are we gonna do with it?
  58. 3:36We all have the same oxygen that we inhale and exhale.
  59. 3:40How will we utilize that?
  60. 3:42That is what we have control over.
  61. 3:45In addition to having control over it,
  62. 3:47That is also what we are directly accountable for.
  63. 3:52So as you're making your way to your full-time jobs
  64. 3:54where we cultivate an outcome, let's be about it, man.
  65. 3:58Let's be outcome cultivators.
  66. 4:00Let's recognize that we have to work while it is day
  67. 4:03because night is coming when no man can work.
  68. 4:06And as we respond in that manner
  69. 4:08and being mindful of the fact that God's desire
  70. 4:11for his people to engage,
  71. 4:14he desires to be an engagement that overflows
  72. 4:17from what we enjoy in the Lord personally.
  73. 4:20He wants us to export what we've imported, so to speak.
  74. 4:25And so as we have that understanding,
  75. 4:27as you're making your way to your home today,
  76. 4:29let today be the day where you set your course
  77. 4:32to glorify the King starting right in your own homes.
  78. 4:36To the word of God, we go to Hebrews chapter 13.
  79. 4:38I wanna share something with you from there,
  80. 4:40something I just came across in my own devotional time,
  81. 4:44It's just a great reminder and a great encouragement that I want to share with you Hebrews chapter 13
  82. 4:52verses 5 and 6
  83. 4:54By way of reminder the entire epistle to the Hebrews draws from the Old Testament scripture the Hebrew scripture to point out the fact that Yeshua is in fact
  84. 5:02Messiah that there is no need to wait for the Messiah to come because he's already come
  85. 5:09Jesus of Nazareth Nazareth man cannot talk Yeshua in Zareth
  86. 5:14All right, when I'm waiting for him, he has come and he is the one, the only name of the
  87. 5:20heaven by which men must be saved.
  88. 5:23So when articulating that reality, this statement is made, which was profound to me, and I pray
  89. 5:31it as an encouragement to you.
  90. 5:33Hebrews 13 verse 5, it says, make sure that your character is free from the love of money,
  91. 5:41content with what you have, for he himself has said, I will never leave you nor forsake you. So that we
  92. 5:50confidently say, the Lord is my helper. I will not be afraid. What can man do to me? Now, the thing that
  93. 6:00is so striking in verse five where it says, make sure that your character is free from the love of
  94. 6:05money. The ESV says, keep your life free from the love of money. The King James says, let your conversation
  95. 6:11be without covetousness. Now, what should be immediately presented is the humanistic tendency
  96. 6:23to think money is the end all be all of everything. As long as I have money, I have everything.
  97. 6:32And the exhortation is to keep oneself free from the love of money. The Apostle Paul articulated,
  98. 6:38The love of the money is a root of all manner of evil.
  99. 6:43Money is an evil, but the love of it, a covetousness disposition, a materialist, consumerist disposition
  100. 6:51is a root of all manner of evil.
  101. 6:54But the contrast that is made here is not one that I think is usually engaged in in terms
  102. 7:01of conversation around this topic.
  103. 7:04When we think about contentment, sometimes the conversation about contentment focuses on
  104. 7:10what we do have versus what we don't have, which is a true thing that should be done.
  105. 7:14And just to be clear, contentment is not synonymous with a lack of ambition.
  106. 7:18You can be content and be ambitious.
  107. 7:20The issue is whether or not your ambition is godly or self-indulging and self-centered and
  108. 7:25self-focused.
  109. 7:26All right.
  110. 7:28But here, the Hebrew writer presents a contrast that is striking.
  111. 7:33Keep your character free from the love of money.
  112. 7:36content with what you have, for he himself has said, I will never leave you or I will
  113. 7:45never desert you or forsake you.
  114. 7:49Now the Hebrew writer there is quoting from Joshua chapter 1 verse 5.
  115. 7:53This is what Yahweh says to Joshua in anticipation and preparation for the Promised Land, conquest.
  116. 8:01But the Hebrew writer draws from that and presents this contrast.
  117. 8:08yourself, keep yourself free from the love of money. Why? Because Jesus has said he will never
  118. 8:13leave you nor forsake you. God has said he will never leave you nor forsake you. Then the Hebrew
  119. 8:20writer continues in light of that truism, verse 6. So we may now confidently say, the Lord is my
  120. 8:28helper. I will not be afraid. What will man do to me? There the Hebrew writer is quoting from Psalm
  121. 8:39from chapter 118 verse six.
  122. 8:43So the contrast, that is the,
  123. 8:45I would argue an abnormal one when the concept
  124. 8:49of keeping oneself free from the love of money,
  125. 8:51keeping one's lifestyle free from covetousness,
  126. 8:55it is because Jesus is our all in all.
  127. 8:59It causes a reflection to say that if I have Jesus,
  128. 9:05I have everything.
  129. 9:08It's another way to say that Messiah himself is the prize.
  130. 9:13The reason why I'm not crafty, I'm not covetous,
  131. 9:16I'm not rat with envy, that I'm not yearning
  132. 9:19for what other people have and allowing this kind
  133. 9:21of comparative analysis to drive me is because man,
  134. 9:25if I'm in Christ, he will never leave me, no forsake me.
  135. 9:30It's very similar to the way the Apostle Paul
  136. 9:33articulates the off-coded verse,
  137. 9:35I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.
  138. 9:37Well, what's often neglected and ignored is the context for that verse.
  139. 9:41The apostle Paul is talking about understanding that in life,
  140. 9:44sometimes one may be a based, meaning that I have very little material goods.
  141. 9:50I have very little natural resource, very little.
  142. 9:55And there may be times in life where one may abound.
  143. 9:58But Paul says, I've learned the secret of being content in whatever stage.
  144. 10:03What is that secret?
  145. 10:04I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.
  146. 10:09It is Christ who strengthens us to endure whatever comes our way.
  147. 10:14It is Christ who strengthens us to persist and to thrive,
  148. 10:18even when things don't go as we've expected them to go.
  149. 10:21And it is Christ who enables us to thrive, to not be captured by our own successes
  150. 10:27when we have wonderful experiences and wonderful successes.
  151. 10:31It's very similar to when Dr. Luke recorded Peter and John fishing and Jesus gives instruction
  152. 10:37and Peter's like, man, I've been fishing all night.
  153. 10:38What do you mean, push out to the deep?
  154. 10:40We don't fish with nets all the way in the deep.
  155. 10:42And Jesus is like, man, listen to me, do it.
  156. 10:44They finally do it.
  157. 10:46They come back with a haul that can't even contain in the boat.
  158. 10:48They had to get another boat to back up, but they were catching.
  159. 10:51And then when they get to the shore, they leave their fish and their boats.
  160. 10:57Even though they were in their fishing business, they leave their fish and their boat.
  161. 11:01to follow Jesus. Why? Because He is the prize. He is the treasure. Keep oneself, keep yourself
  162. 11:10free from the love of money. Why? How? He Himself said, I will never leave you nor forsake you.
  163. 11:18He Himself has said, I will never desert you. I will never forsake you. So that we may confidently
  164. 11:24say, the Lord is my helper. Oh, brothers and sisters, what, what a rich reality, man.
  165. 11:35a rich reality to consider that fortification against covetousness, fortification against
  166. 11:42the love of money flows from having a proper revelation of who Jesus is.
  167. 11:49One of the great areas of neglect and forfeiture is for professing believers to have a minimize
  168. 11:57view of who he truly is, to where we make much about everything else, where we make significance
  169. 12:07and we apply significance and value and esteem and worth to all of these other things.
  170. 12:15And we have little estimation in our hearts for who Jesus is. Sometimes that low estimation for who
  171. 12:21Jesus is is reflected in the lowest estimation for his church, for his bride. When the scripture
  172. 12:29says things like do good to everyone, especially to the household of faith. Sometimes we take that
  173. 12:35that would kind of a collective shrug,
  174. 12:38not recognizing man, that could be a reflection
  175. 12:40on what you really believe about Jesus.
  176. 12:45When we recognize that Jesus is the prize,
  177. 12:48we won't get too high or too low
  178. 12:49based on natural circumstances.
  179. 12:52Because even with the greatest successes,
  180. 12:55none of them eclipsed being in Christ.
  181. 12:58None of them eclipsed being in Christ.
  182. 13:00None of them eclipsed having the comforter,
  183. 13:04the paraclete to lead us and guide us into all truth,
  184. 13:07just as Jesus promised.
  185. 13:09None of none of that surpasses that.
  186. 13:12Yes, we have great circumstances,
  187. 13:14we have great experiences.
  188. 13:16Couple years back I got an award
  189. 13:18for the program at Hamilton Corner Praise God for that.
  190. 13:22Glory to God for that.
  191. 13:24But it doesn't eclipse being in Christ, man.
  192. 13:26It doesn't eclipse knowing that he has said of himself.
  193. 13:31He will never leave me nor forsake me.
  194. 13:32That's what he said.
  195. 13:34That's a promise that he's made.
  196. 13:37In the Word of God has testified
  197. 13:39I have experienced that he is faithful to his word, that he is trustworthy, that he is that
  198. 13:45man, I'm getting myself excited.
  199. 13:46He is that very present help in time of need.
  200. 13:49He is the one that when Hurricane Katrina decimates the home you grew up in and you have
  201. 13:53no baby pictures, you have no possessions, but I still have Christ.
  202. 13:58I still have Christ.
  203. 14:00And he's the one, even when you have, you know, past bar exams or whatever and people recognize
  204. 14:04even different things, I have Christ.
  205. 14:08Guys, what a treasure, what a value, what a blessed privilege to be in the King of Kings
  206. 14:15and the Lord of Lords.
  207. 14:19I can be content with what I have and be free for the love of money because he has said of
  208. 14:24himself, he would never leave me nor forsake me.
  209. 14:27So that now I can confidently say, and if you are in Christ, you can along with me and
  210. 14:32the Hebrew writer confidently say, the Lord is my helper.
  211. 14:36The Lord is my helper.
  212. 14:38I will not be afraid.
  213. 14:42can man do to me.
  214. 14:44Oh, what a glorious honor to be in Jesus, man.
  215. 14:48I pray that our Lord opens our eyes
  216. 14:50to have a proper estimation for who He truly, truly, truly is.
  217. 15:00A discipleship minute with Joseph Parker.
  218. 15:04Psalm 92, beginning at verse 1,
  219. 15:07It is good to give thanks to the Lord,
  220. 15:09to sing praises to the Most High.
  221. 15:13It is good to proclaim your unfailing love in the morning,
  222. 15:15your faithfulness in the evening,
  223. 15:18accompanied by a tin-stringed instrument,
  224. 15:20a harp and the melody of a liar.
  225. 15:23You thrill me, Lord, with all you've done for me,
  226. 15:26I sing for joy because of what you have done.
  227. 15:30Oh Lord, what great works you do,
  228. 15:33and how deep are your thoughts?
  229. 15:35Only a simpleton would not know,
  230. 15:37and only a fool would not understand this.
  231. 15:40Though the wicked sprout like weeds and evildoers flourish,
  232. 15:43They will be destroyed forever, but your Lord will be exalted forever.
  233. 15:48Your enemy's Lord will surely perish.
  234. 15:51All evil doers will be scattered, but you have made me as strong as a wild ox.
  235. 16:04Shiting light into the darkness.
  236. 16:07This is the Hamilton Quarter, an American family radio.
  237. 16:10Welcome back to the Hamilton Corner, Abraham Hamilton, the third here.
  238. 16:14I should mention next week, July 18th and 19th,
  239. 16:19will be in Phoenix, Arizona,
  240. 16:21at the Arizona Families for Home Education Convention
  241. 16:25that will take place at the Phoenix Convention Center.
  242. 16:28Yep, we will be in Phoenix, Arizona in July.
  243. 16:31Hehehehehehe.
  244. 16:32I've done that before.
  245. 16:34It'll be a little warm. Hehehehehe.
  246. 16:36If you're in the area or able to come to the area,
  247. 16:39I would love to get to meet you in person.
  248. 16:41You do have to register to come to this particular convention.
  249. 16:44Simply go to afhe.org to do so.
  250. 16:48that is A F H E dot org will put a link in the show notes for you to do that.
  251. 16:54I will be providing a keynote address and several breakout sessions or workshops.
  252. 17:00And so it's going to be an amazing time, encouraging families there in Arizona.
  253. 17:05That is Phoenix, Arizona at the A F H E 2025 convention looking forward to that.
  254. 17:12All right.
  255. 17:14We've had significant movement in one particular area that I want to bring to
  256. 17:18your attention. Some of you might have heard about this already, but this is a case-styled
  257. 17:23National Religious Broadcasters versus Billy Long and his official capacity as commissioner
  258. 17:30of the internal revenue service. This case was filed in the United States District Court
  259. 17:35for the Eastern District of Texas and simply put, the issue was that the National Religious
  260. 17:42Broadcasters, intercessors for America and two churches, San Springs Church and First Baptist
  261. 17:48Church of Waskam filed a lawsuit against the IRS arguing that the Johnson Amendment as applied
  262. 17:56to churches is unconstitutional.
  263. 17:59The argument by the plaintiffs in R.B. Intercessors for America, Sand Springs Church and First
  264. 18:06Bap to Church of Waskam was that threatening churches taxes M status in the event that
  265. 18:14they endorse a particular candidate or discuss electoral issues with the congregation is
  266. 18:20is a violation of the US Constitution.
  267. 18:22Now, in full disclosure, I'm going to say now
  268. 18:26that I am a member of the Board of Directors
  269. 18:27for National Religious Broadcasters, NRB.
  270. 18:30I'm on the Board of Directors.
  271. 18:31So I don't want to present this as if I am disinterested
  272. 18:34from the case, I'm interested as a believer first and foremost,
  273. 18:38but secondly, I'm a member of the Board of Directors
  274. 18:39for NRB.
  275. 18:41Well, in the case, and this is the interesting development
  276. 18:44because when President Trump came into office again,
  277. 18:47He also has the opportunity to change the executive leadership of the various executive
  278. 18:54federal government agencies, including three letter agencies.
  279. 18:59Billy Long is the commissioner of the IRS and Billy Long entered what's called a joint
  280. 19:05motion for entry of consent judgment.
  281. 19:08That's what this is right here.
  282. 19:10So a joint motion is a motion-fouthing court with the consent of the parties that would
  283. 19:16be adverse to one another in the case. But in this instance, they've reached an agreement
  284. 19:23in the case in which the IRS has stated via this motion filed an open court that it agrees
  285. 19:34that it is unconstitutional to apply the Johnson and the Minna churches. This is kind of a big
  286. 19:40deal because many churches have steered clear from discussing politics, discussing electoral
  287. 19:51issues. I would argue discussing biblical morality as applied to public policy because they don't
  288. 19:57want to get involved in the politics and I get it. I'm not saying that this decision should
  289. 20:01govern what pastors and churches should do, but it emphasizes something I've long said
  290. 20:07and a lot of people don't know this and I'm actually going to post a link to this in the
  291. 20:10show notes as well.
  292. 20:12Churches never had a register for a 501c3 status in order to be exempt from federal taxation.
  293. 20:19The Founding Fathers have always knew and understood that churches should be treated differently
  294. 20:24than other entities in the country.
  295. 20:26There was this whole farewell address thing, you might have heard it before, indispensable
  296. 20:30support, you ever heard of that?
  297. 20:32Religion and morality are indispensable to our framework.
  298. 20:36Yeah, that's been true since there's been an America.
  299. 20:39That being said, this joint motion has the IRS saying in open court that it would no
  300. 20:48longer adhere to any interpretive mechanism that said churches risk their taxes and status
  301. 20:54if they and I'll read directly from the from the opinion.
  302. 20:58Here we go.
  303. 20:59Quote, this is page not not the opinion.
  304. 21:01This is the joint motion or joint motion for interest consent judgment page three of the
  305. 21:07motion that says, for many houses of worship exercise,
  306. 21:10their religious beliefs, including teaching or instructing
  307. 21:13their congregations regarding all aspects of life,
  308. 21:15including guidance concerning the impact of faith
  309. 21:19on the choices inherent in electoral politics.
  310. 21:26The motion goes on.
  311. 21:28In joining defendants as well as their successors, agents,
  312. 21:30and employees from enforcing the Johnson Amendment,
  313. 21:33that will be enjoying the IRS, keeping the IRS from doing this,
  314. 21:36against plaintiff churches based on speech.
  315. 21:39By house of worship to its congregation
  316. 21:41in connection with religious services,
  317. 21:43through its customary channels of communication
  318. 21:45on matters of faith concerning electoral politics
  319. 21:48viewed through the lens of their faith.
  320. 21:52Accordingly, the parties request this court
  321. 21:54to enter the attached proposed order.
  322. 21:57Simply put, what the IRS in billy long is saying,
  323. 22:01in open court, is that it is a violation
  324. 22:04the US Constitution and prohibit churches and pastors from advising their congregants concerning
  325. 22:11the full counsel of their religious instruction, even as it would apply to electoral politics.
  326. 22:17Now to be clear about this, that this is a proposed order.
  327. 22:21The court has not yet signed it, but it is anticipated that it will, because judges very
  328. 22:27rarely reject motions filed jointly between what usually is adversarial parties. The adversaries
  329. 22:37are saying, no, no, no, we both agree with this. And we're asking the court to rule this
  330. 22:40way. This is a big one. As you might imagine, that sound you here is the screeching of regressives
  331. 22:49all over the country. You know, the American Humanist Association, Freedom from Religion Foundation,
  332. 22:55United for the separation of church or state, they are now trying to intervene in the lawsuit,
  333. 23:01you know, kind of late because the parties that come to an agreement between themselves,
  334. 23:06now you're trying to jump into the lawsuit, I expect that they will fail and that this will be signed
  335. 23:11by the judge, but it is important to note that even before the judge is able to sign, before the
  336. 23:19judge signs it, that this is now the public posture of the internal revenue service.
  337. 23:28That's a big deal. Now let's be candid. Regressive churches have been doing this for the longest.
  338. 23:35I mean, do I even need to talk about how many times she or she'll never be president with the
  339. 23:40hot sauce in her bag showed up in certain churches? Do we need to talk about how words, salad, she
  340. 23:45or she'll never be president of the remix shows up in certain church. Do we need to do we need to
  341. 23:51have those conversations? But it's only when biblically conservative churches would dare
  342. 23:59one of the dress things publicly in front of pulpit. Do you have concerns out in Bishop
  343. 24:06Woodin in North Carolina? He had IRS agents basically raid his church demanding the production
  344. 24:14of certain recordings of sermons and things because he's a bold shepherd proclaiming the
  345. 24:21truth and the IRS threatened him and threatened their church that won't be happening any longer.
  346. 24:31So this is an important development because I agree that it is like pastors don't lose their
  347. 24:37first amendment rights when they get on the pulpit when they mount a pulpit, you know,
  348. 24:42that's just the truth.
  349. 24:44That's just the truth.
  350. 24:45Now I want to be clear about something else.
  351. 24:47This order is limited to churches.
  352. 24:50So it wouldn't apply more broadly to 501c3 organizations that are not churches.
  353. 24:56All right.
  354. 24:57So I want to be clear in saying that, but this applies to churches.
  355. 25:02Now this doesn't say whether or not a particular local assembly should or shouldn't do this.
  356. 25:07I'm not saying whether you should or shouldn't do it.
  357. 25:10But what I want you to know is that the whole threat of the loss of tax exempt status, this
  358. 25:16is being moved off the table.
  359. 25:18All right.
  360. 25:19So that's important.
  361. 25:20That is an important development.
  362. 25:23And it'll be interesting to see what the midterm elections look like that are just around the
  363. 25:32corner.
  364. 25:34All right, we'll move on a little bit.
  365. 25:37Now you guys remember the state court judge, Hannah Dugan in Wisconsin, who for some reason
  366. 25:45was so committed to the cause of the illegal alien that she used.
  367. 25:51She used her chamber and the jury room and a door that is used exclusively for jurors to
  368. 25:59help an illegal alien who was in fact a Mexican national who was in her courtroom because he
  369. 26:09was charged with criminal assault.
  370. 26:14That's why he was in her courtroom.
  371. 26:16In ICE following through on President Trump's instruction under the auspices of Tom Holman
  372. 26:22showed up at the court hearing. I heard how that illegal alien here. We got a warrant for his arrest
  373. 26:30in the judge herself takes it upon herself to be a diversion literally to divert the attention of
  374. 26:39the ICE agents so that the illegal alien can be escorted through the jury room to escape the
  375. 26:44tension. You remember that story? She then was rebuked by the Wisconsin State Supreme Court
  376. 26:50immediately removed from the bench, but oh, oh, oh, that wasn't all. She was arrested and indicted
  377. 26:57and charged with a federal felony, concealing a person from arrest. Well, Judge Dugan filed a motion
  378. 27:10to dismiss her criminal charges in federal court. Among other things, this is, what this is funny.
  379. 27:18Among other things to say that what judges are immune from judges are immune from prosecution
  380. 27:32for their official acts.
  381. 27:35So, so Judge Dugan had the unmitigated audacity to say her trying to be in office of Lyman
  382. 27:42for the illegal alien.
  383. 27:43You know, she the Lane Johnson of the judiciary, you know, but we don't know about football
  384. 27:51Elaine Johnson is an officer lineman for the Philadelphia Eagles football team.
  385. 27:55You know football, not soccer.
  386. 27:58So she doing Elaine Johnson impersonation, you know, her judiciary touch push, if you will,
  387. 28:07for the illegal alien.
  388. 28:10And then she'd expect to get caught, but here's the thing that's so funny.
  389. 28:13Judge Dugan was caught on video.
  390. 28:16All of this is on video.
  391. 28:19Watch and listen and I'm saying this for a reason. Watch and listen to clip number two.
  392. 28:27Go for the first time we're seeing Judge Hannah Dugan outside her courtroom April 18th wearing her
  393. 28:32black robes appearing to confront several federal agents there to arrest Eduardo Flores Ruiz.
  394. 28:38A Milwaukee man and Mexican national charged locally with three counts of domestic battery.
  395. 28:43This video released by Milwaukee County through an open records request is part of the evidence
  396. 28:48in the case against Judge Dugan, who's charged with obstructing a federal investigation concealing
  397. 28:53Flores Ruiz, allowing him to leave her courtroom by a different door after sending the agents
  398. 28:59to speak to the chief judge. Flores Ruiz, dressed in black with his attorney, a scene
  399. 29:04in several of the videos leaving by that other door. One prosecutor's say was used by jurors
  400. 29:09and not open to the public.
  401. 29:10There he is. Have you watching going into the jury going through the jury room door?
  402. 29:18So she literally, I mean, this is like,
  403. 29:20like shit, I'm a Batman cartoon.
  404. 29:23I need a diversion, you know?
  405. 29:25So she whips up a diversion and directs the ICE agents.
  406. 29:28Well, you guys need to go down the hall
  407. 29:30and talk to the senior judge, the senior judge.
  408. 29:33Yeah, oh, I cheated right down the hall.
  409. 29:35Come and talk to the senior judge, he's over here.
  410. 29:38Wow, she has a staff directing old boy out of the jury room.
  411. 29:42Now, why am I bringing this up?
  412. 29:43Because I'm bringing this up because Judge Duggan
  413. 29:46filed her motion to dismiss.
  414. 29:48Oh, what is this funny?
  415. 29:50This is kind of the district court level
  416. 29:53smacked out of what Justice Amy Coney Barrett did
  417. 29:56with Justice Katanji Brown Jackson,
  418. 29:58the saying, I don't know what she's talking about,
  419. 30:00but with her opinions not based on anything
  420. 30:02in the Constitution nor in president.
  421. 30:05Well, in her motion to dismiss,
  422. 30:07well, this is funny, boy.
  423. 30:09Judge Dugan's lawyers said that,
  424. 30:15well, the court needs to throw this case out
  425. 30:17because I'm a judge, don't you know?
  426. 30:19Or at least I was.
  427. 30:21And this was one of my official acts.
  428. 30:24So I'm immune.
  429. 30:26I'm a I declare.
  430. 30:28I'm immune from prosecution for said acts
  431. 30:31because it is done in my official capacity.
  432. 30:38US magistrate judge Nancy Joseph said,
  433. 30:41not so fast my friends.
  434. 30:42She pulled out her the Kimby-Muthumbo finger.
  435. 30:43Lord, Lord, Lord." Judge Nancy Joseph responds, quote,
  436. 30:49"...it is well established and undisputed that judges have absolute immunity from civil
  437. 30:57lawsuits for monetary damages when engaging in judicial acts. This, however, is not a
  438. 31:05civil case. And review of the case law does not show an extension of this established doctrine
  439. 31:14to the criminal context."
  440. 31:17In quote.
  441. 31:18Oh, yeah.
  442. 31:20You see, Judge Duganada-Claire,
  443. 31:23your immunity doesn't extend to criminal activity, man.
  444. 31:29That's like saying if a judge is snorting cocaine
  445. 31:31in chambers, the judge can't be arrested
  446. 31:34for cocaine possession
  447. 31:36because it's in their official capacity.
  448. 31:38Get out of here with that.
  449. 31:39I gotta have more cowbells.
  450. 31:40That is insane.
  451. 31:43And the part of the evidence has you on video, you know,
  452. 31:49on video running the triple option with ICE agents,
  453. 31:55which way did he go?
  454. 32:01Guys, I'm telling you,
  455. 32:04and we should have respect for people in authority.
  456. 32:06Don't assume because somebody has a black dress on,
  457. 32:09they're behind the bench, that they're smart.
  458. 32:13Because Judge Dugan should have known,
  459. 32:14and really I'm pretty sure she did,
  460. 32:16and her lawyers are trying to throw a Hail Mary,
  461. 32:18well, all kind of sports metaphors here,
  462. 32:20trying to throw anything up to say, I mean, because truthfully, the
  463. 32:24honest scenes, I noticed him and we got nothing, we got nothing.
  464. 32:26You can obstruct a federal criminal investigation. They have, they're
  465. 32:31lawfully president of courtroom, lawfully attempting to detain a
  466. 32:35person who has violated federal immigration law. And he's also
  467. 32:39violated American law, which now he's also violated the laws of
  468. 32:44the state of Wisconsin, which is why he's in your courtroom in the
  469. 32:46first place. Yet this is the one you're going to throw your
  470. 32:49judicial career in the trash can over.
  471. 32:52Boy, regressiveism is mental.
  472. 33:00Some would say truth is relative, and to the world, that's right.
  473. 33:04What the world considers to be truth fluctuates depending on the narrative they're trying to
  474. 33:09promote.
  475. 33:10Of course, we know truth is found in scripture, and it never changes.
  476. 33:14The documentary, The God Who Speaks, proves the Bible's reliability as the source of
  477. 33:18real truth and reinforces our belief in it as our firm foundation.

  493. 34:09efrd.net, back to the Hamilton Quarter
  494. 34:12on American Family Radio.
  495. 34:15Welcome back to the Hamilton Corner, Abraham Hamilton
  496. 34:17III here.
  497. 34:18It should be obvious by now,
  498. 34:20but the Magician Judge denied Judge Dugan's
  499. 34:24Dismissal motion
  500. 34:26But the case is pending that I should I like it, you know truth is often stranger than fiction
  501. 34:32The case is pending in a court to where the presiding district court judge is
  502. 34:38US district judge and Lynn Adelman
  503. 34:40Who was appointed by one William Jefferson Clinton?
  504. 34:44So we will see what happens with this magistrates
  505. 34:48decision in light of this
  506. 34:50prosecution, but when you have such video evidence says is available in this case, it's
  507. 34:58going to be kind of hard to wiggle out of that one, but we'll see.
  508. 35:02We'll see.
  509. 35:03All right.
  510. 35:05Now, and I'm, I'm, I'm sharing this next story because there's been lots of conversations
  511. 35:10of people are attempting to vilify ICE and Border Patrol and saying, Oh, you're going
  512. 35:15after peaceful people and, you know, you're going after housekeepers and we're like, man,
  513. 35:20on, miss me with this nonsense. That's not who is being pursued primarily, but what Tom
  514. 35:29Holman and ICE have said is that they are not going to act like other illegal aliens are
  515. 35:37not present when they're pursuing the most egregious criminals. So if you're going after
  516. 35:42the murderers and the rapists and the armed robbers and things of this nature, and they
  517. 35:47happen to be in the presence of the butcher the bacon the candlestick maker
  518. 35:52everybody has room that's what Tom home and it said all right I just want to
  519. 35:59present something for your consideration just today the Department of Homeland
  520. 36:05Security has announced the arrest of two MS 13 gang leaders both wanted in El
  521. 36:13Salvador for violent violent crimes including murder drug trafficking gang
  522. 36:21conspiracy and more. One of the gang members who's been named Renee Escobar Ochoa was arrested
  523. 36:33yesterday during a coordinated law enforcement operation and this is what I want you to think
  524. 36:38about in Omaha, Nebraska. If you're watching the show Renee Escobar Ochoa is on your left
  525. 36:44on the screen. All right. The other gentleman DHS has not released his name yet, but has
  526. 36:56been identified, well, let me let me stay back on Renee Escobar Choa. Ochoa faces an
  527. 37:02intrapole red notice from El Salvador for conspiracy to commit murder and drug trafficking. The
  528. 37:10second gentleman on the screen, gentleman is not appropriately employed. Is a Salvador national,
  529. 37:17but ICE hasn't released his name yet because of the lengthy utilization of aliases.
  530. 37:23But they've been able to identify him through biometrics and fingerprints as one of El Salvador's
  531. 37:34100 most wanted fugitives.
  532. 37:38Guess where they found him?
  533. 37:40You ready for this?
  534. 37:42Council Bluffs, Iowa.
  535. 37:44That's where they found him.
  536. 37:47That's where they found him.
  537. 37:48These are the kinds of people who have been lending the country most recently.
  538. 37:51was detained by ICE in 2023 and guess what had happened.
  539. 37:58Mr. Robert, that's folks, let him go.
  540. 38:01Let him go.
  541. 38:02This is not in New Mexico, this is not in Texas,
  542. 38:05this is not in Calo, this is in Nebraska and in Iowa.
  543. 38:10Listen to and watch this brief clip
  544. 38:13about these two who were detained in the announcement
  545. 38:17was made today that they were in ICE custody.
  546. 38:19Clip number one, clip one, go.
  547. 38:21I says the man killed five people and is accused of other crimes, including attempted aggravated
  548. 38:26homicide and terrorist organization affiliation.
  549. 38:29They have not released his name, but say he was arrested alongside a 30-year-old associate,
  550. 38:34Renee Saul Escobar Ochoa.
  551. 38:36This video shows their arrest.
  552. 38:38You can hear an officer yell at occupants in the vehicle to open the door.
  553. 38:49A few seconds later, you see a man put both his hands in the air and walk toward officers.
  554. 38:54I says both are in the country illegally and Escobar Ochoa is also a known MS-13 gang
  555. 38:59member, wanted an El Salvador and is also accused of giving orders to other gang members
  556. 39:04to commit several crimes, including multiple homicides and drug trafficking.
  557. 39:08Investigators say the two embedded themselves in the Omaha area and quote, posed a severe
  558. 39:12threat to the safety of the local community.
  559. 39:16Now, this is in the center of our country.
  560. 39:20Guys, contrary to what you may hear, and I know Joel Rogan has been saying other things,
  561. 39:28The objection, I'm sorry, the objective has always been this as a matter of top line priority.
  562. 39:36But as Tom Hohman has said, and I completely agree with it, you don't just wink and act
  563. 39:39like when these people are arrested and they happen to be in the presence of other legal
  564. 39:45aliens who may not be as violent criminals and maybe not be equally as criminal as these
  565. 39:51criminals.
  566. 39:52But you don't act like they're not criminals at all.
  567. 39:54You know, and frankly, I'm sick and tired of this notion that people entering our country
  568. 39:57illegally have not committed any crimes. That's a crime. It literally is a federal crime to
  569. 40:03enter our country illegally. And so what you're witnessing is a full-on effort by Regressives
  570. 40:14because among the things, it's not the exclusive objective, but among the things that Regressors
  571. 40:22want is to have is a secured particular voting block. That's just, that's kind of evident.
  572. 40:30that's not the only objective.
  573. 40:33I explain to you guys that illegal immigration is a cloud
  574. 40:36pivot strategy applied to our southern border,
  575. 40:38dominantly.
  576. 40:41But these types of people, known as 13 gang members,
  577. 40:46with arrest warrants internationally,
  578. 40:51hanging out in the middle of the country.
  579. 40:54The question I have for you,
  580. 40:57what do you think would happen with these guys
  581. 40:59if President Trump didn't have the mandate
  582. 41:02to try to reverse the open borders policy
  583. 41:06of the last four years?
  584. 41:08Your conservative estimates are 10 million people into the country within the last four
  585. 41:12years.
  586. 41:13I am passionately convinced that that is far too low a number.
  587. 41:23It could be upwards of 20 million people in four years.
  588. 41:26I'm telling you, using those numbers is sometimes difficult for people.
  589. 41:31But when you understand, you're talking about five times the population of the entire state
  590. 41:34of Louisiana.
  591. 41:35Do you understand what I'm telling you?
  592. 41:37times the population in four years. How do you absorb that? How do you absorb that? Guys,
  593. 41:50it's absurd. And to sit back and, you know, all these, oh, this is, this is immoral. What's
  594. 41:57happening? It's immoral. What happened? Attempted to reverse what happened is not immoral. And
  595. 42:11we've, we, and I'm not going to do this now, but we've had conversations at nauseam about
  596. 42:17these people are unvetted.
  597. 42:18We don't know who they are.
  598. 42:19We don't know where they came from.
  599. 42:21They're coming to our country and now that we're investigating
  600. 42:24and finding,
  601. 42:25and MS-13 members that are accused of being multiple murderers,
  602. 42:34multiple.
  603. 42:36And it's just so patently obvious,
  604. 42:39because this was not formally a partisan conversation.
  605. 42:44You used to have Democrats who say,
  606. 42:45yeah man, we gotta stop illegal immigration.
  607. 42:48Going, going, going,
  608. 42:49fine clips from Barack Obama when he ran for office,
  609. 42:51ran for president. He was like, what? Who Trumped Obama? Pun intended. Mm. She who shall never,
  610. 43:05ever, ever, ever. Go and listen to old Biden speeches. It's just crazy that we've got to this
  611. 43:14place where now, you know, border security is a Republican thing. No, guys, it's an American
  612. 43:19thing. It's an American thing. And the whole nation was on alert when the bunker busting
  613. 43:29bombs took aim at the nuclear enrichment facilities in Iran. Why? Because maybe they sleep for
  614. 43:37cells throughout America. And how many came in during this free for all in our southern
  615. 43:42border? It's just sad. And the main reason why I'm doing this is because I want you to
  616. 43:51be fortified against manipulation.
  617. 43:53The objective is not to try to find people who are working
  618. 43:58blue collar jobs and things of that nature.
  619. 44:00The objective, the top line objective,
  620. 44:03is criminal illegal aliens with violent criminal histories.
  621. 44:07But in the course of pursuing them,
  622. 44:11ICE and Tom Hohman is not gonna ignore other illegal aliens
  623. 44:15who may be in the presence of these folks.
  624. 44:18That's what's going on.
  625. 44:22Now, let's be clear.
  626. 44:25I think we need to deport all of the illegal aliens
  627. 44:29who enter the country illegally.
  628. 44:31We do, because we cannot absorb 20 million people in four years.
  629. 44:38You add that to the number of illegal aliens
  630. 44:40who were there beforehand,
  631. 44:41and you start to begin to see things.
  632. 44:43Like, let's just have a conversation about something.
  633. 44:45Let's be real for a second, right?
  634. 44:47So the gold cup soccer tournament
  635. 44:49was just in Houston, Texas, right?
  636. 44:50And then the finals of the gold cup,
  637. 44:52you know who was in it?
  638. 44:53Mexico and the United States of America.
  639. 44:55You want to know what the common conversation in sports radio is that the Gold Cup final
  640. 45:02was a home game for Mexico.
  641. 45:03How do you get to a place where Mexico has a home game in America?
  642. 45:10Well, I'm sure it's all legal aliens that filled Houston energy stadium.
  643. 45:18Guys, I, many of you go, knows I started my legal career in Houston, Texas.
  644. 45:28The legal system cannot function in Texas without translation assistance.
  645. 45:33How does that happen?
  646. 45:36I'm sure every court in Mexico has English translators standing by.
  647. 45:45I'm sure.
  648. 45:46I'm sure that happens.
  649. 45:47I'm sure.
  650. 45:49But come on, man.
  651. 45:51Insanity.
  652. 45:54Last few moments, I'll share this.
  653. 45:57The Defense Department under Pete Hexeth has withdrawn the nomination of Rear Admiral Michael
  654. 46:02Buzz Donnelly.
  655. 46:06Buzz Donnelly was over the USS Ronald Reagan from 2016 to 2018.
  656. 46:13that time during that time, but Donally allowed there to be drag shows on the ship specifically
  657. 46:27for morale, welfare and recreation. The Defense Department announced on June 18th that Donally
  658. 46:36was nominated for promotion to Vice Admiral and the deployment as commander of the Seventh's
  659. 46:42fleet, the largest overseas, forced to Navy has, but then a little birdie said a little,
  660. 46:48So, you know, oh, Buzz Donnelly, he's the one that had the drag shows on the ship to which
  661. 46:55Pete Haggseth has announced Mr. Donnelly's name has been withdrawn from said nomination,
  662. 47:04which, you know, I know a lot of people will be up and arms.
  663. 47:08Somebody want to explain to me what a drag show on a Navy ship has to do with military
  664. 47:15readiness.
  665. 47:16Does anybody want to tell me what a dude dressing up as a woman?
  666. 47:21in and and gi right in and Karen on what does that have to do? What does that have to do with
  667. 47:28military preparedness? More importantly, what does that say about the judgment of a leader who is over
  668. 47:37at that time, the USS Ronald Reagan. And is that the type of judgment we want promoted to oversee
  669. 47:44the largest Navy force that we have the seventh fleet? Is that what we want to do? This would
  670. 47:53happens when a new sheriff's in town. The Trump administration
  671. 47:57has said, Nah, I think we're gonna run that one back.
  672. 48:00Oh, rear admiral was not gonna become vice admiral. You know
  673. 48:04what I mean? Mr. Mr. Buzz Donnelly. You know, right? Right?
  674. 48:11Right, buzz. I hope buzz. I hope you're not. You know, nobody
  675. 48:14told you to have what's his guy's name? Yomen second class
  676. 48:18Joshua Kelly. Nobody told you to have him up there. What's
  677. 48:23you doing out of uniform on a carrier? Bobby has a question.
  678. 48:26Bobby says this is for buzz. Bobby says what is
  679. 48:31Yeoman's second-class Joshua Kelly doing out of uniform on the carrier?
  680. 48:35That's what Bobby wants to know.
  681. 48:37That's what I say that. You heard Bobby said that. I didn't say that.
  682. 48:42Bobby wants to know what is Yeoman's second-class Joshua Kelly doing on the carrier out of uniform?
  683. 48:49And how then can we promote you, sir, if you allow that on the USS Ronald Reagan,
  684. 48:54How could you then become vice admiral
  685. 48:57overseeing the seventh fleet?
  686. 49:00Judgment requires order, have a seat.
  687. 49:07Mr. Donnelly, have a seat.
  688. 49:10It's new Sheriffs in town.
  689. 49:12Military readiness is the order of the day.
  690. 49:14We don't want our Navy to be laughing stock.
  691. 49:19And now President Trump is in office.
  692. 49:21I don't think the world is laughing too much.
  693. 49:23At a minimum, the Iranians ain't laughing.
  694. 49:27And the world isn't laughing.
  695. 49:29You've been listening to the Hamilton Corner Lord willing,
  696. 49:31We will be back tomorrow.
  697. 49:33Y'all have a great evening.
