  10. 0:28And now the Hamilton Corner.
  11. 0:33Good evening, everyone.
  12. 0:34Welcome to the Hamilton Corner.
  13. 0:36My name is Abraham Hamilton, the third host of the program.
  14. 0:40I am joined by the corner contingent right across from me.
  15. 0:44My man, 100 grand, Mr. Bobby.
  16. 0:46a
  17. 0:51board and in the screening room
  18. 0:53reduce extraordinary often imitated never duplicated the real jay mac
  19. 0:57is in the screening room we are ready to rock and roll with today's edition of the
  20. 1:02program
  21. 1:03so many things are happening
  22. 1:06they major major things are happening
  23. 1:09uh... huge
  24. 1:11uh... deal struck
  25. 1:13between
  26. 1:14israel and amaze to
  27. 1:16Release hostages.
  28. 1:19There are stages to the deal.
  29. 1:21It has to be ratified ultimately by Israel,
  30. 1:25it's Security Council and it's Knesset,
  31. 1:30Prime Minister Beebe Netanyahu's communications department
  32. 1:33said they look to attempting to move that forward
  33. 1:37this evening, but that happened, news of that broke
  34. 1:41during the confirmation hearing for Marco Rubio,
  35. 1:45who has been nominated by President Trump to be his secretary of state.
  36. 1:50You have attorney general nominee Pam Bondi.
  37. 1:55Her hearing was today the first of two days of hearings in her case,
  38. 1:59transpired in addition to that.
  39. 2:02I ain't going to say I told you so, but four people were arrested for arson
  40. 2:09in the Los Angeles area.
  41. 2:11I'm not saying that their actions caused the wildfires.
  42. 2:16So what I am saying is that all of these people that want to say climate change, they ignore
  43. 2:22some of the most immediate realistic possibilities that could have contributed to what's transpired
  44. 2:29there.
  45. 2:30And also a recall effort is underway to recall Gavinito, New Selini, all that and more.
  46. 2:37But with all of those things trans things transpiring, none of them are more important than what
  47. 2:42goes on in your home.
  48. 2:44This is the program where we endeavor to remind you daily that what goes on in your house is
  49. 2:49far more important than what is going on in the White House.
  50. 2:53Of course, I want to be informed.
  51. 2:54I want you to be informed, but information should not move us away from what is primary.
  52. 3:02At this very moment, many of you are making your transition from your part-time jobs where
  53. 3:06you generate an income to your full-time jobs where you cultivate an outcome.
  54. 3:10An outcome cultivation is the order of the day.
  55. 3:16I want to begin the program as is my custom by turning to the word of God.
  56. 3:20I'm going to focus on primary text in Ezra chapter 8 verses 21 through 23.
  57. 3:27I also will refer to another verse in that chapter, but I need to explain a
  58. 3:31little bit of the context of the book and the things that are transpiring there.
  59. 3:36I alluded to this yesterday, but Ezra, the book of Ezra includes a bit of history.
  60. 3:44Before Ezra arrives really in his own book that details the return of Jewish exiles to Judah and Jerusalem.
  61. 3:53It provides a roster of the individuals, names, quantities, etc.
  62. 3:58Then it explains how following the decree of the Persian king Cyrus in about 538 BC,
  63. 4:08The exiles were returned to Jerusalem and
  64. 4:12Temple reconstruction got underway
  65. 4:15then unsurprisingly chapter four details
  66. 4:19Adversaries that arose that sought to thwart the temple reconstruction effort and actually caused a 15-year hiatus
  67. 4:28Between when the work was initiated and before its completion as we record the prophetic work of people like Haggai and Zachariah
  68. 4:36was a source of encouragement, if not rebuke, to get the reconstruction, temple
  69. 4:43reconstruction work resumed and the temple was finally completed at about 516 BC.
  70. 4:50Ezra arrives back in Jerusalem after the temple had already been reconstructed.
  71. 4:57Ezra was a descendant of the high priestly lineage of Aaron, the book
  72. 5:03details that plainly and Ezra's purpose in returning have been favored, received favor
  73. 5:11from King Artaxerxes at this juncture.
  74. 5:13And it's amazing how the, the events transpired.
  75. 5:18First Cyrus issues his decree, even funds, portions of the return.
  76. 5:23King Darius thereafter is appealed to by many of the people who are in the region saying,
  77. 5:27Oh, what are these people doing?
  78. 5:30King Darius searches the records, the Persian records find out King Cyrus is used to decree
  79. 5:33amplifies the degree, provides more resources.
  80. 5:38King Artaxerxes then continues in that trajectory,
  81. 5:41even ultimately issuing a proclamation that names
  82. 5:44as specifically says, you pray for me and pray for my sons
  83. 5:48and pray for my kingdom as you rebuild Yahweh's,
  84. 5:53well not rebuild, reinstitute, accurate Yahweh worship.
  85. 5:57That's what Ezra was returning to do.
  86. 6:00And Artaxerxes issued this proclamation for
  87. 6:04as we also provided a massive amounts of revenue
  88. 6:07and even said that the royal treasury
  89. 6:09is supposed to be utilized to support
  90. 6:11the ministry of Yahweh worship in Jerusalem.
  91. 6:17King Artaxerxes even granted Ezra the authority
  92. 6:20to carry with him additional Jews to return to Jerusalem.
  93. 6:26And then we come to this point in chapter eight
  94. 6:31verses 21 through 23 that we can miss
  95. 6:34If we speed through the book to Ezra,
  96. 6:39as a moment of transparency as he's navigating this,
  97. 6:45look in Ezra chapter eight verse 21.
  98. 6:49And this is what the word of God says.
  99. 6:50Then this is Ezra speaking.
  100. 6:51Then I proclaimed a fast there at the river Ahava,
  101. 6:58that we might humble ourselves before our God
  102. 7:00to seek from him a safe journey for us,
  103. 7:05little ones in all our possessions. For I was ashamed to request from the King troops and
  104. 7:14horsemen to protect us from the enemy on the way, because we had said to the King the hand
  105. 7:20of our God is favorably disposed to all those who seek him, but his power and his anger are
  106. 7:27against all those who forsake him. So we fasted and sought our God concerning this matter,
  107. 7:35He listened to our entreating.
  108. 7:38What you have here, folks, is a moment of...
  109. 7:43What role?
  110. 7:46That our sovereign king in heaven has recorded for our benefit because he knows that we who
  111. 7:53are his people, we are flesh and blood human beings.
  112. 7:58But that flesh and blood humanity is never a sufficient justification for us to absent
  113. 8:05ourselves from what God calls us to.
  114. 8:09And it's also a reminder for us to refuse to try to press forward in our own strength
  115. 8:16as if we are sufficient in and of ourselves.
  116. 8:19You look in this exact same chapter verses 26 through about 29, you can see King Arthur
  117. 8:26Xerxes literally loaded Ezra down with tons of silver and gold, not figuratively, literally
  118. 8:34tons of silver and gold for their journey.
  119. 8:39You continue reading in the book, the journey, because of the pace that they were traveling,
  120. 8:43as Ezra noted, that they're older people with him, younger people with them, children, and
  121. 8:48they have all of this gold and silver with them.
  122. 8:53Ezra rightly so, declared the King Art to Xerxes.
  123. 8:57This is the work of God.
  124. 8:59It is the will of God for me to return, the will of the true and living God for his people
  125. 9:04to break, people to return to Jerusalem to worship him, for authentic Yahweh worship to be reinstituted.
  126. 9:09So much so, O King, that the hand of our God is upon us for this journey, and his hand is
  127. 9:17favorably disposed to all who seek him.
  128. 9:24And his power and his anger are against all those who forsake him.
  129. 9:32But something amazing happened.
  130. 9:34That's not crazy.
  131. 9:37Ezra started this journey.
  132. 9:38You have this cadre of people.
  133. 9:44chapter, the verses proceeding to tell you several thousand people are traveling with Ezra.
  134. 9:48And he realizes, man, we out here with these people, we don't have any soldiers guarding us,
  135. 9:55we don't have any protection. We could be ambushed, robbed, murdered. And in the moment
  136. 10:06of transparency, he says, man, and I was too embarrassed to ask the king for a military escort.
  137. 10:11I was too embarrassed to ask for escort because I already went out there and said, man, this is
  138. 10:15this God shall protect us.
  139. 10:18Have you ever had that experience?
  140. 10:20The Lord is leading you in a particular direction
  141. 10:22and you take the initial steps to respond
  142. 10:25to what the Lord is calling you to.
  143. 10:26And then you get out there on that proverbial water
  144. 10:29so to speak and you realize,
  145. 10:30rup rup rup, I'm really, really, really out here.
  146. 10:35And then your mind begins to consider all of the negative
  147. 10:38things that could transpire.
  148. 10:39All of the many ways that this won't work.
  149. 10:41All of the many ways that this will fail.
  150. 10:43All of the many ways you'll be embarrassed.
  151. 10:45You'll be made of laughing,
  152. 10:46and all of these negative things.
  153. 10:49I wanna tell you something.
  154. 10:52That consideration is not from the Lord.
  155. 10:55In fact, that type of stinking thinking
  156. 11:00is promulgated for one primary objective,
  157. 11:04to dislodge you from the one whom you profess to belong to.
  158. 11:11It's to cause you to having begun this move,
  159. 11:14to make this initial move,
  160. 11:18filled with faith and confidence in the Lord,
  161. 11:20to get you to now doubt him.
  162. 11:24So much so to will you exchange confidence in him
  163. 11:27and reliance upon him or turn to try to rely on the flesh.
  164. 11:33But what is Ezra's example for us?
  165. 11:35Ezra doesn't do that.
  166. 11:37When faced with that temptation,
  167. 11:40having the real consideration and I'm here,
  168. 11:42exposed, no military escort,
  169. 11:45with elders, with children, we really could be ambushed.
  170. 11:50He refuses to allow that consideration to drive him away from the Lord to call in some
  171. 11:58Humanistic resource, but what did you tell us verse 21? I proclaimed a fast there at the River Ahava
  172. 12:06That we might humble ourselves before our God and seek and to seek from him
  173. 12:11To seek from him to seek from him a safe journey for us
  174. 12:17our little ones and
  175. 12:19all our possessions and
  176. 12:22Look at verse 23, so we fasted and sought our God concerning this matter, and he listened to our
  177. 12:30entreaty. What I'm saying to brothers and sisters, when you make that move, when you take that initial
  178. 12:34step, we're all human beings. I know what that's like. Oh, man, I'm out here now, unless the Lord
  179. 12:45makes a way, there ain't no way, instead of allowing that consideration to drive you away from the
  180. 12:51the Lord in confidence in him.
  181. 12:53Ezra has an example for us.
  182. 12:58Not everything in the scriptures provided for us as an example to follow.
  183. 13:00Some of the stuff the Lord includes for us to say, okay, you say what happened there, don't
  184. 13:03do that.
  185. 13:06But that's not what this is.
  186. 13:08What this is is an example for us to follow.
  187. 13:12When you step out and you're all in that proverbial water, don't allow that to drive you away from
  188. 13:18the Lord.
  189. 13:19Let it drive you even the more to seek him.
  190. 13:22As Ezra said, we sought our Lord that He may provide safe passage for us.
  191. 13:26If you look in verse 31, amazing.
  192. 13:30Then we journeyed from the river Ahava and on the 12th of the first month to go
  193. 13:37to Jerusalem and the hand of our God was over us.
  194. 13:41And He delivered us from the hand of the enemy and the ambushes by the way.
  195. 13:49Did this tell you, Ezra's consideration was very, very real.
  196. 13:52Oh, yeah.
  197. 13:52There were people who would love to lighten his load of that gold and that silver and all
  198. 13:59of that, all of that, the funds that King Art and Xerxes had provided for them.
  199. 14:02But instead of allowing the consideration of the realistic probabilities, not probabilities,
  200. 14:08possibilities, it drove him even the more to seek an audience with the Lord, prying out
  201. 14:14to him and to secure a safe passage from him.
  202. 14:17What I am saying is that we must seek the Lord to lead us to make the initial step to
  203. 14:24encourage us to strengthen us to walk through the middle steps and the concluding steps that
  204. 14:30we refuse to allow circumstances to drive a wedge between us and our reliance upon and
  205. 14:36confidence in the King of glory.
  206. 14:40Because faithful is he who calls you, but he will surely do it.
  207. 14:45The Lord our God is a trustworthy Father, a trustworthy Lord, an all sufficient Savior
  208. 14:52and you will never regret putting your full weight down on him.
  209. 15:00A discipleship minute with Joseph Parker
  210. 15:03in Exodus 1 as a wonderful story of two little midwives,
  211. 15:07Shippen Pua, who Tferal told them,
  212. 15:11kill the baby boys when they're born.
  213. 15:13And they had it in their heart, they just knew this is wrong.
  214. 15:16And their perspective was, we're not gonna do this
  215. 15:19because this is against God's will, and they refuse to do it.
  216. 15:22What wonderful role models,
  217. 15:24Ship and P you are not only for pastors, but for every believer in every context, because
  218. 15:29it is always going to take courage to really follow Jesus accurately.
  219. 15:34And it's one of those things where I believe absolutely every believer should diligently
  220. 15:38say, Lord, show me what you want me to do to help end the slaughter of children in our
  221. 15:43country.
  222. 15:44And I believe God has something for every believer to do to help.
  223. 15:47The devil hates grown folks and he hates children.
  224. 15:51The devil can't stand children.
  225. 15:52And he loves to abort them.
  226. 15:54So it's important for us to understand this is serious business.
  227. 15:57Shining light into the darkness, this is the Hamilton Corner, an American family radio.
  228. 16:11Welcome back to the Hamilton Corner, Abraham Hamilton the third here.
  229. 16:15We are in the middle of our pre-born campaign this week.
  230. 16:22It ends on January 22nd.
  231. 16:25We've been talking at length about the fact that the largest, or should I say the leading
  232. 16:31Because of death in America and the world frankly, is the slaughter of innocent unborn
  233. 16:39children.
  234. 16:46Preborn is an amazing ministry, an amazing ministry.
  235. 16:54And I would like to encourage you, invite you to join us as we come alongside them in
  236. 16:59serving pregnant moms who are abortion minded by providing free ultrasounds to them.
  237. 17:10But clearly the ultrasounds aren't free.
  238. 17:12It just would be free to the moms who need them.
  239. 17:16$28 provides one ultrasound, $140 provides five ultrasounds.
  240. 17:22Whatever you can do would be greatly appreciated.
  241. 17:24You can make your gift by calling 877-616-2396.
  242. 17:29That's 877-626-2396 or you can go to aFR.net right on our homepage.
  243. 17:36You'll see a link where you can give securely online.
  244. 17:40This is a very, very, very important ministry that we do.
  245. 17:43I was explained that preborn not only provides these ultrasounds, but they also serve the moms
  246. 17:50after they have their babies.
  247. 17:52The evidence shows that the overwhelming majority of moms, when they see their babies on the
  248. 17:58ultra-severe and ultrasound, they keep the baby.
  249. 18:00And preborn stays right beside them not only to give life to the child, but to serve the
  250. 18:08the mom and even proclaiming the gospel to the mom and involve family members in the process.
  251. 18:14Would you participate? Join us in this campaign to support pre-born 877-616-2396 or you can
  252. 18:24call securely. You can go securely online at aFR.net to give.
  253. 18:30All right. One of the biggest things that happened today was the announcement of the deal between
  254. 18:42Israel in a mosque that was brokered by Qatar in the U.S. According to reports, I've read
  255. 18:51that the Qatar Prime Minister was present. I'm not speaking on the soundness of the deal,
  256. 18:59because when you get into the details, you start to realize, hmm. And of course, I don't
  257. 19:03know every single detail because I wasn't in the room, and I'm not Prime Minister Netanyahu
  258. 19:09or President Trump. But the deal was announced today in the middle of Senator Marco Rubio's
  259. 19:20confirmation hearing before the U.S. Senate. Listen to and watch clip number one concern
  260. 19:27in this deal.
  261. 19:28Go on.
  262. 19:29Go.
  263. 19:30This is breaking news right now.
  264. 19:31According to a source familiar with the ongoing talks, a ceasefire deal has been reached between
  265. 19:38Israel and Hamas.
  266. 19:39I do want to just read to you what this source just sent.
  267. 19:42Quote, Gaza's ceasefire and hostage release deal reached following the Qataris meeting
  268. 19:47with Hamas negotiators for a final push following last minute additions by the group.
  269. 19:52There were some reports that indicated Hamas officials were trying to push the Israelis
  270. 19:57to change their position about a key corridor that sits along the Gaza, Egypt border called
  271. 20:03the Philadelphia Corridor.
  272. 20:04Now I am told that the Qatari Prime Minister himself was in the negotiating room and pushed
  273. 20:10these Hamas officials to accept the agreement on the table.
  274. 20:16Now this is very, very, very, very interesting on a host of fronts.
  275. 20:29So I want to describe several things.
  276. 20:32The first thing I want to describe is that the deal was announced on the U.S. side and
  277. 20:38President Trump posted about it on True Social.
  278. 20:42Ms. Zoot, Ice Cream Man, Master Bee.
  279. 20:50Already out taking credit for it.
  280. 20:52Him and Shio Shondev will be president and stinking, blinking.
  281. 20:55You know, they they're giving press conferences.
  282. 21:01But according to Prime Minister Netanyahu's office, the Israeli security cabinet has to
  283. 21:06to vote on the terms of this deal first.
  284. 21:10Then there has to be a second vote in Israel's kinesit.
  285. 21:20If those two votes are affirmative in approving the deal, there also will be time for appeals
  286. 21:29against some of the details of the measure.
  287. 21:33Okay.
  288. 21:35Now, according to what I've read that the deal consists of that the framework proposes three
  289. 21:41three phases, three phases. That's right. Isn't Hamas headquarters in Qatar? Yep. At least
  290. 21:49that's where Hamas is top brass likes to hang out in that. In that interest. The first phase
  291. 21:58of the deal that's been presented begins with a six week ceasefire of facilities between
  292. 22:07Israel in a mosque. And it calls for Hamas to release 33 hostages out of an estimated 94
  293. 22:18hostages that they're still holding. The total number 94 hostages includes both those who are
  294. 22:27dead and alive. Now with that, I already have a problem. I already have a problem.
  295. 22:37You can't refer to people who are dead as hostages and why and maybe maybe those in the no have
  296. 22:48have an accurate number. I hope they have an accurate number as to how many of that 94
  297. 22:54are alive versus those who are not. Alright, the 33 hostages that are supposed to be released
  298. 23:04in this phase one of this purported deal of people who have been held since October 7.
  299. 23:15Think about this guys. That's 15 months and counting of the 33 hostages that are supposed
  300. 23:26to be released in this first phase of this deal.
  301. 23:28I suppose to start as early as Sunday,
  302. 23:31the day before President Trump's inauguration
  303. 23:33isn't that interesting as well.
  304. 23:36Among these 33 hostages that are supposed to be released
  305. 23:39in phase one, it includes civilian women, women soldiers,
  306. 23:48children, the elderly, and the sick, and the sick.
  307. 23:56Now I think this is very interesting that this is happening
  308. 23:59just as yesterday we had the confirmation hearing from Pete Het Seth and he was talking about why
  309. 24:04it's important to understand why we shouldn't overwhelm our went ranks of infantry ground soldiers
  310. 24:14with women. Anybody want to double back to Pete Het Seth's questioning yesterday? This is supposed
  311. 24:28to be phase one 33 hostages of the 94 that are supposedly still in Hamas custody that includes
  312. 24:36dead, those that also already are dead, that they're holding the bodies of the deceased.
  313. 24:44According to what's been described, Israel's supposed to at that point, after the 33 hostages
  314. 24:49are released to begin with drugs military from the Gaza Strip, from what has been described
  315. 24:56as population centers.
  316. 24:57And I, you know, I'm torn on that.
  317. 25:06On one hand, everything should be done to get the hostages back.
  318. 25:10On the other hand, has Hamas been eliminated?
  319. 25:19Moss had the audacity to insist on further withdrawal from even what's been described as the Philadelphia
  320. 25:24Corridor, which is along the border area between guys in Egypt, Prime Minister Netanyahu, according
  321. 25:30to these reports, I said, um, we ain't going nowhere. We're staying right there. And a Moss
  322. 25:37apparently relented on that during these six weeks, negotiators from Israel and a Moss
  323. 25:47are supposed to continue negotiating on the additional terms for what's been called phases
  324. 25:53two and three. And the negotiation is also supposed to be mediated by the US, Egypt, and
  325. 26:01Qatar with the objective of transitioning towards phase two. Phase two is supposed to
  326. 26:09begin with an exchange of the remaining living hostages, which at this stage would include
  327. 26:15male Israeli soldiers and other men of military age that is supposed to be released.
  328. 26:23The quantity has not been released yet.
  329. 26:29And I should note for you that we still have Americans who are according to the reports
  330. 26:35that I've seen are still alive.
  331. 26:38One of them including Eden Alexander, who's an American and Israeli citizen who was serving
  332. 26:43in the Israel Defense Forces, who was kidnapped on October 7th.
  333. 26:49phase two, phase three is supposed to begin with Israeli forces withdrawing even the more
  334. 26:59from Gaza and what's been described as a temporary ceasefire is supposed to become permanent,
  335. 27:05bringing the war to an end. Now, this is the framework. All I can tell you, because I don't,
  336. 27:12I cannot represent to you that what's been described as phases two and three are signs
  337. 27:17and still delivered. All I can tell you is that Prime Minister Netanyahu has said that
  338. 27:22they're looking to approve what's been described as this deal to get the initial hostages released
  339. 27:29beginning Sunday. Now, I would also remind you that it was President Trump who's said ever
  340. 27:45since he was reelected that a deal had better get done no later than by my inauguration.
  341. 27:55If not sooner, listen to him saying this and watch it.
  342. 27:59Clip number two, clip number two.
  343. 28:02Go.
  344. 28:03If those hostages aren't back, I don't want to hurt your negotiation.
  345. 28:07If they're not back by the time I get into office, all will break out in the Middle East.
  346. 28:13And it will not be good for Hamas and it will not be good, frankly, for anyone.
  347. 28:17All will break out.
  348. 28:18I don't have to say anymore, but that's what it is.
  349. 28:21And they should have given them back a long time.
  350. 28:22They should have never taken them.
  351. 28:26Now I have all kinds of mixed feelings about this and it's, you know, I hate the efforts
  352. 28:33to politicize things so much so people trying to rush to taste credit for what I know I'm
  353. 28:42not in these rooms, but I have a problem with them releasing these people in phases.
  354. 28:52Why can't we secure a scenario to where all of the hostages are released right now?
  355. 29:02Isra didn't attack Hamas.
  356. 29:05Isra didn't attack Hamas.
  357. 29:07Hamas attacked Israel.
  358. 29:10So if you wanna know,
  359. 29:12well, how does Hamas know that Israel will actually back away
  360. 29:16if the Hamas is released?
  361. 29:18You know it because they wasn't shooting at you
  362. 29:20in the first place.
  363. 29:24Now, at the exact same time, I'm a husband, I'm a father,
  364. 29:30I would wanna do anything to get my child back home.
  365. 29:34So I understand that.
  366. 29:39I hope what has been described as a framework
  367. 29:41is not the totality of what's happening.
  368. 29:44and that President Trump's involvement,
  369. 29:46and this is not my opinion,
  370. 29:48the Qatari Prime Minister has even come out saying
  371. 29:51what a benefit this gentleman who is
  372. 29:54President Trump's Special Envoy to the Middle East,
  373. 29:56Steve Whitcalf has been to these negotiations.
  374. 30:00Steve Whitcalf was there in Qatar,
  375. 30:02alongside the Biden administration.
  376. 30:05You say what you want,
  377. 30:06there was no framework of a deal announced
  378. 30:08until President Trump says,
  379. 30:10I gotta have these people back by my inauguration,
  380. 30:12and his Envoy is involved.
  381. 30:14We have no analysis of many deals until then.
  382. 30:17You do with that what you want.
  383. 30:18I'm not interested as much in who doesn't get credit.
  384. 30:22What I'm interested in is one, I'll trust terrorists.
  385. 30:28That's one.
  386. 30:30One thing I've learned from history,
  387. 30:33even up to current history,
  388. 30:35the only thing that terrorists understand is force.
  389. 30:44And it is galling to me,
  390. 30:50that we the most potent superpower in the country.
  391. 30:53I'm sorry, in the world, we can have a scenario when these terrorists have our people as hostages,
  392. 31:05and we can get our people home.
  393. 31:09That's not the America that we should be, folks.
  394. 31:13And you can say whatever you want.
  395. 31:15I'm not a mathematician.
  396. 31:17I was born at, might have been born at night, but it wasn't last night.
  397. 31:25And I'm just reporting to you what I have read and what I know.
  398. 31:29This three phase phenomenon is what's been announced.
  399. 31:33I hope and pray that it's not that.
  400. 31:38This has been been described and I want peace.
  401. 31:44I don't want people murdered mercilessly and especially,
  402. 31:51and let me say this differently.
  403. 31:53Cause murder is the taking of innocent human life.
  404. 31:56Terrorists are not innocent.
  405. 31:59Okay, terrorists are not innocent.
  406. 32:02I don't want innocent people losing lives.
  407. 32:06Terrorists receive their just reward
  408. 32:09when they are executed.
  409. 32:13I hope and pray that this is bigger and broader
  410. 32:17than what's been reported.
  411. 32:22And I hope President Trump holds true to his public statements
  412. 32:25that what I said is that the people are back.
  413. 32:27I didn't say phase one, phase two, phase three.
  414. 32:31I said the people are back.
  415. 32:36And I pray that that is the case, man,
  416. 32:38because it's sickening to me.
  417. 32:42That these terrorists learn, hey, if I can kill,
  418. 32:45maim, rape, murder, and just keep a few hostage,
  419. 32:49then I can have the world become my oyster.
  420. 32:51I'm sick of that notion.
  421. 32:52Sick and tired of it.
  422. 33:00Streaming.AFA.net has now become AFA Stream,
  423. 33:04and you can find it at stream.AFA.net.
  424. 33:08You see, we removed the letters I-N-G.
  425. 33:11Our experts have determined that eliminating
  426. 33:13those three keystrokes multiplied
  427. 33:15over hundreds of thousands of AFA Stream visits
  428. 33:18could reduce the national debt
  429. 33:19and maybe increase the gross domestic product.
  430. 33:22AFA stream formerly streaming dot AFA dot net improvements to the economy are purely theoretical
  431. 33:31The Hamilton quarter podcast and one-minute common terrors are available at a far dot net back to the Hamilton quarter on
  432. 33:43American family radio
  433. 33:45And I got I got to tell you guys Abraham Hamilton the third year. This is the Hamilton corner the more you know more I chew on this
  434. 33:52I
  435. 33:53I am not comfortable with this announced deal with Israel and Hamas. I am not comfortable with this.
  436. 34:03I am not comfortable with this. I am concerned that things are not as they're being represented.
  437. 34:12I'll just say it that way. And I pray that President Trump has wisdom that the Lord would give him
  438. 34:17wisdom and insight to navigate this circumstance. My heart breaks for all of the family members
  439. 34:23who are, I mean, I couldn't imagine not seeing my child since October 7th.
  440. 34:31I pray that the Lord would comfort these people.
  441. 34:41But the objective of Israel in response to the war included eliminating Hamas.
  442. 34:51I'm concerned that this is a last ditch effort on the part of the terrorists to maintain some
  443. 34:58of a foundation that would allow them to,
  444. 35:05like cockroaches come out of the fog.
  445. 35:11I'm concerned about this.
  446. 35:15I'm greatly concerned about this.
  447. 35:19I have more to say on that in the coming days
  448. 35:21as more information is made available.
  449. 35:27Another story that I believe is very important.
  450. 35:33Concerned on these fires on the West Coast
  451. 35:35in the Los Angeles area.
  452. 35:38I mentioned to you that all of these people
  453. 35:41media outlets that are convenient climate change climate climate change climate change
  454. 35:45because it's a convenient excuse to take the attention away from land mismanagement human
  455. 35:53agitation and things like oh I don't know arson we learn and I'm gonna play a clip details two of
  456. 36:00the cases but shortly before I came on the air I got a report of four people who were arrested
  457. 36:09in four different portions four different places and four different instances for arson
  458. 36:15in Southern California. Listen to and watch clip number seven,
  459. 36:22clip seven, go.
  460. 36:23At approximately 17 or 515 PM, officers responded to a radio call near the intersection of Glen
  461. 36:30Oaks and Van Nuys Boulevard, where a citizen had detained a possible arson suspect. Upon
  462. 36:36arrival, officers took the suspect in a custody and the citizen had already extinguished a
  463. 36:40nearby fire in a tree. During the investigation, the suspect admitted to starting the arrest
  464. 36:46the fire because he liked the smell of burning leaves.
  465. 36:49The suspect was subsequently booked for arson.
  466. 36:52Later that evening, at about 930 in the area of Santa Monica and Vermont, Fire Department
  467. 36:58personnel responded to reports of a suspect setting multiple piles of rubbish and trash
  468. 37:03on fire.
  469. 37:04Fire Department quickly extinguished the fires and officers took the suspect in a custody
  470. 37:08suspect admitted to setting multiple fires that day and stated that she enjoyed causing
  471. 37:14chaos and destruction. She was also booked for arson.
  472. 37:22Now, I'm going to carry these because the story doesn't reverse order, but I'm going to go
  473. 37:26in the in the opposite order of the report that I received because it shows as far back as last
  474. 37:35Thursday, someone was arrested for arson. Isn't that interesting? Nobody mentioned that. Last Thursday,
  475. 37:44January 9th, residents of Woodland Hills of the Woodlands Hills neighborhood detained a man
  476. 37:50holding a blowtorch near the area of the Kenneth fire.
  477. 37:58Police arrived and detained the man on suspicion of arson.
  478. 38:05This is not the one I wanted to start with.
  479. 38:08But I'll go this one.
  480. 38:10This was the bonus one, but I'll go with this one.
  481. 38:12Detained the man on suspicion of arson,
  482. 38:15but they lacked probable cause
  483. 38:18to arrest him on those charges.
  484. 38:19The suspect, 33 year old Juan Manuel Siera Leva,
  485. 38:25Though he was unable to be arrested for arson, he was identified as a Mexican national who
  486. 38:33entered the US unlawfully.
  487. 38:37It was detained on that basis.
  488. 38:43Last Wednesday, January 8th, a female suspect was arrested, and this was a part of the
  489. 38:52report for starting a brushfire near Leo Carrillo State Park in Los Angeles County.
  490. 39:01The 60 year old woman, Gloria Lynn Manditch was booked into the Ventura County Jail and
  491. 39:08charged with felony arson.
  492. 39:14Last Friday, January 10th, around 11.37 p.m. local time.
  493. 39:18Police were dispatched in response to a reported brush fire.
  494. 39:21A witness told officers on the scene that a person ignited the fire.
  495. 39:25This is in the Azusa area.
  496. 39:28Azusa Police Department said in the statement, quote, officers located the adult male site
  497. 39:34suspect identified as Jose Carranza Escobar standing next to the flames.
  498. 39:43According to police, Escobar admitted to starting the fire when they questioned him.
  499. 39:52On Sunday night, January 12, residents of North Hollywood notified police of a possible arson
  500. 39:59suspect.
  501. 40:01Witnesses said the suspect used a barbecue lighter to spark fires, plural in the area.
  502. 40:11He's arrested the suspect who already had an outstanding felony warrant for, guess what?
  503. 40:19You guessed it, arson.
  504. 40:22He was booked in the Van Nuys jail.
  505. 40:25Of course, I would want to ask the question, is this guy an arsonist?
  506. 40:30Had he done this before?
  507. 40:35Witnesses say they saw him igniting multiple fires.
  508. 40:47Then Monday afternoon, January 13th, police responded to 911 calls regarding a possible
  509. 40:52responsible arson suspect accused of setting a brush fire in the Los Angeles suburb of West
  510. 40:57Valley. This suspect was arrested and booked into the Van Nuys jail. Why am I saying all
  511. 41:05of this? I'm saying all of this because why are we getting reports of people starting
  512. 41:14fires now? But nobody said anything about that. When the various spies were sparked, I said
  513. 41:28to you. Climate change is not what's going on, but all over the media, that's what you're
  514. 41:35hearing. These are just four of the cases. Could there be more? Should. What are going
  515. 41:47out on limb here? Should should the journalists ask? Could any of this be attributed? Is there
  516. 41:53any evidence of arson being a contributing factor? You know why folks? Because the climate
  517. 42:03Marxist don't want you asking these questions because they want their alarmist orthodoxy to
  518. 42:12be embraced by all as another just interesting phenomenon that a recall effort in light or
  519. 42:25should I say in the wake of the tragic fires in California to where now the death toll the
  520. 42:32last report I saw is at least 26 people. The fires have torched more than 40,000 acres.
  521. 42:39Almost three times the size of Manhattan in Southern California, a recall effort is underway
  522. 42:47for Governor Gavinito Newcilini.
  523. 42:50Listen to him watch clip number three, clip three, go.
  524. 42:53California Governor Gavin Newsom is facing a growing recall effort amid sharp criticism
  525. 42:59over his handling of the devastating Los Angeles wildfires.
  526. 43:03Opponents are branding his leadership a series of catastrophic failures as fires scorch over
  527. 43:0840,000 acres, destroyed 12,000 structures, and claim at least 24 lives.
  528. 43:13Randy Economy, a recall organizer, blasted Newsom's woefully unprepared response, citing
  529. 43:19years of poor policies that have fueled crises like homelessness, high costs of living, and
  530. 43:25inadequate wildfire preparedness.
  531. 43:27Economy vowed to file formal papers in two weeks to kickstart the recall process, which
  532. 43:32requires 1.3 million signatures within five months.
  533. 43:36Dr. Hooman David Hamadi, another organizer, accused Newsom of failing to address California's wildfire
  534. 43:42issues despite over a decade in top leadership roles. Newsom, who survived a recall in 2021,
  535. 43:48dismissed the latest effort as politically motivated.
  536. 43:53Which is always rich for me, like, dude, you are a politician.
  537. 43:59This is politically motivated. You being elected is politically motivated. You being
  538. 44:03Governor is politically motivated. You are a politician. You know, I understand that
  539. 44:09that's distinct from criminally motivated, you know, or prosecutorially motivated if you
  540. 44:14committed a particular crime. But yeah, if the citizens of California don't want you as
  541. 44:19governed anymore. Yeah, that's politically motivated, dude. Crazy. Also today, you had
  542. 44:28two Trump transition team, cabinet confirmation hearings going on really at about the same time.
  543. 44:34Pam Bondi's hearing for her to be confirmed as the next Attorney General of the United States of America started first, then
  544. 44:44Marco Rubio, currently Senator Marco Rubio's confirmation hearing for him to become the next Secretary of State, started after Pam Bondi's
  545. 44:53Pam Bondi is expected to have a second day of hearings tomorrow, but Senator Marco Rubio's hearing is done today.
  546. 45:03And then on to the Senate, it's obvious why President Trump was impressive Marco Rubio.
  547. 45:16He does a great job in the hearings.
  548. 45:17He really does.
  549. 45:21Talk is one thing.
  550. 45:23Walk is another.
  551. 45:24Well, on the talk front, on the talk front, Marco Rubio does a pretty impressive job.
  552. 45:31Listen to this is an excerpt from his opening statement.
  553. 45:34Listen to and watch clip number four.
  554. 45:36kind of gives you an idea of how Marco Rubio acquitted himself in his hearing today.
  555. 45:41Clip four.
  556. 45:42So that led to the emergence of stability, democracy, and prosperity, but it also prevented
  557. 45:47a cataclysmic world war.
  558. 45:50And ultimately a wall in Berlin came down and with it an evil empire.
  559. 45:56Out of the triumphalism of the end of the long cold war emerged a bipartisan consensus.
  560. 46:01And this consensus is what that we had reached the end of history that all of the nations
  561. 46:05of the world would now become members of the democratic Western Light community, that a foreign
  562. 46:09policy that served a national interest could now be replaced by one that served the liberal
  563. 46:14world order, and that all mankind was now destined to abandon national sovereignty and national
  564. 46:20identity and would instead become one human family and citizens of the world.
  565. 46:26This wasn't just a fantasy.
  566. 46:29We now know it was a dangerous delusion.
  567. 46:32Here in America and in many of the advanced economies across the world, an almost religious
  568. 46:36commitment to free and unfettered trade at the expense of our national economy, shrunk
  569. 46:41the middle class, left the working class in crisis, collapsed our industrial capacity,
  570. 46:47and has pushed critical supply chains into the hands of adversaries and of rivals.
  571. 46:52An irrational zeal for a maximum freedom of movement of people has resulted in a historic
  572. 46:58mass migration crisis here in America, but also around the world.
  573. 47:03one that threatens the stability of societies and of governments. Across the West, governments
  574. 47:09now censor and even prosecute domestic political opponents. Meanwhile, radical jihadists openly
  575. 47:15march in the streets and sadly drive vehicles into our people.
  576. 47:21Sadly drive vehicles into our people. Marco Rubio did a good job in his hearing. I expect
  577. 47:27he will be confirmed with no problem. I mean, it was even some of the Democrats senators
  578. 47:33were fawning over him. He's such an amazing thing, which always I'm just like hmm
  579. 47:37Attorney General nominee Pam Bondi did an amazing job. She's gonna be confirmed
  580. 47:42with flying colors as well. I don't have time to get to all of her remarks because
  581. 47:47most of the questions to her really had nothing to do with her. They were asking
  582. 47:51her about cash Patel and other things and man they are scared of cash Patel. They
  583. 47:57were asking about her advice on pardons but I'll give you I try to get this last
  584. 48:03when she took Adam Schiff to task and I think this is worth your attention.
  585. 48:09Clip six, go.
  586. 48:12It will also be important that you give good advice to the president.
  587. 48:16Are you prepared to advise the president not to pardon people who beat police officers?
  588. 48:22Senator, as I said, the pardons are at the direction of the president.
  589. 48:26We will look and we will advise.
  590. 48:28I will look at every case on a case.
  591. 48:30Let me finish on a case by case.
  592. 48:32And I have more violence to police office.
  593. 48:35Follow up with that.
  594. 48:37So will it be your advice to the president, Mr. President?
  595. 48:39I know you said you want to issue hundreds of pardons on day one.
  596. 48:43Will it be your advice to the president?
  597. 48:45No, Mr. President, I need to go over them on a case-by-case basis.
  598. 48:49Do not issue blanket pardons.
