0:00Darkness is not an affirmative force.
0:03It simply reoccupies the space vacated by the light.
0:07This is the Hamilton Corner on American Family Radio.
0:11It should be uncomfortable for a believer to live as a hypocrite.
0:15Delivery people out of the bondage of mainstream media.
0:18And the philosophies of this world.
0:20God has called you and me to be his ambassador.
0:24Even in this dark moment.
0:26Let's not miss our moment.
0:28And now the Hamilton Corner.
0:31Good evening, everyone.
0:35Welcome to the Hamilton Corner.
0:37My name is Abraham Hamilton.
0:38The third joined by the corner contingent.
0:43Oh, by the way, I'm the host of this program.
0:45We never know one day, Jay Mac might be sitting here.
0:49It's to that he says, not on your lifespan, sir.
0:54Heh heh heh heh.
0:57Right across from me, seated as is his custom.
1:01My man a hundred grand. Mister Bobby.
1:04And in the screening room.
1:07Produced extraordinaire often imitated but never successfully duplicated the Rio J.
1:14Mac.
1:15Ladies and gentlemen we are ready to rock and roll with today's edition of the program.
1:21So much so much so much is going on.
1:26At this very moment many of you if not most of you are making your transition from your
1:30part-time jobs where you generate an income to your full-time jobs where you cultivate an outcome and as you do so I want to remind you
1:38To make your move with intentionality
1:40Recognizing the primacy that God places on the family
1:44setting your course as far as it pertains to you
1:50That you are committed to
1:52Exalting the king of kings and the Lord of lords in your life first and foremost
1:56And secondarily through your life, starting right in your own homes, we will never be able to out
2:02politic, outvote out church deficiencies that abound in the home. The first line of engagement
2:11is right in our homes. We shape the hearts and minds of subsequent generations of our
2:17fellow citizens right in the home more important than our temporal citizenry is our eternal abode.
2:30We have the opportunity to impact that reality starting right in our own homes. So when you
2:37consider this, remember what goes on in your house, what goes on in your home is far more
2:45important than what goes on in the White House for far too long. And this has not been
2:50an individual effort. This has been unfortunately the generational reality in America for at
2:56least the last two generations that what we are experiencing socially is the product of
3:04what we have shaped in our homes by affirmative engagement or by negligence. But this be a day
3:11that we reverse that trend and recognize that the home is the first outpost for faceliness.
3:18It's not exclusive, but it is primary for us.
3:21Please do not sacrifice your homes in an effort to win the world.
3:26Please.
3:27Please don't know everything that's going on with Doge, and you don't even know what internet
3:33websites your children are perusing.
3:37Please don't tell me all of the details about defunding the Department of Education and dismantling
3:43it, and you have no idea what your children are learning.
3:48And when I say learning and I'm not limited to the classroom,
3:50I'm not limiting it to the classroom.
3:53All right, I don't say this, be condemning,
3:55I say this to aid us in calibrating ourselves appropriate.
3:59And if a recalibration is in order,
4:01then let us recalibrate ourselves appropriately.
4:04And as every joint supplies, as every joint supplies,
4:08we will be able to enjoy what God has for us
4:11in terms of faithfulness and faithfully serving Him
4:14in His harvest field.
4:16To the Word of God we go.
4:17Acts chapter four, so we're gonna begin the program today.
4:19Acts chapter four, and I'm gonna set this conversation up
4:23because this contextually, this is early on
4:26in the life of the New Testament church.
4:30In Acts chapter three, the scripture records,
4:34Dr. Luke is recording for us in the book of Acts
4:36that Peter and John were on their way to the temple
4:40at the hour of prayer, about the ninth hour of the day,
4:45close to about 3 p.m. local time, and they encountered a man
4:49the scripture records that had been had had been lame from birth.
4:55The description of him as a man lame from birth gives us the
4:58indication that the man exceeded 40 years old. And by God's grace,
5:02the Lord moved through Peter to heal this man. So when gold have I
5:06none, that which I have taken your bed and walked that ended up
5:11setting a stage where the gospel was proclaimed through Peter
5:15John and it caught the attention of the Sanhedrin.
5:20All right.
5:22They were ultimately arrested.
5:23All right.
5:24And this is the same council that consented to Jesus's execution.
5:32And this is a very, very important point, a very, very important point to consider.
5:37All right.
5:38So you have the disciples shortly after Jesus's resurrection and ascension, relatively speaking,
5:45You know, Jesus spent 40 days post resurrection providing many convincing proofs.
5:49You know, the Apostle Paul records more than 500 people saw him resurrected Jesus.
5:54That is at one time, most of whom is still alive at the time the Apostle Paul was appending
5:59his letter to the Corinthians, 1 Corinthians, in chapter 15.
6:03And so when Peter and John are arrested and called before the Sanhedrin, you could see how
6:12Wow, this is a big deal that we have going on here.
6:19They recognize that a notable miracle had been performed
6:23and that many people were coming to faith in Christ.
6:26And the thing that annoyed the Sanhedrin
6:28is that Peter and John was proclaiming
6:32that there's only one name under heaven
6:33by which men must be saved.
6:34And it's the name of, and this is that they thought about it.
6:38Oh boy, who just was crucified.
6:42So it was trouble for them.
6:44But when they saw the crowds growing the scripture notes
6:46that at this stage in the history of the church,
6:49over 5,000 men had come to faith.
6:51So you go off from 120 in the upper room,
6:53in Acts chapter two, then the, you know,
6:563,001 day on the day of Pentecost,
6:59who came to faith in Christ Jesus.
7:00And then you have at this juncture over 5,000 men,
7:04they didn't count, they weren't counting women
7:05and children at that juncture.
7:07So the body of Christ at that stage exceeds 10,000 people,
7:10most likely.
7:13And Peter is the one who serves as a spokesperson,
7:16and the scripture says, filled with the Spirit of God,
7:19He begins to address the Sanhedrin.
7:23This is all in chapter four.
7:26This is if you guys are calling us before you
7:30because of a kindness displayed to a sick man,
7:36a lame man, what is your problem?
7:39So the Sanhedrin reason within themselves,
7:42we can't deny that a notable miracle has been performed.
7:45This is what they said, because look,
7:47evidence is right there, exhibit eight.
7:48Dude, who everybody knows is sitting down there big
7:50and is now standing.
7:53What are we gonna do about that?
7:54So they concluded, well, we'll just command them
7:57that they can no longer speak in the name of this Jesus.
8:02And so we're gonna pick up there in Acts 4,
8:06right at about verse 23,
8:11because verse 21 says that after the Sanhedrin concluded
8:16that they would command Peter and John to no longer speak
8:19or teach or preach in the name of Jesus.
8:21It says they further threatened them.
8:23So at this juncture, it wasn't even physical beatings yet.
8:29They further threatened them.
8:31So after Peter gave this profound,
8:33Holy Spirit inspired witness before the Sanhedrin,
8:37look at what happens next, verse 23, Acts chapter four,
8:39verse 23.
8:40And I'm gonna read all the way to verse 30.
8:43When they were released, they, Peter and John,
8:47went to their friends and reported what the chief priests
8:49the elders that said to them.
8:51And when they, the friends, heard it, they lifted their voices together to God and said,
8:59Sovereign Lord, who made the heaven and the earth and the sea and everything in them, who
9:06through the mouth of our Father David, your servant said by the Holy Spirit, why did the
9:10Gentiles rage and the people's plot in vain?
9:14The kings of the earth set themselves and the rulers were gathered together against
9:18the Lord and his anointed.
9:19siding from Psalm 2, continuing verse 27,
9:23for truly in this city, there were gathered together
9:28against your holy servant, Jesus whom you anointed,
9:31both Herod and Pontius Pilate, along with the Gentiles
9:34and the peoples of Israel, to do whatever your hand
9:41in your council had determined before to take place,
9:45verse 29, and now Lord, look upon their threats
9:50and grant to your servants to continue to speak your word
9:55with all boldness while you stretch out your hand to heal.
9:59And signs and wonders are performed
10:02through the name of your holy servant, Jesus.
10:06Now why am I pointing this portion of scripture out to you?
10:09I want you to consider the reality
10:11of what we just read through.
10:13You have Peter and John, apostles of the Lord Jesus Christ
10:17executing his commission,
10:18doing what he commanded them to do. Obeying Jesus in that fashion, result, resulted in them
10:24being arrested and presented before the exact same counsel that led to Jesus' ultimate execution.
10:32In the face of that unjust arrest and persecution, the Spirit of God moves Peter,
10:40and John is with him, to declare unflinchingly flat foot, ten toes down, square shoulder,
10:47to say, listen, you consider whether it's better for us to obey men or to obey God.
10:56I mean, you could feel Peter saying that with his whole entire chest, right?
11:00But in the very next scene, you see them going to their friends and they cry out to the Lord
11:08together. And I'm going to tell you, it's clear from the scripture.
11:13I want to say it better. The scriptures indicated that even though they had that Holy Ghost-inspired
11:19Proclamation before the Sanhedrin immediately following that,
11:23receiving threats from the same source that led to Jesus'
11:30execution, Peter and John at this juncture, they got scared.
11:34You want to know how I know they got scared?
11:36Look at verse 29 again.
11:39And now Lord, look upon their threats and grant to your servants
11:44to continue to speak your word with all boldness.
11:49They ask God to give them continual boldness.
11:53Why do they ask God for continual boldness?
11:55Because those threats hit them in a peculiar way.
11:59Those threats hit them kind in the same way,
12:01it probably would have hit you.
12:04If you saw somebody, just get their heads chopped off
12:07for the faith that you are not proclaiming.
12:10The reason why I am saying this is that every single one of us,
12:16there is not one among us who is above having a circumstance
12:20when we get stung that life stings us in a particular fashion.
12:24Something happens and whoa, we're like,
12:26whoa, you know, we're rocking and rolling, we're going,
12:29we're blowing and going and something happens.
12:30They're like, whoa, you know, you're moving forward,
12:35pressing forward in the faith in someone who,
12:38who was a colaborer and then they fall by the way start.
12:41Oh, well, something happens and now, now, oh,
12:47like this really could impact me.
12:50But I want you to notice that Peter and John didn't stay at the place
12:54when they were stung.
12:57They were stung, no stretch stung them.
12:59But they didn't stop at being stung.
13:01I know this is such profound rhetorical quality right now.
13:05They didn't stop against stung.
13:08They brought their stung state to the Lord.
13:11Lord, help us!
13:13We know we were bold!
13:16Last thing, but Lord, would you help us to continue to be bold now?
13:20I know we were faithful in that previous engagement,
13:23but Lord, would you help us to be faithful now?
13:27We know we were telling the truth then.
13:30But Lord, we recognize that the truth-telling has consequences.
13:34But Lord, would you help us to be faithful
13:36when I'm saying brothers and sisters that we're not here
13:38because every one of us will face it.
13:40You're rocking and rolling life hits you in a particular way.
13:42Boom, there's a temptation to wanna fold up,
13:49to wanna pick up Pack of your Ten and I'm saying, don't do it.
13:52I'm saying, bring that to the Lord.
13:55You know, you like Rocky, when you're bleeding,
13:59Bring that bloody eye to the Lord.
14:00Lord, stitch me up Lord.
14:05Give me boldness to continue pressing forward.
14:08And what began at this place where mere threats
14:11were able to sting Peter and John,
14:13you watched them as they continued their lives.
14:15That by the end, Peter became a martyr for the faith.
14:22John, they tried to kill him, but the boy in an oil
14:26couldn't take him down.
14:28When you are confronted and you're stung in a particular way,
14:31life hits you in a particular way,
14:32Don't allow that to back you off.
14:34Press forward even the more, not into a work,
14:37but into the King of Glory,
14:39because the Lord will refuel you
14:42and refill you to continue in the engagement.
14:47Lord, look upon their threats
14:48and give us bonus to continue to press forward
14:51and guess what God did for them.
14:53Continue reading chapter four, you'll see.
14:55But you probably already have an ID.
15:00A discipleship minute with Joseph Parker.
15:03Life is not a beach, nor is it a park.
15:06Life is a battlefield.
15:07Our goal is to be believers that are well equipped
15:10on the battlefields of life to go out
15:12and build the kingdom of God,
15:14and tear down the kingdom of darkness.
15:16Remember, our goal is not just to hold ground.
15:18Our goal is to build the kingdom of God,
15:22and tear down the kingdom of darkness.
15:24Every day we can be instruments
15:26through which the Spirit of God can use
15:27to reach out to the world.
15:29How do we build the kingdom of God?
15:31By simply living a life where we're hearing
15:33God's Word and obeying it every single day.
15:36Every day is a day for us to be bright shining witnesses for Christ everywhere we go.
15:40Yes, we are wise to be believers that carry gospel tracts wherever we go and give them
15:45out as the Holy Spirit would direct us to.
15:47Yes, we are wise to be believers that daily are ready to share our testimony in any context.
15:53The Holy Spirit literally gives us tasks and missions daily.
16:05Shining light into the darkness.
16:07This is the Hamilton Corner, an American family radio.
16:11Welcome back to the Hamilton Corner,
16:12Abraham Hamilton III here.
16:14Well, a little while before coming on to the air,
16:23the United States Senate confirmed with a vote of 41,
16:27sorry, 51 to 49, that Cash Patel is now
16:33is now the current newly confirmed director of the federal bureau of investigation.
16:46This is cash, enemies list Patel. Oh my goodness, he was just confirmed. Now he,
16:59and it is just interesting, the entire Republican caucus
17:03saved two, voted to confirm Cash Patel,
17:08the two Republicans who voted against Cash Patel's confirmation.
17:14No surprise, Lisa Murkowski from Alaska,
17:20and so then Collins.
17:23I don't know, maybe this is from my past.
17:25Susan Collins sounds like craying from the old
17:27two-nager Ninja Turtles cartoon.
17:32of a Susan Collins from Maine once again broke with the Republican caucus much to some people
17:39surprise Mitch McConnell who I'll get to today today was Mitch McConnell's birthday by the way
17:44y'all he turned 83 years old today but I'm gonna get to him in a little bit uh Mitch McConnell voted
17:49to confirm um cast-for-tell as FBI director so it will be very interesting I did tell you guys
17:58that the one thing from his confirmation hearing, hearings that concerned me was his discussion of
18:06the FISA authorizations and the warrantless searches on American citizens for data. And I do believe
18:15that he will moderate that position. And I hope that he will. But if he doesn't, you know,
18:23and they all know me equal opportunity to true teller.
18:26But that notwithstanding,
18:29ooh boy.
18:35Cas Patel, Cas Patel,
18:39and some may not realize if the Cas Patel is the reason
18:41why we know that on January 6th, Nancy Pelosi refused
18:45to order the National Guard
18:47in response to President Trump's request, multiple times.
18:50Cas Patel is the one who brought that to life.
18:51Okay, yes.
18:54It is about to get interesting.
18:57In spite of opposition to his nomination,
19:02Cas Patel has been confirmed.
19:04So we are, it is about to get very interesting
19:07if, and I don't expect anything different from this,
19:11but if Cas Patel holds true to the positions
19:14he espoused prior to being nominated,
19:19or this is about to be a day, a time of exposure
19:24in an apartment of justice.
19:26All right, I have to share with you now,
19:31and I'm gonna offer a warning,
19:34kind of a disclaimer for those younger folks
19:39who like to hang out in the corner
19:41that I would encourage you now,
19:42just to talk to your parents and say that,
19:45Mr. A was given a warning,
19:47and maybe I need to stop watching for a moment,
19:49because he's about to discuss something
19:51that is somewhat sensitive.
19:53I'm gonna tell you, it's nothing gonna be graphic
19:54in terms of images,
19:56But the concept, the concepts may not be something.
20:00Your parents may be ready for you to discuss.
20:02So I wanted to give you that one
20:03before I proceed any further.
20:05Just trust me on this.
20:06I don't want to intrude on anybody's innocence.
20:08All right.
20:09So if you're listening to the podcast or something,
20:11you may want to pause right here
20:12and tell your parents I'm giving this disclaimer.
20:15All right.
20:20Following the discussed hostage deal
20:23hostage deal between Israel and Hamas.
20:32Hamas released several hostages including for, and I know they call them hostages, but
20:45if they're dead, really you're releasing the bodies of hostages.
20:51They released the bodies of four dead hostages among them were Shiri, Kafir, and Ariel, Beebas,
21:02members of a four person family, the father's name is Yarden.
21:06Yarden B. B. Buss was released earlier in these hostage negotiations.
21:13But in his latest release, these Hamas terrorists released the bodies among the hostage, they
21:23released the bodies of these Israelis that they murdered.
21:30is Israelis that they murdered and in transferring these bodies to Israel. I'm getting nauseous
21:41and upset just thinking about it. Because when I first saw this video, I wept. I wept.
21:56Because it's remarkable to me that Israel continues to release prisoners. And I'm going
22:04tell you some of some of some of the numbers. Like the arrangement were for Israel to release.
22:16In the first phase alone, Hamas agreed to release 33 Israeli hostages. That includes dead people,
22:22guys. And Israel has released 1900 Palestinian prison. And they call him prisoners. Guys, he's
22:31of terrorists. And so you have terrorists who were involved in known terrorist activities,
22:43yet they're still breathing. But a mosque kidnapped civilians and concerned in the Beeba's family
22:51who released a father was sent his wife and his two sons literally in caskets back to Israel.
23:01And if that is not enough for you,
23:04and this is where this is not gonna register
23:09with you if you are a normal human being.
23:12All right?
23:14I want you to take note of the environment in this video.
23:19And for those who are listening only,
23:22you don't have the video to accompany the audio
23:25that I'm sharing, I'm gonna describe this for you
23:27after I play the video.
23:28But I want you to note the environment,
23:32the audience of people who were present,
23:35but also listen with your ears to what is happening.
23:39And you tell me how you think Hamas perceives
23:48this circumstance of returning hostages to Israel.
23:54Listen to and watch clip number three,
23:57it's about 32 seconds long, clip number three.
23:59Listen to and watch it, go.
24:38Now when you watch that scene,
24:41You see the visual, people closed in black looking like some reject ninjas from the foot
24:49clan and you hear the music that they're playing.
24:56Now most of you guys know I'm from New Orleans, Louisiana.
24:58I know a parade when I hear one.
25:03It seems pretty clear to me that these people are celebrating the fact that they are returning
25:11their bodies to Israel.
25:16Did that sound to you like a somber, remorseful, contemplative environment?
25:25Did that sound to you?
25:26They're like, hey, party over here.
25:34You keep watching the videos.
25:36These Hamas terrorists take their children out to watch and they're dancing and they're
25:45laughing and they're partying and they're celebrating.
25:48And I share this video about this on X and I put Israel releases Palestinian criminals.
25:58Hamas Palestinians released dead Israeli babies parading their bodies while blasting
26:04celebratory back ground tombs.
26:08There is no equivalence between Israel and Hamas terrorists.
26:14These Hamas terrorists are demonic.
26:20It should.
26:21much hope for this. This should be the end of media outlets around the world attempting
26:30to convey some type of moral equivalence between Israel and Hamas. One thousand nine hundred
26:38prisoners. All of them breathing. All of them still fit as a fiddle. Known terrorists. Israel
26:46hasn't harmed a hair on their heads. You had babies and what I what I didn't tell you yet.
26:52And this is what I want you to consider.
26:55Sheery Bee Boss was the mom.
27:03Ariel Bee Boss was four years old
27:06when he was kidnapped by a mouse.
27:08Four years old.
27:10Kefir Bee Boss was a nine month old baby.
27:14A nine month old baby.
27:20And this is how they return hostages.
27:29It is, it's not just sad, it's sick and it's evil.
27:35that the continued conversation in many corners of our world
27:40continually attempts to assert some type of equivalence.
27:49I don't see Israel celebrating dead babies from the gods of strip.
27:54I don't see that.
27:55I sure see the Hamas terrorists doing so.
27:59And it kind of reminds me that the same way that soon after 9-11
28:04after 9-11 that the majority of children born in the Islamic world,
28:08little boys were named Osama.
28:11It kind of reminds me of that.
28:14It kind of reminds me of that.
28:20Guys, this is, this is, and obviously if I'm BBN, yahoo, if I'm family members,
28:29obviously I want the remains of my loved one.
28:33But can we get out of this conversation where you're saying it's the exact same
28:37thing, we have 1,900 criminal terrorists who are in jail?
28:44And that's the same as Hamas released in 33, quote unquote hostages, a number of them dead
28:54with the beebas boys.
28:55This as a number of children, Hamas killed just in October 7th attack alone and Hamas
29:00and their allies, their wicked terrorist demonic allies to 55 children, 55 children.
29:11According to the framework that I explained to you that they were attempting to execute
29:17with this, you know, quote unquote hostage agreement,
29:23there remains 73 hostages, Israeli hostages
29:29in Hamas's custody.
29:33It includes a mixture of Israeli soldiers and civilians,
29:36but here's the rub.
29:37It includes hostages that are both dead and alive.
29:42How many more dead?
29:50And they're keeping the bodies and they continue to argue,
29:52many of the Hamas people, Israel's demanding
29:55that we would draw all military presence from Gaza.
29:58We refuse to do so.
30:03This is, I couldn't imagine having terrorists
30:09on our border, the North or South Southern border,
30:12and they're lobbing Katyusha rockets in,
30:15and all of a sudden the Mexicans decide to invade Texas
30:20and kill hundreds of people, including babies and grandmoms
30:24and kidnap a couple thousand people.
30:31It makes me sick, it makes me sick.
30:34And the people that continue to try to act
30:37as if there's equivalents in guys, y'all know me,
30:39but in case those who are new to the program,
30:41I don't want any innocent children in the Gaza Strip
30:44dying either.
30:48When you start drilling down into this,
30:49you see the number of civilians in Gaza saying,
30:52yeah, they're celebrating,
30:53because yeah, we had the opportunity,
30:54we stood guard for some hostages in our houses,
31:00and it's hard for many people to wrap their minds
31:02around the notion that there is something called
31:04objective evil in the world.
31:07But there is, there is, this is, this is, this is,
31:19this is galling to consider.
31:22And in response to this Prime Minister Netanyahu released
31:27a video, I read a bit of the transcript,
31:30just a short quote what he said.
31:33When he saw this, these Hamas terrorists celebrating,
31:38how could you celebrate that you have the dead body
31:42of a nine month old baby?
31:47And you kill the nine month old for political purposes.
31:57Really it's for maniacal,
32:00jee-haddest purposes, inspired by Satan himself.
32:07And yet, President, I'm sorry, a Prime Minister now,
32:14y'all who said, quote,
32:15we will bring back all our hostages,
32:17destroy the murderers, eliminate Hamas,
32:20and together with God's help,
32:21we will secure our future, end quote.
32:26How could you do anything other than this?
32:32would we tolerate murderers on our doorstep?
32:38If we know their murderers
32:40and they have demonstrated their murderous intentions?
32:47Guys, this is sick.
32:48This is sick.
32:50There's no other way to describe it.
33:01Thoughts of the child you were carrying,
33:03keep poring over in your mind.
33:05A deep unrelenting sadness over shadows your days
33:08and you wonder if you will ever feel whole again.
33:12There is hope and healing from a reproductive loss.
33:15Call the International Helpline, 866-482-LIFE,
33:20and talk with someone who has been where you are.
33:23Your call is confidential, and we will help you find healing.
33:27866-482-LIFE.
33:30The Middle East, that's one part of the world we need to pay attention to,
33:33especially the country of Israel.
33:35Each week, I hope you make sense of what's happening in that region through a Biblical lens.
33:40I'll bring you important information about security threats,
33:42The Hamilton Quarter podcast and One-Bitted Common Terrets are available at AFR.net, back
34:11to the Hamilton Quarter on American Family Radio.
34:16Welcome back to the Hamilton Corner, Abraham Hamilton the third year.
34:19One of the things that struck me with this whole hostage situation.
34:23That was reading an article from the Jerusalem Post, it had mentioned that two of the six
34:29Israelis to be released included Avera Mengeistu, I may be mispronouncing that name and I apologize
34:35if I am, and his sham al-Sayed who was seized in 2014 and 2015.
34:44according to this report they've been in Hamas custody
34:47for over a decade.
34:52And I don't know, Bobby says, are they dead?
34:54I don't know.
35:00Just let that sit.
35:042014 and 2015.
35:11Goodness.
35:14So I believe this was yesterday I alluded to,
35:17and this is gonna be a daily thing,
35:19and I'm gonna end up selecting a juncture
35:24and reporting on all of the waste, fraud, and abuse
35:29that Doge has uncovered who let the Doge out.
35:33Whoof, whoof, whoof.
35:36Gotta say that a little better next time.
35:38But everything is, they have it publicly available
35:41on the website.
35:42As things continue, they will update the website.
35:48But I alluded to the Social Security Administration's fraud.
35:52And this is the thing that makes me laugh.
35:54You know, I find these regressive,
35:58apologists out list, trying to say,
35:59ah, it's not as bad as dough's just making it out to be.
36:02And I'll explain what I mean here
36:04because they said the exact same thing with this
36:08Social Security Administration.
36:09Well, thanks to the efforts of dough's,
36:11they found, wait a minute,
36:14there are people that are on the Social Security records,
36:18files or listed in the Social Security system
36:23that have noted over 100 years old.
36:26and President Trump announced it and he said it just this way.
36:29Are these people still receiving benefits?
36:33But he was able to ascribe dollar amounts
36:37to people at these various ages.
36:39I want you to listen to and watch President Trump
36:42as he discusses, wait a minute,
36:44we got people between ages of 120 and 129 years old
36:47still have funds attached to their Social Security numbers?
36:52130 to 139, 150?
36:57Guys, I'm not kidding, listen to and watch clip number four,
37:00clip four, go.
37:01From 120 years old, people that are 120 years old,
37:08up to 129, 3,472,000 people, wow,
37:14you know that can't possibly be,
37:16because the record is like, I think it's one person,
37:19a woman lived to 127, but they have 3,472, okay,
37:24Okay, but now we're going really in.
37:26People from 130 years old to 139 year old.
37:313,936,000.
37:34Wow.
37:36I wonder if people are getting paid with all this.
37:37I mean, are these checks, and that's what we're checking right now.
37:41People from 140 years old to 149 years old.
37:463,542,000.
37:50140 years old.
37:52and beyond now, now we're really going because we're looking to break the record by 25 years.
37:58People from 150 years old to 159 years old, 1,345,000. These are in the, by the way, these
38:09are in the computer file. This is what they do well.
38:14Now, what, what, what, what do you say to that?
38:21Like what?
38:23What?
38:25What?
38:26So again, because I find the best way to navigate this is, you know, you get a wise
38:33swath of informational sources across the various spectrums, right?
38:38Every now and again, I'm surprised.
38:39But generally you can anticipate what they're going to say.
38:41So I found this piece from CBS News, you know, responding to what Elon Musk has discovered
38:48on Mr. Trump.
38:49You just heard him talking about and the CBS, this is hilarious how they do this, man.
38:56Quote, people who are listed as over a hundred years old in the social security system are
38:59not necessarily receiving benefits in quote, they're not necessarily receiving benefits.
39:08Instead, those individuals are quote, people who are in our records with the social security
39:13number who do not have a date of death associated with their records.
39:17In quote, you know, it's kind of like you have a field open and you can put the TAS identification
39:22code and you forget to put the code.
39:25So they're trying to say, Oh, no, no, these aren't necessarily receiving benefits, but
39:30there are people who are in the Social Security Administration System, but they don't have
39:34a date of death associated with their record in the system.
39:38And so a current acting Social Security Administrator, Lee Dudek, D-U-D-E-K, is saying this.
39:46And according to Mr. Dudek, the Social Security Administration automatically quote unquote,
39:51stops payments to people once they're older than 115 years old.
39:55Really?
39:57And this is where my Spidey Census tell me, hey, keep reading.
40:02Keep reading.
40:03So you keep reading in this exact same article.
40:07Of course, CBS puts what they want in the headline,
40:11Social Security Chief refutes the claim
40:12of deceased people over 100 getting checks.
40:14Then you have the first two paragraphs
40:16because you know most people have short attention spans.
40:19They'll read the headline and the couple sentences
40:21and then they'll throw, right?
40:22Keep reading.
40:23What do you find?
40:25Oh, to be sure, there are instances
40:27of overpayment and fraud within the Social Security system.
40:30For example, a July 2024 report
40:33from the Social Security Inspector General stated
40:35that from first school years, 2015 through 2022,
40:38the agency paid out over $71.8 billion in improper payments.
40:45In quote, you see what I'm saying guys?
40:47Like, so CBS wants to try to lie to me with this
40:50as a headline and give me the first two sentences
40:53and make it seem like, oh, this is much to do about nothing.
40:56Then you keep reading, you find, oh wait a minute.
40:59Oh snap, a report from just July last year said
41:02that so security paid over 71.8 billion with a B.
41:06You heard that with a with a B in improper payments.
41:18Right.
41:19But then they add this line, but you know that represents
41:21only 1% of all of the benefits paid by Social Security
41:25over that time.
41:26So what?
41:29So that's supposed to make me feel better.
41:31That's what we the hairs on the back of my neck.
41:32Stand down.
41:36Oh, but wait, there's more.
41:38The same article that was trying to tell you,
41:41I don't believe what Mr. Trump said.
41:42then you keep it and say, oh yeah, you should believe what he said.
41:45Because he said, oh, this $71.8 billion in improper payments.
41:51That's usually extra payments going to people who are receiving benefits.
41:57You see, back to the article, quote, quote, part of the confusion comes from Social Security's
42:00software system based on the COBOL programming language, which has a lack of date type.
42:06Cobo, yeah.
42:07Yeah.
42:08Oh, oh, yes.
42:09I'm going to get there.
42:11This means that some entries with missing or incomplete birth dates will default to a
42:15reference point of more than 150 years ago. The news organization Wired first reported
42:21on the agency's use of COBAL programming language, which is more than 60 years old.
42:29Can I make this stuff up? More than 60 years old. COBAL. Additionally, a series of reports from the
42:40Social Security Administration's Inspector General in March of 2023 and July of 2024 state
42:46quote that the agency has not established a new system to properly annotate death information
42:50in his database, which included roughly 18.9 million Social Security numbers of people born
42:57in 1920 or earlier, but were not marked as deceased. So you keep reading that literally
43:03confirm where President Trump is saying. The agency, and Bobby's gonna love this, Jeff,
43:08you gonna like this one too. You gonna like this one too. The agency decided not to update
43:12the database because of the cost to do so, which will run upwards of nine million dollars.
43:17It's not bad.
43:20Ha ha ha ha.
43:21I'm telling you, you know, CC at what happened was, CC what happened was that we, we, three,
43:31four, carry them one.
43:32It ain't gonna cost over nine million dollars to upgrade the system, you see.
43:38Call you stupid.
43:41So because it's gonna cost nine million dollars to upgrade the system, we're gonna keep letting
43:46billions of dollars just kind of.
43:49this guys this is where you have to come to the conclusion to sign the ignorant
43:51source evil. So you got a 60 year old program. What year we in? A 60 year old
44:00program. It's gonna cost nine minutes to upgrade it. Let's let it be the way it is.
44:06And if you have people upwards of a hundred and twenty hundred and thirty
44:09hundred forty hundred fifty having dollar amounts attached to their names via
44:13Social Security then y'all know you know why guys you know what's the play in
44:20the joints when you have a lack of precision. Oh, yeah, that's called fraud and
44:25waste and abuse. I mean, what's if it's $71 billion we get to play with it?
44:30What do I send a couple hundred grand by his way and a couple hundred grand over
44:34here? Guys, this, this, this is, this is absurd. In early January, as of last month,
44:45the US Treasury clawed back more than 31 million in a variety of federal
44:50payments not limited social security, but it includes social security.
44:53And in there here CBS's story, let me count these paragraphs.
