  1. 0:00In Isaiah chapter 44 verse 3, God says,
  2. 0:04For I will pour water on the thirsty land and streams on the dry ground.
  3. 0:08I will pour out my spirit on your offspring and my blessings on your descendants.
  4. 0:13It's Sharathon on American Family Radio.
  5. 0:16Help us rejoice in God's promise to pour out His Spirit.
  6. 0:20Call now and partner with AFR at 877-616-2396.
  7. 0:26That's 877-616-2396.
  8. 0:31Or give online at aFR.net.
  9. 0:34Just like so.
  10. 0:50Good evening, everyone.
  11. 0:51Welcome to day one of the Spring 2025
  12. 0:55Shareathon edition of The Hamilton Corner.
  13. 0:58My name is Abraham Hamilton III.
  14. 1:00I am the host of this program joined by the corner
  15. 1:02contingent right across from me.
  16. 1:04Shareathon, Bobby.
  17. 1:05Bobby, and in the screening room, produce extraordinary often imitated never duplicated
  18. 1:11the real J. Mac.
  19. 1:13Ladies and gentlemen, we are ready to rock and roll with today's share of addition of the
  20. 1:19program.
  21. 1:20I want to make sure I give this number often and early so you can have the number readily
  22. 1:25available to you.
  23. 1:26number is 877-616-2396. That number again is 877-616-2396. That is the number that you
  24. 1:39can use to call ShareThon Central to make your pledge, to make your gift, to communicate your
  25. 1:45material support for the work that we are doing here at American Family Radio and the
  26. 1:51American Family Association. One of the things that I enjoy in being here is that we don't
  27. 1:57have any contracts with big corporate sponsors. We don't have, you know, any big pharma ads
  28. 2:03that brought to you by Pfizer, you know, you take the shot, your toe might fall off, your
  29. 2:08left toe nail might fall out, your eye socket making swollen, and you might lose the usage
  30. 2:12of your elbow. However, all things will be, you don't have none of that here. And the reason
  31. 2:15why we don't have that is because our covenant is vertical with the Lord God Almighty.
  32. 2:21first and foremost and secondarily directly with you horizontal.
  33. 2:25Now when you take a vertical bar and a horizontal bar, what does that make?
  34. 2:28That makes a cross.
  35. 2:31Look, obviously it makes a T.
  36. 2:33Stay with me now, old boy told me.
  37. 2:36So 877-616-2396 is the number to call for those of you who are comfortable with conducting
  38. 2:45transactions of this sort online, you can go to aFR.net, our secure website for these purposes,
  39. 2:52We're on our website generally, but we have a particular
  40. 2:55Sharethon page available for you where you can do your work online
  41. 3:01eight, seven, seven, six, one, six, two, three, nine, six is the number.
  42. 3:04Or you can give securely online at a fr.net at this very moment.
  43. 3:09Many of you, if not most of you are making your transition from your part
  44. 3:13time jobs, where you generate an income to your full time jobs, where
  45. 3:19you cultivate an outcome outcome.
  46. 3:20Cultivation is our full time jobs.
  47. 3:22Here's a perfect description for that, right?
  48. 3:25Your help and support provides a main line to allow us to continue to do the work that we
  49. 3:34do here through American Family Radio.
  50. 3:36The material resources that God provides for you are just that.
  51. 3:40Material resources.
  52. 3:41They're not synonymous with your identity.
  53. 3:43They're not synonymous with the central focus of your life.
  54. 3:45They are a resource that God affords you to do your full-time job, which is outcome cultivation.
  55. 3:51The same thing applies to us.
  56. 3:53So as you are making your transition from your part time jobs, generating your revenue to your
  57. 3:58full time jobs, I want to remind you that even when we're in the midst of, you know, trade
  58. 4:04talks, tariff or not to tariff, what goes on in your house is still more important than
  59. 4:09what goes on in the White House.
  60. 4:11One of the primary reasons for that is you are directly accountable to God for what is
  61. 4:16in your jurisdiction.
  62. 4:17I am directly accountable to God, but what is directly within my jurisdiction.
  63. 4:22So as you're making your transition, endeavor with all your ability to make sure that your
  64. 4:30home is a sanctuary for the presence of God, to where our children learn the ways of the
  65. 4:36Lord through us and from us.
  66. 4:37And our children learn how to pray because they see daddy praying.
  67. 4:40Our children learn how to pray because they see mommy praying.
  68. 4:43Our children know what it's like to have lives of devotion and commitment to the Lord because
  69. 4:46they've seen it.
  70. 4:48of the amazing things that happens when our children see authentic Christ following, it develops
  71. 4:52their discernment capacity to where they're able to say, I know, that's not real.
  72. 4:56Because I've seen authentic Christ following my father.
  73. 4:58I've seen authentic Christ following my mother.
  74. 5:01I've seen authentic Christ following my grandfather.
  75. 5:03I've seen authentic Christ following my grandmother.
  76. 5:05At age in the bolstering and the development of discernment, 8, 7, 7, 6, 1, 6, 2, 3, 9, 6
  77. 5:14is the number two call.
  78. 5:1687616-626-2396. No. 87616-2396 is the number to call Sheraton Central attendees are staring
  79. 5:26by standing by to hear your voice, to hear your calling and having walked by there earlier
  80. 5:31today. I know even a lot more is going on there than just feeling calls. I've heard
  81. 5:35Sheraton Central praying happening, conversing happening, mutual encouragement, transpiring,
  82. 5:41877-616-2396 is the number to call or you can give securely online at aFR.net.
  83. 5:47One verse stood out to me as I was preparing for today's show.
  84. 5:50Acts 13 verse 36. This comes to us as, excuse me, the Apostle Paul and Barnabas were in
  85. 6:01Piscity and Antioch. And on the Sabbath, they attended synagogue as was their custom.
  86. 6:08You know, Barnabas was a Levite, right?
  87. 6:11He was a Levite.
  88. 6:13Barnabas was not actually his real name, that's his nickname.
  89. 6:16His character and conduct earned him the nickname Barnabas,
  90. 6:19which means son of encouragement.
  91. 6:22You know, the Apostle Paul was a rabbi and also a Pharisee.
  92. 6:27And they attended synagogue on the Sabbath day.
  93. 6:31Upon arriving in the synagogue, the priests did their normal custom
  94. 6:37read from the scroll, but then invited Paul. And brethren, if you have anything to share,
  95. 6:43welcome Paul to share to which Paul responded by Proclaiming, providing one of the most robust
  96. 6:50gospel presentations, including a historical analysis and apologetics all in one time. You have that
  97. 6:58presented in the synagogue. You can contrast it with what Paul does in Act 17 before the Stoic
  98. 7:05and they procuring philosophers on Mars Hill, two different audiences notice how Paul weaves
  99. 7:09the gospel in both circumstances. But then he comes to this one point making a reference to a point
  100. 7:16in history to which all who were in the synagogue would have been able to bear witness to as he was
  101. 7:21ultimately pointed to Christ, but he made this statement about David and Acts chapter 13 verse
  102. 7:2736 in which he says, for David after he had served the purpose of God in his own generation,
  103. 7:33fell asleep and was laid with his fathers and saw corruption.
  104. 7:40The Apostle Paul used that historical fact to communicate from the truth of the Psalms that
  105. 7:50Yeshua, the Messiah, is superior, supreme to David.
  106. 7:55But even in making that gospel appeal based on this historical fact, he observed for David
  107. 8:00had served the purposes of God in his generation.
  108. 8:06That is the deepest desire of my heart for myself and for my children and for all the
  109. 8:11Lord's broad that we would serve the Lord's purpose in our own generation.
  110. 8:17God by His divine providence, by His divine sovereignty, His divine assignment has assigned
  111. 8:26you and I to this day, to this age, to this generation.
  112. 8:31It's very easy to allow the things that surround us to consume us and to distract us.
  113. 8:39But I have one simple encouragement for you today, brothers and sisters, that you set your
  114. 8:45course to serve the purposes of God in your generation.
  115. 8:47There are lots of other things.
  116. 8:51I know we have ambition, we have life goals, all of these things, all of those things are
  117. 8:55important.
  118. 8:56They are necessary.
  119. 8:58But if our ambition is not submitted to the Lordship of Christ, who are we truly serving?
  120. 9:05The unfortunate reality is that many people profess to be Christ followers, but they really
  121. 9:08want Christ to follow them.
  122. 9:10They want the Lord to serve their purposes instead of being the opposite we are in.
  123. 9:14I would simply humbly suggest that we flip that approach, that we endeavor to serve the
  124. 9:20Lord's purposes in our town.
  125. 9:23That includes how we use the time He gives us, how we use the resources He places in our
  126. 9:26hands, how we navigate ourselves in the relationships that we have.
  127. 9:30aspect of our life is guided, guarded, and governed by the
  128. 9:36Lordship of Christ, all of Christ, for all of life. That is my
  129. 9:40challenge or my encouragement for you today. 8776162396 is the
  130. 9:47number to call. Let me say that more slowly. 877 6162396 is the
  131. 9:56number to call, or you can give securely online. The stewardship
  132. 10:03of our resources is a part of us serving God's purposes in our time.
  133. 10:08You know, I was on during Sherathon, I come on at four o'clock.
  134. 10:10So I'm on two hours doing Sherathon and some of y'all are saying, if he could do
  135. 10:14two hours doing Sherathon, I know what y'all are doing.
  136. 10:20But it was talking about the fact that God is a generational God and we had
  137. 10:24listener testimonies and even Pastor Bert was on with me and he talked about how,
  138. 10:27I mean, I was just so moved by his testimony that he learned that his
  139. 10:30grandmother had prayed that the Lord would raise up ministers of the gospel from her
  140. 10:37children and grandchildren. And then here he is as a pastor. You know, there was a
  141. 10:44young lady who gave a testimony that she'd been listening to AFR since she was five
  142. 10:47years old. You can never, you should not, you said this way, we should not underestimate
  143. 10:58what God does with our faithfulness. Some of you have, you know, saved, you're
  144. 11:04on a very thin budget, yet you say, you know what, I'm going to give this $5,
  145. 11:08just $30, just $20, it's $100 that I have, because I want to make sure AFR is available.
  146. 11:15You know, I had no idea that the Lord would allow me to be on the radio, let alone,
  147. 11:19let alone this long.
  148. 11:21I've had the opportunity to have people say, you know, Abe, I've been listening to you
  149. 11:24since I was this age.
  150. 11:26That's amazing to me.
  151. 11:29And this is one of the things that's available to us to fight against the tide of
  152. 11:33Frankly Satanism
  153. 11:38That's prevalent in our society
  154. 11:40There was a testimony that came on in the previous hour where a man said he was introduced a FR through his mother
  155. 11:48And at one point his mother he asked his mother she wanted him to turn a FR off and his mother said no
  156. 11:54F. R. Is air purifier
  157. 11:59That's amazing to consider eight seven seven six one six two three nine six is the number to call
  158. 12:10877-616-2396 is the number to call or you can give securely online at aFR.net.
  159. 12:20That is aFR.net.
  160. 12:22We are going to endeavor to weave as we navigate Sharethon in with some of the things that are
  161. 12:29transpiring all around our country.
  162. 12:32I want to reflect throughout the show on Acts 1336 that we might serve the purposes of
  163. 12:38God in our generation.
  164. 12:40And I ask myself this often, we have these conversations in my local church often.
  165. 12:45Man, what else are we living for?
  166. 12:48What else are we living for?
  167. 12:51Some of us are caring for loved ones.
  168. 12:53Man, I am right there with you.
  169. 12:55I'm right there with you.
  170. 13:00We might serve the purposes of God in our generation.
  171. 13:03If our dials are not set on living for eternity and living from eternity, notice I said both,
  172. 13:12living for eternity and living from eternity.
  173. 13:16We are very, very likely undercutting what is available to us.
  174. 13:24Very likely.
  175. 13:25876162396 is the number to call your gift may very well be not may it will be a contribution
  176. 13:36to keeping a far available for subsequent generations.
  177. 13:41I believe that is a laudable investment.
  178. 13:45877-616-2396-877616-2396 or you can make your gift, you can provide your support securely

  189. 14:52hands. It's quite snazzy, 877-616-2396.
  190. 15:02After crossing the Jordan River into the Promised Land, God instructed the children of Israel
  191. 15:07to take stones from the river and make a memorial. When their future children would say, what
  192. 15:13What do these stones mean?
  193. 15:14The parents would recount the Lord's deliverance of Israel from slavery and Israel's arrival
  194. 15:19in the promised land.
  195. 15:21In each of our lives, there are events that ought to be remembered.
  196. 15:25Events where the Lord moved and delivered us.
  197. 15:27Whether we use stones, photos, or special celebrations, it matters only that we take time
  198. 15:33to remember what the Lord has done and pass that testimony on to future generations.
  199. 15:39It's 1977.
  200. 15:41The American Family Association has been informing, equipping, and activating individuals to strengthen
  201. 15:46the moral foundations of America.
  202. 15:49The Lord has given us many victories over the years that laid the foundation for our work
  203. 15:54today and into the future.

  205. 15:58It's Sheraton on American Family Radio.
  206. 16:03Help us rejoice in God's promise to pour out His Spirit.
  207. 16:07Now at 877-616-2396 or give online at aFR.net.
  208. 16:14And thank you for partnering with AFR during Chiritha.
  209. 16:18Jesus, you can have it all. Won't you pour your spirit?
  210. 16:22Jesus, you can have it all. Man, I'm telling you, I once was blind, but now I see.
  211. 16:35The fact of the matter is when you have been captured by the resurrected King of glory,
  212. 16:40or you transition away from merely giving offerings to becoming the offering.
  213. 16:44To where your life declares, that song just said, Jesus, you can have it all.
  214. 16:50You can have it all.
  215. 16:53Welcome back to day one of the spring 2025, share, Thorne.
  216. 16:56Addition of the Hamilton Corner, 877-616-239-6 is the number to call 877-616-239-6 is the
  217. 17:07number to call.
  218. 17:09In addition to making your gift, I would encourage you, and I know you all are doing
  219. 17:12this, but I would encourage you to make an additional effort to share AFR with your friends, family,
  220. 17:18and loved ones.
  221. 17:19There's so many people that are really captured by the deception that is prevalent in our age
  222. 17:27because they're addicted to information sources that frankly are, are, are, are, are, are
  223. 17:33I just, you know, I just, we can try to play nice and say what it does.
  224. 17:38They're people who have a vested interest in deceiving the American populace.
  225. 17:42I mean, do I even need to go into, I had this story of my stack yesterday.
  226. 17:47But the New York Times offered it to me a copa.
  227. 17:49Us saying, Oh my God, like Gee, Willikers, well, you hate to, we hate to say it.
  228. 17:54It seems that, it seems that Hunter Biden was operating as a, as a, as a foreign asset, you
  229. 18:01know, aiding, aiding, aiding other nations during his time in the White House.
  230. 18:05We, we had this letter from 2014 that shows Hunter Biden while he's on the board at Baryzma
  231. 18:14using his position as the son of the vice president to communicate with the president of Italy
  232. 18:24about gaining favorable contracts for Baryzma, which was a Ukrainian gas company.
  233. 18:31Now, have you been listening to the Hamilton corner and you've been listening to the AFR
  234. 18:35Nothing about Hunter Biden operating on behalf of foreign nations is going to be a surprise
  235. 18:41to you.
  236. 18:42Oh, but the New York Times in the year by Lord 2025 has finally come to the place to realize
  237. 18:48golly G willikers, Bob.
  238. 18:50It looks like Hunter Biden was a foreign asset.
  239. 18:54Now that wouldn't be a whole big deal except for, you know, I don't know, you had this thing
  240. 18:59called special counsel Bob Mueller, the Department of Justice, literally using the foreign, the
  241. 19:06to the FARA Act to prosecute Trump administration officials
  242. 19:12to search Rudy Giuliani's home.
  243. 19:16You literally had the intentional ceiling protection
  244. 19:21of Hunter Biden away from the very thing you're using
  245. 19:23to prosecute other people.
  246. 19:26Influenced peddling much?
  247. 19:30I mean, we actually have a physical letter
  248. 19:32that Hunter Biden wrote.
  249. 19:35And literally explaining, yeah,
  250. 19:36that there's some people from the Italian government
  251. 19:38I'm gonna meet on Air Force too
  252. 19:39when I'm traveling with my dad.
  253. 19:42Listen to Letter Bob, we'll meet these officials on Air Force 2, which is an official U.S. government
  254. 19:48plane because it contains the vice president at the time, Joe Biden.
  255. 19:53Oh, that's probably why when you saw Hunter Biden's pardon, it went back to what wouldn't
  256. 19:59go back.
  257. 20:00Oh, he was 11 years, wasn't it?
  258. 20:03Kind of going all the way back to the time when Mr. Joseph Robinette was the vice president.
  259. 20:08Isn't that something?
  260. 20:10eight seven seven six one six two three nine six is the number of call eight seven seven
  261. 20:16six one six two three nine six is the number of call to make your share a thaw and contribution
  262. 20:22eight seven seven six one six two three nine six is that number or you can give securely
  263. 20:28online at a F R dot net that is the number to call you have a question uh-huh at the exact
  264. 20:39same time period. It covers the time period. Bobby asked, isn't that the same time when Joe Biden
  265. 20:44was holding a billion dollar loan guarantee? Which by the way, you know what that loan guarantee came
  266. 20:48from, right? USAID. It was a USAID loan guarantee. But saying to Ukraine, you won't get this billion
  267. 20:55dollars unless you file a fire to prosecutor. The prosecutor who was at the time investigating
  268. 20:59barisma on the company upon which his son sat on the board. Uh huh. Yet the New York times couldn't
  269. 21:05couldn't wasn't trying to put any dots together until now, you see, until now.
  270. 21:11You know, the New York Times story said this quote, Hunter Biden sought assistance from the U.S.
  271. 21:15government for a potentially lucrative energy project in Italy while his father was vice president,
  272. 21:21according to newly released records and interviews. The records, which the Biden administration had
  273. 21:25withheld for years indicate that Hunter Biden wrote at least one letter to the U.S. Ambassador to Italy
  274. 21:31in 2016 seeking assistance for the Ukrainian gas company,
  275. 21:36but reason why he was a board member.
  276. 21:40Guys, this is clear evidence of him being what our law
  277. 21:46were described as a foreign agent, which requires foreign agent registration,
  278. 21:52which is the same statute that was used.
  279. 21:57I'm going to pull it up.
  280. 21:57I'm going to tell it to prosecute Trump administration members.
  281. 22:08Mm hmm.
  282. 22:10I already told you it was used to get secured to search warrant against Rudy Giuliani.
  283. 22:17It was used to convict Paul Manafort.
  284. 22:20Remember him?

  286. 22:23The statute that was used was the FARA Act.

  292. 23:01The New York Times continued finally.
  293. 23:03Now, this is in 2025, y'all.
  294. 23:06Writing quote, in the previously unpublished June 2016 letter on Burisma letterhead to
  295. 23:10the U.S. ambassador to Italy, Mr. Biden requested, quote,
  296. 23:13support and guidance, end quote, in arranging a meeting with an
  297. 23:16Italian official to resolve regulatory hurdles to the geothermal
  298. 23:19energy projects Burisma was pursuing in the Tuscany region.
  299. 23:23The letter requested help arranging a meeting between Burisma
  300. 23:25officials and Enrico Rossi, the president of the Tuscany regional
  301. 23:29government at the time to introduce geothermal projects led by
  302. 23:33Burisma group to highlight their social and economic benefits for
  303. 23:36local communities and develop a common action plan that would lead
  304. 23:39to further development of the Tuscany region.
  305. 23:42The New York Times continues quote,
  306. 23:43the letter references a trip on which Hunter Biden,
  307. 23:46as was his pattern, used official travel with his father
  308. 23:49to make these business connections.
  309. 23:50The letter mentions meeting a key ambassador on Air Force II
  310. 23:53as he seeks assistance for his client, Burisma.
  311. 23:57Stop me when you are surprised.
  312. 23:59Cue my shocked face.

  318. 24:21welcome to the part of New York Times,
  319. 24:22and I'm gonna tell you what they're doing.
  320. 24:24What's everything New York Times is doing?
  321. 24:25You think they're invested in the American people
  322. 24:27having truth and infra, no.
  323. 24:30They're trying to cover themselves.
  324. 24:32They wanna be able to say,
  325. 24:33see, we published a story on Hunter Biden's foreign advocacy.
  326. 24:39They leave out.
  327. 24:40We published a story in 2025.
  328. 24:45The same folks that kept the Hunter Biden laptop away from publication during the 2020
  329. 24:49election are the same folks now.
  330. 24:52They wanted to paint Hunter as his lovable drug addict.
  331. 24:57Not this vapid ravenous hustler who uses connection to his father to peddle influence so he
  332. 25:06could have is crack rock infused prostitution engagements. It's not just one, it's all of it.
  333. 25:15877-616-2396 is the number to call it. This is day one of Sheraton for those who are new to
  334. 25:23AFR or new to the Hamilton Corner. We do this twice a year, three days in the spring, three days in the
  335. 25:30fall where we make our appeals directly to you because one of the things that we enjoy at American
  336. 25:35family radio is being independent. We don't have any corporate overlords. The only boss we are
  337. 25:43accountable to is the Lord and our supporters because our commitment is directly to you.
  338. 25:50And in spite of social media's efforts to cancel us, this is why we started our own streaming service.
  339. 25:58We have our own network by God's grace. The Lord gave Brother Don while I'm in the vision
  340. 26:02to have direct access to the American people through media without a corporate
  341. 26:09funnel to mute, edit what is said and by God's grace it has grown into what it is
  342. 26:16now the American Family Radio Network. So that is what you are supporting when you
  343. 26:19call 877616-2396877-6162396 is the number to call or you can give securely online
  344. 26:29at AFR.net at his AFR.net. The number one more time is 8776162396. Well, today the White
  345. 26:42House, not the White House, the US Supreme Court, they had the stove on, the burners were
  346. 26:49hot, they had to pan on, they had butter in the pan because they was cooking today. It
  347. 26:55was some cooking going on today. So, you remember that district court judge in Washington, DC
  348. 27:00So Boseburg, Boseburg got a nice little, you know what, is we go to the family reunion,
  349. 27:07you have the, oh, you got so big Johnny, but you still Pat John in the head to let Johnny
  350. 27:11know, but you still a child.
  351. 27:14That's what the Supreme Court did to Boseburg today.
  352. 27:15Oh, Judge Boseburg, really cute.
  353. 27:18Look at him.
  354. 27:19He still got so big these days.
  355. 27:20Oh, yeah, but let alone let the smooth taste fool you.
  356. 27:24There is a court and there is a Supreme court.
  357. 27:27That's what they did.
  358. 27:28I didn't say this, y'all.
  359. 27:29I'm just translating what they said.
  360. 27:32I didn't do it.
  361. 27:34That's what they said.
  362. 27:36Well, the US Supreme Court informed Judge Boseburg and the nation that Judge Boseburg,
  363. 27:41you don't have the authority to tell President Trump to turn a plane around, sir.
  364. 27:46The Alien Enemies Act can be utilized to transport illegal aliens to foreign nation.
  365. 27:56Now to get down into the legalese a little bit, which I found interesting, the US Supreme
  366. 28:04Court simply said, okay, illegal aliens, they have a right to judicial review and due process
  367. 28:14of law.
  368. 28:16However, they don't have the lawful authority to challenge the alien enemies removal act.
  369. 28:22And by the way, whatever challenge they would offer would have to come by way of a writ of
  370. 28:26habeas corpus.
  371. 28:28Slatted phrase, it just means to the body or send the body.
  372. 28:32It's an appeal to say that I'm unjustly unlawfully being
  373. 28:35detained.
  374. 28:37And by the way, and now this is where this ruling is important,
  375. 28:39not just for the immediate impact of saying Judge Boseburg,
  376. 28:43two semas, one down, I'll have a seat, my man.
  377. 28:47But the court said that habeas petitions
  378. 28:51have to originate where the applicant or the petitioner
  379. 28:56is being confined or detained.
  380. 28:59And in this instance, the complainants were detained in Texas.
  381. 29:05So the proper venue for their claim is in Texas.
  382. 29:10Now let me tell you why that's important.
  383. 29:12This is one of the first shots across the bow to say,
  384. 29:17this forum shopping where you look for your favorite
  385. 29:20regressive justice in Washington, DC,
  386. 29:24that's coming to an end right now.
  387. 29:26Because if you want to bring a claim like this,
  388. 29:27you have to bring it where the person
  389. 29:29is actually physically detained.
  390. 29:30In this instance, it's in Texas,
  391. 29:32which would have subjected them
  392. 29:33to the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals,
  393. 29:35not to the D.C. Circuit.
  394. 29:37So this could very well be an indication
  395. 29:40that the Supreme Court is ready to say,
  396. 29:42uh-huh, this whole practice of looking
  397. 29:44for your favorite regressive,
  398. 29:45discord judge that is gonna sit in their one courtroom
  399. 29:47and yet issue policy for the whole nation,
  400. 29:50we're gonna put it into that right about now.
  401. 29:52Now, on another note, which is quite curious,
  402. 29:55The decision was a five for decision.
  403. 29:59So Justice Amy Coney Barrett joined
  404. 30:03Justice Katajibrown Jackson,
  405. 30:05Justice is Katajibrown Jackson,
  406. 30:06Elena Kagan and Sonia Sotomayor
  407. 30:09to make this just a five to four decision.
  408. 30:14Now Amy Coney Barrett joined only a portion
  409. 30:17of Justice Sonia Sotomayor's dissent,
  410. 30:19but she was a part of the four that were in a minority.
  411. 30:24I'm just letting y'all know.
  412. 30:27What's going on Justice Amy Coney Barrett?
  413. 30:32And you can get down into the legal ease of a lot of different things.
  414. 30:35But that's basically what it came down to, where some were trying to say, well,
  415. 30:40you guys who are acting like detainees don't have any rights.
  416. 30:45Do which the majority says, we're saying they have rights, but
  417. 30:47they're limited to the habeas corpus.
  418. 30:49And if it's a habeas corpus action that was going to take place,
  419. 30:52what'd you do in Falunette and DC?
  420. 30:55Y'all was in Kansas, y'all was in custody in Texas.
  421. 30:59So get your boots and your hat song.
  422. 31:01And we gonna have a cotton-eye Joe down and where did they come from?
  423. 31:11Where did you go?
  424. 31:12You know what I'm saying?
  425. 31:13So that happened.

  427. 31:21That is the number to reach Sherathon Central where you can make your gift 877-616-239-6

  433. 31:54Please support your local church first.
  434. 31:56Your local church should come first.
  435. 31:59But as God has enabled you and you have the wherewithal, we appreciate you coming alongside
  436. 32:04that's supporting us materially as well.

  438. 32:10or you can give securely online at aFR.net.
  439. 32:14That is AFR.net.
  440. 32:19Now I told you guys, the Supreme Court was cooking.
  441. 32:23Did I mention yet?
  442. 32:24No, I didn't mention this yet.
  443. 32:26You remember there was, well, you may not remember.
  444. 32:28Let me explain it.
  445. 32:29There was a district court judge in San Francisco.
  446. 32:31Another individual, United States District Court judge,
  447. 32:35because you have this notion called forum shopping
  448. 32:37when people file lawsuits, they wanna find a venue
  449. 32:39that's most favorably disposed of themselves.
  450. 32:42And you had these nonprofit organizations
  451. 32:47that filed a lawsuit that temporarily,
  452. 32:53but they filed a lawsuit to invalidate
  453. 32:55President Trump's plan to buy out federal employees
  454. 32:58or those who refuse to come back and work in person,
  455. 33:01you accept the buyout or you be terminated.
  456. 33:04Well, there are 16,000 employees
  457. 33:06that had been terminated as a result of what the Trump
  458. 33:10administration had implemented across six different agencies.
  459. 33:13Well, a nonprofit organization was among plaintiffs
  460. 33:16who sued to say President Trump can't fire him,
  461. 33:19just to cut right to the chase.
  462. 33:20And the seven to two decision, the United States Supreme
  463. 33:23Court said, y'all can't stop President Trump's plan
  464. 33:25to fire these people?
  465. 33:27Because these nonprofit groups, you don't have a dog
  466. 33:30in a fight, you don't have standing to challenge this.
  467. 33:34Now, I'm not saying that the individual employees
  468. 33:37don't have standing but you nonprofit groups who are the ones to whom the San Francisco judge
  469. 33:41said, yeah, we're going to put a pause on President Trump's terminations. The U.S. Supreme Court said,
  470. 33:46mmm, Medan Ting So, Medan Ting So, we're going to go far with this right now. And that's what the
  471. 33:55court ruled today. I told you the court was cooking today. And they were cooking, you're listening to
  472. 33:59the Hamilton Corner, spring 2025, shirt on edition 877-616-239-6 is the number to call.
  473. 34:07Hi, I'm Bert Harper, co-host of Exploring the Word.
  474. 34:15During times of difficulty, we need hope.
  475. 34:18Real hope comes to a personal relationship with God through Jesus Christ.
  476. 34:23AFR is dedicated to sharing Jesus on every program.
  477. 34:27Whether it is Exploring the Word, Today's Issues, the Hamilton Corner,
  478. 34:32or any other program, we make much of Jesus.
  479. 34:36You're in this, you're in this, you can make much of Jesus,
  480. 34:40not making your contribution.
  481. 34:42Together, we shall share the hope that is in Jesus Christ.
  482. 34:51Sharethon continues on American Family Radio,
  483. 34:54and we rejoice in God's promise to pour out His Spirit.
  484. 34:57Call now at 877-616-2396, or give online at aFR.net.
  485. 35:05And thank you for partnering with AFR during Sharethon.
  486. 35:09Welcome back to day one of the spring 2025
  487. 35:17Share-a-thon edition of the Hamilton Corner.
  488. 35:18We're already in the last segment, man.
  489. 35:20This time is flying by.
  490. 35:22I want to be clear about something that I mentioned
  491. 35:24about the San Francisco judge, his temporary pause
  492. 35:30on President Trump's termination of federal employees.
  493. 35:35Because what they're seeking is to say,
  494. 35:36no Trump, you can't fire these people.
  495. 35:38That's what they're trying to say.
  496. 35:40And so the, the pause on the implementation of determination would have been a temporary
  497. 35:46thing.
  498. 35:47They had not reached the case on its merits.
  499. 35:48But what the Supreme Court ruled today is that in this temporary status that the district
  500. 35:53court in San Francisco does not have the lawful authority to pause it because the people who
  501. 35:57asked for the pause did not have standing to require that pause.

  517. 37:32One of the things that I enjoy doing Shareathon is we're
  518. 37:34able to hear testimony from listeners all over the country
  519. 37:38who support the work of AFR who tune into the programming.
  520. 37:42And I want to share one of those listener testimonies with you
  521. 37:45now.
  522. 37:45Let's listen to one of the testimonies.
  523. 37:48Go, Bobby.
  524. 37:50I've been listening to American Family Radio since around 1997.
  525. 37:55I have enjoyed it so much.
  526. 37:57Every morning I turn on my radio and listen to AFR.
  527. 38:01I last with JJ and John.
  528. 38:03I love to hear about their families.
  529. 38:06When I'm walking outside, I have my AFR app
  530. 38:09and I've listened to it three or four times a day outside.
  531. 38:15Sometimes when I have trouble sleeping,
  532. 38:17I turn my radio on and AFR keeps me company during the night.
  533. 38:21So I'm so thankful to Don Wahlman,
  534. 38:23what he started and so thankful that his family
  535. 38:26is continuing his legacy.
  536. 38:28I'm praying for blessings for AFR for all of your employees and thank you so much for
  537. 38:37everything that you have helped me go through and just thankful that God has seen to bless
  538. 38:46you as he has and continue to do that.
  539. 38:52Wow, since 1997, she's been tuning in.
  540. 38:56It's amazing, amazing to consider.
  541. 38:59877-616-239-6 is the number, is the number to call to support AFR during the Sharethon 877-616-239-6
  542. 39:11is the number or you can give securely online by going to AFR.net.
  543. 39:17That is AFR.net.

  549. 39:40Person will continue to share the Sharethon until Thursday.
  550. 39:42So it will be today, tomorrow and Thursday.
  551. 39:46We'll conclude the spring share on on Thursday 8, 7, 7, 6, 1, 6, 2, 3, 9, 6 is the number to call 8, 7, 7, 6, 1, 6, 2, 3, 9, 6.
  552. 39:59All right.
  553. 40:01I want to address very briefly this notion.
  554. 40:03I saw there was a little bit of kerfuffle concerning Elon Musk's departure from the Department of Government Efficiency.
  555. 40:12And you have not surprising.
  556. 40:13You have the talking state media.
  557. 40:15You have Gerbil Zink working over time to say, oh, there's a rift between Elon Musk and
  558. 40:21Trump.
  559. 40:22And you know, grown folks can have disagreements, whatever that may be.
  560. 40:27But efforts to read into Elon Musk announcing that he will be leaving, doge, aren't just
  561. 40:32completely overblown.
  562. 40:34Why is that?
  563. 40:35Because when Elon must be gan, he began as what's called a special government employee,
  564. 40:41which means a person who can play a role in serving the government who is not being paid.
  565. 40:45Okay, the law only allows them to do so for 130 days.
  566. 40:50Okay, so Elon Musk is slated to end his term
  567. 40:56as the head of Doge as of May 30th.
  568. 41:01All right, that's 130 days after President Trump's inauguration.
  569. 41:05There's nothing more and nothing less to see here with that guy.
  570. 41:09That's it.
  571. 41:10That's just the bottom line.
  572. 41:12Our law only allows you to volunteer
  573. 41:14and an official capacity for 130 days at a time.
  574. 41:18And one of the major things that's not going to change
  575. 41:20is that Elon Musk made sure that his army of dozers
  576. 41:25were put into place.
  577. 41:26And many people thought it would just be like 20-somethings
  578. 41:29in their basement with their laptops,
  579. 41:31and you only were able to find out,
  580. 41:32oh, snap, you're talking about
  581. 41:34oh, billionaires in their own right.
  582. 41:37You know, company owners in their own rights
  583. 41:39who are taking time away from their own companies
  584. 41:42to serve our nation through doge.
  585. 41:44like the gentleman who I played his clip,
  586. 41:48Andres Gracias, who showed how illegal aliens
  587. 41:53were given instant social security numbers
  588. 41:55without interviews.
  589. 41:58A lot of people didn't know this guy was a Democrat.
  590. 42:02And he said, if I didn't see this on my own two eyes,
  591. 42:04I never would have believed it.
  592. 42:08These guys, the team, the Doge team is already in place.
  593. 42:13So all that's going to happen,
  594. 42:14as Elon Musk will no longer be the figurehead.
  595. 42:16Now, here's one of the things that I would say is a benefit.
  596. 42:22Elon Musk is a high profile figure.
  597. 42:24One of the main rules from Saul Alinsky's rules for radicals, and if you read the book
  598. 42:28in which Saul Alinsky gives an over-the-thru acknowledgement to Satan or who he looses for
  599. 42:34the first radical, you want to isolate and demonize your political opponent.
  600. 42:40It's easier to do that with someone as high profile as Elon Musk.
  601. 42:46lot harder to do with Andres Gracias and, you know, Steven Shepard and these folks, I say
  602. 42:52their names. No one knows who they are. They're able to more quietly go forward and getting
  603. 42:57the job done. So those who want to try to be messy and try to say, Oh, Elon Musk is leaving
  604. 43:03those. That's evidence of a rift between Trump and Elon Musk. It's just, that's just mess.
  605. 43:08Now, I'm not saying they can't have a rift. They can't have disagreements on other points,
  606. 43:12to use his Elon Musk stepping down from those as evidence evidence, it's just ignorance.
  607. 43:19All special government employees can only be in their rules for 130 days. That's it. That's
  608. 43:24it. 877-616 is the number to call 877-616 is the number to call to make your contribution
  609. 43:35to the spring 2025, Sharethon 877-616-239-6 is the number to call or you can give securely
  610. 43:44online at aFR.net. While we have time, I want to get into one more listener testimony,
  611. 43:52just to just share with you some of the things we get to hear about in terms of how AFR is
  612. 43:58impacting people at home. Go. Kevin Brazil Long Beach, I just wanted to
  613. 44:03call and give a voice of thanks just to let you know that it hadn't been so long ago,
  614. 44:11I was feeling really down, really pointless, hopeless,
  615. 44:14looked forward to nothing.
  616. 44:17And I'm not going to commit suicide or anything like that.
  617. 44:21I had made a covenant with the Lord for that,
  618. 44:23that I would never do that.
  619. 44:24But I still just had trouble being interested in anything.
  620. 44:29And the only thing that I looked forward to was for radio,
  621. 44:36because I could always get some inspiration, some direction,
  622. 44:41some guidance and I know the father was at work and I appreciate you more than you can imagine.
  623. 44:53Wow when I hear testimonies like that it is sobering, it's humbling, you know, it, wow.
  624. 45:08But God's grace, man, we want to be this type of resource for our country.
  625. 45:14And when you support us during Chirathon, that's what you're a part of, guys. That is what you're
  626. 45:18part of 87616-239-6 is the number to call. I mean, his brother said the only thing he would
  627. 45:24look forward to. Over the years, it's amazing just to see how a community has sprung during
  628. 45:33this show, just having commentators and I've known some folks to get together in real life.
  629. 45:38Real friendships have developed through this. And this really is, it gives you a down payment
  630. 45:45so to speak a little little little sampling of what we'll get to enjoy and
  631. 45:49turn it. Wow. 877-616-2396 is the number to call. 877-616-2396. Thank you to one of the commentators. Let me give a shout out.
  632. 46:03L.A. L.A. helped me. I mispronounced Mr. Gracias' name is Antonio Gracias. I'm sorry for that mispronunciation. Thank you for that correction.
  633. 46:13I greatly appreciate that Antonio Gracias.
  634. 46:18He's one of several different billionaires
  635. 46:22and company owners that are working as a part of Doge
  636. 46:26because they view this literally as an opportunity
  637. 46:29to serve our country.
  638. 46:31That's amazing.
  639. 46:33877-616-239-6 is the number to call 877-616-2396.
  640. 46:44Amazing seeing like the courts act in the way that they acted today and even
  641. 46:50The case where they you know padded Judge Boseberg on the head
  642. 46:56Reading the dissents and the concurring opinions, you know, Justice Kavanaugh wrote a concurring opinion
  643. 47:04And what she says, you know quote the only question is where that you did outside the beginning
  644. 47:09He says quote I agree with the courts procuring opinion
  645. 47:11Importantly, as the court stresses the court's disagreement with the dissenters is not over
  646. 47:16whether the detainees received judicial review of their transfers.
  647. 47:21All nine members of the court agree that judicial review is available.
  648. 47:25The only question is where that judicial review should occur.
  649. 47:28That venue question turns on whether these transfer claims belong in habeas corpus proceedings
  650. 47:33or instead may be brought under the Administrative Procedure Act.
  651. 47:36I agree with the court's analysis that the claims must be brought in habeas corpus.
  652. 47:42quote is not it's not it's not a it's not a big deal man it's not hard if we don't want
  653. 47:49it to be hard it's only hard if you want to make it hard only hard hard if you want to
  654. 47:55make it hard 877 616 239 6 is the number the call we have about five and a half minutes
