17. 0:50And so in light of the fact that you made the decision to hang out here in the corner with
18. 0:54us, I just want to tell you thank you.
19. 0:56I'm exceedingly grateful to you for making that choice.
20. 1:00By God's grace, we will endeavor to always make it worth your while for making that decision.

26. 1:30And he is joined by the elegant, the effervescent, the illustrious Kennedy Green.
27. 1:38And we're ready to rock and roll with today's edition of the program.
28. 1:41At this very moment, many of you, if not most of you are making, are making your transition
29. 1:46from your part-time jobs where you generate an income to your full-time jobs where you
30. 1:50cultivate an outcome. And as you do so, I want to encourage you to do so with intentionality,
31. 1:57intentionality, understanding the primacy that God places on family, refusing to neglect the
32. 2:03opportunity to squander the time and to ignore the privilege that you have to be a part of the
33. 2:10king's agenda, fulfilling his commission, starting right in your homes. As we were talking about
34. 2:16yesterday, that indisputable and indispensable fact of this constitutional republic with
35. 2:24democratic features is that as our second president said that our country and our means
36. 2:30of government are only effective for holy religious and moral people.
37. 2:35When John Adams used that term religion, he was undoubtedly describing, referring to
38. 2:41Christianity.
39. 2:43In other words, what I'm saying, what he's saying is that the only way that this
40. 2:47experimented individual liberty will be in enduring phenomenon is if we have a
41. 2:53people that are conducive to this enduring phenomenon. And I will continue to tell
42. 2:58you that self-governance is a synonym for the fruit of the Spirit called self-control.
43. 3:03When we have a populace that is not endowed and
44. 3:07indwelled by the spirit of God who bear the fruit of the spirit that is self-control, we
45. 3:14will not have a people that are conducive to our constitutional, Republican form of government.
46. 3:19So when you see the consistent efforts to fundamentally transform what you are witnessing is that externalization
47. 3:27of the fact that people are rejecting what is commensurate to self-governance.
48. 3:34That's what that is what it is.
49. 3:37I was describing yesterday, this is why the call must go forward for people to repent and
50. 3:45place their faith in Jesus Christ and be discipled and matured in Him because the lack of that
51. 3:52happening generationally.
52. 3:53I also, at least two generations of our fellow countrymen, is what has given rise to the inability
53. 3:59to resist plainly, doctors of demons in various formats.
54. 4:06On the regressive left, you have, you know,
55. 4:11Balkanization of society, comparisons amongst one's selves,
56. 4:15and entitlement being weaponized, full on,
57. 4:18to lead to a pursuit of Marxist iterations
58. 4:21of policy in our country.
59. 4:23And I mean, that's an undeniable fact.
60. 4:25And then you see on, I will call it, the regressive right.
61. 4:28An effort to say, well, we need to secure and seek
62. 4:31political strong man to impose our wills through government.
63. 4:35We need to use government to make all things right.
64. 4:37like, whoa, that's just as anti-American as the left,
65. 4:41the regressive left.
66. 4:44And you see those things perpetuated
67. 4:46because there's been a vacuum of a core ethos anchored
68. 4:52in biblical Christianity that will enable us to say,
69. 4:56just as our founding took place,
70. 4:58the core of our founding was the truths articulated
71. 5:02in our declaration.
72. 5:03Those truths flow from the biblical reality
73. 5:08of the Amago day.
74. 5:10That's where all of that flows from.
75. 5:12But when you have metastasizingly,
76. 5:15biblically illiterate populace,
77. 5:18succumbing to moralistic therapeutic deism,
78. 5:21as we talked about yesterday,
79. 5:23this is what it looks like in practice.
80. 5:27So as you're making your transition,
81. 5:29my encouragement is to be about our father's business
82. 5:32starting first and foremost in our own homes.
83. 5:36With ourselves first,
84. 5:38and then we become proponents of the very thing
85. 5:41that we have been captivated by,
86. 5:43in the name of jesus to the word of god we go to the right of the chapter eighteen
87. 5:47is where we're gonna do the right judges chapter eighteen
88. 5:50that was like what you put judges on the rundown
89. 5:53judges chapter eighteen verses fourteen to twenty
90. 5:57uh... have to explain a bit of context first so
91. 6:00uh... this will be a summary really that goes back to judge is chapter seventeen
92. 6:03following
93. 6:05uh... the account of samson
94. 6:07in the book of judge is the text immediately turns to an unnamed woman
95. 6:12who has a son who stole silver from her.
96. 6:15The son is named Micah,
97. 6:17immediately this mother encourages her son
98. 6:22to use the silver to build a graven image.
99. 6:30Now, I mean, I may not know everything,
100. 6:32but didn't that commandment to say
101. 6:33you shall not make any graven images yet you have?
102. 6:37And is you like mom instructing her son,
103. 6:40who is an adult who's not a child
104. 6:41because the Bible says he has his own son?
105. 6:44The text says he has his own son to use the money to make a
106. 6:48graven image.
107. 6:49Then this man not only made a graven image, he has a
108. 6:52household shrine of false gods or idols.
109. 6:58And he's living in the hill country of Ephraim.
110. 7:03Then he ordains his own son as a priest, to be a personal
111. 7:07priest to him though the Lord's priests at this time were
112. 7:09living and functioning in Shiloh.
113. 7:12He makes his own counterfeit Ephod.
114. 7:14Then the scripture reveals that there's a Levite who comes
115. 7:19a straggling into his area of the country.
116. 7:22And the Bible says that Levite was looking for a place
117. 7:25where he could stay.
118. 7:27But even though the Lord had already told us
119. 7:30and already told them in the book of Joshua, for example,
120. 7:34chapter 21, verses 4 and 41, that the Lord had already
121. 7:37ordained cities for the Levites.
122. 7:38So the concept of a Levite being nomadic was one showing
123. 7:42that there's a fish out of water here.
124. 7:45The Levites ain't supposed to be Roman to say I'm looking for a new place to stay.
125. 7:49Now, if you're trying to visit, that's one thing, but you're looking for a new place to make your home.
126. 7:53It's revealing that things have begun so have become so corrupt in Israel.
127. 7:57You have Levites functioning out of order idolatry is normalized.
128. 8:00And this is all happening in within the Israelite territory.
129. 8:05Fast forward a little further as this wandering Levite makes the acquaintance of Micah.
130. 8:11Micah has this religious disposition, but he's trying to build his own religion.
131. 8:20So he gives his son the boot as his priest and says, hey, Levi, you're a Levi.
132. 8:24Won't you be my priest?
133. 8:25I'll pay you 10 pieces of silver a year.
134. 8:28I'll pay for your room and board and I'll make sure you, you, you, you, you are laced with
135. 8:33the finest flyers drips, the flyers closed.
136. 8:36And the Levi goes, well, that could be your personal priest.
137. 8:39Well, fast forward.
138. 8:42reference to Judges chapter 1, the tribe of Dan had not yet at this juncture found a permanent
139. 8:47place for itself to reside because they were unable to deal with the Amorites. Judges 1,
140. 8:5234 tells us this. And so the tribe of Dan sends spies out to say, Hey, we need to find a place
141. 8:59where we can call our final home. So they send out five spies who can want to spy out the land
142. 9:05and they come across the city of Leish was the name of the place there. And the people who were living
143. 9:09They said they were unsuspecting, living in peace, and they had robust prosperity.
144. 9:13They had a culture similar to the Sedonians, but the Sedonians were so far away, they felt
145. 9:18like they could overtake them.
146. 9:20And we pick up, we'll pick up in the middle of that story here at verse 14 and Judges chapter
147. 9:2518.
148. 9:26I'll read all the way to verse 20, then make a few observations.
149. 9:29Judges 18, verse 14, then the five men who went to spy out the country of Laish said to
150. 9:35their kinsmen.
151. 9:37Do you know that there are in these houses in Ephod and household idols in a graven
152. 9:44image and a molten image?
153. 9:46Now therefore consider what you should do.
154. 9:49They turned aside there and came to the house of the young man, the Levite, to the house
155. 9:53of Micah and asked him of his welfare.
156. 9:56The 600 men armed with their weapons of war who were of the sons of Dan stood by the entrance
157. 10:02of the gate.
158. 10:03Now the five men who went to spy out the land went up and entered there and took the graven
159. 10:08image and the ephod and the household idols and the molten image, while the priest stood
160. 10:13by the entrance of the gate with the six hundred men armed with weapons of war.
161. 10:18When these men went into Micah's house and took the graven image, the ephod and household
162. 10:22idols and the molten image, the priest said to them, what are you doing?
163. 10:27They said to him, be silent.
164. 10:29Otherwise, shut up!
165. 10:32Put your hand over your mouth and come with us, and be to us a father and a priest.
166. 10:39Is it better for you to be a priest to the house of one man or to be priest to a tribe
167. 10:45and a family in Israel?"
168. 10:49The priest's heart was glad and he took the Ephod and the household idols and the graven
169. 10:55image and went among the people.
170. 10:59Guys, what you're witnessing there are several violations of the highest order.
171. 11:05And this is not like way far down the line.
172. 11:10This is shortly after, I won't say shortly, but this is certainly after the time of Joshua
173. 11:16during the time of the judges is showing that a possecy was already setting in.
174. 11:23First and foremost, what is the Levite doing rambling and wandering away from the cities
175. 11:27that God ordered ordained for the Levites to live in?
176. 11:31She was the Levite himself, is unsettled, uncomfortable.
177. 11:35Yes, God has a portion of me.
178. 11:37I don't want what God has.
179. 11:39I'm going to strike out and find my own way, which is in itself an exercise of rebellion.
180. 11:44Then what do you have next?
181. 11:45You have the tribe of Dan at this juncture to have a form of godliness, but denying the
182. 11:50power thereof.
183. 11:51When they learned that Micah had a household, household idols, had a shrine of idols in
184. 11:56a molten image, in a graven image and had an ephod there, that was a point of attraction
185. 12:00to them.
186. 12:01When it should have been a point of despisal, they should have been as a tribe of God's people,
187. 12:08should have been offended at the notion that you have a person who would dare have a counterfeit
188. 12:18priest functioning in an individual capacity.
189. 12:22Because the priest that got us had ordained, the priest and the Levites were not functioning
190. 12:26for individual families.
191. 12:27They were operating on behalf of the entire nation of Israel, but you don't see that.
192. 12:35Then you see the priest getting upset.
193. 12:43You taking this Ephah?
194. 12:44You taking these idols?
195. 12:45What are you doing?
196. 12:47Then the day nights, the tribe of Dan, they appeal to the priest's pride.
197. 12:51After telling them, shut up.
198. 12:54Then said, wouldn't you want to upgrade?
199. 12:57Why would you want to stay a priest for one little man in one little house when you could be a priest for an entire tribe?
200. 13:04Guys, this is violating the law of God that's conveyed through Moses.
201. 13:08There's no such thing as a priesthood for a tribe.
202. 13:12Then the prideful appeal made to the Levite.
203. 13:18You saw I take root because the scripture says, and the priest's heart was glad so that he took
204. 13:27the Ephod and the idols and the graven image. Now you think about this, this is at the foundation
205. 13:34of what later becomes the home of the tribe of Dan. When you fast forward later into the era of
206. 13:40the kings, when Jeroboam becomes the first king of the divided nations of Israel and Judah,
207. 13:46was one of the first things that Jeroboam does.
208. 13:48He sets up golden calves where?
209. 13:51One of them was set at Bezsheba,
210. 13:53but where was the other one placed?
211. 13:55The other one was placed in Dan.
212. 13:58What the scripture is bearing out is that
213. 14:01the tribe of Dan was founded in compromise,
214. 14:05which ultimately,
215. 14:07burgeoned fully into apostasy.
216. 14:11So when the golden calves was placed in Dan,
217. 14:14that wasn't anything that was foreign to the day nights.
218. 14:16That was just the latest iteration of the same idolatry false God worship that they had been embroiled in
219. 14:23since the tribe of Dan established its home front. I'm saying all of this the same as we examine the
220. 14:32truth of God's word that the road to rebellion and apostasy often begins with compromise. When you
221. 14:41You compromise at one point that compromise if not confronted, confessed and repented of
222. 14:48will inevitably merge it into full blown rebellion.
223. 14:53Don't play with compromise.

249. 16:29just being intentionally eviscerated on the national stage?

251. 16:36And what's the deal with Mitch McConnell?
252. 16:41You know, many people, myself included,
253. 16:43was among the people that are saying,
254. 16:46you guys wanted me to not believe my so-called line eyes.
255. 16:51Mr. Rice Scream Man, clearly cannot be the Democrat nominee.
256. 16:57And you remember, Bobby, you remember,
257. 16:59that's not told you guys as soon as the election happened,
258. 17:00I said, this guy's not gonna be the nominee
259. 17:03for the 2020 election, not gonna happen.
260. 17:07And the consistent representation, oh, he's fit as a fiddle.
261. 17:12You know, I'll never get Jake Tapper.
262. 17:13He's the best we've ever seen.
263. 17:16Then this dude writes a book after the fact saying, oh,
264. 17:18I can't believe Joe Biden deceived us.
265. 17:20Like, what?
266. 17:21You are part of the accepting Jake.
267. 17:25Well, you have Mitch McConnell being hospitalized.
268. 17:28And when you go to the hospital, his wife goes to China.
269. 17:32He laying child.

271. 17:38And then we have, and I haven't weighed in on this
272. 17:41because I was really tended to my own family. That's why this whole thing about having a
273. 17:45family member hospitalized and you going out of the country. I can't imagine that. But
274. 17:56this decision by the Supreme Court on Birthright Citizenship, guys, it amounts to a majority
275. 18:08of the Supreme Court amended in the US Constitution in an extra constitutional manner. I mean, let
276. 18:14Let me explain what I'm talking about.
277. 18:16Let's do this radical thing that we used to do here in the country.
278. 18:20It's called read the 14th Amendment.
279. 18:25Let's read the 14th Amendment.
280. 18:28The 14th Amendment says, and this is section one of the 14th Amendment.
281. 18:33And I quote, all persons born or naturalized in the United States and subject to the jurisdiction
282. 18:41thereof are citizens of the United States and of the state wherein they reside." That
283. 18:50doesn't seem too complex, does it? I'll read it again. All persons born and naturalized
284. 18:54in the United States and subject to the jurisdiction thereof are citizens of the United States and
285. 19:01of the state wherein they reside. This is an amendment that was adopted July 21st, 1868.
286. 19:09This is a part of the Reconstruction Amendments. It was very clear that the whole point of this
287. 19:13was to address the abomination of what's a dread Scott decision that said that the descendants of
288. 19:18African slaves who were brought to this country against their will, their children are American
289. 19:26citizens. Because the same Supreme Court, obviously different justices, but the same Supreme Court
290. 19:30said in dread Scott that they were not citizens. So this amendment exists to correct. The wrong
291. 19:37decision is Supreme Court made in dread Scott. It's very simple. You know, can't it he's interning
292. 19:45with us, you see, there are two requirements to be a citizen of this country. The first requirement,
293. 19:53all persons born or naturalized in the United States of America, that will be our stop and territory,
294. 20:00it would extend to our territories, our protectors, our military bases. Of course, but that's one
295. 20:06requirement. What's the second requirement? And the person who was born or naturalized in the United
296. 20:12United States of America is subject to the jurisdiction of the United States of America.
297. 20:20That seems pretty simple.
298. 20:22Born here and subject to our jurisdiction.
299. 20:27The issue that was presented by President Trump's executive order, I'm going to read
300. 20:32the pertinent part of his executive order in the moment, was this that?
301. 20:37Well, what is the status of those people who are born here, yet their parents have entered
302. 20:43our country illegally?
303. 20:48What the Supreme Court decision was, and y'all square this circle, all right, the Supreme
304. 20:56Court ruled five of the nine Supreme Court justices agreed that, quote, children born
305. 21:03in the United States to parents unlawfully or temporarily present are subject to the jurisdiction
306. 21:11of the United States and are therefore citizens at birth under the 14th Amendment citizenship
307. 21:16clause.
308. 21:18one simple question. Can you explain to me, and this is what I was looking for in all of
309. 21:24the opinions, 194 pages of opinions, all of the majority opinion, the concurring opinions,
310. 21:30the dissents, well not the dissents, but the majority opinion and the concurring opinion.
311. 21:35Can you explain to me how the parents can be unlawfully in our country while simultaneously
312. 21:42being subject to the jurisdiction of our country? Does that make sense? Does that question make
313. 21:47how can you be in our country illegally?
314. 21:52Your very presence is tangible physical evidence
315. 21:55that you are not subject to our jurisdiction
316. 21:59because you're violating our jurisdiction.
317. 22:03How can you be here illegally
318. 22:06and at the exact same time that you're illegally present
319. 22:09your subject to our jurisdiction?
320. 22:12And I'm gonna make this very, very simple for you guys.
321. 22:14And I understand, and I don't even,
322. 22:17I'm not sitting here to say, oh, I am.
323. 22:20far more intelligent than the US Supreme Court justices.
324. 22:24But oftentimes, people conceal deception and chicanery
325. 22:30in lots of words and using big words.
326. 22:34But here's a very simple question.
327. 22:38If the constitutional amendment, the 14th amendment,
328. 22:43only meant to convey that people born on American soil
329. 22:47will be citizens, why would they be a need
330. 22:49for an additional requirement?
331. 22:50Right?
332. 22:52This, the 14th Amendment would have said very explicitly all persons born or naturalized
333. 22:59in the United States are citizens of the United States and the states wearing their reside
334. 23:04period end of sentence.
335. 23:07If that is what they mean that meant to convey when you think that would be what the amendment
336. 23:10says, right?
337. 23:12And Bobby am I tripping?
338. 23:14If the, if the, if the draft is of the 14th Amendment meant solely to convey anybody who
339. 23:20who is born on American soil,
340. 23:22you would be American citizens,
341. 23:24they could have said that explicitly.
342. 23:26All persons born or naturalized in the United States
343. 23:30are citizens of the United States
344. 23:32and the state wherein they reside.
345. 23:34But that's not what they said.
346. 23:36There's this jurisdiction component.
347. 23:38They said all persons born or naturalized
348. 23:40in the United States and subject to the jurisdiction
349. 23:43thereof are citizens of the United States.
350. 23:48What we just witnessed,
351. 23:49it was the Supreme Court, five of the nine justices,
352. 23:52and y'all know who they were.
353. 23:53Do I need to name them?
354. 23:55It's the usual three, y'all know they are.
355. 23:58Justice is Sonia Sotomayor, Elena Kagan,
356. 24:01and Kataji Brown Jackson,
357. 24:03but they were joined in this disastrous decision
358. 24:08by Chief Justice John Roberts and Justice Amy Coney Barrett.
359. 24:14If the intention was merely to confer citizenship
360. 24:18upon people who were born in this country,
361. 24:21the solution would have been simple
362. 24:24to state all persons born or naturalized in this country are citizens.
363. 24:30But being subject to the jurisdiction cannot mean that you are simultaneously violating
364. 24:35our jurisdiction.
365. 24:36Oh boy.
366. 24:43So because I love y'all, I dove into these 194 pages, much to my own headache.
367. 24:53And you have, like for example, Justice Kavanaugh who wrote a dissenting opinion, and in his
368. 25:03this anti-compingent he explained, well, he would have favored Congress clarifying the
369. 25:11Immigration and Nationality Act as a means of expressing what President Trump expressed.
370. 25:17Let me before I get to Justice Kavanaugh, let me read to you the pertinent portions of President
371. 25:21Trump's executive order.
372. 25:24That's what brought the issue to the Supreme Court.
373. 25:25So President Trump signed an executive order on January 20th, the day he was inaugurated,
374. 25:292025.
375. 25:33It was executive order number 14160 titled, Protecting the Meaning and Value of American
376. 25:38citizenship. His order, quote, provides that children born of persons unlawfully or temporarily
377. 25:45present in the United States are not subject to the jurisdiction of the United States and
378. 25:50thus do not qualify for citizenship under the 14th Amendment or the Immigration and Nationality
379. 25:56Act. That's what President Trump's executive board has said. So he basically said, what I'm
380. 26:03saying to you, that the 14th Amendment does not confer citizenship upon people merely because
381. 26:09they're born here. No, being born here is one part, a vital part of the formula. But
382. 26:20being subject to our jurisdiction is also a vital part. The Immigration and Nationality
383. 26:27Act goes forward to clarify that not everybody born here are citizens because we have and
384. 26:35he's a, he's a most clear example and I've talked to you guys about this before. That
385. 26:39is why the children of foreign ambassadors, like when you have the ambassador from Brunei,
386. 26:46who lives in the Brunei consulate in DC, that Brunei consulate is viewed as Brunei sovereign
387. 26:52territory. And because the Brunei ambassador, though they are physically, tangibly on American
388. 26:58soil, they are by definition not subject to American jurisdiction. Therefore, their children
389. 27:04are not automatically American citizens. We've understood that. We've known that for years,
390. 27:09which brings me back to Justice Kavanaugh. Justice Kavanaugh's argument was, and I understand
391. 27:17what he's saying, but I find it to be weak sauce. I find Justice Kavanaugh trying to find
392. 27:22a way to weave and bob and dodge the weightier issue. He didn't even set it. He said he thought
393. 27:27that the decision should be decided on statutory grounds and not even address the 14th Amendment
394. 27:32argument. He said that he felt like the court should have merely addressed the Immigration
395. 27:38and Nationality Act and said that the Immigration and Nationality Act did not exclude citizenship
396. 27:43based on the unlawful presence of, just keep it a buck, illegal immigrant. They should have
397. 27:49just put that in a statute. That's what he said. He said, but because they, the majority
398. 27:54addressed the Constitution, I'll address the Constitution and then I say that their constitutional
399. 27:59analysis is wrong. That's what Justice Kavanaugh say. And I understand what he's saying. I do
400. 28:03think clarifying the Immigration and National Nationality Act is important. Yes. But I don't
401. 28:09think that needs to be dispositive of the issue because the Constitution trumps even statutes.
402. 28:15All right. But with the majority of the court just ruled,
403. 28:20their ruling effectively culminates in a rewriting of the 14th Amendment. They have basically said
404. 28:28that the phrase and subject to the jurisdiction thereof is practically meaningless.
405. 28:34Because in their parlance, you can be subject to American jurisdiction while you're violating
406. 28:39American jurisdiction.
407. 28:41Guys, that is insane.
408. 28:50That is insane.
409. 28:52Call.
410. 28:54You stupid.
411. 28:55So you have the US Supreme Court basically incentivizing illegal immigration.
412. 29:01As you know how our immigration laws, as they're currently written, that they work is that if
413. 29:05you have an illegal immigrant who has a child here, the child is automatically a citizen.
414. 29:11So then if you are a citizen, that can begin the process of what's called chain migration.
415. 29:15Guys, that's a fact.
416. 29:21That's a fact.
417. 29:25This is an exceedingly absurd ruling, exceedingly absurd.
418. 29:35This is Thomas as usual.
419. 29:39He took out his hammer and did what he does and is the sending opinion of about 91 pages
420. 29:51and saying this is exceedingly absurd when the intent of the amendment and the application
421. 29:57of the amendment are obvious.
422. 30:03They talked about the previous case where you have the Chinese man who was a descendant
423. 30:10of Chinese citizens, I'm sorry, they were Chinese residents who were not citizens of the US,
424. 30:16but they were permanent lawful residents of the US and how their son was a citizen because
425. 30:24it's clear that they planned to be to live here.
426. 30:29They were in and they were and they were in the parents in our country legally.
427. 30:33Justice Gorsuch picked up on that and saying that his disagreement with the majority is
428. 30:38consistent with that decision, the previous decision, because the issue was being subject
429. 30:43to the jurisdiction will be those who in complying with our laws had expressed their intention
430. 30:49to be permanently in our country.
431. 30:52That compliance with our laws would be akin to being subject to jurisdiction of our law,
432. 30:58of our country.
433. 31:07So what do we do now?
434. 31:10One, this shows the importance of having both sane immigration laws and sane immigration
435. 31:18enforcement.
436. 31:21This undergirds and underscores why it's very important that we enforce our immigration laws.
437. 31:28But this is also why we cannot rely solely on executive action which can be undone by a
438. 31:35subsequent administration.
439. 31:39two and this is going to make it a lot harder, you can seek for, which honestly, I'm not sure
440. 31:46this would even carry the day any longer in light of the Supreme Court opinion.
441. 31:53Because if you even tried to amend the Immigration and Nationality Act to further clarify and
442. 31:58specify, now you have the Supreme Court opinion that's stared in the face.
443. 32:02So this could very well require you to amend the US constitutional amendment, which in effect,
444. 32:14And I hate that I'm saying this because of the challenge in doing that.
445. 32:20This could very well create further incentive for things like birthright tourism.
446. 32:28Because one of the things that President Trump was trying to communicate is that being a temporary
447. 32:33visitor to our country is not the same as being a permanent lawful resident.
448. 32:39Being in a little, in being in a little alien,
449. 32:42certainly, certainly is not.
450. 32:46Being subject to our jurisdiction.
451. 32:49So I'll address your question after the fact,
452. 32:52opinion is not law, right?
453. 32:53That's a question that popped up on the feed.
454. 32:54I'll get to that in a second.

490. 35:14Welcome back to the Hamilton Corner Abraham Hamilton the third here. So a question came in the Supreme Court opinion is not law, right?
491. 35:22Well, you're right and
492. 35:24Not right at the same time to a degree and this is why
493. 35:27so this case is different in the sense that it is
494. 35:31is providing an interpretation and ultimately an application of the 14th Amendment itself.
495. 35:39It is providing the interpretation and application of the verbiage for the 14th Amendment in
496. 35:48the absence of, well, not, let me say it better.
497. 35:53So you have the Immigration and Nationality Act, which is subordinate to the U.S. Constitution.
498. 36:02What you have the Supreme Court saying is that this is what the Constitution says, and
499. 36:07this is what it means.
500. 36:10For example, when you had the Roe versus Wade opinion, it wasn't saying these are the words
501. 36:16of the Constitution.
502. 36:17It was reading into the Constitution something that did not exist in it.
503. 36:20But if you recall, if you recall the practical application prior to the Dobbs case was that
504. 36:27And Roe was viewed as the legal basis that prohibited states from basically restricting
505. 36:36or even outlawing abortion.
506. 36:39In this instance, with the 14th Amendment's interpretation, the court is saying this is
507. 36:43what the U.S. Constitution means.
508. 36:47So in order to correct this Supreme Court opinion, one of two things has to occur.
509. 36:54All right, probably maybe both of them, but at least one of two things has to occur.
510. 36:58First, you're going to have to get another case to go to the court to overturn this opinion, right?
511. 37:03So this Trump versus Barbara case is going to have to have another case that reverses Trump versus
512. 37:10Barbara, just like it took the Dobbs case to reverse Roe versus Wade and Planned Parenthood versus Casey.
513. 37:17All right. And or, or I should say, or first, or that we have to get an amendment to the 14th
514. 37:26amendment, either via Convention of the States or via Congress to clarify the text of the
515. 37:34amendment itself. All right. The easier way may very well be, and both of these are going to take
516. 37:40time. None of this is going to happen overnight. The most direct thing that probably would need to
517. 37:47happen. Mm. Way in both of these because we have we have, you know, just to be real, you
518. 37:56have feckless Republicans that don't even want to touch this issue. So they're more than
519. 38:00willing to hide behind this decision and allow it to flourish because they actually want the
520. 38:06outcome from this decision. You know, how many years have there been opportunities to correct
521. 38:12all of this via congressional legislation before this case ever got to the court? It
522. 38:15never should have got to the place where it took an executive order from President
523. 38:18Trump to bring this issue to the floor.
524. 38:20What should have happened long before this was simply a clarification to the Immigration
525. 38:23and Nationality Act from Congress that we never had to deal with the Supreme Court opinion.
526. 38:27But now that this opinion has been issued, we're probably going to have to see either the U.S.
527. 38:34Constitution amended, which will take time, or another case that overturns this case, which
528. 38:39will also take time.
529. 38:42But it's not, and here's the thing, it's not the end of the conversation, though.
530. 38:45That's the beauty of being in the United States of America and being a citizen in the United
531. 38:50States of America. But we're going to have to go through the process of highlighting the
532. 38:54absurdity of this decision, communicating that it's this conclusion functionally and practically
533. 39:02modifies the 14th amendment. It's literally eviscerating the A&S to the jurisdiction thereof,
534. 39:08provision of the constitutional amendment. So it's going to take work, but it can be done.
535. 39:19And I think Justice Thomas' dissent gives a lot of the foundation for the groundwork for
536. 39:23that. It's going to take, I would probably encourage a and a both and approach. But it's
537. 39:31going to take time. It's going to take time. Now I'm going to talk a little bit about this
538. 39:36grandplatner situation. This is this is this man. This is a switch. So a an additional former
539. 39:48girlfriend of grandplatner has accused him of raping her. Oh, you're very welcome. Thank
540. 39:53you for listening, accuse him of raping her. But here's the thing that's so wild. The accusation
541. 40:00is not a new accusation. All right. In this, in this sense that this accusation of a grand
542. 40:08platter, what raping this former girlfriend was known before the Democrat primary in Maine
543. 40:13for the U S Senate. And when the accusation was made previously, the Democrat party circled
544. 40:22So wagons around grand platinum, all saying we support, we, hey, we're going to support
545. 40:27grand platinum and all of this.
546. 40:29And then all of a sudden, all of a sudden, political does a subsequent interview with
547. 40:35this young woman and I'm telling you it's, it's, it breaks my heart to hear her discuss
548. 40:43what she says that grand platinum did to her.
549. 40:45Oh my gosh.
550. 40:49But the question that the American public should have is now what happened that caused the
551. 40:55the Democrat party to now say they call him for grandplattener to drop out of the race.
552. 41:00Because they could have called for him to drop out of the race before the primary where the
553. 41:03voters in Maine could have had an opportunity to vote for somebody else.
554. 41:07But they didn't do that.
555. 41:10Kind of like, remember when Joe Biden wasn't capable of running for office again and he didn't
556. 41:18drop out before the Democrat primary, but they waited till after the primary and then
557. 41:27Did they hold another primary?
558. 41:28No, no, they just said, no, we're gonna roll with Kamala.
559. 41:33Yet they're defenders of democracy.
560. 41:36We didn't have candidates who were elected to run for office,
561. 41:39or nominated to run for office.
562. 41:40They have who they're, the party boss is a point.
563. 41:44So in his latest iteration, the party,
564. 41:47you have all of these Democrat elected officials
565. 41:49around the country, all of the ones who endorsed him,
566. 41:51you know, Elizabeth Warren, Lyawata, and you know,
567. 41:54Ro Khanna and all, all of these people,
568. 41:56they endorsed Grand Platinum.
569. 41:58They support him who were already in.
570. 41:59But now they all now are withdrawing their endorsements.
571. 42:05And the Democrat party has until July 13th
572. 42:09to select a replacement for Graham Plattner.
573. 42:14Well, then in the latest turn of events,
574. 42:15Graham Plattner has announced,
575. 42:16and this has been reported by the New York Times,
576. 42:20that he refuses to withdraw from the race
577. 42:24unless he gets to name who he wants
578. 42:27to be the person who runs from the Senate.
579. 42:29And I'm like, what about that old democracy thing?
580. 42:33like to talk about aren't these people that were like no kings no kings no kings but it seemed
581. 42:38right to keep having kings the party bosses nominate it doesn't matter who votes for who
582. 42:45it's almost like remembering in the run up to 2016 and Bernie Sanders was running against
583. 42:52Sheila Schrodevo be president and who was winning in that primary yep oh yeah Bernie Sanders was
584. 42:57telling everybody to get off his lawn and then all of a sudden why am i bringing this up
585. 43:05I told you guys the my angel who maximum when people show you who they are believe them
586. 43:11How many times do things like this have to happen and and I'm not gonna make any accusations that are unfounded
587. 43:18But I sure find it pretty curious
588. 43:21That the very same allegations that were publicized before the Democrat primary
589. 43:26now all of a sudden are
590. 43:29Are credible enough for the Democrat party to call for Graham Plattler to resign?
591. 43:34I'm sorry to get out of the race.
592. 43:39So they ran with do got a Nazi tattoo on his chest.
593. 43:45Everybody knows he's a Nazi fan.
594. 43:47He watches the movies.
595. 43:48He talks about it to people who talked to him before he ever ran for office would say
596. 43:51he knew exactly what the tattoo he was getting.
597. 43:55But then he comes out and says, oh, I didn't know what I was putting in permanent ink on
598. 43:57my body for the rest of my life.
599. 43:59I didn't know what that was.
600. 44:03That's what he said.
601. 44:04He has a Nazi tattoo on his chest.
602. 44:06He would get inebriated and take his shirt off in bars before he ran for office.
603. 44:12Pound his chest and brag about the tattoo he has.
604. 44:14But that wasn't enough for the party that accuses everybody else of being Nazis.
605. 44:19You got to do who literally got a Nazi tattoo on his chest.
606. 44:22But they're saying this is our nominee for the US Senate.
607. 44:27And then you have the same party who try to make up sexual assault allegations about Brett
608. 44:33Kavanaugh.
609. 44:35But this dude literally has a line of former girlfriends and former staffers and all who
610. 44:40said, man, this guy is a sexual abuser.
611. 44:43And you had staffers who are literally resigning from his campaign because of his behavior in
612. 44:49the Democratic Party.
613. 44:50No, this is our man.
614. 44:51This is our guy.
615. 44:55And all this information was known.
616. 44:58They still rally around him.
617. 45:00It's like, you want this guy to be a senator like that bad?
618. 45:05But now, now that the primaries are over, now they're saying, you know what?
619. 45:10On second thought, we don't want him to be US Senator.
620. 45:17I could be wrong, but it seems like the Democrat party is not necessarily interested in voters
621. 45:25deciding who gets to be their nominee in Maine.
622. 45:29That's what it seems like to me.
623. 45:30If y'all had this information before the primary, what, and at a minimum, I think you owe it to
624. 45:34the public to explain why now you find these allegations would be credible enough to call
625. 45:40for a grand platinum to resign when you didn't think so before.
626. 45:47because y'all know I'm an equal opportunity truth teller. Let's
627. 45:50toggle on over to the GOP side of the aisle, shall we?
628. 45:54Well reports are that Mitch McConnell has been in the hospital
629. 45:57for over three weeks now. No one has spoken to him. He's missed
630. 46:01several critical votes in the US Senate. As I said before, it's
631. 46:05pretty obvious that Mr. Joseph Biden was unable to quit himself
632. 46:09to be the president. You know, if Mitch McConnell, he's 84 years
633. 46:12old and I'm not saying if you're 84 years old, you can't do the
634. 46:14job. But not all 84 year olds are alike. I know 83 84 year old
635. 46:18just as what it was. It was a 44 year old. But in this instance, Mitch McConnell has been hospitalized
636. 46:27since June and been in the hospital for three weeks. We got evidence of the EMS call that was made
637. 46:35and it was made from what's understood and known to be Mitch McConnell's residence in Washington,
638. 46:40D.C. and they said cardiac arrest didn't say Mitch McConnell's name. So I would be in the
639. 46:45assumption. I don't know for sure that the emergency call was made for Mitch McConnell,
640. 46:51but it was at his house. And now he's been in the hospital for three weeks, but we don't
641. 46:58know what caused his hospitalization. Can Mitch McConnell still do the job of a U.S. Senator?
642. 47:05I remember seeing him at a public event where he was completely befuddled, seemingly unable
643. 47:16to digest the question and answer a question publicly.
644. 47:21What's going on there?
645. 47:23And then, and then, and then this, this is, this has always been curious to me, meaning
646. 47:29his marriage to Elaine Chao, who was a former US ambassador, by the way.
647. 47:35But Mitch McConnell is hospitalized and Elaine Chao goes to China.
648. 47:41I don't understand that at all.
649. 47:44According to the report, she's meeting with Chinese vice president.
650. 47:47You see, I got old boy's name right here.
651. 47:55You got pictures with those who are in public.
652. 48:00Now if I'm wrong about this, I am more than willing to correct this.
653. 48:04But does that not look funny?
654. 48:05Why are you showing up in China?
655. 48:08Why your husband is in the hospital?
656. 48:13I just, man, this stuff stinks, man.
657. 48:17This stuff stinks.
658. 48:21And that's why there has to be a desire for truth.
659. 48:25That report today that there are several Republican Senate members who said they spoke into Mitch
660. 48:29McConnell.
661. 48:30He's doing fine.
662. 48:31He sounded strong.
663. 48:33Okay.
664. 48:34All right, I just think the United States of America, the citizens of our country and the
665. 48:40people he represents in Kentucky deserve better.
666. 48:43I understand HIPAA.
667. 48:44I don't think you need to give your entire medical history in public, but can you do
668. 48:51the job?
669. 48:55And then I ran out of time, but the preliminary hearing is underway and the trial concerning
670. 49:04the accused murderer of Charlie Kirk and the types of conspiracy and lies and things that
671. 49:15have been discussed about this case is just ridiculous.
672. 49:18I wanted to explain, I guess I'll explain, in some jurisdictions the probable cause determination
673. 49:24is not made by a grand jury for certain felony offenses that they have to go through what's
674. 49:28called a preliminary hearing for a court to make a decision concerning probable cause.
675. 49:32So this proceeding in Utah is not the trial of Tyler Robinson.
676. 49:37It's a probable cause hearing is what it is.
677. 49:42It's the presentation of evidence that will cause the court to say, yay or nay as to whether
678. 49:46or not Tyler Robinson must stand trial for this offense.
679. 49:53Now there's lots of evidence that have been presented.
680. 49:55Lord Will and I'll probably go through some of this evidence.
681. 49:58Much of the hearing has been televised.
682. 50:00So this is not secret, there've been portions of it,
683. 50:03like video of Charlie Kirk's murder that when,
684. 50:06you know, that have been not played for the public
685. 50:09consumed, but it was played in the courtroom.
686. 50:10But the bulk of the hearing has been televised.
687. 50:13And, you know, it's evidence.
688. 50:19That's why criminal cases are not tried on podcasts
689. 50:25or on social media.
690. 50:28There's this thing called a court of law,
691. 50:30where also taken and testimony is presented.
