  2. 0:03It simply reoccupies the space vacated by the light.
  3. 0:06This is the Hamilton Corner on American Family Radio.
  4. 0:11It should be uncomfortable for a believer to live as a hypocrite.
  5. 0:15Delivery people out of the bondage of mainstream media.
  6. 0:18And the philosophies of this world.
  7. 0:20God has called you and me to be his ambassador.
  8. 0:24Even in this dark moment.
  9. 0:26Let's not miss our moment.
  10. 0:28And now, the Hamilton Corner.
  11. 0:33Good evening, everybody.
  12. 0:34Welcome to the Hamilton Corner.
  13. 0:35My name is Abraham Hamilton, the third host of the program
  14. 0:39joined by the corner contingent right across from me,
  15. 0:41my man 100 grand Mr. Bobby.
  16. 0:43Rr-r-r-r-r-r-r outsized back with us ladies and gentlemen
  17. 0:47and in the screening room produced extraordinary
  18. 0:49often imitated, never duplicated the real.
  19. 0:53Jay McA is in the Screen Room ready to rock and roll
  20. 0:55with today's edition of the program I want you
  21. 0:59to know right now.
  22. 1:01As we have been going through various things
  23. 1:03we are going to open the phone lines in the final segment
  24. 1:06and some of you have been itching to get on the air
  25. 1:09where today is your day.
  26. 1:11I'll give the number now,
  27. 1:13because some of you waiting to jot it down it's eight eight eight five eight nine eight eight four zero that number is eight eight eight five eight nine eight eight four zero is not happening now but in the third segment we're going to open the phone lines and as we go throughout the show out explain what it is we want to have a conversation about now today all kinds of things are happening.
  28. 1:36Thomas Massey out in Kentucky having lost his primary race against the Trump supported
  29. 1:44former Navy SEAL.
  30. 1:47Galerin, was that how you pronounce his name?
  31. 1:51Galerin.
  32. 1:52Will Galerin?
  33. 1:53Or is it Ed?
  34. 1:54Ed Galerin, that's right.
  35. 1:57That follows Senator Bill Cassidy in the state of Louisiana lost his primary bid.
  36. 2:03You may recall Bill Cassidy voted to convict President Trump on his impeachment on the impeachment.
  37. 2:09Yeah, let's go.
  38. 2:11Now there's lots out.
  39. 2:12I can say about that.
  40. 2:13I'll say it later.
  41. 2:14I don't think that was the sole thing, but it was a major thing that led to it.
  42. 2:18But that was the first time within the last, what, almost 20 years or 14 years or that a
  43. 2:26Senate incumbent lost the primary.
  44. 2:31Thomas Massey's race was the most expensive
  45. 2:35congressional primary in the history of our country.
  46. 2:40What does that say for the direction of our nation?
  47. 2:42What do you think about the direction of our nation?
  48. 2:45We're also going to have a conversation,
  49. 2:46and I'll get to this in the second segment,
  50. 2:48because I couldn't shake the insanity
  51. 2:53that we discussed yesterday with Katie Turr
  52. 2:55and McKay Copens, there's name, Copens was his name.
  53. 3:00Copens was his name.
  54. 3:01So we're going to dig into that.
  55. 3:02And I want to get your reaction to that as well.
  56. 3:04I have a particular question I want to ask on that front.
  57. 3:06But before we get into any of those things,
  58. 3:10this is a program where we remind you daily,
  59. 3:11oh, don't let me forget to mention,
  60. 3:13by the way, Raoul Castro has been indicted.
  61. 3:17Did you see that?
  62. 3:18Oh, Raoul been indicted.
  63. 3:22I mean, what's going on?
  64. 3:23Ayatollah Khomeini's gone, Nicholas Maduro
  65. 3:28in the New York jail cell, jail cell.
  66. 3:32That's why some of them may be calling them Maduro Frito.
  67. 3:37No, Maduro Frio, excuse me, Frio.
  68. 3:40But before we get into any of that, this is a program where we remind you daily that what
  69. 3:45goes on in your house is far more important than what's going on in the White House.
  70. 3:52Not because the White House is unimportant, it is clearly important, but you and I have
  71. 3:57a task that we must see to and we do not have direct influence over what transpires through
  72. 4:051600 Pennsylvania Avenue. We don't nominate cabinet members. We don't nominate Supreme
  73. 4:10Court justices if they're vacancies. We certainly don't fly to China and meet with Xi Jinping,
  74. 4:18but we are responsible and we do set the tone for what happens in our own homes. We do engage
  75. 4:26in our own homes. And my encouragement to you is that you do so in the light of the life
  76. 4:30of God's holy word and recognize that you have the express privilege and opportunity to cultivate
  77. 4:38outcomes.
  78. 4:39That's why as many of you are transitioning right now, if not most of you from your part-time
  79. 4:43jobs, that's where you generate an income.
  80. 4:46But the full-time jobs, our full-time jobs, is to cultivate outcomes.
  81. 4:52That is what we want to be about.
  82. 4:54We must be about that.
  83. 4:56You know, I've said it before and I'll say it again.
  84. 4:57We look at our nation, we see things happening.
  85. 4:59people going haywire, they saw one of several videos, you have these children going to a
  86. 5:04high school graduation and they turn to high school graduation into a all out brawl.
  87. 5:08You got a rest warrants, people fleeing from the law because you have teenagers going berserk
  88. 5:16at a high school graduation, nonetheless.
  89. 5:18Which I always say, all of these young people come from someone's homes.
  90. 5:24It's easy to point the finger.
  91. 5:29But are we really, as we're pointing one finger externally, then we have three or four pointing
  92. 5:33right back at us?
  93. 5:35To the word of God we go,
  94. 5:36Colossians chapter one is when we begin the program today.
  95. 5:38And I pray that the Lord opens our eyes, man.
  96. 5:43Colossians chapter one, verses one through 10.
  97. 5:46Paul is writing his epistle to Colossae.
  98. 5:49You might recall on this text,
  99. 5:50it's going to remind you of that.
  100. 5:51Colossae is a city in Turkey,
  101. 5:55but the Lord birthed the church
  102. 5:56not through the Apostle Paul's primary evangelistic ministry.
  103. 6:00The initial evangelist in Colossae
  104. 6:01was a man by the name of Apatris.
  105. 6:04And Paphras as we understand it, traveled from Colossae to here, the Apostle Paul, minister,
  106. 6:09in Ephesus.
  107. 6:11And then the Lord opened the Paphras' heart in mind and eyes to regeneration to where he
  108. 6:17embraced saving faith in Christ Jesus and went back home to Colossae and proclaimed what
  109. 6:22he had received.
  110. 6:23And we'll read verses 1 through 10 in Colossians chapter 1.
  111. 6:26Paul, an apostle of Jesus Christ, by the will of God and Timothy our brother, to the saints
  112. 6:32and faithful brethren in Christ who are at Colossae, grace to you in peace from God our
  113. 6:37Father. We give thanks to God the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, praying always for you.
  114. 6:43Since we heard of your faith in Christ Jesus and the love which you have for all the saints,
  115. 6:50because of the hope laid up for you in heaven, of which you previously heard in the word of
  116. 6:54truth, the gospel, which has come to you just as in all the world, also it is constantly
  117. 7:00bearing fruit and increasing, even as it has been doing in you, also, since today you heard
  118. 7:06it, heard of it, and understood the grace of God and truth, just as you learned it from
  119. 7:11Ephaphorus, our beloved fellow bondservant who is a faithful servant of Christ on our
  120. 7:17behalf, and he also informed us of your love in the Spirit.
  121. 7:22For this reason also, since today we heard of it, we have not ceased to pray for you,
  122. 7:27and to ask that you may be filled with the knowledge of his will in all spiritual wisdom
  123. 7:34and understanding so that you will walk in a manner worthy of the Lord, to please him in
  124. 7:40all respects, bearing fruit in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God.
  125. 7:47I want you to note that the Apostle Paul expressed to the saints at Colossae that he and Timothy
  126. 7:53in his ministerial team, as it says in verse 9,
  127. 7:57since they heard of the Colossians faith,
  128. 8:00verse 9 notes that since they learned of it,
  129. 8:03they have not ceased praying for the saints of Colossae.
  130. 8:07Praying for what?
  131. 8:08Praying that they may be filled with the knowledge
  132. 8:11of the will of God, in all spiritual wisdom
  133. 8:15and understanding.
  134. 8:16I want you to note that that is an appropriate prayer area.
  135. 8:21area. It is appropriate for you and me to pray for ourselves, sure, but to pray for the
  136. 8:29body of Christ that the Lord's bride may be filled with the knowledge of the will of God
  137. 8:34in all spiritual wisdom and understanding. Guys, that's appropriate. Then Paul goes further
  138. 8:41and explains why. We're praying in this way why verse 10 tells us so that the Colossian
  139. 8:47believers will walk in a manner worthy of the Lord. In other words, he's praying in this
  140. 8:51way so that the Colossians believers lives will be affected by this answered prayer, that
  141. 8:58their lives will be impacted by God's answer to this prayer.
  142. 9:01So they will walk in a manner worthy of the Lord to please Him in all respects.
  143. 9:08This is one of the things that must be emphasized, guys, that Christ following impacts every
  144. 9:17the area of our lives.
  145. 9:19Being a disciple of the Lord Jesus Christ impacts every area of our lives.
  146. 9:26It is appropriate to pray that the believer made me feel with the knowledge of the will
  147. 9:30of God and all spiritual wisdom and understanding so that we may walk in a manner worthy of the
  148. 9:35Lord to please Him in all respects.
  149. 9:39In all respects, being a follower of the way of Messiah should impact the way that I interact
  150. 9:47with my wife.
  151. 9:48that I interact with my children. The way I go about doing my job, the way I go about
  152. 9:51running my business, the way I go about interacting with the stranger, the way I go about interacting
  153. 9:57with family members, the way I treat coworkers, it all must be governed by the Lordship of
  154. 10:02Christ. The way I steward my citizenship in the United States of America must be governed
  155. 10:07by the Lordship of Christ. We have to get out of this notion to where we kind of compartmentalize
  156. 10:15what it means to follow the Lord. Paul goes on to explain so that you were walking the
  157. 10:20man a word of the Lord to please him in all respects, bearing fruit in every good work
  158. 10:27and increasing in the knowledge of God.
  159. 10:30Guys, this is appropriate for us to pray and this is appropriate for us to pursue the decisions
  160. 10:37that I make concerning how we rear our children, the way we discipline our children must be
  161. 10:41submitted to the Lordship of Christ and govern by His holy word.
  162. 10:47I mean, enough is enough.
  163. 10:49You know, we live in a time where postmodernism and moral relativism is given away to living
  164. 10:54in a post-truth society, but can I be frank with you about something?
  165. 10:57It don't really matter what your opinion is about something that God says is abominable.
  166. 11:03Your opinion doesn't govern.
  167. 11:05It doesn't really matter what your opinion of the matter is.
  168. 11:09I know obviously as a human being and we all have opinions, but what's ultimately going
  169. 11:14to govern?
  170. 11:17That's the bottom line.
  171. 11:19We need to be also honest about the fact that if you are asserting an opinion, while
  172. 11:24Now, professing to be a believer, but your opinion completely violates in its contrary to what the scripture says,
  173. 11:29you are not obeying the Lord.
  174. 11:35Sure, there's some things that there's some area within.
  175. 11:40But there's a lot of stuff that really...
  176. 11:42It's really no gray area.
  177. 11:44You know, it's really not debatable whether or not the Lord says you should not covet.
  178. 11:52That's not really a debate.
  179. 11:54You should not steal. That's not really a debate.
  180. 11:56You should not murder. That's not really a debate.
  181. 11:57That's not a debatable phenomenon.
  182. 12:00It's not a debatable phenomenon.
  183. 12:02It's appropriate to pray in this way,
  184. 12:05because one of the things, and I know I've been kind of beating this drunk for quite some time,
  185. 12:09but I'm going to continue to beat this drunk,
  186. 12:11because we're living in a time period where deception is rife.
  187. 12:18The scriptural warning in the last days, evil men and seduces will wax worse and worse deceiving,
  188. 12:24and being deceived, guys, we're living in that time period.
  189. 12:27The prevalence of deception is rife.
  190. 12:30It's rife.
  191. 12:32You know, I'll never forget. And this is just one because it's now it's kind of old hat, but it's
  192. 12:41still kind of new at the same time because of the depth of the deception. You know, YouTube got mad
  193. 12:47when we had Dr. Christina Parks on who she literally dedicated her life to studying mRNA injections.
  194. 12:55She literally on this show explained all of this things on a sprite protein and all of these things
  195. 13:00and YouTube kicked me off the show, kicked me off YouTube. People's abus, spreading conspiracy
  196. 13:06theories. I'm saying conspiracy theories. I'm talking to a scientist. I'm not a scientist.
  197. 13:12I'm talking to a scientist about what she knows having studied this area. No, you can't talk about
  198. 13:18it. You can't talk about it. I shared on this show reading the documents when the United Nations
  199. 13:25explained that they knew that the whole physical distancing phenomenon and all the kind of stuff,
  200. 13:33the mass wearing they knew it didn't have the scientific efficacy that was being built about.
  201. 13:36But they said we did it because we wanted to see how readily the populations of the world would comply.
  202. 13:47I had people telling me, Abraham, you, you're the reason why people are suffering. And I was like,
  203. 13:56what are you talking about? When you had Mr. Ice Cream Man, this is a pandemic of the unvaccinated.
  204. 14:03When the data showed, not so much my friend, and I asked the question, how can you call something the vaccine if it doesn't prohibit transmission of the pathogen nor contraction of it?
  205. 14:19Why you going?
  206. 14:20But you saw how many people complied, and I'm just using that as an example.
  207. 14:26There's so many other examples that I could go to, but the purpose of this is to show man, God has made his spirit available to us and has granted us his holy order.
  208. 14:37and as granted us this holy word to evaluate everything.
  209. 14:41Evaluate everything.
  210. 14:42I'm not saying you need to be a know it all
  211. 14:44and that you're gonna be a 100% perfect
  212. 14:45on every single thing, but at a minimum, at a minimum,
  213. 14:50we should cling to the truth of God's word
  214. 14:52and evaluate everything else in light
  215. 14:54of what the scripture teaches.
  216. 15:01A discipleship minute with Joseph Parker.
  217. 15:04What should a pro-life church look like?
  218. 15:07It's a church that will prayerfully consider encouraging
  219. 15:09to volunteer at local pregnancy centers
  220. 15:12and to volunteer for other pro-life ministries.
  221. 15:17It's a church that would prayerfully consider
  222. 15:19supporting a baby closed closet with diapers, clothes,
  223. 15:23wipes, and other needed items.
  224. 15:26It's a church that will prayerfully consider
  225. 15:28becoming a sanctuary church.
  226. 15:30They will help moms who find themselves expecting a baby
  227. 15:33at a difficult time.
  228. 15:35They will come alongside a mother who feels all alone
  229. 15:38and walk with her through her time of pregnancy and beyond.
  230. 15:42It's a church that will learn about important
  231. 15:44pro-life outreach miniatures that are doing vital work
  232. 15:47to in legalized abortion in different ways.
  233. 15:50Am I really seeking to honor the Lord in doing
  234. 15:53what he would have me to do?
  235. 15:55As an individual disciple of Christ
  236. 15:58to help stand for life.
  237. 16:08Shiting life into the darkness,
  238. 16:10this is the Hamilton Corner, an American family radio.
  239. 16:15Welcome back to the Hamilton Corner, Abraham Hamilton, the third here.
  240. 16:19As I've been explaining to you this week and mentioning all throughout the week, June
  241. 16:244th through the 6th, we will be in Richmond, Virginia for the Home Educators
  242. 16:29Association of Virginia's 2026th convention.
  243. 16:32I will be speaking there several times, several workshops in Richmond, Virginia,
  244. 16:37if you're in the area area that also used to be home to Mr. Rosa, the state,
  245. 16:42I should say.
  246. 16:43He didn't like when I say that.
  247. 16:46Or in that area.
  248. 16:48We'd love to see you there.
  249. 16:49H-A-V dot O-R-G is the website where you would need to register.
  250. 16:54H-A-V dot O-R-G is the website where you would need to register.
  251. 16:58Then the very next week, June 11th through the 13th, we will be in Elizabethtown, Pennsylvania
  252. 17:05at the Christian Home Educators Home School Association of Pennsylvania's Convention,
  253. 17:112026 as well at Elizabethtown College.
  254. 17:15Looking forward to being there,
  255. 17:16we'll be broadcasting live from both locations
  256. 17:20during both of those conventions
  257. 17:22and being there coming up and being in Michigan last week
  258. 17:28and really just many of you guys know
  259. 17:30that my wife and I, we disciple our children
  260. 17:32from the home include which includes their education.
  261. 17:34That's the way that the Lord has led us
  262. 17:37from really the beginning.
  263. 17:38We started on this journey even before we had children as the Lord was pressing us in this direction.
  264. 17:44And thinking about that and listening to, you know, the absolutely ludicrous comments that Katie
  265. 17:53Tur made and even just anecdotally polling people when I asked you to do the same, not to poll people,
  266. 18:00but to think about how many people in your lives would share the same position that Katie Tur.
  267. 18:08had, how many people that do you know would share that same position to when, you know,
  268. 18:14speaker Mike Johnson is praying and he literally, literally says with the Declaration of Independence
  269. 18:21says concerning where the American people get our rights from.
  270. 18:24In fact, the all people being made an image of God that we have unalienable rights and
  271. 18:29she was bewildered that he would make such an assertion.
  272. 18:32And she had to be told by one of our show guests, well, it's not an entirely uncommon
  273. 18:37notion. Like, are you kidding me? Entirely uncommon. That's like the founding thesis for
  274. 18:45this country. And then I thought about it, you know, start about it some more. And I said
  275. 18:55this part, you know, Katie Tur has been schooled, which is why I often say that schooling is
  276. 19:01not synonymous with being educated. They're not the same thing. And, you know, some would
  277. 19:08tell what would quit you know a the problem is just that the government
  278. 19:11education system has failed to which I often reply I say well in order for you
  279. 19:16to assess whether or not something has succeeded or failed you have to know
  280. 19:19what the intention was from the very beginning and you know one of the
  281. 19:24presentations that I have done and I actually did this presentation Michigan
  282. 19:28was kind of walk through the history of government education dating back to
  283. 19:32Genesis under the government system with Horace Mann where you tried to import
  284. 19:38the Prussian system in the United States of America and how the objective was never to educate as we commonly understood,
  285. 19:45but it was to create compliance and a docile and obese and populous that really were all taught the same thing.
  286. 19:55And Horace Mann bristled at the idea that you could actually have children who learn differently.
  287. 20:01And I've said to people in person, I don't know if I ever said this on a radio,
  288. 20:06But someone asked me a question about standardized testing and I said, well, what actually is a
  289. 20:11standardized child?
  290. 20:13Does anybody have a standardized children?
  291. 20:15Like, what are we talking about here?
  292. 20:17How can you standardize a child who is individually made in the image of God and even reflected
  293. 20:22in the individualized fingerprint?
  294. 20:24There have been so many people in our country who have been intimidated and trained really
  295. 20:30not to strive to be all that God has made them to be because they've been told by the
  296. 20:35indoctrination system that they're not intelligent
  297. 20:38that they're not smart
  298. 20:39when the truth is all people made in god's image have all the capacity to god is
  299. 20:43created for every human being
  300. 20:45that we're all smart with a smart differently
  301. 20:47you have some people this is an example of contrast
  302. 20:51uh... you have some people who are kinesthetic learners what i mean by that
  303. 20:53is that in order for them
  304. 20:55to comprehend information and convey information after physically tangibly
  305. 20:58manipulate the stimuli
  306. 21:01you have other people there are linear learners like i have a i have a
  307. 21:05son like I just described, that's linear, give him a book, put him in the corner, he's fine.
  308. 21:09My oldest daughter, she's a kinesthetic learner, she has to physically engage with the material,
  309. 21:14both of them are equally intelligent.
  310. 21:16Some of you listening to me, you would say, man, the classroom being stuck in the room all
  311. 21:20day long is not for me, but give me a piece of wood, give me a saw, let me cut, I can learn
  312. 21:25geometry.
  313. 21:29What we have experienced, man, and we have good people of well intention who have invested
  314. 21:35their lives in this system who are trying their very best, but you cannot stick 30 people with
  315. 21:39different learning styles, different understanding capacities, different gifts, different talents,
  316. 21:44different abilities, say, now all of you be the same. What happens is that we teach to a mean
  317. 21:50and the mean only corresponds to the person who you can give a book is sticking the corner.
  318. 21:55And if you can memorize and recite after having been given a book and stuck in the corner, then
  319. 22:00our society says you're smart. But if you're the type of person that needs to physically engage
  320. 22:05with the material or the stimuli in order to grasp it and convey it, our system tells
  321. 22:09you, well, maybe you're not that smart.
  322. 22:14I've had people tell me, man, because I was a lifelong C student and D student, I never
  323. 22:19thought I was smart.
  324. 22:21I never thought I was intelligent.
  325. 22:22When the truth is, you're exceedingly intelligent.
  326. 22:28In law school, it's a running joke that the best law students become teachers, the C's law
  327. 22:33students become the most wealthy, the most successful practitioners.
  328. 22:36That's a common joke.
  329. 22:43And it just really, really bothers me, man.
  330. 22:50That our entire society is built and bent this way.
  331. 22:55And then I share this.
  332. 22:56This is a part, I've shared this on the show before, and I shared this in presentations
  333. 23:00before.
  334. 23:02And a Supreme Court case in 2022, before we retired, Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer
  335. 23:07said the quiet part outside, said the quiet part out loud, because all along we've been
  336. 23:12told, we've been sold in our country that, you know, our system of indoctrination is for
  337. 23:19reading, writing, and arithmetic, you know, that education is neutral, when there's no
  338. 23:25sustain is neutral.
  339. 23:26But Justice Breyer explained in the Carson versus making case, decided June 21, 2022,
  340. 23:31and this is in his dissent on page 12 of his dissent.
  341. 23:34He was explaining the rationale for continuously supporting
  342. 23:40a public, rest of them, we'll call them, screws,
  343. 23:44with tax dollars.
  344. 23:45And explain this is why we support public screws
  345. 23:49with tax dollars, he said this, quote,
  346. 23:51"'By contrast, public schools, including those in Maine,
  347. 23:54seek first and foremost to provide a primarily civic education.'
  348. 23:59We've said that in doing so,
  349. 24:00They comprise a most vital civic institution for the preservation of a democratic system
  350. 24:06of government and the primary vehicle for transmitting the values on which our society rests."
  351. 24:16All along the public marketing pitch has been, this is about a neutral pursuit of reading,
  352. 24:20writing, and arithmetic.
  353. 24:21When behind the scenes, they are saying, no, no, no, this is the primary vehicle for transmitting
  354. 24:27values upon which our society rests.
  355. 24:30Did you realize that?
  356. 24:34That this is in their view.
  357. 24:36And I'm talking about the architects behind the scenes
  358. 24:38and the supporters behind the scenes.
  359. 24:39They've never put this on a bumper sticker.
  360. 24:41When have you ever seen a bumper sticker that says,
  361. 24:44public school, values transmission entity.
  362. 24:47They never say that, but that's what it's been.
  363. 24:51What kind of values are being transmitted?
  364. 24:53Well, let's see.
  365. 24:54Let's see, the system excludes intentionally the knowledge
  366. 24:58of God.
  367. 25:00You cannot lawfully in the public indoctrination system
  368. 25:07discuss the truth of God's word,
  369. 25:09lay Christ at the foundation of all learning.
  370. 25:12So what values would be transmitted then?
  371. 25:14Oh, you know, maybe the type of values
  372. 25:16that lead Katie Turner to say,
  373. 25:20is Speaker Johnson trying to put God
  374. 25:22over the Declaration of Independence?
  375. 25:25You see what I'm saying?
  376. 25:28Guys, we didn't just arrive what we are.
  377. 25:30We've decided what are we into it.
  378. 25:31So one of the questions when we open the phone lines,
  379. 25:33I wanna ask is that when you recognize all of this things,
  380. 25:35these things you learn about the dad and the statistics.
  381. 25:39And you recognize we're living in the harvest of seed zone,
  382. 25:42at least over 100 and 150 years ago.
  383. 25:46What is keeping you, if anything,
  384. 25:49from making the decision to cultivate your children's mind
  385. 25:53from your homes?
  386. 25:55What may be keeping you from doing so?
  387. 25:57I'd like to hear from you on that point.
  388. 26:00What may be keeping you from doing so?
  389. 26:02How many more stories we have to go through
  390. 26:06all along over and over and over again that shows the systematic and
  391. 26:17intentional exclusion of the knowledge of God from the cultivation of the mind
  392. 26:21will inevitably result in a godless populace.
  393. 26:26That's just the truth.
  394. 26:30Now before we get to that, several things I want to just address one of them.
  395. 26:35I mentioned and I'll hit this one.
  396. 26:43I'll hit this one really quickly.
  397. 26:45Raul Castro has been indicted in Florida.
  398. 26:51Listen to him watch this brief report on it.
  399. 26:53Clip number five, go.
  400. 26:56Today, we are announcing an indictment
  401. 27:00charging Raul Castro and several others
  402. 27:04with conspiracy to kill U.S. nationals.
  403. 27:08Mr. Castro and the others are charged
  404. 27:11with additional crimes as well,
  405. 27:12including destruction of aircraft
  406. 27:14and four individual counts of murder.
  407. 27:19The indictment was returned by a grand jury
  408. 27:23sitting in this district in Miami on April 23rd,
  409. 27:272026 and was unsealed today.
  410. 27:31For nearly 30 years, 30 years,
  411. 27:34the families of four murdered Americans
  412. 27:38have waited for justice.
  413. 27:40My message today is clear.
  414. 27:44The United States and President Trump does not and will not forget its citizens."
  415. 27:54So that was acting Attorney General Todd Blanche announcing the unsealing of the indictment
  416. 28:01against Raul Castro, who was the former president of Cuba and Long Time Defense Minister, and
  417. 28:07he was indicted along with five co-defendants for conspiracy to kill U.S. nationals, destruction
  418. 28:12aircraft and four counts of murder in connection with the 1996 incident where Cuban jets were shot,
  419. 28:18Cuban jets shot down humanitarian fight flights of the Cuban exile group Brothers to the rescue.
  420. 28:25Some of you listening may be very familiar with Brothers to the rescue because that was a hot
  421. 28:29and heavy campaign for quite some time in the 90s but there has never been any federal indictments
  422. 28:35regarding it to date. Well, that has changed. The indictment occurred in April and was unsealed
  423. 28:44this week concerning Raoul Castro. Next, the thing that I mentioned, and this is one of Bobby's favorites,
  424. 28:53Thomas Massey. Thomas Massey lost his reelection bid in the GOP primary in Kentucky.
  425. 29:03Why you crazy? Oh, wow. I didn't do that. Bobby did that. I like Thomas Massey. Bobby doesn't like him.
  426. 29:10And I, I, there's a lot I can say about it, but I didn't say a lot during the primary. I don't tend to,
  427. 29:17to weigh in on GOP primaries, generally speaking. Um, he had become to President Trump, a thorn
  428. 29:25in his side, which I found this contrast interesting. Massey was a horrible person,
  429. 29:29but he had glowing things to say about using being in that interesting obviously two different
  430. 29:33conversations, but I just found that interesting.
  431. 29:36But I have a broader question.
  432. 29:38I want to share a little bit from Massey's concession speech,
  433. 29:40where his audience was quite fired up for him.
  434. 29:45But with Thomas Massey, you see the loss
  435. 29:48that Bill Cassidy had in Louisiana, which I am no fan of Bill
  436. 29:53Cassidy.
  437. 29:54And I really feel like to my home state brother,
  438. 29:58I'm like, what took you all so long?
  439. 30:00Kind of thing.
  440. 30:01like this dude should have been out a long time ago.
  441. 30:07But I believe this part of the problem
  442. 30:09when you recognize that, wait a minute.
  443. 30:11So you tell me that the whole thing with Senate incumbents
  444. 30:14that they will never lose, like this is the first time,
  445. 30:16and like, how long?
  446. 30:19That's a part of the problem that we're having.
  447. 30:22If you have people that can't pain one way,
  448. 30:25but govern another way, they should be ousted.
  449. 30:28That's why we have the democratic features
  450. 30:30of our Constitution Republic. But getting back to Congressman Thomas Massey now former,
  451. 30:36or soon to be former Congressman Thomas Massey was interesting because during his
  452. 30:42concession speech, he was saying or presenting to his audience the question rhetorically,
  453. 30:50what is God trying to show us in all of this? And the audience responded in a very, very interesting
  454. 30:56way listen to and watch clip number six, clip six, go.
  455. 31:01What happened tonight was God's will and we have to figure out what was the purpose of
  456. 31:08having the biggest fight ever, biggest fight ever.
  457. 31:12Why did it, why did it converge on one of 435 congressional seats right here in Kentucky?
  458. 31:21What was God's purpose?
  459. 31:22What is he showing us tonight?
  460. 31:24We're just getting started. I like that.
  461. 31:29What happens in 2028?
  462. 31:53You want? Oh, you want me to run for Congress again?
  463. 32:01I don't know what you're talking about.
  464. 32:07You made a compelling argument.
  465. 32:28You spoke your piece.
  466. 32:30Does that mean Thomas Massey wants to run for president?
  467. 32:34I don't think so. His supporters were very
  468. 32:37Riled up, but you know, I said clip,
  469. 32:40Massey completely poo poo the idea.
  470. 32:44But you have all kind of media say,
  471. 32:45Oh, Massey is saying he's going to run for president.
  472. 32:47That's not what he was saying.
  473. 32:49His supporters were saying they want him to run for president.
  474. 32:52I highly doubt that Thomas Massey were on for president in 2028.
  475. 32:57The Hamilton Quarter podcast and one-minute common terrors
  476. 33:10are available at aFR.net
  477. 33:12back to the Hamilton Quarter on American Family Radio.
  478. 33:17Welcome back to the Hamilton Corner, Abraham Hamilton the third here. Another
  479. 33:21development that transpired this week is while President Trump has stayed out of
  480. 33:27the President, I'm sorry, the primary race for the US Senate in the Republican Party
  481. 33:34in the state of Texas. He announced his endorsement this week as well, posting on
  482. 33:40True Social. President Trump has thrown his endorsement weight behind Texas's
  483. 33:46Attorney General Ken Paxton.
  484. 33:48Mm-hmm.
  485. 33:51This is against the incumbent GOP Senator John Cornyn, which presents the question, will John
  486. 34:00Cornyn be the next incumbent GOP Senator to lose, whereas President Trump's endorsement
  487. 34:09goes against conventional wisdom in terms of the GOP establishment because the establishment
  488. 34:18position has been that John Corbin had the best chance to beat James Lierico. I mean,
  489. 34:28Tallarico in the state of Texas. Yeah, I think I had it right the first time. If you recall,
  490. 34:33I did a show on James Tallarico who purports to be a minister of some sort, but who really lies
  491. 34:39about the text of scripture, who is exceedingly regressive.
  492. 34:47The Democrat Party sees this race as an opportunity to flip a seat in the state of Texas,
  493. 34:52which is why they're spending all kinds of money, but they did that with what was old boy's name?
  494. 34:59Beta? Beto.
  495. 35:01Bebe, Beetho, he tried to present himself as his name as if his name of Wobato, Obeito,
  496. 35:11O'Rourke, but you know, that didn't fare fare too well for him.
  497. 35:17But the in President Trump's endorsement of Ken Paxton occurs just a couple weeks before
  498. 35:23the May 26th runoff primary election.
  499. 35:29And then the general election will be in November.
  500. 35:34So that is another circumstance, a situation where President Trump has supported a challenger
  501. 35:43to the Republican incumbent.
  502. 35:45Thomas Massey was in the House of Representatives.
  503. 35:47Bill Cassidy was in the US Senate.
  504. 35:49John Cornyn is in the US Senate.
  505. 35:51And his endorsement, which was posted on true social pressure in Trump said this quote,
  506. 35:55Ken, let me go back to the beginning of it.
  507. 35:59Ken Paxton has my complete and total endorsement
  508. 36:02to be the next United States senator
  509. 36:03from the great state of Texas.
  510. 36:04Ken is a true MAGA warrior who has always delivered for Texas
  511. 36:08and will continue to do so in the United States Senate.
  512. 36:11Ken Paxton has gone through a lot,
  513. 36:12in many cases, very unfairly, but he is a fighter
  514. 36:16and knows how to win.
  515. 36:17Our country needs fighters and also loyalty
  516. 36:20to the cause of greatness."
  517. 36:21I think President Trump's last words are his most,
  518. 36:26Weighted portion to where loyalty seems to be the thing now.
  519. 36:30I think John Cornyn has not represented the interest of the state of Texas,
  520. 36:35as well as I believe Texans should have been represented,
  521. 36:39but it will be interested to see what happens there.
  522. 36:43Many will know that Ken Paxton has had lots of troubles recently,
  523. 36:48even in his personal life and things in his conduct of the office of the Attorney General while he all has.
  524. 36:55Attorney General while he also has had things that he's done that have been quite successful
  525. 37:02for the state, the latest of which being the establishment of the D transition of clinic
  526. 37:07in Texas Children's Hospital in Houston, Texas that we talked about this week.
  527. 37:11So it will be interesting and there's so much more I can say about all of this, but I'm just
  528. 37:15giving you kind of a helicopter view of all of this as it's transpiring.
  529. 37:23So the second part of the question, and this is where we're going to open the phone lines.
  530. 37:26Let me give the number again.
  531. 37:27And I'll give you two things I want to talk to you about.
  532. 37:30I've already described the first one, but the number to call is 888-589-8840.
  533. 37:37That number again is 888-589-8840.
  534. 37:39The first issue I'd like to discuss with you with all the things that are transpiring.
  535. 37:48I've talked to many people who say, you know, Abe, I want to, you know, disciple my children
  536. 37:52from the home, I want a home school,
  537. 37:54but I've just had this impediment.
  538. 37:56If you're willing to have the conversation with me,
  539. 37:58I'd like to invite you to share with us,
  540. 38:00in a few of our friends, if you want to do this,
  541. 38:04what is the thing that is holding you back?
  542. 38:08Some people have said, you know, it's financial strain.
  543. 38:10Some people have said, well, I don't feel like
  544. 38:13I'm qualified to do this.
  545. 38:14Some people have said that time is a challenge,
  546. 38:18whatever it is, if you're willing to have the conversation,
  547. 38:20I'd like to have it with you.
  548. 38:21What is it that may be holding you back?
  549. 38:24Because it is embarrassingly shameful
  550. 38:28to have Katie Turon national television to say that.
  551. 38:32She doesn't understand the passage that Mike Johnson,
  552. 38:38in which he, in her view,
  553. 38:40is he elevating God over the Declaration of Independence?
  554. 38:42And it's just, wow, the second issue,
  555. 38:46if you wanna discuss it, I'd like for you to do so,
  556. 38:48or welcome you to do so,
  557. 38:50is how do you feel the direction of the country is going?
  558. 38:57Are you comforted by it?
  559. 38:58Are you concerned about it?
  560. 39:01How do you feel about the direction of the country?
  561. 39:04Namely, one of the issues is obviously President Trump's term
  562. 39:09will conclude prior to 2028.
  563. 39:11And there are only only about two years left
  564. 39:13in President Trump's term.
  565. 39:15Do you think the country is put on a good footing
  566. 39:19for life after President Trump?
  567. 39:21or are you concerned about the direction of the country with life after President Trump?
  568. 39:26Those are the things I'd like to discuss with you.
  569. 39:27Again, the number to call is 888-589-8840.
  570. 39:33That number again is 888-589-8840.
  571. 39:39Those are the two areas.
  572. 39:40If you've been wanting to homeschool, but you've been hesitant, what has been the hesitation?
  573. 39:47The second area that I'd like to discuss with you is how do you feel about the country's
  574. 39:52direction, especially for the years following President Trump's term. Are you concerned about
  575. 39:58it? You think we're on a good footing? Where are you? What would you like to say? 888-589-8840
  576. 40:04is the number. As the call is coming in. I see we have some calling already. I want to mention
  577. 40:09this just as we saw in the state of Virginia, the efforts to illegally redistribute the state of
  578. 40:16of Virginia where there was a 6-5 balance of congressional districts with Republican
  579. 40:24districts versus Democrat districts.
  580. 40:27Governor Abraham B. and Fitch signed the law to try to flip that to where it would be
  581. 40:3410 to 1 to favor the Democrats.
  582. 40:36And then you saw that led to both the state Supreme Court of Virginia saying, not so fast,
  583. 40:43my friend. And then at the exact same time at the United States Supreme Court in the state
  584. 40:50of Louisiana versus Calais, where the state of Louisiana's congressional maps were brought
  585. 40:55before the court. And the court radically, I won't say radically, but the court changed
  586. 41:00the approach to the Voter Rights Act section two particularly to say that skin shade cannot
  587. 41:09be the predominant factor in drawing congressional districts.
  588. 41:13So that led to a massive redistricting effort largely led by Republican states thereafter,
  589. 41:19Tennessee, one of the first to make their adjustments.
  590. 41:21Well, the same thing happened in Georgia, but as it applies to Supreme Court, districts
  591. 41:27in Georgia, they vote for the Supreme Court, but it ultimately did not pan.
  592. 41:33But to the phone lines we go, we'll start in Oklahoma where Scott is on the line.
  593. 41:38Scott, thank you for calling the Hamilton Corner.
  594. 41:40Welcome to the program.
  595. 41:41What is it that you want to respond to, Scott?
  596. 41:46Well, I just wanted to talk about where I believe that the country was headed after Trump.
  597. 41:53I'm not optimistic, I guess you could say.
  598. 41:58I'm a Bible bumper.
  599. 42:02And we can't really know exactly what prophecy states are.
  600. 42:07We know what's coming.
  601. 42:08We don't know exactly know how it's going to look.
  602. 42:10know that things are going to happen but here we are on the knife's edge. I moved my family
  603. 42:16away from the city. We live out 32 acres. I'm 100% disabled vet. We I don't have any faith
  604. 42:24in our justice system. I don't have any faith in our politicians. I think 435 of them need
  605. 42:31resign. Another hundred need to resign and let's start over. I did get in trouble for saying
  606. 42:38a few other things that I'm not going to say it's here.
  607. 42:41But it's either we take our country back or it's gone.
  608. 42:47Scott, thank you for your call in your comments first.
  609. 42:50Let me say, especially as we're approaching the observation of Memorial Day.
  610. 42:56Thank you for your service to our country.
  611. 43:00When you say 435 needed resign and you're not very optimistic in being on the knife's
  612. 43:05I know there are others who share that sentiment.
  613. 43:08I think in a lot of ways there have been an accumulation of things that have transpired
  614. 43:15that have no pun intended but fundamentally transformed the way our nation functions,
  615. 43:24to where the 435-year reference have effectively forfeited their operation and their function,
  616. 43:33And they have reduced the role of Congress members
  617. 43:38to nothing more than campaigning for election
  618. 43:43and campaigning for reelection.
  619. 43:44And in the process, pursuing self-emrenchment
  620. 43:48at the expense of the American populace.
  621. 43:49Now, I do not think that it's everybody.
  622. 43:52I think that there are some good people in the swamp,
  623. 43:56but there's two things.
  624. 43:57One, there's a significant minority of good people.
  625. 43:59And two, the swamp is far more swampy
  626. 44:02and I think any people want to truly, truly, truly acknowledge.
  627. 44:08But Scott, thank you for your call and your comments,
  628. 44:10and I pray for you and man, 32 acres.
  629. 44:13I have the feeling that people shouldn't try to run up on Scott
  630. 44:18without announcing their intention on the front end,
  631. 44:20if y'all get my drift.
  632. 44:22All right, back to the phone lines.
  633. 44:24We go, we'll go next to Missouri where Dennis is on the line.
  634. 44:31Dennis, thank you for calling the Hamilton corner.
  635. 44:33Welcome to the program.
  636. 44:35Thank you, Sarah.
  637. 44:36You've got a good program, my life,
  638. 44:37you listen to you regularly,
  639. 44:39like really like through commentary.
  640. 44:42My, I'm a disabled vet room retard, maybe.
  641. 44:46And I think our country needs,
  642. 44:50everybody needs to stop and look at the situation.
  643. 44:54They stand with God, examine themselves,
  644. 44:57repent of their sins and ask the Lord back into their lives.
  645. 45:01Our country has to do that,
  646. 45:03and start praying for who we're gonna put in office
  647. 45:07because that's our responsibility.
  648. 45:10Right now it's it stands.
  649. 45:12I'm not gonna say I'm not optimistic.
  650. 45:15I'm just kind of holding my thought on the matter
  651. 45:19because we've got a lot of work to do.
  652. 45:21There are a lot of good people in our country
  653. 45:23who care about the country.
  654. 45:24But we just need to be on our knees
  655. 45:27before the Lord pranks for our nation and its leaders.
  656. 45:30Dennis, thank you for your call and your comments.
  657. 45:33in your comments. So well said. Also, thank you for your service to our nation and your encouragement
  658. 45:41and admonition, frankly, for us to be on our knees before the Lord is one that I don't think
  659. 45:46can be stated often enough. Next we go to Virginia, to where John is on the line. John, thank you
  660. 45:52for calling the Hamilton Corner. Welcome to the program.
  661. 45:54Good afternoon. Thank you for taking my call. I wanted to give a call just to make reference
  662. 46:00to research that is still ongoing to promote industry-led skills of ownership for secondary
  663. 46:07students.
  664. 46:08We just started in Switzerland actually 30 years ago, when after working up the Arctic
  665. 46:14Circle with NASA on the North Morning Program, I was working alongside Canadian radiations
  666. 46:22that had to do as much about electronics as I did.
  667. 46:24I had 200 graduate degrees.
  668. 46:25I asked one of the guys, how did you do that?
  669. 46:27He said apprenticeship, eh?
  670. 46:29So, long story short, once it's been lived there three years,
  671. 46:32it stole their apprenticeship system and brought it back here.
  672. 46:36The point of this is that I'm working with captains of industry now,
  673. 46:40who came to me and they want to do and run around the government school system
  674. 46:46since the doors somewhat seem to remain close in my view, in my perspective.
  675. 46:52But I'm very hopeful as a devout Christian.
  676. 46:56I know who controls this world.
  677. 47:00I know the outcome is going to be positive or said, I'd be
  678. 47:04free to complete all good works that have begun.
  679. 47:07So thank you for all you do.
  680. 47:09You're a light in the darkness and very uplifting to listen to.
  681. 47:13John, thank you for your call in your comments and even your willingness to
  682. 47:17take what you've learned on the apprentice your front and bring it back home.
  683. 47:20And this is something that used to be normalized in our nation, where you had
  684. 47:24apprenticeships that were established in our country.
  685. 47:28And these are things that can be done again if we will do them again.
  686. 47:31It's one of those areas where I would say living locally has to be what is
  687. 47:35advocated for because there are lots of people, John referred to captains of
  688. 47:39industry. There are lots of people who even in your small business context where
  689. 47:43you can invite others to participate in an apprenticeship.
  690. 47:47And frankly, an apprenticeship can really be an occupational and skill set
  691. 47:52development component of a discipleship investment.
  692. 47:57So thank you to all of the callers,
  693. 47:58and with some who called, that we couldn't get to,
  694. 48:00but Lord willing, we'll try to do so.
  695. 48:02And in the future, but these are things
  696. 48:05that are worth pondering.
  697. 48:06And one of the things that I endeavor to live,
  698. 48:08instead of being someone that just complains about
  699. 48:10and despises the darkness, why not put the light
  700. 48:14on the lamp state?
  701. 48:16God calls us not to this secular notion of successfulness,
  702. 48:21But the Lord calls us to faithfulness, what is for us required of a servant that he be
  703. 48:27found faithful.
  704. 48:28You are a great evening.
