  6. 0:18And the philosophies of this world.
  7. 0:20God has called you and me to be his ambassador.

  9. 0:26Let's not miss our moment.
  10. 0:28And now, the Hamilton Corner.
  11. 0:31Good evening, everyone.
  12. 0:34Welcome to the Hamilton Corner.
  13. 0:36Welcome to the Hamilton Corner.
  14. 0:38My name is Abraham Hamilton.
  15. 0:39I am the host of this program joined by the Corner
  16. 0:43contingent right across from me.
  17. 0:44My men 100 grand, Mr. Bobby.
  18. 0:46Rrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!
  19. 0:49So, yes, indeed he did not write graffiti on the bus.
  20. 0:52And in the screening room,
  21. 0:54reduced extraordinaire.
  22. 0:56Often imitated, never duplicated.
  23. 0:57He wasn't ready.
  24. 0:58and he walked in the studio and somebody called him
  25. 1:01with a zinger, I ain't gonna tell you who it was.
  26. 1:03He seemed like he wasn't ready for it.
  27. 1:04Called him off-goin.
  28. 1:07None other than the real Jay Mac ladies and gentlemen,
  29. 1:11these are the two of the men who helped this show
  30. 1:14go round and round and I am excited to be back in studio
  31. 1:18with you.
  32. 1:20I was out last week taking care of some business
  33. 1:22in the Pacific Northwest.
  34. 1:23That was my first time in that region of our country.
  35. 1:26But I'm grateful to be back in studio with you
  36. 1:29at this very moment many of you,
  37. 1:31if not most of you are making your transition
  38. 1:33from your part-time jobs, where you generate an income,
  39. 1:37to your full-time jobs where you cultivate an outcome.
  40. 1:40And as you do so, I must remind you
  41. 1:43to make your transition intentionally.
  42. 1:46Understanding the primacy that God places on family,
  43. 1:49recognizing that outcome cultivation is what God requires
  44. 1:55of us.
  45. 1:56I have said and I will continue to say it,
  46. 1:58What goes on in your house is far more important
  47. 2:01than what goes on in the White House.
  48. 2:03Now we'll also add that what you do in your home
  49. 2:06will be far more enduring and impactful
  50. 2:09in terms of America being made into the nation
  51. 2:12that God would have her to be.
  52. 2:14There are things government can do, government has its role,
  53. 2:20but government cannot take the place of what God has called
  54. 2:23you and me to do.
  55. 2:26It is high time that we respond accordingly.
  56. 2:31And one of the beautiful things I love about being a member of God's eternal family, 1 Corinthians 12,
  57. 2:371 Corinthians 12 explains it very well, that there's one body, but we have many members.
  58. 2:43The big toe doesn't need to try to be a big thumb.
  59. 2:46The eye doesn't need to try to be an ear, and those that need to try to be a mouth.
  60. 2:49But we need everybody to function in their role.
  61. 2:52And as we all serve where God has called us to serve, the full investment of the body will be performed.
  62. 3:00And one of the beautiful things about that is that it aids us in the preservation of unity
  63. 3:05because I don't need to try to be Bobby.
  64. 3:08I'm grateful for Bobby and Bobby.
  65. 3:10I need to try to be me.
  66. 3:11I hope he's grateful for me.
  67. 3:14I don't know.
  68. 3:17Oh, man.
  69. 3:18What a wonderful time it is to be alive.
  70. 3:19I know it looks all kinds of crazy outside in the world, but this is the time that God is
  71. 3:26ordained for you and me.
  72. 3:28Let's not miss our moment.
  73. 3:29was chuckling to myself,
  74. 3:30that apparently there's some heckling going on
  75. 3:32at these protests which blow my mind,
  76. 3:35you have people waving Mexican flags
  77. 3:36and burning American flags.
  78. 3:40But as they do so, there's a certain soundtrack
  79. 3:41that has been played.
  80. 3:43Kind of sounds a little bit like this.
  81. 3:49They're planted at the protest.
  82. 3:51I swear to be.
  83. 3:53Oh man, I'm telling you it's a mess.
  84. 3:55It is entirely a mess.
  85. 3:57Let us turn to the word of God.
  86. 3:59Psalm 24, Psalm 24, verses one through five
  87. 4:03where I'm going to go. This is a Psalm of David, a Psalm of David. It is, let me get myself
  88. 4:14together here, a profound Psalm and I simply want to mention it as by way of reminder.
  89. 4:26You know, this isn't anything necessarily that's novel, but it's easy to forget this enduring
  90. 4:33and transcendent truth as we are navigating the issues of the day. But I simply want to
  91. 4:38to remind you of what is really,
  92. 4:46what is really going on.
  93. 4:47Psalm chapter 24, verse one says this,
  94. 4:50the earth is the Lord's.
  95. 4:55The earth is the Lord's and the fullness thereof,
  96. 5:00the world and those who dwell therein.
  97. 5:08For he has founded it upon the seas
  98. 5:12or some translations here say the floods.
  99. 5:15I'm sorry, not yet.
  100. 5:16Founded upon the seas and established it upon the rivers.
  101. 5:19That's what I meant to say.
  102. 5:20Some translations there say the floods.
  103. 5:22For he has founded it upon the seas
  104. 5:24and established it upon the rivers.
  105. 5:26Who shall ascend to the hill of the Lord?
  106. 5:30And who shall stand in his holy place or his holy sanctuary?
  107. 5:36He who has clean hand and a pure heart
  108. 5:40who does not lift up his soul to what is false?
  109. 5:43Or lift up his soul to falsehood?
  110. 5:45Some translations there say,
  111. 5:47untivinity and who does not swear deceitfully,
  112. 5:51he will receive blessing from the Lord
  113. 5:54and righteousness from the God of his salvation.
  114. 5:58Mm, who shall ascend into the hill of the Lord?
  115. 6:04I offer this to you by way of reminder.
  116. 6:08And I've been talking about this,
  117. 6:09I'll talk about this a little bit on tomorrow's show,
  118. 6:12that there's certain things that are anchors
  119. 6:14in a biblical worldview that we must be intentional
  120. 6:18about keeping at the forefront of our minds and hearts
  121. 6:21and making sure our engagement stems from this reality.
  122. 6:25I say all the time, when you've been captured
  123. 6:26by the King of glory, you move away from giving offerings
  124. 6:29to becoming the offering.
  125. 6:31Where you become the offering.
  126. 6:35As we navigate the issues of the day,
  127. 6:37let us never forget that the earth is the Lord.
  128. 6:41David and Esaum goes on to explain
  129. 6:43that the ownership is via creation rights.
  130. 6:48The earth says the Lord, he has founded it upon the seas.
  131. 6:52You sure haven't made any seas.
  132. 6:55You haven't made any oceans.
  133. 6:57He has founded it upon the seas.
  134. 6:59This is one of the sources of scripture that has enabled me to resist climate zealotry,
  135. 7:06climate alarmism, because God has created our earth.
  136. 7:12He's delegated the authority to manage the earth to us, his children.
  137. 7:17But that delegation of authority doesn't transfer our own ownership.
  138. 7:20I use this analogy all the time.
  139. 7:23I have delegated the authority and the responsibility to take the trash out to my 14 year old son.
  140. 7:29That is a jurisdiction that I have given him.
  141. 7:31I've delegated him the authority over.
  142. 7:33But I'll get it twisted.
  143. 7:35That's still my trash can.
  144. 7:38It's my house.
  145. 7:39He operates within that jurisdiction because of my allowance, not supplanting my authority
  146. 7:46there.
  147. 7:47I also tell my children, you know, y'all don't have any rooms or beds.
  148. 7:51You do real, all of these rooms in my room,
  149. 7:53this is my rooms in mommy's room.
  150. 7:55We are allowing you to utilize our room.
  151. 7:58All of these beds are our beds.
  152. 7:59We are allowing you to use our beds.
  153. 8:02We love you and we want you to enjoy them,
  154. 8:08but you do not own them.
  155. 8:11So Psalm 24 begins, the earth is the Lord's
  156. 8:16and the fullness thereof, the world and they who dwell therein.
  157. 8:21We are the Lord's people and we have the express privilege to serve in his auspices.
  158. 8:30And when the psalmist goes on to explain, who shall ascend into the Lord's holy hill?
  159. 8:40He has clean hands and a pure heart.
  160. 8:44One of the things that has to be understood is that purity and abstinence are not synonymous terms.
  161. 8:52I've described this before and I'm going to describe it again now.
  162. 8:56the Lord came, Christ, dawned human flesh, not merely to conform our conduct, but to
  163. 9:06transform us at a heart level. We, of course, we want to have, well, let me say
  164. 9:13this what we should want to have, conduct that exemplifies our commitment to Christ.
  165. 9:19But we must never forget that the Lord's desires for conduct to flow outward from a
  166. 9:23heart of transformation to where our desires are conforming to Christ.
  167. 9:27Purity is an attitude and intention of the heart before you ever get to the conduct level.
  168. 9:33Purity is manifested at the appetite level.
  169. 9:39In contrary to popular practice and even popular understanding, Christ came to transform us
  170. 9:47at a desire level.
  171. 9:49One of the things that you will experience and those who are born again listening to me
  172. 9:54now, you're going to be able to say amen to this.
  173. 9:57One of the things that you experienced with the Lord saves you,
  174. 10:00is that He transfers your, transforms your desires.
  175. 10:03Things that you used to truly enjoy, some of them,
  176. 10:07not everything, but the things that you used to enjoy
  177. 10:10that were sinful, let's be clear.
  178. 10:12You don't enjoy those things anymore.
  179. 10:15You know what I'm saying about?
  180. 10:16I enjoy basketball now just like I always enjoyed basketball,
  181. 10:20but one major thing that's happened
  182. 10:22that now I enjoy something far more than basketball.
  183. 10:26This is my relationship with the Lord.
  184. 10:27When you have been captured by the King of Glory,
  185. 10:30he transforms us at a desire level.
  186. 10:33So things that were sinful things that were wicked things
  187. 10:37that were wretched, that used to have some appeal,
  188. 10:40that appeal dissipates.
  189. 10:44This is why we have scripture that encourages the Christian
  190. 10:48not to be conformed to the ways of the world,
  191. 10:50to be conformed to the behavioral patterns of the world,
  192. 10:52to be conformed to the functions of the world,
  193. 10:56even to the mindsets of the world,
  194. 10:59but to be transformed by the renewing of your minds
  195. 11:01because God knows once we're saved, we're not automatic.
  196. 11:04We don't automatically have new minds,
  197. 11:06but new minds do develop as a result of the transformation.
  198. 11:13So here David presents as an aspirational tome,
  199. 11:17who can ascend into the Holy Hill, to the Lord's Holy Hill?
  200. 11:21He who has clean hands and a pure heart.
  201. 11:25As you are listening to me,
  202. 11:27and should the Holy Spirit pose the inquiry,
  203. 11:31Would you be able to be among the ranks of those who have pure heart?
  204. 11:36Oh, I ain't, you know, nobody's perfect.
  205. 11:38I get that.
  206. 11:39I understand nobody's perfect.
  207. 11:40You know what?
  208. 11:41You know who understands nobody's perfect better than me?
  209. 11:42Jesus.
  210. 11:44You know how I know?
  211. 11:45That's why he invaded human history.
  212. 11:48He knew men were sinners.
  213. 11:50He knew that there was a chasm created between God and man.
  214. 11:55And it was a God-sized chasm.
  215. 11:58And there was no way for man to close that gap.
  216. 12:00So as the scripture tells us there was nothing better to swear by,
  217. 12:04do we swore by himself?
  218. 12:07And the son of God became a son of man so that the sons of men could become sons of
  219. 12:13God. God knows that we're not perfect.
  220. 12:19That's what Jesus Christ died for.
  221. 12:21But I will add that the fallenness of man is not a justification for the
  222. 12:27Lord's people to live perpetually in rebellion.
  223. 12:30Oh no, the Lord knows for a while all of those details.
  224. 12:33And it is to the fallen human beings who are invited to enjoy the Lord's
  225. 12:40to be members of the Lord's holy family that he says be holy as I am holy, that he says that
  226. 12:46we are to put off the old man and put on the new man that he says as Paul wrote to the Colossians
  227. 12:51that you know all of these other characteristics that are indicative of fallenness, it's time to
  228. 12:55put those things away. Malice and slander and hatred and sexual, it's time to put those things
  229. 13:03away. What I'm saying is that we are never supposed to utilize fallenness as an excuse or
  230. 13:09a justification for living less than what God has called us to. I see it all the time. There
  231. 13:14is no place where some heretical doctrine of perfectionism will ever be propounded by me.
  232. 13:22The reality is salvation does not make God's people sin less. We're gonna tell you something.
  233. 13:27Salvation does makes, does make God's people sin less.
  234. 13:36And the major focal point of that
  235. 13:39is that prior to regeneration,
  236. 13:41there's not a person who sin would grieve them.
  237. 13:45You sin like it's nothing, you know?
  238. 13:47But when you're saved,
  239. 13:50one of the first evidences of that,
  240. 13:51you're mortified by your own sin.
  241. 13:54I can't believe that is what I did.
  242. 13:57I can't believe that is where I was.
  243. 13:59I can't believe this is where I am.
  244. 14:03So as we reflect on the fact that the Earth is Lord's and the fullness are up the world and they who dwell therein which includes us.
  245. 14:09By the way, let's not forget this next part.
  246. 14:12Who can shall ascend to the Holy Hill of the Lord?
  247. 14:16The cleanness of the hands is not the product of our own work, of our own labor.
  248. 14:20It's the product of what Jesus Christ has done for us.
  249. 14:24But purity of the heart is a feature of sanctification as we are being transformed as 2 Corinthians 3 lays it out.
  250. 14:32From glory to glory.
  251. 14:35Salvation doesn't make it sinless, but the indwelling spirit of God grows us and matures us
  252. 14:40to the point to where we do sinless, because our hearts are transformed where we are hungering
  253. 14:46and thirsting after righteousness.
  254. 14:49Let us refuse to settle for anything less than what God has made available to us as his
  255. 14:54children.
  256. 15:00A discipleship minute with Joseph Parker.
  257. 15:04What should a pro-life church look like?
  258. 15:07There's some of the priorities, attributes, and perspectives of a local church, which seeks
  259. 15:11to be the hands and feet of Jesus in our nation today, as it addresses life issues.
  260. 15:16A pro-life church needs to be a praying church.
  261. 15:19Through prayer, they help to usher in the presence of God into their church, and they share the
  262. 15:25heart and the mind of God with the culture.
  263. 15:28It can help a church family and an individual believer to both ask and receive the answer
  264. 15:33to another important question.
  265. 15:35The question the Apostle Paul asked immediately after he met Christ in Acts chapter 9 verse
  266. 15:416, Lord, what do you want me to do?
  267. 15:44And a very important companion question is this, am I really seeking to honor the Lord
  268. 15:50in doing what he would have me to do as an individual disciple of Christ to help stand
  269. 15:56for life?
  270. 16:05Shiting light into the darkness, this is the Hamilton Corner, an American family radio.

  317. 19:44Pam Bondi on day one, day one. And I just have to say, if you
  318. 19:50have any thoughts or questions, I want to get a better
  319. 19:52understanding of what the Department of Government efficiency really is and what it's doing.
  320. 19:56Please tune in tomorrow because a lot of people are thinking things that are not true.
  321. 19:59And I'm going to explain in detail what exactly doge is because it's actually amazing when
  322. 20:07you learn a bit of the details.
  323. 20:08It really, really will change how you perceive what's happening.
  324. 20:11But President Trump is moving so quickly that his antagonists don't know where to go.
  325. 20:17You know, by the time they start mountain protests, he's already on to the next thing.
  326. 20:21And it shows me very clearly that while he was not in the Oval Office, he was planning
  327. 20:29and preparing and a team putting a team together to get things done.
  328. 20:38Well, what I'm referring to is on day one of her inauguration, Attorney General Pam Bondi
  329. 20:46shortly after taking the oath of office administered by Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas, she
  330. 20:51immediately fired off a memo from the office of the Attorney General titled subject titled
  331. 20:59Sanctuary Jurisdiction Directives. I'll give you a little bit of what she proclaimed and then
  332. 21:06I'm going to explain what it all means. Listen to and watch clip number one, clip one. Go.
  333. 21:12The Attorney General, as you know, is the nation's top law enforcement officer and Pam Bondi who served
  334. 21:18as Florida's AG has vowed to completely reshape the Justice Department.
  335. 21:24President Donald Trump looked on in the Oval Office yesterday as Supreme Court Justice Clarence
  336. 21:28Thomas administered the oath of office to Bondi, and she got right down to business, issuing
  337. 21:3314 directives, among them ending Justice Department funding for state and local jurisdictions that,
  338. 21:40quote, unlawfully interfere with federal law enforcement operations.
  339. 21:44Translation.
  340. 21:45She's referring to sanctuary cities like New York that don't cooperate with ICE in deportation
  341. 21:49proceedings.
  342. 21:50For context, federal money accounts for about 8.3% of New York City's budgets.
  343. 21:55So not clear how much of that comes from the Justice Department specifically, but what is
  344. 22:00clear is Bondi said she plans to investigate those who investigated President Trump.
  345. 22:07Now while oh boy here, I mean I understand what's going on here.
  346. 22:13And I have to tell you, I am grateful to God to be able to see the things President Trump
  347. 22:16is doing. I'm seeing things that I never really expected would happen from the executive branch.
  348. 22:21I mean, there are things that are like, pinch me, am I dreaming kind of things that are happening.
  349. 22:30But getting back to this, and I want to explain something here, so the entire concept of a sanctuary
  350. 22:36city or a sanctuary jurisdiction applies exclusively in the criminal justice context.
  351. 22:42I want to explain this to people. Federal law requires, currently requires municipalities
  352. 22:54and states depending on what transpires in terms of what is the apprehension to cooperate with federal
  353. 23:01law enforcement, right, prerogative, specifically concerning deportation of illegal aliens. Okay.
  354. 23:08The way that municipalities and some states participate in this framework is when they detain
  355. 23:16illegal aliens for the commission of additional crimes, all right? A city like Chicago or New
  356. 23:22York won't have a foundational basis, generally speaking, for interacting with illegal aliens
  357. 23:29and knowing that they're illegal except in the criminal justice context. There are narrow
  358. 23:34exceptions to that, but generally speaking, that is what it applies to. Now, while the
  359. 23:38federal law requires that of cities, municipalities and states, there has been no enforcement mechanism,
  360. 23:45which is why the Laken-Riley Act was an important step in legislation because it put in place
  361. 23:50an enforcement mechanism for states and cities that do not comply with federal law in terms
  362. 23:57of immigration enforcement.
  363. 24:00All right?
  364. 24:05So, sanctuary cities and states are those who have set as their policies that they refuse
  365. 24:11to cooperate with the federal government in terms of enforcing federal immigration law.
  366. 24:17Alright, so with the passage of the Lake and Riley Act, you do have now some enforcement
  367. 24:23procedures in place, some consequences for failing to comply. But you also have what has been available
  368. 24:30to the federal government always until now. Oh, you have cities that will not comply with the
  369. 24:36federal law. You have states that refuse to comply with federal law. Then we can do what grown folks
  370. 24:41do all the time. We'll pull the purse strings. Oh, you mean? Oh, so, oh, you won't obey. Oh, you have
  371. 24:48have no car to drive. You have this is what the federal government is doing. So because
  372. 24:54the whole concept of sanctuary cities and sanctuary jurisdictions largely exists within the context
  373. 24:59of the criminal justice system, you have the wherewithal to do something about it when the
  374. 25:05Department of Justice issues its memorandum and says that all funding will be halted from
  375. 25:12the DOJ. This is Pam Bondy doing what she can do from her agency from the DOJ with a lot
  376. 25:17people don't realize is that lots of local law enforcement receive grants and monetary support for
  377. 25:24their equipment, for their weaponry, for their ballistic vests, for their SWAT gear, for their
  378. 25:32training. They get a lot of that from federal monies. So when you have sanctuary cities like
  379. 25:38Philadelphia and states like Connecticut and states like California, which is a big state,
  380. 25:43You know, cities like Washington DC, where you have the Department of Justice saying,
  381. 25:49oh, well, since you won't comply with federal law in terms of immigration enforcement,
  382. 25:53we are freezing and withdrawing.
  383. 25:55And even in some instances, clawing back federal firms for cities that are already
  384. 26:04budgetarily strapped, this is going to be a big deal.
  385. 26:09What again may not seem obvious is that you'll have mayors of some of these municipalities
  386. 26:15who have budgets that they have created,
  387. 26:17where they anticipated the federal funds,
  388. 26:19just to continue flowing as always,
  389. 26:21that now they're gonna have that portion of their budget
  390. 26:25withdrawn, you very well, Macy.
  391. 26:29Oh, you know what, we decided we no longer
  392. 26:31wanna be a sanctuary city.
  393. 26:32Oh yeah, you know what, we decided sanctuary policies
  394. 26:35no longer fit what our citizens desire.
  395. 26:38You know, because the inevitable result
  396. 26:42is that their local police departments
  397. 26:43are going to be impacted by this.
  398. 26:46they're going to be affected by this.
  399. 26:50They do not have a right to continue to receive these funds
  400. 26:59if they are flaunting federal law.
  401. 27:01So I wanted to share this with you
  402. 27:03because just like that reporter said to you,
  403. 27:05well it's not clear how much of their budget
  404. 27:09will be affected by this.
  405. 27:11It's not only how much of their budget,
  406. 27:13but the specific portions of their budget.
  407. 27:16So let's just say for example,
  408. 27:17you are the Chicago Police Department.
  409. 27:20You already have a tight budgetary circumstance.
  410. 27:24And then all of a sudden, the millions that you thought
  411. 27:26were coming are not coming.
  412. 27:31What will you do?
  413. 27:32You have the need to have an elevation
  414. 27:38of your capabilities to enforce law in your locales.
  415. 27:44But if you don't have the equipment that you need,
  416. 27:49what is going to be the downstream impact?
  417. 27:51And so this is something which many of us
  418. 27:55have said long for a long time.
  419. 27:57One of the major things the federal government can do
  420. 28:01is use the Congressional Authority concerned
  421. 28:04in the purse strings.
  422. 28:06So you have certain financial allocations
  423. 28:08that have been made to the Department of Justice.
  424. 28:10You have certain grants and things that are disseminated
  425. 28:12through the Department of Justice
  426. 28:13to local law enforcement organizations,
  427. 28:15local municipalities, and Pam Bondi is saying,
  428. 28:18well that stops now.
  429. 28:19If you guys want to enforce federal law,
  430. 28:25then why should we continue providing this money?
  431. 28:27So it's something I want to share with you
  432. 28:36so that you can keep your eye out for what's happening.
  433. 28:40Now it is for what will happen downstream
  434. 28:43from the announcement of these things
  435. 28:44and the implementation of these policies.
  436. 28:47Because the bottom line when it comes to
  437. 28:49is how many mayors, how many chiefs of police,
  438. 28:55I'm gonna say, you know what?
  439. 28:56I'm gonna continue risking my job and my ability
  440. 28:59to do my job in order to maintain my position
  441. 29:03as a sanctuary.
  442. 29:05jurisdiction. This is just, this is just the introduction of many of these concepts. And,
  443. 29:16and, and, you know, one of the major things and people are making good points, this is a good point.
  444. 29:23It seems evident to me that President Trump is keenly aware that he knows you really have
  445. 29:27only within this first two years, not even the entirety of the first two years to get these things
  446. 29:32going. So, you know, Vice President J.D. Vance and others are saying this rapid pace of activity
  447. 29:37It's going to continue throughout the entirety of this administration because there's so much that has to be done and guys the swamp didn't become swampy overnight
  448. 29:49Took a whole lot to get here
  449. 29:50So you have another move and this and I want to share this move with you because this is not an obvious
  450. 29:59You know headline grabbing move but in terms of strategy
  451. 30:05This is a vitally important move
  452. 30:09So the Trump administration has made a
  453. 30:11a pivotal pivotal. Oh, I'm saying I'm making up all kind of words tonight. I don't know.
  454. 30:16A pivotal move in terms of the federal government apparatus to root out even more deep state
  455. 30:25obstructionists. He's done so through the U.S. Office of Personnel Management that comes under
  456. 30:35the OMB where Russell vault a godly man who by God's grace will be confirmed shortly to his position
  457. 30:45but to change the way information flows.
  458. 30:48What am I talking about?
  459. 30:50The US office of personnel management sent out a memo this week
  460. 30:54to the heads and acting heads of all federal departments and agencies
  461. 30:57recommending that every agency revoked the quote,
  462. 31:01career reserve status, end quote,
  463. 31:03for their chief information officers by doing so.
  464. 31:08And by also opening the roles to general employees,
  465. 31:11the establishmentarians presently occupying the increasingly politicized roles
  466. 31:15can be easily fired and replaced by individuals actually willing to carry out President Trump's
  467. 31:21agenda. The stated purpose of this move is to satisfy the Trump administration's desire to
  468. 31:28quote, improve the government's digital policy to make government more responsive, transparent,
  469. 31:32efficient and accessible to the public and to make using and understanding government programs
  470. 31:37easier in quote, no longer the station and this is what the Trump administration said,
  471. 31:43No longer the station of impartial and apolitical technocrats, the modern agency of chief information officers, the modern agency CIO role demands policy making and policy determining capabilities.
  472. 31:57This is a major move. Chris Bedford, senior politics analyst says this is a major move for the office of management and budget because the chief information officer holds the keys to the kingdom.
  473. 32:09The Chief Information Officer controls the flow.
  474. 32:12This is the key guys, controls the flow of information
  475. 32:16to the Secretary or Director and his Deputy.
  476. 32:19In other words, the CIO in every agency,
  477. 32:22every agency is the choke point for information
  478. 32:26from the Executive Branch to the agencies
  479. 32:29and in the opposite direction.
  480. 32:31Without removing these lifelong obstructionists
  481. 32:35From this position, they could do what many of them did in 2016,
  482. 32:41President Trump's first term, hinder the free flow of information
  483. 32:46to hamstring the President's agenda being executed.
  484. 32:49You can say you want something to get it to get done,
  485. 32:51and it never gets done because of this choking off of information
  486. 32:54between the branch, within the branch.
  487. 33:00At Wesley Biblical Seminary, we believe God is raising up a movement
  488. 33:03across our nation and around the world who hold fast
  489. 33:06to the inerrancy of scripture and the hope of holiness.
  490. 33:09We do this through bachelors, masters, and doctoral degrees,
  491. 33:12certificate programs, and even training for laypeople.
  492. 33:15So whatever your next step is in being equipped
  493. 33:18for ministry, we're here for you.
  494. 33:19And if you believe these are the kind of pastors
  495. 33:21we need leading churches in the future,
  496. 33:23we invite you to think about giving
  497. 33:25to Wesley Biblical Seminary.

  500. 33:38are available at aFR.net.
  501. 33:40Back to the Hamilton Corner on American Family Radio.
  502. 33:45Welcome back to the Hamilton Corner, Abraham Hamilton
  503. 33:47the third here.
  504. 33:49I'm sure many of you saw that adorable picture
  505. 33:53when President Trump signed the law,
  506. 33:55signed the legislation into law banning men from women's sports.
  507. 34:00You know, it's a marked contrast where you have, you know,
  508. 34:03creepy Mr. Robinette smelling little girl's hair and,
  509. 34:06you know, it's pretty sick, man.
  510. 34:11It's pretty sick.
  511. 34:12So I wanna read something to you
  512. 34:15and this has to do with the buyout program
  513. 34:19for federal employees.
  514. 34:20I'm sure you heard about that.
  515. 34:20I'm sure Bobby enjoys that whole notion
  516. 34:23that we're gonna get these federal employees
  517. 34:25to be removed.
  518. 34:26And so this is just bear with me.
  519. 34:28This is gonna be a bit lengthy.
  520. 34:29And I'm gonna read, this is not the normal way
  521. 34:32I do the program, but I just want you
  522. 34:34to bear with me for a moment.
  523. 34:36I'm going to read directly from this document,
  524. 34:39his title statement on the buyout program
  525. 34:40for federal employees.
  526. 34:45Till I begin, quote,
  527. 34:51"'More than two years ago, I promised to fix
  528. 34:52the federal government.
  529. 34:54I was firmly convinced that we could do more with less,
  530. 34:57that we could create a government that was leaner,
  531. 34:58but not meaner, and that we could make government
  532. 35:01our partner rather than a problem.
  533. 35:03I established a national performance review
  534. 35:05and put the vice president in charge.
  535. 35:07He and his team have helped to transform government
  536. 35:09to cut bureaucracy in red tape and to find ways to give the American people the service
  537. 35:13they deserve. At the same time, my economic plan is bringing down the deficit by more
  538. 35:17than $600 billion, and we are proposing another $81 billion in deficit reduction in the budget
  539. 35:25I recently sent to Congress. A major element of my strategy was my commitment
  540. 35:30to streamlining cut the federal workforce. For too long in Washington, we have had too
  541. 35:34many layers of bureaucracy. Too many workers whose main job was to check on the work of
  542. 35:39of other workers rather than to perform useful work themselves.
  543. 35:43As an asset to performance review noted,
  544. 35:45we had good people trapped in bad systems.
  545. 35:48I promised to cut the workforce, and that's what I'm doing.
  546. 35:52Through our efforts, we have already
  547. 35:53cut the workforce by 102,000 positions.
  548. 35:55We are on track to cut it by a total of 272,900 positions,
  549. 36:00bringing it to its smallest size since John Kennedy was president.
  550. 36:05By committing to cutting the workforce,
  551. 36:06we want to do it in a humane way.
  552. 36:08We face the same dilemma that confronted many private companies.
  553. 36:12They needed to downsize who wanted to avoid firing large numbers of loyal employees.
  554. 36:17Many of them have been, I'm sorry, many of them have given people an incentive to
  555. 36:21leave by offering buyouts.
  556. 36:25We wanted to do the same.
  557. 36:27Early last year, Congress approved my request to allow non-defense agencies to offer
  558. 36:31buyouts.
  559. 36:32The Defense Department and a few other agencies already could offer buyouts under
  560. 36:35existing law.
  561. 36:36Looking back, I can safely say that our buyout program has been a huge success.
  562. 36:41It achieved what we hoped to help us cut the workforce in a fiscally responsible and humane
  563. 36:47way.
  564. 36:48To reduce the workforce by 102,000 positions, by the end of the fiscal year, we offered about
  565. 36:5370,000 buyouts.
  566. 36:55Several non-DOD agencies have offered deferred buyouts that will take place between now and
  567. 36:59March.
  568. 37:01The fence will be using buyouts as it continues to downsize, counting those we expect to buy
  569. 37:06out another 84,000 workers as we reduce the workforce by a total of 272,900 positions.
  570. 37:13The buyouts were not offered in a random fashion, however.
  571. 37:16We targeted them to reduce the layers of bureaucracy and micro-management that were tying government
  572. 37:21and knots.
  573. 37:23We made sure that departments and agencies tied their buyout strategies to their overall
  574. 37:26plans to streamline their bureaucracies.
  575. 37:29As a result, almost 70 percent of our buyouts in the non-defense agencies have gone to people
  576. 37:33at higher grade levels such as managers.
  577. 37:37I'm proud that our buyout program was successful.
  578. 37:40It shows that we can in fact create a government
  579. 37:42that works better and costs less."
  580. 37:45In quote, who wrote that?
  581. 37:51It was President Trump, right?
  582. 37:54Wrong.
  583. 37:55Why didn't you read the signature?
  584. 37:57Signed, William Jefferson Clinton, April 4, 1995.
  585. 38:03Hahaha.
  586. 38:08So all of these people that are, oh no!
  587. 38:12The sky is falling, the sky is falling,
  588. 38:16praying the truth, it's so me,
  589. 38:18he wanna buy out the people, positions, oh!
  590. 38:22That was from 1995, y'all.
  591. 38:26That was Mr. Bill, I like it in terms.
  592. 38:29Clinton from 1995.
  593. 38:34So excuse me if I'm not too moved.
  594. 38:37Heh heh.
  595. 38:39By all these people handling, oh my gosh,
  596. 38:41what are we gonna do, is divorce the plane,
  597. 38:44The most he planned on the federal government.
  598. 38:47All we need on the, no we don't.
  599. 38:49No we don't.
  600. 38:50Cause none of these people said a word.
  601. 38:52They said, marry a word.
  602. 38:54When Bill Clinton said we needed to do the exact same thing.
  603. 38:57And many of these same people talking about,
  604. 38:58well Bill Clinton was a Democrat president
  605. 39:00that a fiscal and responsible record.
  606. 39:06So how do we hear y'all whining and complaining
  607. 39:08about the downsizing of the federal government now?
  608. 39:13We have too many workers whose main job
  609. 39:15was to check on the work of other workers
  610. 39:17to perform used to work themselves. This is long before shmoven and remote work and all of these
  611. 39:23other things. I can't believe Trump is so mean he's making workers come back to the office
  612. 39:32that we taxpayers are paying for empty offices and I'm talking solely about the necessity of
  613. 39:46streamlining the federal workforce. That's all I'm talking about. All and these people
  614. 39:53People are losing and they don't like it.
  615. 39:57But President Trump exposed in USAID,
  616. 39:58he's exposing their gravy train
  617. 40:00because these corrupt elected officials,
  618. 40:02they get their friends to start these NGOs
  619. 40:04and they start their money laundering schemes
  620. 40:06and funnel this money to them.
  621. 40:08And that you have, you know, some people did some things
  622. 40:11standing in front of the USAID office
  623. 40:13because the jig is up.
  624. 40:15Their money laundering scam is up.
  625. 40:18I mean, you have, this is ridiculous.
  626. 40:21You do see some of the things that USAID
  627. 40:23spending money on $20 million for our Iraqi Sesame Street.
  628. 40:26Sesame Street in Iraq, Jeff.
  629. 40:28You've been paying for it.
  630. 40:29Sesame Street in Iraq.
  631. 40:31Did you know that?
  632. 40:32I was talking to Jeff about this earlier today.
  633. 40:34He was like, man, I ain't doing none of this.
  634. 40:37$2 million for Moroccan pottery classes.
  635. 40:43You're gonna teach them Moroccas how to do pottery.
  636. 40:44That's what you're...
  637. 40:47The Moroccas have only been doing pottery, as Bobby says.
  638. 40:50They've been doing it for a little while, Bobby.
  639. 40:56Look, look, this one, this one, I know you're gonna love.
  640. 40:59$11 million of Vietnam to stop burning their trash.
  641. 41:02$27 million in gift bags to illegal aliens.
  642. 41:08$330 million to help Afghanis grow crops.
  643. 41:18You know the kind of crop they grow in Afghanistan, you know?
  644. 41:23Poppy.
  645. 41:25A little opium.
  646. 41:29Wait, I thought we didn't want drug,
  647. 41:32I guess we don't mind drug manufacturers.
  648. 41:35$300 million on an unused Afghan power plant.
  649. 41:46$200 million on an unused Afghan dam.
  650. 41:50$250 million on an unused Afghan road.
  651. 41:55Mm-hmm.
  652. 41:56These people are mad because the jig is up.
  653. 42:05The jig is up.
  654. 42:07And all these people complaining about Doge,
  655. 42:10and he didn't elect Elon Musk.
  656. 42:12No, we elected President Trump who told us
  657. 42:14he was gonna put Elon Musk over Doge.
  658. 42:16And I'll give you a little hint to tune in tomorrow.
  659. 42:20Doge is not a newly created agency.
  660. 42:23It's not a newly created agency.
  661. 42:29Guys, this is this is this is this is this is crazy time.
  662. 42:37This is crazy time.
  663. 42:38Go on for the president Trump spoke at the national prayer breakfast.
  664. 42:47And while he's there, he expressed his commitment to order Pam Bondi at the attorney general's
  665. 42:54office to target anti-Christian bias with what he describes as a religious liberty task
  666. 43:01force.
  667. 43:02Listen to and watch President Trump as he speaks on this at the National Prayer Breakfast,
  668. 43:06clip number two, clip two, go.
  669. 43:08The mission of this task force will be to immediately halt all forms of anti-Christian targeting and
  670. 43:14discrimination within the federal government, including at the DOJ, which was absolutely
  671. 43:20terrible.
  672. 43:21IRS, the FBI, terrible, and other agencies.
  673. 43:26In addition, the task force will work to fully
  674. 43:29prosecute anti-Christian violence and vandalism in
  675. 43:32our society and to move heaven and earth to defend
  676. 43:35the rights of Christians and religious believers
  677. 43:38nationwide.
  678. 43:40You've never had that before, but this is a very
  679. 43:43powerful document I'm signing.
  680. 43:44You've got it.
  681. 43:45You've got it now.
  682. 43:46First time you've had it.
  683. 43:48If we don't have religious liberty, then we don't
  684. 43:50have a free country. We probably don't even have a country. But I'm announcing that I will
  685. 43:55be creating a brand new presidential commission on religious liberty. It's going to be a very
  686. 44:01big deal, which will work tirelessly to uphold this most fundamental right was God that saved
  687. 44:07me.
  688. 44:08Hmm.
  689. 44:10Hmm. Guys, I'm sharing this because it highlights what I've been saying that the Lord has given
  690. 44:24us a reprieve, man. We have gone, we have gone from an administration that literally,
  691. 44:31and it's not that these people don't know. Ignorance can only be claimed for so long.
  692. 44:37There's either ignorance or it's evil on the point that I'm saying right now. The advancement
  693. 44:42of the sexual deviance, the agenda takes place at the expense. It advances at the expense
  694. 44:50of religious freedom in our nation.
  695. 44:53Guys, there were things coming down the pike.
  696. 44:56You know, I'm not gonna go into the whole bunch of details
  697. 44:57with it now, but Tuesday this week, this week,
  698. 45:02we, the American Family Association,
  699. 45:05had to be present, were present for oral arguments
  700. 45:08in the case against the Federal Communications Commission
  701. 45:11because they wanted to compel us,
  702. 45:13to compel us by federal regulation
  703. 45:16to collect demographic data of our own staff
  704. 45:21and to publicize it, including forcing us to collect
  705. 45:24sexual orientation and gender identity data,
  706. 45:28to be included in our online public profile,
  707. 45:31to allow us to be put into position,
  708. 45:32to be, how shall I say this, shamed,
  709. 45:37into embracing DEI initiatives.
  710. 45:42Tuesday, Tuesday, this is where we,
  711. 45:46not obviously the litigation didn't start Tuesday,
  712. 45:48but we have been put into position,
  713. 45:50as well as many other Americans,
  714. 45:51to fight against our own government.
  715. 45:53and say, man, listen, we're Christians.
  716. 45:55You can't make us have a certain quota
  717. 45:59of gender non-conforming employees
  718. 46:01because we are a ministry.
  719. 46:02We believe what God's word says,
  720. 46:04and we have the freedom to hire people
  721. 46:07who operate consistent with the Bible.
  722. 46:10That's our right as Americans.
  723. 46:13And we were fighting our own government for that right.
  724. 46:18Many of you saw what happened with Jack Phillips.
  725. 46:20Many of you saw what happened.
  726. 46:22Guys, there were policies that were already implemented,
  727. 46:26but even more that were planned to be implemented
  728. 46:29by Mr. Robinette and his acolytes,
  729. 46:31and let's just be clear, we know the lights might've been home,
  730. 46:35the nice lights might've been on, but nobody was home.
  731. 46:37It's the weekend at Burnage Presidency,
  732. 46:39we know that's what it was,
  733. 46:40but it's the people that are behind the scenes
  734. 46:42that they believe all of this stuff.
  735. 46:45Did you see the DNCs, just the recent,
  736. 46:48they're trying to select new chairman and vice chairman,
  737. 46:52and they can't even have a meeting
  738. 46:54because they're stumbling over,
  739. 46:55You know, my preferred pronouns on this, that and the other.
  740. 46:59Guys, it's evil, it's wicked and it's insane.
  741. 47:03Like we literally have to have a conversation to say,
  742. 47:06we don't need dudes going into girls locker rooms.
  743. 47:14But we're now in a place where all of that is done.
  744. 47:20Y'all know me, I don't think, you know,
  745. 47:22President Trump is Jesus.
  746. 47:24I don't think he's perfect.
  747. 47:25I told y'all, Carl strikes.
  748. 47:27When they're strikes, Carl balls, when they're balls.
  749. 47:29I told you about what my concerns with some of his nominees.
  750. 47:31I told you about some of the nominees
  751. 47:32thought were good picks. But we have entered a time in our nation's history where we have a reprieve.
  752. 47:43What will we do with it? How will we utilize it? We have to take full advantage of it, guys.
  753. 47:54I'm grateful for what's happening at the executive level. But what is happening in our homes?
  754. 48:02What is happening in our families? What is happening in our communities? How are we responding to the
  755. 48:07time that we have that God has given us. We must brothers and sisters be about our
  756. 48:13father's business because America will never be a great nation solely based on
  757. 48:18what government does. Unalienable rights belong to image bearers.
  758. 48:26Government's authority is only legitimate if it's derived from the consent of image
  759. 48:33bearers. We want government to stay out of our way. Do solely at the federal level
  760. 48:42the enumerated, listed powers we consented to in our Constitution,
  761. 48:46and leave us alone as American people
  762. 48:49so that we can do what we need to do.
  763. 48:51But I'll remind you, darkness is not an affirmative force.
  764. 48:54It reoccupies the space that is vacated by the light.
  765. 48:57If we vacate, we do not have the wherewithal to complain
  766. 49:03that the darkness has usurped us.
  767. 49:04Let us be about our Father's business.
  768. 49:10The views and opinions expressed in this broadcast
  769. 49:12may not necessarily reflect those
  770. 49:14of the American Family Association or American Family Radio.
